we started tracking tracking macros this week this is my cheat meal this is my
only cheat meal besides this it's quote-unquote very clean very important
eating quite what I'm devouring this stuff because I've been eating

possibly look for a return of rota 240 because I'm trying to get down to 40
I was 257 even for two days this week this morning I was 250 8.2 I believe

McDonald's who knows but

you know I don't have to wait to be happy man yes
