There is no other than You, O King. ||1|| ਮੈਂ ਕੂੜਾ ਕਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਹਾਂ, ਜਦ ਕਿ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਗੈਰ ਹੋਰ ਕੋਈ ਹੈ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਹੇ ਪਾਤਿਸ਼ਾਹ! ਸਭਨਾ ਵਿਚਿ ਤੂ ਵਰਤਦਾ ਸਾਹਾ ਸਭਿ ਤੁਝਹਿ ਧਿਆਵਹਿ ਦਿਨੁ ਰਾਤਿ ॥ You are pervading and permeating in all; O King, everyone meditates on You, day and night. ਤੂੰ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈਂ, ਹੇ ਸੁਆਮੀ! ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਕੋਈ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਦਿਨ ਰਾਤ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸਭਿ ਤੁਝ ਹੀ ਥਾਵਹੁ ਮੰਗਦੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਸਾਹਾ ਤੂ ਸਭਨਾ ਕਰਹਿ ਇਕ ਦਾਤਿ ॥੨॥ Everyone begs of You, O my King; You alone give gifts to all. ||2|| ਸਾਰੇ ਜਣੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਮੰਗਦੇ ਹਨ, ਹੇ ਸੁਆਮੀ! ਤੇ ਕੇਵਲ ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ੀਸ਼ਾਂ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈਂ। ਸਭੁ ਕੋ ਤੁਝ ਹੀ ਵਿਚਿ ਹੈ ਮੇਰੇ ਸਾਹਾ ਤੁਝ ਤੇ ਬਾਹਰਿ ਕੋਈ ਨਾਹਿ ॥ All are under Your Power, O my King; none at all are beyond You. ਸਾਰੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਇਖਤਿਆਰ ਅੰਦਰ ਹਨ, ਹੇ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਕੋਈ ਭੀ ਤੇਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਹੀਂ। ਸਭਿ ਜੀਅ ਤੇਰੇ ਤੂ ਸਭਸ ਦਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਸਾਹਾ ਸਭਿ ਤੁਝ ਹੀ ਮਾਹਿ ਸਮਾਹਿ ॥੩॥ All beings are Yours-You belong to all, O my King. A POPULAR YOUTUBER IS APOLOGIZING TODAY AFTER HIS

DECISION TO PUBLISH A VIDEO SHOWING THE HANGING BODY OF AN

INDIVIDUAL WHO COMMITTED SUICIDE.

LOGAN PAUL IS THAT YOUTUBER.

DURING A RECENT TRIP TO JAPAN HE WENT TO A FOREST THAT IS KNOWN

FOR SUICIDES AND HANGINGS AND ENDED UP FILMING A MAN'S BODY

AS IT WAS HANGING FROM A TREE.

THROUGHOUT THE VIDEO HE IS LAUGHING, MAKING JOKES.

DURING THE MOMENT HE SAW THAT BODY HE BECAME MORE SERIOUS

BUT THEN LATER ON CONTINUED JOKING AROUND.

THE VIDEO WAS UPLOADED SUNDAY UNDER THE TITLE CALLED WE

FOUND A DEAD BODY IN A JAPANESE SUICIDE FOREST.

HIS PERSONAL YOUTUBE VIDEOS USUALLY GET ABOUT 6

MILLION VIEWS.

LATER ON HE TALKS ABOUT HOW SUICIDE IS NOT A JOKE.

AND HE ALSO INCLUDED A LINK FOR SUICIDE PREVENTION IN THE

DESCRIPTION OF THE VIDEO.

PEOPLE TOOK ISSUE WITH IT BECAUSE HE FILMED THAT DEAD

BODY, AND THE HEADLINE OR TITLE TO HIS VIDEO CAPITALIZED ON

THAT, AND THROUGHOUT THE VIDEO

HE IS WEARING THIS GOOFY HAT AND MAKING LIGHT OF THINGS.

IT WAS INCREDIBLY INSENSITIVE ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU CONSIDER

THAT SUICIDE IS ONE OF THE TOP REASONS FOR DEATH IN JAPAN.

>> FULL CONTEXT, EVERY DAY HE DOES A 15 MINUTE VIDEO, IT IS

EDITED SO THAT CUTS BOTH IN FAVOR OF AND AGAINST HIM.

IN THIS CASE HE HAD DONE A VIDEO ABOUT ALL THE QUIRKY DIFFERENT

CULTURAL THINGS HE SAW IN JAPAN.

IN THE REST OF THE VIDEO, NOT RELATED TO THE FOREST, HE IS

LAUGHING AND JOKING.

IN THE MIDDLE HE HAS THE FORCE THING WHICH IS APPALLING AND HE

BLURTED OUT THE FACE BUT HE DID SAY THAT SERIOUS STUFF, BUT WHEN

HIS CAMERAMAN IS CONCERNED ABOUT STANDING NEXT TO THE BODY HE

JOKES YOU HAVE NEVER STOOD NEXT TO A DEAD GUY BEFORE?

AND

LAUGHS.

OBVIOUSLY PEOPLE ARE CONCERNED THAT IT IS NOT TAKING IT

SERIOUSLY.

WHAT HE SHOULD'VE DONE WAS BROKEN HIS NORMAL

PATTERN AND DONE A MORE SERIOUS ONE ABOUT THIS.

I THINK HIM PUTTING IT UP IS NOT WRONG.

SHOWING THE FULL BODY EVEN WITH THE BLURRED FACE IS PROBLEMATIC.

LASTING IN ANY PORTION IN THE VIDEO IS OBVIOUSLY AN ISSUE.

WHAT HE SAYS IS FOR 460

DAYS STRAIGHT I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS KIND OF VIDEO.

I UNDERSTAND THAT.

A LOT OF PEOPLE DON'T UNDERSTAND ñ

FOR EXAMPLE WE DO A TWO HOUR SHOW.

SOMETIMES PEOPLE ONLY WATCH ONE CLIP AND THEY THINK THAT IS

THE ONLY CLIP WE HAVE EVER DONE.

BUT WE COVER THAT ISSUE 100 TIMES.

BUT HE ALSO SAID AS ONE OF HIS EXCUSES, IT HAPPENED IN THE

SPUR OF THE MOMENT AND WHAT COULD WE DO.

>> YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO PUBLISH IT IN THIS 15 MINUTE LONG VIDEO.

LET ME GIVE YOU HIS EXACT APOLOGY.

PEOPLE WERE ACCUSING HIM OF DOING THIS FOR THE VIEWS, HE

SAYS THAT IS NOT THE CASE.

SUICIDE IS A SERIOUS ISSUE, I DO NOT THINK HE WENT INTO IT WITH

THE INTENTION OF RAISING AWARENESS OF SUICIDE.

THAT IS BS.

SUICIDE REMAINS THE TOP DEATH OF PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 15

AND 39 IN JAPAN.

IT IS REALLY BAD JUDGMENT AND HOPEFULLY A HUMBLING MOMENT FOR

HIM.

SO HE CAN MAYBE THINK TWICE BEFORE POSTING MATERIAL LIKE

THAT.

I'M NOT SURPRISED PEOPLE REACTED THAT WAY.

SUICIDE IS A BIG PROBLEM IN THE UNITED STATES AS WELL.

I'M SURE THERE ARE TONS OF FANCY HAD FAMILY MEMBERS WHO TOOK

THEIR OWN LIVES.

INCLUDING IN THE MIDDLE OF THIS JOKEY VIDEO IS NOT THE WAY TO

GO.

>>HE EDITS THE VIDEO, IT IS NOT A LIVE BLOG SO HE COULD OF

DONE IT ANYWAY HE WANTED.

HE CHOSE TO PUT IT IN THE MIDDLE.

IT WAS DEFINITELY WRONG

IN THAT SENSE.

AND HIM SAYING HE IS NOT DOING IT FOR THE VIEWS IS BOTH TRUE

AND NOT TRUE.

SOME OF THE ARTICLES ARE PAINTING IT LIKE IT GOT 6

MILLION VIEWS AND THAT IS WHY HE DID IT.

MAINSTREAM NEWS HAS NEVER HEARD OF YOUTUBE.

ON THE OTHER HAND IS HE DOING IT TO GET VIEWS IN GENERAL?

OF COURSE HE IS.

HE WENT TO THE SUICIDE FORCE BECAUSE HE THOUGHT IT WOULD BE

A COOL THING.

THEN HE MADE THE WRONG JUDGMENT CALL AND IT CAME OUT LOOKING

UGLY.

THE LAST THING IS HE IS 22.

THAT I DO STUPID THINGS WHEN I WAS 22?

YES.

I THINK THERE ARE ñ I THINK HE GETS IT THAT IT WAS WRONG NOT.

>>I THINK THIS IS HONESTLY ñ I AM GIVING HIM THE BENEFIT OF THE

DOUBT ñ I THINK THIS IS A SYMPTOM OF INTERNET CULTURE.

WHAT I MEAN BY THAT IS WE HAVE BECOME SO DESENSITIZED TO THINGS

THAT PEOPLE WILL DO OUTRAGEOUS TERRIBLE THINGS ON A REGULAR

BASIS FOR ATTENTION AND THEY

BECOME INSTANT CELEBRITIES.

AND SOMETIMES YOU GO A LITTLE TOO FAR AND PEOPLE BITE BACK

AND I THINK THAT IS WHAT HAPPENED HERE.

YOUNG YOUTUBERS DO CRAZY THINGS WHETHER IT IS STUNTS OR

PRANKS.

AND IT HAS WORKED HANDSOMELY IN THE PAST.

I THINK THIS IS JUST A SYMPTOM OF A CULTURE THAT HAS BEEN

AROUND FOR A WHILE.

>> YES ON THE INTERNET PEOPLE GET A TON OF ATTENTION FOR

STUFF LIKE THIS.

BUT A LOT OF THAT IS BECAUSE OF MAINSTREAM NEWS.

BOTH HIM AND

HIS BROTHER ARE INCREDIBLY POPULAR ONLINE AND WITH

MILLENNIALS?

SOME OF HIS MUSIC

VIDEOS GET 35 MILLION VIEWS.

INSTEAD THE ONE TIME HE DOES SOMETHING WRONG YOU REWARD HIM

WITH A LOT OF MEDIA COVERAGE JUST TO BE ABLE TO SAY YOU SEE

THIS KID ON THE INTERNET?

HE IS SUCH A BAD GUY.

WHAT YOU DON'T REALIZE IS THAT WHEN YOU DO THAT IT INCENTIVIZES

OTHER PEOPLE TO THINK WHAT CAN I DO THAT IS SO BAD I CAN GET

ATTENTION?

Our employee training program is very well developed within our organization over different countries.

For the first year new comers will have their fundamental training program

to equip the basic skills and afterwards we have Key GO program for three to five years.

Key GO program divided into two categories,

one is regional GO and the other one is Global GO.

Initially your team leader or supervisor

needs to nominate you as the candidates for participating in this program

and for the same year all the nominees will be in the same class

and coached by the same instructors.

On the average these participants will meet once or twice for the whole year

to share work experience, expand the network with each other

and get more training about leadership skill by the instructors.

As for Taiwan local job opportunities,

currently Club Med would be glad to recruit more GOs in Taiwan

and up to this year we already have 150 GOs from Taiwan.

They all work in different resort sites over the world.

Also we are having a recruiting program cooperated with National Pingtung University of Science and Technology (NPUST)

some of their students who joined the program

will be the priority candidates to join Club Med GOs interviews and get hired.

To be a qualified GO, what are the requirements we need to be aware?

Many people are curious if there is any limitation for being the GO in Club Med?

Actually not,

the most important trait we care about is the personality of the applicants.

And do they need to equip language skills?

On the average each resort site accommodates 20 GOs with different nationalities

and guest from different countries.

However the international official language English is still the basic requirement for the GO.

Of course additional techniques will be also considered

such as bartender, sportsman.

Other outdoor or indoor activity skills to entertain or deliver to our guests

will be a big plus to be recruited too.

Moreover many of our GOs discover their own potentiality

when they work at the resorts and that also create more possibilities to experience different tasks.
