Waching daily Jan 28 2018

Hi guys

so in this video I'll be talking about what it means to be sensitive

and how so many people have it wrong about being sensitive and often think negatively of it

when sensitivity is very essential to our mental well-being and happiness.

So let's start right away.

Charlie Chaplin, a comedic icon who now of course has passed away

once said, "We think too much and feel too little."

And I agree.

In our society, we are taught either directly or indirectly from so many people and medium

that emotion, what we feel, is something that we should feel ashamed of and

try to hide and not show.

If you do show it, you will often be

discouraged to continue from people who tell you things like "You are being too sensitive. You're being dramatic.

It's no big deal. You should chill," and try to force you into a fake chill

and that unconsciously conditions us to believe that our feeling is of no importance and

it's better off being put aside or

going unacknowledged.

So as a result, we refuse to feel, but nonetheless the feeling is there already

whether you want to admit it or not, and therefore

inevitably what happens is,

you unconsciously form thoughts about your feelings. "This is stupid. I'm being sensitive. I'm overreacting.

it's weird to feel like this."

And that adds more feelings more thoughts and more feelings and more thoughts

continuously and

becomes a vicious cycle.

But we don't have to complicate our feelings.

We have to know that it's okay to feel in the first place. We're all humans, and it's completely normal.

You see, the healthiest way to deal with any sort of emotions especially the negative ones is to just feel it.

Letting the feeling be instead of resisting it or thinking about it, because that only amplifies it.

I think the best way to let your feeling be is to express and show it.

In other words, being honest about how you feel whether people understand you or not.

And one of the biggest reason why people are scared to

share their deepest and genuine feelings is fear of other people's judgment.

"What if they invalidate my feelings?

What if they don't like me anymore? What if they think I'm too emotional, weird or sensitive?

I want to look cool and chill."

We all know it's easy to judge other people circumstances, feelings or whatever it is that's not our own.

It's easy to just see what's going on on the surface level and think what he or she is doing is wrong,

the better way is this, she should do it this way not that way,

but the truth is, at the same time, those judges haven't even figured out about themselves either.

Nobody has.

Even the richest man in the world Bill Gates is still coping with the common task we're all given:

LIFE.

Even with all the wealth he has and

accomplishment he has achieved so far,

he is still trying to figure out how to do better charity, how to better distribute as well and

many more things that I have no idea about unless I'm Bill Gates.

I don't know how many of you know about the suicide of a very famous k-pop star

Jonghyun that happened about a month ago that shocked the world.

And I don't know how many of you read his will (note before death) that he wrote before he killed himself

But I definitely think that, although it's tragic and I wish it didn't happen,

his death and his well pose a lot of meaningful questions for us to

deeply ponder upon to understand better about life and ourselves.

Before we judge him for killing himself, which I noticed from so many comments online and from

Eavesdropping people's gossip about it, we can instead think about

with all that he had, a very handsome look, talent, a lot of money obviously,

fame and popularity,

all of which definitely fit into society standard of success, what made him suffer so much?

Was it the fame or wealth that directly affected his mental suffering?

Does that mean fame or wealth equals suffering?

Buddha said life is dukkha, and that knowing this is the beginning of enlightenment.

Dukkha translated into English is suffering. If you are human your fate is inevitably to suffer.

We suffer when our loved one dies, we suffer when something totally unexpected befalls us,

we suffer when other people betray or say horrible things to us, we suffer when we have physical disease.

There are so many causes of human suffering,

but the simplest and the most exact answer to "Why does one suffer?" would be

"It's because we're human."

I talk about Enlightenment and inner peace in my videos a lot

and I noticed that some people don't get my message correctly and misunderstand that

to obtain peace,

you need to fake peace and fake chill, but you will never enter peace trying to fake it.

As Buddha said,

you have to accept that you are suffering, accept that the circumstances or problems you're facing right now

are making you suffer and giving you some sort of inconvenience.

That's the primary step you need to take: acknowledging,

because only then you can move to the next appropriate step:

figuring out what you can do to solve the problem you're facing,

to get out from the current suffering however big or small.

It's spiritual practice, but it's also scientific.

It's like when you are going to see a doctor,

you first have to come to terms with the fact that you feel

physical pain, where it hurts, how it hurts for the doctor to diagnose properly and give you proper medication.

But when you disregard the pain and choose to put it aside,

that won't stop the pain; that will only make it grow more and more and worsen the symptoms eventually.

Same with your emotions and mental suffering of any sort.

We have to know that

mental suffering is not a disease or an abnormality.

It's what we all go through.

But choosing to disregard and not pay attention to your suffering or emotions, now that becomes a disease.

Jonghyun was at least honest about the fact that he was suffering;

although the solution that he chose, which was going to see that particular psychiatrist,

turned out to have worsened his suffering, because the psychiatrist didn't have any empathy or compassion

for Jonghyun's depression, and only blamed his personality,

that him having depression is because there's something wrong with him.

That psychiatrist has been criticized by the masses, and I think he deserves it,

but aren't we a little too quick to judge him ?

Because, I don't think many of us either would have understood

Jonghyun's sypmtom if he came to talk to us for help.

Then do I understand him? You may ask, And I would say,

fame and money could have triggered suffering in Jonghyun

just like poverty or indifference can trigger suffering as well.

But what exactly was his problem is of less significance

compared to the fact that whatever the problem was that made him suffer, tt was REAL for him.

One of the problems about fame or money or exceptional beauty is that

because they are part of minority, because let's face it the majority of us are not

famous, are not super wealthy are not super beautiful,

so there are less people

who can understand that their unique problems.

But nonetheless,

they are problems, although very underappreciated by the majority of people,

they are very real at least to the sufferer.

They say "A person to think means what to that person then the feminine China which kills the million."

It's not necessarily because we are selfish, but because we all have our own cross to bear,

and whatever that cross takes form on the outside, if it gives suffering to us, then it is a real problem.

It is as real as

having the potential to make someone commit suicide.

I'm not saying we should always expect other people to care about our problems

as much as we should our own.

It's our own problem, that after all WE need to proactively deal with,

and other people have their own things deal with.

I think after we come to terms with our own pain,

we also have to come to terms with the reality that

nobody can understand me as well as I do myself.

Not even your parents, not even your spouse, not even your best friends.

No matter how much they love you. It's very natural.

However, what we can do is to realize and understand

that we all have the same faith as human

and we all suffer, we all go through hard time at some point in our life,

that very basic understanding about life,

so that we could first feel secure about ourselves

and then extend our compassion and understanding and empathy to others.

Our society lacks compassion and empathy, because we care so much about

how we appear on the outside, and care so little about what's going on inside.

So the first step of developing empathy or compassion,

or to put it more accurately,

of going back to our most innate human nature is to be sensitive to our own feelings first.

If you're insensitive to your own emotions and pain, how can you understand that of others?

With compassion, we may not be able to give practical solutions to our loved ones or people who seek for help.

But at least we can listen and understand without judgment.

You can understand,

he or she might feel terrible in such circumstances.

If I were in his shoes, I would have felt the same too.

And that's not small.

That's actually, big because one of what encourage and soothe people the most is

the feeling that I am being understood, even if enough just a little bit.

So to put everything in a nutshell:

Only by being sensitive to your own feelings and having no shame about it

can you truly understand that your circumstances, and what you need to do,

and also feel true compassion for the suffering and pain of others.

Once you can do that, you will realize how so many people are

ashamed and try to deny their own pain when it's obvious that they are in pain.

And that's the consequence of our "fake chill culture" that I hope we all come out from.

There's a quote about writing by Marcel Proust

and this is exactly what I want to do through my contents.

I want to be sensitive not only for my own well-being

but also to help others find themselves and cope with their issues independently and effectively,

not based on false hope and expectation and disregard the most important matters in life.

But Vicky you're not a writer, I hear you say.

And I know what you mean. I haven't written any books.

I'm not well known for my writing, but I would love to call myself a writer

and I think anybody else can be a writer in that regard because

we all have feelings, we all have thoughts that come from the most sacred place in our heart.

But it takes courage, a lot of courage and strength to embrace it, give form to it, and put it out there,

you know, to do the actual work of writing.

I think writing is a talent, and although everybody has it,

if you're not brave enough to fully use it, you will only squander it.

So I invite all of you to be a writer

or an artist that

expresses honesty, your true thoughts and feelings.

If you think you don't have anything to offer to the world or to people,

you can give them your honesty.

Whether people judge you or not is actually not so significant

because that will ultimately bring you peace.

Honesty is the simplest thing to do

and it's what most people find so difficult to do.

So let's be simple, let's be honest and let's be sensitive, for our own good.

So guys I made it to China, and it's been two weeks.

And in my next video

I will share my impression on China so far.

I've been posting some pictures and videos I took in China on my Instagram so

Please follow me on Instagram and I will see you on my next video (very soon).

UN MIROIR PARFAIT DANS UN JEU VIDEO - Duration: 2:20.

Today, we gonna be talking about mirror ! No the one I got in my restroom

because nobody cares, but we gonna talk about mirrors in videogames.

There's many mirrors in video games.

For example in the game "Prince of Persia" (1989), the mirror create a convincing reflect

but it's also an important part of the game, because an "evil clone"

get out of it.

But in Prince of Persia, like other games of this decade, this reflection effect

isn't breathtaking.

The game just display the character sprite twice, and flip it.

To see the first REAL mirror in videogame, we have to wait

1996 with Duke Nukem 3D.

I've talked about this game many times, and everybody knows it

so, I'm not gonna introduce it.

But you have to know that Duke Nukem 3D runs with an engine

called "Build Engine"

And this engine use "raycasting" technology.

If you don't know what's "raycasting", just pause this video

right know and let's check my video about the "2.5D",

you can find the link in the description.

(Sorry for english viewers, I haven't subtitled this video yet...)

Let's back to the mirror !

In Duke Nukem 3D, the mirror is just a wall, defined as a mirror

with a special texture.

Then, each ray, casted from the player will bounce on the mirror

and continue to be traced.

With simple maths, about the angle and the length of the ray

the mirror will display the scene like a real mirror,

with every element.

So, the Duke Nukem 3D mirror is like a mirror in real life.

It doesn't bounce "light rays", but rays of the raycasting.

For the computer (CPU) that's not too hard. Rays get from A point

to B point. Nothing complicated.

Of course, these mirrors have limits. If two of them are facing each other,

raycasting will not work, because every ray will be send over and over...

without ending.

And in videogame, when something is endless... the game crash.

So, in DN34, you can't find two mirrors facing each other.

just because the technology can't allow it.

But this technology is one of the best...Because with 3D,

I mean, REAL 3D, make a mirror will be a real headache.

3D games will need much more computing power than a 2.5D game

using raycasting.

A single REAL 3D scene will be hard to be compute,

so, adding a mirror will be worst.

Developers and level designers will have to think about funny

ideas to make "cheap" mirrors for they games. And we will talk about them in the next video.

If you liked this one, click the "like" button (or I will eat your parents) and just check the next, it's already online,

and the link is in the description.

Interview With Hungarian Winemaker: THE PINK GRAPE - Duration: 10:14.

Hello and welcome to The Pink Grape My name is Anthony Metzger I am a winemaker and certified

sommelier.

Here at The Pink Grape I interview winemakers from all over the planet.

I conduct my interviews via Skype and record them live so that I can bring you face-to-face

with winemakers from all over the world.

So without further ado, please enjoy the show and be sure to subscribe.

Well Balaz welcome to the show Wines of the World, thanks for being on today I appreciate

it.

Thank you very much.

And so you are a winemaker from Hungary, is that correct?

Yes thats correct.

And how did you become a winemaker?

Well its very long story first I grew up and was born and raised in the middle of a Hungarian

region but I had no connection with wine in the beginnings at all but I became a..

Well my first experience was around my twenties when I came across such a great wine.

So I started to get into the winemaking and after that I went to college viticulture college

and so that all started suddenly you know.

I read a thing by Robert Parker who said that there was a wine the Tokaji Essencia and he

said it can age for one thousand years.

What is your take on that?

Well I haven't tried it after that long.

But the thing is its a really beautiful and natural and concentrated wine.

Actually it take a really professional level to ferment because its almost bubble by bubble

you have to be very patient.

It is very unique and special.

The story of bulls blood wine in Hungary, you have heard of this one I am sure.

Whats the story, whats the legend behind bulls blood wine?

In the ottoman times when the ottomans tackle the country in from the south, so in Egar

where this wine usually comes from.

There was a big fight between the locals and the emperors.

The Ottomans didn't often drink wine and Hungarians do a lot so they had pink around the mouth.

From drinking wine and the ottomans thought it was technically blood particularly bulls

blood because the locals were so strong and the resistance was so strong.

So they would drink the wine and it would spill on their beards and on their cloths

and the opposition thought it was bulls blood and that they were drinking it to be fearless

as a bull.

Exactly you know legends.

Where have you traveled and made wine?

You have traveled outside of the country and worked as a winemaker, where have you traveled

and made wine?

Well mostly in Hungary but I have traveled to France to Bordeaux especially which has

a special place in my heart.

In the southern hemisphere as well.

New Zealand and Australia.

And you said France has a special place in your heart as far as winemaking goes, why

do you say that?

St Emilion is my second love second because I am married.

I really love the wines.

What about New Zealand and Australia what was it you liked or loved about working in

New Zealand what is it that stood out to you most?

So much different than from Europe.

Different goals, different views, different people, really laid back country I must say.

Really easy going and a whole lot of opportunity to play around a bit with wine and wine growing

and things like this.

I think it is one of the best places probably on the globe to experience winemaking I think.

In the Southern Hemisphere you can try new things and different things compared to like

France, like St Emilion they figured it out I mean they have figured out how to make the

best wine they can but in New Zealand and Australia the new world they are still discovering

what they can and can not do so that is kind of exciting as well.

Absolutely I agree.

What is it that, you are willing to go travel around the world and make wine what is it

that you love about wine most?

Diversity where ever I go no matter the people you always learn something.

I am always told by wine people to learn and experience as much as I can and to never stop

exploring and wine has some magic you know.

it brings people together it opens your mouth up a bit and really most people like to drink

wine at the same time as they are having fun or they are partying, and that is a really

good point.

Winemaking is such natural thing it is always changing.

Everyday you learn something Challenged by the nature challenged by weather, challenged

by your colleagues or even your customers.

So its a really, wine is a really really living product I think and its ever changing thats

why I found it really interesting and fascinating.

Another thing I do on the show is I ask scenario questions to see what kind of wine you would

drink in certain scenarios.

Say you are hanging from a cliff and you are looking down for like a kilometer a really

long James Bond style cliff and at the bottom is the ocean and you see a bunch of great

white sharks swimming in a circle the odds of surviving are not looking good what kind

of wine would you drink in your last couple of minutes hanging on a cliff.

So the drop is probably very short so it must be quick so a small bottles ok, one hand,

screw top, maybe, because you know the sharks so I must say lets drink something white.

And another question I ask is if you could drink a bottle of wine with any person in

the world or anybody from history who would you drink a bottle of wine with?

Jim Morrison So I love Rock-n-Roll and music but so that would be my pick.

Alright Balaz thank you for your time and we will keep in touch.

Okay thank you very much mate and thanks for the opportunity yea my pleasure have a good

one.

Thank you for watching and I hoped you enjoyed this weeks episode of The Pink Grape.

Make sure you check in next week as I will be releasing another interview with a winemaker.

RUDOLF STEINER DESCRIBES THE HOSTILE SPIRITUAL BEINGS - Duration: 6:22.

RUDOLF STEINER DESCRIBES THE HOSTILE SPIRITUAL BEINGS WHO FEED OFF YOUR FEAR AND ANXIETY

by Edward Morgan

Anxiety, depression, and fear ravage so many today, but few pause to consider that in addition

to the material influences in our lives, we may be also under the influence of beings

which exist in dimensions outside of our ordinary perception.

But there is much more to reality than what we can see.

feel, hear, taste and touch.

In fact, an accounting of the matter that makes up the universe reveals that some 73%

of it is made up of dark energy, and another 23% is made up of dark matter, neither of

which can we see, nor understand.

Furthermore, the human eye is only capable of seeing around .0035% of the entire spectrum

of electromagnetic (EM) radiation.

When we look into the heavens, 96% of it is invisible to us.

Include in this the spiritual realms and there is an entire universe of possibilities which

exists beyond our five senses.

Very few scientists today are willing to explore metaphysics to examine life beyond ordinary

perception in order to make a connection between the seen and the unseen.

Rudolf Steiner, though, one of the most prolific and gifted scientists, philosophers, and esotericists

of his time, devoted much of his work to the task of peering behind the veil, sharing his

insight into the deeper nature of life and of the world beyond.

Regarding anxiety and depression, Steiner spoke of hostile beings in the spiritual world

which influence and feed off of human emotion; a concept flatly rejected by most today.

Yet this also analysis holds true for shamans and others who access the spiritual dimensions

in order to alleviate mental suffering for their patients.

Many are familiar with the notion of energy vampires, or people who suck your energy and

feed off your negative emotions.

On the existence of similar entities which exist in other dimensions, Steiner wrote:

There are beings in the spiritual realms for whom anxiety and fear emanating from human

beings offer welcome food.

When humans have no anxiety and fear, then these creatures starve.

People not yet sufficiently convinced of this statement could understand it to be meant

comparatively only.

But for those who are familiar with this phenomenon, it is a reality.

If fear and anxiety radiates from people and they break out in panic, then these creatures

find welcome nutrition and they become more and more powerful.

These beings are hostile towards humanity.

Everything that feeds on negative feelings, on anxiety, fear and superstition, despair

or doubt, are in reality hostile forces in supersensible worlds, launching cruel attacks

on human beings, while they are being fed.

Therefore, it is above all necessary to begin with that the person who enters the spiritual

world overcomes fear, feelings of helplessness, despair and anxiety.

But these are exactly the feelings that belong to contemporary culture and materialism; because

it estranges people from the spiritual world, it is especially suited to evoke hopelessness

and fear of the unknown in people, thereby calling up the above mentioned hostile forces

against them. ~Rudolf Steiner

Negative emotions are food for inimical spirits.

A concept such as this isnt readily accepted into the everyday conversation steered by

rigid skepticism and scientific materialism.

The traditions of today have sought to expel ancient metaphysical wisdom and its practical

application from our lives, and though scientific inquiry is exceptionally valuable, spiritual

perception has always been a part of our experience.

And yet, despite the cynical skepticism, all of the ancient mystery schools, true shamanic

insights, and esoteric teachings (much of which have been suppressed and/or distorted

over thousands of years for obvious reasons) have conveyed this truth for the ones with

eyes to see and ears to hear, using their own language and symbolism, be it The General

Law (Esoteric Christianity), Archons (Gnostics), Lords of Destiny (Hermeticism), Predator/Fliers

The topic of all topics (Shamanism, Castaneda), The Evil Magician (Gurdjieff),

The Shaitans (Sufism), The Jinn (Arabian mythology), Wetiko (Native American Spirituality), Occult

Hostile Forces (Sri Aurobindo & The Mother, The Integral Yoga), etc. ~Bernhard Guenther

Dealings with extra-sensory or hyper-dimensional beings have long been a part of our history,

and are directly accessible to any of us when proper practice and attention is given to

the matter.

I know this to be true from my experiences with plant medicine shamanism where it is

entirely possible to enter into states of consciousness where entire cosmologies of

life exist and are available to interact with.

Finding oneself in the rut of spiraling negative self-talk, depression, crippling anxiety,

or uncontrollable, irrational fear, is a sign, as Steiner points out, of a disconnection

from our true spiritual nature, exacerbated by beings who operate in the spiritual realms.

This is why some consider disorders like this to be spiritual illnesses, and until the rift

is healed with proper attention given to the development of spirit, the feelings tend to

exacerbate and drive one further into distress.

When humans have no anxiety and fear, then these creatures starve. ~Rudolph Steiner
