12 Signs Youve Met Someone From Your Soul Group

by Mateo Sol

Have you ever come across a person who you feel as though youve known forever,

even if youve just met them?

Have you ever met a person who you immediately connect with, without knowing why?

Sometimes these people actually know what youre going to say before youve said

anything.

Luna and I used to call this freaky mind connections because wed often think

and say the exact same thing at the exact same moment.

These people who we connect with on a deep heart level are part of what is known as our

Soul Family or Soul Group.

If you want to know what kind of role your Soul Group will play in your life and how

to recognize members of it, keep reading.

WHAT IS A SOUL GROUP?

A Soul Group is comprised of a single person or group of people that your Soul energetically

resonates with on a mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual level at any given moment.

These people are members of the same Spirit Family as you and they share an intensely

strong bond with you that transcends time and space itself.

Intuitively, most people tend to describe this connection as sharing the same frequency

or vibration because of the deep harmony felt among such people.

Such a deep and harmonious connection goes beyond sharing the same surface-based personality

tastes, hobbies and opinions: its an intense magnetic and spiritual bond you will feel

that is inexplicable to the mind.

Therefore, your Soul Group is often described as being comprised of Souls that are cut from

the same energetic cloth as you.

But this deep connection isnt necessarily romantic.

There are many different types of Soul Group connections that you can develop including

soul friends, soulmates, kindred spirits, and twin flames but theyre all fundamentally

the same thing with different functions and unique purposes.

Essentially, a Soul connection happens when two people of the same vibrational frequency

energetically overlap and share each others thoughts, feelings, values, and dreams.

Although you might come from different cultures, races, or opposite backgrounds, you will immediately

sense an ancient and strong connection in your bones, blood, and very Soul.

WHY DO WE HAVE SOUL GROUPS?

To me, the most valuable social experience a person can have is meeting a member of their

Soul Group.

The defining quality of this type of person is that they make it impossible for you to

remain the same person by the time they make their exit.

Relationships, like nature itself, have many seasons.

Uniting with a Soul Group member can last a few hours on a plane trip, or end after

60 years of friendship.

Sometimes only physical death will end (if only momentarily) such connections.

Every member of your Soul Group will appear in your life to teach you a lesson and to

catalyze your spiritual expansion.

However, we are not always ready for our Soul Group but even this is a lesson unto itself.

As existential philosopher Jean-Paul Sartre once famously wrote, Hell is other people.

Therefore, for some people, coming across a member of their Soul Group will feel like

hell, especially if such a person is weighed down by negative mindsets, dogma,

trauma, and the unwillingness to move beyond unconscious behavior.

On the other hand, for some people meeting members of the Soul Group will feel like heaven,

as can be seen in the case of Twin Flame and Soulmate encounters.

Essentially, how you feel about your Soul Group will be determined by how open you are

to changing, growing, and moving past fear.

But the question still remains, why do we have Soul Groups?

Metaphysically speaking, Soul Groups are a natural product of the flow of Spirit.

If you look at the Ocean, youll notice that sometimes clusters of waves arise.

The same goes for Soul Groups: we are all Spirit, but we are also broken down into many

different Soul Groups.

These Soul Groups carry out certain roles, namely, to help each other embody the purpose

of their Souls.

In other words, your Soul Family is here to help you learn, grow, and experience what

ancient traditions have referred to as moksha or enlightenment.

In many spiritual traditions, the obstacles that we face in this life are said to be chosen

before birth; that we choose the family were born into, the bodies and personalities we

develop, and the people we bring into our lives.

These people are chosen because we knew they would give us the best chance to learn the

many life lessons we needed in order to grow spiritually.

Historically, Soul Groups that gained a lot of force and traction created drastic social

changes.

Take, for instance, the Creative Renaissance, that was composed of figures such as Leonardo

Da Vinci, Michelangelo, Raphael, Machiavelli, Thomas More, Copernicus, Francis Bacon, Galileo,

Martin Luther and William Shakespeare.

There was also the Spiritual Renaissance that was composed of figures such as Gautama Buddha,

Mahavira, Makkhali Gosala, and Ajita Kesakambali.

In China, there was Confucius, Lao Tzu, Mencius, Chuang Tzu, Lieh Tzu, and in Greece there

was Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, Heraclitus, and Pythagoras.

All of these individuals interacted with each other in different ways that were necessary

for a revolution to occur.

Each of these Soul Groups has expanded our collective growth and evolutionary progress.

Not only that, but each coming generation will bring in waves of powerful and transformative

energies that are built upon the previous progress of earlier Soul Families.

By finding your Soul Group, you grow at not only an individual level but also a collective

level.

Each plan, each path, is equally as important in the overall evolution of the whole.

It is only through this profound experience of relating to another on a Soul level that

drastic change can occur on both an inner and outer level.

12 SIGNS YOUVE MET SOMEONE FROM YOUR SOUL GROUP

Where do you find people from your Soul Group?

People have asked me this question so many times, and I once asked the same thing too.

But the question isnt about where you will find them your Soul Group will

find you.

Instead, the question is when you will find them.

Over the years, Ive found that a time comes in your life when you feel a strong pull towards

your Soul Group as if youre finally ready enough to meet them.

When members of your Soul Group reach this same readiness, this synchronicity will bring

you together.

But this inner feeling doesnt mean that you should sit around and continue your normal

routine without changing anything.

You cant win the lottery unless you buy a ticket.

Once you feel ready to meet them, you need to start actively pursuing the encounter.

At this point, you need to listen to your intuition or gut feelings rather than your

head.

Your mind, full of fears and past habits, will guide you toward the path that feels

most comfortable and safe.

On the other hand, when you listen to your heart, youll almost certainly feel uncomfortable

as it asks you to step outside of your comfort zone.

Youll find your intuition guiding you towards new places and activities that youve never

tried before.

For example, you might be guided to create an online meetup group, join a cooking class,

start tai chi, or even travel.

There are a few ways to tell if youve met someone who resonates with you on a Soul level.

Here are a few things you might notice: 1.

YOUR EYE CONTACT IS DEEP AND ENGAGING Youre not afraid to make eye contact with

members of your Soul Family and it doesnt feel awkward.

When you make eye contact, there is something familiar that you both share, something comforting,

something ancient.

Its almost as though when you make eye contact youre tapping into a deeper truth

that you both silently understand and share.

2.

THEY WILL BE MORE SOUL-CENTRIC THAN EGO-CENTRIC Members of your Soul Group will not be interested

in ego-centered pursuits such as fame, status, money, and glory.

Instead, they will be more soulful, more spiritually mature.

For example, they might be interested in conscious living, meditation, healthy eating, yoga,

helping the environment, and so forth.

3.

YOURE MAGNETICALLY DRAWN TO THEM For no apparent reason, members of your Soul

Group will pop out to you like sore thumbs.

Youll be immediately drawn to them and their energy.

Even if you lose touch with them, they will emerge in your life over and over again.

4.

BOTH OF YOU SPEAK THE SAME LANGUAGE When speaking, both of you share similar thoughts

and insights, and youre on the same page emotionally.

Its not uncommon for you to both repeat the same thoughts and words, as if youre

mirroring each others minds.

5.

YOU FEEL AS THOUGH YOUVE KNOWN THEM FOR YOUR ENTIRE LIFE

Youve never felt so comfortable and understood by another person in your entire life.

Deep down, your connection feels timeless.

Even when you first met this person, you felt a strange sense of recognition and familiarity.

6.

YOU ALWAYS FEEL ENERGIZED AROUND THEM Whenever you spend time with a member of your

Soul Tribe, youll feel energetically uplifted rather than drained.

7.

THEY APPEAR IN YOUR LIFE WHEN YOU MOST NEED GUIDANCE

The moment youre open to growing beyond your current layers of fear and limiting beliefs

is the moment youll attract a member of your Soul Group.

8.

HOURS TALKING WITH THEM FEELS LIKE MINUTES Time is completely relative when you speak

with someone from your Soul Group.

You enjoy talking with them so much that time disappears very quickly.

9.

THEY REFLECT YOUR BEST QUALITIES Your Soul Group reflects your best qualities,

but they will also challenge you to see and embrace your greatest flaws.

Sometimes challenging you will including creating difficult circumstances for you to learn from,

or being brutally honest with you (even if it hurts).

Whatever the case, you can count on your Soul Group to help you authentically grow.

10.

YOU SHARE SIMILAR LIFE EXPERIENCES Themes such as abandonment, abuse, isolation,

and other struggles will be shared between you and your Soul Family.

Each life theme will be used as a basis for growth, advice, and mutual support.

11.

YOUR SOUL FEELS NOURISHED IN THEIR PRESENCE There are some people in life who seem to

weigh heavily on your Spirit your Soul Group is the opposite.

You will always feel seen, understand, loved, and uplifted by members of your Soul Tribe.

12.

YOU CAN BE YOUR RAW AND AUTHENTIC SELF WITH THEM

There is no need to hide, fake or pretend around your Soul Group.

Your Soul Group honors and celebrates the authentic you both on a personality

level, and a Soul level.

You might only meet one person from your Soul Group, or if youre fortunate, you might

meet all of them but this isnt important.

What matters is having the experience of meeting those who share your purpose and mission on

Earth to support our collective evolution as a species.

I feel blessed to know so many of my Soul Tribe through this work and website.

I hope that you are drawn ever closer to your own Soul Group.

Hip asymmetric after hourglass hip-Dr.Hourglass - Duration: 6:50.

Hi, this is Dr. Hourglass, and welcome to another video in our channel Superhourglass.

Today we are going to discuss: Hip asymmetric after hourglass hip procedures.

In this channel, we will discuss everything you need to know

for you to get the hourglass shape you've always wanted.

Welcome back!

The hourglass hip procedure is an effective and reliable plastic surgery procedure to achieve

the most revered female body shape of all times, i.e. the hourglass body.

The intervention has a good record of delivering impressive outcomes.

However, just like all other plastic surgery procedures, there is never a guarantee that the procedure

would deliver you impeccable results.

There are several factors and dynamics to achieving the hourglass figure with the hourglass hip procedure.

The surgery involves removal of the excess fat from your body areas like the abdomen,

sides, and flanks and transfer of the fat to your hips and butts.

As a result, the waist becomes slimmer, the hips appear wider.

The procedure is not free of risks and complications.

One of the aesthetic complications that may occur after the hourglass hip procedure is asymmetry of the hips.

Hip asymmetry is an aesthetic problem whereby the hips are shaped differently, or one of the hips

is bigger or wider than the other.

Hip asymmetry occurs when the plastic surgeon fails to pay attention to detail and lacks the required

aesthetic sense and artistry to sculpt the female body into the hourglass shape.

It may also occur if the fat extraction, fat processing, and/or fat grafting is done carelessly

and majority fat cells are dead or injured.

It can also happen as a result of the carelessness of the patient during the recovery period.

For example, if the patient applies undue pressure on the one or both hips during the first three weeks

following the operation, chances are the fat grafts would be damaged,

which will ultimately lead to hip asymmetry.

You also need to be aware that hips are similar not the same.

In order to correct hip asymmetry after the hourglass hip procedure, you would be required

to undergo a revision surgery.

During the intervention, additional fat would be grafted into the hip that is narrow or poorly contoured.

If your body lacks excess fat for the revision surgery, which occurs in rare cases,

the plastic surgeon may recommend you to gain weight.

However, you must wait for at least eight weeks after the hourglass hip procedure to see the final results.

If the results fail to transpire even after six months, you may consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon

and consider a revision surgery.

After the revision surgery, your hips would become balanced, both in terms of size and contour.

Also remember that hips are asymmetric.

I'm talking about major asymmetries that will require additional surgeries.

In this video we discuss: Hip Asymmetric after hourglass hip procedures.

In the next video we will discuss: The recovery time pain and discomforts after hourglass fat transfer.

Remember to comment below, share this video, like this video, and subscribe to our channel

for more information, here at the Super hourglass channel, only on YouTube.

Also, you can log on to our website,

for more information about your procedure and to see amazing surgical results.

If you have a question please post it below and we will be happy to answer it.

Maybe we will make a video about it.

Top 10 Secrets That Schools Don't Want You To Know – Part 2 - Duration: 6:29.

Hello and welcome back to the most amazing channel on the internet.

I am Rebecca Felgate, your Most Amazing Host, and you guys seemed to love the Top 10 Secrets

That Schools Want You To Know so much that I am making you a part 2.

Before we get into the video, I want to remind you guys that we now have brand new merch

for sale…consider it your most amazing uniform….which is cooler than a school uniform as it comes

in cool designs and colours, including a speckley one that looks like space!

Check out what we have got at Most Amazing Shop.com and if you do go get any of our merch,

share a picture of you wearing it and I will post it to instagram.

10 - Starting things off kinda saucy, I don't mean to freak you out, but….a lot of your

teachers are doing it.

There are countless reports of teachers having affairs and getting into relationships.

A lot of people meet their significant others at work, and it is no different for teachers.

Depending on the size of the school, I would bet at least two of the teachers at your school

are dating.

I know in my primary school, the head master and one of the teachers were having a long

term affair!

9 - A Lot of Schools have Gang Problems It was reported by the National Centre on

addiction and substance abuse reported that 45 percent of American High Schools have gangs

or gang members on their campuses.

Gangs often bring outside violence inside schools, posing threats to other pupils.

A lot of people think that schools need to do more about gang culture, offering help

and support to pupils who are exposed to organized crime… but the reality is, most schools

are trying to disassociate themselves with

8 - Schools Cause Mental Health Problems Over the past few years, there has been growing

media attention surrounding the rise of mental health issues among school children.

In the UK, it is reported that 46 percent of girls age 11-21 have needed help with their

mental health.

Meanwhile, doctors have reported a 68 percent rise in self harm among younger children.

British news publication, the Telegraph drew a link between the pressure and stress of

the education system on the younger generation and this increase in mental health issues.

The problems is, not many schools have comprehensive mental health programs in place to deal with

the rising issue.

7 - They Don't Know How To Handle Social Media

These days, more than ever, kids bring factors from their external worlds into the classroom.

Almost all teenagers have smartphones and are active on social media sites like snapchat,

twitter and instagram.

This is a world that teachers will be less familiar with than the students and a lot

of schools don't yet have proper measures in place to monitor social media and the effect

it is having on productivity.

On top of that, schools have shown time and time again that they do not know how to properly

manage cyber bullying.

6 - One in Ten Schools in the UK AND in The USA are failing

Whether or not this is actually the case, several different reports and studies on both

countries suggest that 1 in ten schools are failing.

In the UK, it is thought a quarter of a million pupils were attending a failing school.

Worryingly, in the states, according to Pysc Central, 30% of students fail to graduate

high school across America.

Not good.

5 - Schools Don't Always do Proper Background checks

While teachers are subject to extensive background checks, not all people that work on school

properties are.

The school bus drivers, the janitors, contractors, kitchen staff, in many places, these people

are not subject to the same rigorous checks.

In the UK, vetting blunders led to the employment of Ian Huntley as a Janitor at a school in

Soham, where he murdered two 10 year old girls in 2002, despite having been reported to police

over sexual assaults on 6 occasions.

4 - Schools are Killing Creativity Some people theorize that schools don't

nurture creativity.

Arts subjects are being scrapped in many UK institutions, with many people worried that

creative subjects will be phased out altogether one day.

3- You are not always being taught what you should be

The National Curriculum decides what is taught in schools in the UK and in the United States,

curriculum is largely decided by individual states.

Either way, people don't always agree on what should be taught and what should be.

For example, in Canada and the United States, people think that children are not adequately

being taught about Native American History.

Whether or not you agree with this is irrelevant – the issue is, who really gets to decide

what children learn and should they have that responsibility.

This considered, let's move on to our number two…

2 - Some People Think School's are Brainwashing You

I'm not sure about this, but the dialogue is definitely out there.

The problem is that both sides of the political spectrum are concerned that schools are brainwashing

their children.

In the UK, six academy schools have been flagged as a radicalization risk.

The problem is that children are very impressionable and some institutions are concurringly using

that to suit their own agenda.

Finally, at number one…..

There have been 279 School Shootings in America since 2013.

This is an average of about around one a week.

While we may be led to think the issue is being tackled, it is still obviously a big

problem in America.

Two thirds of schools in the US conduct active shooter drills, however this still leaves

a third unprepared.

Also, many argue conducting drills isn't tackling the real issue; the fact a pupil

at the school may be plotting a mass murdering spree without anyone knowing.

SO…..there we have it….

That was the Top 10 Secrets Schools don't want you to know part two…..did you know

these already?

Are there any secrets I should know of?

Let me know in the comments section below.

For now, I am your Most Amazing host, Rebecca Felgate….

Fried Rice with aromas of Ma-yu and Negi-abura♪ ~How to make Ma-yu~ - Duration: 6:43.

1 tsp of Ma-yu and mix well.

Dish up to the plate.

Fried Rice with aromas of Ma-yu and Negi-abura♪

This time, I am going to make fried rice with aromas of Ma-yu and Negi-abura.

Ma-yu means black garlic oil and Negi-abura means scallion oil.

This frozen fried rice is sold by Ajinomoto Co., Ltd.

It is very delicious, so I decided to recreate it in my own way.

Prepare Char Siu.(Roast pork)

Slice 300 g of pork shoulder.

2 tbsp of soy sauce.

1 tbsp of Shaoxing wine.

1 tbsp of honey.

1 tsp of oyster sauce.

1 tbsp of sugar.

1/4 tsp of Chinese 5-spice powder.

Grate small piece of ginger(about 1 tsp) with skin.

Squeeze the ginger.

Put pork and rub well.

Marinate pork for 1 hour.

Make Ma-yu and Negi-abura.

Remove the skin from 10 cloves of garlic.

Slice it into 1 mm slices and remove the core.

Put a paper towel on a plate and spread it out.

Microwave it for 3 minutes at 500 W.

Cut green leek parts roughly.

Still more.

Microwave it for 2 minutes at 350 W.

Repeat this process until crisp.

Like this.

Dried garlic is done.

You must use dried garlic for making Ma-yu.

Sliced ginger.

Put 100 ml of oil and cook over low heat.

Make Ma-yu.

Put dried garlic and 200 ml of oil.

100 g of lard.

Adding lard makes Ma-yu very rich.

Once the oil begins to simmer, turn down the heat to low and cook for 15 minutes.

Once the oil begins to simmer, turn down the heat to low.

When the garlic turns lightly brown, remove 1/4 of garlic.

When the garlic turns more brown, remove 1/3 of garlic.

Turn the heat up to medium.

Deep-fry remaining garlic well until burnt black.

Still more.

OK

Good smell spreads in my kitchen.

Leave it and drain oil well.

Cool it down.

Grind fried garlic in a mortar.

Grind it into fine powder.

Like this.

2 tbsp of oil.

Grate well.

Pour more oil until your favorite thickness.

Mix lightly.

This Ma-yu sets as it cools because it contains lard.

Aromatic Ma-yu is done.

Pour Negi-abura into a jar with a lid.

Aromatic Negi-abura is done.

Roast pork.

Place the pork onto a preheated tray.

Cook for 4 minutes at 230℃(446F)

Spread the marinade and flip it over.

Spread the marinade over another surface and cook for 4 minutes.

Repeat this proses for 3 times.(4 min ×3=12min)

Raise the toaster temperature to 250℃(480F) and adjust the baking time to suit your toaster.

It's done.

Cool it down.

You can remove the stain easily if you wipe it while still hot.

Cut it into about 5 mm width.

End slice is of course for me to taste.

Char Siu goes well with・・・

KIRIN LAGER BEER!

Cheers!

Delicious!

Enjoy another end slice.

Resume cooking.

Cut into small pieces.

Chop some spring onion.

Beat an egg well.

Put 200 g rice on a plate in a doughnut shape and heat up in the microwave.

Prepare some salt and pepper.

Cooking.

Pour a lot of oil into a wok and turn on the burner.

1 tbsp of Negi-abura.

Use the back of a ladle to lightly push on the rice as you break it apart.

Salt and pepper.

Use 50 g of Cha Shao for 1 serving.

Taste.

1 tsp of Ma-yu.

Some spring onion.

Mix lightly and it's done.

It's ready to eat♪

Cheers.

Rice gets light and fluffy by cooking short time and high heat.

There are a lot of Char Siu dice, so I'm very happy.

It really hit the spot!

The aroma of Ma-yu and Negi-abura is amazing.

I ate it greedily because it has an addictive taste.

Siberia Snow Marathon (Baikal Ice Marathon 2016) - Duration: 6:34.

I live in London now but for nine years I used to live in Russia.

Today I was flying back to Russia.

Living in London is okay.

It's predictable, routine, normal.

Londoners suppress their emotions, but they get angry when you film them on their morning commutes.

It was time to escape the predictable, the routine, the normal.

It was time to get weird.

I was travelling back to Russia for a race.

The Baikal Ice Marathon in Siberia.

A full marathon distance race across the frozen surface of Lake Baikal, the biggest lake in Russia.

There are no direct flights to Siberia from London, so first I flew to Moscow.

Three and a half hours later, I was back in Russia.

I had an eight hour layover before my flight to Siberia.

Spending eight hours at the airport sounded miserable, but don't worry.

I already had a plan to go into Moscow.

One of the best things about Moscow is the people you meet there.

I'd made some great friendships during my time there.

I went to meet my old friends for a banya session at the legendary Sanduny Banya.

Banya with friends was one of my favourite things to do in Russia.

Banya sessions consist of a very hot sauna, a very cold plunge pool,

repeated for a few hours, with drinks and snacks.

It was great to see some of my old friends again.

I missed my old life in Moscow

Heading back to the airport I felt relaxed and calm.

Nothing would stress me out.

Not the ridiculous long lines at the airport.

Not having to squeeze onto a pack bus to reach the plane.

Not having to wait outside to board the plane in freezing rain.

Not the five and half hour overnight flight to Irkutsk.

I felt calm the next morning, watching the sunrise over Siberia.

I'd been to Siberia once before in the summer.

This was winter.

It was another beautiful day at Irkutsk International Airport, and only... ONLY -11 degrees.

We were met at the airport by the race organizers, a travel company called Absolute Siberia

A coach drove us out of Irkutsk.

It was a fairly typical Russian city blanketed in snow, yet fully functional.

Finally we reached Lake Baikal.

It was the first time I'd seen the lake.

Of course, we took some selfies before continuing along the frozen lake shore to the hotel.

It's easy to make friends in Russia and I made some new friends on the bus.

At the hotel in Baikalsk we had the opportunity to ski, but I took the opportunity to nap.

The Baikal Ice Marathon was run across the lake from Tankhoy to Lystvyanka,

so our luggage would be transported to meet us at the finish hotel

The next morning it was -20 outside.

We drank hot tea to stay warm.

I had these ice running crampons which fit over my normal running shoes to grip the ice.

Unfortunately there's no ice in London, so I never tried them out running before.

What could possibly go wrong?

I tried to warm up, but it really didn't do much.

Everyone was excited to start the race.

Running on the ice was easier than I thought, but it was cold.

I was wearing: 4 layers on my top, 2 layers on my legs, 2 pairs of gloves, 2 hats and a thermal neck warmer.

There were aid stations along the course, 6 km apart.

At the first aid station, I guzzled water and pushed on.

There was nothing in my race pack.

I brought it along thinking I might need to take off a layer of clothes as I heated up.

Well, that wasn't the problem because I never actually felt warm.

The race pack became an extra mini layer on my back

The course had been bulldozed clear this morning,

but by now the wind had blown the fresh powder over the track.

The aid stations were supported by small hovercrafts.

Snowmobiles patrolled the course in case of emergency.

I was losing hope that the course will clear up,

and I didn't think I'd be running on ice again.

By the halfway mark, I'd accepted that the rest of the race would be on soft snow.

There was a tent at this aid station for runners only during the half marathon.

I had some water, a few medjool dates,

and then I left the aid station as soon as possible to avoid the temptation to quit.

There were brief patches of ice,

but the course was really just a snow field at this point.

The ice under the snow was uneven, so the depth of the snow fluctuated.

Every step was irregular and kept me off-balance.

The snow sapped my energy and killed my momentum.

Every step felt like I was starting from a stand-still.

My pace was sluggish, my feet were heavy,

and that was just a physical challenge.

Psychologically, the course was even harder.

There was no sense of motion,

and even though I could see the other side of the lake and the finish,

it was still more than 10 km away.

It just didn't seem to get any closer.

There was not much to distract myself from checking the distance my GPS watch again, and again, and again.

Sometimes I felt like I wasn't even moving, or I was moving backwards.

I had to look down my feet just to make sure I was still going forward.

By this point I wanted to walk, but my hands were painfully numb

and I kept running just to get out of the cold as soon as possible.

I felt like I was running just to survive.

It was a humble finish to a humbling race.

My body was numb, and I was confused

I managed to finish 35th out of 155 runners.

Amazingly, only 12 runners failed to finish.

I wandered up to the hotel and warmed-up with some tea.

That night there was an awards dinner for the runners.

We received these as trophies and in true Russian style,

we also received certificates with lots of stamps and signatures.

Then the organizers confirmed:

"These race conditions were the most difficult from any previous Baikal Ice Marathon."

The crowd loved it.

I even gave a speech!

I thanked the volunteers for their support,

and I also congratulated all the first time marathoners.

I hope the experience didn't scar them for life.

Then we celebrated, Russian style.

The next morning, we all traveled home.

Yesterday was -20C, today was -27C.

So the race could have been even more "interesting".

Baikal Ice Marathon was over.

I made some new friends and despite the conditions, great time.

Spasiba, Baikal!

Thanks for all the memories.

... And never never again will I complain it's too cold to go for a run.

30th Anniversary Alumni Interviews | The Phantom of the Opera on Broadway - Duration: 1:59.

We are here this afternoon at the Majestic Theatre and we're here for the 30th Anniversary

of The Phantom of the Opera, which is amazing to me.

1988, I remember it like it was yesterday.

The original cast has been invited to come and celebrate with the cast now.

To step out on that stage again it's magic and you see all the new company members and

then those of us who are part of the family who were there, you know, from day one.

It's like winning the golden ticket to be part of the original cast of this incredible

phenomenon.

This is a show that has touched so many people so deeply all over the world.

I think the reason people come back and the reason it's sustained it goes beyond the music.

It's the core of the story.

All this beauty visually, musically and sentimentally.

What's not to love?

It was the biggest thing that ever hit Broadway.

It was such a phenomenon.

The people that would come and see the show and then they'd come and meet us backstage

so we had like Michael Jackson, Elizabeth Taylor, Sammy Davis Jr. loved us.

People love the music, people are always telling me that they had to go out and buy new Cd's

because they wore theirs out in the car.

12 years ago Phantom became the longest-running show in Broadway history

and we're 12 years past that so I think we're continuing to celebrate this phenomena

that keeps on running and running and running.

Happy 30th Anniversary, Phantom of the Opera, you changed my life.

You have touched my life and so many millions of others.

It's amazing and I'm thrilled to be apart of it.

Happy Anniversary!

Happy Anniversary, Phantom!

May you run forever and ever.

Congratulations and I wish you decades more of smashing success.

Thank you!

hello everybody so I just finished my shift at the ice-skating rink and I

picked up my paycheck from Point Park. It had a return to sender label on it I

guess something was wrong with the address.

I left my address covered up with a post-it note because it was actually the

correct address and where I live so just gonna make sure that doesn't get out

anywhere. Well yeah I'm glad to have money, which I should have gotten like a

month ago, but no, I'm glad to have money and I could have picked it up

sooner. I got a message about it sooner, but then I got sick like last week when

I got it so, it got put off. oh well, now I have the rest of the day ahead of me cuz I'm

done with work and the literally one errand I had to do

John 2 12-25: Jesus... Who? What can We Know? - Duration: 11:17.

Hello. Now what can we know about Jesus? In this video, we will explore a little

further into who Jesus is by continuing our reading of John chapter 2 verses 12

through 25 and then touching on six characteristics of Jesus that are

mentioned in this passage. Ready? Here we go.

My name is Charles Yerkes and this is the Simple Not Shallow YouTube Channel.

The whole purpose of this channel is to bring you digestible, compelling, and

conversational insights into the Bible so that you can develop a relationship

with God by learning how to love simply, wisely, and well. For that is where

excitement and meaning in life dwell. So, what can we know about Jesus? Well, let's

begin by reading John chapter two verses 12 through 25 from the world English

Bible. After this he went down to Capernaum, he, and his mother, his brothers,

and his disciples; and they stayed there not many days. For the Passover of the

Jews was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. Now, he found in the temple

those who sold oxen and sheep and doves and the changers of money were sitting

there. And he made a whip out of cords, and threw them all out of the temple,

both the sheep and the oxen; and he poured out the changer's money and

overthrew their tables. Now, to those who sold the doves, he said, "Take these things

out of here! Do not make my father's house a marketplace!" And his disciples

remembered that it was written, "Zeal for your house will eat me up." Now, the Jews

therefore answered him and said, "What sign do you show to us, seeing that you've done

these things?" Jesus answered them and said, "Destroy this temple, and in three

days I will raise it up." Now the Jews said therefore, "46 years

was this temple in the building! And you will raise it up in three days?" But he

spoke of the temple that was his body. When therefore he was raised from

the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this, and they believed the

Scripture, and the word which Jesus had said. Now when he was in Jerusalem at the

Passover, during the feast, many believed in his name, observing the signs which he

had done. But Jesus didn't entrust himself to them, because he knew all

people, and because he didn't need anyone to testify concerning man; for he knew

what was in man. And that was John chapter 2 verses 12 through 25. Now,

the first characteristic that I found is in verse 12.

Jesus was a family man. No, I'm not saying he was married or engaged or any of that

type of stuff. But, what I mean is family was very important to him. Well he

traveled with his mother and his brothers. And while we do not get a very

in-depth look into his family life, we know that here, at age 30, he not only was

honoring of his mother (from our last video on verses 1 through 11, which I will link

to in the video description box below), but here, we also find that he now

travels in their company. And with all the talk that we hear about being

the family of God, isn't it refreshing to see that Jesus traveled in the company

of his family? That he truly cared about his mother and his brothers? Number two,

did you notice in verse 13 that he was also a very religious person? He went

to the Passover and to the temple. He was a religious person who honored his family...

see religion ain't all bad. So, Jesus honored his family

and he honored God the Father. Indeed, it was his honoring the father

that led him to take such stands as those found in the next three verses.

This is where the merchants had set up shop in the temple itself, and not merely

at a location near it, as had once been the practice. These merchants

provided a necessary service for those travelling long distances. in these verses,

the problem is not with the service provided, but that they were being

provided in the temple at all, where worship should have been happening, not

the buying and selling of items. It is also interesting that the only place

where this could have been set up was in the outer court, or what is known as the

Gentile court. That is the one place in the temple where the Gentiles could, well

it was the only place, where they could come and worship God. Not only was it

making a place of worship into a place of business, it was actually preventing

one group of people from worshipping at all. I am reminded here, of Jesus's

admonitions about not hindering the little children from coming unto Him.

Number three, Jesus was the Messiah. Now this comes from verses 17 and 22.

Here, John points out that the disciples remembered what scriptures spoke of

about the Messiah; how the Messiah would behave. That is, that the Messiah would

have great zeal for God's house. Number four, next we learn about Jesus is that

Jesus knew from the get-go who he was and why he was here. This I see in verses

18 to 22. Where he tells those asking on what authority he just cleaned out the

temple. He said, well... "I am the Messiah." He did this by saying that when he died he

he would rise again in three days. See, Jesus knew who he was.

Number five, he was meek and humble but he was not mousy. In Matthew 11

chapter 20... chapter 11 verse 29 and chapter 21 verse 5,

Jesus refers to himself as being meek. Sometimes the words gentle and

unassuming are used in its place depending upon your translation. And in

2nd Corinthians chapter 10 verse 1 it speaks of the meekness and gentleness of

Jesus. Yet, this meek and gentle Jesus drove out the cattle, the sheep, and

turned over the money changers to tables... he simply cleaned out the temple. Now a full

study of what it means to be meek must wait for another day. But for now, it is

enough to see that while being meek he wasn't Mr. Mousey. I mean he didn't come

up to them and say, "Please Mr. Money Changer,

could you please, I mean if it's, if it's not too much trouble, could you please

relocate outside the temple? I mean, after all, this is a place of worship and well...

it would be better if you could just please honor that. Please." No. This was

more of a, "Do not let the door hit you on the way out!" type of deal. Right? Now,

before we go too crazy with that. I did do some research into this passage (in

the four commentaries that I have mentioned in my other videos on John, and

yes I will link to those below), but I did find out, that this need not have been

too harsh or too violent or too aggressive of an episode. For as these

commentators all state, if it had been too violent, the Roman authorities would

have shown up to settle things back down. So, what that means is, he was firm,

assertive, and authoritative; but without being authoritarian. He wasn't too

provoking in taking the stance. That's something we should probably think a

little bit about. And number six, six. Jesus was very

wise in how he lovingly dealt with people. Even though more and more

people were coming to believe in him, he did not entrust himself to them. The

first time I read this in verses 24 and 25, it was kind of a shocking experience

for me. I mean, isn't to love people to trust them and shouldn't that go hand in

hand? But looking at the context, you could see that many believed in him

because of the signs he performed because of the miracles he performed, not

because they knew who he was or truly loved him. Right? They loved what he was

doing. And Jesus knew that heads turned quickly by seeing a miracle would be

quickly turned away when the hard teaching came. Jesus was not flattered

into a false sense of security. He knew the score. And yet, he was never

spiteful, vindictive, suspicious, callous, or treated anyone in any other manner

than that of a loving one. He was one who knew he could not trust people and yet,

he still fully loves them. Now for me, this was the beginning of the lessons on

how to love your neighbor as you love yourself. To love even while knowing that

they're going to turn on you.... Wrapping your head around this one may take a

lifetime. Well, what do you think? Have you gotten to know a little bit more about

this one called Jesus, through this conversation? I would love to hear what

you think, so please tell me in the comment sections below. Also, if you liked

this video, please click the like and the subscribe button. And when you click that

red subscribe button make sure you hit that little gray bell icon that pops up.

As this will let YouTube know that you would like to be notified each Tuesday

excitement and meaning dwell.

BREAKING!! COMEY Just BUSTED Red Handed!! No Lawyer Can SAVE HIM! - Duration: 4:48.

BREAKING!!

COMEY Just BUSTED Red Handed!!

No Lawyer Can SAVE HIM!

Former FBI Director Comey could be busted red handed, and I'm not sure a lawyer can

help him.

There could be specific text message shared between two FBI employees that were supposed

to lead the investigation into Hillary Clinton and her private server, but a few other things

are going on that could change everything.

Some of this swirls around the statements made by James Comey which were provided during

a testimony.

Peter Strzok was responsible for interviewing Hillary Clinton and some of her associates

while her email server situation was being investigated.

Strzok was also having a romantic fun time with FBI lawyer Lisa Page, which merely throws

a wrench into everything as usual.

The text messages between Strzok and Page have come under fire, and it could throw a

massive amount of legal implications that will be like the second coming of Watergate.

Democrats continue pushing a Russian narrative to throw distractionary shade at the people

looking into Hillary Clinton.

Add James Comey to the mix, and when this all goes down, it's going to be a major

political shakeup that could lead to people being put in prison.

Breitbart provided more on the exchange: "Last weekend, Senate Homeland Security

Committee Chairman Ron Johnson sent a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray documenting

some of the text messages exchanged between Page and Strzok.

The exchange took place on May 4, 2016, which Johnson wrote was "after then-Director Comey

began drafting his July 5 statement clearing Secretary Clinton."

The date was one day after Cruz dropped out of the presidential race.

Strzok clearly discusses "pressure" to conclude the Clinton email probe, linking

the timing to the ascension of Trump as the Republican candidate most capable of securing

the GOP nomination at the time.

The messages contrast with Comey's May 3, 2017 testimony before the Senate Judiciary

Committee on FBI oversight in which the then-FBI director defended the Clinton email investigation.

Comey was asked by Sen. Chuck Grassley whether there was any artificial deadline to finish

the email probe, especially before the Democratic National Convention.

He was also questioned about the code name for the investigation, "Midyear Exam,"

which seems to imply a timeline.

Grassley wrongly referred to the codename for the probe as "Operation Midyear,"

but Comey used the correct term "Midyear Exam."

Here is a transcript of that section of Comey's testimony:

GRASSLEY: Was the Clinton investigation named Operation Midyear because it needed to be

finished before the Democratic National Convention.

If so, why the artificial deadline?

If not, why was that the name?

COMEY: Certainly not because it had to be finished by a particular date.

There's an art and a science to how we come up with codenames for cases.

They — they assure me it's done randomly.

Sometimes I see ones that make me smile and so I'm not sure.

But I can assure you that — that it was called Midyear Exam, was the name of the case.

I can assure you the name was not selected for any nefarious purpose or because of any

timing on the investigation.

At an infamous news conference on July 5, 2016, Comey seemingly violated FBI tradition

by bypassing the Justice Department and stating that "no charges are appropriate" in Clinton's

case after criticizing her use of a private email server as "extremely careless."

It is not traditionally the role of the FBI as an investigative agency to announce whether

charges are appropriate."

Hillary Clinton.

Barack Obama.

James Comey.

Peter Strzok.

Lisa Page.

Missing text messages.

Romantic affair.

FBI phone glitch.

Memo.

What part of this will point to the correct accusation that leads to someone being arrested,

tried, and charged with a crime?

Will a transparent investigation dig up evidence that will put an end to this political soap

opera so that President Trump can continue his work without distractions?

Is this a smoke show that's conducted by leftists as they giggle upon a Russian fairy

tale instead of allowing Trump to get his job done?

What happens next?

Will President Trump read the beloved memo during the State of the Union Address?

Ever since #ReleaseTheMemo trended on Twitter, there's been an insane amount of interest

in understanding the information contained in the multipage memo.

If the memo is released, then the floodgates will be open, and people will lawyer up faster

than you can imagine.

Break down!

Take down!

You're busted!

Here's your new theme song for when the memo comes out!

5 Signs You Found the One Who Completes You (your soulmate) animated - Duration: 3:06.

5 Signs You Found the One Who Completes You (your soulmate)

welcome to lifestyle therapy channel, stay tuned.

No.1, They Help You to Be A Better you.

The person who complements you, might be a better word than 'completes,' because

you were a whole person before you met your soul mate.

If your partner helps you to be more you, than you were before you met them, it's

a sign that you've found someone who completes you.

When you're together, you and your partner automatically transform into the nicest, most

thoughtful and compassionate versions of yourselves.

You don't even have to try to be better people in each other's presence.

It just happens organically.

No.2, You can hear the other person's silent thoughts.

With soulmates, there is such depth to your relationship, that you can feel and hear what

your partner is thinking, even if it is not verbally expressed.

You don't have to constantly talk like you would with people that you just met.

Share that comfortable silence without any awkward feelings.

When you talk, you finish each other's sentences without even blinking.

You connect on a mental level unlike other people.

No.3, You can be honest with them.

You want to be able to tell your partner how you really feel.

With a soulmate, you should be able to tell your partner everything that's on your mind.

If you're feeling judged, for thinking or believing a certain thing, that's not a

partnership.

A soulmate, though, may not agree with you, will let you say what you say without judgment.

No.4, CHEMISTRY.

You have to have that special something that you feel, when you meet someone who is just

for you, for the first time.

You have to have that electric attraction, those butterflies in your stomach.

You have to feel like you've been everywhere, and you've seen everything, and now is the

time to settle down, and spend all the time you have left with that special someone.

And you will never be sorry for that.

You will never be sorry that you didn't live a bit more, before you made a commitment

to him or her.

No.5, Nothing is Better Than Being Together.

Soulmates might be able to take time apart, but when you find the One Who Completes You,

there is absolutely nothing better than being together.

When you find your best friend, your biggest cheerleader, you main support, your loyal

teammate, and your greatest lover, all in one person, it's easy to imagine why soulmates

value their time together above all other things.
