My tactic is to wrap up the value once it is beyond 15 to 20. So it it was 15, I would use +5 and stand.
Or +4 and +1 combined.
However the card hand is quite limited, so you are taking a gamble.
As I have said, it is completely dependant on luck. Right here, I have EVERY VALUE except for the one I need (+2)...
I have extremely bad luck when it comes to probabilities.
It took me like 2 hours to win my first match last time I've played.
So to get further to 20 I've used +1 to get to 19, used stand and prayed.

Basically to get to the lower parts of the City, we need Sith uniforms. :)
There are three different ways to get uniforms, two of which differ for different player genders.
