Now this is probably the sixth time I'm doing this
Particular video the five times
previously I had first time I spent a lot of hours editing this video and
When I rendered it it came all apart
Apparently I had two different
Cameras and I resized the video in the editing program
Thinking I knew what I was doing and I could handle it
as far as the audio I
Did the same thing with the audio figure and I could handle that and do a manual?
syncing oh no when are
All the rest of the videos I did did about the same thing I had trouble with
at least one of the major assets
like the audio the video itself and
The scripting just didn't sound right and things just didn't work out right. I scrapped most of them
Especially the first one I spent a lot of time on and here comes
Another one. I just did one right here
Just minutes ago and forgot to have my external audio one
so
what we have is we're going to talk about today the
background
settings
the background scenery
Background in your office or whatever, and we're getting stored up now. Let's move right along
I always had trouble
Figuring out where in the house? I was gonna set my studio up well
Setting up and tearing down you got to set the background you got to oh
Now here's a flying sample here
I got everything set out the Sun comes out and a core across the streets blinding me
Blondie looking right at me. I'm gonna try that
What's a lot?
Yeah, if it isn't one thing it's another so here. We are again
Let's talk about the the home studio
There is always some challenge going on and especially with a home studio you have to be particular
When you shoot the people being around watching TV
Listen to the radio
combusting in your room and make a noise and
all that stuff so
What it boils down to I'm taking a long shot right here because I got the camera
Situated there. I don't even know if I if I'm being
Visible on the camera it's poles make sure that things on yeah, it was on apparently
At that amount of time it would it turn itself off, okay?
So
What I have done in the home studio
I finally got my scenery set up or I could slide move it around real quickly
I've got my light setup and some time. I'll share with you
How my lights look kind of uniquely tricky?

I do want to show you how my lighting is set up briefly showed you one time on the Umbrella video
However all that setting up and tearing down and moving stuff around is a deterrence to shoot the next great video
So what we have is my why big enough to continue trying?
Attempting to do this
now
One big thing I got a problem with I have a sony
a6000 which has no
monitor on
That you can flip out and and frame yourself
So I worked and worked and tried to get a mirror sitting back
Which I did and was using that for a while I even bought up $50.00 monitors
Cuz all I wanted to do I bought a cheap monitor because all I wanted to do was
frame and
Make sure I was in the frame
Family you do have everything set up, and it's very difficult to
Find the right time of day
when there isn't going to be somebody lusting in your room make a noise out watching TV in the next room down or
come busting in on you and the phone ringing and
All kinds of stuff going on I'm sure you are aware of that
So
What happens next I?
Move out into my van out in front of the out in the driveway
I got a big garage door a big white garage door that reflects the light very nicely on an overcast day
However, I got to wait to the afternoon
For the Sun to be in the right position
Possibly an end on an overcast day that
Even the light reflecting off that garage door
Sometimes blues out the pitcher it gets a little too much late. Even when an uber cast day
so one challenge right after the other
About that time a day school
gets out
And all the kids come up this street hooping in a hall and in having a good time
the next thing they are out there playing ball out in the middle of the street or
doing something
So let's move on to a park
one of the local parks I got a couple clues by that has really beautiful scenery so
sometimes I do a
Some b-roll at the park and sometimes. I've been known to shoot some green screen and
Put that b-roll in my green screen, which works quite nicely. You're out there at the park taking
pictures of yourself thinking hey, this is just dandy, it's working really nice and
along comes the Park Rangers
Hey, what's going on here? What are you doing?
Sometimes you have to have a permit of doing stuff like this
Especially if you look like you're a professional
Yeah, right, I really look like I'm a professional here, but I did the dumb thing I put my name on my van
Talking about a video studio
Which could be a deterrent in a situation like that because they see what you're doing
and hey where's a permit at I guess, maybe it would be a good idea to go and
Get a permit. I don't even know if they want a permit or not but
So far I haven't been questioned to see a permit or anything, but there's always that possibility
So the next step oh
I
Just found another product another tool that
I just sent away for and
I'm gonna have to wait a couple days to do the next video though because not really need that tool
So I'm sitting there's another
another
B plate just caught another excuse I
Had some other words I'd like to use but
Here we are one excuse after another and so you get all this straightened out
And then along comes your neighbor and borrows your hatchet
What does your neighbor board and a hatchet have to do with it
Well one excuse as good as the next
So there you are again
How big is your y
How big is my why am I worried about somebody out and public seeing me
Doing these videos
It's my y big enough is your Y big enough
do you
Feel you're making an ass out of yourself is your y big enough or are they paying your bills
Don't you think it's time to do something
you could do just like a playa jianchao and go out there and go to the restaurant and through your
video camera up your self in on a selfie stick in
And watch yourself eat
order these
Fantastic dishes does it matter is your Y big enough
Are you worried someone will pull up a side of you and look over at you and see that camera and think?
Who is this guy? What do you think he is you know? What does it matter what they think it doesn't matter what they think?
Like I said before they aren't paying your bills
