Selamat Petang from Malaysia and

welcome to our Channel, today we're in

Georgetown to try three heritage dishes

of Penang.

[Music]

First food we gonna try for you

for this heritage video is Char Kuey Teow

and we came to Kimberly Street Market

open only in the evening where

there is the best stall for this dish!

[Music]

only see the making of this dish worth

the walk.

It wasn't that far, but still

can't wait to try it, cause was made

on charcoal. let's take a big bite.

oh yeah oh yeah

[Music]

the noodle are nice, tender, medium size

as you can see. A little spicy,

and beautiful soy beans,

they're still very crunchy.

this a bit similar to Pad Thai

but this are not sweet at all.

Time for the prawn...

still tender inside

perfect cooking timing, delicious dish!

Now it's my turn to try Char Kuey Teow

famous Penand dish made by flat noodles

lot of eggs, but you can it without too.

soy beans, fried pork & prawns.

[Music]

[Music]

Noodles have a nice sticky texture,

together with the piquant taste of prawns

and nice taste of the pork

it's all very nice, not sweet at all,

with a little spiciness.

[Music]

To find Nasi Lemak we came to Sri Weld

food court in Georgetown.

A very different food court,

very clean and tide.

Few stalls with different cuisines.

Ali Nasi Lemak, is the first stall

at the entrance, right before getting

inside the food court.

[Music]

[Music]

We bought 2 different type of Nasi Lemak:

one with squids, one with fish.

I don't know which one I'll catch first

This package is made by pandan leaves

used like cover for the food

and we'll use as plate as well.

I'll open this pandan leave...

trying to be careful...

There is a smaller leave for the rice,

and a bigger to pack it.

Nasi Lemak is fragrant rice, cooked

in coconut milk

and served with fish and anchovies

in the original recipe.

Now much more toppings are added.

This is rice with squids.

I will try to take it all

together...

It smells of dry fish, nice!

It gives much appetite...

[Music]

I feel anchovies,

It really hit you the taste,

spicy,

but rice is so delicate,

it was cooked in coconut milk

so it's very soft,

and it make it very creamy!

Truth that I'm very excited to eat from the

leaves. To me is something so ancient,

something that remind me the past

the human evolution. I will take a full

spoon, I love squids

so I'm really cawing to try this

[Music]

it is a unique taste, nothing I ever tasted

before. There is a little bit of

spiciness. But It's very

nice

the rice is made giving a soft taste

and not very hitting.

A background of spiciness

and the lovely feeling of the fishy taste.

this very nice! Okay now it's my turn to

unwrap the leave, hope I do it good..

yes, I do it very good!

I can see the big big piece of fish.

Is supposed to be like a big sardine,

or similar. It's whole, while I cut

I feel the skin and bones.

...a bit hard...

I'll use the help of my fingers

I think I'll eat it all together

OK, first the fish alone

to check the feeling to chew flesh

together with the bones

Yeah, the feeling similar to dry sardines.

Or other similar small

fishes of which you can eat everything.

you get the feeling of the bones

crunching under your teeth.

The base sauce feels like tomato paste.

Very concentrated tomato taste,

this give lightness, not fishy.

probably first dish was more fishy.

Now I will take it with rice....

oh it's very nice it's very rich taste.

But, at the same time very delicate your

time to try Yulia!

We like so much the first, that we

rushed to try next one.

I already clean the fish from the bones,

you can and you see is yellowish

probably due to curry...

'll I pick up rice,

fish and this beautiful sauce

It's true!

less fishy somehow,

rice same delicate as the first one

less spicy. All together a perfect snack!

Here we are, a bit outside

Georgetown, to try our third heritage

Penang dish. And this will be the famous

fish soup Assam Laksa!

[Music]

[Music]

[Music]

Here is our Assam Laksa.

this is the original Penang Laksa.

There are lot of ingredients, the base is

is a sour fish soup with

tamarind that give this reddish color,

there are chili peppers,

big noodles,

some greens, and let me try to discover

other ingredients...

Soup's so rich there is almost no broth!

I'll try broth first then...

and this mix of ingredients.

[Music]

this is so beautiful!

Very sour, the test of fish, and I...

lost myself cause is such European taste,

it remind me so much

a French fish soup or bisque.

It's amazing!

Let me try it all together now:

you can see the thick noodles,

hmm mm hmm

this is mint, wow!

this is the festive for the taste!

Sugar Cane drink made by the guy over there

now I will deep myself in the bowl

I see a lot of things here:

mint, chili, noodles...

I don't mind a hint of spiciness

I'll skip the broth and go

straight to the big noodles!

WOW!

this is a delicious soup! I love the mix

of the mint, strong taste of fresh mint

together with the sourness of tamarind

and the thick thick noodles, yummy!

What a unique

experience to arrive to this place

that we saw many times in movies,

and finally taste it! This place is located

fifteen-twenty minutes car drive

distance from the center of Georgetown

but it's really worth the trip!

The 2 other heritage dishes:

Nasi Lemak and Char Kuey Teow,

were also very beautiful experiences

worth the try, and shows the tradition of

Penang cuisine. If you coming to Penang,

We suggest you to try 3 heritage dishes.

How to Collect Drumstick /Moringa Seeds /सहजना के पेड़ के फायदे -3rd June 2017/Mammal Bonsai - Duration: 7:48.

If you have not yet subscribed to the Mammal Bonsai channel

Then subscribe to the channel by pressing the red button

And press this bell icon so that when I upload a new video you get the message.

Hello Friends, i am Vijay saini & welcome to Mammal Bonsai

You may be looking forward to a big tree

its moringa tree

called sahjnaa here

its called drumstick also

today we talk about this tree

We also ignore this tree by looking at it

Because we do not know about it

But

This is such a tree. From whose roots fruits, flowers, leaves, bark, everything is beneficial for our health

With its flower we can make a vegetable

And with their flowers we can pickle

Pickles are also made from its beans

And soup is also made from it

The juice of its leaves is good for health

drumstick Removes our many of our diseases

like if ..

It reduces obesity from the body

If someone has stones in the gallbladder, then it gets relief

Drinking juice with cow's milk gives strength to the body

Its root is used in many medicines

For those who have pain in their feet, their seeds are very beneficial.

its easy to grow

So let's go under this tree and see below it

You're looking at this white white.

Actually it is a seed pod

and

And how many seeds pods I am showing you

Going down the tree will know

because this is big tree

So many seeds pods came over it

look this

You will be looking

All this is its beans which have been opened.

After the ripening, the beans have been opened and all the seeds are scattered.

Now the rains will grow all the seeds

I'll show you its seeds

look this

The seeds of this tree are scattered all around

Look, its seeds are scattered far and wide

See how many seeds are scattered below

Now its time has passed

First comes flowers

When its flowers come, then by taking those flowers we make vegetable

Pickle also.

Which is very healthy.

Know Moringa very well, then you will know how many qualities it has.

its bark, its root all beneficial for us

One tree must be planted at home

i have many seeds of moringa here

because here 2,3 big tree for seeds

i have also one big tree in my garden area

and its grow very fast

Look i show you closer

In it you will see four big stems

look this

Two is on this side. Two is on that side

I show you a little closer

its bark is different

others tree have hard bark but its bark is soft

Let me break the bark with my hand

This is the piece of it

When you see its seeds, it will have the same effect on it.

that is also soft like this

It's light like thermocol

The less thermocol, the less light it is

you can break it easily

Look here you may be looking at some marks

Actually there are some birds that sit here and it starts scorching.

They have scorch up the tree up

As you can see it is a huge tree

Take care of one thing whenever you go on this tree

Before climbing make sure that your tree is strong

Because its wood is very weak

It is so raw that it breaks easily

If there is such a tree, then we can climb on it.

But if it is raw which does not ripe bark

then dont climb

If such a surface is on the tree then do not climb it

We can climb on the maturity that has been done but the carefully

A stick is used to take their beans

we can take beans with that stick

and we can get flowering also with stick

this tree is which is full of qualities for health

ok now talk about how to grow it

it's easy to grow

because you can grow it from seeds

and you can grow it from cutting also

If you grow it from cutting then it will flowering in 6 to 7 months.

I'll show you how you can take cutting

look this

Its leaves

branch also soft so ..

If you see its big tree somewhere

so you can take cutting with hand

and bring to home and plant the cutting after sharp cut

Now there is rainy season, so in these seasons, its seeds can also grow

and cutting also grow

Perhaps the first year may not be beans

But after that the bean will also come

The leaves and beans are used more

And flowers also pickles from the flowers and also from its beans

Eating is also delicious and healthy too.

Its growth is very fast

I planted a small plant

He is of a year or two

But its growth is very good

When it was 1 year old then it grew up but then it was broken

After its break, a branch started from below

And now that branch has become very big

i will show you in other garden videos

This tree is near the mound away from my farm

mean Near the end of the farm

See how big a tree is.

here are two or three trees of this kind. That i show you

The rain is good here today

so now these all seeds will grow

I pick 1 seeds pod from here

and We pick some seeds from here

pick up the good healthy seeds

The upper part of the seed is also soft.

If you peel it, its grain will come out.

you can see its grain

In this way, its grain can be removed

so we pick the some seeds from here

and one seeds pod

After the rainy season, when we come under a tree

So we will see many moringa plants here

its seeds

So let me show you more tree

See a tree here

You can see a tree with it

mean Two trees here are big

One we left behind

it have also dropped seeds pod

this tree have some green beans

Maybe you do not see that green bean

now you can see this green bean

ok friends see you in the next video

till then goodbye , thanks

Republicans Are SUING Big Pharma - Duration: 12:16.

OHIO IS ONE OF THE STATES THAT HAS BEEN HIT HARDEST

IN THE OPIOID EPIDEMIC UP TO THIS POINT, AND IN ORDER TO

FIGHT BACK, WE NOW HAVE A SERIOUS LEGAL CHALLENGE.

OHIO AT ATTORNEY GENERAL MIKE DEWINE FILED A LAWSUIT

YESTERDAY, AND IT IS ONE OF THE

MOST SWEEPING LAWSUITS IN THIS

AREA, AND OHIO IS THE FIRST STATE IN THE COUNTRY TO FILE

SUCH A SUIT.

SOME OF THE COMPANIES INCLUDE JOHNSON & JOHNSON, ITS

SUBSIDIARY JANSSEN --

THESE ARE SOME OF THE SUBSIDIARIES THAT HAVE PRODUCED

THE OPIOIDS THAT HAVE BECOME SO RIFE ACROSS THE COUNTRY,

BUT IN PARTICULAR IN OHIO.

I WANT TO GIVE YOU THE NUMBERS TO GIVE YOU AN IDEA OF THE

SEVERITY OF THE PROBLEM.

ACCORDING TO THE CDC, 3300 OHIOANS DIED DUE TO OVERDOSE IN

2015 ALONE, AN INCREASE OF OVER 21% IN ONE YEAR.

I'M SORRY, I WANT TO GIVE YOU A LITTLE BIT OF CONTEXT.

TO BE FAIR, YES, 3,310 PEOPLE DIED THAT YEAR FROM PRESCRIPTION

DRUGS, OVERDOSE, BUT HOW ENABLE DIED MARIJUANA?

OH RIGHT, 0.

I WANT TO GIVE YOU SOME MORE NUMBERS, BACK IN 2012, MORE THAN

790 MILLION DOSES OF OPIOIDS WERE PRESCRIBED TO PATIENTS IN

OHIO, ENOUGH TO SUPPLY EVERY MAN, WOMAN, AND CHILD IN THE

STATE WITH 68 PILLS EACH.

AMAZING!

I KNOW, SOME OF THESE NUMBERS I CAME ACROSS...

I DON'T THINK THAT'S HOW THEY DISTRIBUTE THEM.

YOU HAVE TO REGISTER AT THE DMV AND THEN THEY SEND YOU YOUR

PILLS, 68 EACH.

IN 2016,

20% OF THE STATES POPULATION WAS PRESCRIBED OPIOIDS.

ADDICTION RATES ARE SKYROCKETING, AND WE STILL

HAVE THIS OR THAT IT IS A PAINKILLER.

I'VE TAKEN PAINKILLERS BEFORE, AND IT'S THE DOCTORS WITH

THE PROFIT MOTIVE, GIVEN MONEY BY THE PHARMACEUTICAL

COMPANIES TO PUSH THESE DRUGS, THAT ARE CREATING THESE

DEADLY MISCONCEPTIONS.

MORE AMAZING THINGS ABOUT THIS STORY.

IF 20% OF THE POPULACE IS TAKING THE PILLS, AND YOU GET 68 PILLS

PER PERSON IN THE STATE, WELL YOU DO A LITTLE BIT OF MATH, AND

YOU GET 340.

SO, FOR EVERYONE WHO WAS PRESCRIBED THE PILLS, THEY

ARE TAKING, ON AVERAGE, 340 PILLS, PER YEAR.

OF COURSE A LOT OF IT IS BEING SOLD TO PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT

PRESCRIBED THE DRUGS.

WE ARE HOOKED ON THIS STUFF, LITERALLY.

YOU KNOW THE GATEWAY DRUG THEY WARNED US ABOUT?

THEY SAID WAS MARIJUANA, BUT IT ISN'T, THIS IS LITERALLY

THE GATEWAY DRUG.

CAN KILL YOU, AND IF IT DOESN'T, IT LEADS YOU TO SEEK OUT

THINGS THAT ARE CHEAPER, BUT GIVE YOU THE SAME EFFECT,

WHICH IS HEROIN, AND THEN HEROIN THEN OFTEN TIMES KILLS YOU,

LET ALONE ALL THE PEOPLE WHO SURVIVED, BUT WHOSE LIVES

ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

REALLY FAST, BEFORE YOU ON FROM THAT, THOSE NUMBERS ARE NOT

INCLUDED IN THIS.

THOSE PEOPLE WHO START ON OPIOIDS, AND THEN END UP ON

ILLEGAL DRUGS AND DIE AS A RESULT OF THAT, THAT IS ITS

OWN EPIDEMIC THAT PEOPLE DON'T REALIZE IS INHERENTLY

CONNECTED TO THIS ONE.

AND ALL THOSE AMAZING NUMBERS PALES IN COMPARISON TO THE MORE

AMAZING PART OF THIS STORY; THAT IT IS REPUBLICANS IN OHIO THAT

ARE SUING TIGHT PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES, INCLUDING JOHNSON &

JOHNSON, AND HOLDING THEM ACCOUNTABLE.

I LITERALLY CANNOT IMAGINE THAT I LITERALLY CANNOT REMEMBER

THE LAST TIME THAT HAPPENED, THAT'S AMAZING.

AND BY THE WAY, CONGRATULATIONS TO THEM, MIKE DEWINE, AND JOHN

KASICH WHO IS THE GOVERNOR IN OHIO.

VIDEO BUFFERING --

SHE SAYS THEY ARE BOTH DOING BETTER, BUT IT IS A DAILY

STRUGGLE, IT'S BETTER RIGHT NOW BUT IS JUST AWFUL AND NO

FAMILY SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH IT.

THAT'S THE THING, THERE ARE SOME PEOPLE WHO JUST HAVE ADDICTION

IN THEIR GENES, AND THERE'S NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT,

BUT IT SEEMS LIKE, FROM FAMILY AND FRIENDS THAT I KNOW,

THIS DOES NOT DISCRIMINATE, IT DOESN'T CARE IF YOU HAVE AN

ADDICTIVE ISSUE OR NOT, YOU WILL GET ADDICTED.

IF YOU ARE IN PAIN, ONE PILL ISN'T ENOUGH EVENTUALLY,

FOR PILLS ISN'T ENOUGH EVENTUALLY, EIGHT PILLS

ISN'T ENOUGH EVENTUALLY; THAT COULD HAPPEN TO ALL OF US.

OHIO IS THE FIRST STATE TO FILE A LAWSUIT LIKE THIS, AND

AGAIN, CONGRATULATIONS TO THEM FOR BEING RIGHT, AND WHAT

ARE THEY SUING THEM ABOUT?

THEY ARE SAYING THAT THERE ARE DECEPTIVE MARKETING

PRACTICES HERE, BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT SEEING ANY MORE THAT

YOU SHOULD JUST TAKE IT AS A TEMPORARY SOLUTION TO PAIN,

THEY ARE SAYING YOU SHOULD TAKE IT ALL THE TIME FOR CHRONIC

PAIN, BUT IS HORRIBLY MISLEADING, BECAUSE IF YOU

DO YOU WILL ALMOST CERTAINLY GET ADDICTED.

AND CAN I PILE ONTO THAT, AND SAY, THE CRAZIEST THING ON THE

PLANET IS THAT WE ARE NOW NORMALIZING THE FACT THAT YOU

CAN'T GO TO THE BATHROOM BECAUSE YOU ARE HOOKED ON ñ THERE

ARE SO MANY COMMERCIALS FOR OPIOID CAUSED CONSTIPATION.

THAT IS A REAL THING.

I THOUGHT IT WAS FROM THE ONION WHEN I FIRST SAW IT.

IT'S INSANE.

SO, THE REAL DANGEROUS DRUG DEALERS IN AMERICA, THIS IS

NOT AN EXAGGERATION AT ALL, ARE THE PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES.

AND I WANT YOU HAVE CONTEXT; THAT DOESN'T MEAN THEY ONLY

DO BAD THINGS, THEY ALSO CREATE DRUGS THAT SAVE LIVES.

SO, THE WORLD IS NOT JUST BLACK AND WHITE, AND JUST EVILDOERS

AND GOOD FOLKS AND STUFF, SO WHAT WE ARE TRYING TO DO ñ AND

APPARENTLY WHAT THE STATE OF OHIO IS TRYING TO DO ñ KEEP

MAKING THE DRUGS THAT SAVE LIVES, AND BY THE WAY, HAVE

PAINKILLERS WHEN PEOPLE NEED PAINKILLERS, BUT DO NOT

MARKET IT AS SOMETHING THAT TREATS A CHRONIC CONDITION,

BECAUSE IT WILL GET PEOPLE HOOKED, AND PEOPLE WILL DIE.

AS YOU KNOW, LED BY A THINK OBAMA FIRST, AND THEN CERTAINLY

HILLARY CLINTON EMBRACED IT, AND BERNIE SANDERS WAS IN FAVOR OF

IT, OPIOID ADDICTION BECAME SORT OF THE SURPRISING ISSUE IN THE

2016 CAMPAIGN AND GOT TALKED ABOUT A LOT.

DONALD TRUMP, LOOKING TO SLASH THE WHITE HOUSE OFFICE OF

CONTROL POLICY BY 95%, AND THE REACTION TO THAT AMONG MANY

REPUBLICANS, INCLUDING SOME VOTERS I READ, I THOUGHT WE

TALKED ABOUT IT, MAYBE WITH JOHN, BUT THERE WAS A REACTION

LIKE, HEY I THOUGHT, THE DEAL WAS THAT YOU ARE CONCERNED,

ESPECIALLY IN PLACES LIKE WEST VIRGINIA AND OHIO, WHERE THE

EPIDEMIC IS SO WIDESPREAD.

PEOPLE ARE LIKE, WE NEEDED HELP ON THIS.

THIS NEEDS TO BE AN ISSUE THAT IS ADDRESSED BY A WHITE HOUSE

OFFICE OF NATIONAL DRUG CONTROL POLICY, THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT THEY

SHOULD BE DOING, AND THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION IS PROPOSING A

95% CUT.

THAT IS ANOTHER PLACE WHERE JOHN KASICH WAS VERY OUTSPOKEN

AS WELL.

AND ESPECIALLY WHEN TALKING ABOUT TREATING CHRONIC

PAIN, IMAGINE IF WE HAD A DRUG THAT TREATED CHRONIC PAIN

THAT DID NOT LEAD TO OVERDOSE DEATHS, AND FOR SOME REASON

THAT IS STILL IN THE VAST MAJORITY OF OUR COUNTRY

ILLEGAL, YOU CAN GO TO JAIL FOR IT, IT'S STIGMATIZED, GOD

HELP US IF KIDS ARE EXPOSED TO IT, AND IT'S MARIJUANA.

THE WAY WE TALK ABOUT THESE DRUGS IS SO STUPID, AND AT

ONE POINT IT JUST SHOCKED ME THAT PEOPLE WOULD ARGUE SO

FERVENTLY AGAINST WEED, AND THEN GO HOME AND GET DRUNK OFF A

BOTTLE OF WINE, OR WHISKEY, OR WHATEVER.

AND I GET IT, IT'S INGRAINED IN OUR SOCIETY, AND OKAY, PEOPLE

CAN'T SEE HOW RIDICULOUS IT IS, BUT THAT THEY DON'T SEE THE

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WEED AND THIS, AND THINK THAT THEY ARE ON

THE SAME TIER ñ PEOPLE LIKE OUR ATTORNEY GENERAL, THAT

THINK THESE ARE COMPARABLE SUBSTANCES.

NO, THIS IS A LEGAL SUBSTANCE AND MARIJUANA ISN'T, IT'S

INSANE.

AND EVEN DEMOCRATS ARE NOT YET WILLING TO CONSIDER

LEGALIZING MARIJUANA.

I WAS TRYING TO AVOID SAYING IT, BUT YOU KNOW, THERE IS A

RACIAL COMPONENT TO IT.

JEFF SESSIONS IS AN OLD-SCHOOL RACIST, AND HE STILL THINK IT'S

THE HOP HEADS AND COLLARDS WHO ARE STILL USING MARIJUANA,

AND OBVIOUSLY I'M USING THE TYPE OF LANGUAGE THAT PEOPLE

LIKE JEFF SESSIONS WOULD USE.

HOP HEADS.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS.

I'M GOING TO HAVE TO GOOGLE IT.

BUT MY SAFE SEARCH ON.

AND THE SENSE IS, THESE ARE WHITE PEOPLE DRUGS; THIS IS

MEDICINE PRESCRIBED IN AN OFFICIAL WAY.

WHAT IS GOING TO CHANGE MARIJUANA POLICY IN THIS COUNTRY

IS WHEN GUYS LIKE JEFF SESSIONS COME TO UNDERSTAND THAT ñ WHITE

PEOPLE, MEN AND WOMEN LIKE TO ñ JUST, I'M JUST SAYING, MIGHT

ENJOY MARIJUANA ALSO, AND MIGHT BENEFIT FROM MARIJUANA, TO

JOHN'S POINT, THAT THERE ARE ACTUAL LEGITIMATE MEDICINAL

QUALITIES.

WE ARE NOT TALKING JUST ABOUT PEOPLE WITH SERIOUS ILLNESSES,

AND I DON'T WANT TO DISREGARD THAT, BECAUSE IT'S IMPORTANT,

BUT LIKE YOU SAID, CHRONIC PAIN, CHRONIC ANXIETY, A WAY TO

ALLEVIATE THAT.

AND MY QUESTION, AND MAYBE IT IS COMING FROM A NAœVE PLACE,

BUT I DON'T THINK IT IS, DO WE TRULY BELIEVE THAT THESE

PEOPLE DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS, OR DO YOU JUST FOLLOW THE

MONEY, AND ONCE BIG PHARMA GETS TO MARKET IT AND SELL IT

IT'S WANT TO BE A DIFFERENT STORY?

YEAH, SO OF COURSE YOU ARE RIGHT ABOUT THAT GINA, AND WE KNOW

THAT RICHARD NIXON'S WAR ON DRUGS, AND THIS CAME DIRECTLY

FROM ONE OF HIS AIDES, JUST LIKE JOHN SAID, IT WAS TARGETING THE

HIPPIES AND LIBERALS AND BLACK PEOPLE, BECAUSE THEY WERE THE

ONES WHO TOOK DRUGS.

BUT NOW WE HAVE GOT TO THE POINT WHERE, IF WE CAN BE A

MULTIBILLION-DOLLAR INDUSTRY AND CAN ALSO ADDRESS CHRONIC PAIN,

WELL, I DON'T WANT YOU TO LEGALIZE MARIJUANA ñ

THERE IS THE PHARMACEUTICAL ELEMENT TO IT, AND BY THE

WAY, THEY ARE THE NUMBER ONE POLITICAL DONORS IN THE COUNTRY.

MORE THAN WILL COMPANIES, MORE THAN BANKS, DRUG COMPANIES ARE

NUMBER ONE IN POLITICAL CORRUPTION, WHERE THEY

PURCHASE POLITICIANS.

AND IT'S ALSO THE ALCOHOL COMPANIES.

ALCOHOL COPIES ARE FIGHTING BACK AGAINST MEASURES TO

LEGALIZE MARIJUANA ACROSS THE COUNTRY, BECAUSE WHEN WEED

IS LEGALIZED, ALCOHOL SALES GO WAY DOWN, BECAUSE IT'S MUCH

CHEAPER AND YOU STILL GET BUZZED.

LOWER CARB.

UNTIL YOU GOT THE MUNCHIES.

THEY COME IN RICE CRISPIES YOU KNOW?

AND FINALLY, BACK TO THE PARTICLE REASONS BEHIND THIS.

I'M GOING TO GIVE YOU THE CYNICAL REASON, BUT IT

DOESN'T TAKE AWAY ANY CREDIT.

OH, YES, I THINK BEN IS RIGHT, IT IS STARTING TO AFFECT

WHITE PEOPLE, IN THIS CASE LITERALLY.

THERE IS A POLITICIAN IN THIS STORY, WE EXPLAINED, THERE ñ

THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS WERE AFFECTED.

AND IT'S LIKE, HEY WAIT, THAT'S NOT THE BAD GUYS, THE OTHER

GUYS, THAT'S ME, SO WE GOT TO DO ABOUT THAT.

AND THEN SECONDARILY, JOHN KASICH IS GOING TO RUN AGAINST

DONALD TRUMP IN THE PRIMARIES, IF DONALD TRUMP IS STILL AROUND,

AND HE HAS OPPOSED TRUMP ON ALMOST EVERYTHING ñ HE WAS ONE

OF THE TOP THREE FINISHERS DURING THE CAMPAIGN ñ

AND HE WANTS TO POSITION HIMSELF AS A MODERATE REPUBLICAN.

THAT IS IN AT LEAST ñ THAT IS A REALLY SMART STRATEGY.

SO, THERE ARE POLITICS BEHIND US, BUT I WILL TAKE IT.

IF YOUR POLITICS AS A REPUBLICAN IS TO DO THE SMART AND

CORRECT THING BECAUSE YOU THINK IT WILL HELP YOU WITH

THE

VOTERS, I'M ALL FOR IT.

When Smash 4 will be on Nintendo Switch? | Macintyre - Duration: 7:41.

So will Smash 4 be on the Nintendo Switch? Well yes I am fairly positive it will be,

Smash 4 is one of the best selling games on the Wii U. And since we do see a bit of trend going on with the Switch so far,

with Breath of the Wild and Mario Kart 8 being originally Wii U games that saw versions on the Switch, I do see Smash 4 following suit.

So with that being said I suppose a better question to ask will be when Smash 4 will be on the Switch.

And with E3 around the corner, will we see a reveal trailer? I know that there are a bunch of so called leaks about it floating

around in internet space, but that is a given. A bunch of fake leaks tend to pop up around E3 like a seasonal event.

So what can we do to come to an educated guess when Smash 4 will release. Well let's take a look at some of the

development cycles of similar esque games on the switch and reference them with Smash 4's own development.

To this end we will look at both the development cycles of Mario Kart 8 deluxe and Breath of the Wild. I know the development cycles

for both are drastically different to Smash 4, but for the sake of referencing the development for the Switch. In which games

originally made for the Wii U to be ported on the Switch, these games can serve at the very least as reference points.

So starting with MK 8 deluxe, generally speaking Mario Kart games at first tend to take up a little over a year to 2 years in development.

In the case of MK 8's deluxe port, a unique thing occurred. According to the game's producer, Kosuke Yabuki

who is also producing Arms by the way. Stated in an interview that porting Mario Kart 8 to the Switch was actually fairly simple. Now it wasn't

really stated how long it took to develop the deluxe version, but I would guess that it took less than

a year for them to do so. Considering most of the content was already made for this specific title.

So with the data we captured by this observation concerning mario kart, let's move on to breath of the wild. Now unlike Mario Kart,

Breath of the Wild had one hectic development cycle. Heck you could argue initial development began right after the

release of Skyward Sword in 2011, with development becoming more and more ambitious as time went on.

But for the sake of cataloging things, a fair estimation would point to a 4 year development cycle for Breath of the Wild.

So with that being said, how much development time did it take the Zelda team to port Breath to the Switch

Surprising not long, in an interview with Eiji Aonuma he revealed that porting the game to the switch took allot less time than he expected.

Granted both versions are essentially identical, with the team not really taking full advantage of newer hardware. Now based on these statements I

want to say that porting Breath of the Wild to the switch took roughly the same amount of time that it took Mario Kart 8, perhaps more or less.

So with the data we have so far, let's go back to our original question? When will Smash 4 be on the Switch?

Well looking at past events, it shouldn't take more than a year to do so. Assuming if Smash 4 on the switch will be like MK 8 deluxe, with all the added DLC

and maybe some new stuff. With that being said, the only reasons I can think of it taking longer than that is that maybe

this new port is actually a brand new version of smash with a overhaul on allot of stuff. Either that or maybe they

began development kind of late for some reason or not at all. Which neatly segways to this next point.

In a 2014 interview with Smash director Masahiro Sakurai, he stated that he might be done with the series.

"I can't positively declare there won't be (another Smash Bros. game). With both Melee and Brawl, I made those games with the thought

that there wouldn't be any more sequels. Thus, I really can't deny the chance for another….However, as for myself, I don't think there will be."

So what does this essentially mean? Well Sakkarai may be leaning away from Smash, doesn't necessarily mean that he is done

with development however. As it is confirmed that he is indeed working on a new project, whatever it is we don't really now.

So with that being said, was the development of Smash 4 completely dominated by Sakurai like in previous installments?

Its true that Sakurai headed up the project, but during development he brought in more developers to help out

more than ever before. Probably since the project was pretty ambitious after all.

So I guess the question comes up, will Sakurai be involved in Smash 4 for a new version on the Switch? Even with all the DLC done.

Well I am not sure. I do see it likely, maybe it can act as a last hoorah for Sakurai when it comes to Smash. To make a definitive version of Smash 4 on the Switch.

So with all the information we have, from development cycles from other games that had ports on the Switch. Along with the development of Smash 4,

a port on the Switch in a similar manner to Mario Kart 8 deluxe should take a little under a year. It could be more than if this deluxe version is a bit ambitious.

So where does that leave us here? Well since the Nintendo Switch dropped March 2017, I do see it likely that Smash deluxe

could be released either the holiday 2017 or sometime in 2018. With a possible reveal this E3. With all that

being said, I think it's very likely we will see it this E3. But who knows, I could be wrong.

So what else should we be seeing at the big event? Well I'm looking forward to Arms along with Splatoon 2. Plus I am really looking forward

to the new Fire Emblem for the Switch, which may or not be revealed who knows. So with all that said, will there be a new Metroid? Well that's a

complicated question, would recommend seeing my own take on the Metroid situation here if you have time.

So what's next for the channel? Well apparently I'm not done yet with Zelda Theories, as I found out about some neat information about a timeline

placement for Breath of the Wild. You know I was originally hesitant to do this, but looks like I will be giving it a jab this Saturday.

So see you guys this Saturday for a new Theory! Special thanks goes to our Patreon Producers for helping put this video together.

With that being said, I hope you the best rest of the day or night, and take care!

Pizza Essay Gets Teen Into Yale - Duration: 5:20.

TO GET INTO COLLEGE, YOU OFTEN, MOST CASES, WILL HAVE TO

WRITE ESSAYS.

TO GET INTO YALE, ONE TEENAGER NAMED CAROLINE WILLIAMS,

WROTE AN ESSAY ABOUT THE ONE THING SHE TRULY LOVES IN

THE WORLD; ORDERING PAPA JOHN'S DELIVERY.

SHE PUT THIS TWEET OUT, "I JUST WANT PAPA JOHN'S TO KNOW

THAT I WROTE AN ESSAY ABOUT HOW MUCH I LOVE TO ORDER PIZZA

AND IT GOT ME INTO YALE."

SO, NOT ONLY DID SHE WRITE IT, IT TURNED OUT TO BE A GOOD

STRATEGY.

WE ARE GOING TO SHOW YOU THIS PART OF THE LONGER ESSAY;

"WHEN THE DELIVERY PERSON RINGS MY DOORBELL, I INSTANTLY

MORPH INTO ONE OF PAVLOV'S DOGS, SALIVATING TO THE SOUND

THAT SIGNALS THE ARRIVAL OF CHEESY, CIRCULAR GLORY.

IT'S NOT LIKE CELEBRATION, AS I LOVE TO REJOICE A HAPPY

OCCASION BY CALLING PAPA JOHN'S FOR MY FAVORITE FOOD.

TASTES LIKE COMFORT.

ACCEPTING THESE WARM CARDBOARD BOXES AT MY FRONT DOOR IS

SECOND NATURE TO ME, BUT I WILL ALWAYS LOVE ORDERING PIZZA

BECAUSE OF THE WEIGHT SLICES OF SOMETHING SO ORDINARY ARE ABLE

TO UP FEELINGS OF INDEPENDENCE, CONSOLATION, AND JOY."

THAT IS JUST ONE SMALL SECTION OF IT.

I'M NOT SURE IF SHE LIKES EATING THE PIZZA, OR ORDERING IT.

SHE LIKED EATING THE PIZZA AND NOT HAVING TO GO GET IT, WHICH

ARE MY TWO BABY THINGS ABOUT IT TOO.

YOU CAN SEE HER POSTING IN THIS PICTURE, TRIUMPHANTLY WITH

A PAPA JOHN'S PIZZA.

BY THE WAY, PAPA JOHN'S PIZZA IS POLITICALLY A MESS, BUT

THERE PIZZA IS PRETTY GOOD.

IT'S MAINLY THAT INDUSTRIAL GARLIC SAUCE.

SO, REALLY FAST, I THOUGHT WE WOULD HAVE THE FULL TWEET, BUT

THERE WERE RESPONSES FROM PEOPLE AT YALE, LIKE ON HER FILE

OR WHATEVER, AND THEY WERE LAUGHING, AND IT WAS FUNNY,

AND SOME OF THEM ALSO LIKE PAPA JOHN'S.

AND THE ADMITTING OFFICER SAID THAT SHE LAUGHED OUT LOUD

READING IT, AND SO SHE ENJOYED IT WAS A FUN, SPIRITED ñ

JUST TO CLOSE IT OUT THOUGH, THIS IS IMPORTANT, BECAUSE

PEOPLE ARE GOING TO BE LIKE, LOOK AT THESE LIBERAL

COLLEGES, SHE GOT IN BASED ON PIZZA.

APPLICATION INCLUDED A HIGH GPA, VOLUNTEER WORK, AS WELL AS

MEMBERS OF WITH THE ENGLISH HONORS SOCIETY ñ-

--

IT'S NOT THAT YOU GOT INTO YALE BECAUSE OF PIZZA, IT'S THAT

SHE GOT INTO YALE AND CHOSE TO GO TO A DIFFERENT COLLEGE,

AUBURN UNIVERSITY.

SHE'S GOING TO AUBURN?

YES, IT'S CLOSER TO HOME.

IS THE WRONG MOVE.

GOD BLESS ALL BURN, AUBURN IS A GREAT UNIVERSITY.

YALE, BETTER ONE.

SO LOOK, IF YOU ARE GOING TO SPEND ALL THAT MONEY ON COLLEGE,

AND I'M SURE YALE WAS MORE EXPENSIVE, BUT SHE IS OUT OF

STATE FOR AUBURN.

I HAVE THOUGHTS ABOUT AUBURN, WHICH WOULD MERELY EVOKE ANGER

FROM PEOPLE WHO LIKE AUBURN, SO I WILL KEEP THAT TO MYSELF.

YOU GET INTO YALE YOU GO YALE YOUNG LADY, DON'T BE

FOOLISH, GET SOME FINANCIAL AID, WORK ON GETTING FINANCIAL AID.

THAT MONEY IS THERE FOR PEOPLE WHO ASK FOR IT USUALLY.

BEN AND I HAVE TALKED ABOUT THIS IN THE PAST, YOU DON'T GET

A LOT OF BREAKS IN LIFE, LIFE IS HARD ENOUGH.

YOU SCORED A PRETTY NICE BREAK GETTING INTO YALE, AND PART

OF THE REASON WHY WE SAY THAT IS BECAUSE, YOU ARE LIKELY TO

MAKE MORE MONEY WHEN YOU GET OUT OF YALE.

I'M JUST KEEPING IT REAL HERE.

IS NOT A CONSERVATIVE POSITION?

YOU CAN ARGUE, THERE IS AN ARGUMENT WORTH MAKING THAT THERE

ARE LIKE, FOUR COUNTRIES IN THE COUNTRY THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE,

AND THEN THERE'S LIKE A 7900 WAY TIE FOR 2ND.

AND THOSE FOUR SCHOOLS WOULD BE HARVARD, YALE, PRINCETON,

STANFORD, RIGHT?

PROBABLY THERE'S A SECOND GROUP THERE, COLUMBIA, MIT, BUT THAT'S

IN A DIFFERENT WORLD.

SO, IF YOU GET INTO ONE OF THOSE FOUR, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, GO.

THEY HAVE PAPA JOHN'S IN NEW HAVEN MAN.

IN FACT, THEY HAVE GREAT REAL PIZZA, GREAT NON PAPA

JOHN'S PIZZA.

WHO WANTS THAT?

THE ONE THING I WANT TO SAY, IT'S CUTE, SHE WILL DO GREAT

ESSAY, SHE HAD GOOD GRADES, BUT HIS IS A SLIPPERY SLOPE WHERE

COMPANIES WILL PAY KIDS A LITTLE BIT EXTRA TO DO THIS AND THEN

GET A LITTLE MONEY OUT OF THAT?

THERE'S ANOTHER THING, LET'S ACKNOWLEDGE, SHE OBVIOUSLY

EARNED IT, YOU KNOW HOW HARD IT IS TO GET INTO YALE?

ONLY 6.9% OF THE PEOPLE WHO APPLY GET INTO YALE.

IS GREATLY HARD.

SO, HER GPA AND HER SCORES MUST HAVE BEEN THROUGH THE ROOF.

AND SHE HAD A CUTE ANGLE HERE.

AND I GET IT, IT WAS A BIT OF A CHEESY IDEA...

BUT I LIKED IT.

GOD BLESS.

IF I WAS THE EDITING OFFICER, I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE DONE

THE SAME THING.

OKAY, BUT OVERALL, IT IS A SLIPPERY SLOPE, TO GINA'S

POINT, AND EVERYBODY IS GOING TO START DOING THESE GIMMICKS,

AND IT'S NOT GOING TO WORK.

BE CAREFUL GUYS, YOU WANT TO GET IN BECAUSE, I LIKE OREO COOKIES!

The Sims 1 (8 in 1) Gameplay |24| Horror Kiss {EN} - Duration: 20:23.

Unfortunately I'm as bad at managing time in-game as I am in real life.

And I just forgot what I was searching for. Great.

He refuses to, because one of his stats is too low. I don't know why he doesn't turn his head from side to side with a symbol of what he needs to raise in order to do the given action, as it is for other actions.

A thief teleported in, figured out that he doesn't have anything to steal, peed himself, and teleported away. :)

I need an outside-table, otherwise they will spent their entire days walking around.

She doesn't flush automatically after she's done. My main character does.

This game is much too much realistic. :D

Time management fail like always.

And she was BOOing me before! It gives her fun too.

She's also getting decent!

Our marriage ROCKS. \oo/

-_-

She holds her head like that if she has too little of comfort.

Low Back Mobility Drill for Injury Prevention - Duration: 9:27.

hey everyone brian from Copeland's core fitness here and today I'm going to show

you one of my favorite drills for preventing lower back injuries and

helping to eliminate low back pain so for those of you who don't know I

suffered from severe lower back pain that shot down my leg and into my foot

for about a decade it was caused by two herniations or ruptures in my lower

back discs and I got to tell you it was

debilitating and awful now thankfully after that 10 years of suffering I was

able to figure out how to fix it and now I have zero back pain and I have zero

fear of re-injuring my back because I've created a supple strong mobile back that

is just very resilient against injuries and so today I'd like to share with you

one of the drills that I did to become like that just in case you're interested

in becoming like that as well but before we get into the drill let's

dig a little bit into why you need to do this drill and how your spine works your

spine has 24 vertebrae 7 cervical 12 thoracic and five lumbar each one of

these 24 vertebrae need to be able to move or your risk of injury goes way up

each one moves just a small amount and when they all move well they can share

the load but if an area does not move well then that means that the area right

above or below that area will be forced into moving more than it anatomically

should and that is where we get disc herniation and start feeling sciatica

pain okay so before we get into the drill I want to talk to anyone out there

who is currently in pain if you are experiencing severe low back pain before

you dive into this drill I want you to go very gingerly into it you might also

consider going and seeking out two people one is a qualified health

professional who can look at your back and find out if you have any actual

severe injury that needs to be treated more carefully

2 you can go find a Z health performance coach there's a lot of experience

working with low back pain who can help you work through this process and might

even be able to find additional drills that are more important for you now for

those of you who just have some mild pain currently I'm going to ask you to

do two things while you do the drill number one move a little bit more slowly

because often times that will help get rid of your pain and number two if you

need to reduce the range of motion that we're going to move okay here we go okay

here comes the drill first things first I want you to take your index finger and

put it just below the waistband of your pants next stack your middle ring and

pinky finger vertically like so and that's going to cover your lumbar spine

next once you just kind of rub those fingers up and down and what you're

going to feel are some bumps those bumps are your spinous processes which you can

see here and now we're going to give ourselves a little karate chop right at

the bellybutton now what I want you to think about doing in this drills we're

going to round our lower back and we're going to round over that karate chop you

might think about it as a fence coming up and hitting you right at the

bellybutton and you need to reach something on the other side of that

fence and you're just going to round from your lumbar spine and you're going

to feel your fingers spread open or spread apart as you do the drill now if

you don't feel it right away that's okay sometimes it takes a little while to get

used to the sensation of feeling it and sometimes it takes a little while to

coax those vertebrae into moving now since most people have very poor body

awareness of their low back because it's behind them and they also have very poor

movement quality back there it's inevitable that you're probably going to

find yourself making a couple of mistakes as you start doing this

movement the first one is you should not be able to reach

your kneecaps if you can reach your kneecaps then what's happening is you're

actually moving from your hips not your low back so a way that you can correct

this is you can put something right behind you you could stand with your

back to a wall and you want to have whatever it is a counter top or that

wall about an inch behind your butt that way if you move back and you hit it you

know that you're actually moving from your hips and not from your lumbar spine

the next thing that people are going to do is they're going to move from this

middle back area they're going to round from the thoracic spine looks like this

now it's great to have mobility in your thoracic spine but that's not the drill

that we're currently working on so as you do this to kind of take the movement

out of that thoracic spine I want you to think about keeping your spine straight

and stiff and only moving from where you feel your fingers touching you can rub

your fingers up and down and really pay attention to that sensation now back to

the hips for a moment since you are displacing your weight forward its

natural for your hips to move back just a little bit to offset your balance

that's okay but you can learn to distinguish the difference between this

and maybe your hips move back just a little bit for balance versus this okay

so if you're starting to get the hang of this you're starting to feel your

fingers spread apart you're starting to feel those bones open up beneath your

fingers now we can take a little bit further and add a little bit of rotation

so for instance here I am I rounded over that fence and cam cueing here cueing

back here round it over the fence and now I'm going to add a little bit of a

rotation to my left and a rotation to my right and this is going to add some

twisting in the lumbar vertebrae to get them to move

better here's where you need to look out the pelvis should not rotate because if

the pelvis is rotating the spine is not rotating so I want you to watch your

pelvis when you start engaging twisting and make sure that it stays straight

ahead if it twists okay fix it if it twists go ahead and fix it keep trying

to move from that lower back area okay so to wrap things up the next question

is how much how often the general recommendation is to do dynamic joint

mobility drills for three to five repetitions three to five times per day

so that might mean three to five of these bends and maybe three to five

little rotations three to five times per day now I myself I love to do them as a

warm up before exercise and before I play sports such as soccer or martial

arts incidentally I don't get lower back injuries probably a little correlation

and causation there however you could also do them anytime that your back is

feeling a little stiff maybe you've been sitting down for a while you get up your

back's a little stiff go ahead and do some of these drills it's fantastic for

you you really can't overdo them unless you

are currently in pain and you have a lot of inflammation going on otherwise knock

yourself out I probably wouldn't do more than about three to five repetitions

because if you start doing twenty and thirty reps your movement quality

normally goes down and next thing you know you're rotating and bending from

all over the place so just keep your reps low and do it several times

throughout the day if you want to do it more often now personally the version of

the drill that I just showed you is kind of my beginner version that I show a lot

of people I do a more advanced version called a front lumbar circle and you can

find this on a DVD set called the R phase and that's put out by a company

called Z health performance solutions if you are interested in preventing

injuries in every single joint of your body by creating suppleness and mobility

everywhere can't strongly enough recommend that you

include daily dynamic joint mobility work for every joint in your body

fingers to toes jaw everything in between as part of your regular exercise

program so I'll include include a link to that product down in the description

field and hopefully it'll be popping up here in a box in just a moment so anyway

folks until next time treat your body like a high-performance machine and go

do your daily maintenance which in this case dynamic joint mobility drills see

you next time
