Now, if you're like me,

you might be thinking about

new year's resolutions right now.

Maybe you're feeling a little bad

about the goals you didn't accomplish last year,

or a little anxious about the ones

you might screw up this year.

Either way, take a deep breath, (inhaling) and keep this

one tip in mind,

less is better.

If I try and tackle more than three big goals a year,

there's a really good chance I won't be successful.

Plus I'll burn myself out

pushing, and trying, and that is just not sexy.

So get clear on what's essential

and excites you.

And don't let your eyes be bigger

than your goal-accomplishing tummy.

♪ Too many goals in my tummy, ow ♪

But regardless of what your goals are,

today I want to take a big step back,

and focus on some game-changing habits

that will support any goal you set.

Number one, build in buffer time.

Now, I don't know about you,

but I often underestimate how long a project will take.

Let's see,

painting the living room,

yeah, I could probably do that in a day or so.

Wrong, no.

If you're like me,

you do things thoroughly.

Well, that means you need more time

to do your best work,

and be your best self.

Otherwise, you'll steal that time

from other areas.

Like your self care and general well being.

Mm mm, either that,

or you'll quit half way because you realize

that you just couldn't pull it off.

Now, sometimes quitting is okay

and even necessary,

but I bet we can both agree

that it's just better to be realistic

and then build in buffer time as a safety net.

So what does buffer time look like?

Well, it depends on the situation and project.

And it also depends on your health.

So, it could be 15 extra minutes before a meeting,

or a few extra months.

Either way, you don't know what you don't know.

Stuff pops up, shizzle goes down,

you don't know what surprises and roadblocks

life has in store.

So plan for them with buffer time.

Number two, try adding before subtracting.

Hmm.

So let's so you want to improve your diet this year,

but you're worried about follow through

or feeling deprived.

Well here's a good tip,

start adding more of the good stuff

into your daily eating plan.

Don't worry about stripping things out yet.

Just add.

Adding more water will reduce the amount of soda you drink.

Adding some fruit after dinner will keep you

from the cookies.

Adding more veggies to your breakfast, lunch, and dinner

will edge out the less beneficial choices.

And yes, you can add veggies to your breakfast

by juicing and making smoothies.

Are you picking up what I'm laying down?

Focus on adding goodness into your life this year.

Into your diet, your lifestyle practices, your work.

Goodness will fill you up so much

Before you know it,

you're feeling better and your health goals are in sight.

Number three, focus on progress not perfection.

Now, while the idea of wanting to do something perfectly

shows that you care about quality,

it can also be destructive.

In truth, there's no such thing as perfection.

And our search for it often sucks the joy out of life.

Plus it can even keep us from trying in the first place.

It won't be perfect, so why bother?

I won't be good enough, so forget it.

(snoring)

So I want to encourage you to forget perfection

and focus on progress instead.

Perfection is rigid and lacks personality.

Progress is open minded and inclusive.

One stems from fear, the other from love.

Plus progress allows for delicious detours

that can teach us so many things.

When you focus on progress,

you'll still get where you want to go.

You'll just do it in a way that's curious, kind, and fun.

What could be better?

Nothing.

Now most guys ask for the number. "So... can

I have your phone number?" Big mistake! Because that shows a lack of

confidence, because it presupposes that you're not sure if she likes you, and

that you're not sure if she actually wants to give you her phone number.

Because I mean you're asking instead of just assuming that she likes you. So

instead, display confidence and rephrase it like a command. "Here, put your number

in my phone." It's really that simple.

I think a lot of girls now don't just want to give out their phone numbers to

strangers. I know I never liked to, so maybe, you know, try to make it funny.

Ask her for her phone, if she says why, say "Well I want to look for my number in

your phone!" Or just maybe even offer your phone number. For me personally it's much

more comfortable whenever I have someone's phone number. And yeah "Will

they call?" "Won't they call?" But you know as a woman we do have to be somewhat safe.

Now what I like to do is this: I just tell her "You know, you seem pretty

cool. I'll give you my number, let me see your phone."

Then I go to her texting app and I send myself a text. "Hey Matt you're so hot" and

I sign her name. Then after we part ways I'll wait a few minutes and I'll text

her this - "Oh thanks you're so sweet" and she'll probably get a kick out of it.

It's fun, flirty, and it works great. And the best part is that she's very

unlikely to object to you giving her your number. Because she doesn't know

that you're secretively sending yourself a text. She just thinks you're harmlessly

saving your number in her phone and she could always just not text you if she

doesn't want to. Hmm... I think that's a double negative. "You're a double negative."

Here's another funny move you can do: Save your number in her phone and then

call your number from her phone. "Let me see your phone, I'll give you my number.

I'm gonna call myself so that way you have my number too." But actually pick up

the call and use this opportunity to do a funny role play. "Come on pick it up.

Hi mom! Yeah, hey I just met this girl she's kind

of cute but I don't know she's kind of a dork. What do you think, should I give her

a chance?" Or if all of this seems too silly or gimmicky for you, you can always

just go for her number like a boss. Say something like: "You know, you seem pretty

cool. Here, put your number of my phone!" And remember to always stand beside her

when you get her phone number so you can touch more. All right that's it! This

video can't be over already is it? Okay well how about this: Let's show some pictures of hot girls instead.

The next day I was definitely in a bit of discomfort.

It just gave me an excuse to do absolutely nothing for 48 hours.

I would say I'm a small C, big B. And I was not even an A before.

I have this one favorite dress that I loved wearing

but I always had to wear kinda like a padded push up bra with it.

So now I was able to rock it without it.

And it's sexier than it was before.

I kind of just free float in the house a lot now completely naked.

So I definitely am a lot more confident.

My breasts are actually fine.

They're not tender anymore and the swelling went down.

Oh my goodness!

This is amazing.

What's great about this is they're your real breasts.

Most of the breast is fat anyway we're just putting more in.

Goals for 2018 | What We Hope to Accomplish in the New Year! - Duration: 4:44.

Hi there, it's Ernest from Trip Astute. Happy New Year! In this video, we're doing

something a little different. We're going to share with you some of our goals for

2018.

(light chiming music)

With the new year comes the opportunity to set goals. This year is no

different. Since we officially launched our channel in Spring of 2017, we've

grown in both our subscribers and our aspirations as a channel. So today, we

wanted to share our goals for this year. First off is drone footage. You may have

noticed that we've been posting more drone videos lately.

We actually got a drone in June, but we haven't had a chance to fly it. It also

doesn't help that we live in Los Angeles, which has a lot of restrictions in terms

of both airspace and filming. But we did get a chance to take our drone with us

on a recent holiday trip to Europe, and I'm slowly getting more confident with

flying it. I still get a little paranoid flying around people, but I'm definitely

getting over it. I'm also working on my FAA part 107 license which will allow me

to fly commercially. So I'm definitely interested in getting deeper into drones

and incorporating them into our videos. Our second goal is to do more giveaways.

We ran a giveaway last year when we reached 1,000 subscribers, and we were

shocked at the number of people who entered. We would like to do regular

giveaways on this channel. It's a great way for us to generate some buzz on our

channel while also giving back to our community. Our third goal is community

videos. Our focus last year was getting a solid mix of our core videos which

includes travel tips, destination and gear reviews, and points and miles

tutorials. That's not changing in 2018, but we're going to add some community and

behind-the-scenes videos as well. Since we feel like we're part of a community

here on YouTube, we want to be able to share more about our daily lives. I don't

think we'll ever become a vlog, but you're going see more videos where we

share personal details and what's happening in our lives. Our fourth goal

is to move toward 4k video. One of our technical goals for 2018 is to start

producing content in 4k. We currently produce most of our content

in 1080p HD. This means some significant upgrades in hardware, so it might not happen

until the end of the year. I know my current MacBook Pro can barely process

1080p at 60 frames per second, so I'll probably need to invest in a new laptop.

But we think is that making the investments now will not only position

us for the future, but also make our content more vivid

and interesting. Our fifth goal is to create more videos on Los Angeles. I've

been toying with the idea of producing more LA specific content for a while.

Most of our time is spent in LA, so it makes sense for us to create content

that reflects our hometown. While we promise not to overload the channel

with LA only content, you'll likely be seeing some more videos to help those of

you who live or are visiting LA. Things like where to fly a drone in LA, how to get to

the Hollywood sign, and our favorite hikes, are topics that we're exploring. Our

sixth goal is to do collaborations. We have yet to do an official collaboration,

but it's something that we really want to do. There are so many awesome YouTube

creators and channels, so we want to find ways to do a fun project together. If

you've got a channel and you're interested in collaborating with us,

please let us know. We'd love to work with other creators. Our seventh goal is

to grow our partnerships. This is an interesting one for us. As we've grown, we've

started to get more brands and services looking to partner with us. You'll notice

American people, Hollywood got what they deserve.

They got hit back by the people of Middle America in a way that they've never ever

Hollywood doesn't know one thing that every American sho know, and that is we all work

too much and we deserve to have more for our honest work.

So, when we wish to take a little time of our days for entertainment, we wish it to

be good, not some liberal propaganda.

Still, Hollywood doesn't understand that, so they just kept pushing their garbage and

finally their ship has started to sink.

The Market Watch reported that after Hollywood kept attacking Trump for the whole summer,

the box office has reached an alarmingly low numbers.

One thing is sure, Hollywood sinks and most people involved like Kathy Griffin decided

to search their luck in the countries overseas which is a clear sign of Hollywood's downfall.

Summer 'hits' like "Baywatch", "Snatched", and the new part of the "Pirates Of The

Caribbean" barely made a debut abroad.

Also, Tom Cruise's "American Made" was all for nothing as well.

Blade Runner 2049 as well.

It was supposed to be a blockbuster but it failed awfully not making enough to cover

the expenses.

CNN Money reported:

"The AMC (AMC) theater chain saw its stock sink more than 25% in August citing slow ticket

sales.

Regal Entertainment (RGC) reported to Wall Street that it would miss earnings and saw

a huge drop in share price.

Imax (IMAX) announced it was cutting almost 15% of its employees."

WOW!

This is actually good!

Now Hollywood will learn to respect us, the people for we are the ones that put money

in their pockets.

Szczecin's public transport

covers not only fastest tram in Poland,

but also other characteristic elements in scale of our country.

Floating garden livery,

one of the longest buses in Poland,

trams from Berlin or portable ticket points in containers.

What else can surprise us here?

We'll talk about this in the episode.

One of the most characteristic liveries of public transport in Poland

is Szczecin "floating garden".

The implementation of painting consisting rectangles

in various shades of blue and green

began in 2008.

In addition, the whole catalog of visual identification was developed.

It identifies, among others, the appearance of passenger information elements,

infrastructure and, above all,

vehicles.

The system was made to ensure uniformity of public space

and mark its unambiguous identification with Szczecin.

Initially, the catalog was to be completely implemented by 2020.

There is little time remaining,

because it is still easy to find vehicles

operating as part of Szczecin city transport network in old liveries.

With other livery is associated a public transport subsystem

operating in area of more than 30- thousand inhabitant Police city

and also providing transport to Szczecin.

Network is operated by dedicated Szczecin-Police company,

in short called SPPK.

In total, there are 9 daytime bus lines and 2 night buses operating in this subnet.

Access to Szczecin is provided by three alternative routes -

two of them lead to the nearest tram terminus

and the main shaft provides bus transport directly to the city center.

The most frequent line - 107 - runs every 5 minutes at the morning peak.

Police, as the only suburban city besides Szczecin is also served by the fast line "F".

The integration is so deep that the lines operate in a single ticket tariff without any zones.

This applies to the other suburban directions from Szczecin

and the tariff is based on time tickets.

However, in the first half of the 1990s,

only one carrier – City Transport Company - operated the entire public transport in Szczecin.

Gradually from the company more companies emerged,

the first mentioned SPPK was established,

and the next two Szczecin Bus Enterprises (Szczecińskie Przedsiębiorstwa Autobusowe)

- Klonowica and Dąbie, in short SPAK and SPAD.

The division line for individual companies were bus depots.

It was an unusual operation in the country,

because usually such divisions were associated only with the creation of a separate one bus and one tram company in the city.

One of the longest buses in Poland runs in SPAD rolling stock.

This articulated Solaris Urbino is 18 meters and 75 centimeters long.

And just these extra centimeters make it one of the longest.

The vehicle therefore has one row of 4 more seats and a standing area for about 5 people.

It is, moreover, the limit of the articulated bus length in Poland, which is allowed by the regulations

- says the regulation on the technical conditions of vehicles.

The Szczecin bus is the only Solaris of this type among Polish operators

and earlier it was a demonstration vehicle of the manufacturer.

Buses with a length of 18 and ¾ meters can also be found in Upper Silesia

- of German MAN brand and Belarusian MAZ.

Close to border

There is one more operator servicing local bus network

- namely PKS Szczecin.

It services, inter alia, lines even to the border with Germany.

It is not far from Szczecin,

because it is about 14 kilometers from the center.

End stops in close to border Lubieszyn

are located just a few hundred meters from actual border line.

If we are talking about rolling stock,

we should also mention the first Szczecin successors of Ikarus 280 articulated buses.

They were Scandinavian Volvo B10MA buses.

The construction of this bus was still high-floor,

but remember that they were bought in 90s of the last century.

Then the most important was replacement of old rolling stock

and the only parameter in the orders - the price.

Apart from Szczecin, in Poland such vehicles were bought mainly by Wrocław and Bydgoszcz.

Currently, however, in the linear courses the last buses can be found only in Szczecin.

Fast lines

The largest Polish cities increase transport speed of selected bus connections,

reducing the number of stops on which the lines stop.

Accelerated or fast lines like this

i.a. work in Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw or in Szczecin.

Szczecin's lines have a letter mark and there are as many as 7.

Most of them connect the city center with settlements of the Right Bank district.

Despite the fact that single tickets for these lines are twice as expensive as tickets for ordinary lines,

they have great interest of passengers.

A significant part of the brigades of those lines are articulated vehicles.

Electromobility

It is true that electromobility has not yet come to Szczecin's bus transport,

but electric cars have been used by Road and Public Transport Authority for several months now.

Two electric Nissan Leaf,

which can be found on the streets of Szczecin,

provide a range of over 200 kilometers on a single charge.

Tatra from Berlin

Szczecin is the only one that operates using trams bought from Berlin.

There are a lot of Czechoslovakian Tatras there,

of which consists more than half of rolling stock with total number of around 220 wagons.

These trams were bought in two varieties:

a 14.5-meters-long wagon

and an 18-meters-long and two-member articulated ones.

Both types of trams can be coupled.

These wagons are no longer first youth,

the oldest is 34 years old and the youngest is 26.

These trams in the mid-nineties have been thoroughly modernized by Siemens

and now some of them undergoes subsequent repairs already under Tramwaje Szczecińskie operator.

Tatras are also quite narrow - they are 2.2 meters wide

and, nevertheless, in modernized articulated vehicles,

we encounter a 1+2 seat system on part of the wagon's length.

Most of the vehicles have retained the original Berlin

white-yellow-gray livery,

but there are also articulated Tatras in the "floating garden" painting.

Tram for self-aseembling

Some of the new trams in Szczecin, however, are ordered in parts

and are assembled by company themselves, almost like from Lego bricks.

It is quite an unusual practice, carriers usually buy ready-made trams.

It is rare to order a set of bodies,

subassemblies

and other parts

- so that you can build a streetcar for yourself.

Szczecin has already assembled trams

and next two Moderus Beta trams will be built in coming months.

At this work, 60 employees will find employment.

The company will also have experience in the construction of wagons

and knowledge about their construction should help

in maintenance of these trams in work.

Immortal 105Na

Remaining in subject of vehicle fleet,

we will look at different versions of trams based on Konstal 105Na.

It is still the most popular tram model on Polish networks.

In Szczecin, we will only meet the modernization of this model,

but also newer cars based on the construction of the "105"

– made by Alstom Konstal from Chorzów,

Wrocław Protram

and Poznań Modertrans.

In total there are 52 such 13.5-meters-long wagons in the fleet.

These trams in regular traffic always run combined into double sets.

Kolumba depot

Near main station, we will find a small Venice in Szczecin.

On the bank of West Odra there is a post-industrial building

and there was a tram depot near Kolumba street,

which began its operation over 130 years ago.

However, it was not the oldest of the Szczecin depots, because it was located at Piotra Skargi street.

Today, the Kolumba depot is not here anymore,

but on the neighboring Jaskółcza Island

there is a transformer substation

that supplies the Szczecin tram network with electricity.

3D tram stops

The method for increasing safety of passengers

getting off at tram stops requiring passage through the car traffic lane

were so-called 3D mats.

The idea was to melt the blue-green mat into the road surface.

This surface was supposed to give the impression that the roadway was elevated above the curb height.

The first time such a look may have worked

and caused a speed limit, but this solution will never replace the physical elevation of roadway.

Driver's accustomed to the mats, however, do not pay much attention to them

when driving at their usual speed.

The fastest tram in Poland

The fastest tram route in Poland is naturally characteristic for Szczecin.

Trams reach the highest transport speed on the national scale,

over 35 km/h,

although they owe it primarily to a small number of stops

and operation of some of them in "on demand" mode.

The latest 4-km section is collision-free

and placed in the so-called bath tub,

a built-up excavation.

Ticket office in a container

An interesting practice during mass events

issued by Road and Urban Transport Authority are portable ticket points placed in containers.

Such a facility ensures minimal social conditions for cashiers,

but it also allows for the safe sale of tickets,

for example during mass events.

Several such additional sales outlets

were placed near Wały Chrobrego in the center

during the Tall Ships Races regatta final.

Despite the operation of stationary ticket machines in 35 points,

as many as 12 ticket offices and customer service points are available in the city.

The topic of ticket sales is related to Intelligent Transport Systems, also implemented in Szczecin.

The contractor for these solutions was the Spanish company GMV.

A large part of the system is an electronic ticket

– for single rides and periodic tickets.

Additional card readers were also installed in vehicles.

Unfortunately, mobile ticket machines in vehicles are very annoying,

because those are different models of devices.

Some of them accept payment only by coins,

some only with a contactless card and the passenger does not quite know,

what device to expect in the vehicle.

The problem is noticeable enough

that recently additional pictograms concerning the type of ticket machine were introduced on the passenger information displays.

The second problem, which I got myself several times during my stay in Szczecin,

is the high failure rate of these devices (ticket machines).

The Szczecin system, however, is not only the sale of tickets,

but also the management of the fleet of vehicles

and their real-time preview on city map

and next departure times at the bus stops.

An interesting part of the system is also the so-called "Telebus"

called the bus transport on demand,

operating in the mountainous Podjuchy estate.

That would be enough of the characteristic elements of the Szczecin public transport

that caught my eye during the visit.

As you have seen, they concern not only bus and tram transport,

but also organizational aspects of public transport.

In the near future, major changes await Szczecin's transportation,

as several investment projects are being carried out.

A huge change will bring Szczecin Metropolitan Railway,

which is also connected with the construction of 26 interchanges in the city.

Trams also await major changes:

the construction of new sections of tracks,

the modernization of existing ones and further replacement of rolling stock.

The bus fleet is also waiting for a partial exchange,

including new hybrid buses.

Network supported by buses also will change

in connection with construction of new loops or transfer stops.

There are even announced restrictions in the fast lines on Prawobrzeże,

in relation to the planned for the extension rapid tram route.

What will come of it all, we'll probably talk about one more time.

THERE ARE TYPES AND SHADOWS OF LIVING REALITY

OF THIS FINAL HOUR IN WHICH WE LIVE.

CERTAIN STORIES AND CHARACTERS THAT REVEAL

TO THE READER THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN

THE HOLY SPIRIT AND THE BRIDE OF CHRIST,

THE HARMONY BETWEEN THEM,

AND HOW THE BRIDE OF CHRIST DEPENDS 100 PERCENT

ON THE HOLY SPIRIT AND HIS DIRECTION AND GUIDANCE;

THE BRIDE OF CHRIST AND GROOM, JESUS.

IN THE BOOK OF ESTHER, THE KING OF PERSIA

IS RULER OF THE KNOWN WORLD OF THAT DAY,

WHICH INCLUDES THE JEWISH PEOPLE,

MANY OF WHOM HAVE BEEN DISPLACED FROM THEIR NATIVE LAND, ISRAEL.

NOW IN THE BEGINNING OF THE BOOK,

THE KING MAKES A GREAT FEAST FOR MANY PEOPLE,

BOTH SMALL AND GREAT.

IN THE PRESENCE OF HIS GUESTS

HE CALLS FOR HIS QUEEN TO MAKE AN APPEARANCE,

WITH GREAT PRIDE, DESIRING TO SHOW HER BEAUTY

TO ALL OF HIS GUESTS AT THE BANQUET;

HOWEVER, QUEEN VASHTI REFUSES TO MAKE AN APPEARANCE,

AND HER DISOBEDIENCE MAKES THE KING ANGRY AND EMBARRASSED;

AS A RESULT, SHE IS REMOVED FROM BEING QUEEN.

LATER, A DECREE WAS MADE THAT A NEW QUEEN MUST BE FOUND,

MORE FIT FOR THE ROYAL ESTATE,

AND HIS SUBJECTS WOULD SEARCH THE KINGDOM FOR A REPLACEMENT.

NOW HERE IN THE 2ND CHAPTER OF ESTHER

IS WHERE ESTHER MAKES HER APPEARANCE.

ESTHER, CHAPTER 2, VERSE 7,

"AND HE BROUGHT UP HADASSAH,

THAT IS, ESTHER, HIS UNCLE'S DAUGHTER:

FOR SHE HAD NEITHER FATHER NOR MOTHER,

AND THE MAID WAS FAIR AND BEAUTIFUL;

WHOM MORDECAI, WHEN HER FATHER AND MOTHER WERE DEAD,

TOOK FOR HIS OWN DAUGHTER."

ESTHER LOST HER PARENTS AT A YOUNG AGE APPARENTLY,

SO MORDECAI, HER COUSIN, TOOK ESTHER IN

AS HIS VERY OWN AND RAISED HER.

VERSE 8, "SO IT CAME TO PASS,

WHEN THE KING'S COMMANDMENT AND HIS DECREE WAS HEARD,

AND WHEN MANY MAIDENS WERE GATHERED TOGETHER

ESTHER WAS A FAIR VIRGIN, PURE AND UNDEFILED,

ESTHER IMMEDIATELY QUALIFIES AS A CANDIDATE

TO BECOME THE NEXT WIFE OF THE KING.

HERE THE STORY INTRODUCES HEGAI,

HE IS THE SERVANT TO THE KING,

KNOWN AS THE KEEPER OF THE WOMEN,

AND HE IS A TYPE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.

IN THIS NEXT SCRIPTURE READING,

AND ALL THE OTHER MAIDENS THAT WERE GATHERED

FROM ALL OVER THE KINGDOM,

THOSE THAT WERE CANDIDATES TO BE MADE QUEEN

HAD TO BE PURIFIED FOR 12 MONTHS

BEFORE BEING PRESENTED TO THE KING.

DURING THIS PURIFICATION PROCESS, HEGAI, THE SERVANT,

GAVE ESTHER THE VERY BEST PLACE

IN THE HOUSE OF THE WOMEN.

LIKE ESTHER, IN THIS FINAL HOUR, BRIDAL COMPANY MEMBERS

ARE BEING OFFERED A VERY SPECIAL PLACE,

THE BEST PLACE IN THE LORD BY THE HOLY SPIRIT.

TODAY, THERE IS MUCH PREPARATION GOING ON

BY THE HOLY SPIRIT;

HE IS SEEKING TO GET BRIDAL COMPANY MEMBERS READY

FOR THE GREAT WORK AHEAD,

THEN TO MEET KING JESUS ON RAPTURE DAY.

THE HOLY SPIRIT IS PURIFYING THE BRIDE,

MAKING HER JUST LIKE JESUS WHEN HE WALKED THE EARTH.

THIS MEANS MEMBERS OF THE BRIDAL COMPANY

ARE BEING TRIED AND TESTED,

THEY ARE RECEIVING ANOINTING AFTER ANOINTING,

BEING LED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT

THROUGH DOOR AFTER DOOR INTO THE GREATNESS OF GOD;

ALL OF THIS IS PART OF THE PURIFICATION PROCESS.

DURING ESTHER'S 12-MONTH PURIFICATION PROCESS,

SHE WAS SEPARATED FROM FAMILY AND FRIENDS;

IT WAS NOT AN EASY THING.

TODAY, THE BRIDE OF CHRIST IS MAKING SACRIFICES

TO BE ALONE IN THE PRESENCE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.

SHE'S REACHING OUT FOR EVERYTHING

THAT HE HAS TO OFFER HER:

HE IS HER GUIDE, TEACHER, AND COMFORTER,

AND UNDER HIS LEADERSHIP,

SHE IS SEEKING TO BECOME AS MUCH LIKE JESUS AS POSSIBLE.

ESTHER, CHAPTER 2, VERSE 15,

"NOW WHEN THE TURN OF ESTHER,

THE DAUGHTER OF ABIHAIL THE UNCLE OF MORDECAI,

WHO HAD TAKEN HER FOR HIS DAUGHTER,

WAS COME TO GO IN UNTO THE KING,

SHE REQUIRED NOTHING BUT WHAT HEGAI THE KING'S CHAMBERLAIN,

THE KEEPER OF THE WOMEN, APPOINTED.

AND ESTHER OBTAINED FAVOUR IN THE SIGHT OF ALL

THEM THAT LOOKED UPON HER."

ESTHER SUBMITTED COMPLETELY TO HEGAI,

GIVING HIM COMPLETE LIBERTY TO MAKE HER UP

JUST AS THE KING WOULD DESIRE.

AND THE BRIDE OF CHRIST IS SUBMITTING 100 PERCENT

TO THE HOLY SPIRIT THAT WORKS IN HER LIFE,

ALLOWING HIM TO GUIDE HER, TEACH HER, DIRECT HER

AND USE HER FOR THE GLORY OF GOD;

AND AS A RESULT, THE HOLY SPIRIT BESTOWS UPON THE BRIDE

WONDERFUL TALENTS AND ABILITIES

TO BE USED TO BUILD THE KINGDOM OF GOD.

THE HOLY SPIRIT DRESSES HER WITH GREAT WISDOM

AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE WAYS OF DIVINITY,

AND HE IS LEADING MANY SOULS ACROSS HER PATH

THAT ONLY SHE CAN WIN FOR THE KINGDOM.

LIKE HEGAI WITH ESTHER,

THE HOLY SPIRIT IS DRESSING THE BRIDE IN A WAY

THAT IS PLEASING IN THE EYES OF KING JESUS.

THE BIBLE GOES ON TO SAY THAT ALL THE OTHER MAIDS

THAT WERE CANDIDATES TO BE QUEEN

DRESSED AND PREPARED THEMSELVES TO THEIR OWN LIKING.

THESE MAIDENS MADE THEIR OWN CHOICES

IN HOW TO PRESENT THEMSELVES TO THE KING.

IN OTHER WORDS, THEY WENT BY THEIR OWN OPINIONS,

THEY DID THEIR OWN THING.

BUT ESTHER, IN DIVINE WISDOM AND DIVINE HUMILITY,

SURRENDERED HERSELF 100 PERCENT TO HEGAI

BECAUSE HEGAI WAS THE SERVANT TO THE KING,

AND HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THE KING WOULD FAVOR

AND WHAT THE KING WOULD DISLIKE.

UNFORTUNATELY, IN OUR SOCIETY,

MOST CHRISTIANS ARE LIKE THOSE OTHER MAIDENS.

THEY CHOOSE TO SPIRITUALLY DRESS THEMSELVES

AS THEY SEE FIT.

THEY GIVE NO REGARD TO THE HOLY SPIRIT OR HIS BAPTISM

BELIEVING THEY WILL OBTAIN FAVOR WITH KING JESUS

WITHOUT HIS HELP.

THEY DESIRE TO DO AS THEY PLEASE WITH THEIR LIFE,

TO GO THEIR OWN WAY, MAKE HER OWN DECISIONS

WITHOUT REGARD FOR GOD'S WILL,

WITHOUT REGARD FOR THE LEADERSHIP OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.

THEY BELIEVE THAT THIS IS OKAY

BECAUSE THEY ARE OF FREE CHOICE,

THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO PREPARE THEIR LIFE

IN A WAY THAT THEY SEE FIT FOR RAPTURE DAY.

HOWEVER, ONE DAY IN THE FUTURE,

THEIR EYES WILL BE OPEN TO THE ERROR OF THEIR WAYS

FOR THEY WILL REALIZE AS ALL THESE OTHER MAIDENS DID;

THEY DO NOT HAVE THE FAVOR OF KING JESUS

OR HIS SERVANT, THE HOLY SPIRIT.

MATTHEW, CHAPTER 7, VERSE 21,

THE WORDS OF JESUS,

"NOT EVERY ONE THAT SAITH UNTO ME, LORD, LORD,

SHALL ENTER INTO THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN;

BUT HE THAT DOETH THE WILL OF MY FATHER

WHICH IS IN HEAVEN."

AGAIN, JESUS SAID, "THEN SAID JESUS UNTO HIS DISCIPLES,

First FC Bayern Training in Doha - with Sandro Wagner! - Duration: 2:00.

FC Bayern hit the ground running in Doha. Only two hours after landing

at the destination of their winter training camp, the team was already doing what they came for: train hard.

It was the first session of 2018 for the team and the first session with the team for returnee Sandro Wagner,

who joined his ex-club during the winter break. Upon his arrival he encountered many familiar faces:

some from his time at Bayern, others from being on opposite sides of the pitch

or on the same side on the national team.

I was very excited to meet all my colleagues. Especially those I didn't know yet.

It has been a long and exhausting day.

I'm excited I can be here.

The first training session was a lot of fun.

We were a bit surprised, maybe you were too,

because you did a full session tonight.

I think it's great to kick things off full speed.

We don't have too much time to prepare.

So I prefer not to take it easy and wasn't all that surprised.

It did all work great.

A short but intense experience, that's what Sandro Wagner and the other 24 Bayern players are expecting from the training camp,

that'll give them a break from the German winter until January 7th.

Most of the players met at the club headquarters in the morning

and headed out to the airport together.

After a five hour flight, they touched down in Doha, where they were greeted by a warm 25 degree evening. It was off to work shortly after:

the first of a total of 10 planned training sessions awaited. Also on the schedule, a test match against Al-Ahli Doha.

Short and intense.

But Sandro Wagner and his new and old buddies seem to be excited and prepared for their Doha getaway,

for the second half of the season, that'll be kicked off on January 12th against Leverkusen,

and last but not least for a promising football-year 2018.

What if Godzilla Was Real?

Hello and welcome back to Lifeís Biggest Questions, Iím Ron McKenzie-Lefurgey.

Godzilla has been a cultural phenomenon in Japan since the first film in 1954.

Since then, the beast has taken the world by storm, terrifying audiences across the

globe.

But what if he wasnít just on the big screen, but actually attacked in real life?

Letís explore.

Get ready, itís time to ask the question: What if Godzilla was real?

There have been a number of Godzilla films since the original in 1954, and each version

of the monster had its own quirks.

For the sake of clarity, this video will focus on Shin Godzilla, the 2016 film, as it is

one of the most realistic depictions of the attack.

Godzilla is a giant aquatic creature, often attacking Japan.

Itís believed to have been created due to radioactive contamination, which gave it the

ability to constantly adapt to its surroundings.

It leaves a trail of residual radiation in its wake, and is able to shoot atomic blasts

from its mouth and tail.

Godzilla is one tough cookie, so how could we deal with it?

The first step would have to be to evacuate all civilians from the area.

Depending on the population density in the area of the attack, this could take some time,

but it would be of the utmost importance.

Between Godzillaís attacks, atomic breath, and residual radiation left after it, not

to mention the attempts to stop the beast, those in the area would be in a great deal

of danger.

Once the area was evacuated, efforts to deal with the beast could begin in earnest.

Unfortunately, it seems that most weapons donít work against Godzilla.

As we saw in the 2016 film, even powerful missiles were unable to pierce its thick hide.

This would lead one to look to nuclear weapons, but this raises another concern: How would

you stop this huge and tanky beast while minimizing collateral damage?

One possible option is capturing Godzilla.

This would be very useful since it would allow us to study the beast, and learn from it,

and would likely be less damaging to the city and its people.

Unfortunately, this would be difficult to achieve, particularly with its atomic breath

able to blast it out of most containment areas.

Furthermore, if it had the same adaptive abilities as it did in Shin Godzilla, the longer it

was alive, the more dangerous it would become.

This likely rules out the option of capturing it alive, since thereís a chance that it

would simply adapt to whatever was holding it captured.

This means that killing it would likely be the only option.

Sadly, thatís easier said than done.

Shin Godzilla offered two potential solutions to the Godzilla problem.

The first and less desirable option is the aforementioned use of thermonuclear weapons.

This would potentially be enough to take the creature out, but would result in a huge amount

of collateral damage.

Not only that, but the attacking a radioactive creature with nuclear weapons could result

in unexpected consequences.

The superior plan, which ended up being very effective in the film, is the use of blood

coagulant to freeze the monster from the inside.

This was done by baiting it into using its atomic breath, then quickly knocking it down

and injecting it with coagulant while it was recharging.

This would be a difficult plan and would require a great deal of coordination, but it could

be very effective, especially if Godzilla was killed for good, thus preventing further

adaptation.

The only problem is, this coordination could be difficult to achieve.

One aspect of defending against Godzilla that is often overlooked is the bureaucratic side

of things.

While one might assume that a giant monster attacking a city would be enough to bring

people together, that isnít necessarily the case.

As weíve seen in various relief efforts in recent years, sometimes the resources are

there to help, but the hands of the government are tied due to policy restrictions.

As it happens, Shin Godzilla did an excellent job of highlighting just how much of a problem

governmental bureaucracy would be in dealing with Godzilla.

With so many different branches of the government being in charge of different things, it is

very difficult to coordinate all these efforts successfully.

This means that even if we had the proper weaponry to deal with Godzilla, it could be

difficult to organize and coordinate the effort in time to save the city.

This would be particularly problematic when attempting to coordinate the actions of several

governments.

And now we return to our question: What if Godzilla was real?

Well, humanity would be in for the fight of our lives.

Civilian safety would be a primary concern, with efforts to evacuate citizens from the

area of the attack.

Capture may not be an option if it had the adaptive capabilities we saw in Shin Godzilla,

which leaves us with killing the beast.

While nuclear weapons would likely be effective, the collateral damage caused could be too

much to bear.

For this reason, a method similar to the one in the film would likely be employed; fool

it into expending its nuclear energy, then freeze or incapacitate it while it is dormant.

Unfortunately, this might be easier said than done, since government bureaucracy could delay

the response until it was too late.
