Waching daily Jan 12 2018

Written ingredients list below this video

2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour/plain flour (per cup = 125g). 1 tsp salt.

1 tsp instant yeast

1 tbsp oil

1/2 cup+2 tbsp warm water (125ml+2 tbsp)

Stir

Knead on a floured surface. If you find it too dry, add little water to adjust.

Knead for about 5 minutes or until smooth

Put dough in a large bowl. Drop some oil into the dough and coat evenly.

Cover for about an hour (first proof)

After an hour the dough has expanded. This is a single recipe makes into 4 pieces.

For double recipe makes into 8 pieces

Double recipe makes 8 pieces

To make 'Corn Mayo Buns' I use a single dough recipe

Divide into 4 pieces

Shape the dough into oval

Put on a baking tray lined parchment paper. Without parchment paper, grease/spray with oil.

Cover for about 30 - 60 minutes (second proof)

Toppings: sweet corn, red bell pepper/paprika, spring onion/parsley, mayonnaise, salt, pepper.

Mix well

After second proofing the dough has expanded and softer

Press lengthwise in the middle of each dough

Dab the dough with beaten egg.

Add the toppings to each dough

Better not to add too much toppings (it will make the top mushy)

At this point the oven already hot

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 - 25 minutes. An oven may vary.

Until golden brown and the topping has set.

Best to eat when it warm. Consume on the same day baking.

Vegeta "BEYOND Super Saiyan Blue" Transformation EXPLAINED! - Duration: 6:48.

Vegeta awakens to an amazing power beyond Super Saiyan blue this is a quote

directly coming out of Goku's mouth in Dragon Ball super episode 123 preview so

what does this mean has Vegeta learned a new technique that

allows him to multiply his power or has Vegeta unlocked a new transformation or

could this even be a variation of ultra instinct well if you analyze all the

evidence from the anime and the manga you'll realize that Vegeta's new form is

actually a combination of everything that I just mentioned the most obvious

changes to Vegeta are seen in the new ending credits in his hair and his eyes

his new hair is the same length and style as Super Saiyan Baroda but the

major difference is that he is now rocking a deeper shade of blue his eyes

also appear to be a darker shade of blue this can also be seen in episode 123 but

there is one more change that nobody is talking about if you look closely you

can see a distinct white diamond shape Sparkle surrounding Vegeta's aura which

are completely different from the dollar ones that we usually see in fact the

animator specifically went out of their way to show you both in the same frame

as you can see Goku has daughter sparkles while Vegeta has diamond ones

not only bad earlier in the preview the animators also go out of their way to

show you a point of view coming from Vegeta as he looks over at jiren you can

once again see the white diamond sparkles obstructing Vegeta's view this

is said the REC reference to when Goku unlocked ultra instinct in episode 110

as he looked over at jiren Goku's view was obstructed by his aura likewise

Vegeta's view is more obstructed by diamond white sparkles but these white

diamond sparkles have never been seen before in the anime but it did appear in

chapter 22 of the manga when Madeira transformed into super saiyan Gotoh this

is the first piece of evidence that hints at Vegeta have

a new transformation now a lot of people are calling me dealers new form mastered

Super Saiyan blue as seen in the manga but this is actually incorrect because

there are major differences between the manga and what we are seeing in the

anime in chapter 24 of the Dragon Ball super manga Goku can barely keep up

against a masu Goku then closes his eyes he meditates and suddenly the Super

Saiyan blue aura completely vanishes Vegeta explains that Goku sealed the

Super Saiyan blues overwhelming power within his body blues weakness is that

the full power only lasts for a short while

now that Goku has four key control and zero key leakage he is continuously

fighting at 100% which Vegeta calls complete Super Saiyan blue or Master

Super Saiyan blue depending on the translations that you read now master

Super Saiyan blue has a one major downfall holding the power of Super

Saiyan blue within his body could break him at any moment if this sounds

familiar to you it is because this is the exact same weakness as the kaio-ken

technique that is used by Goku in order to use the can or master Super Saiyan

blue you have to increase your body's physical stamina to endure the strain of

fighting at 100% continuous power three chapters later on Dragon Ball super

chapter 27 of the manga as Vegeta is having a rematch against the god of

destruction beerus vegeta can't even land a hit on beerus vegeta closes his

eyes he meditates and then suddenly the super saiyan blue aura completely

vanishes but what's interesting about this is that we're specifically calls

this a form and not a technique this is what separates master Super Saiyan blue

from the kaio-ken the Kaioken technique is a technique while masters Super

Saiyan blue or complete Super Saiyan blue is actually a form or a

transformation above Super Saiyan blue but without any physical changes to your

hair with his new form Vegeta manages to land

it um beerus but even so beerus easily defeats vegeta without even using his

full power wisdom states that vegeta is still thinking first and moving later

which explains that it will take some time for Vegeta's brains and senses to

get his body to move on his own which says that vegeta misled every single

part of his body judge and move on its own so obviously whis is referring to

the ultra instinct state of being but it is very clear in this panel that masters

super saiyan blue is still below ultra instinct now many people are claiming

that the G does new form is master Super Saiyan blue as seen in the manga but

based on the evidence I just presented to you I have to disagree Goku is the

only Sagan that has Super Saiyan God all try instinct and the kaio-ken Soto is

not ready to give Vegeta ultra instinct just yet but giving him Super Saiyan God

is completely useless at this point in the terminal power now they could always

give Vegeta kaio-ken but then that wouldn't make any sense

because it wouldn't make him any more special or better than Goku so in order

to solve this problem it appears that toy is basically giving

Vegeta his own unique version of a kaio-ken but not exactly cow can we

don't fully know how his new transformation works but it is clear

that it is borrowing elements from the various other things that I mentioned in

this video so my best prediction is that the Cheetahs new form is stronger than

Kaioken but weaker than old tri instinct he may

not have mastered Super Saiyan blue because of his kid leakage but his new

form is still give him the benefits of fighting at 100% continuous power but of

course we're gonna find out this Saturday on episode 123 and I'm very

excited because this weekend and this Saturday actually is my birthday guys so

episode 123 is happening on my birthday we are gonna party on a livestream and I

can't wait to see you guys later tonight

Muslim Best Friends Style Each Other - Duration: 5:45.

- Tell the Paparazzi get the lens right

- Dude, it's this fur coat, man,

it changes people.

- I'm Zainab

- And I"m Wajihah

- I'm Sarah

- I'm Lina and I'll be styling her

- For under $75

Don't worry, I got you, you'll look good.

- I don't trust you.

- You'll look the best you've ever looked.

(laughing)

- I've known Lena for about a year now.

My fashion is like 90's tomboy.

Lazy, fashionista.

I am inspired by like Zendaya

(laughing)

Zayn Malik

I see pictures of them and I'm like, wow,

I have a leather jacket but am I gonna do

everything else with a leather jacket, no.

- So your literally inspired cause they both wear

clothes and you wear clothes too.

Sarah is like always in a jean jacket,

which is cool, I'm like, okay, good.

Like you're in some sort of like good direction.

But then she'll, like, underneath it, have like

a random t-shirt, not even a graphic tee or like

a band tee or a cool tee, it's literally those t-shirts

you get from college for free.

(energetic music)

- We met when we were five, I think, when I moved from

Pakistan to the US.

I would describe my style as kind of accidentally

business casual.

Things you would wear to work but dressed

down a little bit.

Maybe like one-notch above rolling out of bed

and going to class in my pajamas.

My style inspirations- obviously Rhianna.

That's like a no-brainer.

I really like Yuna's style.

I think she was like one of the first Muslim

women that I saw, like kind of sort of mainstream.

- She has her, like, phases.

But I think it's mostly like, Grandma Chic.

Like the cool auntie or like your cool

babysitter kind of vibe.

I haven't seen you in anything too crazy where

I'm like, don't don't, why are you going outside in that.

I've never seen that

- I'm not that adventurous with my style.

- That's true.

- Like, I have lane and I like to stay in it.

And I don't, I seldom swerve out of it.

- I just feel like, in the fashion world, like

growing up, there was no Muslim woman out there really.

That's why I was so influenced by the next closest

thing to me, which were my brothers.

- I think social media has really changed the game.

- Hijabis on Instagram, killin' it.

- Halima Aden recently got signed to IMG Models and was

on the cover of Vogue and, you know, that's a huge deal.

I think there's a lot of young Muslim girls in this

next generation that are gonna see that and it's gonna

be really amazing and groundbreaking for them.

- Okay, well, I'm gonna go so I can buy you

a cute outfit.

- Wish me luck.

- Don't (beep) up.

- So I'm at the mall.

I'm about to grab some stuff for Z

- I'm currently on my way to a few different shops

to shop for Sarah.

- I want her to wear something edgy.

Something that she wouldn't normally think to wear.

- My biggest challenge, I guess, is gonna be the

$75 dollar limit.

It's kind of tough to put together an outfit

within that budget.

- So, yeah, let's do this.

(upbeat rock music)

- Alright, team. I did it.

It was really hard.

Like as soon as I got in, it felt real.

- It was actually a lot harder than I thought

it would be to put it together.

- I would say that the hardest part was not imposing my

style and my fashion onto what I was choosing,

which I think I definitely did.

- Hopefully it turns out well, we'll see.

- I actually don't know if she's gonna like it,

like at all.

But I think she's gonna rock it.

- We're gonna see how this turns out.

If you like it or not.

- I have no idea what to expect.

- I don't know. Let's just get to it.

- I'm actually excited to see how Sarah looks.

It might turn out pretty well after all.

- I feel like I'm seeing my bride for the

first time on our wedding day.

Alright, Sarah, are you ready for us?

- [Sarah] No.

- Come on out!

- Oh my god, you look so good!

- I haven't seen myself.

- I do not know what I look like.

- I'm telling you you look so good.

- I did not even tie this hijab myself.

- Oh my God you look so cute.

- Okay... that's a lot of glitter.

Okay.

- Oh my (laughing) Oh my God!

- What's this laughter (laughing)?

- I feel like Selena.

- Any day you feel like Selena is a good day.

So, the vinyl jacket's actually from my closet,

along with the shoes that she's wearing.

They're sparkly as well.

And the outfit itself is from Eden Sky on Melrose

and I like that fact that it was like two pieces and she

can like mix and match these.

When it's like a nice, like, pop

statement and together it is a look.

- It pops alright.

- When I first walked into Forever 21, this romper

caught my eye.

I did want to see Z in some kind like romper or

overalls just because I haven't seen her in that.

I did some shopping around for the fur coats.

There were like, quite a few options.

This color, I thought, matched really well.

And I hadn't seen her in it before.

- If I was to see this outfit like in a store or something

I probably would like pick out a similar type of romper.

I've been looking for a good romper for awhile.

- Now it's on me.

There's no going back.

I'm excited to see what people think.

- I think people will probably, for the most part,

be like really into it.

It's pretty stylish.

- High five!

- Yeah!

- [Wahjihah] Representation for me is more about that

all happening and that not being remarkable at all.

Like I wanna see a day where we can see like different

types of people and it's not like,

oh did you see that one Muslim model, like

what a big deal that it is.

- [Zairab] You're like texting all your friends like

did you see

- [Wajihah] Yeah, it's like in the group chat.

It's everywhere on Twitter.

It's like I want to get to a point where

that's just the norm.

- [Zainab] Yeah.

- [Wajihah] And you know I think that we are taking

the steps to get there and that is happening

but you know I'm happy that we are where we are.

- [Zaibab] Yeah, I agree.

Rival 600 Liftoff Tech - Duration: 1:46.

On Rival 600, the thing that we really wanted to look at

was when you lift off your mouse

to put it back again somewhere

You always do this because you need to do swipes you need to move around on the screen all that stuff

We wanted to combat that inconsistency

Obviously we all have a navigational sensor in there

A navigational sensor is what picks up the motion of the mouse

Then we translate that into something that moves your cursor or your

person on the screen and whatever.

That's one sensor that sits in there.

What happens when you do a vertical lift

is that for a period of time your regular navigational sensor will be a little bit confused.

It won't know what's going on essentially

it doesn't know whether it's just it stopped tracking because the mouse pad was out

or whatever happened

The way that we're helping the regular navigational sensor is

we've added an additional sensor that does nothing else but track liftoff

Then it tells the navigational sensor to shut off

you don't have to work anymore.

It's very simple and this little sensor

we've placed in there has nothing else to do in the world than just track the distance.

So it means that we can be a lot more precise

it's less than 0.5. Millimeters. That's less than a credit card.

It's super super thin

So you're not getting all the wobble you're not getting all the inconsistencies.

You're just getting a nice clean signal.

when you're designing a new mouse you have obviously a thousand elements to consider

But one of the most important things is how you capture and translate their hand movement with perfect fidelity

We're always looking for

How we can make the gaming experience better for the gamer?

English Idioms about Eggs - Duration: 6:01.

Extra English Practice

Hey, everyone. Today we're going to look at some more idioms in English.

Idioms are expressions or groups of words that have a specific meaning together

that isn't the same as their meaning if you actually directly translated the words.

So it's not their literal meaning; it's just an expression. Mm hmm

We're gonna look at three expressions today that all are related to eggs.

My favorite breakfast food!

Number one.

Wow, Misha, you got a lot of eggs there! I know, I'm really excited!

That's a lot of eggs in one basket. You shouldn't put them all in one basket. What? It's fine! It's no problem.

What if you drop them?

I'm not gonna [gasp]

[sad tuba sounds]

To put all your eggs in one basket means you put all your money, all your dreams or your hopes in one thing.

So maybe you invest everything in one company or one part of the stock market

or maybe you put your whole future in one opportunity, and this is dangerous

because if that thing doesn't work out, you're left with nothing.

Yeah, this expression came from the fact that eggs are so fragile and so easy to break,

that if you put them all into one basket, and you drop that basket,

then you have no eggs. They will all be ruined.

Hey, I heard you just, uh, graduated. Yep! Congratulations. Thank you!

So what's up next for you? What are you ..what are you gonna do?

Well, I applied to Google. My friend works there, so I'm just waiting to hear back from them.

Gotcha. You haven't applied anywhere else? No, no, no ... Google. Google's got me.

But what if it doesn't work out? Maybe you don't want to put all your eggs in one basket. Hm, that's a good point.

[sighs] Hey, Misha, you okay? No, I'm freaking out! The company I put all my money in,

I invested all my money, just went bankrupt!

But surely you have other investments!

No, I put all my eggs in that one basket.

Walking on eggshells means that you have to be careful not to offend someone

or do something to upset someone. So you're being very careful.

The expression refers to the fact that eggshells are, one, painful to walk on.

So if you're walking on them, you're uncomfortable.

And, two, they break really easily. So if you were walking on them, and you didn't want them to break,

you'd have to step every step so careful. So this means that someone is upset about something,

or someone is really sensitive about something,

and you have to be careful in every little movement, so you don't make it worse.

Ugh, Misha, my husband has been so irritable lately!

I feel like I'm always walking on eggshells around him. That's awful!

Hey, Misha, I'm going to visit Sam. You wanna come?

Oh, no, the last time I was there, I broke her favorite mug

and so now I feel like I'm always walking on eggshells around her.

Misha, look, I've got six chicks!

Woah....well, I mean, you have six eggs. Don't count your chicks before they're hatched.

Yeah. You never know. Mm hmm.

They're hatching!

Oh, you were right. Guess I shouldn't have counted my chicks before they hatched. Only got five. Too bad.

Don't count your chickens before they hatch

means you shouldn't assume that something good is going to happen until it happens.

You should wait until you get the actual results of something before you count on them or celebrate them.

Yeah. So this comes from the idea that after a chicken lays eggs,

some of them will hatch into chickens, but not necessarily all of them.

So you shouldn't say, "Oh, look, I've got 12 chicks!" until you have 12 chicks. Yeah.

Misha, I just booked a really expensive vacation. I'm so excited!

What...how..how are you gonna pay for that?

Oh, I'm expecting a promotion at work, and so the money will..

But you haven't got the promotion yet.. maybe you shouldn't count your chickens before they're hatched.

Larissa, I'm so excited! My friend just won the lottery and I'm just thinking of all

the ways I'm gonna spend my share of the money!

I thought you said your friend won the lottery, not you.

Yeah, but we're really close. I'm sure she's gonna give me some of the money.

Are you sure you're not counting your chicks before they've hatched? Nah. Ok.

So we hope you enjoyed this video, and you should try these idioms out with your English-speaking friends.

And remember to subscribe so that you get all of our videos,

and there's also some more interesting ones you can watch right here. Mm-hmm

Thanks for watching! [laughter] No.

The eggs are safe. No eggs were harmed in the making of this video.

7 IDEAS to get people involved in KID'S MINISTRY (Q & A) WRIGHT IDEAS WITH SUSAN - Duration: 16:43.

every single week well that's a bit of a myth so can we bust that myth

hello everyone I've got some friends who come over for

a cup of tea and you may know them this is Susie and this is Karen hello and

we come together today and we were brainstorming ideas of how to get people

involved in children's ministry now that's not always easy is it but at the

beginning of the year we are always looking for people to come and be

involved so we have come up with how many ideas? 7 yep and they're not comprehensive

we're just gonna share with your thoughts and hopefully it'll help you to start

thinking about who you can invite to be part of your ministry so the first thing

that we thought was probably the most important Susie's gonna share it with us

so prayer we need to pray we need to ask God who in their lives that might be

involved in our sort of ministry pray that openings will happen maybe

even do a prayer walk around to a ministry area so that you can really

just hand it all over to God because after all it is his ministry that's

exactly right and for him to impress people... that's happened to me lots of

times of you know somebody stepped out of a certain area and then I've got a

list of all the people I've connected with who might be interested in this

ministry and sure enough I ring one of those people and I said you know what I

was just looking for something to do in my spare time and it's like no I don't

believe this yes we do believe it. there is power in prayer...number one go ahead and pray for your ministry and pray that God

will put people on your mind to ask be involved and then we were thinking about

where's another one Oh Karen this one is for you to invite people.. people won't be

involved unless they receive an invitation and Jesus went out and personally

invited people to come along with him and we need to do the same and we've

all got friends and family and people at church in our small group just other

people we might know to personally go up and give them the

invitation to come along and be involved oh the other thing we were thinking

about was putting a note in your church bulletins or newsletters yes just so

people will see it and to do it week after week as you're just starting to

get your ministry going so that's important too as well so what are some

other ways that we can ask people to be involved in your children's ministry so

let's go with that one yeah well we often have functions to to help our team

so we invite them to maybe babysit to help with catering help me set up and

put down all those little things or even come along and help with craft or

something like that so those sorts of things that just gives them a little bit

of a taste of oh this is a pretty positive group to be part of yeah they

are helping you in a big way Easter and Christmas often have lots of

opportunities to invite people along you might be running bigger programs with

any might just need more eyes and other set of hands and it's just great to be

involved and then with once the people have seen the work that's in this

ministry but you can pray informed way yeah and I find - God works and it opens

their eyes that yeah children are a wonderful area that they can serve and

you get so much back from kids so there are many different ways that

you could possibly ask people to help another thing is just praying for you

asking someone to be your prayer partner for the year and pray

specifically for your class and when you're teaching

that's a huge important part of being involved what about even for some people

who maybe want to get involved but they can't because they might have babies or

children they have somebody else could could babysit for them but you might

even be able to swap you can do some ministry you know one week and another

one another mother you could look after her children and she could do it another

week for another time yeah I remember when I had my first child and I was

teaching some classes and a young adult from our home group said hey I'll look after

your baby while you go and teach and she would actually meet me there and she

would just go for a walk pushing the pram while I went and

taught the class and I just remember that that was such a ministry to me that I

could actually still be involved in what I was doing and she would just go for a walk often little idea

I think of her often - of what she did for me

I had the same experience myself.... yeah, me too.

4th little idea that we were talking about was to come and see how do we get people to come and

see they may not be ready to teach anything how do we do that well I think

sometimes people are scared when you say that there's a need to have more people

involved in kids ministry and they may think that if they express an

interest they'll be given a class first up we need to make a clear that we

actually we don't we're not going to put people without training and without

prior experience to have the responsibility of running a class that

would just be wrong yeah so it's great to come along and see

perhaps they have some barriers in their mind preconceived barriers that actually aren't right

and don't exist and perhaps over the course of time

when they come and have a look they could see that it might be for them

or maybe for someone else they know

or they could just be a helper

not just, its a very important role

depending on your ministry, your church or organisation

you might need to have some requirements or things in

place before you can go into the situation so make sure you check that out

but we're talking about now the helpers sort of thing mm-hmm what does

that mean being a helper what would that involve? it could be different for different

people but just having another person in the classroom or in the building

where you are being praying yep helping with handing out books helping with

activities even just a word of encouragement with the children

or if a helpers got specific skills like the leading songs or whatever like that

they could easily just take the parts of they're comfortable with so initially if

I have an assistant with me they're just really observe the second person

walking around the classroom giving positive smiles nothing very hard at

all and then grow and do the things that they're comfortable with

Its important not to be prescriptive because each of us have got different

gifts to bring to this ministry and it may simply be being there but and it may

progress to something more in time it's up to the person themselves as to what

they feel comfortable with and how God has gifted them that's right then

sometimes I've gotta a group of boys mucking up at the back of the room

and I just ask my helper can you just go stand behind them

really well or even sitting in the story time just sitting near the kids that are

kind of mucking up that is really really helpful

other thing is is recently our church is growing and we're getting lots and lots

of kids in the program and we just don't have enough hands look after all the

gorgeous little bodies and we just need someone to come and and just

be an extra hand be an extra adult to help to help show them where to go or

help with a craft or that sort of thing so I really am enjoying being a helper

in that content and we need them anymore please think don't think just because

you're not teaching the Bible lesson that you're not, you know that, you're not

fit for this ministry there are so many things that you can

and the other thing that actually happened to me is one year I had a

friend from my Bible study group and she I asked her just to be a helper I

remember it throughout the year she said I'm really happy being a helper you know

because I asked her, do you want to actually take a lesson... oh no, I'm

happy being a helper in and then later as the year went on um we needed someone

to fill it and she stepped up and she actually taught the actual Bible lesson

and she felt really good about it it really raised her confidence she realised

I can do this and what I realized what was happening is was I was actually

just pre-training and giving her confidence that yeah it's really not

that difficult and and now that person actually teaches lots of classes on her own

this past year and is taking on more classes this year and her whole intention was

Susan, I'm happy being a helper. that was her intention

yeah that's right and God equips us and helps us to actually go beyond what our own thoughts are.

and it's lovely if there's a child there something might have happened during the

week like our pets died or something and you just don't have time to

actually spend that time listening to that child and just affirming them and

they helper can just sit down beside them and and just have that little

conversation a little prayer and you know that child's needs been met which

you can't do that when you've got a bigger group that's exactly right and

there are so many occasions like that they want to tell you everything

you guys know that too.

the other thing that I wanted to talk about was it was kind of a myth and that is with timing

and how much time you have to give to a ministry that might be you might think

it's fully all year long you know every single week, well that's a bit of a myth

so can we bust that myth

people have an idea I think, that in children's

ministry that you have to be female and without children yourself and

being able to commit to a whole year it's not the case at all. perhaps week on

week off might be a good idea perhaps you could commit to one term and maybe

you're going to go overseas during the course of the year and think that

therefore you can't be involved at all you're going to go inter state to help

with your grandchildren you can still be involved and just commit to one term

perhaps one semester or half-year and maybe somebody else can do the other

half of the year maybe no one will be there to take the other half just to be

involved for whatever you're able to do that's exactly right you know I

find that in most ministries children's ministries if you let them know ahead of

time that you're gonna be away then that's okay you know that's okay to say

you know and I'm not gonna be here for the month of you know May because I'm

going on a cruise.. a lot of my friends are going on cruises but

anyway they think, oh I can't commit you know and

I think no no we'd love you to be involved when you're in town and if you just give

enough advance notice then yes you can be involved and we can organize and

coordinate and make sure that that everyone knows when you're there and

when you're not there because I know we all like to commit to a year don't we?

Sometimes I've noticed that people I've got time in one of our teams we've got a father and

her daughter and they co teach that's between

your class so when he can do it he does it when she can do it she's got four

children she homeschools he's got a company but between them it's their

class so that works well and another thing we're looking for is for those

people who have committed but then they're going to be away relief

instructors yes so they are willing to fill it yeah

that's a person so that you know if you have part-time work or or shift work or

whatever you can be rung and so today we've got a vacancy are you available

and you can say yes or you can say no and so you know just another option out

there that's still helping the team helping it all work out but it's not that

big commitment of the whole year. our final little thing we wanted to cover was

training and this is the training Queen

but I see the need that's why we instigate a training every term it's not

just about the training actually well but that is an element all right

it's good to get different skills and updated and and learn different ideas as

much from each other as it is from the trainer but there's something about a

group of like-minded people getting together and just just sharing being

part of the the blessings that God but in our life doing the ministry we're

doing instead of being in some ministries you feel like you're the

weary warrior nobody knows you're doing or once a year you might get back

on the back and not that it's about that of course but it is about being a

part of a team and sharing share ideas susan has all the technical stuff

different people have different ideas and not that we'd never want to be

intimidated that we can't do it but but we do pick up ideas I love it every year

in training... if it's the trainer or somebody else this I did this

nativity scene or we used these Easter eggs and sometimes you'll even know it

but you just haven't done it for a few years and you see a reminder you do

reminder that idea or you borrow their resources and you borrow them it

was very happy to share so it is really and there's lots of training some

there's different websites that will show where the training of your

particular ministry is on so that if it doesn't suit you in your local area or

you might into Brisbane, Toowomba or Sunshine Coast

wherever you happen to be around the world so that you can link in and

I suppose we've got to be the best we can for Jesus.

none of us are perfect but we're always growing and learning and

sharing and we need to be learners and that's and be willing to learn and to

get new skills I mean I have been a teacher for a long long long long time

professional and volunteer and every time I go to a training I come away with

a new idea and it just Spurs me on like you said its the community of people

we sharpen one another

so and also you can go to trainings without being in the ministry yet so

I know of someone who felt that she couldn't be involved in the

kids ministry just wasn't for her but but could see how important it is and

supports kids ministry through prayer and so she came to a training session

once just so that she could pray in a more informed way that was so helpful

and encouraging to me and I know that she continues pray for our work.

Well anyway, we have talked - just 7 little tips or 7 little ideas I know there's much more outside

of this if you know some things can you please put them in the comments?

there's also another way to get training...I know it's good channel
