I'm Fiona McAllister and this is my life with a cast video series. Please

like this video and subscribe to my channel. This video is about a little bit

of perspective when you've broken your arm or even your leg. I've been inspired

by learning about a few different people that I'm going to share with you in this

short video today. As a young teenager Bethany Hamilton lost her arm in a

surfing accident after having it bitten off by a shark. She spent about a month

in rehabilitation and went on to win many pro surfing awards in Hawaii and

international competition. Nick Vujicic who was born with no arms or legs and now

he's doing motivational speaking on how to live a happy life. Turia Pitt is a

marathon runner who got severely burned in an Australian wildfire in the outback.

She spent two years in rehabilitation just so that she can do things for

herself again and now she's back to running and swimming and doing all sorts

of amazing things. So sure it is definitely inconvenient and painful I

know because I've busted my heart a couple times on one of my legs but we

get to keep our limbs and have full use of them after they're healed and I hope

that like myself you're able to pick some perspective on your broken arm or

your broken limb. Trust me it's not been a cakewalk but it's also just an

inconvenience some of the other things I've learned is to give up on

perfectionism folding towels is just not the same as it was when I had two arms

to do it and they're a little bit crooked. Oh well it's okay to ask for help and if

you're a bit shy it's a great conversation starter because everyone

you need wants to know how you broke your arm it might help you come out of

your shell a little bit. Anyway thank you so much for being with me as I've gone

as I've been making videos on how to explain things for you and I really just

Xiaomi Mi Max 2 Unboxing Hands-On Review & Comparison Vs Mi Max (English) - Duration: 19:33.

Hi guys Chris here, so I've got my Xiaomi Mi max I've had it for one year been

using it as my daily phone and I really do like i.t I've reviewed a lot of mobile

phones if you're familiar with my channel you would see that I've checked

out all sorts of flagship mobiles but I keep returning to this one because of it

stellar battery life, very good battery life and a large

immersive screen that's easy to type on it's great for looking at movies, video

content, YouTube things like that. However it's not perfect it does have a

rather weak build to it, the design and the rear camera really isn't that good

at all often it's got auto focus problems, it's hopeless at low light or

indoor shots and then the front-facing camera as well as a little bit average

there so that's where the Mi Max 2 comes in, its successor where Xiaomi

have focused on those problem areas I've improved a design it's now unibody with

antenna lines it has a new rear facing camera which is the Sony IMX 386

the same camera sensor used in the Mi 6. But in the Mi 6 it has optical

image stabilization this one doesn't unfortunately. Its got a type C port on

there front-facing loudspeaker and they've done a bad thing which is

downgrade to CPU it's the Snapdragon 625 which is a very efficient CPU and that

coupled with the new battery size which is five thousand three hundred million

hours should offer phenomenal battery life so for me it's not going to bother

me too much but I was really hoping for the Snapdragon 630 or the Snapdragon 660

so it's sad to see there has not decided to use the newest Qualcomm chips. So

let's get this one unboxed here. So the seller I used Hong Kong gold way these

guys sell on Aliexpress very good service, I've used them quite a few times

they're quite quick at getting the new Xiaomi releases and I did ask for it to

be factory sealed still so they haven't tampered with this at all has not been

open which is great you can see they're just a couple of those specs

2.5 D glass battery capacity and on the front this is the 4 gigabyte

64 gigabyte emmc version there is another version that supports 128

gigabytes of storage and both of them support micro SD cards so you can expand

upon that okay we've got an instruction leaflet that's come out here that looks

the all in Chinese and there's some tools inside there the phone aside for a

second got a USB 2 type-c cable and then our charger which is a cooked charger

because it is rated to 12 volts 1.5 amps max there

oh well that feels so much better in hand because it's got those rounded

corners on there and that unibody housing so there's a pre applied screen

protector this is just the transit that's one you need to pull off and then

just the sticker on the back and there's also one covering the camera now looking

at the rear of the me max 2 compared to the Mean Max you can see that the

location of the fingerprint reader is an exact same location the camera as well

but they've moved the LED flash which is dual tone to the left of the camera

module now that camera module doesn't have optical image stabilization but it

is upgraded it's the Sony IMX 386 the pixel size is 1.25 microns so they're

larger pixels then a 16 megapixel camera that's on the max and the aperture is F

2.2 just to point out that there max the version 1 has plastic top and bottom and

this now has antenna lines and the unibody housing which feels so much

better a lot higher quality with an overall better more rigid frame to it

now the front of the devices looks almost identical but got a white face

there is no black version unfortunately but the bezels are meant to be a little

bit smaller around the IPS panel I'll find out when I powered that on soon so

we've got capacitive new keys at the bottom at the front and

F 2.0 5 megapixel camera I'm unsure whether they've upgraded that module

hopefully they have in it's an improvement over the me max but I can

see the earpiece is slightly smaller so on the bottom we have the loudspeaker

type C port and microphone they've made it symmetrical the design just looks a

little bit nicer just like the me max now good to see

they've put some Torx screws in there what this means is that hopefully when

you drop it it won't split apart which is what happens with this I've dropped

this before and the whole rear and the front split apart but those screws

should stop that from happening on the left side you'll find this SIM tray so

it will take two Sims or once and a micro SD card you can see there the

antenna line whereas the me max just has that plastic on the top which is a

slightly different tone to the rest of the body and on the top you'll find the

3.5 millimeter headphone jack secondary microphone this is for noise

cancellation and in video and the IR transmitter and lastly on the right the

power and volume buttons now these are made out of metal they have a good feel

to them they don't rattle around either which is great just to point out too

that the camera module sits completely flush unlike the me max so overall the

build quality is great this is a huge step up over the original version so if

thickness comes in at seven point five nine millimeters which is really good so

it's nice and thin even though this is of course a very large mobile so the

phone weighs in at 212 grams which is 12 grams heavier than its predecessor okay

so time to power it on for the first time and just run through the setup okay

so me ui8 and because this is the Chinese version that I got we've got

Asian languages Tibetan and English global ROM will probably be released

down the track and say in one or two months or so don't let's get adding a

mobile network now just quickly go through this to get it

up and now I need to proceed to add a finger here and you just need to tap

your finger on the sensor on the red air ten times so I've done that so setup is

complete I've just locked it as you can see and I'm going to place my finger on

there and locks pretty much instantly there okay that time it didn't work that

was my own fault there we go sander place it on there now it's not

quite instant it's a little bit of a delay there but it seems to be

reasonably accurate I did set that up super fast of course so you can see that

that super ugly bezel that surround the screen that black bezels what I'm

talking about has been lessened slightly compared to the first model they're

pretty much tabbed it there which is good so it doesn't look as bad so I can

see there's a few black bear applications on there well actually

quite a few if you look under more apps but literally all of these can be

uninstalled which is great now if you want a ROM that is completely free of

Chinese then you're going to have to wait for that to global run that I

mentioned earlier because in the dialer you're still going to see some Chinese

characters and things pop up now and then there's the yellow pages and other

things that really aren't valid to us you see that all Chinese related so of

course no one really wants that outside of China so that's why you get the

global wrong so have a look now and see what version it's running I will check a

course later on for an over-the-air update so here we can see that it's

running the UI eight point five point six and it says it's the stable version

and that is based off Android seven point one point one which is good that's

a very new Android ROM now and our free available space on first boot is

approximately fifty three gigabytes there so you've got a bit of space here

to play with straight away it prompted me for a firmware update which it's

automatically downloading so this one as soon as I connect it up to the wireless

prompted me to download it it's a massive update it's a whole full run as

you can see 1.4 gigabytes so I ran the latest version of n22 on both of the

devices and you can see this is the Mae UConn on the max2 the fact that it's

about 15,000 points less and n22 and that main difference coming from the GPU

performance you can see there what mainly the GPU and then the RAM

performance is a little bit less so if you're a gamer and you want the best

performance and also a cheaper device then you'd probably want to go for the

first model the ROM doesn't come with Google Play pre-installed because as the

Chinese ROM but it's not too hard to install it I've already done that now

you can see Google Play here and as far as I can tell there are no problems

running it and the performance of the ROM has been good so far I haven't seen

any major studies or language I'm surprised that because previous

Snapdragon 65 devices I have noticed now then you see a little more stutters than

say other chipsets like these 650 now to install it there's a link in the

description if you want Google playing you are going to get the Chinese version

just a matter of moving over some files and then restoring that via backup and

that will give you Google Play contact syncs and a few other things just so you

get an idea of just how large the me max 2 is compared to other devices so this

is the samsung galaxy 6 edge plus at 5.7 inches and it's dwarfing it quite

clearly that fits inside there and the Samsung Galaxy s7 which is my current

second phone that I use when I go out when I want some decent photos because I

really do like the camera on the smile bar but you can see difference there is

massive so you see you need to factor that in if you can fit this in your

pocket whatever now don't knock the larger phone until

you try and trust me on this because when I first got this s4 wow this is

just too huge its massive there's no way I'm going to hang on to the phone and

keep it and Here I am a year later still using it when I go back to my samsung

galaxy s7 I find it feels like a toy it feels very small and often typing on the

keyboard I have more typos as a result and I've just gotten so used to the

keyboard here on the larger version with the larger screen it just makes typing a

real breeze here now put Google's keyboard on here the G board because I

absolutely hate the stock Xiaomi one that you get that's what I

find to be a lot better so it's going to quickly load it in a page so I'm not a

speed typist and you think and have loaded this before the performance of

the Snapdragon six to five so if I seems decent it's good I find that it's a CPU

for everyone of course it's more based on efficiency so it sits away at the

battery it doesn't take a huge hit like a puzzle of other chipsets or like the

28 nanometer process mediatek ones that can have some really horrific standby

battery consumption time to test out the new speaker setup so we've got a front

facing speaker as well as the bottom speaker the max the first version has

only just the bottom speaker on there so both of these phones have the volume

already set to 100% I'm going to test the old model first

so it clearly sounds better to me on the me max too because it's got a little bit

more depth to it some more meds a little bit more bass overall a better

loudspeaker setup if you've seen my me six unboxing video and review I

encountered a lot of bugs and instability with the android 7 rom with

me UI 8 and so far so good now I only had this for a couple of hours now but

I've installed a few things that didn't work straightaway like for example

Google Play would crash on the me6 on the first Chinese stable rom and it

is working here and so far so good other applications that I could get a crash on

I can't on the me max - ROM and for those interested in the camera sensor

information so the Sony IMX 386 and then the front-facing sensor is a Samsung one

so you can get into the camera just by double tapping the volume down button

and it will launch the camera even if the phone is locked now won't give you

access to the gallery until you put your PIN code in or your finger in printers

red of course for security so you can see here that it's the typical standard

immediate camera app shutter rate in these conditions seems perfectly fine so

let's have a look and see the modes we get all the typical modes manual offers

settings there to tweak the white balance focus exposure and our ISO and

there are no more settings there and under video here we have slo-mo and time

lapse now slow-motion on these phones or all of the me phones that I've tested is

horrible I would never use it they also don't seem to support 1080p 60 frames

per second ever for some reason I've never seen it on their mobiles so by

default it's just HD video quality always have to go and change it to 4k if

you want to shoot in 4k for some reason it never saves these settings I think

it's intentional but it's annoying so focus mode we have continued autofocus

or tap so hopefully the focus is going to be good and I won't need to put it on

to tap if it's going to do its job properly which it doesn't do on the me

max somebody head out now get some samples just a quick

many review of the camera but also very quick comparison to then the max2 this

is the knee max okay so this is endures now and this is one area where the

front-facing camera on the main maps is quite poor now it's got absolutely no

control with settings using the front-facing camera and looking at both

of them I can see that well especially now that the exposure there is a lot

better on than being max - so they have tweaked and optimized that camera but I

don't know whether it's the same sensor or not I will have to look into that and

check that out but it doesn't look to me that we're getting a slight improvement

but still not wonderful on the me max - really and now those front-facing

cameras again side by side outside you can see that it looked to me to be about

the same when I step in the Sun they're back in the shadows see how the auto

exposure is handling that now a side by side video comparison now the me max

always seems to have moms with the focus this differently just override it with

tap to focus so I'm going to do now I'm just going to tap on the building on

both of them and I can't do it actually sorry on the max - because it has

continual autofocus enabled and I'll just walk over here get a close-up see

how it handles now focusing on this table I can see that the focus off - max

- is pulsing in and out at times

okay so that is all I'm going to cover here in this unboxing and first look of

the show meet me max - so it is a refined version really of the Mean Max

which I think was a successful mobile and really this one is a downgrade in

terms of performance as you've seen what that antutu score it's a lot lower

because they've gone for the standard in 6 - 5 processor but they'll probably

have their reasons behind it because they have plans but still I am

disappointed they didn't put the 660 or at least the 630 in here still it's an

efficient chipset that what the 5300 milliamp hour battery should mean

phenomenal battery life out of this device even though it does have a larger

screen on it so build quality it feels so much better compared to the previous

generation the loudspeaker has improved the camera has improved and overall I do

like the look of this and where it is heading the ROM so far does seem to be

stable I have not encountered any problems yet

whereas out of the box with the Mi Pad 3 or the Mi 6 straight away I had some

crashing some bugs and problems at least this hasn't happened yet but I will keep

you updated on that via my Twitter and of course in the full final review when

I will use this for a couple of weeks go over things like battery life more

benchmarks and just use in general how the audio quality is 4G performance

The Mummy, The Hero, It Comes At Night | Weekend Watch List - Duration: 2:43.

The Mummy! This might look like a typical summer event movie, but it's the film's place in Universal's Dark

Universe, and pop culture in general... that piques our curiosity.

The Mummy offers some obvious perks for moviegoers like zero G stunts, Tom Cruise, weird eyeball CGI

and lots and lots of glorious action. But beyond the set pieces and spectacle, Universal is aiming to launch its

Dark Universe initiative with THIS FILM. Even though technically the silent version of The Hunchback of Notre

Dame from 1923 is Universal's ORIGINAL monster movie.

So what is THE DARK UNIVERSE anyway?

Basically it's Universal's recently announced, 21st century approach to its famed library of spooky monster

movies of yore.

It's also the studio's answer to the shared cinematic universes that have been drawing in moviegoers for the

last decade or so.

Next on your list? THE HERO! Acting vet Sam Elliott plays Lee Hayden - a man living in the shadow of his

fading fame and with an illustrious career behind him that closely resembles that of the actor himself.

He spends his time living in a kind of soft focus, weed- and scotch-induced haze, That is, until a cancer

diagnosis gives him not much time left to live and a whole new set of priorities.

The Hero is a small, contained character piece that explores themes of aging in a youth-obsessed world.

The indie film space is increasingly gearing content to an aging Baby Boomer audience. At 72, Sam Elliott

seems to be in the prime of his career, proving that age ain't nothing but a number.

Last but certainly not least, IT COMES AT NIGHT!

The movie takes place in a remote house deep in the forest, after humanity is threatened by a mysterious

plague that's made the outside world a wee bit unsafe. Early on in the film, audiences are treated to the

spectacle of this illness and what it does to the human body. To accurately depict just how gnarly the side

effects can be, the makeup and special effects departments relied on real-life images of plague victims

to inform their work.

Let's just say that boils and blackened veins are involved.

Alongside success stories like Get Out, It Follows and The Guest, It Comes At Night is yet more proof that

contemporary horror films can be scary AND smart. And we can't wait to see it.

Portofino Italy - How to get there and What to Visit

Portofino is part of the Italian Riviera with crystalline waters, being famous as a sophisticated destination,

Portofino was already the scenery to many movies and commercials.

Hi guys, I'm here on the train and I'm going to Portofino in Italy, this train goes to Santa Margherita-Ligure

and then I'm going to catch a boat to Portofino show you everything about the city and its beaches.

Portofino is in northern Italy, near Genova. And it's also possible to get there from Milan.

I took a train at Milano Centrale station to Santa Margherita Ligure-Portofino, this train is a two-and -a -half hour train.

Guys, I'm here at Santa Margherita-Ligure which is the train station where I arrived here, and now I'm going to

get a boat to go to Portofino and I'll show you how to get there and what to do on Portofino.

The train station is very close to the port of Santa Margherita, from where boat leaves to Portofino.

It's about a ten minutes walk.

Look, I found a beach here in Santa Margherita!

But it's one of those beaches of stones and not the sand ones like in Brazil.

And it's a bit common here in Italy, at least on the northern beaches of Italy where I've been to.

To go to Portofino, I'll take a boat, this one I've already seen on their website,

and it costs 16 euros the return trip to San Fruttuoso, making a stop in Portofino.

San Fruttuoso is a little further than Portofino, but I read that it was very beautiful, so I decided to go there too.

This value of the boat Ferry Portofino is 16 euros round trip to Santa Margherita.

I have some free time here in the city, because my boat to Portofino only leaves in about 40 minutes,

so I'll take a little walk around here to see what's around Santa Margherita-Ligure.

I arrived in Portofino! Look what a beautiful place and city in Italy it is!

Guys, I'm going to Castello Brown in Portofino, it has several climbs and stairs and I'm recording

with my phone, so maybe the image is a bit shaky.

I arrived here at Castello Brown in Portofino. To get here you have to do some climbing, so that's

why my hair looks a bit crazy.

The entrance to the Castello Brown in Portofino costs 5 euros.

I'm here at Castello Brown in Portofino and it has a view of the beautiful Portofino harbor!

It's a beautiful day, but super hot, to get here is a 10/15 minute walk/climbing stairs. That's why I don't

look as good as I would.

I'm here at the top of the castle, and down below is Portofino so beautiful! I'll show you images of Portofino.

I'm going to enter the Castello Brown (Brown Castle), I do not know if you can shoot and record here, let's see.

Then it is very easy for us to find the ways of the cities and sights of Portofino.

I look a bit crazy already, but look where I am! In one of the most famous landscapes of Portofino!

Now I'm on the boat again, I'm leaving Portofino and going to San Fruttuoso.

Arriving in San Fruttuoso.

This is a beach of San Fruttuoso, you can get here by boat from Portofino or from Santa Margherita.

The beach of Portofino and San Fruttuoso are beaches with rock on the ground and not sand.

The beach water is so transparent, look at the color of this sea! It has some restaurants on the beach.

This is one of the main sights of San Fruttuoso, is the Abbazia di San Fruttuoso.

I also saw that you can rent chairs here at the beach and kits to snorkelling. I did not come prepared for that

this time, but who knows next time!

Hi! I'm back here in Santa Margherita-Ligure.

To anyone who wants to come and visit in a day it's possible. (I know I'm already shining and with

no makeup at all, but I did not bring makeup to retouch it.)

So it's well worth it! For those who are in the north of Italy or in Milan, you can come by train.

From Milan, you just need to get the train to the Santa Margherita-Ligure station

and then the boat to Portofino as I did.

I found Portofino very beautiful!

So worth visiting for those who are here in northern Italy or Milan, especially if it during spring / summer.

It was super easy to catch the boat to Portofino and San Fruttuoso.

For those who will be staying here, the best option is to stay in Santa Margherita-Ligure, because in Portofino

itself and in the other beaches there are not many options of hotels and here you will have more options.

For now, the setting will stay in Alola with the release of Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra

Moon which, according to Game Freak, is an alternate take on the world of Sun and Moon

featuring Pokémon that weren't in the originals and new features.

But what does this actually mean?

Well, we don't really have the answer, but that's why we have the old Analysis Machine.

So let's see what secrets and hidden details it can find.

We begin with the trainers who have seen a wardrobe change.

The male trainer, Sun, is now wearing a red hat though it still has the same symbol on

it that was on his original.

In addition, he now has an A-shirt and an actual pair of shorts that resemble swim trunks.

However, other scenes show that his legs are still covered down to where his capris went

in Sun & Moon thanks to black leggings.

We also get to see the new design for the female trainer, Moon, who is now wearing white

shorts, a flower-print shirt, and a new hat with a flower on it as well.

Her hairstyle has also changed to include a pair of pigtails.

But that's not the only difference in this scene.

Behind the trainers is a little orange dresser containing a frame that seems have some signatures

on it.

This isn't how it looked in Sun & Moon.

Instead, that dresser held a Pikachu doll and the dresser itself was orange instead

of blue.

Another odd color change for Sun is that his room was gray with blue curtains in the original

while in Ultra, his walls are now green with green curtains.

And of course, we can see that the Wii U at the TV has been replaced by a Switch.

Shame they didn't get the neon version though.

What all this does is emphasize that not everything has stayed the same, even down to the smallest

object.

It's almost as if the adventure has been remixed.

And we see even more evidence of this as soon as the Trainer steps outside.

Flowers now line the outside of your house, and it's been painted as well being blue

rather than gray.

The garage door is also open with a car visible inside and a nearby Raichu surfboard.

It kind of makes it seem like you've lived here for a while rather than just moving to

Alola.

Could your mother have actually finished unpacking?

That would be a rather big change.

As the Trainer runs to the left, we see a Wingull fly in from over the house and follow

along to a degree meaning it's likely on a set path to help breathe more life into

this world.

And there is definitely an emphasis on life.

Route 1 is much more vibrant than before with flowers blooming all around and the road a

darker color instead of appearing washed out.

Even the people around your house has changed.

Where before it was a boy and his Rockruff, now it's a young man and an Alolan Meowth.

Again, every scene has been remixed in some way so far.

It even applies to the nearby Pokémon Center.

Before we could just see the outside of it.

Now that's still the case, but there's a lot less to see thanks to a new wall that's

colored the same as the Center making it seem as if it's part of the design.

But to what purpose?

Why would a wall be added?

Does it add some new functionality, or is the wall just part of the island now?

We really don't know.

We're then treated to some scenes that we didn't recognize from the original Sun & Moon.

One showed the Trainer behind all three Starters as they smile happily.

It seems to be around Route 1 and Iki Town, but why are all three with you?

Could we possibly see them all in action before choosing one?

Or is this just a new cutscene to help you become attached?

It kinda leaves us perplexed.

And we get more scenes of Pokémon with Togedemaru, Mimikyu, and Lycanroc all in action giving

the sense that battles are quite dynamic.

But it's also very possible that these are just certain moves in action though we don't

recognize them.

Perhaps all three have received new Z-Moves?

Then again, the background isn't the usual setting of a Z-Move so either they've been

changed or these are something completely different.

Another addition is this location that's absolutely filled with Pikachu and contains

a waterfall in the background.

Nearby is a Trial Guide though we're not sure what her specific role may be.

She doesn't seem to be blocking the way to any place so she could either heal the

player or battle them.

It's hard to say for sure.

And who knows, the Guides may have new roles as well.

But we're given another look at what may be this same area in another scene.

Again, we see tons of Pikachu but there's quite a bit more here too.

In the background we can see plenty of small holes reminiscent of the ones that had to

be looked in during the first Trial at the Verdant Cavern.

There's also a Slowpoke in the background hanging out with the Pikachu.

And of course there's the trailer that's been made to look like Pikachu with yellow

barrels and old cardboard boxes nearby.

The door is also open meaning we can likely go inside, but to what purpose?

Could all of this be part of some new Trial?

Or could this be the same area as the Fossil Restoration Center?

But Pikachu has nothing to do with fossils so he would've had to move, and we don't

think that's likely.

Instead, this place seems completely new so while we're not completely confident, we

do think it's possible that it is part of a Trial which could mean new Trial Captains.

But the biggest aspect of all this is Solgaleo and Lunala themselves as they've both received

a new form, bringing to mind Pokémon Black & White 2 and Kyurem's ability to fuse.

That seems to be what's going on here except somehow the two Legendaries are merging with

Necrozma based on several factors.

Both have black pieces attached to them that grants extra limbs while giving the appearance

of armor, and those pieces definitely resemble Necrozma.

But we wonder if this is some kind of corruption of Solgaleo and Lunala.

Both have a piece over their face and glowing eyes that could indicate some form of control.

Necrozma's Pokédex entries mention how it's reminiscent of the Ultra Beasts and

light is the source of its energy.

Perhaps it attaches itself to the Legendaries in order to siphon off their light.

After all, there is a scene where Solgaleo's new form seems to be stepping down which is

likely part of a cutscene taking place at the Altar of the Sunne.

Maybe when Solgaleo appears, Necrozma is there to immediately attack.

But that's just one idea.

A bigger question is why a symbol that greatly resembles the Island Challenge amulet appear

on both Solgaleo and Lunala's head?

It's not exactly the same though as the amulet only contains the colors yellow, red,

pink, and purple while the symbol has no pink and adds dark blue, light blue, green, and

orange.

This may seem like a huge jump in logic to some of you, but we wonder if this could indicate

that new islands have appeared in Alola that simply were not there in the original game.

If you recall from our analyses of Sun & Moon, each island in Alola was named after a color

in Hawaiian.

Yellow was Melemele, red was Ula'ula, purple was Poni, and pink was Akala.

However, with pink apparently gone, could that island have been destroyed by the active

volcano on that island?

Or more specifically, split into smaller islands, hence the removal of pink and addition of

dark blue, light blue, green, and orange.

We've seen changes to islands before in Gold and Silver and the volcanic eruption

that had happened at Cinnabar Island.

We might be seeing another here.

So in that case, based on this naming convention, Akala Island would instead be several smaller

islands.

Dark blue would be Uli'uli Island, light blue is Polu Island, green would be Oma'oma'o

Island, and orange is Lenalena Island.

And there's even more evidence to this.

Look at the symbol.

Where pink was, and it was rather large comparatively, the four new colors are now there in a much

smaller capacity.

We could be looking at a pretty massive change to the Alolan map.

It's a fascinating theory, but it leads to a bigger question, why would this new symbol

be found on Necrozma if it is representative of the new amulet?

What's the connection?

Well, as many of you have pointed out, there may not be one.

Instead, that triangle of colors may just be part of Necrozma as we can see that those

same colors appear beneath its eyes or that Necrozma is called the Prism Pokémon.

The light from Solgaleo and Lunala could be creating this prism.

But it still feels odd to us that they're arranged in such a pattern when they're

so separated in its original form.

Our theory could be wrong but nonetheless we're very curious about what this all means.

Okay, we're almost done here, but there's two more things we wanted to point out.

The first is the Z-Ring that the Trainer is wearing.

It's now colored black instead of white.

Could this be Necrozma's influence as well?

Or is it more a stylistic choice?

Well, considering how prevalent Necrozma seems to be, it could be the former.

After all, the symbol that appears in the middle of the Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon logos

is the same as the one on the back of Necrozma's head.

And the Japanese logos contain that same prism of colors that we mentioned before.

Necrozma is definitely going to be a big deal.

Finally, there's a cute Easter Egg during the Virtual Console release trailer for Gold

and Silver.

In the scene that recreates the Ruins of the Alph, there are Unown letters spelling out

"Ultra Sun Moon" all over.

It's not part of the actual game of course, but it's neat way to subtly push this new

game.

And there's a lot to be intrigued about when it comes to Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra

Moon.

There's already quite a few differences between it and the original games.

But to what purpose?

Why is this an alternate take rather than a sequel?

After all, despite some slight design changes, the Trainers are still very much the same.

We'll just have to wait for the Pokémon Company to provide more details.

write on and it'll just start right it'll just start writing and drawing out

things for you so with this it just started drawing out this image and I

didn't even ask you to draw me an image it just started drawing it so I kept

asking who this image is of or what it is and it kept saying Lizzie and then we

eventually got to a point where I bring Lizzie out here and I was trying to

describe to her that like this is a human in the middle or some type of

angel of some sort that's why actually to a face on that figure because neither

aid and or Lizzie could actually figure out what it was so I did that but on my

own but everything else was strolling by something else on different side

spear or something and then it said that it wanted to keep talking to Lizzy so I

switched it up and I get Lizzy to Penn instead and now she is currently talking

to it sorry about the last clip does it was like a ten minute clip my audio died

we had to fast worded a little bit but Lizzy is currently talking to it it said

sorry and then Lindsay adds are you saying sorry to me and said yes so we're

trying to figure out why is the picture that we have this is creepy this is

really creepy it's just your eyes in the nose and it's my - see where the head

was and I guess is like that's what we need a line and it kind of just looks

like there's a bunch of wings around it and I don't know if this is supposed to

so it was saying yes so the picture that I drew it kind of looks like an angel

but I couldn't really tell we asked if it was Lizzie's cousin that I was

talking about and it said no and we said what is the name of the person that is

dying and what is this selling it's all Lizzie I don't think you're dying fan

I think it's just messing with you we got that totally thought hey when I

thought they had a little bit of sympathy yeah it said sorry and then we

thought it was correlated with that but I guess not

okay that's not even a joke it's it Lizzie said how am i dying and it's

about out cancer well there's not a doctor so I'm not going to get to you

too much what's really like get me paranoid right now Lizzie has like

cancer that run through her family are you just messing with Lizzie see how I'm

like mine's more loose and it's sloppier so I mean some words might be harder to

understand because of little sloppier because it more loose with it what kind

of cancer there is I don't know what it says I don't know what it's you're up to

variance are you drawing ovarian ovarian cancer yes see this is all good and well

but like I know that what what if perhaps it was all no and she actually

did like maybe maybe the reason I was getting in contact they so we can solve

this ya know like it definitely would be good to actually check it out but I know

these things did I feel like this weird tension in my arm it's like right here

it feels like my tendons are like straining the cancer that's what it yeah

I�m a psychiatrist and also an empath.

An empath is someone who is highly sensitive and tends to absorb the emotional and physical

energy of other people into their own bodies. Empaths also have an intimate communion with

The positive side is that we can deeply feel all that is positive, wholesome, and healthy

in others and the world. The downside is that empaths become exhausted, anxious, and burned

out from sensory overload.

Many of my empath patients come to me with these symptoms, but were never diagnosed properly

by conventional physicians�rather they were seen as simply having panic disorders, depression,

or anxiety, and thus given medications. If you identify as an empath, the secret to

nurturing your intuitive connection to all living things is to develop centering and

protection strategies such as meditation, setting clear boundaries, creating adequate

alone time to refuel, and many other strategies I present in The Empath�s Survival Guide.

Then empaths can revel in the joy of their sensitivities.

Earth empaths.

Earth empaths are a special type of empath who is keenly attuned to the natural world

and all of the Earth�s changes. The beauty of a waterfall can exhilarate and energize

these empaths, whereas the toxicity of air pollutants can make them feel sick, exhausted,

or depressed.

How do you know if you are an earth empath?

You are highly sensitive to intuiting the Earth�s changes in your body. Sensually

and energetically, you can feel the power of a thunderstorm, the loveliness of the moon,

the warmth of the sun on your shoulders. What happens to the Earth is intimately connected

Comey tests GOP loyalty to Trump

Former FBI Director James Comey�s testimony to Congress will be a deep test of Republican

loyalty to President Trump.

Comey�s appearance before the Senate Intelligence Committee on Thursday may be the most dramatic

hearing on Capitol Hill in decades.

It�s must-watch TV, and CBS and Fox announced Monday that they would carry the hearing live.

Republicans are unlikely to reflexively defend Trump, say Senate aides.

Nearly half of Americans surveyed last month by NBC News and The Wall Street Journal thought

Trump fired Comey to slow down the FBI�s investigation into possible collusion between

his administration and Russia.

Instead, sources say to watch for GOP senators to press Comey on the details of his conversations

with the president to determine whether improper pressure was brought on the FBI to drop a

politically sensitive investigation.

�That is why the tone, the exact words that were spoken and the context are so important,�

Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine), a member of the Intelligence Committee, said on CBS�s

�Face the Nation� over the weekend.

A Senate GOP aide said committee Republicans are likely to take an independent line.

�The GOP members of the Intelligence Committee are interested in finding out what the truth

is.

That�s what you will see going into Thursday,� the aide said.

Another Republican aide predicted a variety of responses from senators to Comey�s testimony,

depending on their varying degrees of loyalty to Trump.

�Some are going to be very deferential to Comey, some are going to be more confrontational.

Some in the Republican Party will be cheering him on, pulling the �I told you so� card,

the never Trump-ers,� the aide said.

The deposed FBI chief was fired by Trump in a shocker last month as he oversaw an investigation

into the Republican�s presidential campaign.

He�s now the leading character in a special counsel�s investigation into Russia�s

meddling in the 2016 election, which includes whether there was any collusion between Moscow

and Trump�s campaign.

Senators are sure to be thinking about 2018, when majorities in the House and Senate will

be up for grabs.

Republicans are already nervously looking at the House landscape, where Democrats believe

a path to the majority can be forged through districts held by Republicans that were lost

or just narrowly won by Trump.

A Reuters/Ipsos tracking poll showed that Trump�s approval rating among Republicans

has dipped below 75 percent.

In the Senate, the map favors Republicans, who are defending just eight seats compared

with 25 for Democrats.

Yet Republicans also only enjoy a two-seat majority, and Democrats are already targeting

GOP Sens. Dean Heller (Nev.) and Jeff Flake (Ariz.).

GOP strategists contacted by The Hill on Monday held different views on the best way for Republicans

to handle the dramatic day.

�The best strategy is to call for an objective and fair assessment and investigation into

all the facts,� said Whit Ayres, a GOP strategist who has advised Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.),

a member of the Senate Intelligence Committee.

Ayres noted that GOP senators largely won election last year running apart from Trump,

which makes the case that independence is a good strategy.

Other Republican strategists say senators should be careful about handcuffing the party

to the president while the results of the investigations are unknown.

�They owe loyalty to the Constitution of the United States of America,� said John

Weaver, a former adviser to Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), one of Trump�s most outspoken

Republican critics in Washington.

Weaver, who worked for Ohio Gov. John Kasich (R), one of Trump�s rivals during the 2016

GOP presidential primaries, said Republicans must be wary of carrying water for Trump.

�They need to not get in the way of any investigation or try to obfuscate,� he said.

�We cannot handcuff ourselves to a guy who has no loyalty to the Constitution or the

party, either.

�Don�t go out of your way to hinder an investigation into possible collusion with

Russia or covering up any potential collusion with Russia.�

Trump has few if any ardent defenders in the Senate � unlike in the House, where he can

count on stalwarts such as Rep. Chris Collins (R-N.Y.).

Some Senate Republicans praised Comey after his firing.

Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman Richard Burr (R-N.C.), who will be presiding over

Thursday�s hearing, called Comey�s dismissal �a loss for the bureau and the nation.�

GOP senators often respond to Trump�s latest controversial tweets with exasperation or

refuse to answer questions about him at all.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) said last month that he wants �less drama

from the White House.�

While many Republicans don�t want to side with Trump over Comey or get bogged down in

the middle of a controversy that might blow up later, they also won�t want to let Democrats

score political points without pushback.

�They don�t want hyperbole; they don�t want politicization.

They want truth and the facts.

It�s going to be a very toxic environment,� said the GOP aide.

Senate Democrats will try to drive a wedge between GOP lawmakers and the Trump administration

in order to divide the Republican Party and slow down its agenda.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), who is viewed as a possible top-tier contender in the 2020

presidential election, has urged colleagues and liberal activists to ramp up pressure

on Republican senators.

�We got to turn the heat up under Republicans,� she told activists at a meeting last week

sponsored by the left-leaning group Credo.

In the week leading up to Mother's Day 2016, Jenna hopped on Snapchat to give her fans

a glimpse of Channing giving her piggies the royal treatment, beginning with the removal

of her old polish and ending with a slightly unorthodox drying method.

Who needs a heat fan when you've got a hunky husband to blow your toes dry, anyway?

Make love, not war

It's probably not a surprise to hear that Jenna and Channing have a robust sex life.

Hearing them talk about it themselves, though, is a little weird.

But since they do like to share everything with the world, Jenna told Cosmopolitan, "We

definitely have a very happy and healthy [sex life].

Something about being a dancer connects you to your physical body.

It's primal, earthy, sexual energy by nature.

You feel your body in a certain way.

Channing is very much the same way.

He's very in tune with that."

One thing they don't do, though, is have sex when they're angry.

In fact, they have a rule that their sex life goes on pause until they've worked out whatever

issues are causing friction.

Channing told Cosmo "That's how we know there's something we have to talk about, that we have

to solve… whatever's between us energetically, before we can sort of get down.

For lack of a better term, we don't hate f**k each other.

That's just not what we do."
