Street Workout Motivation - Progress 2017-2018 - Duration: 4:59.

Hello! I would like to give you an update on what has been going on recently and what I managed to achieve this year.

Right after posting my one-year transformation in October last year I broke my finger, what forced me to take a break from training for about 2 months.

Getting back into the routine was tough, but I really wanted to qualify for the Polish national championships.

 After regaining strength I took part in a few local shows.

As for the championships, initially I only managed to get on the waitlist

A week before the event I received a message with a query whether I am ready to compete.

These were my first championships and I was very happy with what I achieved. My main goal was to gain experience, but the result came as a great surprise, as I got 12th place.

I was extremely motivated to keep going, but due to work commitments I had less time and energy to train. After a while I received an information about a competition in the Czech Republic.

I wasn´t really prepared, but I decided to take part. Eventually I showed a lot of strength and came out as a winner. 

A week later I competed in Silesian Bar War II where I got 2nd place.

In September I received an invitation to one of the most prestigious competitions in Poland, the FIWE in Warsaw

I decided to do my best and prepare as well as I could, but a wrist injury stopped me from participating. 

Despite that, I didn´t give up. After recovering I immediately started working on getting in shape for the next season.
