This is Me - How Our Bruises Can Be Our Brave Rising - Duration: 5:24.

Hi everyone it's Justine Froelker here and it's Therapy Thursday and I'm sure

I'm not the only one still listening to The Greatest Showman soundtrack right so

especially the song This Is Me there is a line in there that I want to talk

about this week 'I am brave, I am bruised' talk about 'The Permission of the And'

right great TED Talk on this topic it's mine

so 'The Permission at the And' or what I call 'The Complicated Gray' the space that

exists between two maybe what we have been taught are opposing emotions and

the permission that we can give ourselves to feel both at the same time

so when it comes to that line in the song This is Me 'I am brave I am bruised'

it's not much unlike the line from Brené Brown 'Be afraid and brave in every

moment of every day' because you're not going to come out of the other side of

bravery without getting bruised ever when you show up in this life when you live

your life in a wholehearted authentic vulnerable way you're gonna fall flat on

your face fall down you're gonna fail you're gonna get hurt you're gonna be

shamed blamed criticized and judged that's the whole point because when our

heart is on the line when we are living our lives as who we truly are when we

are showing up we have more on the line which means we're gonna be bruised and

brave this is me what I want you to think about this week how much of you is

not showing up because of those past bruises how much of you is not showing

up in your job in your relationships on social media whatever

it might be because of some story you keep telling yourself of not good enough of

some failure of some hurt of some trauma or loss or tragedy in your life which we

will all have it's the bruises we can still choose bravery and when we

actually realize that it is those bruises that make us brave and when we

share that with the world because then people can connect with us and actually

choose to get better and live their best version of themselves with us because

healing only takes place in connection it is there that we will shine our light

brightest that we will be able to declare this is me I am brave I am

bruised I am not perfect and I will struggle always and I will choose to

rise so when you listen to that song a thousand times this week don't just

think of it as someone else she's braver than me he's more powerful

than me he's more successful she can do this she's special

hear those words as your own I am brave I am bruised this is me what if today

you took your old stories and you chose to rewrite them and realize that it is

those old stories those bruises that make you the most beautiful version of

yourself if you choose to do this work and own them reclaim your power and

rewrite your story what story are you still needing to rewrite I know for me

and often times is the story of being invisible or that I don't matter it

definitely goes back to my infertility story and it's something that probably

will always be a gremlin for me that I have to rewrite and work on everyday I

will honor my truth than the frustration scarcity and shame that pops up

and rumble with the emotions when they come up and I will always choose to

rewrite my story because I am enough I am loved and when I am in my sacred

truth of my bravery and my 'bruisedness' and my 'alotness' I rise because this is me

so I want to hear what story do you still need help

rewriting what story do you need to rewrite to reclaim your truth from

(ENG SUB)The best gift for the iKONIC! You've waited so long!! iKON - LOVE SCENARIO MV reaction - Duration: 6:50.

Hello everyone!!!

This is GoToe speaking~!

Today we

will see the MV of the iKON

who came back in 2 years

The best strength of the iKON is

when we think about the idol

each idol group has their own image

But in case of the iKON

they played tough songs like Bling Bling or Dumb&Dumber

But after that

they also played soft songs like My type or AIRPLANE

They played totally opposite songs repeatedly

Normally every idol group changed their concept

if released many albums

Even iKON debuted in 2015.09.15

It is really interesting that iKON handled many concepts

When I heard this title song LOVE SCENARIO

It looks like very quite song

First we need to listen it first

and we will talk about it later

Let's start it :)

(Perfect introduction)

Rhythm is really familiar to me

It is really....

It looks like really iKON song....

(What does he said..?)

It is really good...

(Personally I really like BOBBY's rap)

This song is much more active than I thought

It is better to me

(I don't know about my tongue)

And also iKON is

when they do the emotional song

Their music chart grade was better

than tough song

I really like tough songs of iKON

like BLING BLING or B-DAY

That is my personal taste

Ans also personally

I really like BOOBY's voice

That is really awesome...

Especially I love HOLUP!

MV is normal

It doesn't have any story

This song is really looks like iKON song

?????

Do you feel it????

Typical

Typical... emotion

Typical emotional song of the iKON

This song is really comfortable

This concept is much more popular to the public in Korea

So they made this concept song this time I think

This rhythm is so toxic

Yeah we saw the iKON 2nd album

title song 'LOVE SCENARIO'

My personal feeling of this song is

When we think about iKON's emotional song

exactly that feeling!

Good to say

It really express the colo of the iKON well

Everyone can know this song is iKON song

What I thought when I listened 1st part

I thought the song 'I LOVE YOU' of BOBBY

The mood of the song is really similar with this song

Imagine it when you lying on your bad at night

with small and dark light

that is the best situation to listen this song

So comfortable song

As I told it before,

normally after idol group released many albums

They changed their concept to change image

Normally in this situation

when we think about the quality of that songs

Of course every songs are perfect to their fans

But when we see that song in objective position

I didn't thought quality of each songs were high

(I just thought that was like.. a bonus song)

But in case of the iKON

Their emotional songs have

really high quality

Of course iKON's typical song is

MY TYPE, right??

When iKON do the emotional songs

every songs have really high quality

All of the songs are really 'Good' song

Anyway iKON came back with their 2nd album

in 2 years

I think it is really good news to the iKONIC

Because it is the early season of the 2018

Come back issue of the idol is not often

In this situation, iKON was back

with their new album~!!!

It is really thankful to me

I will listen this album a lot

BYE BYE!!!!

Crafting the Experience: The Journey, Episode 14 - Duration: 8:01.

- We are going to be one of the first events...

actually, the first major event that this is going to open for.

Oh, darn it. (LAUGHS)

Try that again.

OK, so we interrupt our regularly scheduled programming

for a trip to the convention center.

I want to show you guys what we're working on.

It's really cool.

We are in the San Diego, echo, Convention Center,

the monster convention center

and we're gonna go meet with convention center people

and kinda visualize how this is gonna look so let's go.

Let's check it out.

- This space and upstairs, outside of Ballroom 20

are the two primary places.

- What are we thinking about doing with this space?

- Our plan is, we're gonna make this more of an experience.

All that space over there we're going to turn into a cafe.

We'll have food for sale.

- Where does it start? - Well, we have F and G.

Probably until the escalator we can use.

We may be able to go in here.

- Now, this is F and that's G. - Yeah.

- This is like 110,000 square feet.

You can put a lot of people inside of this space.

Echo!

(ECHO COMES BACK)

Just had to try that.

(LAUGHS)

I do think that there's something 'wow' and humongous and awesome

to walk into a big room and to have like just a big wall of registration

over there, have a bunch of rounds out here where people can sit down,

have some music inside of this space.

And you can make a big space like this feel a little more intimate just

depending on how you do it.

So, imagine they come through that wall, they come over here

and there's this long wall of registration, a bunch of rounds,

the cafe is open over there if they wanna have breakfast or lunch

and then we just have round tables there and you set up a little stage

and have entertainment inside the space.

- No, I agree.

- Out there, it feels like we're gonna have to split everything up

over a huge amount of space and it's gonna feel kind of weird,

where here we can create our own space.

- I think the main reason we talked about putting it outside

versus in here

is 'cause besides that one peak between like 11:00 and 12:30 and

5:00 to 6:00, it's pretty dead registration space.

- I want to wow people

and I don't think they'll be wowed out in the hall there.

I think they'll be wowed in here and...

- You think it'll be too empty, though?

No, because we create the space.

The challenge with this area is that there's a lot of columns that

you're working against and a lot of visual obstructions

and while it looks really huge, it's just, you know,

once you put lines in there - you know people standing in lines and stuff,

it makes it look kind of small.

- Maybe the entrance is this.

Let's put the money upstairs - that's our space 'cause really,

the only reason people are down here is to check in and hang out on Wednesday.

But if we funnel this, like from that column to this column

as our main entrance.

The current sign we have right now fits right here - the large banner.

And the new sign will be this high brow.

- Alright, well, I'm fine with putting the big sign there.

I'm also thinking one into the hall there.

- When people are going down the escalator, they see the tunnel

but they also see our branding in it and they're taking pictures of that.

Imagine the fifth one down

having a big circle that says 'Social Media Marketing World'.

People will be taking pictures of that constantly.

I envision when you get to the top of each escalators,

there's signs that essentially direct you - creators.

All access.

So if you're a blogger or podcaster or a video creator,

this is going to be your area.

This is what we're calling the 'creator ticket'.

Just imagine a thousand people just like you or more

hanging out at those tables, going into those sessions.

That's the area that we're excited about.

And that's not the biggest area.

So I was here for Comic-Con and they had 200,000 people in this space.

It was pretty nice.

On the other side of this door is something called the sails pavilion

and it's where our networking plaza is going to be

and if you have a look,

you can see that they're building this

and we're gonna be one of the first events,

actually, the first major event that this is going to open for.

This is a 90,000 square foot space and they're going to be putting huge

sails, like the sails that you would see on boats on top of this space.

And this is where all of our networking is going to be.

So all this construction that you see going on right here?

They're doing that for us.

They're doing that for you guys.

Pretty exciting, huh?

Just imagine, instead of the clear blue sky,

you see almost like a circus tent up there.

They're going to be running these huge things

and it's gonna be really, really cool.

And brand new.

And then there's two more rooms over on this side, too.

Right, Bill?

Let me see if I can open this.

So this is where our keynote stage is going to be and we'll be able to

put many, many thousands of seats inside of here and also,

this is two-thirds of the room so that's the other third of the room, right?

Yea, pretty cool.

And there's water.

We have water at our conference.

You guys ever done water before?

White is clean, blue is not.

Notice there's blue in the bottom of it now?

(LAUGHS)

I put some bad stuff in there.

(COUGHS)

The area where we scan people over there.

- Yeah, full body scan.

- Full body scans, yeah.

Security is very tight at this event.

If you pass through without the wristband and the badge,

the dogs get you.

Just imagine the sign over there - the tase zone.

Can we get a sponsor for that?

It'll be like a creative tase like, um,

it'll be a tase everyone will wanna experience.

We won't tase you.

- It'll certainly go viral.

- We won't tase you, that's for sure.

(MUSIC PLAYS)

Like, whoa, we've already sold $25,500 worth of tickets just today.

And considering that today is Wednesday...

- That's actually good.

- That's exceptional.

- Yeah.

- Finally what we are doing is working.

- You're marketing.

- I care about the user experience.

So everything that I think about is like,

I care immensely about look and feel.

I care immensely about flow.

I care immensely about density because social cannot happen

without people coming together.

This is a small to scale version of the conference center

and we are going to be taking up from here all the way over to here.

We want people to show up here and be loud.

I want them to take pictures.

I want them to go live.

I want them to do all the stuff because it's...

it's a sign that we've done our job right.

The proverbial you-know-what just hit the fan.

As we leave you with today's video... (LAUGHS)

We just want to say thank you

first of all, for watching

and we would love it if you would share this with your friends

and we will see you next week.

Talk to you later.

PLAN ZDJĘCIOWY w górach Kalifornii | Jakub Klawikowski VLOG #63 - Duration: 13:35.

7:30 AM

Nice change of weather, comparing to Wroclaw, Poland.

And morning over there.

Today we finish all our pre-production work.

And tomorrow we start two shooting days.

In fact, we've been working on it for...

about two months.

Mostly using e-mails

and talking.

Preproduction is crucial to make everything work smoothly.

No matter if we're in Poland or States,

we always start with packing the car.

We're going.

Starting now.

Another stop on our travel to the location

where we will be filming.

I'll tell what's going on.

We're making a short film.

It's written and directed by Anthony.

We met with Anthony in Wroclaw, Poland.

He used to work in Grotowski Institute.

We made a few projects together,

including one in California, two years ago.

Our new small project has grown quite a bit.

The crew will consist of 15 or 16 people.

We're doing some last minute shopping.

What's interesting...

shops here are totally different than in Europe.

When you arrive here,

even though our culture is very similar,

so many small things are different

comparing to what we have in Europe.

Shops, methods of payment...

So many things...

But discovering these differences

is the best thing in travelling.

You can observe everything

with open eyes and

everything can surprise you.

Buildings, architecture, people, cars.

Everything's a little different.

A little like in the movies.

So..

simply driving

and looking around

can bring so much fun here,

if you are at least a little curious of the world.

We leave cell phone reception area.

No WiFi as well, so

for next 2 days - no internet and no contact with people.

It's a bit cold, we're in the mountains.

Adventure begins.

Everything is f****ng awesome!

That's our location.

We'll film everything in this cabin.

Check this out.

Mountains.

Pretty nice.

What we've been working with Anthony,

they are converting into a schedule

so that we can do everything quickly and efficiently.

Let's see what's in the basement.

In this project, I'm not only a DP, but also camera operator, so...

I need to think with my head

and work with my muscles.

It will require a lot of energy.

Becasue a lot of people are involved,

I can focus only in my job,

cinematography.

Everything else

is being taken care of, somewhere in the background.

Everyone takes care of every single element

so that everything works.

First part of day 1 is behind us.

Lunch, short break.

Short, independent film...

Science fiction, psychological - something like that...

We gathered a group of people who

want to help us make it happen.

Everything works perfectly so far.

OK, day 1 is wrapped.

14 hours of hard work.

But we have a lot of cool shots.

What I like the most, working like this,

is having this unique atmosphere.

Every single person here

focuses 100% on

making each scene in best possible way.

Everybody has one goal.

Working as a team.

Everyone has their job.

Without them, I wouldn't...

be able to make good shots.

Anthony would not be able to direct it

in that way, if not

for all this work done by the crew.

Some people take care of food, other check schedule,

or supervise if we're doing everything correctly.

Because of that

we make good stuff.

We recorded 600 GB of footage.

Monday. Extremely busy weekend is behind us.

We gather all our gear.

Grips, lights,

camera gear,

slowly leaving this amazing place.

We're on our way...

We finished filming.

Coming back to L.A.

It was a little difficult...

because, we have...

long days...

Right?

Let's if it's better than Polish burgers.

Proper american beef.

We're alive again.

I think that...

little steps are important.

Setting your big goal, but also...

planning each step

that is real and within your reach.

Each step takes you to new opportunities

I started my own bussiness about 7 years ago.

And...

Nothing happens at once,

well, sometimes you can take a big step, but...

most of the time it is a lot of work and many little steps.

So even if you don't see your final goal on the horizon,

you need to do what you can do right here and now.

And this area that you can work on

will slowly grow.

I don't understand.

With this motivational accent,

we finish this episode.

Be here with us next week, because

there will be one more episode from California.
