BREAKING News From California!!

SHE'S GOING TO JAIL!!

Reports are saying the mayor of Oakland, California, is now vowing to face jail time to protect

illegal aliens from facing America's immigration laws as the Trump administration plans to

ramp up its enforcement of our nation's immigration laws.

The loony leftist liberal mayor of the crime-infested city of Oakland California Libby Schaaf is

now saying she would go to jail in opposition to ICE officials if they come in to deport

illegals in her town.

In an interview with local area news media, Schaaf branded President Trump as the "bully

in chief."

She also added that It was no surprise that the "bully in chief" is continuing to

try to intimidate Oaklands most vulnerable residents.

She continued by saying that the city of Oakland hs been very clear that their values are to

protect all of their residents regardless of where we come from, and they are exercising

their legal right to be a Sanctuary City and to protect their residents.

She finished off the interview by saying that Sanctuary Cities are the ones that are correct

in this matter and that for the federal government to come in and enforce Federal Law is illegal.

What????

Schaff is willing to go to jail to protect these criminals she calls their "Most Vulnerable

Residents."

Yet she doesn't give a damn about the crime-infested streets of Oakland, which is one of the most

dangerous cities in America.

Every weekend Oakland suffers countless shootings and other violent crimes and she is silent.

Oakland has 325% higher crime rate than the national average, but the moment the American

President does what he's bound to do by the United States Constitution and protects

its law-abiding citizens by enforcing the law she all of a sudden gets concerned.

Not about American Citizens, but about foreign national criminals living in our nation illegally.

Is your city safe or it is crime infested?

The safety of residents in the United States varies from city to city.

Some cities are quite safe with friendly neighborhoods and stable businesses.

Others are rather unsafe with residents at risks of crimes such as murder, burglary,

and rape.

It is important for US residents, families, investors and professionals to be able to

identify safe cities where they can live, invest, work and raise their families.

The safest cities in America

The following cities are considered the safest in America.

Some factors considered in putting the list together range from violent crimes, drug crimes,

sex crimes.

These include incidents of violent crime, motor vehicle accidents, drug use and other

measures of safety.

Investors, families, new residents and most other people love these cities as they can

safely raise their families and invest.

Here are some of the safest cities in America.

Bellevue, Washington Plano, Texas

Honolulu, Hawaii Irvine, California

Toledo, Ohio

Some of the most dangerous cities in America

These cities are labeled dangerous due to the high crime levels reported as well as

safety issues such as drunk driving, drug usage, homelessness and so on.

Here is a list of some of these cities.

Detroit, Michigan Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Oakland, California St. Louis, Missouri

Memphis, Tennessee

A violent crime takes place in the USA every 26 seconds.

Americans are more likely to tweet about incidents like drive-by shooting or meth labs and rapes

on social media site Twitter than other users.

Common crime tweets include shooter.

Killed, killing, drive by, robbed, robbery, stolen, stealing, gunshots and so on.

This information has been well tabulated and clearly explained on the ABODO blog.

Current trends in crime in the US

Certain factors are very clear regarding crime in America.

According to information from the FBI, some types of the offenses have increased while

others have gone down.

Basically, about 1.2 million incidents of violent crime are reported across the US since

2014.

They include robberies, rapes, homicides and aggravated assaults.

The police often report such crimes.

The most common is aggravated assault.

It accounts for 63% of all violent crimes reported.

Robberies accounted for 28% of all crimes reported in the USA, rape at 7.2% while murder

accounts for 1.2% of all crimes reported by law enforcement agencies.

Incarceration in the US

The USA has the highest number of incarcerated individuals in the whole world.

There were over 2.2 million adults incarcerated in US federal and state prisons and county

jails by 2014.

This represents a figure of 1 in 110 adults incarcerated in America, the highest in the

world.

Incarceration is the most common form of punishment and rehabilitation in America.

However, the "tough on crime" approach taken in the 1980s has seen American jails

filled with non-violent offenders.

The prison system has failed to rehabilitate these individuals and most come out worse

than they initially were.

Judges have largely been subjected to or exposed to legislation that limits their discretion

on sentencing.

Most guidelines compel judges to issue a minimum sentence, mandatory sentencing, and hardly

any non-custodial sentencing.

This has seen more and more people wind up in prison for minor, non-violent offenses.

Read more about incarcerations in America here.

How to stay safe and avoid crime in America

According to the police, it takes three things for a crime to take place.

These are a criminal, a victim, and an opportunity.

It is important to take safety precautions and reduce the opportunity for criminals to

avoid being a victim.

It is advisable always to plan ahead.

For instance, travel with a friend rather than alone and always ensure you are on time

at least for the last bus or train.

It is also important to inform family or friends of your whereabouts.

Stay in well-lit areas and always look at your surroundings.

If any suspicious activity is noted, always walk away and alert someone.

It is advisable to avoid danger spots such as deserted streets, poorly lit parking lots,

and desolate areas.

These are ideal areas for criminals to strike.

It is advisable to try and get to public places with lights, people, and stores and so on.

Please share if you will be happy to see Libby Schaaf

go

to prison…

Fixing MX5 PROBLEMS (again, again) - Cooling & Radio ISSUES - Duration: 8:05.

got a fella every video is this now every mx-5 episode so we are gonna be

fixing more stuff on mx-5 I don't even want to talk about this today we'll save

that for another video cuz that grinds my gears no radio which I need to fix

cuz the last one well the one that was in here the front just sort of fell off

and now that I want to get back on and it don't work without that beetle so I

need to sort out the mess that the previous owner did of a wiring job I

mean just look at that how can you use that many wires for such a ship radio so

I got that to sort out and a couple other bits they were gonna do in this

video really windy today something to try not to film outside its as much as

possible because it just sounds rap just try max darkness

duck is all this I think this is speaker wire he's wired

every speaker up individually to the cup but what really right rear right and

there I don't really know what I will look at it's a vehicle Masons so I've

got these two here these are the two main radio ones they are need to buy the

convert for brown and the black in there and even those wires have been like

sliced and diced and fact and then that runs down the right side and then on the

left side I've got these two red and black switch already share the speakers

which look fairly straightforward but then they're attached to all of that and

I can't see how in fact that what these one that's going to the right

these ones going to the left all into this mess I mean look at is white it's

this plug look at this plug this just butchered I give up I'm really don't

look at all of this all of this will pretty much unnecessary

it's getting late I'm hoping that these ones actually just the rear speakers for

the seats after looking at a quick sort of radio wiring diagram thing so I'm

gonna quickly heads Helfer too much I get a lot of harness things on for the

radio then hopefully what I put in it's just the rear ones that that work and if

that's the case then obviously as is I'm recording the offensive boy so ship

let's just go get done that's gana what this is no crap I'm

acquiring a little bit computer so I just wanted to look cool

the Lupo hardest I've got let me show you this because I was that problem

computer closely this is what I left with a black a black and a brown which

is pretty much common and then me antennae and in those stupid individual

Wars this is the harness for the Lupo that goes into the radio at least two

you look really similar to like these so if I plug this in you should work very

true obviously I really don't know how that works here we got sent forward

you're sending to the front speakers

what when I really don't know I had I did that well fine then when I'm ready I

desperately nuts for a few weeks driving with no radio would not recommend it so

as you can see he's can't talk now it's getting like so true pretty flashing

looking to continue this video and another day oh it's cold

right they too so a lot more bits to do the radiator panel to put on next Oh

thought that some of the hope it's gonna help out a coon in the moment my

radiators pre on its plastics really anyway so I'm gonna get an early one

soon but hoping that this will sort of solves the moments where my temperature

just Peaks up a little bit near that you want to make one myself but it was a

Black Friday sale

it's ducking impossible but basically break it occurred in tunnel goes across

if you guys don't know box with these holes up in the air for it comes through

front of the car go straight to the right here and then up and over

just dropped it in space where it needs to be in and see is this little spruce

they already so I've got to I'm hoping this just sort take them off and then

screw this back though

today we go what could and panel is on beat he's just freezing today so to do

stuff before you see the bubble wrap around in red anything else you've got

to see that button we've got this on and it comes out these little rubber watch

things I'll put them in the bottom I was right thing to do or not but it's solid

it's on mobile it's in the back Friday sound so I did pay about 40 quid I think

they've 50 quid normally in it here mix five guys when I check them out they

plan to talk about this but and I'm gonna mention it quick yeah I got heat

into the other night and you probably see it on Instagram looked a lot worse

than it was as I've tried to advise or put it out more hand really because the

next four everything's for just easy to fix

so I liked you waiting for the guy partition even say this but like the

guys just completely ignoring me so we have to see where that goes from there

pretty bloody annoying it's really getting to me like the way it looks at

the moment just want a clean looking class really I can't do stuff to it and

keep cleaning at the same time and so you have anyone's calling lying around

long I need to really go no but I've been manic this month

and trying to get some thumbs we really are but the new dog lots to choke on as

well it's still coming through so we'll get round to doing more don't

worry let's build up 2018 really trying to cut it this year so if you do want to

like the video and subscribe sharing all that junk then please do it because it

helps me out a lot so this one until next video I'll see you

Triathlon Nutrition Plan Part 3: Water vs Electrolytes vs Gatorade vs Coconut vs All-in-One - Duration: 8:07.

- Hey, what's up triathlon traniacs.

Triathlon Taren here with your daily triathlon video

helping you nail your training, your racing,

becoming a better triathlete, hopefully resulting in

having a more enjoyable life in the end.

Today, is the third part of our series where we're taking

you through figuring out and nailing your

triathlon race nutrition strategy and what we're

talking about today is fluids.

Now, we're gonna be going through the five most common

options that you can use for hydration during a race and

we're going to be going through them in order of what I feel

is the, probably, the worst option, but, how and who

should consider using it, to what I feel is the best option.

Obviously, the most common is water.

The pros of it are that it tends not to cause any digestive

issues, it's easy to access, it's inexpensive,

you're never gonna be worried about finding access

to water when you get to a race.

They have it everywhere.

The downsides to water are probably,

larger than the benefits, however.

Because there are no carbs in water, it's actually tough for

our body to assimilate the fluids.

Secondly, it doesn't have any electrolytes in it and that

ratio of fluids to electrolytes is critical

for performance in our body and I'm not even talking like,

race performance, I'm talking not dying performance.

When you start taking on a ton of water and you're sweating

out a ton of electrolytes, the ratio of water to

electrolytes gets skewed in favor of water and it's called

hypernatremia and essentially, it's like water poisoning.

It's just as bad as dehydration.

The people that might consider using just water, however,

are people like friends of mine who have really sensitive

stomachs and can't really take on any sort of electrolyte

drink because even the taste of it makes them gag.

In this case, what I recommend if you're one of those types

of athletes is you should be taking your water with

salt tabs because then, it'll keep that balance of

fluids to electrolytes correct in your body.

The second option is that if you want

to stick with something natural you can

go with something like coconut water.

It's got a couple of benefits to it.

Obviously, it's natural.

Some people react really well to it and because it's natural

it's easy for some people to digest.

The downsides to it, however, coconut is a fairly strong

taste so, you'll develop a fair bit of taste fatigue,

especially over longer races.

Electrolyte drinks are designed with a science of what's

been proven to work the best have about a two to one

sodium potassium ratio, where coconut water is more like a

one to three sodium potassium ratio.

This could result in developing cramps, digestive issues,

all kinds of bad things that you're gonna end up in the

port-a-potty dealing with.

The third option that you could be going with.

Slightly better than those other two is a heavy electrolyte

drink where all of your calories, all of your fluid,

all of your electrolytes are coming from that

heavy electrolyte drink.

This is something like Gatorade.

It has a fair a bit of pros to it.

Number one, very easy to access.

You can pick up all of your race nutrition at any

corner store on the way into the race.

You're probably gonna have access to it at the race

if something goes wrong and because it's an all-in-one

solution, you get everything.

You don't have to tape a bunch of gels and

chews and bars onto your bike.

I actually like taking something like that for a race that's

very short, like a sprint distance race.

The downsides, however, to it, number one is you can't

customize the ratios of anything.

Carbs to the electrolytes it's given.

Number two, the taste of these strong electrolyte drinks

tends to be really strong, so, you do get that

mouth fatigue and you don't want to take another sip

towards the end of a race.

The third thing is that it is so strong that it's putting

a ton of pressure on your stomach at a time that there isn't

a lot of blood in it because the blood is pumping into your

arms and legs, it ends up often developing gut rot.

You don't feel very good at the end of the race and because

it's so strong as well, with really processed sugars,

typically, you might have a sugar crash.

The fourth option and this is I think where were getting

into very good scientifically proven, becoming more common

options, this is to take an all-in-one specifically designed

nothing but liquid nutrition solution for the entire race.

The pros to this are immense.

In a lot of cases, these formulas are designed specifically

for you with your sweat rates, your weight in mind,

your nutrition plan in mind.

The second benefit is that because it's designed with

current science in mind, you tend to have products that are

designed with ease of digestion kept in mind.

So, these tend to be very easy on the body.

Very light, very tasty.

You can often customize the taste profile.

All good stuff and because it's just liquid nutrition,

it's easy to carry until you get to the cons of this.

Because everything is so specifically designed to you.

If anything goes wrong and this is your primary source of

fuel and fluids, you're gonna be in trouble.

If you end up dropping a bottle, if you end up having to

figure out how to replenish that stock of that nutrition

product while you're at a race, probably gonna be in

pretty tough, 'cause a lot of these things are special

order, special design, with long lead times and

they tend to be quite expensive.

Now, the fifth and what I feel is the best option that's

gonna work for the most amount of people is taking

electrolytes and fluid in your bottles and saving calories

for your pocket and this is where you start using

a light electrolyte drink.

This is something like Skratch.

This is a product where, in the course of a bottle,

you might only have about 70 to 90 calories, but,

you're taking in just enough electrolytes.

The benefits to this are you've got a little bit of

calories and that little bit of calories helps you absorb

the electrolytes when you're taking it, but, it's not so

much calories that it's overloading your gut.

So, most people tend to digest this really well.

Also, because these are designed to be very light,

you don't end up getting that taste fatigue that you get

from something that has a lot stronger of the taste and

on average, what I find is that this is the solution that

most triathletes are able to deal well with because it

tends to have a really nice trade-off of easy to source

no matter where you are, it's easy to pack and

they digest really easily.

The cons, however, are that, because really,

all you're taking on is enough electrolytes and a little bit

of carbs to digest those electrolytes, you then have to

carry calories on your bike or in your jersey pocket.

If you want to go and get our four day free program on how

to calculate and schedule and figure out your ideal race

nutrition strategy, go to

What If The London Eye Rolled Away? - Duration: 4:05.

The London Eye.

To some it may seem like just a big glorious wheel, but to the rest of us, it is a souvenir

from the turn of the millennia and is now an imperative landmark upon the London Skyline.

But what if it was no longer there?

Hello and welcome back to Life's Biggest Questions.

I am Rebecca Felgate and today I am asking What if the London Eye Rolled Away.

Sure….it is difficult to say that with a straight face, but luckily, you can't see

my face…so let's get rolling with this simulated reality video.

Of course before we set this video into motion, I want to remind you that we love it when

you leave a thumbs up and a comment on our work.

Also, we are very thankful when you click that subscribe button!

OKAY London Eye, where you at?

The London Eye is comprised of 32 pods on a 443 ft wheel, firmly secured by spoke cables,

back cables and A Frame Legs.

It weighs over 1 million pounds or 1,000 tons, which is very heavy.

It would take some serious momentum to detach it from its fixtures and set it on a rolling

path… but to heck with the unlikelihood of it all, you guys came here to find out

what would happen if it rolled.

THEY SEE ME ROLLIN.

THEY HATIN.

To be fair, the rolling away of the London eye would be no laughing matter.

If it happened during peak hours, the eye would contain 800 people who would likely

be crushed as the roll smashed the capsules.

If they were lucky, the capsules could hold, but they would still be thrown around in a

roomy 10 ton and approx.

10 ft high capsule.

Not only would the 800 people in the capsule be at risk of death or injury, the location

of the eye on the southbank of London's River Thames is a very very busy tourist area.

Thousands upon thousands of people could be at risk of death.

If the London Eye rolled away, along with breaking many things in its path, it would

also break its own speed records.

Usually, the London eye travels at 0.6 miles per hour, but to actually move on the ground

rather than its spokes, it would need to be travelling much faster.

Now, our question asks what if the London Eye Rolled Away, but to be honest, it really

couldn't roll too far.

Even if it did gain enough momentum for numerous rotations, there are big bridges it would

crash into in both directions.

If it rolled up the Southbank, it would hit the Golden Jubilee Bridges in 0.1 mile, or

Westminster Bridge in 0.2 miles if it rolled the other way.

If it hit either bridge, it would likely be enough to send the wheel into a watery grave

in the Thames.

Or, the eye could catastrophically role through the Jubilee Gardens and into the pit of the

BFI Imax, crushing cars and all else in its path.

Either way, the London Eye couldn't roll far, although it would be far enough to be

one of the biggest potential catastrophes the city has seen since the World War 2 Blitz.

Aside from that, coca cola, the current owners, would be pretty sad about the loss of their

money making machine, after all, the London eye is the busiest attraction in London.

As a result, other less rollable tourist spots would likely see a surge in tourism over time…although

I suppose that would depend on the circumstances surrounding the roll.

If it was as a result of an elaborate terrorist plot, people may be wary of other busy hot

spots… but once again, really, a plot to roll the London eye is as unlikely as it is

ridiculous.

If the London eye rolled away, it would be some pretty apocalyptic stuff…

So there is one fanciful answer for you…what do you think would happen if the London eye

rolled away?

What about if the shard fell over or Buckingham Palace took off and flew to the moon?

Let me know in the comments section below.

For now, I am your host Rebecca Felgate, if you liked this video, make sure you give it

a thumbs up and share it with a friend.

I'll catch you in the next video, but for now, stay curious, stay alert and never ever

stop questioning.

Top 5 Illegal Things You Do Everyday - Duration: 3:19.

Did you guys know that there are actually probably as number of things you do everyday

that are illegal?

Yep were law breaking punks and we didn't even know it.

Hey youtube im court mcginley and welcome back to the most amazing top 5.

Before we get started I want to know- whats the craziest thing you've ever done?

Let me know your answers down in the comments.

And before we get started I just want to remind all of you to please subscribe to this awesome

channel if you havnt already- we bring you guys awesome videos 6 days a week.

And Don't forget to give this video a big thumbs up and let me know down in the comments

what other top 5 lists you like to see me do.

Alright without further a due lets get started on our list of the top 5 Illegal Things You

Do Everyday Starting off at number 5--Streaming tv shows

online- im guilty of doing this one for sure.

I mean Netflix doesnt offer every show and when you're a busy person its rare your

home on time to watch the newest episode of your favorite show on your tv.

So what else can you do but stream your shows?

And I know im not alone on this.

And to be honest when your doing this you don't even really thing about the laws that

prohibit you from doing it.

So while this is bad and technically illegal its just something many people do.

In at number 4--sharing passwords- again something so many people do.

When you have a subscription service like Netflix or itunes for example its possible

to share your password with other people and just split the cost with them.

But it turns out this is illegal and if caught you can get in big trouble.

But it is rare to be caught as this is a really common thing that does happen and its extremely

hard for the companies to regulate this.

At number 3--texting and driving- now this is one thing I would never do just because

it is so dangerous and could end up killing you or someone else.

Yeah its definitely not that important.

The person can wait a few minutes for me to respond.

Texting and driving as been the cause behind so many road accidents and caused a lot of

deaths behind the wheel.

Even if youre an experienced driver this is not something you should do.

This is a time where you need to be selfless and put others safety above your social life.

Coming in At number 2--Singing happy birthday- now this isn't a daily thing but it is a

yearly thing—or you know once every few months- really depends how many people you

sing happy birthday too.

And it absolutely shocked me so I had to share it with you guys.

This song is actually copyrighted- and any public performance of it is illegal.

Yeah so basically if youre a teen or adult then your family probably owes thousands in

royalties at this point.

No wonder you run such a life of crime.

And at number 1--Using social media when under age- ok to be honest I didn't even know

this was a thing.

I mean Facebook and YouTube and all of that stuff came out when I was in high school.

So I was of age to join.

I forgot kids under a certain age arnt suppose to use certain social media platforms.

Apparently if youre under 13 your not suppose to be on social media period.

Some social media platforms will actually require you to be older.

Did you guys know youre not suppose to be able to have a whatsapp account unless youre

16 years old?

Yeah I had no idea.

Also youre suppose to be 13 before you have a Facebook- YouTube or Instagram account.

Youu know what I can understand get behind the whole youtube thing.

Because some of the kids on this site- oh my god.

They write rude comments and clearly by how theyre wording things its obvious they are

a child and there parents arnt monitoring their internet use.

And its just historical.

Now while its funny to me to someone whose younger it could upset them.

And its just disgusting how kids at younger and younger an age think internet bullying

is ok and they partake in it.

So yes if youre too young to go on the social media platforms its probably best if you wait

until your of age.

And no matter what age you are don't bully people.

Its not cool.

And there you have it that's our list of the- top 5 illegal things you do everyday.

Thank you so much for watching and ill catch you in the next one.

Jazz Music History for Kids Song, Part 1 - Rap Opera for Kids - Duration: 3:04.

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls,

you're now listening to the smooth sounds of

Beatmaker.

Lyrics by Rap Opera for Kids.

And right now, we're talking all

that...

Jazz: cool grooves, so smooth this style demands chops.

Skills on the horns and the keys, keep it hot.

Cats banging on the skins and picking on the box.

Improvisation: making music on the spot.

Jazz: cool grooves, so smooth this style demands chops.

Skills on the horns and the keys, keep it hot.

Cats banging on the skins and picking on the box.

Improvisation: making music on the spot.

An original style of music made in America with diverse roots.

Let's dive in first with Africa.

In the 1600s, slaves came by the hundreds.

No instruments in hand.

They had to improv on it.

Improvisation: working with what you've got.

Africans made music with animal skins and pots.

Fast forward in time.

Let's hit the Congo Square.

Around the 1800s, what do we have here?

A field in New Orleans where African slaves gather

for song, dance, and drums in traditional manner.

Congo Square helped develop the jazz sound.

For miles and miles around, you could hear what was going down.

Now, add that French and Spanish influence where jazz got its classic sound and instruments.

Creole music in the pot: a blend of this and that.

Mix the music like a DJ and all that...

Jazz: cool grooves, so smooth this style demands chops.

Some say jazz began in 1917 in New Orleans when Nick LaRocca and the Dixie band hit the

scene.

Others debate for Buddy Bolden back in 1895 When he debuted with his first band.

Now, whether you jive or Rocca a beat with a Buddy

jazz made its mark like the street lanes in the city.

It grew in popularity in the early 1900s.

Took the country by storm like the Flash when he's running.

The 1920s came.

The center for jazz changed... to Chicago and New York City.

This is the "Jazz Age" where Louis Armstrong took center stage.

"Satchmo" and "Pops" are some of his nicknames.

Pops brought jazz into the spotlight with a gravelly voice and trumpet sound that's

out of sight.

He popularized scat singing and paved the way

for other cool cats and all that...

What's the Difference Between StrongArm Electric Winch Models? - FAQs - Duration: 1:21.

There are four base models in the Dutton-Lainson Company's StrongArm Series of electric winches.

The two smaller models are the SA5000 and SA7000.

The only difference between them is that SA5000s come with a 20 foot cable for standard single

line pulls or lifts,

while SA7000s have 50 feet of cable and an inline pulley block and hook

that allows for double line pulls or lifts.

Other than the longer cable and the pulley block, the two models are identical.

There are also two larger StrongArm models with higher weight capacities- the SA9000 and SA12000.

Again, there's only one difference between the two-

SA9000s come with a 25 foot cable,

while SA12000s have 50 feet and the pulley block and hook for double-line pulls or lifts.

Risa! You old woman!

Where is your ball?

Something is wrong here!

Why I'm the one who runs after the ball?

Show some respect...

React somehow...

I know you are lazy, but please!

Ball wants to play with you...

Ball wants but Risa doesn't...

Ok. We can call this "reaction"...

That's it?

We won't be able to monetize this channel because of you!
