here's an interesting fact! 64% of parents said they didn't give their children vitamin drops growing up

and actually I've just had a really good idea but bear with me...

okay so let's carry on

so the Department of Health recommends that all children aged 6 months to 5 years

are given vitamin supplements containing vitamin A, C and D

and research showed that most parents were unaware that they needed to give vitamin supplements

to their children, because they thought a healthy diet was enough and that is meant to be fruit and veg

and interestingly only 30% of parents were advised by a healthcare professional on this

so if there's any health care professionals watching (Door Knocking) come in

so where was I so if there are any health care professionals watching

we need to do more and advise more

so why do we actually need to give these vitamins to children aged 6 months to 5 years?

well it's a good question and I'm going to try my best to answer it for you now

ok well firstly it can be quite difficult to give children a varied diet as they're growing up

so sometimes they wont get enough vitamin A, C or D

It's also quite difficult to get enough vitamin D from food alone

and these vitamins are essential for good health

such as growing healthy bones and building a strong immune system

if you're now wondering which vitamin drops you should buy well don't worry too much

all it needs to contain is vitamin A, C and D

and to make life easier the NHS actually made their own vitamin drop

and it's got a great name called healthy start vitamin drop

and here's some even better news you could actually be eligible to getting these vitamin drops for free

by applying for them on the NHS healthy start website I've left a link in the description below

but if you're not eligible you can still buy these drops or other brands from your local pharmacy

and once you've got it give it as directed on the packaging

children can be a little fussy with these kinds of things so you can either give it straight

and the Healthy Start one tastes it tastes like bananas

or you can mix it with food milk or any juice but make sure they eat all of it or drink all of it to get the full dose

and now that that's done here's some information which you may find useful

if you're breastfeeding it's also recommended that babies are given a vitamin D supplement

from birth so if you're not doing this already speak to your midwife about it

but if you are using infant formula and your baby's feeding more than 500mls a day

then you don't need to give any vitamin supplements because it's all already in there

and lastly it's still important for children to eat healthy so they can get all the nutrients they need

to grow and develop properly so I've left a few links in the description below with more information on it

Illustrator AWESOME Audio Spectrum | Illustrator Vector Tutorial | Portfoliobox - Duration: 12:59.

today I have a very very cool audio spectrum vector tutorial for you to

design for yourself in Adobe Illustrator also I'm going to review and show you

guys a very cool resource called portfolio box they're sponsoring today's

video and at the end of tutorial I'm going to show you guys how to use it so

you can make a very cool pool earlier for yourself in a matter of minutes

what is that people welcome back to Utah graphics the home of graphic design

content right here on YouTube today's video is based around a

suggestion by a subscriber on how to design audio spectrum vector in Adobe

Illustrator and like I said at the very end of the video I'm going to review and

show you guys quickly how to use portfolio blogs so if you guys want to

have control over your in portfolio online and you want to do in a quick and

own super couple earlier today the first thing we need to do in Illustrator for

our audio spectrum vector design is to make a circle with the ellipse tool you

can press L on your keyboard to locate it or you can go to the tool bar make a

black circle by holding down shift and another gradient at the stroke you can

take your time modifying your gradient in the gradient window but try and get a

nice blend between a various vibrant and bright colors

I've spit at this part of the tutorial as I did spend quite a long time

choosing the gradient for my audio spectrum vector

so increase the stroke weights and then if need be make the circle smaller so

you can see what you're doing on the canvas

the trick here is to increase the stroke until the black midsection disappears

so once you've done that open the gradient window and choose this option

here which will set the stroke around the circle like so pretty cool huh

a quick tip it's gonna help you guys in this tutorial if you turn on the scale

stroke options in Illustrator so when you change the size of the circle the

stroke over size in unison move this circle up to one side because we're

going to use that later make another circle but this time use a light gray

color press command will control our to open up your rulers and bringing guides

intersect directly through the middle of your circle vertically and horizontally

it's very important that these lines are perfectly aligned with the circle so

zoom in and take your time to set them up correctly if you can't see you guides

right click on the artboard and make them visible

so once you set up the guides select the circle and lock it in place who doesn't

move around you like to use a black stroke with no fill and press P on your

keyboard to access the pen tool draw a small line like I'm doing here and hold

down shift to make sure it's perfectly vertical you can then press Shift + W at

the same time to access the width or and carefully adjust the line so slightly

thicker the top

take your time to create a nice contrast between the top and the bottom but make

sure it's not too different

once you're happy select the line and press R on your keyboard access the

right a tool you need to track the blue icon all the way down to the midsection

of the circle on your guide intersection it needs to be placed perfectly so once

it is placed click once then hold down the alt/option key and click again

in the new window type in 1.8 and then preview and make sure the new line will

not touch the original line and then click copy you then it's all down

command or ctrl + D to repeat the process all the way around the circle

you can right-click the canvas and hide the guides because we don't need them

anymore this part can be tedious but it is essential press a to access the

direct selection tool and then click and drag the anchor point of one of the

lines to change the length you must make sure that it follows the original path

so you need to go ahead and do this for every single line on your vector design

and make sure that everything is aligned all the way around the circle I'm gonna

go ahead and skip this part of the video because it's gonna take too long for you

to see so I'll see you again soon

so you design should look something like mine here you can click and drag to

select all of the small lines and then change the stroke weights you wanna have

a nice gap between each of the lines to make sure they're not touching then you

need to drag the lines off to one side and outline the stroke

open up the pathfinder window and unite them all together as one shape

we're close to the finishing line for today's vector design with the line

selected created compound path then resize the circle and bring the lines

over the top in a way that you think is going to look good for your design

so when you ready select both the lines and the circle and they right click and

create clipping mask

next unlock everything and then we're going to want to create a black shape

and send it to the back of the design

look this shape in place because he will act as a backdrop for your audio

spectrum design

on the circle flick the fill over to a stroke and then add the same gradient as

we did before

you can use the option in the gradient window to generate the gradient all the

way around the circle

Oh Stewart our design that have that quick look at the tutorial on the

portfolio box at event video so stay tuned for that if you're interested in

making a cool portfolio for your work with the line section of design selected

go up to effect stylize and outer glow

I'm gonna use a pinky purple color for mine but you can experiment different

colors you can then click preview to see the outcome and then click OK to

generate

and they have it you already spoke from design you can now add the outer glow'

to other aspects of your design like I've done here on my logo and the inner

circle so next a brief look at portfolio bugs so like I said you can check in the

guys how it works and how easy it is the user interface is very easy to follow

and it took me a few minutes to get used to but there are guides I'm gonna show

you later that do help you create page by page where selecting the page you

want to make and then click create each page type has different layout options

and if you upgrade to pro status you can unlock multiple options so once you've

created the page you can starred in content in a very easy manner

you have control over things such as the pixel size and you simply locate your

image in an uploader then clicks insert image

this is going into my logo section of my portfolio in the bottom corner of the

screen you can see a learn button that I found very useful he will show you what

you need to do in a very logical order he will present red icons for you to

follow and click which helps a whole lot

so here's my final portfolio design which I did a rush for the purposes of

this video but as you can see I have social media icons in the bottom left I

probably should edit those to make them more visible but it's super easy to link

your social media by the way you've accessed your pages at the top menu and

one of the coolest pages you can add is the Instagram page which all you need to

do is log into Instagram via their page and it's going to automatically add all

of your Instagram posts that you've ever made

then there's my about page which has an email link and there's so many ways to

customize your portfolio it's a very easy and clean way to make your

The United States economy thrives on a simple principle of production.

When we produce more than we consume, then we can export that excess and bring money

According to The Balance, gross domestic product (GDP) is the best way to measure a country's

economy.

GDP is the total value of everything produced by all the people and companies in the country.

Assuming we can produce more than we use, that means we're not just passing money

around, we're importing it by way of foreign sales, and that's great for us.

The way we achieve a significant GDP is by doing more producing and manufacturing in

the United States.

That will also create jobs as more companies move back to America.

If companies invest in their employees and bring their business to America, then we all

do much better in the long run.

In recent years, it has made more financial sense, even for American companies, to push

their manufacturing outside our borders.

That puts a hit on our economy, even if you factor in the shipping costs.

It costs Americans to lose jobs when a company moves to another country.

This is why we need to bring those businesses back to America and give those jobs to our

citizens.

Thanks to the business-minded policies of the Trump Administration, the United States

is once again going to be home to the manufacturing of the products that had previously gone outside

the U.S.

You were probably buying their products and didn't realize it.

UPI reports that the company will close down its Canadian plant and split the manufacturing

between three plants within the United States:

"Jan. 24 (UPI) — The Campbell Soup Company announced Wednesday that it will shut down

its Toronto plant and move operations to its three U.S. factories.

The Toronto plant will be closed in phases over the next 18 months and production moved

to Maxton, N.C.; Napolean, Ohio; and Paris, Texas.

Mark Alexander, the president of Americas Simple Meals and Beverages, Campbell's parent

company, said the closing was 'a difficult one' that was 'the best course of action

for our business.'

'We are operating in an increasingly challenging environment as our industry's consumer and

retail landscapes continue to change dramatically,' he said in a statement.

Ana Dominguez, president of Campbell's operations in Canada, told the Toronto Star that one

reason for the closing is the company has too much soup and not enough customers.

'Simply put, we are in a situation where we can produce a lot more soup than we can

sell,' she said.

With slow soup sales, the amount of jobs created in the three U.S. factories will be 'minimal,'

company spokesman Thomas Hushen told Bloomberg."

Jobs are important for every American.

Previously unemployed or underemployed people will value job increases more than anyone.

Agendas and political platforms will come and go, but you can always depend on a business

to do what is best for their bottom line.

Campbells and the other companies who've made the same move are proof that the America

First plan is working.

It shows because our economy is improving.

This isn't a move that was made under any sort of financial hardship either.

This move comes shortly after they bought Snyder snack company and thereby expanded

their customer base by quite a bit:

"Dec. 18 (UPI) — Campbell Soup announced Monday a deal to buy the snack maker Snyder's-Lance

for $4.87 billion.

The 148-year-old company said it plans to pay $50 a share in an all-cash deal.

That's a 27 percent premium to Snyder's closing price on Wednesday on Nasdaq, a day

before CNBC first reported the company was considering the sale.

Campbell, based in Camden, N.J., has been on a buying spree, acquiring Bolthouse Farms

in August 2012, organic baby food company Plum in June 2013, biscuit company Kelsen

in August 2013, fresh salsa and hummus maker Garden Fresh Gourmet in June 2015, and organic

broth and soup producer Pacific Foods earlier this month.

Campbell's other brands include Pepperidge Farm products — cakes, Goldfish crackers

and Milano cookies — which it acquired in 1961.

Campbell's also makes Arnott's Tim Tam Biscuits.

'The acquisition of Snyder's-Lance will accelerate Campbell's strategy and is in

line with our purpose, 'real food that matters for life's moments,' ' Denise Morrison,

Campbell's president and chief executive officer, said in a statement.

'It will provide our consumers with an even greater variety of better-for-you snacks.'

Snyder's-Lance, the No. 2 salty snack company behind Frito-Lay, produces brands that include

Snyder's of Hanover, Kettle, Cape Cod, Jays, Archway and Diamond.

Headquartered in Charlotte, N.C., Snyder's-Lance has approximately 6,000 employees and operates

13 manufacturing centers throughout the United States and Britain.

'This acquisition will dramatically transform Campbell, shifting our center of gravity and

further diversifying our portfolio into the faster-growing snacking category,' Morrison

said about the company, which was founded in 1869.

Campbell's plans to finance the acquisition through $6.2 billion of debt.

Campbell's baked snacks generated sales of $2.5 billion in fiscal 2017, which is about

31 percent of Campbell's sales.

Campbell's soup portfolio is approximately 27 percent of the company's annual net sales."

It just makes good business sense for America to incentivize American companies to manufacture

here.

The left wanted everyone to believe that it could not be done, but here we are watching

it happen.

It's not that complicated.

Somebody who knows how to balance a checkbook just has to get the ball rolling.

President Trump's business background is helping the American economy improve.

Unemployment, stocks, and jobs are all looking great right now.

Today our guest is El Twister mechanical mod by Revolution Squad

This company is based in London, England

But manufactures the device in Taiwan

And i guess you have some kind of dissonance - 350$ and Taiwan

Let's try to find out why this device is cost 350$ in my close up

Let's dive down

Okay folks, let's unbox this black stylish package

Here we have Rose logo, Revolution Squad, London

There's the ribbon. Let's pull it

And we have another black package

Under this velvet we see a content of package

Here we have button, the tube and authenticity card with serial number

My serial number is 136

On the rear side of this card we have manufacturer official site and e-mail

And of course disassembled mechanical mod

I think you noticed that we have no user manual whatsoever

Let's see on this mech specs

This mod is made of Cartridge Brass Shell

It is available in 3 versions - El Twister(we have it here), Bellwether and Brit Pop

This mech mod features hybrid connector and have 24mm in diameter. As well as fit for attys

And it's powered by 1*18650

This mod have classic direct contact copper contact group

The button is spring-loaded, have vent holes, have auto-adjusting feature for you battery and button press adjustment

Let's compare it. In it's ready-to-go state size-wise its average compared to this 6 mech mods

It's time for detailed overview. As always we start from the top and in order

First thing we see is hybrid connector

Which is absolutely flat and have no cutout

People who familiar with Russian mech mods knows why this cutout is necessary

Which we have on all mechanical mods made in Russia

For those who isn't familiar with them - firstly it will prevent your atomizer from glueing

Second - it will prevent connector from damage such as scratches

And, of course, decreasing heat transfer from atomizer to the mechanical mod itself

Overall it's regular hybrid connector

It fits 24mm diameter atomizers

If we screw down the 24mm RDA you will notice that gap *I will forgot to mention this as a con so memorize*

It's not symmetrically - 1 side have bigger gap than other

So the gap is there

Moving forward we see the tube and it's design

As you can see it's twisted

So the name of this mod become obvious - El Twister

I can say - design looks cool, but i can't say it's something new

Anyway these spiral knurling looks gorgeous

Take a notice - we have no sharp edges, all edges are smooth

When you receive this mod it's have mirror-polished

I'll say again - these edges are smooth and feels very nice in hand

At the bottom we have a button which unscrews counter clockwise

I want you to take a closer look at the threads - they are perfect

It have wide threading. Unscrewing this button is a pleasure

That's how the internals of this tube is machined

If we look down sadly we won't see the fool-proof protection feature - edge that protects from shorting out if your battery is damaged or if you press the button with no atomizer attached

Anyway it's safety feature and i think it should be in every mechanical mod

Moving forward. Let's talk about the button

Take a notice on these cut outs on threading on both sides

This is how guys from Revolution Squad made ventilation in this mod

When you screw down this button it will adjust to the battery

It also leave that gap. That gap is working as vent hole, which will provide gas output if something went wrong with battery

I can say its good idea, guys made it well

Moving forward. We see plastic white insulator with adjustment feature

This way you will adjust the press on the button

Also we see copper contact and and to get to it we need to unscrew bottom part of the button

It is fast way to get inside and get access to the button to clean it

Here we have a button and spring

This is button housing - it's clean, reliable and have perfect threads

These thin edges aren't comfortable to use at times - they are thin and pretty deep so you will feel them during usage

Overall folks - that's it. That is mechanical mod fully disassembled

Let's assemble it in order. 1. Attach your atomizer. It's very important step for safety. Always attach you atomizer first before putting battery in

Since our vent holes is on the bottom we will put battery positive side down

Adjusting the press on the button. I want it to be as short as possible

Screwing button housing if you disassembled your mod

Now the battery is adjusted and we have a gap over here which works as vent hole

After this you can put in button and screw the button cap on

Pressing the button and we got vape going on

Which means it ready and it works

So it's time for face-time. Let's talk of its pros and cons

Anyway, no rush. We starting with cons

Okay folks, since this mod have no constant contact *This type of contact imply that you battery will be always in contact. So when you press the button the spark wont damage your battery contacts, since contact happens outside - Subzero Shorty(not X) for example*

Here we have direct pin to battery contact

It means that you battery contacts and button will get damaged with so-called black dots.

You will have to clean them with rubber eraser or sandpaper to maintain your mechanical mod performance

So it's a con because we ❤ our batteries

Don't forget - mods with direct contact require maintenance

Next con i'll give for lack of cutout on the hybrid 510 connector

As i said in close up - in my opinion it's important feature

Firstly your atomizers wont glue to your mod(which means it will be pain in the ass to unscrew them)

Second thing: this connector plate won't be scratched or damaged

And third thing - heat transfer from RDA(or RTA, or w/e you using that have deck) deck to mod will decrease

Guys from UK, USA - please, make that cutout

Guys from Russia have long been doing this

And you still make flat connectors

Next con goes for lack of fool-proof protection feature - if guys from Revolution Squad will watch this they may have no clue what it is

It is safety

Yes, i understand that this mod assumes that battery will be installed positive side down

Because vent holes is on the bottom(which means in case something went wrong all gas and electrolytes will push through positive contact)

Also this mod is totally lack user manual which would inform the user about specs and safety precautions

I believe that every mechanical mod should have user manual

Not every user that bought mechanical mod is fully understand how to use it - how they should install battery

How battery sides relate to vent holes

What batteries they should use

How the wrap should look like

Beginner(person who never used mech mod before) will not be informed without user manual so he will not know what to do

He may use some crappy batteries with damaged wrap, especially if it's positive side

So if that kind of battery will be installed positive side up with unattached atomizer

It will cause hard shot-circuit with...

The vaping world DOES NOT need this sad statistics

So in case, when manufacturer ignoring some safety features the kit MUST include user manual which will clearly show and tell how to use the mod correctly

So con goes for lack of fool-proof protection feature

I explained in detail why the safety is important and you need to have it as well as user manual

Now it's time to nitpicking

Friends, you all know that brass and copper start to patina over time

So you need to maintain these things - you need to polish them

The nitpick is - Revolution Squad not giving any color coating variants for this mechanical mod and for another version of their mod

They have classic model that is gold-plated

This version is pure brass-only

The nitpick is - you HAVE to polish it

I want to recommend to Revolution Squad - add some color variants or coating options

For people who don't like constant maintenance

Besides you position your mods as mods for businessmen

Businessman don't have any time for maintenance or polishing

And last nitpick goes for deep engraving on the button

This thin edges are sensitive during use and it may be not comfortable for fingers many of you

Okay folks, it's time for pros

First pro i'll give to this mech is for quality

Threads are perfect. They are wide, massive and buttery smooth. The quality of this mod is fantastic. Big pro for that

And this is expensive. It's expensive not only for CIS.

It's expensive as well for american people and english people. For european people. For everyone

Though it's all depends on your own wallet - if you like this device and you have enough money to purchase it

Then anyway you will go and buy something pricey

The bigger the wealth the bigger demands

So in case if someone have a lot of money - he can afford to spend it on this mechanical mod

But this mechanical mod is not mass-production as the saying goes

It's not targeted for the whole market. It's targeted on a small group of people with a fat wallet

I'm watching for both markets internal and external

And i can say - in last 6 months or a year Russian mech mod makers make a big step forward

It's look like mech mod makers from Russia are step ahead of the West mech mod makers

I'm proud

So I recommend to Western manufacturers to catch up

Afrin people speak to Kurdistan24 with high morale amid war - Duration: 3:05.

After the breakout of the Syrian civil war in 2011,

Afrin city and countryside were the safest places for the Arab and Kurdish IDPs of Idlib, Bab and Manbij

and now the city is still a safe area for the people of the surrounding villages and hometowns

People of Afrin say they are ready to offer any help for their people

and say they are not afraid of Erdogan's threats will never leave their city

We say to the world, stop being silent

Just look at Afrin where children and women are dying

people's houses are destroyed

Why you are silent and till when you will remain silent?

Afrin is home for all people

We will never leave the soil of our home

People of Afrin call on the international community to stop the fighting

for hundreds of families left their villages fleeing the shelling and bombardment

Most are living in the caves and mountains now and in urgent need for necessities of life

When the fighting broke out, most people did not leave the country

some joined the fighting on the front lines,

others joined the medical aid groups

and many others are helping the civilians

some are collecting donations for helping the civilians

Demonstrations for Afrin have become daily actions by people of the region

and in other cities in Rojava, Kurdistan Region and Europe.

and the demonstrators say they will never leave Afrin without support.

This is the eighth day of the shelling and strikes on Afrin

by the Turkish occupation

and their terrorist militants

They are attacking Afrin with tanks, rockets, war planes, and mortars.

They are planning to kill people of Afrin

Not only Kurds are living in Afrin, but also thousands from the other surrounding districts are living here.

People from all over Syria are living in Afrin safely and peacefully.

In 20 January, Turkish military and their allies of the Syrian rebels, known as Free Syrian Army,

launched an operation dubbed "Olive Branch"

on Afrin and its countryside

Hundreds of attacks and raids are conducted on the region.

HUndreds of civilians are leaving their villages and their houses are being destroyed

and dozens of people lose their lives every day

The international community hasn't taken any action yet to support Afrin.

here is a special video in which I will review some of your frequently asked questions

to for us to get better acquainted.

⇨ What motivated you to share your musical knowledge via this approach?

So, for those who do not know, my Youtube channel was born from a dumb challenge on Facebook.

It was during the summer in 2016,

The 22 push-ups challenge where you have to film yourself doing 22 push-ups, and this during 22 days.

I wanted to exercise more and I couldn't imagine myself doing this alone in front of my laptop.

So, I decided to present a vinyl before doing my push-ups and then I'll do them while the music is playing.

As a matter of fact, people really enjoyed it

and I therefore decided to launch my Youtube channel to share the music.

I gave up the push-ups for dancing, because that's my first passion as well as my job

⇨ The doe spinning on the turntable… How many times did she throw up ?

Lolololol, everytime… We put vomit bags for the doe like in aircrafts, really not fancy at all ;)

I will group several questions that come back a little bit at the same time

⇨ How do you choose artists you are talking of in your program?

⇨ How do you choose your guest dancers as well?

So, for the music i definitely choose my favorite artists

and especially those I wanna dance on or where I can imagine a guest dancing on their music.

Afterwards, I try to set up my programs' order to vary musical genres and countries.

I also try to alternate between classic LPs and more specialized Eps I wanna make people discovering.

I also choose sometimes to focus more on a musical scene:

For instance when I did the episode on Kaidi Tatham,

I knew already that I wanted to focus on Broken Beat, big time!

Indeed, while speaking about it with one of my dancer friends,

I realized some people did not know anything about that style.

For the dance, it is more or less the same approach, I select my favorite dancers

while trying to alternate styles, generations and the number of dancers.

First and foremost, I wanna enjoy it:

and it's an opportunity for me to meet people who are not used to working together

e.g. on Bahamadia's video with Mellina, Jade and Mounia

I also roll with Detroit dancers to showcase them on the other side of the world

There was the Jit, and too differents house dancers

and it was mostly dancers that we are not used to seeing

I always give dancers a lot of freedom on their track's choice as well as the location we choose together.

I give a lot of credit to the aesthetics of the location we choose to shot the video.

Thus, I am trying to find out nice and original places and to shot fixed. Lately, I have been trying the steady cam.

By the way, it becomes hard to find cool indoor places as we are in winter time,

so if you have any ideas in mind, feel free to share them in the comments.

⇨ Where did you learn "quick change" secrets ? (you are impressive in the "Hiatus Kaiyote" episode)

I would really like it to get bigger !!!

I am trying new format: I started with the original soundtracks format every 3 months,

the first one just got released on « The Thomas Crown Affair ».

I would also like to associate with other Youtubers to combine my knowledge to theirs;

I have a few in mind but I can't talk about it so far.

I would maybe work something on the samples and another format with an interview…

What are your thoughts??? Any ideas guys???

and of course in 2018, I would also like to travel more to propose videos
