My favorite part about filming the Maze Runner movies

was the family, oh my God, he's shaking.

(he laughs)

The family that was made on set.

We all really had an amazing time making these movies

and they're constantly fun and they're constantly

a joy to do which is super rare.

Do you need me to sit up?

(he laughs)

(jaunty music)

Oh my God.

If I had to pick a character, I'd say Chuck

'cause he was, he was like a, oh my God.

He's like a dog, he's man's best friend.

Just like these dogs are my best friends.

Any time on set with Tyler was always the best.

Teen Wolf was like a second home to me

and Tyler's like a brother.

The puppies.

I'm kidding, there are no puppies in the movie.

This film, this last movie answers all the questions

that fans and people who have seen the first two may have

so it's finally all gonna be wrapped up

and you're finally gonna be not confused anymore.

(energetic music)

If I were to give my younger self one piece of advice,

it would be to not be so shy, lean into nerves

or even if, especially if it's, involves something

that you know you genuinely enjoy.

Don't let fear and, kind of, nerves or shyness

keep you away from doing that 'cause it almost

kept me away from acting.

But not the puppies.

(energetic music)

Tyler Posey again or any one of my Teen Wolf castmates

or any one of my Maze Runner castmates.

One of the biggest part of those things ending

is realizing you don't know when

you're gonna work with these guys again so,

and I would jump at the chance to, always.

Stay grounded and just be you always and normal

and just to value your roots and your friends.

I guess it's easy to get caught up

in the industry or in Hollywood or whatever

if you're a young actor but know it's important.

Oh my God, can we zoom in on that?

There was some butt head nuzzling going on.

I made a music video one time.

First video I ever posted to my channel

was this little music video that me and my best friends

from New Jersey made and that was how I started my channel,

'cause then my friend was like,

oh you should put this on YouTube!

And I was like, what's YouTube?

And then I just made an account, put that video up there

and then that became my YouTube channel.

No, I think they probably had a few leaks

and broke up or something.

She's complicated, that one.

Lydia is.

They're destined to be together.

They love that sandbag.

Not as often as we'd like.

I think it's tough when you're trying to see

people you know in the industry.

It's always tough.

Everyone's always away or traveling.

It's rare to be in the same place at one time

but, given all that, I'd say I've seen them pretty often.

I see Tyler all the time.

All the Maze Runner movies always taught me something

as an actor and a person.

Go ahead.

The Toxic Attraction Between an Empath and a Narcissist

Empaths and narcissists actually like patient and the doctor.

Sometimes, the empaths can do their job for fixing the psychological abnormality of the

narcissists.

However, there is also a time when they fail and eventually get drained.

Empaths and narcissists do not always meet in a formal setup.

In fact, they usually meet in random setting and eventually get along together.

The relationship between empaths and narcissists start when empaths feel that narcissists need

someone who can cure them.

Empaths, being highly sensitive people are aware that narcissistic trait is the worst

of its kind, and it requires healing.

That is why they start to approach the narcissist with the hope that they can cure them.

The relationship, at the beginning, runs smoothly.

Narcissists seem to listen to suggestion empaths give.

The relationship becomes better as time passes by.

Unfortunately, it is not a long-term solution.

The reason is simply because empaths are actually being used for the whole time.

Empaths will realize that the relationship is failing and draining.

First of all, it is worth noting that empaths always give positive suggestions to the narcissistic

partner.

However, they actually do not listen to what empaths say.

Moreover, they also do not practice what have been suggested.

This is a bummer for empaths because their care is neglected.

Furthermore, it is worth noting that the empaths are bombarded constantly with the negligence

of narcissists especially when they live in the same house.

It is unbearable to just live together with that kind of toxic people.

Additionally, narcissist' world is full of lies.

Empaths cannot stand a chance against liars because it is hurting too much.

Moreover, it comes from the one who is supposed to be loved.

This makes empaths psychologically drained and exhausted.

It is no wonder that this relationship should end.

As a narcissist gains power, the empath starts to retreat.

This undoubtedly shoves an empath into a victim's position.

One way out is to then become the narcissist.

Before long, a vicious cycle has formed.

Quite often they end up blaming themselves which only fuels a narcissist even further.

Being extremely charismatic and manipulative and having a powerful way of turning everything

away from themselves, narcissists are ingenious at mirroring these things onto others.

By now, knowing they're in trouble, empaths need to wake up and realize they have a choice.

They can choose to stay or to get out.

"In an empath's eyes, all they searched and looked for was someone to take care of

and love and to ultimately fix.

That is where the trouble began and that is the most profound part of this that an empath

must realize.

We are not here to fix anyone.

We cannot fix anyone.

Everyone is responsible for and capable of fixing themselves, but only if they so choose

to."

The chances of a narcissist changing are highly unlikely.

They are in their comfort zone, they feed off of the negativity.

If they do however decide to find a new path, it should never be at the expense of someone

else.

Usually completely unaware of their behavior, they fail to see the problems and live in

denial.

They thrive on gain after all.

The possibility for these two types to bond any longer is quite simply impossible.

They're like oil and water, while the narcissist's heart is closed, an empath's is open, it

is nothing short of a recipe for a huge disaster, and not a beautiful one at that.

1.DIY Rustic Wall Storage Bins

Create extra space in your home for some handy storage bins on the walls

that blend in with the décor of the surroundings as well.

Distressing and staining is needed once you are done.

2.A Modern Pegboard Shelving System

Mark holes on the wooden panel with a pencil for drilling.

Flip panel over and lightly sand front.

Curl up some sandpaper

and stick it in the holes to get rid of any jagged edges.

Measure depth of your shelves

and add that to the thickness of your wooden panel.

Cut the dowels with a saw,

or have them cut for you at the hardware store if necessary.

Stick some dowels in and try different configurations.

Cut your boards accordingly.

3.Popsicle Stick Hexagon Shelf

Add drops of glue to 3 Popsicle stick ends and lay them,

and include 3 more as layers for the hexagon.

Keep doing it till the hexagon is as deep as you want.

Stain the sticks.

You can alternate hexagons on each side on one row and create a second row above.

Make sure the glue is dry before layering and staining.

Ready to begin? Go right ahead! That's it.

4. Hanging Pallet Shelves

Measure wood to the height you want and begin cutting.

Nail 1x4's into place for the bottom and then sand them.

Apply a clear coat of poly, sand edges, and stain them.

Hang on a stud from the wall.

5. A Comfortable Shelf For Your Kitten

Sand and scuff an old tray,

and then cut wallpaper for fitting inside,

and securing to bottom using Decoupage.

Using left over fabric,

sewed an envelope pillow cover for an old pillow

to use as a cushion.

Drill a hole for attaching catnip stuffed toys on ribbon.

Loop ribbon toys through eye screw and add a pillow.

FluteTips 24 Piccolo Embouchure Placement - Duration: 1:30.

Today's flute tip is on embouchure placement for the piccolo.

When we play the piccolo, if you've never really studied piccolo with a piccolo person,

and you've just played in band or you've just gone to college and you just pick it up and

you play, we all make one big mistake.

And that mistake is embouchure placement.

When you play with a much larger embouchure hole, which is on our regular flute, the lip

can cover two thirds of that and that's probably good.

That's the general amount you want to cover.

And when we put the piccolo up, we want it to feel the same.

You want it to put it up and go, "That's where it is, and so I'm going to play it right there."

But that's a mistake.

This embouchure hole is so much smaller that our lip will cover way too much of that embouchure

hole.

So, experiment with moving it up on your lip.

I'm going to move it up until it feels actually weird and awkward.

If you're not used to it, it just feels very strange, because you're used to where your

flute feels.

Move it up and see if that expands your tone and just allows freedom for that piccolo sound

to come out.
