Waching daily Dec 29 2018

so hello people are you going let's zoom out and see what we got

so I would like to know if anyone knows where these coins are fraud so top tip

top if she guess you can write it down below and tell me what you think of

these coins but these are actually coins of Morocco so up here we have Morocco

but if we have a look at on this one dirham e has Arabic because Arabic is

the majority language is not the only language in Morocco they actually do

speak some native what they call Berber languages which is just native languages

of North Africa before Arabic arrived so as you can see it's all in Arabic so if

you get one of these coins you'll be gone what country is this from what

don't know where from so from 1921 to

1960 they used the franc and these coins are actually different from the French

franc so here we have and Morocco has always been at either independent or

protect the rate so that so I did not have the current syriza which was issued

in 2011 and they have been minted every year but all these coins are generally

just maybe single or two or three year issues

it's and team coins which are these ones I generally just one year issues up into

a 2011 issue so the Frank climbers place replaced in 1960 with the Durham so this

is the Durham but these Frank coins were used in circulation up until 1974 when

they were replaced by the senton points so for 14 years under the Derham

the hum was equal to 100 francs then I changed it to mundo home

it was 117 he lost one sent him coordinated in 1987 that was aluminium

so devalue it's a bit probably bit I think about 10 francs the Australian

dollar let me have a look at the conversion and as you can see that's a

one franc that equals about 11 US cents so they do have a tender ham coin which

is the highest denomination and the lowest these days is the 10 cent in coin

so I got rid of the 1 and 5 so these coins generally they used to have

English or French actually because a maraca used to be divided up into

Spanish and French portions the Spanish portion used to use just the peseta no

independent coins of banknotes in rockland caution side which was ruled by

the aloe wit dynasty they issued their own coins they've always issued their

own coins and so later on some banknotes so here we have the coat of arms of

Morocco now a lot of people look at this and they go oh that's a symbol of Satan

no no no it's not that it's just a coat of arms of Morocco and oh um that the

coat of arms is here this is part of the cope coat of arms it's a pentagram and

supposed to represent love truth peace freedom and justice but considering

Morocco so absolute monarchy freedom and justice is probably a vague thing to get

and their date 1371 these are the Arabic day and this coins dated believers

1951 in you Western diets but off to go back our 1952 yeah

I'm 52 and has a mintage of 20 million coins and this made the aluminium and

bronze and this one is a 1951 so this one has the Western in the Arabic day

and believe this has a mintage over 30 million coins I'm looking at numerous

that as I am trying to do this so 51 yeah 30 million coins and there's a the

pentagram and it has a Maroc empire mark Schiff rings in Arabic and French so

it's a one franc coin from French and as you can see that I actually different

sizes so there you go so we up D 10 cent teams from 1974 and this one has a

sunflower sunrays on it and as you can see ya some flower is facing the Sun

this is the mintage over 67 million 950,000 so it's pretty common coin and

we have the date in western Arabic and on the obverse is just the coat of arms

and here is the number 10 Sen teams from 2002 so generally there have been coins

mint in 1974 87 mm or two and then the current series from 2011 and this one

was issued under Mohammed 6 and there is no mintage figure for this but it has

people committed in sports activity so listen looks like some buildings in the

background might be mosques and in there is someone on a track and field that's

just my interpretation I it's planning to be hard to find

information on this coin and on this side has the coat of arms as well so the

20 just lets the coat of arms it's milled and on this side we have a

portrait of of hassan ii and he reigned from 1961 to 1999 that's the year that

he died and this this family is actually ruled maracas in 1666 and if you know

that date that's also the year of the Great Fire of London which has no real

connection pass on a date with this coin Morocco or this video and then we have

the Wonder hams so the Wonder ham was actually issued in 1960 to replace the

100 Frank and it was under mohamed v and this coin was first issued that I have

here and 1965 and then it was 1969 so this 65 is 30 million and then there

was the 68 with five million and a 69 we've passed 17 point 2 million so as

you can see this coin is actually not really that's okayed and it has two mint

marks which it looks like I meet marks from France so it looks like there's a

bird and not too sure what that is might be that might be now I'm not so sure

what that is and look very similar to France and I'm I'm guessing that they're

actually minted in France then if we turn over here we have a portrait of

hassan ii so then we have the 5 franc I'm not 5 franc 5 Durham's 35 to Holmes

was actually issued in 1965 there's a silver coin and this is a 1980 version

which is copper nickel has a mintage of 10 million coins

and as you can see needy this one is quite worn and it's also milled as well

and on the back it has a portrait of king hassan ii again then i have the

five door hums so this one has the pentagram at the top it has the dates

and this is the denomination and as you can see it is a bi-metal coin set of

five in ten hour by metal coins the five francs was first issued in 1987 so dis

coin here and on the reverse we just have hassan ii just says kingdom a rock

around it and there is a mintage piggies of the coin but as there is no meet

malcolm can decide this coin is actually minted in italy based on the connections

between the two metals so the middle middle is actually aluminium bronze and

it has a stainless steel ring on the outside so you can pretty much tell the

difference between this is copper nickel it stainless steel this one looks more

silver color this one looks more for whitish color so that's it that's the

difference really in silver it generally looks whitish color i don't know why

they got silver for the silver color very strange

this one is interrupted milling the same as the attain coins so if i actually

done a comparison with 18 v frame no no offerings 500 lira this is

probably the same size so i'm going to get a 500 there and we'll find out so

i've got a 500 lira this was first issued in 1982 into the first bi-metal

coin issued in a gym circulations so this is 1986 issue and if we put them

together as i guess they're actually pretty much the same but the milling the

milling looks a bit different when the attain coin is actually a lot

fika but it's pretty much the same so I'm just gonna say that this is minted

initially based on that evidence I've anyone knows where exactly it was minted

if I it was minted in Italy just to confirm it Birds minted somewhere else

then I like to know so those are my coins for maracas I'm

trying to get more but it seems it's a bit hard to get coins for good value

people think the Moroccan coins are more valuable than what they are but there's

so many coins minted of all these they really have no value apart from one of

two dollars each if you want to get more expensive coins then you have to go to

the previous coinage series that was issued which is uh the Moroccan real and

those coins a lot harder to get in a collectors are willing to pay more money

for them so anyway let's say thank you for watching my video

I click mark and coins industry have fun sup subscribe to my channel check out my

links below and I have awesome coin collecting time people now let's say

thank you very much for watching bye bye

Trauma and Somatic Experiencing - Peter Levine - Duration: 6:11.

We talked about trauma as being

a highly energetic response, right?

Tremendous amount of energy...

I just happen to have

one of the greatest inventions

of the 20th Century,

this slinky.

And this represents, this...

Okay, we're just walking and kind of

our energy is just bouncing like this.

>> So this is just casually

living our lives...

>> Living our lives,

going about the activities of the day,

taking a nice walk on the beach,

you know, this kind of thing...

Okay, here is maybe we're working out,

so we're kind of pushing this a little bit.

Now, here's where we're threatened--

and tremendous amount of energy is mobilized.

This wild amount of energy is mobilized.

And what happens is when we are overwhelmed,

this energy gets locked down.

You see...we don't, we...

We're frightened of it.

The best thing you can do is shut

down your metabolism so that you

are no longer using oxygen.

So that's this.

So this energy gets locked down here.

And so we step on it,

we try to keep it...

>> It must take a lot of energy

to hold that amount of energy down.

>> You better believe it!

And that's, again, why we get these kinds

of tremendously painful symptoms

when we've been traumatized.

Because, in a sense, these are fragments,

fragments of sensory body memory. And what happens

in healing trauma is that you kind of

bring these elements,

these sensory experiences together in a coherent way

while discharging this energy.

And it's not about getting the memory,

or even the effect of the memory,

but how much energy has been released

and cannot be integrated into the organism.

And that's the key...is in discharging the energy.

Because here, look...

Here's the bound energy.

Now, what would happen

if this energy released all at once,

it would be tremendously bursting of energy

and it would be chaotic.

You see...

>> I think that's what happens

when they get triggered, basically...

>> That's right, that's right...

When they're reliving the trauma,

this energy just goes...crazy.

>> I guess that's why some people

end up actually being violent at that moment

or violent towards themselves.

>> Right, violent towards themselves--

or violent towards the other.

It is not uncommon for returning soldiers

to, in the middle of the night, be attacking,

sometimes really hurting or even killing

their wives or their spouses,

with this unbridled rage, you know...

Because they are experiencing as though

somebody were coming to kill them.

As far as they know,

they're protecting their lives by trying

to kill a Viet Cong soldier.

So the important thing in this process

is to find a way to release this energy gradually.

What you want to do is create the situation,

in this case, the play,

which allows a little bit of energy

to be released.

You can see the way it vibrates.

And again, you see it vibrating.

And again,

and again, until the full energy

is integrated back within the nervous system.

And that, if you like,

is what allows the nervous system to reset.

Little by little, so that the person

is not overwhelmed, and so that they can

have... reaccess their life energy.

Because when you're suppressing this energy,

you don't have energy to really live.

You're not living.

>> You're using your energy, I guess,

to keep it capped. >> You're using your energy

to keep it down.

So you don't do things that could be exciting,

or even fun or pleasurable.

The trick here is to not deny it--

but to not get swept away with it.

To feel the anger as physical sensations

in the body, because anger

almost always goes to power.

I'm going to give you an example.

You feel your jaw feeling really tight

and you feel your fist, okay.

So I'll say, okay,

let's just put all of this aside for a little bit,

this stuff that you saw on the TV...

>>Right, and... << Okay?

So feel your fist... >> Okay... >> ...and now very slowly

just tighten your fist a little bit more.

>> So actually move into that

anger... >> And move into that tension.

Just tighten it to a little bit, but just a teeny,

teeny bit--and then release it a teeny, teeny bit.

Okay, so again, feeling your fist,

and very slowly contracting it a little bit more,

just minutely, and then releasing it.

That's right... And just noticing what happened

to your breath and to your shoulders.

So that's kind of how we dance with anger.

Another thing, we can work with the jaw.

Okay, so you feel there's tension in the jaw.

So just feel the tension and just play

with something like this...

Go to the point where there's resistance--

and then just come back.

Go to the resistance...and come back.
