Android Learner | Installing and Configuring JAVA - Duration: 5:15.
Hello friends welcome to the first video tutorial of Android Learner. Here I don't
have to tell you about Android because you are using it everyday. We will be
learning about how to develop Android applications. Today in this video I will
be teaching you how to configure Java in our operating system because for Android
Studio, we need Java in our operating system as
an environment variable, for that go to your browser, let me off my camera so
that you get a full overview, search for java jdk, in java jdk the first link
you'll get is of oracle.com tech network click on that link and you will find two
softwares NetBeans and Java. NetBeans is an IDE for Java IDE stands for Integrated
Development Environment, but we are going for Java platform now because this at
this moment we know we don't need NetBeans. Here after going to Java
platform you will find Java for different operating systems like Linux,
Mac OS, Solaris & windows. In my video series
I'll be teaching you to develop Android applications in Windows so we will
download this software Java 8u131windowsx64 .exe, for this you have to
accept the license and agreement here, accept it, after that click on this link
yeah now it is the latest version of Java it may happen that when you watch
this video, you will be getting an updated version for that, so download
this, click on this and your download will start, I already have Java
in my operating system, so I don't need it. It's not a
rocket science to install it, you just have to click some Next button and a
finish to install it completely. After you do that, open your my computer and
in your my computer go for C Drive, in your C Drive go for Program Files, in Program
Files go to the Java folder, in Java folder you will find two folders JDK and
JRE. JDK stands for Java development kit and JRE stands for Java runtime environment.
So we are going to develop Android app so we need Java JDK to
configure in our environment variables so that Android studio will get
configured in Java JDK. Open Java JDK folder and copy the folder location,
Ctrl+C, after you copy that, go to your My Computer, right click there and go to
the properties, in properties you will see in the left bottom, Advanced system
setting.. advanced system settings, go to that option, advanced system sittings
there you'll find in the bottom, Environment Variables click on that
button environment variables, here in variable list search for.... here in
variable list search for Java home, most probably you will not be having Java
home as an environment variable so click on new to set an environment variable
for that in the variable name write JAVA_HOME all in capital, (Java underscore home)
all in capital, you have to write as it is friends, all in capital
Java underscore home. In variable value paste the location you copied, the
location you copied for JDK paste that in the variable value and then click OK
in this way you set the Java environment variable in your
operating system and you have set this the environment variable. This was all
for the video guys, in the next video we'll be learning about how to install
and configure Android studio in our operating system and ok guys please like,
comment and subscribe for my channel and "KEEP WATCHING, KEEP LEARNING" Thank You.

Crochet Beachy Keen Shawl - DIY Tutorial (It's Peachy Keen too!) - Duration: 7:17.
Hi I'm Donna Wolfe from naztazia.com today I'm going to show you how to
crochet my beachy keen shawl. The written pattern is on naztazia.com I'm using two
skeins of Red Heart's Ombre yarn for my shawl. And have you seen my new hook
holder yet? I received this beautiful organizer as a gift from my friends at
chetnanigans.com We'll use a size H hook for this shawl, scissors, and a yarn needle.
And be sure to click on the subscribe button to get notified of new videos
from me each week. To begin make a slipknot and chain 4. Slip stitch into
the first chain. If you need help with the basics of crochet, please see my beginner
crochet videos on YouTube. Chain 4 - that counts as 1 treble crochet. We're going
to make 6 more treble crochet stitches in this ring. We want these stitches a
bit loose so if H is too tight be sure to go up to an I or J hook.
Chain 3. Make 1 double crochet in each stitch across. Your initial chain will
count as 1 double crochet, so you will need to make 6 more for a total of 7 on
this row.
For the next row begin with a chain 4. That will count as 1 treble crochet. Make
6 treble crochet stitches in the same stitch.
Find the middle of the previous shell. Make one double crochet stitch in the
middle in this last chain stitch. Make seven treble crochet stitches in it.
...and seven.
Chain 3, make 1 double crochet in each stitch across. Remember that first chain
3 counts as your first double crochet stitch.
Next row, Chain four. We're going to make 6 treble crochet stitches in that same
stitch for a total of seven treble crochet.
Find the middle of the next shell. Make 1 double crochet in it.
In that double crochet separating the shells, we'll make seven treble crochet
stitches in it to create another shell.
...and seven. Make one double crochet in the middle of the next shell. And in that
very last stitch make seven treble crochet stitches. This creates another
shell.
Chain 3. Make 1 double crochet in each stitch across. Double crochet over all
the shells as well as those double crochet stitches in between the shells.
Chain 4 and begin your normal shell at the end. Then double crochet in the
middle. Do another shell here. Double crochet. Shell. Double crochet. And another
shell at the end. Chain 3 and make 1 double crochet in each stitch across.
You'll continue doing this for every row for a total of 20 rows. If you're on
social media you can also find me on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter.
If you want to add fringe onto your shell I like to cut 3 strands of yarn
each about 15 inches long and knot them like this.
And here is my finished shawl. To view this video in other languages click on
the closed caption link on YouTube and turn on subtitles. From there you can

the case and everybody's a jerk we're both very stubborn people so we
can get that we go back and forth on like I said when things are good they're
really good I guess that's normal it is normal I mean I guess that's normal as
long as you're okay what it is it's normal everybody gets an argument okay
it's the board the worst you know but especially early relationships like they
said they've been going out for just a few months you're going to have
arguments every once in a while I am we just get loud when we argue is all oh I

well you know I'm here for you I'm that guy
I know and thank you for that I just feel really abandoned ah they were
really shitty friends they're a shitty friend they sound like shady friends
just call out her friends well the thing is if they are tore between you and your
and your boyfriend and you break up with your boyfriend and they leave you
because of that they're not really your friends because your friends will stick
by your side no matter what yeah I guess so but they're my only
friends and it would rather be friends with Brad like what did I do wrong oh
man now I'm starting to cry no I meant to say they're not worth it can i redo
okay whatever I'm so sorry em but it's their loss you're amazing
Oh No you're an amazing person escazu that's good it's a spite that's good

no you do the same for me because we're best friends
well we're kind of best friends I want to ask you something about me fraid
you'll hate me after Ashurst your fake person promise you won't hate me I
promise I promise what is it I killed your dog Travis's party senior year
remember when we got bored and went for that walk you stopped at the playground
for a bit and just laid there and looked at the Stars
well why didn't you kiss me and it would screw things up I didn't want to screw
things up Emily we'll remember that I've just
always wondered how things would be if you did well how old are we really I
mean we just got out eyes can we're so College azide age I don't know it's kind
of stupid I guess uh I've wondered that too
I've wondered that too that way she's like oh she doesn't feel stupid because
I've wondered it - hey I have an idea maybe I could come visit this weekend I
could really use some time away from this school and we always said we would
visit each other what do you think yeah come visit please come visit I
would love to see you you chose to let Emily visit great oh man now I'm really
excited Oh what were your plan what were your plans with Emma Oh what about my
plans I'll talk to her about it I'll talk to her about it
you chose to talk to Emma so that's the right thing to do okay I just don't want
to mess things up sheesh I mean what do you want to do this weekend uh we can
just suffer on campus why not just whatever around campus you chose
some stuff around campus sounds good to me
should I bring my alcohol oh we don't need any I'm not really no we don't need
any you'd have fun without it you need you don't know how fun okay I'm so
excited to finally come visit yay very nice
oh shit I actually have to run but I'll see you this weekend okay of course by
that way well so I got way well chapter 4 2005 junior year of college
um Sin City now that was a good movie
it really has signed in hey hey I know it's been a while since we last talked
no worries
I've just been going through a lot lately everything okay is everything
okay guy yeah everything's fine most girls would just stop at that like
that so listen I was hoping we could talk about things of course what's up he
chose to talk with the newly well I mean that's the game you got to get the table
I just feel like things are weird between us
why have you felt like that no I don't think so I think it's because of last
year what happened last year things have been weird since I came to visit but we
just wander around campus with absolutely no alcohol and did stuff like
just fun stuff if you need please be honest with me did you plan that we
would hook up we hooked up I thought it was possible Wow so so that
that's the thing that happened actually I in retrospect it all just seems so
planned out it totally didn't I mean we hang up hung out with your friends
around campus and then we go back to your dorm to spend the night see I
didn't know that part I just want to hang around campus to do fun stuff with
no alcohol like this like that that's the
most innocent thing that was on that list wasn't it you must have known how
vulnerable I was I didn't know I didn't know you seemed fine you wanted to oh
don't say that I don't know Emily we'll remember that
okay I just yeah gee I don't know do you regret coming to visit you chose
to ask about her regrets I don't know if every bitter bad no I don't regret it
bull then was it just happened really a lot happened really quickly it just made
me feel differently in a bad way differently in a bad way
no not bad just different I don't know are we still friends we could still be
friends right yeah at least I think so I mean I didn't don't think I did
anything wrong I'm sorry things are really weird for me right now it's been
a whole year but thank you for talking to me about it all no Ivan can I go back
I like a change colors you change colors pink and green no problem at all I
changed my colors do you like it so how's cooling everything going it's
good college is flying by okay I'm changing that back because yeah so how's
your friend Mike yeah he's okay he's been more serious about school and stuff
lately though I mean it's college you got to be serious about college yeah it
sucks when people change what about your other friend Emma they hang out
sometimes we still hang out sometimes is she just a friend or she's just a friend
she's just afraid Oh
they're all just for your just friend to Emily we're all just friends I'm sorry I
don't think I can do this right now is something wrong no talking is just kind
of hard I've gotta go soon anyway but we'll talk again later
of course yeah of course see ya bye Emily I'll see you later
chapter 5 2006 oh okay I'm gonna head to the ship set off here
um this is Amelia's away so far we've knocked out like the first four chapters
and crazy stuff has gone on between me and Emily already uh already hooked up
with her and didn't even try to like I I tried not to like I tried just to be
friends because they're trying to do that like that cool bestfriend approach
you know anyway I hope you guys enjoy if you guys did enjoy make sure you slap
that like button underneath the video and until next time I'll see you guys

Talking Eyes Media: Multimedia Social Activism | Lynda.com from LinkedIn - Duration: 11:16.
(upbeat music)
- [Ed] I always wanted to disappear as a photographer.
That approach to photography has really informed
an aspect of my work now for 40 years.
- [Woman] I'm a word person.
I hear a story.
I hear words rearranged,
whether I'm editing or someone else,
I can hear,
oh, you need to move that passage up here
and this passage down there.
That's all in the writing.
I hear it.
Talking Eyes Media is a non-profit production company
and we produce documentary films,
exhibitions,
photo essays,
pretty much anything that's visual media
and that draws on everything
from words to pictures to video.
We're telling stories about positive social change.
So, we're telling the stories of people
who have invested their lives in fixing problems.
- It is a vehicle to activism.
It's a vehicle to making a difference.
To open their eyes up to something,
to change the way they think.
That to me is thrilling.
- I think I was born a writer.
I was always keeping journals as a kid.
I loved writing.
I always saw it as my main means of expression.
I think I really found my passion for reporting
when I started to look into these issues
around ecotourism and development.
So, that really launched my career writing.
- I moved to San Francisco,
unwittingly I became a Silicon Valley photographer.
So, I was working for Time and Newsweek
and all the big magazines
but I was photographing Steven Jobs
and Bill Gates and the head on Intel.
And one day, I woke up after maybe five, six years of this,
where I'm making more money than I expected
and traveling and being published,
all the things that are "success"
but I realized,
I was not miserable
but this isn't what I wanted to do with my work.
This isn't why I wanted to be a photographer.
I wanted to be a story teller.
(upbeat music)
But if I continued on the route I was going,
I might be richer today
but I would have completely turned my back
on what my true goals were in doing this work.
So, I took control of my destiny
and I spent three years going back and forth
to Northern Ireland.
From the very beginning I knew you had to invest
in your own work.
This is the only way to not only get ahead
but that's where your greatest work was going to come from
because it's coming from your heart,
it's coming from your gut and your soul
and it was like that's where I found my voice.
Visually, for the first time,
I was making pictures and going,
"Wow, there's something here now,"
and that was what changed everything.
After that,
I got my first assignment
from National Geographic Magazine.
All of a sudden,
I was now how I had wanted to be
but I had to go through that other stage,
if you like, or process.
- When I met Ed,
I was working on a film about Malaysia
and a road that was being built through a primary tract
of rainforest in order to facilitate tourism
and I was interested in looking
at the potential detrimental effects of carving a road
through the center of a primary rain forest
and then Ed and I started working on stories together.
Because of the digital revolution,
we were able to buy our first digital video camera
and get Final Cut Pro
and all of a sudden this world opened up to us
to take what we did and translate it into moving image.
- Julie and I began Talking Eyes Media in 2002
and we could already see the inklings
of how the digital revolution
was changing our profession of print media.
I don't think we realized quite what was coming.
- Multi Media as a concept was percolating
and we were really on the foreground
of seeing that opportunity.
We had this skill set between the two of us
that was able to take visual imagery and script
and fuse it together
and be able to edit something comprehensive.
- Without Julie,
none of this would exist,
I'd just be a humble photographer, probably.
Having partner and a collaborator
who has the set of skills that I don't have,
it's a beautiful mix.
- We did a long term project called Aging in America
and that was seven years of field work,
looking at stories around what it means to grow old
and how society is changing as the demographics change.
We had very modest goals in the beginning
that we would have an exhibition of Ed's photographs
and then we would have screens at the exhibition
where you'd get to see the person in the photograph,
come to life,
speaking to you about some topic of interest.
It just dawned on me,
I've got all this footage,
surely I can produce a film.
I taught myself Final Cut
and we made a one hour film
that ended up going on PBS stations nation wide.
When I saw that,
I realized how much was possible.
What I love about what we're able to do,
we're always experimenting.
So, we work in film,
we work in photography,
we work in text
and now we're doing interactive.
We're very flexible
and that's what keeps it exciting and engaging.
- So, its not just about doing a book
or doing a bunch of great photographs.
We're doing film.
That is was really looking at each project
and each issue
and figuring out well what media do we want to create.
- As exciting as a time as it is,
in terms of self-publishing,
I think you always have to be thinking about
how do I find my audience?
And there are multiple audiences.
They are not the same.
I don't think any of it is really far removed from writing.
There's very little that doesn't
have some sort of accompanying explanation.
There are things that a written piece can tell you
that a visual can't
but if you're working like we do,
where everything is working together,
where there are many ways to enter that story,
then the text is nearby,
the text is going to tell you
what happened on the edge of that frame.
- What I've come to understand now,
which I didn't at the beginning of my career,
was the importance of authorship
and having control over your work.
When I work on something that care about
and that I'm passionate about
and I believe in,
the work is gonna be better.
That shouldn't be a surprise
but for a lot of people,
they don't understand that
or they don't feel it,
they don't get that.
So, the way that you stay relevant
and the way you continue to do work
that you genuinely care about,
is to make proposals,
is to write or know someone
or marry someone who writes.
So that way, you can keep pushing ideas out.
As long as you keep pushing ideas out,
the success rate is not high
but you don't need it to be high.
Just a few times a year
and then you're in good shape.
That means the thing's you're working on
are things you really care about.
- Doing this kind of work,
it's made us who we are
and it continues to do that on a daily basis.
I think this work has that potential
to make you a better person
because it has you constantly challenging
what you think you know.
- I kind of came to this realization
that I was only going to become a better photographer,
if I became a better human being.
That maturation process took decades for me,
quite frankly
and the time's I might not have done something
I would have done 34 years ago
because I'm more concerned about my impact on people.
(soft music)
- I feel like there's a lot
of pain, fatigue in the world
and I think there's an opportunity to expose problems
while focusing on solutions.
So, you can do both
and quite frankly most journalism is around suffering.
It makes for far more dramatic and provocative reporting.
Far less is focused on solutions and positivity.
I feel like there's a great opportunity
and I think people are starved for it.
(upbeat music)
It's so hard to measure how impact minds.
That's the hardest thing,
we can measure how many hits you got,
how many eyeballs on a broadcast,
all that kind of stuff,
how many shares.
Those things are all great
because they're empirical evidence
that something happened
but you don't really know what happened.
You don't really know,
did somebody care,
did they take action?
Every time I head somebody took action,
that to me is the real evidence that we succeeded.

WILL INDIA BE THE FIRST COUNTRY TO TELL THE WORLD ABOUT ALIEN - tech and science - Duration: 3:23.
WILL INDIA BE THE FIRST COUNTRY TO TELL THE WORLD ABOUT ALIEN CONTACT?
New Delhi, the capital of one of the mega powers of the world, India, has recently been
whisked into an internal debate that only a few know.
There are two fractions in this debate: A large democracy willing to support transparency,
and on the other hand, invisible protocols that maintain order and peace throughout India
and the world.
It is a widely accepted fact now that all five world powers have been in contact with
aliens and extraterrestrials now.
Recently, there has been a large influx of alien news and sightings in the country which
has sparked much controversy.
Some would be that a new secret UFO base has been spotted in the Himalayas, near other
Chinese bases.
In Ladak, a province in India, the locals have claimed that it was an everyday occurrence
for large triangular spaceships to come up from the ground with Indian security forces
protecting them.
Why is India keeping quiet about this?
That is because they have been taught the rules of the universe.
Military officials and politicians, however, have confessed the fact that they have been
in touch with extraterrestrials.
The existing and current internal debate now is an ignition of the long-standing problem:
To tell or not to tell?
Keep it a secret like all the other countries, or offer transparency to the citizens, which
may cause widespread terror and panic?
However, this presents another problem: If the secret was kept, and the citizens find
out through unofficial means, this will cause a coup to occur.
The current government will be destabilized and overthrown, causing nationwide riots and
a massive disruption of peace.
However, India being in the loop now, it is evident how much their power has increased
over this.
The flock of world leaders to India in recent months has been extraordinary, Russian President
Putin, other major senators of America, and even the European Union is in substantial
talks with India.
The sanctions that have been placed on India's Nuclear programs have all been lifted.
Major contracts have been given to India in the IT industry and call-center industry.
India's influence and power have grown so much that it is now being considered to be
a permanent member of the UN Security Council.
If one were to scrutinize this change properly, one might be able to reach the conclusion
that India, in exchange for keeping the secret about extraterrestrials, will be given a seat
among the world powers, if they were to follow the universal law: Do not leak the secret
about extraterrestrials.
It is still a big debate whether India will follow like a puppet, or break the mold.
We can only wait and watch, but maybe the answers we have all been waiting for will
finally come out into the light, one way or another.
After all, no secret can be kept forever.

Oxford University Hillary Clinton Is A Psychopath - politics - Duration: 3:27.
Oxford University: Hillary Clinton Is A Psychopath
Oxford University researchers have concluded that failed presidential candidate Hillary
Clinton displays extreme Machiavellian egocentricity and should be officially
considered a psychopath.
The former secretary of state is famed for her disregard for the law, her love of invading
foreign countries and and her cold-hearted we came, we saw, he died response to
the death of Libyan leader Gaddafi, and Oxford University researchers claim these behavioral
traits provide insight into her psychopathic mind.
The study rated her for the psychopathic traits of fearless dominance, self-centered impulsivity,
and coldheartedness, and then compared her results to those of other historical figures.
When her score was added up, Clinton was placed above Emperor Nero, who famously killed his
own mother, and only a few points behind Adolf Hitler.
Daily Mail report: Oxford Universitys Dr, Kevin Dutton has been exploring the psychopathic
traits of the candidates and other historical figures using a standard psychometric tool,
the Psychopathic Personality Inventory Revised (PPI-R), reports Scientific American Mind.
While learning about these traits, Dutton also looked at which ones can be beneficial
and which will lead to destruction.
He explains that being a psychopath is not an all-or-nothing affair, but is on a spectrum
along which each of us has our place.
There also seems to be a range of positions that attract individuals on the high end of
the psychopathic scale such as business, surgery, the law military and of course, politics.
Previous to this recent study, Dutton contacted the official biographers of many historical
leads and asked them to fill out an abbreviated version of the PPI-R in order to create a
table showing which traits these figures had.
The table shows each subjects scores for psychopathys eight component traits.
The first three being, social influence(SI), fearlessness (F) and stress immunity(STI),
which are collectively known as Fearless Dominance traits these leaders tend to be more successful.
However, the next four traits that are known as Self-Centered Impulsivity can be destructive.
This group includes Machiavellian Egocentricity (ME), Rebellious Nonconformity (RN), Blame
Externalization (BE) and Carefree Nonplanfulness (CN).
And the final trait is Coldheartedness (C), which is helpful for making tough decisions
such as sending troops off to war.
The league table implies that a majority of these well-known individuals are high scorers,
such as Winston Churchill.
Clinton falls into the category Self-Centered Impulsivity and scored the highest for Machiavellian
Egocentricity, which means she has a lack of empathy and sense of detachment from others
for the sake of achieving her own goals.

Newly Discovered Exoplanet Has Blown Scientists' Minds As They - Duration: 5:12.
Newly Discovered Exoplanet Has Blown Scientists Minds As They Have Never Seen Anything Similar
Before
Our universe never ceases to amaze us. The more we explore the cosmos, the more incredible
things we find.
It seems that astronomers have made a new mind-blowing discovery as they have never
seen anything similar to the planet they just detected.
KELT-9b
KELT-9b is an exoplanet which orbits a huge star KELT-9 in the constellation Cygnus and
is approximately 650 light-years away from us. It is a gas giant which completes a full
circle around KELT-9 in only 1,5 days. And finally, the most remarkable thing about the
newly discovered exoplanet is that it has an incredibly high temperature on its surface.
The temperature on the day side of KELT-9b reaches 4,600 Kelvin! It is unbelievably hot
and is comparable only to the surface temperature of some stars, but scientists have never seen
anything like this on a planet before. For example, our Sun reaches 5,800 Kelvin while
the day-side temperature on Mercury doesnt exceed 700 Kelvin.
How is this possible that a planet is that hot, you may ask?
It has to do with the fact that KELT-9b is located extremely close to its star, which
also happens to be one of the hottest stars ever observed, with the surface temperature
of 10,170 Kelvin.
Because of the extreme radiation from KELT-9, the planet is basically evaporating away,
losing around 22 million pounds (10 million kilograms) of its mass per second. Since the
planet is constantly blasted by its star, it also has a gas tail similar to that of
comets. Because of these processes, it is estimated that KELT-9b wont be there for
long and will either completely evaporate away or will be boiled down to its solid core
(if it has one, because scientists dont know for sure).
KELT-9 radiates so much ultraviolet radiation that it may completely evaporate the planet.
Or, if gas giant planets like KELT-9b possess solid rocky cores as some theories suggest,
the planet may be boiled down to a barren rock, like Mercury, Keivan Stassun, Professor
of Physics and Astronomy at Vanderbilt University, said in a press release.
The only thing that is clear for now is that the newly discovered planet doesnt have
bright prospects for the future. It is estimated that KELT-9 will begin to expand and will
become a red giant in around a billion years. So if its radiation doesnt evaporate KELT-9b
till then, then the massive star will probably just swallow it.
What else do we know about the unusually hot exoplanet?
KELT-9b is a gas giant which is 2,8 times more massive than our Jupiter. At the same
time, it is only half as dense due to the harsh ultraviolet radiation from its star.
Such unfavorable conditions make it impossible for molecules of water, methane and carbon
dioxide to form, so it makes sense why the planet just cant maintain an atmosphere.
Its a planet by any of the typical definitions based on mass, but its atmosphere is almost
certainly unlike any other planet weve ever seen just because of the temperature
of its day side, said Professor Scott Gaudi, one of the studys lead authors.
This exciting discovery, the results of which were reported in the journal Nature, demonstrates
once again how little we actually know about our universe and how many fascinating things
we are yet to learn about our cosmic neighborhood.
