hey guys today I have an LED floor lamp to show you it has an adjustable

gooseneck it is lightweight energy efficient and inexpensive this is the

Aukey LED floor lamp as you can see it has a very minimalistic design and it has an

adjustable gooseneck to it it is great for task lighting reading studying using

a computer or any activity where you need to have direct light it only uses a

6.5 Watts to supply 290 lumens of light so its energy efficient to operate

here's a look at the base you can see it takes up very little room so you can put

it behind chairs and stuff so that's very convenient to turn it on it's just

the button on the end here and in order to adjust the brightness you hold the

button down I don't know if it captures that very well in the video but as you

see it's getting brighter and you can reach the desired light intensity the

lamp is very lightweight only 1.5 kilograms which is three point six eight

pounds so very easy to move from place to place it did come in a small box you

can see from the diagram here how it came in the box it just easily folds

like this for easy moving and storage if you want to transport it from place to

place I do like this minimalistic design and

we blend easily into any room you could put it behind your reading chair and it

doesn't take up a lot of room just taking a closer look here you can swivel

it which direction you want up or down and you turn it on at the end here and

you can hold the end down to get the desired bright or dim white very as it

is I think the kitty likes the lamp so

that's the Aukey LED gooseneck floor lamp check the description section below for

more information please to subscribe to the channel and we appreciate your likes

and comments thanks for watching

He's not exactly right in the head.

Check out the origins of the Decepticon, Buzzsaw!

Following Unicron's destruction, the resulting unbalance between good and evil created a

singularity that threatened to destroy the universe.

A dangerous rogue, Buzzsaw stayed on Cybertron in spite of an evacuation call and began stockpiling

energon in preparation for the return of the Autobots, using Energon Towers as target practice.

Unlike some, he's not in it for the fame or the glory.

He just likes killing Autobots, that's all.

FINANCIAL CRISIS in 2018 | Gerald Celente, Peter P. Schiff, Ron Paul & Warren Buffet - Duration: 12:45.

how is this still a thing how is this still a thing

name any other country I challenge you in the comments down below right any

other country that has an actual democratic system that functions this

way how is it even possible a government shutdown it's it's completely ridiculous

the way it works is they have essential and non-essential elements the essential

stuff is stuff like military FBI social securities you know important stuff and

the non-essential stuff is stuff like museums national parks IPOs like initial

public offerings if you have a company you can't go public during this period

because the government is shut down it's completely insane that this is the

system itself and the government loses a billion a day when it's not active like

this it's it's it's ridiculous and then there's not even a plan all of the

individual departments can do whatever they want they can kind of create their

own way of running things take the passport industry for instance when you

land in this country now it's gonna be ok for a couple of days because of all

the fees that people pay when they come through customs they can't live without

government funding for a couple of days but after that it's gonna be a tight

ship like just expect to be waiting for a very very very long time it's

completely ridiculous to have a country that runs this way it just it just

doesn't seem plausible but this is not even what we really wanted to talk about

today I just I just had to put it in here cuz it's it baffles me how is this

not changed what I really want to talk about today though is this look folks

before we go too far I've got something to tell you

excuse me but I've got something to tell you first thank you for ruining my life

Ashley

everybody's always blaming me for everything the Federal Reserve will have

the biggest fiscal stimulus we have ever seen we are in the midst of a serious

financial crisis this is the story of the greatest financial crisis of our

time the one that is on its way they spent hundreds of billions of dollars to

show that they were doing something but not properly designed and not as

effective as it should have been when they start losing money hey we gotta get

back in the game hey let's create another bubble well the

problem is they never actually cure the crisis right they just give alcohol to a

drunk it just you know sets them up for you know a bigger hangover and that's

all we've done and that's all we're trying to do and so I know at some point

you killed a patient I haven't seen anything like this probably since just

before the last crisis 2006 2007 everybody was optimistic on the market

then now they're on again singing the same old song but it's the same problems

now that they ignored back then only much much bigger the difference being

it's not going to end with just another financial crisis it is going to end with

the dollar crisis you are a world-renowned forecaster people watch

what you say you've been doing it since 1980 and you are the publisher and

editor of the trends journals but Jared I'd like to start off today with the

issue of the economy are we in a very very rosy economy right now with no

worries like Wall Street would have us believe and some of the reports well

Wall Street isn't the economy it's it's the very separate part of what this real

economy is you have three people in the United States Warren Buffett Jeff Bezos

and Bill Gates that have more money than 60% of us combined then

look at the equity markets 90% of the equity markets are owned by 10% of the

population the rest at 10% owned by you know the the so-called middle class so

when you look at the equity markets and look at the real economy it's two very

different worlds median household income is below 1999 levels people complain and

you keep hearing it this is a failure of capitalism

this isn't capitalism in capitalism there's no such thing as too big to fail

that's called fascism the mergers state and corporate powers and that's what we

have right now so people keep asking me is a stock market a bubble well of

course it is but they keep inflating the bubble and the bubble is going back

again they're letting them repatriate the multinationals all this overseas

money and now what are they going to do with it well go back to when George Bush

did that back in 2004 ninety-six percent of the money went into stock buybacks

and that's what you're seeing now you didn't have to lower the tax rates of

corporations from 35 to 21 percent because look at the equity markets and

look at the corporate income levels they're very high they're doing very

well we didn't need to boost them because they're not putting that money

into capital expenditures they're not putting it into research development and

growth they're putting it into stock buybacks that's why the markets keep

going up look at the wage levels if you what are you looking at 2.5% increase a

year that doesn't even keep up with inflation so know that for the average

person life is getting more difficult look at the debt level of credit cards

it's at an all-time high the Fed can to a degree control the interest rates for

a long time but what happens when people overseas won't buy our dollar or they

reject the dollar isn't there a time where interest rates that may become

overwhelming we're just the Fed saying well we have to have low interest rates

where they actually lose it and they can't keep the interest rates low yes

it's going to happen at some point but again when you look at how much they've

raised interest rates even if they raise them another three or four

times this year now some people are saying four times

accounting for inflation you know you're still at very very low historic interest

rates so yes this is the beginning of the end but there's a stretch in it it's

so we don't see it collapsing right now at best were we should say we see about

a 10% market correction because it's gone up so quick Tony Robbins welcome

back to continue guys I guess worried you know we have our money in the market

yeah what happens you know like right now I mean the markets doing really well

yes do we take our money out now that's why I wrote this book I wrote this book

as I wanted to protect people because there are crashes coming now whether

it's six months from now twelve months 36 months no one knows you know Warren

Buffett said if you listen to market forecasters their only purpose is to

make you know people that tell fortunes look good here's a couple things you

should know number one there's a new high on average every month most people

have no clue see you're all broke records broke records we're in a

situation right now that's very artificial it's a situation where the

feds around the world have been printing money so nobody knows what's gonna

happen there's this tremendous fear that's in the marketplace so what I

wanted to show people was look when the crash comes first of all correction

comes every year the average one is two months long and any cost you 14% if you

sell but if you don't sell you're fine there's a bear market about every five

years we've gone eight years without one that's why I wrote this book because I

want to show you how to protect yourself when that bear comes but more

importantly how to take advantage of it because it is the greatest opportunity

in your life what you need to know is that every bear market that's ever come

they average a year they usually cost 33% but if you don't sell they don't

cost you anything and in two centuries of American history please hear me if

you're listening at home in two centuries every single bear market was

followed by a bull market it remembers 2008 oh my god the market dropped 35 40

50 percent at Pete's trough it went up 69% the next 12 months and here's one

more thing you think about timing like right now you're saying should I get out

of market yeah right so let me answer that Charles Schwab and JP Morgan did a

20-year study these in the last 20 years the S&P 500 the market the index it's

gone up 8.2 percent per year which means you're doubling your money you know like

every nine years doing pretty damn well but here's the challenge if in 20 years

were out of the market on the 10 best trading days in 20 years then you mark

your value went from 8 percent to 4.5 cut it now if you missed the top 30 days

in 20 years one and a half days you lose money so keep here you're the most

dangerous thing is not to be in the market right and it isn't just the

market right you need a series of investments that diversify nobody should

put all their money in the market we're all Schwab did a study they found what

if you bought on the perfect day of the year when the market crashed and you

bought that day the lowest level or what if you were on the worst day the peak of

the market and it crashes the next day or you go on cash which is what so many

people are doing does their friend who lost cash by 50% that 50% less money

cash is going nowhere who won yeah the person who was there on

the ideal day but the person got on the worst day after 15 years was only behind

$10,000 as interest rates rise and the steroids wear off will it be the Chinese

economy overheating or will it be a collapse of confidence in the u.s.

dollar if we lose the confidence of our foreign lenders then there will be a

dramatic decline in the dollar a dramatic increase in interest rates

significant fuelling of inflation a very very deep recession and possibly

depression that would be felt around the world we must not allow that to happen

when the next bubble bursts you cannot use the same emergency measures you

can't lower interest rates that are already at rock bottom

you can't stimulate the economy with borrowed money if an excessive national

debt is the cause of the crisis the government's could save the banks but

who can save the government's ultimately there is gonna be a price all around the

world to be paid for this and the longer it continues the bigger that price is

gonna be you know this really is a moral question when we tell people that

there's going to be a bailout bubble and they see the world equity markets up 50

60 % they don't want to believe it it's another bubble they want to step right

up back to that table and throw their Dyson try to win their hand at the wheel

of fortune that Wall Street's spinning so people still don't want to believe

that the worst is yet to come

it really doesn't look good that's it will there be a crisis in 2018 some

people actually say there will it baffled me when I first heard of it and

it's really scary but if you think about the numbers the amount of money being

pumped out and the interest rates being so low I mean people are talking about

negative interest rates that's how serious the situation is

it really scares me and just this is way too late like this is like the ending of

the video but talk crazy in the comments I really want to hear you guys this

opinion on this if you have a lot of money in housing then try and consider

that and remember that you're biased because we all are biased in some sense

away but we still need to talk about this it's huge

we don't know what's gonna happen no one does but if there's a crisis in 2018 is

it an opportunity is it terrible is it our own fault I leave that question up

to you guys let me know in the comments down below I really hope you like this

little country I've put a lot of work into it I have a great one coming out

next week as well about artificial intelligence so we were at Stanford

right now our first class starts here I'm gonna try and talk to the teacher

afterwards and I just wanted to hear your

respect can you think that's fun pasta well the main thing is is getting the

nightlight I really think you're gonna like so if you're new subscribe to the

channel I do put so much work into these you have no idea how long does it take

to make but as you're making them and I'm definitely gonna keep doing it so

subscribe if you knew all of my social media gonna show up and yeah you know

where to find me now see you guys next week

take care

I have to do it again

Destiny6 - How to boost your stats! [Orbs Guide] - Duration: 2:28.

Hello, Destined Warriors! We have a great guide for you today and we're going to

show you how to boost your characters' stats to make them even better.

First, we're going to tap on the hero that you want to improve to bring up the Hero

Details page. From here, we're gonna focus on orbs. Crests work mostly in the same

way that orbs do, but you obtain them from the Giants dungeon. The slots also

opened up after you've Awaken your Hero to stages two and five. So for this guide and

the purpose of this video, we're gonna be focusing only on orbs. Here, in the orbs

list, you'll see a collection of all the orbs you've obtained throughout your

adventure. There are a total of five different types of orbs in a game, each

orb having their own special stat bonuses. This could be a percentage of

increased HP, extra attack, increased critical rate, and so on. If you have two orbs of

the same type, you'll get that types set bonus. If you

add four orbs of the same type, well that stat bonus is now doubled! Some players

might want to add two different set orbs to their hero to better benefit their

stats. For instance, if you wanted to add two concentration orbs and two

punishment orbs, then your hero will get critical damage +10% and also

critical rate +5%. I should note that, the number of stars for each orb doesn't

matter for the set bonus, at least. The star is only determined the minimum

value of that orb's base stat. After you've equipped all the orbs that you want

for your hero, you'll be able to see all the stats that have been improved.

However, we can make them even better!! When you tap one of the equipped orbs,

an info box will appear! Tap enhance. In this window, you'll see

the enhancement level of the orb, the enhancement chance and an additional

bonus stat for the orb. Each enhancement boosts the stat of the orb and every

three enhancements will unlock an additional sub stat. Once you reach

+15 enhancements, one of the sub stats will randomly get enhanced! I should also note

that with each successful enhancement, the enhancement rate decreases. So trying

to get every orb to +15 will be a very expensive endeavor! But, we wish you

the best of luck. That's it for this orbs guide! If you have another guide that you want us

to do next, leave it in the comments below and we'll make sure to check it out.

Also, make sure you like this video if it

was entertaining and make sure to subscribe, so we can continue to bring

you more amazing content. See ya!

Jowar Green Peas Upma | How To Make Veg Jowar Upma | Healthy Breakfast Recipe | Jowar Upma Recipe - Duration: 3:58.

Hello Everyone..

Welcome to Priya's Kitchen..

Today I am going to share one instant breakfast recipe, which is very healthy, that is Jowar & Green Peas Upma.

It is very easy to make and it is very delicious..

Let's start the process..

heat 2 tablespoons of Oil in a pan, our oil is hot

Add 1 teaspoon of Mustard Seeds

1 tablespoon of Chana Dal

1 tablespoon of Urad Dal

fry them

10 to 15 Cashew Nuts

1 small piece of Ginger, finely chopped

3 Green Chillies

fry them

1 finely chopped Onion

and some Curry Leaves (around 10 No.s)

1/2 cup of Green Peas, I am using fresh green peas

fry them

fry for 3 to 4 minutes, till the onions change their colour slightly

so our onions and green peas got fried nicely

now add 1/2 cup of freshly chopped Coriander

If you take 1 cup of Rava, we have to take 1/2 cup of Green Peas and 1/2 cup of Coriander

fry it

just fry for 10 seconds

add required amount of Salt

now add our Rava (Jowar Rava - 1 cup)

mix it

fry the rava for 1 minute

for this upma, for 1 cup of jowar rava we have to take 2 & 1/2 cups of water

now add 2 &1/2 cups of Hot Water

mix it

at this point of time, you can adjust the salt as per your liking, by tasting some water

so (after 3-4 mins) now we can see 50% of water has been evaporated

now cover it

and cook the upma for 15 minutes on slow flame or till it is completely done

so its been 20 minutes, let's check our upma

it is done

the upma has completely cooked n became nice & dry

so our green peas jowar upma is ready to serve

so our awesome Jowar and Green Peas Upma is ready

Serve hot with some Peanut chutney and some Podi, it goes excellent... Let me taste it...

so yummy, very delicious, all the flavors of green peas, coriander.

Developer Update | Popular Community Topics | Overwatch - Duration: 13:21.

Welcome everyone to another Developer Update. I am Jeff from the Overwatch team.

Today we're going to try to cover some popular topics in the community.

Stuff that you guys talk about and express that you want to hear more from us the

development team about so I'd like to touch on some of those things.

The first thing that I wanted to talk about was our progress on toxicity.

As you all know, it is a major initiative of the Overwatch team and everyone here at

Blizzard to minimize the amount of toxicity that takes place in online

games not just our games but games in general.

So we've been putting a lot of effort against this

and I think making some good progress.

As you all know, we recently added the ability for our console players to report people

which has been amazing and has shown us really great results.

We also added warnings for people who were about to get suspended, silenced or banned that

their behavior was unacceptable and that if they kept getting reported by other

players or noticed by us here at Blizzard that they would get in trouble

and that's helped a lot.

And then we've also given feedback to those of you who are reporting players who are exhibiting poor behavior

in the sense that you would get a message in the game itself that would tell you:

"hey, you reported somebody and we've taken action against them".

I am very pleased to report that in competitive play since those features went live

incidents of abusive chat are now down 17 percent.

So we measure the stuff and we track it, and we're very pleased with those results

On the other hand, player reporting

the amount of times that you guys actually report bad behavior

is now up 20 percent.

We're restoring faith in the system, it's starting to work much better and

it's actually having a big impact on the community.

We know those numbers are not as great as they could be.

We know that the problem is not solved

and things aren't perfect, but it's getting a lot better

and a lot of the initiatives that we're doing here at Blizzard

are starting to make a difference.

We've instituted some really interesting programs on that front as well.

I'll just give you one example. A lot of these we don't like to talk about

because we don't want players gaming the system or knowing what we can

catch you for or action you for, but I'll give you an example of one thing that

we've been doing that has proven very positive.

We now proactively seek out social media sites like YouTube for example and look for incidents of very

toxic behavior and track down the accounts that are participating in those

and action them, often times before anybody's even reported them or they've

shown up in any other place.

That's just one example of us being proactive

that I think is going to make a big difference over time.

Another popular community topic that always comes up is hero balancing

and people ask us constantly what's our philosophy on hero balancing

or why isn't my particular hero that I love buffed

and why isn't this particular hero that I hate nerfed

and I want to talk about how we come about with our balance philosophy.

I always describe our balance philosophy, or our balanced process, as a triangle

and one point of that triangle is the community feedback.

We are listening to community feedback on balance all the time.

It's very important for members of the community to realize that the community is absolutely massive

we have over 35 million players and much of the time there's not one central community voice

meaning you're really part of many probably thousands of smaller

communities who are voicing different opinions and each community sort of has

its own take on what's right or wrong so oftentimes it's easy for us to feel like

everybody feels the way that I do when that's not necessarily the case but we

are actively listening to community feedback.

The other thing that we review constantly are statistics.

and we do a ton of analysis on how the game is actually playing.

These are undisputable facts about

hero playtime's, win rates, how fast ultimates are charging

map balance is a great example, but we're always looking at statistics.

And then the third point of that triangle that we balance based on is our own intuition as game developers.

We on the Overwatch team play a ton of Overwatch.

We play competitive, we play quick play, we play the arcade.

We're participating in the game as players.

As the people who made the game we have very strong

opinions about how it should be tuned and balanced.

We very rarely only listen to one point of that triangle and we're always sympathetic and aware

of all three points of the triangle.

We have to know that even though statistics

and the community feel one way about something if we as game developers

disagree with it, we need to reevaluate our opinion and really look deeply at

why the other two points of the triangle feel the way that they do.

There's no one driving thing that's causing balance to happen at any one time.

I know people want to know some particulars about hero balance changes that are up and coming.

Obviously, as a lot of you know, we're experimenting with changes to Mercy

on the Public Test Region right now.

Our efforts there are to tone down the impact of Resurrect

and make Mercy more manageable when she's in her Valkyrie state during her Ultimate.

That's what we're experimenting with right now.

We love Mercy. She's one of the best throughput healers in the game.

She has absolutely fantastic mobility.

Obviously, with the change of adding Valkyrie to replace her ultimate of Resurrection

we tried to move Resurrection to a secondary ability

and the ability right now in current Overwatch isn't playing out as a secondary ability

it's playing out like another Ultimate ability

in combination with Valkyrie which is extremely powerful

Mercy needs to be toned down.

I know there are a lot of Mercy mains.

Mercy is by far the most played hero in the game

and the community is absolutely vocal.

We know how much you love this hero.

If we tone her down too much we will bring her back.

We will pay very close attention to the changes that we do with Mercy.

We want her to be very viable.

We're not looking to remove the hero from competitive play or anything like that.

We just need to tone down that impact of Resurrect.

We do believe it's a balanceable ability.

I read a lot of feedback, people saying just get rid of that ability give her something else.

We would like to attempt to bring the balance in reign and we think that we can do that.

Now with Junkrat.

Junkrat's not far off from being at a balance point that we want him to be at.

We're going to start by toning down the damage fall-off

or actually adding damage fall-off to the Concussive Mine.

Currently there's no damage fall-off to Concussive Mine.

We're going to make it so Junkrat players have to be more accurate with that Concussive Mine.

And it will feel less random and lucky on Junkrat's behalf when he gets those

kills with the Concussive Mine.

Again, we'll keep a close eye on him if he's not in the right balance point.

Meaning, he's either too powerful or not powerful enough. We'll revisit him.

There's a list of other heroes that I am frequently asked about

that I think it's important to address.

Hanzo comes up a lot .

I think there's a lot of frustration that players have because of the Scatter Arrow ability.

We're currently looking at options both in terms of

can we retune Scatter Arrow to feel more fair for people involved?

I think what frustrates people the most is, I always like to use the Orisa example.

If you're playing Orisa and Hanzo shoots a Scatter Arrow

into your feet and you get one shot by it, it doesn't feel real good.

We're going to look into issues like that, see if we can balance Scatter Arrow.

We also have a number of ideas that are potentially replacing Scatter Arrow.

Internally, we're doing a lot of prototyping and a lot of playtesting

so we haven't really settled on which direction we're going to take it.

I just want you to know that we are looking into Hanzo

specifically at abilities like Scatter Arrow for potential changes.

Recently, there have been a lot of threads bringing up Mei.

People want to hear about Mei and know what we're doing to change her because

they're concerned they look at her pick rates on some of the fansites

that analyze Competitive Play or they look at the Overwatch League

and they sort of judge how much Mei is played.

I don't think Mei is in a horrible place

but we believe that Mei might need a slight adjustment

to make her a little bit more relevant.

I put Mei into this category of heroes that we need to be really careful with.

She can feel very oppressive to play against if she's too powerful.

We want to bring her in balance.

We do believe that she is a more situational character.

Meaning that Mei, even when balanced properly,

might not be the right pick all the time, every single match.

Overwatch was a game that was designed for you to pick different heroes.

We allow for hero changes to happen all the time.

We designed the game so that there was was nothing blocking you

from having access to all 21 heroes when the game released

and now we're up to 26 heroes.

We strongly encourage players to have

at least a small hero pool of heroes that you can switch around and play.

I know the culture of maining and the culture of one-tricking

has become very popular in our community and you just need to know that if you're

only going to play one or two heroes, you're going to have a hard time sometimes

because your hero might not be relevant in all gameplay situations all the time

and this isn't our goal.

Our goal is to have heroes all have a place in the game

but not necessarily be played wholly and solely all the time by themselves.

I believe that super highly skilled players can pull off something like that occasionally

but just be careful, you might be damaging the experience for yourself

and you might be risking experience for your teammates as well.

Another hero that we get asked a lot about is Symmetra.

Symmetra is one that we're still discussing heavily.

We don't believe that she needs major buffs.

We do believe that she is a very situational character and that's how she's designed.

Meaning, there are going to be occasions where Symmetra is not the right pick.

We recognize that right now she doesn't have enough usefulness across the board

and we'd like to give her a little bit more, but that doesn't mean that we

believe that she's ever going to be at a place where her pick rate

is way beyond where it is right now.

We think we can improve it but she is kind of a situational character.

She's built to be a defensive character who owns a certain space

and that's the design that we're really excited about right now

because she has that that certain kit and that's how she plays

it's going to be difficult to make her 100% useful in all situations

Again, that's why we strongly encourage that

we want her to be super fun

we want her to be picked more than she is right now

but also consider that in some situations

you might want to pick a hero besides Symmetra.

Those are some of the things that I wanted to cover.

I know that there's a lot more topics that you guys want to hear about.

I know you'd love to hear about all 26 heroes and

where we think we're at with them in the balance.

All in all, we're feeling pretty good about balance.

We feel like there's a lot of variety in strategy.

There's a lot of heroes being played.

We're constantly looking at what you guys are doing,

the Overwatch fanbase at large.

We're following your behavior very closely

and we're watching what heroes you play and how you're performing and

we're also keeping a very close eye on the pro scene as well because that

informs where the game is going and how the game can be played at the highest level of skill.

It's all very helpful to us and we really appreciate all of your participation.

Anyway, we hope you're having fun. Please remember to be good to each other.

No Room For Pregnant Women In The Real Estate Business?? - Duration: 1:37.

A chief real estate developer is being ordered to pay 1.3 million dollars to a female employee

he abused and fired for being pregnant.

The story began after Eva O'Brien informed her boss, Dennis Baca, that she would soon

be having a baby.

She was warned by a co-worker not to tell him because he apparently doesn't deal well

with pregnant women.

This unfortunately turned out to be the case with this man.

Court documents say he threw contract papers at her, made insulting remarks about her soon

coming big belly and claimed her breastfeeding would cause his business big problems.

He then punished her by shifting her work from an assignment from collecting rental

checks to cleaning windows and toilets.

She was eventually forced to file a claim with California's employment department after

given a three-hour workday.

As a result of this she was fired.

In order to avoid the possibility of paying unemployment benefits, her boss forged her

time records to make it look like she quit.

Finally, after seven years a jury determined Dennis Baca, remember that name, acted with

malice and oppression and was ordered to pay Eva O'Brien more than $1 million.

He tried to appeal the verdict, but the courts rejected his appeal.

They're making it clear that this status and money and influence, it's not going to save

this guy.

After years of exercising this level of gross prejudice against those beneath him he'll

now be answering to the law.

It is great to see that this woman, where justice was really served.

Foldable Coccyx Cushion for Tailbone Pain, Coccyx Pain - Duration: 5:23.

Hi.

I'm Dr. Patrick Foye.

I'm an M.D. or medical doctor and I'm the Director of the Coccyx Pain Center, or Tailbone

Pain Center, here in the United States.

I'm online at www.TailboneDoctor.com This is a quick video just to just to look

at a different type of cushion.

I see lots of patients who have tailbone pain.

They fly in from all over the country, occasionally internationally, and they have different types

of cushions that are with them.

So, sometimes if I see something that's a little less common I make a quick photo or

video just to show that for people who may be looking for cushions or not have or have

not found a cushion that works well for them yet.

This particular cushion... the one or two things that are a little different about it:

Number one: it's foldable.

So some cushions have a crease in the middle and what that does is mainly two things.

Number one: it folds to sort of half the size.

So that that way it looks more like it looks more like a purse or a sort of a very low-profile

or thin handbag that you could carry along.

So it doesn't look quite as noticeable to other people, as compared with carrying one

of the bigger coccyx cushions.

It still has a handle (which most of them do) and this one happens to be called... the

manufacture happens to be www.PurpleOnPurple.com (I have no vested interest in this.

They're not paying me to do this or anything.

This is just from a patient who came in to see me and let me borrow it for three minutes

here to do a video.)

So anyway, the crease in the middle... the thing about the crease in the middle (and

I'll see if I can hold this up a bit to demonstrate) is that when you sit… that essentially the

tailbone or coccyx in the middle is essentially over the crease.

So that's what helps to have you put your body weight onto the other two sit bones but

not so much onto the coccyx.

So the two things that the crease do is: Number one: it lets you fold it and make it

look more like a purse.

Number two: is that the crease then is a spot where the coccyx sort of floats or hovers

over the crease, so that it's not contacting the seat and therefore less painful for you.

The one other thing about this particular cushion (and I'll see if I can zip it open

a little bit here) is that it's essentially a gel material so you can probably see that.

And the gel material... the one thing that may be good about a gel material (and you

can also see it sort of has a cutout in the middle where there's no gel in the middle.

So this is essentially like a doughnut, so essentially like a gel doughnut with a with

a cover on top.

The cover you could remove if you needed to throw it in the wash or something like that.

I have had patients also who put their own fabric, if you're creative, pick up some fabric

that you like at a fabric store and make it look like a more like a personalized purse

or something that you would carry with you)…

But the other thing about the gel is that (and the handle in this case is made of gel

kind of a gel like material as well)… … is that the gel may hold up better over

time, theoretically, compared with the some of the thinner foam.

Especially if it's not a particular sturdy foam, they can sometimes flatten over time

and then become less effective because it's squashing down like a pancake and it's not

really lifting your tailbone up off the chair.

So again, this is just a short video to review a cushion that's a little less common than

the ones we normally see with the cutout in the back.

It doesn't mean this one would be perfect for you… it may or may not be.

But it's one more to consider if some of the standard cushions are not doing the job, or

if you're in a setting where the appearance is really important for you in terms of having

something that's kind of more low-profile, to think about the ones that are split in

the middle in that way.

Or if you're somebody that your cushions are always flattening out on to and two-three

months after using it you have to finding your need to get a new one and you may want

to think about trying something with gel or something like that.

Anyway so that's some information about coccyx cushions and particularly this one with the

gel with the split in the middle.

Hope that's helpful for you.

In my book "Tailbone Pain Relief Now!"

I have a whole chapter about cushions.

If you're looking for the book you can go to www.TailboneBook.com

If you want more information, or if you're looking to find me, or come and see me, or

what have you, you can find me online at www.TailboneDoctor.com .

If you have questions, or thoughts, or comments, or want to mention about what cushions you've

tried, or found helpful or not helpful, post your comments below.

I'm sure they'll be helpful for myself and others to see.

Bye-bye now.

Hope that helps.

BREAKING News! OPRAH 2020…She Just Made Up Her Mind About Running For President. - Duration: 5:05.

BREAKING News!

OPRAH 2020…She Just Made Up Her Mind About Running For President.

Although Oprah Winfrey had at one point sounded sensible and confirmed that it wasn't part

of her plans to run for president, it seems like the idea of being the first black woman

president is starting to sound swell to her.

In an interview for the March 2018 issue of InStyle magazine, the former talk show host

who once said all white people needed to die was asked how she felt about the prospect

of what would be a historic campaign to put a black woman in the White House.

Although the interview was conducted a month before her speech at the Golden Globes she

replied she's always felt very secure and confident with herself.

I guess that's why she's usually gaining weight and dieting or getting surgery to remove

the excess baggage.

She knows very well what she can do.

Oprah was going viral for a bit when everyone thought she would run for President in 2020.

That's squashed.

She added that running for President isn't something that interests her nor does she

have politics in her DNA.

She has entertained the notion of a Presidential run, but that's all it was – entertainment.

The idea of a woman who once said "White people need to die!" being President does

not seem like a very good idea for the race relations of America.

CNN Reports:

"President Winfrey" was the talk of the entertainment world after Winfrey accepted

the Cecil B. DeMille Award at the Golden Globes.

And the "Oprah for president?" possibility was a top story on morning TV.

The touchstone of her speech was the #MeToo movement.

But her hopeful message — "A new day is on the horizon" — could have doubled as

a campaign rallying cry.

Many liberal-leaning celebrities and viewers certainly heard it that way.

And that may have been exactly what Winfrey wanted.

As some political strategists have pointed out in the past year, her fame and wealth

could make her a formidable Democratic Party candidate.

But insiders have their doubts too: Would Americans really choose a TV star as president

twice in a row?

For now, it's all just talk.

But her fans demonstrated a lot of wishful thinking on Twitter and Facebook after her

speech.

Winfrey has deflected questions about a presidential run in the past, but she has also acknowledged

that President Trump's election upended assumptions about how to pursue political

office.

After the speech, Winfrey's longtime partner Stedman Graham was quoted saying a run is

a possibility.

"It's up to the people," Graham told a Los Angeles Times reporter.

"She would absolutely do it."

Winfrey campaigned for Barack Obama in 2008 and endorsed Hillary Clinton in 2016.

During Clinton's campaign, she discussed the prospect of a female president and said

"America, it's about time that we made that decision."

She said it would be a "seminal moment for women."

But the moment has yet to happen — which is one of the reasons Sunday's speech stirred

so much attention.

Winfrey has deep pockets, an even deeper well of charisma, and instant name recognition,

thanks to decades on "The Oprah Winfrey Show."

Reese Witherspoon alluded to her friend's superstar status while introducing her at

the Globes: "There's only one person whose name is a verb, an adjective, and a feeling.

And that is Oprah."

What she lacks is political experience.

Winfrey laughed while the studio audience applauded.

For political advice, she could call the Obamas.

Winfrey vacationed with the couple in Tahiti last spring."

That's funny because if she were ever President, then she'd be better off calling President

Trump.

His America is thriving better than ever, and his advice would be more effective than

if she called former President Barack Obama.

His America didn't succeed like what we see right now.

The Democrat Party has no one to run in 2020.

They floated Oprah, John Kerry, Bernie Sanders, and they can't come up with a winner.

They've even copied the Republican idea of running a billionaire celebrity as a candidate.

Oprah proves how desperate they are to have someone run.

Although we are still 2 1/2 years away from the next election, never underestimate the

hilarious antics of the American populace.

If we weren't allowed to criticize Obama because he was half black, then imagine the

"rules" the left will come up with if our next president is a liberal black woman

who suffers from weight issues.

Could you imagine the cartoons if Oprah was President?

what do you think about this?
