Leaked Draft of Trump Admin Infrastructure Plan Contains a Lot of Surprises
A leaked report on the long-awaited infrastructure project may show the White House�s priorities
and how the project will approach funding.
The report, attributed to the White House and released by Politico on Monday, lays out
the �funding principles� and the �principles for infrastructure improvements� in President
Donald Trump�s plan to revitalize U.S. infrastructure.
A central promise of Trump�s presidential campaign, the infrastructure package � which
Trump has said would be as much as $1 trillion in total value � took a backseat in 2017
to an Obamacare repeal, then to the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, which was signed into law in
December.
Infrastructure is a priority for Trump in 2018, though the immediate fight will be centered
on federal spending and immigration.
The leaked plan suggests putting 50 percent of any funds into incentives for public-private
partnerships on infrastructure projects.
An additional 25 percent would be allocated for encouraging investment partnerships in
rural areas, including improving transportation and freight movement, broadband, water and
electricity systems in remote areas.
Ten percent of the appropriated funds would go to incentivizing �transformative projects�
based on �exploratory and ground-breaking ideas� that have a higher risk than most
infrastructure projects, but could potentially reap a higher reward.
The plan would put 7 percent of appropriated funds toward Federal Credit Programs, and
5 percent to Federal Capital Financing Fund, to improve access to federal loans for infrastructure.
The principles for improvements offer some insight into the administration�s thinking
around infrastructure.
For example, one suggestion is to allow �states flexibility to toll on interstates and reinvest
toll revenues in infrastructure.�
The White House did not comment on the specifics of the proposal or verify its authenticity.
�We are not going to comment on the contents of a leaked document but look forward to presenting
our plan in the near future,� White House spokeswoman Lindsey Walters told Politico.
One obstacle for the infrastructure improvement, which both parties agree is an important issue,
is the timeline for approving projects.
The federal and state approval process often takes years.
�Even if the United States invested a trillion dollars in infrastructure today, it is highly
unlikely we would see a comparable economic benefit in the near term, as most of the largest
and projects require five years or more to review,� Philip Rossetti, a policy expert
at American Action Forum, wrote in an October report.
The leaked proposal doesn�t suggest substantial changes to the approval process, but does
suggest dispensing federal approval for projects with minimal federal involvement.

and they are out there scouting for new talent to bring to the world stage they found a

Bibi and jean jacket a record contract, but jean jackets not too sure about it
But Bibi gets all swept up in the glitz and glamour and decides to go ahead and join the label
And so the whole movie is
The trials and tribulations of Bibi making her way through the record industry
while jean jacket just fails as a human being
So some little key things to speak about in this movie are let me see one. It's a future. I can believe in

Then there's the mandatory BIM hour where everyone is required by law to dance

So what does lumberjack Jesus do?
He makes the rapture happens, so she's like "oh
"sorry I would really like to pay the bill, but the rapture is happening I gotta go, I'm sorry"
Yeah so she leaves and completely walks out of
This ten million dollar bill that she owes them and that's the end of the movie. into the sky, mind you. They walk out into the sky
I mean, that's generally how the rapture happens. Yeah, but it was like a path into the sky
Yeah, yeah, they don't float up. They just kind of walk up. I think that's important tthough. so basically uh
None of your sins matter because Jesus is gonna rapture you up to make sure you don't have to pay for any of your sins.
Yeah, I mean if I can take away anything from this film Is that
Maybe Jesus isn't so bad if he can get you out of paying your bills. What was the moral of this story? That was the moral.
That was the moral of the story is that Jesus will wipe away your debt.

How To Clean Filthy White Paint | Toyota Supra | Chemical Guys Car Care 2018 - Duration: 10:11.
So before we start our detail today we are going to prepare ourselves.
We are wiping out the buckets which is what we do before every wash.
This is removing any remaining grime that is stuck at the bottom of the bucket.
Although the Dirt Trap removes and separates the abrasive particles of dirt and it leaves
it at the bottom of the bucket, we still need to wipe it out.
This is to further reduce the chances of bringing the old filth to the car which can scratch
the paint but this will make your car look its best.
Using a green microfiber towel and wiping out the bottom of the bucket to get rid of
the dirt and rocks.
Now we can start our detailing process by fill both buckets with fresh water.
Today, in the Chemical Guys Detail Garage we have this 1997 Toyota Supra.
This is an iconic car that you have probably seen in video games like "FORZA", "Midnight
Club" and movies like "The Fast and the Furious".
This car is beautiful but it is covered in dirt and debris because it was transported
to LA from Ohio.
It looks like there is rust or run off that may permanently have stained the paint but
we won't know until we wash it off.
Today, we are using Citrus Wash Clear to remove the surface debris, grime and reveal that
finish.
Over here we have the two bucket method ready and I've already shown you guys that wiping
out the debris from the bottom of the bucket reduces the amount of dirt that is in the
bucket and keeping as much of it off the car.
Lets set up the buckets which we have on this cart.
Everything is out here for a reason, the cart helps us from craning and leaning over as
we wash, this will save your back muscles in the long run.
We'll place a Dirt Trap in each bucket, at an angle to prevent air from being trapped
underneath it.
Press them all the way down to the bottom and let them settle to create a tight seal
because the pressure of the water concave's the bucket to lock in the Dirt Trap.
Also, lets add an ounce of Citrus Wash Clear to the wash bucket.
While we are at it we will add an ounce to the foam cannon.
This is the Big Mouth Foam Cannon which produces tons of thick suds.
It has this larger neck to avoid spills and messes.
Now we'll just reattach the top, mixing it back and forth instead of shaking it to prevent
foam from being created inside of the canister but rather it'll aerate as we foam.
With any detail, you want to start with the dirtiest area which is usually the wheels
but luckily for us this car has its summer set on.
TOYO tires wrapped around CCW wheels that have already been cleaned and polished so
we aren't going to worry about that.
We'll work our way from top to bottom removing the heavier, more abrasive particles and then
we will scrub away any stubborn areas.
So lets get started!
After rinsing off the vehicle it has removed the loose, heavier particles of dirt but you
can see that pressure washing alone doesn't remove stubborn or embedded grime which is
why we are going to foam it for lubrication and cleaning power to remove these stains.
Then we can inspect the paint for etching or permanent stains.
This car is pretty thrashed and dirty and I have the pleasure of cleaning it up.
Now that's a ton of suds.
Lets grab our Chenille Microfiber Wash Mitt which have these dreads that safely remove
debris so that it doesn't scratch the finish.
You can use this on any color vehicle to restore shine safely.
Grabbing some foam which is adding lubrication and cleaning power we'll go to the highest
point just like we did as we rinsed and foamed it.
This is to insure that we don't get dirt in areas we have already cleaned and also the
flat panels is where the heavier more abrasive particles are.
By starting there you won't scratch the rest of the vehicle.
Gently working back and forth letting the weight of my hand carry across the surface.
The soap is doing an excellent job of removing whatever this was on the surface.
Possible rust from the trailer or something from the road but it comes of rather easily
with little scrubbing.
This is saving us time so that we won't have to polish it.
Continuing to work our way around the vehicle, periodically going to our second bucket since
this car is pretty dirty.
It is a necessity to wring out the filth by pushing it against the Dirt Trap.
Running the dreads of the wash mitt against the Dirt Trap to release it all and wringing
it out on the ground to reduce the amount of dirt that is in the bucket.

There are always myths when it comes to mental illness.
Many times we only have partial information, or you�ve seen some caricature of someone
with mental illness in the media.
That�s why it�s crucial to dispel these myths because if you�re struggling with
Bipolar or have a loved one who is, misconceptions can be really damaging to recovery.

Bipolar is Not a Real Illness Wrong: It�s Biological (show the

People with Bipolar are Unsuccessful Wrong: You can live an amazing and successful
life with bipolar disorder.
We are each created with a purpose by our creator and that will not be thwarted by an
illness.
The key is being committed to your routine of treatment.

If you have mood swings you�re �Bipolar� Wrong: Please stop saying this.
It perpetuates the stigma and the misunderstanding of the illness.
Mood swings are a part of life and are not manic or hypo-manic episodes.
Also, as a bonus: Don�t say the weather is �bipolar� when is changes multiple
times during the day.
Again, it reinforces the stigma.
Remember, for adults: Manic episodes include moods lasting at least 7 days, that are more
severe, abnormally elevated, and irritable.
They interfere with how you function in your everyday life, in work, in relationships,
or in school.

Bipolar is a rare illness Wrong: According to the National Institute
of Mental Health, bipolar disorder affects 5.7 million American adults.
That�s 2.6% of the population.

Mania or Hypomania means you�re really happy Wrong: Although people can start the manic
or hypomanic phase feeling happy or euphoric, they rarely stay that way for long.
It often morphs into an irritable, agitated, and edgy mood.
You�re losing control of your thoughts and actions and often have trouble sleeping.
This is not a happy feeling.
As you seek to learn more about this illness remember that you are not alone.
God made you: body, mind, and spirit.
He can heal and restore through physicians just as He can through miracles.
Scripture: When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide
you into all truth�John 16:13 We can trust in that.
