DID WE MANAGE TO GET INTO GOOGLE?! WHAT TO DO IN PARIS WHEN CLOUDY - Duration: 11:50.

It got much colder in Paris, it's raining

We decided to go to a Musée Rodin

It's a museum in the very heart of Paris

I'd say the best thing about this place

Is not the museum but the beautiful garden

I've never been inside previously

In the garden I've been only after dark

during Paris Fashion Week at the Dior Ball

The setting was really beautiful

There was a big pavillion made of mirrored glass

On the space you see behind me

On those patches of green grass

You could see unicorns...

Well, horses disguised as ones :D

Grooms all dressed accordingly

to the occasion - Masquerade Ball

Cuz it was a Ball and everyone was supposed

to wear a mask

And yeah it was spectacular

It's really hard for me to imagine now

how it was all organized

cuz already here where you see this pond

there was already a pavillion

right in front there was a maze made of greenery

you had to go through it to get to the paviliion

I quite like this place in daylight as well

It's really calm in here

If you're not a huge museum fan

and just wanna go chill here

the entrance fee is like only 2€

It started raining here

Look, you can see people hiding under umbrellas

The dome is the Les Invalides

museum of military history of France

I'd recommend it to those who are interested

in weapons, their evolution, uniforms and stuff like this

such a cute parisian skylight right under the roof

here you can even see the Eiffel Tower!

Rodin's most famous sculpture - The Thinker

is right next to the entrance

My friend Olia just told me

that apparently Rodin didn't mean to make a sculpture

of 'the thinker'

he was making a poet at a moment

of creating a poem

and it's only later that it got named 'The Thinker'

You're supposed to wear backpacks

in front of yourself

it's not like I always do that^^

We got on the rooftop of Galeries Lafayette

If you want to see Paris from above

but you are afraid of heights

or you don't wanna pay additionally for a ticket

you can come here and enjoy the view

it's not way too high, but you can see everything

the famous parisian roofs are super close!

Here right in the center of Paris

there is a Google office

And YouTube Space as well

There aren't that many Google offices around the world

so it's pretty cool Paris got one!

the mansion is beautiful

it would be cool of course to be able to go inside

cuz google is known for its super unsual spaces

Maybe one day I will...

Good morning!

it's already Friday

And what are we gonna do today...Brain?

The same thing we do everyday Pinky...

...we will try to take over the Google Office :D

Let's see if they let us in

We were trying to figure out

How to get in there yesterday

let's see if it worked out

and if they let us behind their awesome colorful gate

We are in!

And that's what the yard looks like

Let's go to YouTube Space now!

We are there

and get ready to see what it looks like

and as the Boss of this Space told us -

welcome home!

It was probably THE cutest part of the visit

Cuw we got shown around by a very nice guy

and his 'welcome home" words

were the most touching thing about it

and we really felt we were

now we are at a place called Bistro

here you can come and film makeup videos

put make up and talk on camera in this studio

The Space is really well decorated in general

love the design!

and that's what the Bistro part is like

they are actually showing someone's video here!

no idea who that is, but it's pretty sweet!

BTW lots of people have been commenting

under Olia's and mine photos on Instagram

that we look like twins!

so we did a level up

now we look like twins even more

funny thing is that we don't even

look like each other!

but for some reason people

ask if we are sisters or even twins

i guess cuz we post photos taken from far away

and from far away we get confused

who is who even ourselves!

Olia is doing an Instagram LIVE...and is eating :D

I love sweet stuff!

That's what you can eat here

Lots of stuff!

SInce it's our first time here

we got goodie bags

Let's do the unhaul together

Actually I'ven already seen it

Cuz Olia opened hers during her LIVE

but I still wanna show you

First of all you have YouTube own goggles

to watch 360 videos

you just need to put your phone inside

Whole bunch of branded stickers

Pure happiness cuw I LOOVE stickers!

There's also a notebook and a pen

perfect for planning YouTube videos!

Definitely will be on of my favorite ones

And the last item here

a YouTube tshirt!

to add up to our 'twins' situation :D

I also wanted to say that

I'm impressed in a really good way

cuz everyone we met here is really friendly and open

despite the fact we see those people for the first time ever

and maybe the last cuz we might not meet here again

Nevertheless evryone is chatting freely

There was even a politician here earlier

who just came to the Space to film a video

he was really open as well

he wasn't stuck up or standing by himself

it was really cool to see him like this and be able to talk

although it's not like I'm a fan

it was a vice-leader of the Extreme lefties party

their leader was really popular during last elections

compared to previous ones

he got really lots of votes in may

specifically among young people

Here you can see 10 fundamental rules

for being a good YouTuber

You need to be inspired

Accessible

- to always keep in touch with your audience

to film collaborations with other YouTubers

Be constant

Be open

...the doors always slide open...

Be interactive

Have a goal

Be ready that people will share

your ideas for example

Partager means to share

Sounds like dirigeable (=airship)

Make sure audience can find you

What is 'viable'?

Be alive? :D

actually maybe

Be natural!

that is so cute ;D

'Subscribe' in French

and here you have a studio where people film

Overall i totally loved being at a YouTube Space in Paris!

Huge thanks to the Google/YouTube team

It was really nice to be there

It really felt like home

And seems like we are leaving a little part of ourselves there

We really enjoyed it and I hope

we can and will come back one day!

Thanks for watching guys!

see you soon

xx Masha

Are You Buying a Property in Victoria? - Duration: 3:46.

ThinkConveyancing.com.au Australia's No.1 Conveyancing Website

Are You Buying a Property in Victoria?

Let us answer your most frequently asked questions for you

Can you review a contract and section 32 for me?

Yes, we specialise in contract and section 32 reviews for both residential and off-the-plan properties. The review

is included within our fixed fee and we allow a 48 hour turnaround for the review process

to ensure a reasonable timeframe and to perform a thorough review.

How much our fee?

Our fee structure comprises of a fixed-fee for the professional work that we perform in representing you

on your purchase, and disbursement costs (ie., known also as out-of-pocket expenses)

which are incurred at costs price.

Request a quote today which will clearly set out this fee structure, including the large scope of work included

in our fixed-fee and the disbursement cost range.

What makes Think Conveyancing different to other conveyancers?

We offer value for money. We may be a law firm, but we don't carry the same price tag.

We remain competitive in price and we offer the quality of service that you should expect from your conveyancer,

including ongoing communication and updates about the conveyancing process, lodging a caveat on the title if

applicable to protect your interest in the property prior to settlement, and advising you of your rights and obligations along the way.

Where are we based in Victoria?

We are located at Suite 4, Level 6, 451 Little Bourke Street, Melbourne.

The beauty of being located in Melbourne CBD is that we are 5 minutes down the road from most of the settlement venues.

Do I need to attend settlement?

You don't need to attend settlement, as we will perform the settlement on your behalf, as this service is included in our fixed fee.

What does the conveyancing process involve?

I'll break the process down into easy steps for you. Once we have completed the review and you have decided to

proceed with the purchase, we will focus on preparing for your settlement. The final step in the process is attending the

settlement on your behalf.

Do we specialise in property transfers?

Yes, we have extensive experience in representing buyers in the market and private transfers of properties.

We recommend that you contact the State Revenue Office to confirm if any stamp duty implications apply to your transfer.

What happens with the rates, taxes and outgoings on the property?

A contribution is payable by you at settlement for the number of days you are the owner for in the financial year that settlement takes place.

The usual rates to which this adjustment applies includes water rates, council rates, land tax and owners corporation levies.

Whatever you pay is added to the sale proceeds owing at settlement and whatever the seller pays gets offset

against what you pay to reduce the final balance owing at settlement.

What happens with the utilities?

The seller is responsible for disconnecting any gas, electricity and telephone services from the property by the settlement date.

You as purchaser bear the responsibility of arranging connection of these services to commence from the settlement date.

When do I get to inspect the property?

We recommend that you inspect the property prior to signing the Contract to ensure you are aware of the condition of the property.

In saying that, it is important to obtain a Building and Pest Inspection report prior to signing. The inspector is

trained in assessing the structural integrity of the property and whether it is susceptible to or affected by

pest infestation, which can assist with your decision on whether to proceed with the purchase.

If you don't have time to arrange the Building and Pest Inspection report, we can propose a special condition be

inserted into the Contract following a review of the contract and section 32 prior to signing.

Australian tourist visas and the risk of overstaying - Duration: 7:00.

Australian tourist visas and the risk of overstaying

Tourist visa applications to Australia from Philippines are not easy to get.

Simpler that tourist visas, but under a different type of scrutiny because

these are the visas-of-choice for those who want to overstay

and break visa conditions in Australia.

These are the visas-of-choice for those who plan to work illegally

in Australia.

So given that this is the gateway they use, DIBP staff are on the lookout for those whom

they consider likely to try to overstay in Australia.

If they feel that the visa applicant is high-risk, they will refuse the

application.

So who is a high-risk visa applicant to Australia?

Tourist visas are for people visiting Australia for genuine reasons.

They intend to visit to: * Visit friends or relatives

* Spent time with a fiance or partner * Do tourist things

If they believe confidently that the applicant intends to do these things, they have no problem.

But if they are not certain, they will refuse the

visa application.

No choice, because that's their job and it's what Australia as a whole expects of them.

Tourist visa to visit family Tourist visas from Philippines to Australia

to visit family.

Visa to bring younger sister out, or favourite cousin.

Sounds easy, right?

And surely you have the "right" to invite relatives to come over?

Unfortunately this is one of the risk groups because it's one of the areas where families

break the rules in order to help each other out.

Understand that there IS no "right" to invite a relative to Australia.

You can invite whoever you want into your own house.

Someone knocks at your door, it's your decision what you want to do.

But you don't have the right to swing open the doors

of Australia and beckon somebody in.

The Immigration people in Canberra are the only ones who have

that legal right.

It's written in the Constitution.

Yet Filipino families have a long-established tradition of sharing the good fortune and

helping out the relatives, and this includes access to the

Good Life in Australia.

And many will bend the rules to do just that.

So getting cousin Jenny or sister Cristina out on a tourist visa as a stepping stone,

or for as long as she gets away with it, many will do this.

Or bringing her out to take care of your new baby while your

wife goes back to work, that all looks fairly harmless.

The problem is it's not what Australian tourist visas

were designed for.

Visiting and spending time together, and providing some moral support after birth of

a baby?

Sure.

Providing a day-care service?

No.

What it means is that they will scrutinize very closely any application from a relative,

especially a young and apparently healthy relative of working

age, and they won't grant it unless they're sure there's a

really good reason for them to come out.

Tourist visa to visit friends and for tourism purposes

Taking a tourism holiday in Australia is going to cost many thousands of dollars.

Unless you want to stay at the Wiley Park Hotel, a hotel room in Sydney

is going to cost you $200.00 a night and upwards.

Meals, $15.00 and upward.

So yes, thousands of dollars.

Believing that someone who earns probably less than

AUD$300.00 a month is going to spend that sort of money so they can pat koalas and take

selfies in front of the Opera House is not especially

believable.

So basically, unless the visa applicant is earning like an Aussie executive, they won't

believe they're planning a touristy holiday.

It's just plain reality.

And a couple of thousand dollars suddenly appearing in

their bank account with no explanation of its origins, this doesn't cut it either.

Tourist visas for Australian Filipina couples We submit many hundreds of tourist visa applications

every year, and we have a great success rate.

If you are planning to visit your Australian

fiance or partner or boyfriend and you're in an established

relationship, then in most situations we should be able to get you a visa.

Just understand that we need to prove this so they have no doubt as to

your intentions and purpose being genuine.

We have a great success rate because we're thorough, so you

need to follow our guidance if you want to join all those

other successful applicants.

And note that if you haven't met in person, it's not so easy to show a committed relationship.

High-risk tourist visa applicants The case officers at the Department are checking

you and assessing you for risk of doing the wrong

thing, much like the loan officer at the bank.

They have a job to do to protect Australia's interests, much

like the loan officer needs to protect the bank.

If you have a history of doing the wrong thing, they will

see you like the bank man will see you if you have a history of defaulting on loans

and on having credit cards cut in half with scissors.

If you have a history of overstaying and/or working illegally overseas, they

will certainly be concerned about you doing it all over again.

And the same applies to any clever schemes where you try to influence them by lies, exaggeration

and omissions.

They've seen them all before.

Don't try to be clever, because you will face a refusal of your

tourist visa and possibly a 3 year ban if you take it too far.

A tourist visa application may look simple on the surface, but it is never a mere formality.

Get some professional help, and always tell the truth.

No lies.

No secrets.

In most cases we can help you.
