NEW DESIGNER VIRUS KICKSTARTS IMMUNE SYSTEM AND KILLS CANCER

A designer virus which helps the immune system clear our cancer has been created by scientists.

Cancer cells are very good a evading the immune system, but the new therapy capitalises on

the body�s ability to quickly spot a virus.

Swiss scientists inserted cancer proteins inside an artificial virus so that when the

immune system sees it, it also hunts down cancer in the body with the same proteins.

The technique could in theory be used to fight any type of cancer.

Scientists could simply take proteins from a patient�s own tumour, place it in the

virus and inject it into the body to trigger a strong immune response against a specific

disease.

In mice, the treatment was shown to bring remission and researchers are keen to move

to human trials.

�We hope that our new findings and technologies will soon be used in cancer treatments and

so help to further increase their success rates,� said Professor Daniel Pinschewer,

lead researcher from the University of Basel.

The researchers built artificial viruses based on lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus (LCMV),

which can infect both rodents and humans.

The combination of the virus triggering the alarm system and the cancer proteins, was

found to create a powerful army of cytotoxic T-lymphocytes, also known as killer cells,

which identified the cancer cells through their protein and successfully

destroyed them.

DIY (Do it Yourself) 2015 Subaru WRX STI ISE Coiler Suspension Install Steve's POV - Duration: 7:59.

I love that sound!

It's time to install the coilovers.

We gotta start by removing the rear shocks/springs.

In order to do that we need to remove these side covers to access the nuts.

In order to remove the stock spring...

I removed the 2 nuts behind the panels in the trunk...

Now I need to remove these bolts/nuts to lower the control arm and remove the shock/spring.

We also have to disconnect the sway bar to drop the control arm.

Once those bolts are removed the control arm easily drops and the shock can come out.

Look at how big the stock one is...

Compared to the new coilover, it's big and heavy.

After putting the new coilover in, replace the bolts and nuts you removed.

Tighten everything up...

Look at this coilover...

There is no reason to loosen the top nut...

In order to raise and lower the height of the car...

We simply need to loosen the lower nut...

in order to do so we use a Spanner Wrench.

Fit the Spanner Wrench into the bottom lock nut and spin it loose.

Now its easy to turn adjust the height up or down.

I want to raise the suspension so I will turn the entire assembly to the left like this.

This is essentially raising the body up...

or pushing the tire down is another way to think about it...

When done lock down the bottom nut.

Now use a tape measure to confirm both rear coils are the same height.

There is probably better measuring means....

But essentially this gap needs to be the same on both rear coils.

How we looking Cameraman?

Looks good?

In that case, we will put the wheel on and sit the car on the ground to check the height.

After checking we can raise and lower again as needed.

Remember- I am an amateur enthusiast and not a pro... there are probably better ways to do these same things!

Now it's time to do the front coils.

Inside the engine compartment, there are 3 nuts on each side holding the front shock in place.

I loosened these already but left them in place for now.

Underneath the car looks like this...

This is the stock spring/shock.

It is held in place by these 2 big bolts.

But before removing these, there are a couple of there items to remove.

The ABS sensor is one...

It is held with a small clip that's easy to remove.

This brake line must also be unbolted from the shock.

Pretty tight!

This car is still pretty new and...

being here in Los Angeles it rarely rains and no snow...

therefore these bolts aren't really rusty at all...

but in Japan and other places...

these may be rusty and should to be sprayed with WD40 or similar before loosening.

I'm gonna use this cheap electric impact to remove these big bolts.

Now the bottom bolt...

Once this is removed the entire assembly is loose...

We left the 3 nuts on loose at the top so it can't drop out yet.

But having a jack below the assembly is a good idea too.

That last bolt loosened up everything and ready to come out.

Like I said, a jack is a good idea to support it from underneath.

Lifting with the jack makes it easier to control getting it out.

Now remove the 3 nuts at the top.

Apparently I forgot to remove another bolt down below!!

I'm gonna lightly tap this bolt to remove it.

Here it comes...

Now you should be able to push down on the entire assembly and remove it...

I'm sorry... I'm a beginner.. I'm still learning too!

LOL!! I was pushing so hard I just farted!!!

Humans evolve in a number of ways.

Many of us have heard that every cell in the body is changed in a period of seven years.

The body is forever changing in many different ways � cells die and new cells are born.

However, further investigation into this topic has uncovered much more significance than

we thought.

Not only does the body change significantly every seven years, but your mind and your

spirit evolve along with it.

In years 0-7 your body, mind, and soul go through a lot of changes.

This is one of the most important cycles of a human�s lifespan.

This is where you develop your unconscious responses.

The roman catholic church refers to a major change that occurs in the first eleven years

of life.

In this stage, we are completely dependant on a loved one for food, cleaning, etc.

The second is from seven to fourteen, and this is where your concept of ideas and emotions

come from.

This is where your personality starts to soften and you are in touch with your emotions.

arose through the challenges and pains of your infancy and childhood.
