NEW 5G WIFI COMING AND IT WILL KILL US ALL.

THIS IS SERIOUS!

First, there was 3G, then 4G and now we are heading into the era of 5G, while this is

said to be an improvement it is also bringing with it harmful ultra-high microwave frequency

radiation.

People who have raised their voices about the dangers that the technology will bring

and who have talked about safety have been subjected to intimidation and harassment along

with attempts to try to silence them.

SERIOUS HEALTH RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH 5G, INCLUDING RISK OF CANCER The FCC voted on July 14 to

bring 5G to the US to make spectrum bands above 24 GHz available for the 5G technology,

despite the fact that with the proliferation of technology for cell phones there are serious

health risks.

It looks like the FCC has the attitude of going full speed ahead and not giving a thought

to the torpedoes.

June 20 saw the chairman of the FCC, Tom Wheeler, praising the rollout of 5G applications along

with networks and he called them a game changer, along with national priority and went on to

say that it would bring in tens of billions of dollars.

5G USES FREQUENCIES THAT HAVE NOT BEEN TESTED

The 5G network is going to use frequency bands that are higher and which had not been thought

possible, frequencies of 24 to 100GHz, which have not been tested.

Of course, the new and untested frequencies are going to need new antennas and these are

aimed to amplify signals and it means huge deployment of cells phone towers all over

the US.

The first to begin 5G trials in the US will be Verizon and ATT and these are set to start

this year, 2017, with the first deployment commercially to start in 2020.

Wheeler said that all regions, including those in rural communities, will be saturated with

5G.

This means that no part of the country is going to remain safe from the ultra-high frequency

signals.

REPORTER WAS SILENCED OVER WORRIES ABOUT HEALTH At a press conference on July 14, Todd Shields

a reporter for Bloomberg News had his press credentials taken from him by the FCC security

force simply because he was speaking with safety advocates about radiation and he was

concerned.

He had confronted Wheeler during the conference and told him that his credentials had been

taken and while Wheeler said that he could have them back, he did go on to tell Shields

that everyone at the conference had to behave responsibly.

This meant that he had to follow orders otherwise he was out.

Bear in mind that in the past the government has tested and then said that many things

were safe and would not hurt the public.

These have included thalidomide, asbestos, lead paint and smoking, all of these have

now been said to be otherwise and far from safe.

STUDY REVEALED WIRELESS RADIATION CAN CAUSE CANCER The National Toxicology Program conducted

a government study to the cost of $25 million and it concluded that wireless radiation can

cause cancer.

70% of the non-industry studies have revealed that wireless radiation is harmful, but with

industry studies, this percentage is only 32%.

However this is looked at there is no getting away from the fact that the dangers are being

ignored by the government.

Even Verizon and T-Mobile annual financial reports have revealed that the phone companies

acknowledge that they are subject to litigation in relation to alleged health effects or radio

frequency transmitters and wireless phones.

They have warned that it may result in damages that are significant and they have admitted

that wireless technology along with health effects that are adverse do actually exist,

and this is said to include cancer being a threat.

Nokia is a defendant in a total of 19 different lawsuits that were filed in Washington D.C.

Which have alleged that radio emissions coming from cell phones have been the cause of brain

tumors.

One really has to ask whether the health of people in the US and the rest of the world

should be risked solely to advance in mobile technology that ensures that people can get

a good cell phone signal wherever they are.

White House Trump's agenda is stalled because of Russia - Duration: 2:07.

White House Trumps agenda is stalled because of Russia

Marc Short, President Trumps director of legislative affairs, acknowledged Monday that

the Russia investigations have distracted the White House from executing its policies

proposals.

Theres no doubt that keeping members focused on investigations detracts from our

legislative agenda, Short told reporters at a White House briefing Monday evening.

It detracts from what were trying to deliver to the American people.

Five months into the new administration, the White Houses legislative agenda has seemingly

stalled.

Health care reform has gained little traction in the senate, while tax reform has been held

out to dry.

Trump and his staff could point to the Russia probes as hurdles they will have to overcome

in order to pass legislation.

But to call it the singular distraction for this administration would be a mistake.

The president proved Tuesday morning that he is his own worst distraction.

Trump unleashed a tweetstorm of sorts on Tuesday, applauding the diplomatic row between Qatar,

a U.S. ally, and other Middle Eastern countries.

He also took a swipe at the mainstream media, tweeting that he would have lost the election

if he relied on the fake news of CNN, New York Times, Washington Post, etc.

One day earlier, Short insisted that the presidents social media habit was a positive.

The American people are anxious to see progress in this town, Short said Monday

night when asked about Trumps messaging strategy.

He may not have a conventional style in doing that, but many of his efforts are extremely

helpful to, I think, getting our legislation accomplished.

Dear Heartbreaker Part 2 | Spoken Word Poetry | By: Poetic Daisy - Duration: 2:14.

Dear Heartbreaker Part 2

Dear Heartbreaker,

This letter is so long overdue But I guess I'll use this letter to ask

you Questions, Lord know that I have many

So hopefully I won't leave any Out

Even though I doubt You'll ever answer them.

Let's begin So this can be over and I won't have to

ask again.

Why would you leave and then randomly come back?

Why didn't you stick around, was there something I lack?

How could you say you know I'm the one God has chose

Then claim you wanted to propose To another?

Why would you let me meet you mother If it wasn't serious?

Maybe I'm delirious And meeting your mom and brothers meant nothing,

Maybe the poems meant nothing, Maybe I meant nothing.

But even when I let go of the thought that we were something

And tried to be your friend I found that in the end

You were fake.

How long was it going to take Before you told me about your son?

You claimed I'm the one But even if I wasn't, as friends that's

something you would tell.

I kept thinking we were growing closer-well That shattered the budding friendship.

And how after all that can you even fix your lips

To say you care?

You were never there For me.

"We" Do not exist

And I was remiss To ever think we did.

Why do you keep your true motives hid?

We've moved on, at this point there's nothing to lose.

How many other women do you smooze In their inbox?

I think I know a few And why would you

Even go there?

Did you ever really care?

Was it ever really real?

And how do you feel Now that I'm gone?

Maybe I'm just another name Another game

To play.

Why do you think this way?

And do you ever think you'll stay With someone forever?

Perhaps you're just a rolling stone Destined to be alone

Forever.

The End.

Tummy Tuck or Liposuction? Dr.Hourglass - Duration: 5:50.

Hi, this is Dr. Hourglass, and welcome to another video in our channel Star Bodies.

Today we are going to discuss: " 3 Criteria to choose in between the tummy tuck and liposuction".

In this channel we discuss everything you need to know to get that star body that you want.

Welcome back!

Tummy tuck or liposuction?

This is probably one of the most frequent questions for people

who want to get rid of the fat in their abdominal area.

Most patients don't fully understand that there are certain criteria to fulfill when

recommending or deciding between the two procedures.

While the scope of the tummy tuck and the abdominal liposuction are almost the same

- a flat abdomen and a slimmer waist - the surgical method to remodel the body is different

on a patient-to-patient basis.

This depends on the following aspects:

Skin laxity. If the patient has a considerable amount of saggy skin on the belly,

then the tummy tuck is the right choice.

Saggy tummy usually occurs after massive weight loss or after one or multiple pregnancies.

The procedure involves an incision at the lower part of the abdomen to remove the excess skin.

However, patients who have minimal skin laxity can achieve the desired results

only with the help of liposuction.

Muscular laxity. After pregnancies or significant weight loss, the muscles can be affected too.

It is not just the skin that suffers.

If there is indeed an issue with muscular laxity, then the tummy tuck is the optimal treatment plan.

During this procedure, the plastic surgeon can strengthen the muscles of the abdominal wall,

while eliminating the fat and the skin tissue that are in excess.

The aesthetic purpose of the patient. There are some people who can tolerate a relatively small quantity

of excess skin on their abdominal area, but then there are others who are truly bothered by this.

Fortunately, cosmetic surgery can help.

Keep in mind though that tummy tuck intervention solves issues related to excess skin,

while liposuction can make it worse.

In this video, we discuss: 3 Criteria to choose in between the tummy tuck and liposuction.

In the next video, we will discuss: Contraindication for liposuction.

Manchester's Whitewater Park - Duration: 8:03.

When Charles City opened Iowa's first

whitewater park in 2011 they started a

new trend for our waterway rich state,

turning a dangerous dam into a kayaking

tubing and fishing mecca. In 2015,

Manchester joined the action by

transforming their local dam system into

a whitewater park. After more than 100

years of generating power and milling

grain the Maquoketa river is now one of

Iowa's great recreational attractions.

KramerThe term "River town" is evolving.

Hawker: I grew up as a child in this town back in the

1960s and 70s, and back back then the

river was really a place that we avoided.

There were trash dumps along the banks,

high weeds... it was a place that your

parents definitely did not want you as a

child to be hanging out in. Kramer: while still a

huge part of the community's identity,

Iowa cities like Manchester are starting

to trade in their dams for recreation

opportunities and gathering spaces

transforming an unappealing remnant of

the past to something entirely different.

Hawker: If you came here four years ago to see

what we had going at this location we

basically had an old mill dam and it was

had not been used for generating power

since probably the early 60s late 50s

early 60s. It's only been in the last

five years that we really took the big

push on to turn this into a highlight of

the time.

Manchester found inspiration from its

northern neighbor Charles City, who in

2011 used a devastating flood to

transform its community riverfront into

the state's first whitewater park.

Community Improvement officials

considered following Charles city's lead

as not only a benefit to the town but

Northeast Iowa in general. Wicks: We looked at

how this will change our community. How it

will improve the river, how it will improve

fishing and habitat here, how it will

provide recreation for our residents and

even draw people in. A lot of people

bought it so that this is going to be a

really good thing for towns. Kramer: And only a

few short years later the whitewater

park has done just that. New businesses

have opened, aquatic life is flourishing,

and recreation has skyrocketed.

Kramer: Paddlers, Kayakers, and Fishermen have

flooded the riverbanks of Manchester,

taking everything the park has to offer

and leaving only waves in their wake.

One of the biggest champions of the

towns effort is Manchester native Hannah

"ray Jay" Childs. As a well-known local

paddler Hannah and her peers used the

success of the Charles City course to

push her hometown to expand the state's

whitewater offerings. Childs: We got our first

one in Charles City my good friend Ty

Graham actually got that one off the

ground and going and he's like you know

if Manchester is even thinking about

doing anything in their town, he's like

we should do a whitewater park. So when

the Good-to-Great committee formed it

was like we need to do something with

the river. I was like I know what we

should do so! I brought him over and we

pitched the idea to Manchester and they

took it and ran with it now I have a

whitewater park. Kramer: With Manchester now in

the game Northeast Iowa has three parks

for paddlers to choose from including

Charles City and Elkader. But what makes

the Manchester Park special is all the

different challenges that offers. It's six

distinct features each one of the little

rapids is different at multiple levels

too. The first one is like very big and

flashy and powerful, and the next two are

kind of like more beginner friendly, and

then the next three are really stacked

up against each other so it can test

your skill level at multiple different

water levels. There really is something

for everybody whether he's been paddling

for years or it's your first time. Kramer: Above

the water paddlers and fishermen are

having the time of their lives, but the

park was built with more than recreation

in mind. Below the surface fish are

celebrating in their own way. Kirby: Here in

this part of the Maquoketa River there's

quite a few species you know wouldn't be

surprising to find let's say 50 species

of fish or so. A project like this allows

an opportunity to open up sections of

the Maquoketa River and allow these fish

once again to move through this area of

Maquoketa. And so far they've seen nine

species of fish moved through this dam

since it's been modified something that

wasn't happening before so that's a

pretty interesting thing from a fishery

side of things.

Kramer: Dan Kirby, who also grew up in Manchester,

personally misses the fishing spot the

old dam provided but says removing the

dam actually

improved aquatic habitat, and offers

multiple fishing avenues that simply

didn't exist before. Kirby: I mean its

improvement in my opinion because of how

much attraction it gives to like

families and other people that want to

come fishing here. It's just a real easy

spot to go fishing on the river I can

say go check out the whitewater park

it's pretty cool and most people are

going to enjoy and they probably can

catch a fish too.

Wicks: One of the things I found very

interesting is how people come down here

and they just hang out and they talk to

each other. It's just exciting to see

that type of a community interaction

that I'm sure it happens in other places

but it happens more here than as in

other areas. One of the reasons I was so

for this projects begin with is not just

for me and for the river but also for

the future generations. I have

grandchildren growing up in this town. This

gives them a golden opportunity to

actually get out and enjoy nature to

develop a respect for the river and

everything that it has to offer.

Kramer: And if the most visible water park visitors are

any indication, Doug's hopes are being

realized. I come up here about each

Perreault: I come up here about each

weekend to either Charles City or

Manchester City. We go down river races.

We also just tube sometimes when we

just want to go to when I guess. I gotta

say it's one of my favorite things to do.

Kramer: With whitewater fun taking off in Iowa,

other communities are starting to

consider removing their own dams. Most

noticeably the Des Moines River right in

the heart of the Capitol. And if

Manchester had any advice it would be go

for it. Childs: Well I think they should take the

plunge because it really does build the

community as a whole. If you already have

a river in it you're willing to embrace

it and get the people interested it's

going to be better for the health of the

river, the health of the town... Not only

for like the people in the community but

the wildlife that live in the river too.

Wicks: it was exciting to be part of it it was

fun at times it was challenging but

those things happen as those come with

all projects but overall was a great

experience that...

I'd do it again if we had a chance.

Kirby: I think every community got to look at

their community. They need to look at

their dam and their River and how they

use it. This type of thing may not make

as much sense that it was outside of

town a little bit and they didn't have all

the great interaction with the

businesses and everything right in this

area. Hawker: There's room for more because you

don't really compete against each other

you're actually... partnered with each

other. And a person from out of state

will come they'll spend a week or two in

an area where you have a half a dozen of

these going from place to place to place.

So in the end it really brings in more

people to the state it's a great state

economic development tool as well as

local. Kramer: As more water parks are

established the idea of what's possible

on an Iowa river is changing, leaving a

history of dams behind for a future of

whitewater creativity. Hawker: I don't know what

they'll be doing a 50 years, 100 years

from now but I bet you there's going to

be fishing still and if there's still

water activities they will be on it,

they will be coming.

Creek Walking at Ledges State Park | Trail-in-a-Minute - Duration: 2:03.

♫ ♫

if you're headed to Ledges State Park

the absolute must hike is wading through

the refreshing waters of Peas Creek.

Starting at the arch stone bridge the

creek winds along ledges canyon giving

creek walkers a first-hand look at the

picturesque bluffs ledges is known for.

No it's not a traditional trail hike, but

when it comes to creek walking there is

no better location in the state.

As you come face-to-face at the bluffs

marvel at 4,000 year old rock formation

and consider how many park visitors have

made this same trek since the park

opened 100 years ago.

Creak walking is easily the most popular

activity in the park, so on a warm day be

prepared to share the waterway with

families and other outdoor adventures.

One thing to keep in mind is people

aren't the only animals in the stream so

be prepared for encounters with fish,

turtles, and yes the occasional snake.

After six-tenths of a mile Peas Creek

lets out at the Des Moines River. If

you've had enough there's a convenient

parking lot nearby; however, with such a

short hike why not do the same hike in

reverse.
