Waching daily Dec 16 2018

Ramzi Nablus

You can see that we are surrounded

and we cannot...

and even if we go out 10km away

they will stop you at checkpoints

A soldier can stop you

and send you back home

by the force of a gun

You can't go to Jerusalem

They are making everything very difficult

and sometimes they give you a very tiny space

and then they lock it up again

Thank you

What is occupation?

Mahmoud Bethlehem

It's when a country is occupied

and when we are not allowed to enter Jerusalem to pray

and when we are not living in freedom in this country

What else can I say?

Give me an example of a freedom that you would want?

that you don't have

Because of occupation? - Yes

Ibrahim Bethlehem

The occupation does not allow us to go to al Aqsa mosque and pray

What is occupation?

Fatma Bethlehem

It is when someone takes something that is not their right

For example, if they took my purse

it's not theirs

It is not their right

It is my property

and it is not their right to take my property

What is occupation for you?

Hussein Jilazun refugee camp

That they took our land

they killed our children they killed our...

Israel

our mothers and our brothers

took Jerusalem

they occupied Jerusalem

the holy land

the holy places in Palestine

that they take everything in Palestine

that they occupy Palestine

water and all other things in Palestine

He means also the 1948 lands, right?

Does he mean the 1948 lands (Israel) as well?

Yes, he is talking about Israel as well

Israel and its partners

The lands like Haifa and Jaffa does he mean that too?

Yes, Haifa, Jaffa, Akko, Tiberius

Jerusalem, Lod

al Abasiya (Yehud), Rantia, Safad

Where are you from?

I am from Beit Nabala

Where is that?

Beit Nabala from back then (in pre-1948 Israel)

He is from Beit Nabala

a village that was occupied in 1948

How do you define occupation? What is occupation?

Yasmeen Nablus

They are (against) the freedom for everyone

against the freedom for everyone

There is no dignity under the occupation

She is trying to think? - Yes

I can cut this part, not a problem (cutting a few seconds didn't work in editing)

Is there any

legal definition?

is there any absolute or objective definition for occupation?

For example, yesterday

the Jews came to Joseph's Tomb (in Nablus)

and they started shooting everyone around this happened yesterday

That's true - What?

I saw a video, I never saw that

and there were people there who were wounded

and injured

by weapons, rubber bullets

This is the occupation

It makes people sad

What is occupation?

No politics

Taqi Nablus

It's like jail

How? Explain

You can't travel without permission from them (Israel)

Travel to where?

Inside the West Bank

You want to go to Ramallah

You go through Zaatara Have you been to Zaatara?

Yes

You don't need permission to go

They will stop you

you will feel the same as a Palestinian

You will feel the same they will capture you, take you to jail

You go to Jerusalem

Hold on

When you are traveling to Ramallah or Jerusalem

Jerusalem is different

You are traveling in the West Bank - Why is it different?

It is the West Bank

Jerusalem is the West Bank

You said the West Bank so let's... - It is the West Bank

1967 (lands), it is the West Bank

It was occupied after 1967

Two different things

but anyways, let's go on you ask the questions

So...

...checkpoints, you feel like you are in jail

your freedom is confiscated

You have no

you can't do anything that you like

I mean, if you want to go to...

Is your business affected by occupation?

Sure

How is your business affected?

Before, Nablus was the centre of the West Bank

People came from everywhere

With the occupation

freedom to...

they cannot come to Nablus freely

so I have less customers

Do you have family in Israel? on the other side?

No, no

So how would your business and life change without occupation?

Practically

There are two occupations

The occupation of 1948 (Israel)

and 1967

1948 already effected us a long time ago

All my family is in Syria

I can't see them and Lebanon

1967, my brother is in Jordan and I am here

So we have two different

periods

If we ended occupation today Tomorrow, no occupation

How would your life change? How would your business change?

He reminded me

I had a factory

We used to...

Fabric, for furniture

We used to have... We were number one in all Palestine

The Israelis closed it for us

They closed the factory

Now we are broke

Now I sell this (baked goods)

What do you mean "Israelis closed it"?

In the first intifada

they didn't allow us to import

fabric

the cloth

No, the fabric for the...

Samer Ramallah

It's a confiscation of lands

Hands on resources

water

very important, basic

resources

you know, what it means land and water

When you talk about lands do you mean 1948 or 1967 lands?

Well, let's say 1967

because we are living on 20% of the 1967 lands

If we are talking about 1967

so we live on 20%

water resources

we have a lot of water resources

that are controlled by the Israeli authorities

Also, in addition to the different restrictions

by checkpoints, blockage

detainees

attacks, shocks

demolitions

Shocks?

Like attacking people

violently

by the Israeli authorities

Also

it means

restriction on movement

characterized by the checkpoints

The checkpoints going into Israel?

Checkpoints in the West Bank

Not into Israel In the West Bank

I am from Ramallah

I live in Ramallah

I am from Jenin

The northern West Bank

On weekends we go visit family

and on my way

my way to Zabadeh

a small village in the north West Bank

I have to cross two checkpoints

Two checkpoints

Zaatarah checkpoint and Hawarah checkpoint

I go through Hawarah all the time and there is never any (soldiers)

For example, this morning

Zatarah was closed

Zatarah I don't know

but Hawarah I am there every two weeks

and I have never seen a checkpoint

Yes, that is fine

There is one but usually it is open

Usually it is open there are no soldiers

Sometimes there are soldiers

but they don't do anything

and you just pass

It is a checkpoint, there are soldiers

There are soldiers there

They can show up anytime

That's the point

Ok, this is common

How often do you estimate that there are soldiers there?

percentage wise

In the last month? - whatever, year

20% I think

Because I am there every three weeks and I have never seen a soldier

How long have you been here?

Six years

Six years?

and every two weeks you pass through Hawara?

No, sometimes I don't come for a month or two

not always Hawara but there are other ones

Or I see the soldiers standing there (I am referring to Container Checkpiont)

and not doing anything - You are lucky

Maybe

Because Palestinians tell me that I am lying

but I don't see them

You're right, you're right - yes, sometimes they are not there

They exist at the checkpoint

but do not respect your movement

and other times they stop you

and inspect the car

Sometimes

I had the flying checkpoints not at those (locations)

where they were looking for somebody

so they would look at a picture and look at you. No, go

Flying checkpoints

That I had

But I never had Hawara

Flying checkpoints I think I saw twice

in the six years

You faced it twice? - Yes

So we face many flying checkpoints

during the second intifada

Many, many

Yes, that was also a time of war

Disrespecting people, humiliating people

and sometimes arresting people

I don't know why

Road to TOKYO DOME (December 15) - Post-match Interview [7th match] - Duration: 11:56.

Kenny Omega takes the mic.

He will have the last crowd address of the year.

Lately, I realized that… I'm not as popular as I think.

I aways think what I think is right.

Of course, I think what Tanahashi thinks is also not right.

Maybe, we are both wrong.

The best style is a match like tonight.

Leave it all in the ring, all of your spirit.

That's how it should be, right?

But Tanahashi, I still don't like you.

So, I may do something horrible to you at the Tokyo Dome.

But until then...

Ibushi...

Wait a moment...

Do you hear something, Ibushi?

Perhaps… Maybe it's… Is it Santa Claus?

Oh, it looks like it will snow, right, Ibushi?

That's true Ibushi. It's almost Christmas.

So, I'd rather do something more special than my regular catchphrase...

Maybe I should sing?

I'm sorry that I couldn't close out the show last year. But two years ago,

It was snowing while I laid in the center of the ring.

I'm not sure if there's a snow machine or not...

If you have courage, please sing with me.

Ibushi, you too, please.

Do you know the movie...

I saw real snow on TV yesterday...

I'll sing for my friend Macaulay Culkin, and everyone here.

3-2-1...

'I'M DREAMING OF A WHITE CHRISTMAS…"

"JUST LIKE THE ONES I USED TO KNOW."

There was a 0% chance for snow today.

"WHERE THE TREETOPS GLISTEN…"

"AND CHILDREN LISTEN…"

"TO HEAR SLEIGH BELLS RINGING IN THE SNOW…"

"THE SNOW."

Everyone, I think it's been 4 years since I sang...

Before I do my catchphrase, Ibushi, do you have anything to say?

No.

But…

It's getting cold, Ibushi!

I'm a little cold.

I'm sorry.

But I do have something to say.

After today's match…

It was confirmed that me and Ospreay will have an absolutely classic match.

After I have a classic match, I will come back here, to Korakuen.

On January 5th.

Kenny, please close it.

Until Ibushi makes his own catchphrase, let's just keep doing mine.

Everyone...

GOODBYE…

AND GOODNIGHT!

The end of 2018 closed by the GOLDEN⭐︎LOVERS.

It's over.

It's over.

The matches of 2018 are all over.

This year has been so busy.

Really.

I'm tired.

Very tired.

So tired.

I'm not tired at all.

I'm fine.

I said everything I wanted to say last night.

So, I will share my gratitude.

For your support of New Japan throughout 2018,

Thank you very much.

A new year, 2019, kicks off at January 4th at the Tokyo Dome.

I will make it the best WRESTLE KINGDOM ever.

Ibushi...

Anything to say?

Just what I said in the ring, earlier,

Yes.

You talked a lot, huh?

Absolutely.

January 4th.. The Dome...

Me...

And Kenny…

Let's have great matches and win, okay?

My head hurts a bunch.

What? Am I talking crazy?

Am I?

I guess I went crazy tonight.

You went crazy?

Did I sing?

Yes, you did.

OH MY GOD.

I only sing in the shower.

When we shower together...

Will you sing to me?

I can't sing anymore.

But...

But...

The Dome...

Absolutely… We…

Will sing.

We will win, then sing.

Yes, that's right.

It hurts.

It hurts, huh?

Let's go, Ibushi.

Let's go.

GOODBYE…

GOODNIGHT.

MERRY CHRISTMAS.

FELIZ NAVIDAD.

Road to TOKYO DOME (December 15) - Post-match Interview [1st match] - Duration: 2:40.

Congratulations on your return, Kanemitsu.

However, I'm frustrated that I couldn't beat you.

What have I been doing since your absence?

My training wasn't enough… Not enough to beat you.

Today's draw...

I will surpass all of you, mentor or peer, it doesn't matter.

Today's draw...

Thank you.

We drew against a team who was in WORLD TAG LEAGUE,

So, it meant a lot to me.

Take it from here…

Anyway...

I want to thank the fans and everyone involved for all of their support.

I'm sorry for my absence these last 2 years.

There are many wrestlers, my peers and veterans…

Even though I couldn't get in the ring for 2 years, I still gained a world of experience.

And that made me grow.

I will show that growth.

Please watch me. Thank you very much.

How did you feel getting back in the ring after 2 years? How's your neck?

My body is perfectly fine.

I've been ready. After my recovery, stepping back into that ring may not seem tough,

But this is New Japan. I was unsure of myself. It took me 2 years to come back to fight.

So, my thoughts on getting into that ring...

I'm feeling very thankful.

Although I'm not satisfied yet. But I'm glad to be alive.

Thank you very much.

Mysterious Places Of India - Duration: 6:54.

India is a land full of wonders.

Many man-made and natural marvels exist here that have never failed to leave people in

awe and sometimes even quizzical.

Following is a list of such incredible places that have dazed everybody.

Call them mysteries or miracles, they are attention-grabbing and baffling enough for

our logical minds.you will either love it with every fibre of your being and be addicted

to exploring more or detest it and never want to return.

I believe it comes down to what you focus on.

If you are from the west or east, you have to open your mind and be willing to escape

your comfort zone to truly connect with what makes India such a deeply special place.

The mysteries of India will bring your soul and imagination to life.

So, Today in SHORTSentertainment we will show 5 most mysterious places in india.

As if the dark and murky swamps of Bengal aren't scary enough, there is also a danger

alert in line of paranormal activities.

There have been whispers that along with the regular marsh beings, there are also mysterious

Aleya Ghost Lights that lurk about.

Seducing travellers to their doom, they are said to zoom by and float above the land.

Locals believe that these are the souls of dead fishermen.

Recently, a scientific theory has surfaced suggesting these lights are gases formed by

the decomposing organic matter in the swamps.

When they emerge to the surface and get mixed with oxygen, oxidization and ionization effects

bring about a disquieting glow in the air.

In the Garhwal region of Uttarakhand lies a picturesque place called Roopkund that attracts

adventurers, for it offers an ideal trekking trail through lush forests, brooks, and snow.

On the other hand, this scenic place is also widely known as "Mystery Lake" because

of the ambiguity surrounding the Roopkund Lake.

Eerily enough, when the snow around the lake melts, one can see spearheads, artifacts,

leather slippers, and loads of human skulls and skeletons.

Yes, you heard it right!

Many spiritual beliefs and scientific theories have been forwarded, but who exactly were

these people and where were they headed to, the mystery continues.

This may actually be one of the most dangerous places in India.

The Khooni Nadi river, also known as 'the bloody river', is one of the spookiest places

you can visit.

There are many terrifying accounts of people being sucked into the water, never to be seen

again.

Even if you're not too quick to believe in the paranormal, this is definitely somewhere

you do not want to go for a swim.

In fact, it's not somewhere you should really visit by yourself.

It is spooky enough that the water has claimed so many lives, but the fact that bodies have

never been recovered is really quite creepy.

There are many unknown mysteries of India, unresolved stories, but ones where bodies

are never found again are not to be taken lightly!

Our fascination with UFOs or extra-terrestrials may not be just limited to movies.

Atleast the incidents happening at Kongka Pass seems to say so.

It can't be a coincidence that personnel of ITBP and Indian Army have been reporting

numerous sightings of unidentified luminous objects near Ladakh around India–China border.

According to some army officials, these objects are not drones or satellites, and according

to the astronomers who studied the phenomenon, these are not meteors either.

These flying objects reportedly look like spaceships and it has become a common sight

to see them entering the base and exiting it.

What exactly are these?

Glaciologists and geologists of ISRO, experts from DRDO and NTRO have been trying to identify

them but so far in vain.

One of the weirdest stories in India that turns out to be true, and takes place every

year between September and November is in the northeast of India.

Well, it's mostly true, many scientist have tried to explain and quantify it, but they

still can't get to the bottom of it.

This makes it one of the top unsolved mysteries of India.

No amount of trying to rationalise it detracts from how ominous it is when the intense event

takes place.

Do what you can to make this one of the places in India you get to and see it for yourself.

As the sun begins to set and hundreds of birds begin falling from the sky.

It is such a remarkable happening that they have now developed a festival around the phenomenon.

Many locals believe it is due to evil spirits and they are eager to share their own stories

about it.

The atmosphere is truly intense and it is hard to not get freaked out by it.

Go to Jatinga … I dare you.

So, these are our top ten mysterious places in India, but as you may imagine there are

many more.

India is truly one of the most mysterious countries in the world.

However, no matter how much of a ghostbuster you are, please do approach and explore these

places with care.

People have gone missing and although it can be exciting to explore these places, some

of them do pose very real threats.

We would love to hear about any mysterious places you have have read about or even visited

in India; please drop us a comment below.
