Hi there, it's Ernest from Trip Astute. In this quick bonus video, we thought we share

some more aerial footage that we captured on our drive from London to

Bath while in England. This was our second stop, so check out our footage

from Liddington if you want to see our video from the first stop. And we thought we

would try to capture both the snowy countryside and sunset. Here is some

drone footage that we captured while passing through Somerset.

HOW TO DRAW DARK SKIN TONE WITH TOUCH FIVE MARKERS ✔ TUTORIAL - Duration: 4:00.

Hi! I'm Anastasia. Welcome to a Touch five markers tutorial.

Now I'm gonna show you how I draw very dark skin tone

First I'm adding 65 Lace Blue shade in places where the most dark shadows would be

But don't worry it would not stay blue I will cover it with a 91 natural oak shade.

It would be the base color and the most dark shade that I will use

I leave some emty spaces on the cheeks, nose, chin and forehead to apply another lighter color

These are places on the face that are most illuminated so they would be lighter

So I have covered the places with 97 Rose Beige shade.

And now I'm blending edges with a 107 Sand shade.

But you can do it with a same 97 shade to!

And if you don't have such colors you can use any shades that are close to mine.

it is totally okay

so I keep on blending and make it darker and darker

but I'm trying to leave some light spaces in the middle

I have colored eyes with a same 97 shade

and the lips with a 16 Coral pink shade

I'm using 65 lace blue shade again to make some shadows more darker and agter it I will cover them with a 91 shade

adding some shadows to the lips

I decided to make highlights on her cheeks and forehead smaller

so I'm adding again 91 shade

and then blending it with 107 shade

For inking I wanted to use my refilable brushpen with a black inks so the paper that I'm using now

is not special marker paper that why it's really hard to blend now

And if you are using special marker paper it would be much easyer

I have colored hair in the same way

First I have added 65 lace blue shade for the deep shadows

then I have added 97 rose beige shade for highlights

and after it I have added 91 natural oak shade for mid tone.

and yeah.. without inking this illustration look a little bit creepy

So that's all about how to draw very dark skintone with a Touch Five markers

I hope it will be useful!

Continue watching if you wanna see how I drew the line art and the highlights and the final result

Thank you for being with me today. See ya in the next video!

I love all of you! Bye-bye

Nicki Minaj Fans Want to Know if She'll Cut Ties with H&M After Controversy - Duration: 1:42.

Hey guys for Complex News, I'm Natasha Martinez.

H&M faced major backlash after they published photos of a young black model in a hoodie

that read "coolest monkey in the jungle."

The uproar caused celebrity collaborators like G-Eazy and The Weeknd to denounce the

company and cut ties.

However one artist with an H&M collaboration has remained noticeably silent.

Nicki Minaj recently released a Winter line with H&M, and though some noticed she's deleted

Instagram posts promoting her line, fans want to know where the rapper stands in the debate

over the hoodie.

"Nicki is awfully quiet about this H&M situation"

"Has Nicki Minaj said anything towards H&M or is she ignoring it like she did the Pulse

Nightclub shooting?"

"@NICKIMINAJ you still working with H&M sis?"

In response to the backlash H&M released a statement apologizing for the situation.

"We are deeply sorry that the picture was taken, and we also regret the actual print.

We have a responsibility to be aware of and attuned to all racial and cultural sensitivities

- and we have not lived up to this responsibility this time."

The young model's mother went ahead an said that people needed to stop overreacting to

an unnecessary issue.

However prominent figures and celebrities such as LeBron James and Pusha T have vehemently

opposed the image.

There are still fans who are defending Nicki's silence, saying that the artist is just busy

working on her upcoming album.

"People keep saying nicki Minaj hasn't said nothing about H&M.

She hasn't even said happy new year this year.

Stfu she in the zone and took a break from social media.

The Culture want support but been dragging her all year She will speak when she wants."

President Trump BASHED Liberals In A PATRIOTIC WAY! – Way To Go! - Duration: 2:09.

President Trump BASHED Liberals In A PATRIOTIC WAY!

– Way To Go!

This morning President Trump absolutely crushed the liberal immigration policy with a strong

patriotic statement that he laid down on Twitter.

In his five-tweet statement, he stunned the liberal public and made them not to know where

to turn, since they all know about their leader's corruption, only they didn't want to say

it.

POTUS bravely tackled them saying: "The so-called bipartisan DACA deal presented

yesterday to myself and a group of Republican Senators and Congressmen was a big step backwards.

Wall was not properly funded, Chain & Lottery were made worse and USA would be forced to

take large numbers of people from high crime….." "….countries which are doing badly.

I want a merit based system of immigration and people who will help take our country

to the next level.

I want safety and security for our people.

I want to stop the massive inflow of drugs.

I want to fund our military, not do a Dem defund…."

"….Because of the Democrats not being interested in life and safety, DACA has now

taken a big step backward.

The Dems will threaten "shutdown," but what they are really doing is shutting down

our military, at a time we need it most.

Get smart, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!"

"The language used by me at the DACA meeting was tough, but this was not the language used.

What was really tough was the outlandish proposal made – a big setback for DACA!"

"Sadly, Democrats want to stop paying our troops and government workers in order to

give a sweetheart deal, not a fair deal, for DACA.

Take care of our Military, and our Country, FIRST!"

The President really showed them how things are around here.

He is 100% true and 100% Patriot, a deadly combination for the anti-military, anti-flag,

anti-anthem, anti-America liberals who simply cannot escape from the reality.

DAKAR GAMES :: Part 2 [1987-2018] | It's a Pixel THING - Ep. 134 - Duration: 10:05.

Hey, guys!

Welcome back!

Some of you asked for another Dakar video with more Dakar related games!

Finally, the wait is over!

Let's take a look!

Besides the amazing and groundbreaking Paris-Dakar from the Spanish developer Made in Spain released

in 1988 for The ZX Spectrum, Amstrad CPC, MSX, Amiga and DOS,

Codemasters was, as told on my Colin McRae Rally retrospective, totally into racing games,

so it was a matter of time for them to release, in 1991, a Dakar related game:

Paris to Dakar, exclusively for the ZX Spectrum.

It had nothing to do with its more strategy-based Spanish counterpart and definitely way less

enjoyable.

The only feature worth mentioning is the chance of racing with a rally car, a buggy, truck

or bike.

But prior to these, and as mentioned on Pixel THING's episode dedicated to my Top 16 Games

for the TurboGrafx & PC Engine,

Victory Run was released in Japan in 1987 and, a couple years later, in the United States.

It would offer us the chance to drive our vehicle from Paris to Dakar, through various

types of terrain, and we would be forced to use manual shifting!

Something that scared casual players right in the first kilometer!

Also, by the end of '87, a strange Dakar related game developed by ISCO was released

for the Famicom:

Paris-Dakar Rally Special!.

This odd and unusual sort of racing game, with a title that sounds like something we

could eat at McDonald's, would mix elements of so many different genres in gaming,

like driving and racing, action, shoot' em up, adventure and even platforming!

This is, I believe, that farthest we can go in what Dakar related games are concerned!

By 1989 the French software house Coktel Vision published African Riders-01, from fellow French

developer Tomahawk, that would start to explore the Paris-Dakar license.

It would place us directly in African stages going, as fast as possible, from point A to

point B.

The fun part is that we're not forced to stay in the marked path, so, and to avoid

all other riders, it's highly advisable to venture "off the road", in every sense

of the sentence.

But, obviously, there's many hazards to consider and to avoid, like old barrels from

previous races, camels and sand.

This last one could really slow us down, but fortunately we can simply switch from two

to four-wheel drive and off we go!

Simply follow the instruments below, being also careful not to break them, and we'll

reach the chequered flag in a good position and ready for the next stage!

A fun game with an interesting concept.

Back to more serious titles, and as told on my original Dakar Games' episode,

DOS, Amiga and Atari ST players would receive, in 1990, Paris Dakar 1990, also developed

by the French team Tomahawk and, once again, published by Coktel Vision,

now featuring this first-person view of the desert inside the cockpit.

It would definitely immerse the player and, unlike its predecessor, only two of its six

stages offer the chance to go off the beaten path.

All other 4 stages must be driven within the stone-marked course.

It's not as fun and engaging as African Riders-01, but the first-person view from

inside the cockpit is a nice touch.

Fast forward a few years, and we reach 1997, year when this obscure PlayStation video game

was made available exclusively in Japan:

Dakar '97.

Virgin Interactive published this one and only title developed by Elcom Games, in co-operation

with Mitsubishi Motors, that only offers four vehicles to choose from.

Six different courses awaits the player in locations such as mountain roads, deserts,

savannah and beaches, but the gameplay can be really frustrating and far from enjoyable.

Even so, the sense of freedom in certain stages is cool and the music perfectly sets the tone

for a Dakar game.

Not being a Dakar or desert themed racing game, Master Rallye should also be mentioned.

It's based on the 5000-kilometer-long real Master Rallye race that takes place across

7 countries, from Paris to Moscow.

It was developed by Steel Monkeys and published, in late 2001, by Microïds for Windows and

the PlayStation 2, right about the same time that Acclaim also published Broadsword's

officially licensed Paris-Dakar Rally game, also for Windows and for the PlayStation 2.

It's a quite fun and enjoyable arcade racer that keeps the player entertained for a while,

but the sense of déjà-vu from one country to another is quite annoying and ends up being

placed aside after a couple of hours of gameplay.

It was cool to get back to it, though!

I guess that the last time I played it was 10 years ago, or something!

If you watched my Dakar Games' episode from early 2015, you'll recall that I talked

about both Dakar titles from Acclaim and mentioned that Fuel was supposed to be a freakin'

awesome Dakar-like experience named Grand Raid Offroad, but Codemasters grabbed the

rights to publish it and Grand Raid Offroad was no more.

Gladly, and also as told on that same episode, in mid-2008, Baja: Edge of Control was released

for the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3 from the same guys that brought us, in the past,

the amazing Motocross Madness PC exclusive franchise, besides other mind-blowing off-road

racers from Rainbow Studios' Unleashed series.

2008 was also the year when an official Baja 1000 licensed game was published by Activision

and developed by Left Field Productions, the makers of the awesome MTX Mototrax and, prior

to that, the N64 exclusive Excitebike 64.

But this SCORE International Baja 1000 is, as I've mentioned on other occasions, the

worst game I've ever played!

It's a complete insult to the racing games' genre!

A licensed title that totally missed its point, that was simply to offer the chance to players

to tackle and participate in such a respected and mythic event such as the Baja 1000.

So, and as for desert-themed racing games, Baja: Edge of Control is still my favorite,

and, almost 10 years later after its original release, ended up being remastered for the

current gen systems, the PS4, the Xbox One and the PC.

Grabbed it day 1 and I'm absolutely loving it, trying to complete it on its highest difficulty

setting.

Sound is slightly worse and the small bugs from the original stayed intact, but the graphics

are sharper than ever.

A must have for all fans of off-road racing.

Check my complete review of the 2008 original Baja: Edge of Control, if you missed it.

And, by November of 2017, this Portuguese studio Bigmoon Entertainment announced, at

Lisbon Games Week, that they were working on an official brand-new franchise of the

greatest off-road race in the planet.

This first entry, known as "Dakar 18", just received a reveal trailer.

So, guys!

Hope you've enjoyed this Part 2 of Dakar related games, and I'll leave you with this

mind-blowing trailer of a game that I've been waiting for since I played Paris-Dakar

on my ZX Spectrum back in 1988.

Please enjoy and let me know, in the comments section below, your thoughts about it.

I'll certainly make a complete review when the game launches.

Redmi 5 and Redmi 5 Plus Review! - Duration: 11:59.

It's been a year since I reviewed the Redmi 4 and as far as I know, it's pretty good at

a budget price point.

With the release of the Redmi 5 and 5 Plus, I was definitely intrigued with the decision

of a bigger display.

5 inch on the Redmi 4, compared to 5.7 inches on the Redmi 5 and 5.99 inches on the Plus.

It's eating into the domain of Redmi Note series, that was for those who prefer a bigger screen.

Now it seems like the line has been blurred even more.

Apart from the screen size differences in the Redmi 5 and 5 Plus, the CPU and battery

capacity are different.

Snapdragon 450 and 3300mAh battery on the Redmi 5,

Snapdragon 625 and 4000mAh battery on the Plus.

In this video, I will refer to the smaller phone as Redmi 5 and the larger the Plus.

On the front it looks identical but on the back there are some slight differences.

The Redmi 5 has a piece of metal which looks like a cover, and the edges are smooth without

any lines.

The Plus however has a cutout all around and the silver lining reaches out to the sides of the phone.

The edges on the Plus are also chamfered compared to the standard Redmi 5.

The back of the phone is made of metal and if I'm not mistaken, the top and bottom is

plastic for the signals to pass through.

The sides of the Redmi 5 should be plastic since it's a continuous use of material.

If you ask me, I prefer the design on the Redmi 5 Plus.

One handed ease of use is better on smaller one but the power and volume rockers are still

manageable on both devices.

Buttons are pretty tactile and One Handed mode is there if you require.

Like all the Redmi series, the fingerprint sensor is on the back, just where the finger

will rest on naturally.

The sensor is always active and unlock speeds are very quick as well.

2 speaker grills are at the bottom flanking the USB port

but only 1 has sound coming out from it.

It's a pity dual front facing speakers are not here.

There is a LED light on the right of the front camera and it's larger on the Plus and the

colors cannot be changed.

The camera is protruding on both models but at least a case is given so it's more usable

on the table.

The quality isn't the best but at least it's free.

The thin bezel display is a refreshing change and a new one in fact for the Redmi series.

Gone are hardware buttons in favor for software navigation which I think is on the right track.

With the buttons gone, the top and bottom bezels can be reduced for a bigger viewing area.

The Redmi 5 has a 720 x 1440, 5.7 inch display and the Plus has a 1080 x 2160, 5.99 inch

display, both having 18:9 ratio.

For sharpness, it's not that obvious but the Plus looks sharper to me.

Colors are pretty vibrant but both phones seems to have different shades of the same

color when comparing the photos.

The blue sky looks more blue and the green is more dull compared to the Plus, and I made

sure that I focused on the same area on both phones.

Viewing angles are also good, retaining most of the details.

I noticed some color difference at an angle which I'm not too sure, might be due to a

different panel used.

The Redmi 5 comes in 32GB storage / 3GB RAM or 16GB storage / 2GB RAM and the Plus comes

in 64GB storage / 4GB RAM or 32GB storage / 3GB RAM.

The 16GB model has around 7.27GB and the Plus has 22.04GB free storage.

There is support for USB OTG through the micro USB port.

Both phones support dual SIM but for SIM slot 2, you can only choose SIM card or SD card slot.

The micro SD card supports up to 128GB.

The Redmi 5 does not support 5GHz wifi and Hall sensor but the Plus model does.

Other than that, both have Bluetooth 4.2, 12MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, GPS

IR Blaster, FM Radio and Compass.

On to the internals, Snapdragon 450 on the Redmi 5 and Snapdragon 625 on the Plus.

Both also feature the same Adreno 506 GPU.

The Snapdragon 450 is pretty new

and it has the same power efficiency similar to the Snapdragon 625.

Benchmarks are similar with the Snapdragon 450 falling off a little.

As for real time performance, loading games on the Redmi 5 was a little slower than the Plus.

Other than that, fps was good with little or no stuttering in game.

There was no noticeable heating when playing for longer duration as well.

Depending on the amount of RAM, multitasking shouldn't be an issue.

2GB RAM can be too little for power users so I recommend getting at least 3GB RAM to

be more future proof.

In general apps open and loads fast but clearly the Plus does it quicker.

As for network, it hovers around 5 bars most of the time and phone calls was clear with

no drop calls.

Although it's dual SIM, it only supports a single 4G network at any one time.

This can be changed at the SIM cards and mobile network settings.

Network speed was quite good for WiFi and 4G as well.

Both are running Android 7.1.2 with MIUI 9 on top.

To install Google PlayStore, head to the Mi App Store and get the Google installer where

it will install services for Google services to work.

I have a video showing the features of MIUI 9

so be sure to check it out in the description box below.

As the Redmi 5 is now using on screen buttons, there are additional settings to configure

like hiding soft buttons.

Battery life was pretty good for both phones and the Plus lasted longer with the larger battery.

Had about 20-35% battery for the Redmi 5 and 25-45% battery for the Plus at the end of

the day which I think it's pretty good.

Both can last a good full day but of course it depends a lot on individual usage.

There is no support for Quick Charge but using the supplied charger rated 5V/2A, it took

around 2 - 2.5hrs to charge from 0-100%.

Of course the Plus took more time, around 15-20mins longer.

There is a battery saver mode that turns off some features to push the battery even more.

Both phones have a 12MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera with similar camera modes

like Panorama, HHT and Tilt Shift.

Tap the triple circle icon to access the camera filters.

Although both phones have some color differences but I find that for day shots, it's on par.

As for night shots, the Plus takes clearer photos.

The Redmi 5 tends to have more shades of blue and the Plus more to the green side.

In general HDR takes brighter photos and takes a little longer to process and for HHT

I don't see a big difference with the normal night photos.

Macro shots are pretty good with a distance of about 10-15 cm to be clear.

The Redmi 5 has zoom of up to 8X and the Plus up to 10X.

Camera focus speed is fast in daytime and performs slower in low light conditions.

Autofocus works pretty well too.

There is a manual mode that only has 2 options, White Balance and ISO.

As for video, Redmi 5 has only Time-Lapse mode and

the Plus has both Time-Lapse and Slow-Motion.

Redmi 5 is good for 1080p recording but the Plus takes it up a level at 4K video recording.

There is no OIS so expect the videos to be shaky.

Selfies will make you years younger with the Beautify tool but I find that the surrounding

can be a little too overexposed.

Even though I prefer bigger screens, Xiaomi could have retained the smaller display for

those that still want a smaller screen

so there is a main difference with the Redmi Note series.

Even though the display color looks different, the camera is just somewhat good, I am still

quite satisfied with the Redmi 5 at a budget price point.

Between the 2, performance was quite on par, but I prefer the colors on the Redmi 5 yet

liking the higher resolution on the Plus.

One downside that might be important to others is the lack of 5GHz Wifi on the Redmi 5.

If I were to choose, I would go for the Plus for the bigger battery.

that's it for this video and I hoped you enjoyed it

100+ BOOKS I READ IN 2017! | 2017 Wrap Up - Duration: 9:21.

Hi guys, I'm Kate and this is everything that I read in the year 2017 and what I thought of them.

I started off the year reading the first eight books in

'The Series of Unfortunate Events' and I ended up rating them all differently but the

ratings ranged from a three to a four out of five stars.

I then reread 'Vendetta' and 'Inferno' by Catherine Doyle both of which I ended up

giving a 5 out of 5 stars. I also read 'Big Magic' by Elizabeth Gilbert which I gave a 2 out of 5 stars.

'Losing It' by Cora Carmack which I gave a 4 out of 5 stars.

And 'Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe' by Benjamin Alire Sáenz

and I gave this a 5 out of 5 stars.

The first book I read in February was 'American Girls' by Allison Umminger and

this is probably one of my least favourite books of all time.

So I ended up giving this a 1 out of 5 stars.

Audi A3 8P wipers service position - Duration: 0:57.

Hello! Today we are next to the Audi A3 8P.

And I'm going to show you how to set the wipers into service position

so you can pull them away from the windscreen and change the wiper blades.

So let's get inside the car.

Turn the ignition on.

Then turn it off.

and press the wiper stalk.

And as you can see we have the wipers right now in the service position.

And once you replace your wiper blades just turn the ignition back on,

press the stalk,

and wipers are going all the way back to the parked position.

OK, thank you for watching. Give me thumbs up if this video helped you.

Also check my other tutorials for Audi and other cars. See you soon!
