Normally we just kind of breeze through the stop sign which I am going to do

you think about buying a road bike wondering how much

come with you'll get out of a $300 bike well because I'm writing of course I'll

probably put another three hundred eighty later be honest but that's just

the kind of customize it to what I wanted whatever I felt would be an

improvement but to begin with certainly don't need to go out spend $1,500 $2,000

$3,000 on a high-end currently five year old bike person if you just considering

the sport you know local a lot of local bike shops a better better one you can

go in and buy a lower end bike and very often will do trade-ins when you're

willing to do a complete upgrade so that's another good reason to deal with

a local bike shop I mean I went the internet route but my guy online put it

together myself and started riding it but that works for a lot of people but

if I were to give someone advice who has very little idea about bikes and what

we're all about and the sport in general definitely go to a local bike shop those

guys are out to help you

it's a much different buying experience than if you were buying a car and when

you buy a car those guys wouldn't sell you every goddamn thing up and getting

that they can get out of you and treat you like crap unless you deal with BMW I

telli idea would be MW those guys are believable you want to you want a classy

experience from buying a car buy a freaking BMW those guys treat you like

gold and you don't pay all that much more for BMW than you would for a Ford

or a Chevy with all the bells and whistles thrown in any way way off topic

go to a local bike shop to buy your first bike absolutely

I got Susan to buy her first bike through a local bike shop we ended up

getting her a special and okay and one of the benefits is that she is

absolutely free maintenance on that bike for like the next four or five years at

a minimum that the first thing that they gave you the service is wonderful

the information they provide you is exceptional and we've never had a bad

experience in action Neverland really great people

and don't be ashamed to ask questions everybody has questions when the first

There are many special children in the world today, and doctors and many others in professional

positions are (mis)diagnosing disorders on our children.

Whether you want to use the terminology such as crystal or indigo children, it does not

matter.

All children are special, but some shine out amongst them all, and are the �ones� we

have a responsibility for.

Tonight a dear soul sister reminded me to create a video about the indigo children or

�special� children, and my own personal experience.

I have previously written about how the children our awakening too, but this message takes

it one step deeper.

During the video I speak my truth about my soul son, and share the encounter I went through,

where it led, and the truth I believe today, as well as the end result.

I am indebted and extremely grateful to all those who share their knowledge and wisdom,

our grid is truly becoming illuminated.

Without sharing knowledge how are we to learn?

Perhaps this mixture of internet and real one to one connection is a dynamic we shall

try more often.

As we share we all learn; from learning, we enlighten; and with through enlightenment

we share the new wisdom.

We also begin to create the new templates and way forward within our own mind, hence

transmuting all the old programs!

Thank you for your trust and insight and for being a true conduit of love.

We are creating that ripple between us, and it truly is a pleasure to watch it all unfold.

Russian Oil Chief Poo-Poos Tesla & Electric Cars While Demand for Renewable Energy Continues

Maybe he is just echoing Trump�s attitude toward renewables, but Igor Sechin, the Russian

oil advisor to Putin, and friend of Rex Tillerson (as well as once-CEO of Russia�s largest

oil company) says that Tesla�s business model and capital spending aren�t based

in reality, and that electric cars are �overrated.�

Sechin made these claims at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, on the heels

of Tesla becoming the most valuable U.S. car maker, overtaking General Motors to become

the first automaker not based in Detroit to be worth more than a rusted out Impala.

(GM was recently listed with 3 cars as the worst 20 selling in America.)

Though Tesla is not yet making a profit, the Model X outgrew industry comps by an 8.79x

factor recently, or a full 70.6 percentage point differential.

Tesla�s Model S outperformed the large sedan category by 13.5 percentage points � showing

there is a healthy demand in the U.S. for cars that don�t run on gas.

The company also expects a 25% increase on volume quarter over quarter.

Sechin was also involved in talks to cut oil production (rig oil markets) just months ago,

believes that we should continue to rely on his deals with Saudi Arabia, and may have

a lot to do with Trump�s recent $110 billion weapons deal � the single largest arms deal

in U.S. history.

Though Elon Musk, Tesla�s maker is not without a stain on his reputation, Sechin has been

poo-pooing a shift away from oil for some time.

As the telegraph wrote in 2015,

�Igor Sechin is an uncompromising figure.

The head of Russian energy giant Rosneft and right-hand man of President Vladimir Putin

launched an extraordinary attack on the entire global system for the supply, pricing and

control of the world�s energy resources during the recent IP Week gathering in London.

According to Mr. Sechin, energy markets are being manipulated by a powerful alliance of

forces, from Washington to Riyadh and Vienna, which present a long-term risk to the global

economy.�

However, Sechin, and the usual players � the U.S., Saudi Arabia, and Russia, you can be

sure, are manipulating markets.

As the old swindlers keep up their shell game, demand for sustainable energy reaches ever

higher marks.

Africa just saw its largest annual increase ever in sustainable energy markets.

Clean energy investment increased to $286bn (�198bn), with solar energy accounting for

56% of the total and wind power for 38%.

Germany just broke a record � getting 85% of all its energy from solar, wind, or biomass

and hydroelectric power.

According to IRENA, the International Renewable Energy Agency, with solar, and wind power

alone,

�We are witnessing an energy transformation taking hold around the world, and this is

reflected in another year of record breaking additions in new renewable energy capacity.�

But yes, let�s just keep polluting the planet while the oil barons bicker over territories

and make new arms deals.

VR Killed the Radio Star – What Will Immersive Computing Do To Music? - Duration: 5:48.

- Today we'll be talking about the rise of the record player

and how radio birthed the rock star as you know it

That fundamentally changed our cultures relationship with music

and why does that matter? Because VR and AR a brand new medium! What are we going to birth?

It's not going to be the rock star!

Only since the arrival of the phonograph have people had such a passive relationship to music.

Prior to the phonograph- and I mean all the way prior- all the way back to the beginning of history

before even recorded human history music was live.

You couldn't pop on a record or tune into 91.3 sense finality to hear a song.

If you wanted to be entertained, you'd listen to whoever was around, probably uncle junebug

playing the fiddle or your sister and neighbor singing a duet.

(singing) I don't want nobody fuckin' with me in these streets!

Before the phonograph, people with any shred of musical talent perform with their friends and family.

Then broadcast radio came along and changed everything!

Why listen to your stupid second cousin yodeling

when you could be listening to Elvis?

Radio, TV, music all those are broadcast media,

and that broadcast only goes one way.

The performer, well, performs

and the audience is a passive recipient.

The reason that we have rock stars is because of the broadcast medium.

American-style karaoke, unfortunately, has inherited much of that performative rock star attitude.

A single person stands on a stage and sings to the audience.

It is such a different feel.

Performance inherently is about doing well and even worse, being judged on how well you did.

the distinction couldn't be more stark.

The culture of performance has so invaded our concept of music

that the idea is singing in front of friends strikes terror in the heart of most Americans.

(screams)

It doesn't have to be this way.

VR can swing the pendulum back to music being experiential and participatory

instead of judgmental and performative.

Plenty of big rich rock bands are trying to figure out how to do a VR music experience.

(Kurt Cobain) I thought we were big rich rock band.

But as far as I know none of them have yet caused a viral moment.

There's plenty of room for experimentation,

no matter how much your budget or fame is.

Live concerts, you know, those ones in the real world-

they sound actually kind of crappy most of the time compared to your headphones.

(Unintelligible and off-key singing)

They overcharge for a Jack and Coke and make you stand in line to use the bathroom,

or even hang up your jacket! So why do we bother?

Because concerts are more intensely embodied experience than listening alone on your headphones.

They set your brain blazing with the over stimulation of light shows and thumping bass

and the press of the crowd dancing around next to you.

Live concerts are not trying to be headphones

and VR experiences cannot be weak copies of either live concerts,

or the audio fidelity of a headphone.

They have to take full advantage of the strengths of the medium

which means they have to know what VR is uniquely good at, and play to those strengths.

What can VR do with music that a live concert or headphones can never do?

The future of VR music isn't big rich rock bands making enhanced music videos.

It's a new generation of artists that get the best

out of both performance and participation with the possibilities this new medium affords us.

My provocation to you is to try to make music experiences which are participatory, creative, fun.

Today we talked about the shifts from making music

with your friends and family before the advent of broadcast media,

to the rise of the superstar, to now this moment where new frontiers can combine the best of both.

In the latest news, my co-conspirator and I are putting

together a quarterly meet up in San Francisco to talk about what it means to

use the entire body as the interface with digital experiences, not just the

fingers and thumbs on keyboards and controllers.

That's going to be coming up at the end of June.

We haven't figured out the exact date and venue yet,

but we'll be announcing that on the embodied reality Facebook group,

and also on my Twitter.

One name in the wrestling world that fans will never forget even if he never steps in

the squared circle again is the straight edge superstar, CM Punk.

Ever since his departure from WWE and the wrestling world entirely in 2014 he has been

pretty much ignored in the history of WWE and his matches are often not featured on

the network or on their YouTube channel which is a shame because he's had some pretty damn

good ones.

With him being in the news lately for multiple reasons what better time to look back at the

10 best CM Punk matches in WWE history.

10: CM Punk v Triple H: Up first is an encounter that may have had a terrible ending but was

a physical match that was during the height of CM Punk's run in 2011.

his night of champions match against Triple H. This match ended with Triple H on top due

to outside interference even though he was supposed to be face.

Strange but everything up to that was great.

9: Punk v Undertaker: Even though this next match was the best on the card, it shouldn't

of happened.

Punk was requesting a match for the championship and he really should have been in it as he

deserved the main event even if he lost.

He was given the boot because of the Rock Cena rematch though which was "soooo good."

He ended up facing the Undertaker in the phenom's last good match and was the best match on

the card.

8: Punk v Jericho: Another Wrestlemania classic now Punk bs Jericho at Mania 28.

Jericho had turned heel after his return and was on his way to a WWE championship match

at Wrestlemania against the former cult leader.

Although being in the middle of the card for a championship match it completely stole the

show and created some great rematches after it including a Chicago street fight which

could have made this list as well.

7: Punk vs Bryan MITB: While not the best match between these two (we'll get to that)

Bryan vs Punk with AJ as the referee at MITB in 2012 was still a great match.

AJ as the referee introduced a new element into the match as in Kayfabe both men were

after the former divas champ.

The match ended with Punk retaining.

6: Punk vs Hardy: You know when the name Jeff Hardy and ladder match are in the same sentence

it's gonna be a great match with at least one near death moment.

Hardys last PPV match before his return at Mania, He made sure to go out with a bang

against punk.

There were so many memorable spots in this match including the infamous Swanton Bomb

through the announce table.

5: Punk v Bryan OTL: Back to technical masterpieces and this was just that, Bryan Vs Punk at Over

the limit.

The first real meeting between the two Indy darlings was everything fans wanted it to

be and more.

It was as technical as a Bryan vs Punk match sounds like it should be: VERY and these two

tore the house down.

Let's remember this as the main event of that show and not... you know John Cena vs John

Laurenitis.

4: Punk vs Lesnar: The Paul Heyman guy showdown finally happened at SS 2013 and it was a bar

none match of the year.

Punk had turned face and was ready to destroy Lesnar and Heyman for Turing on him and what

followed was pure brutality (at least as much you would get in the pg era.)

It's a shame the two never met again because this match was great.

3: Punk v Cena RAW: The best way to describe Punk vs Cena on Raw in February 2013 is HOLY

MOTHER OF PILEDRIVER CM PUNK JUST HIT A GOD DAMN PILEDRIVER IN 2013.

This match was one of if not the best match in RAW history and was for the right to face

the Rock at wrestlemania.

While the outcome may have soiled it for some fans with Cena winning.

There is no doubt that this match shattered expectations for what was simply going to

be another RAW match.

2: Punk vs Joe: The only match not in WWE and punks first five star rated match, Punk

vs Joe was everything Indy wrestling personifies, two guys getting in the ring, kicking the

daylights out of each other for a full hour and leaving with wowed fans and a standing

ovation.

1: Punk v Cena MITB: The last five star rated match in WWE and Punks second one ever, this

match was everything a wrestling match should be not just Indy.

Red hot after the pipe bomb the match at money in the bank was helped by a hostile crowd

and a hero like welcome for Punk in Chicago.

Punk walking out through the crowd with the title is one of the great icons of modern

WWE.

Ron Paul Trump's Budget Projections Bear Little Or No Resemblance - politics - Duration: 4:33.

Ron Paul: Trump's Budget Projections "Bear Little Or No Resemblance To Reality"

President Donald Trump's proposed budget has generated hysteria among the American left.

Prominent progressives have accused the president and his allies of wanting to kill children,

senior citizens, and other vulnerable Americans.

The reaction of the president�s allies - including some conservatives who should know better

- is equally detached from reality as they hail Trump for launching a major assault on

the welfare state and making the hard choices necessary to balance the budget.

President Trump�s budget does eliminate some unnecessary and unconstitutional programs

such as the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, and the National Endowment for the Arts.

However, it largely leaves the welfare-warfare state intact.

In fact, this so-called �radical� budget does not even cut domestic spending!

Instead, it plays the old DC game of reducing �the projected rate of growth.� For example,

under Trump�s budget, Medicaid spending increases from $378 billion this year to $525

billion in 2027.

Only in the bizzaro world of Washington, DC can a 38 percent increase be considered a

cut.

President Trump's budget combines phony cuts in domestic spending with real increases in

military spending.

Specifically, the budget increases the military budget by $23 billion over the next ten years.

Trump claims that the increase is necessary to reverse the damage done to our military

by sequestration.

But, despite the claims of the military-industrial complex and its defenders in Congress, on

K Street, and in the media, military spending has increased over the past several years,

especially when the "off-budget" Overseas Contingency Operations funding is added to

the "official" budget.

The restrained American Frist policy promoted by candidate Trump does not require a large

and expansive military that literally spans the globe.

This budget is the latest indication that President Trump is embracing the neocon foreign

policy that candidate Trump correctly denounced.

The budget also relies on rosy scenario economic projections of three percent growth without

even a mild economic recession to justify the claim that the federal budget will achieve

balance in a decade.

This claim bears little or no resemblance to reality.

It certainly is true that some of Trump�s proposed tax and regulatory reforms can increase

economic growth.

However, the benefits of these pro-liberty policies will not offset the continued drag

on the economy caused by the continued growth of federal spending, and the resulting monetization

of debt by the Federal Reserve.

Far from bringing about endless prosperity, Trump�s big-spending budget increases the

odds that Americans will face a Greece-style crisis in the next few years, while the Federal

Reserve�s inflation tax evaporates the benefits of any tax reductions passed as part of tax

reform.

Some of President Trump�s apologists claim his proposed $1 trillion infrastructure spending

plan will help create jobs and grow the economy.

But government spending programs do not create real wealth; they only redistribute resources

from the private sector to the (much more inefficient) government sector.

Therefore, any short-term gains from these programs are illusionary and outweighed by

the long-term damage the expansion of government inflicts on the economy.

Trump's proposed new parental leave mandate will also hurt the economy, as well as the

job prospects of the new entitlement's supposed beneficiaries.

Far from presenting a radial challenge to the status quo, President Trump�s budget

grows the welfare-warfare state, albeit with more emphasis on the warfare.

This budget is thus more evidence that, for a pro-liberty political revolution to succeed,

it must be preceded by an intellectual revolution that reignites the people�s desire and demand

for liberty.
