Riding in Bodrum and listening to KRS One's Rockstar Speech - Duration: 4:07.
this is an exercise where we just say this Rockstar Energy Drink those who
want to do the exercise we're gonna say rock star to ourselves without opening
our mouths without saying anything outside we're gonna say this to
ourselves we're saying rock star 1 2 3 now the question to ask if you've
said rock star in your mind what voice is that what what voice just spoke you
just said rock star without moving your mouth at
all on top of that you on top of same rock star you heard yourself say rock
star how can you hear yourself say rock star
and no vibration of sound has happened see this puts a different perspective on
what sound actually is and what memory is memories not in the brain memories in
the soul the only thing you take with you in this life is your memories or
your knowledge your experiences that's the only thing you take if you said rock
star in your mind or in your being is the treatment is the truth statement and
your being what was that voice what was the voice that spoke and then you heard
yourself speaking but these ears did not hear you say anything because your mouth
didn't move so the ears they inherit the mouth in the home but you spoke and you
heard yourself speaking if you close your eyes you can see this better if you
close your eyes and put this image in another side and if you close your eyes
you can still see this what is the site that can see your
future that these two eyes don't see the future these two eyes don't see the past
yet you can see your past and you can see your future
you can actually see your past what is the sight that can see beyond
time don't give it away what this is this is an ancient meditation this is an
ancient meditation that I am NOT the flesh
I am the energy that consciousness the beam in the flesh and this is proof is
no faith this is not religion this is actual fact you can speak without moving
your mouth you can hear without ears you can see with our eyes so what happens
when these eyes this mouth and this ear drops off into the grave these are other
senses are all you're left with death is an illusion once you realize this you
live your life more courageously now no one wants to die with what anytime so
you try to protect yourself but know that this body is the limitation of you
it is not your zenith it is not your ultimate your ultimate is that voice you
just said rocks are that poison just said rock star without nothing physical
moving that person is immortal that person is not here with you let's go
deeper the body is in what is it three dimensions right forward back right left
up down and time that's our physical reality front back right left up down
that's 3d Plus time what happened to in and out no in and out what is in and
out rock star

Procreate 4 Tutorials for Beginners and Kids - Introduction (1st Tutorials) - Duration: 3:04.
so I made this video series to teach my kids how to use procreate on the iPad
pro and I thought it would be so great I was wrong
hi i'm e.b. adams children's author and illustrator on youtube
so i have kids, my oldest are five and seven and they like using procreate so I was like oh
yeah I should just make a video series to kind of be a tutorial to teach them
how to use the app and it'll be so great and they refuse to watch it they refuse
they refused
dad this is boring. I already know this
lesson learn so if you have kids 10 and under this series is probably not for
them even though I originally thought it would be so if you have younger kids check
out the dinosaur fairy tales I I shared that it's a fairy tale and then I draw
dinosaurs and that actually my kids actually responded to that so here's the
details I use an app called procreate it's only on the iPad and I use the
Apple pencil which only works on the iPad pro. expensive i know but you know what
these are the tools that I use for my work and my kids see me using it and I'm
okay with letting them use it. maybe a bad idea but hey you know when I was a
child my my dad let me play around with his 35 millimeter Nikon camera and him
just letting me play with it spark this passion in photography that I still have
I like procreate because it's very intuitive it's easy for my kids to learn
they learned it before they learned to read and it's a skill they'll translate
into any app and what are you using Photoshop Painter Procreate it's all
pretty essentially the same you're learning how to work in
layers you're learning how brushes work and a brush engines work how to select
and manipulate pixels that's just the foundation of working digitally
there's so much to the program but I'm not gonna go into every single detail in
this series I'll let you explore and but if you are the type of person who needs
to know every single thing I recommend you download their artist handbook it's
on their website and now also leave a link for it down below so let's jump in
onto the first video this video is about the paint tool and or if you just want
to draw dinosaurs this is over here too you can draw my dinosaur fairy tales
fun. boring.
silly. serious.
choose.

Peter McCoy: Cultivating An Alliance With The Spatial Engineers Of Our Planet - Duration: 5:54.
So it's almost like there's this huge system this huge network that's been
around for so long and it totally and completely understands how to keep
everything in balance but then we come along and we think that we understand
how things should work when we're really off base you know we we don't have the
the foresight and we're not humble enough to understand that there's this
thing that has been here for forever basically and already understands how
everything should work and if we kind of worked in accordance with its own if we
understood how fungi fungi worked and how mushrooms work and how it how it
kind of keeps everything in balance and everything in flow and in motion you
know then we can thrive as well and it seems that we've reached the end of our
road as far as how we've done everything for so long and how you know what's
coming back full circle like we're starting to understand that in fact the
fungi have the answers to a lot of the problems that have emerged in the past
few hundred years you know it's just it just blows me away I guess I just as
someone who's just kind of becoming more exposed to this information I'm just
it's a real trip you know it's a real and I imagine that there's people that
are coming to your courses and coming into you know an interest in my mycology
and are starting to realize like how deep this really goes you know that this
isn't just an interest this isn't just some passing thing this is something
that can very well transform how we how we do everything in our culture and in
our societies it's I just wanted to remark on that it's just it's amazing
you know and yeah I I don't even know where to go from here I just think that
you know the the fact that that this has been under our feet literally for so
long and it's just starting to become understood is it says a lot about you
know Western culture and about us as a people
I don't know
Peter McCoy: Well yeah in the the subtitle on my book
is so the title is radical ecology a treatise on seeing and working with
fungi just like you're saying and that term of seeing
fungi came to me in the writing process when I really started to appreciate
fungal ecology and just as you're sort of getting at so appropriately is it's
it's really about changing your perception of the world and and seeing
the natural world especially as is built on the this great network that is
constantly designing and really engineering the world around us and all
that they do view and the fact that they've been doing it sort of since
before everything you know apart from say bacteria they really are the the
spatial engineers of our planet and we need to accept that and really start to
understand the implications of that but also work with that intelligently and so
that's a lot of what I'm trying to do is express that potential and and that's why
I'm currently I'm start a or I'm starting a school to take this
knowledge a step further because what I consistently find is that people like
yourself you sort of start to realize these things you know it's new to you at
some point it's going to be new to you and it's gonna sort of change you and
and hit you in in a pretty deep level very often or what I constantly find is
people say whoa okay I want to grow mushrooms but now but I also want to go
further than that what do I do how do i how do I you know I want to add
to this I want to be a part of this this world change that we're currently going
through really I see this as a it's hard to see it when you're in the middle of a
great change in history but I do see this as as that that we're in this shift
in this human story of in many respects of course but but in this this regard we
are going through a unprecedented change in the relationship of in history of
humans working with fungi and understanding because someone to what
we're discovering was never known ever and a lot of it is incredibly profound
and so the implications that the outcome of that you know is to be determined and
that I find it really fascinating to do this work because it's it's such an
unknown future with fungi and in a really incredible way to come that's why
I'm trying to contribute to that both with through radical ecology through the
advocacy and now with a Kickstarter that I'm
funding that I'm not sure this episode's going out but it's ending in
just a little over a week but we are starting up the world's basically the
first school online you know courses and also in in-person apprenticeships to to
not just say get on short you know techniques or some of the cultivation
but really developed the whole culture there'll be topics on everything from
biology and ecology to cultural history and no really fleshing out much of the
information in my book but also involving far beyond that so that we can
you know so that really there can be a movement forward with this knowledge
because it needs to be out there needs to really great gain traction and then
you know the time is really right because that's with yourself and like
you're saying you're seeing online more and more it is finally getting out there
and unfortunately unfortunate thing has always been my experience personally and
people I met is that even you know ten years ago especially you get hooked but
there was nowhere to go with that

HOW TO: Get Clear Skin MY SKINCARE ROUTINE (THE ACNE.ORG REGIMEN) ft. ReasonYbeauty | beingjshanice - Duration: 9:29.
hey guys welcome back to my channel JD's here today guys on their face as you can
tell today I'm gonna be showing you my skin care routine and my like my morning
and nighttime routine they're both the same but I'm just gonna let you guys
know what I use basically this skin care line has given me clear skin for the
most part it does take a couple of months for it to start working I used to
see like amazing results but for the most part it cleared my skin up within
maybe like maybe like 3-4 months and I've been using it for almost a year now
I used the acne or guys actually I saw this on on Alyssa forever her channel
when she started using the program and the step-by-step process which is really
cool and you can subscribe to them they'll send you monthly packages or you
can just order things separately like I usually do whenever I run out so it
comes with it comes with a couple of steps so there is a cleanser first of
all obviously this cleanser is very gentle and it claims to be thick foaming
lather it does not over dry clean so definitely I have uh notice that it
doesn't have it doesn't have any smell it's very gentle and very soft it's not
like stinging my face or anything after when I'm using it or anything like that
leaving any type of residue when I did first and tried to use this so when I
was first using this program my face did dried up I used before this I had oil
it's a combination skin now I just have a more I'm like that I'm more just
combination so there's areas where I have like dry patches and then on my
forehead I could be oily but I really don't mind that
because I rather honestly for me since I've had only skin for majority of my
life I rather have dry skin that's because it's easier to manage and like
when you when you have oily skin you always have to look like the office has
to bake or you always have to make sure your face is not like dripping and your
makeups not sliding off you they give you a step-by-step and they let you know
everything that you're supposed to do and how to do it so the step one cleaner
am and the PM as well so I use this I only use two pumps of this I have to
make sure my hands are clean before I wash my face as well and I lather it up
and I lather it only for ten seconds so you want to try and not touch your
face as much you want to be really gentle with your face after that you
rinse your face with cool water only hot water is not good for your skin it
irritates in irritation is what causes acne so always touching your face or
using on taking really hot showers stuff like that can cause acne step two is the
treatment here this is what I use basically this it's like this is 2.5
benzyl benzoate and this is basically like I've used benzoyl peroxide and like
they're all and all my cleansers I use Proactiv I've used clean and clear all
those things they just never like stuck with my face and like sometimes I always
like my face gets used to the cleanser so it just doesn't work anymore so this
so far have I've been using it for a year and my face has not been like
immune to the system it's kept it clean and kept it on acne free so use it so
you use two pumps of the treatment and you also apply this to your face only
use you should barely touch your skin use your fingertips and you have to rub
it in for about three minutes and then after that you leave it alone and let it
dry if it's not if it's not like if it's not roughed in and dissolved
into your face you just let it dry on this time and then you also have the
moisturizer where you can use and you can put in they have the hobo oil where
you can put it inside with a moisturizer now the whole the oil I love this stuff
because I use this one with the areas that I am dry in I use this and it
doesn't clog my pores Hughes as a massage over the makeup remover it's
super lightweight and you can also use it as a pre-shave oil and a lip balm as
well and then they also have a I believe there's like a red night cream but I
don't use that it's really harsh on my face some people like it to use it it's
supposed to make your face like smooth and clear appearance and rainy and stuff
like that but I get a really good complexion with just the three of these
so this is my skincare routine guys this is what I use and also guys without
another thing I like to do for my skincare routine I like to use Mac's so
whenever I'm wearing like heavy makeup I want to make sure that sometimes I will
wash my face twice with the cleanser to make sure I get all my makeup off or
I'll use a scrub of any sort twice with this and then I'll go in with the mask
so new masks that I've been trying that I actually I sent over from reasons why
Beauty they gave me three different masks and they all serve a different
purpose and they all are infused with different extracts and oils and things
that are really good for your skin first they sent me a workout warrior this is a
mess that you would obviously use after you did it like a pretty decent workout
or a hefty workout it's really easy to apply as well you pill the ears and they
just go right on your face so it's not like hard those masks where you're like
trying to figure out how to get it unraveled just to put it on your face
like no and I got time for that they also sent me a late-night socialite
makeup mask or face mask and this would just be like last night I thought about
doing it but just like a late night if you want to like say if you're gonna you
went out and you went saying your makeup off and you want to cleanse your skin
this is a good mess you could use and then the last one that they sent me was
the Sun Goddess and obviously I think I'm gonna try this one today action
I'm gonna show you how to use the mask and see how this one works on my skin
today so this one's infused with aloe vera leaf extract
so this soothe and cool sudden this little packaging looks like I think
they're so cute I haven't tried to get some I'm thinking my trying on camera
really quick nice so let's open this up it looks like it has a little notch at
the bottom it's a lot of jelly product in now oh it smells really good as well
so this is what it looks like all right so it looks like it has tests so these
little taps here on the side you should be able to pull these apart yep mic
please read part just my guys dark in here
thought of you you better lighting good I guess okay that's pretty easy because
usually it takes me forever to get these type of math unravel and I'm use and it
has the holes for your nose in your mouth all right let me leave let me read
the aloe vera leaf extract aloe vera leaf extract has been used for centuries
to help heal sunburned skin and can help to soothe and pull irritation and
redness this is a reason why you can spend your day and the Sun is still
enjoying your night good guys okay that's cute
so and it tells you to keep this on for 15 minutes and then you massage the
remaining solution into the skin I will see you guys okay alright guys so
my timer is up then reven de rigueur a lot of people don't think about getting
their neck as well when they do mask so I'm gonna rub some of this down my neck
feeling good feeling great all right guys all right guys so and usually after
I do my mask I still go in and wash my face with my with my cleanser and do my
whole entire steps just because I don't know it's gonna be extra clean I might
just keep this on today and see how it feels though just so I can get the
actual like the feel of the mask and make sure it works and stuff so make
sure you guys subscribe and like this video this is the end of it I hope you
guys learned a lot and I formed you enough details will be down in the
description box if I didn't cover everything I'll make sure I put all the
links and everything in the descriptions below so make sure you guys check that

Inspirations for the Nissan Xmotion concept - Where tradition meets modernity - Duration: 2:30.
I own a woodcraft workshop in Otsu city, Shiga Prefecture.
I come from Kyoto
and I weave Kimono obi by using the Nishijin technique.
I'm from Kyoto, Japan, and I make tea containers by hand.
I brought my tea caddy here
and it's made from tin, copper and brass.
If you touch and rub it everyday,
it gets patina in a very nice way.
The Nishijin technique is probably
one of the world's most complex tapestry,
where you can essentially make three dimensional textures.
Depending on the angle, you can see that it changes color.
It is very unusual to showcase our artwork at a motor show.
Sometimes a hundred-year tea caddy is brought back to be fixed again, to use again.
Also with the car, people use it, fix it and use it
and sometimes they pass it on to their children.
I think that is a very good connection.
We always think about the future.
Also, we feel the past
and we are in the middle.
Techniques for making these wooden tubs have been passed down from craftsman to craftsman for 800 years.
It wouldn't have lasted 800 years without innovative changes.
The traditions that have been carried to the present have been challenged throughout the generations
by innovating and incorporating modern technologies.
In that sense, I see similarities
between Nissan and the crafts that we do.
