How U.S. Agents Can Get Results with Chinese Real Estate Buyers - Duration: 3:02.

Chinese buyers are the largest group of foreign property buyers in the United States.

They're ahead of Canadian buyers and the National Association of Realtors

said they spent a record 31.7 billion dollars in 2016.

That's 14 percent of the total value of foreign housing investment.

But who are they really? Fact is, not all Chinese are the same.

16.2% are buying for education purposes

whereby they search for a place

for their children to live in while attending university

3.1% want to immigrate to the United States

44.6% are looking for a good investment opportunity

while 65.7% are buying for their own use.

In other words, there are many different reasons for buying.

What's more, Chinese living in the U.S. versus Chinese living overseas like mainland China or Hong Kong

can have very different preferences it's about 10 vs 90 right now

but there is no rule limiting the purchase of property by a foreign buyer.

This means Chinese buyers can buy any property that is available to U.S. buyers.

But how can Chinese find U.S. properties? Buyers from China are browsing the

Internet from behind China's Great Firewall, which limits their access to

the majority of foreign websites.

This means it matters where your listing is hosted.

Otherwise they simply cannot see it.

Furthermore Chinese property buyers read and speak Mandarin Chinese.

So it's crucial that you can provide

content and support in their language.

So, what are you doing to reach this segment of the market?

We're here to help .

With 2 million monthly visitors,

Juwai.com is the largest Chinese international property platform.

We're hosted behind China's Great Firewall

which means listings can be viewed by Chinese

property buyers and investors no matter where they are in the world.

Listings are presented in Chinese with your branding and your contact information.

They can be found in the US search section here.

We also offer tools for agents to bridge online to offline

such as QR codes for Chinese to scan and view listings

on their phone or tablet

or brochure downloads for you to print out directly

and hand out to Chinese buyers visiting you in person.

Just log in to Juwai admin.

Our English-language admin system is designed for you to manage

your Chinese language listing content.

If you don't speak Chinese,

our Chinese consumer support center answers questions from Chinese buyers

for all listings on the site.

And when a Chinese buyer inquires on your property,

that information is translated into English and then sent directly to you.

Now that you know all this, don't let another vendor presentation fall short.

Show home sellers that you're marketing to

an international audience of Chinese buyers with Juwai.com

#وجبات_15_ثانية | جريش بالدجاج واللبن 15smeals | Jareesh "crushed wheat" with chicken and yogurt # - Duration: 4:36.

Hello all, it is Ragad, I am back with a new recipe, it is jareesh

For all who do not know it, it is a traditional Saudi dish

It is quite delicious specially in winter time

We have prepared it earlier in several ways: Red jareesh and jareesh with yogurt

Today we will prepare it with chicken and yogurt

Let us see the ingredients and then start with the method

First of all, mix 3 cups OF Turkish style Jareesh with 1/4 cup short rice (Egyptian or any brand)

Wash them then soak them for 30 minutes in hot water

Now in a pan, we recommend to use stainless steel or metal pan. as the painted one if something sticks in the bottom of the pan it will ruin the jareesh

Add 2 tbsp. vegetarian gee", 2 white onion chopped small

2 tsp cumin, by the way cumin is quite good with jareesh then mix

Add chicken that has been chopped into quarters, mix it all until it gets the taste

Add hot water until it covers the chicken, add salt and leave it until it gets cooked

When the chicken is well cooked Take it out of the pan

Take ½ cup of the chicken stew and leave it on the side, We will use it later

You may need to Add more water to the Jareesh as it needs too much water. it is not necessary a boiling water as it does not have chicken or meat

Add the jareesh with the soaking water and leave it on a medium temperature cooker for half an hour

Mix 2 cup of yogurt with 4 cups Laban "liquid"

try to use two or three days yogurt old so you are sure that they are thick and have the sour taste

you can add ½ tsp lemon (optional)

mix the yogurt with jareesh and turn down the temperature of the cooker until it gets cooked almost for 1-2 hours

during that time try to mix it from time to time and add hot water if it needs

Now to prepare the Roasted flavouring,

in a fry pan add 1 tsp "vegetarian gee ,2 tbsp. tomato puree mixes it all

add 2 small onion chopped small -either red or white onion

Add the spices

1 tsp cumin

Trumic

crashed hot pepper

and the most important bit is the grounded Black lemon. Pinch of salt and hot chili

Mix it all until the onion gets cooked

Add the chicken stew that you left it earlier

Add chicken pieces then mix it all

You can either return the chicken to the jareesh and mix it with it or leave it and use it during the serving as topping for the jareesh

Now for serving, try to mix the jareesh first then spread it in the plate

then add the roasted chicken that we already prepared

You can also add some butter if you like

And now our delicious and warm recipe is ready

I hope you like it

Don't forget to like and subscribe

Bon appetit

Would You Stand It | Original Song by SheWolf - Duration: 5:40.

He pierces me all of a sudden

With remorseless eyes

He pierces me and I let him in

'Til the sunrise

He'll never take me away with him

He drinks down my soul

I hush, he knows what I mean

The friend I found

I've lost my heart but it's alright

I'm pretty like a desperate cat

And now the birds won't sing again

Bring back the cage I was born in

I pierced him too and it took a glance

And we both know the deal

He watches over my innocence

Like you'd do with your meal

I've lost my heart but it's alright

I'm pretty like a desperate cat

And now the birds won't sing again

Bring back the cage I was born in

Would you stand it

If I forgave you

Would you stand it

If I do

I've lost my heart but it's alright

I'm pretty like a desperate cat

And now the birds won't sing again

Bring back the cage I was born in

DIY Cream Highlighter/How to Make Your own Highlighter at Home/INDIANGIRLCHANNEL TRISHA - Duration: 3:59.

In today's video i will show all of you, how to make DIY Highlighter at home. I have already applied it in my cheek bones and you can see how shiny and beautiful it is looking. So without wasting any time let's see how to make this highlighter.

For making this highlighter you will need either a eye shadow or a shimmer or a glitter. You can use any one of them. But I prefer using eye shadow because it has very fine particles and it blends easily with the skin and it looks natural.

I have an Essence eye shadow which was completely destroyed when i dropped it. So today i will recycle this eye shadow to make the DIY Highlighter.

The colour of this eye shadow is pinkish silver but you can use any colour you like. Especially the golden brown colour looks fabulous on Indian skin tone. So if you have the golden brown colour you can use it or you can use a mix of various colours. Whichever colour you like you can use it to make the highlighter.

Now i am taking a small zip lock packet and putting the eye shadow inside it.

Now i am crushing the bigger chunks of the eye shadow to convert it into fine powder.

Now add 8-10 drops of Glycerin in it. Glycerin will help this highlighter to stick to your skin.

For making the base of the highlighter, i am adding foundation which matches my skin tone.

Now mix all the ingredients like this. If you want you can add more foundation or more eye shadow depending upon the consistency of the highlighter that you require.

Now i am rolling the plastic bag like this so that all the mixture goes down to the bottom of the bag.

After this you need a clean container to store this highlighter. Now cut one corner of the plastic bag and pour all the mixture into the clean container and store it.

I have mixed all the ingredients in the plastic bag to avoid making a mess and so that the mixture can be easily poured into a container.

You can easily store this Highlighter for 1-2 months at room temperature.

Now i am applying 3-4 dots of this highlighter in my cheek bones and using the dabbing motion i am blending it perfectly with my skin.

You can see how natural looking this highlighter is. And if you use more highlighter, it will look much more shinier than this. It is completely dependent upon you to use a lit bit or more highlighter.

I am using a little bit of this homemade Highlighter in my hand, so that you can see how well this DIY Highlighter is reflecting light from the skin.

Hope you have liked my DIY Highlighter video.

#Ryano: HOW NOT TO COLLAB AND DO IMPRESSIONS 🙄😸 - Duration: 3:58.

Hello all you Ryanos out there. Hey guys we've got a real special guest with us today.

- A really special guest? - Celebrity guest. Sort of. - No, just a guest.

- Doing a collab with the main man. Your first collab. - True that.

- A chance for you guys to follow me. - No you can't - no you can't do that.

Now you're an unwelcome guest, Darren. This is my thing.

You can't just start to promote your own stuff. Anyway, guys, got some great stuff coming up today.

We've got another edition of Ring Me, Ryan.

Dial Me, Darren. We could do Dial Me, Darren cos I'm Darren.

No we can't do that. We're not going to do it because this is mine.

Darrenos. You guys could be Darrenos. Like Dominoes. Darrenos.

Do you want to go home, Darren? Do you want to go home?

Today everyone, we're going to do RYAN'S VOICES

Impressions. Do you want to hear my impression of you cos I'd like need a mirror and to take my shirt off?

Shut up, Darren.

You did one of mine the other day. In that video you did X-Factor man.

That's one I do: IT'S TIME TO FACE THE MUSIC.

- IT'S TIME TO FACE THE MUSIC. - IT'S TIME TO FACE THE MUSIC.

Say something else as him. Go on. Can you say anything else? Say something else as him.

IT'S TIME TO FACE THE MUSIC. He wouldn't say anything else.

No but, Darren he would say other things because in life he speaks other words to people.

To communicate important stuff like: I NEED A POO AND GIVE ME BEANS ON TOAST. OOH.

You see like that is quite important to him. Using the toilet

Really it's all about accuracy which I have and you don't.

You are missing the mark, Darren whilst I hit it. You are not professional enough.

- Don't ruin the video, Darren. - Sorry.

Ok then. Do another impression for us.

GO BACK TO THE SHADOWS. YOU SHALL NOT PASS! FLY, YOU FOOLS.

- I'm Ian McKellen as Gandalf off Lord of the Rings. - Yeah but you can't do that, Darren.

You can't tell people who you were doing at the end - it completely ruins it.

YOU SHALL NOT PASS! You see that was without announcing who it was.

- And also it was amazeballs. - FOOL OF A TOOK. - You don't really sound like him

You just sound like you doing a voice and I don't really like Lord of the Rings that much.

I prefer Star Wars. MEESA JARJAR BINKS. See that was a really great impression.

- I can't do that one. - No but you can't really do any impressions, can you?

Darren, when you're on Ryan's video you should contribute something.

Most of yours sound like Kermit the Frog. SOMEDAY THEY'LL FIND IT, THE RAINBOW CONNECTION

THE LOVERS, THE DREAMERS AND ME.

You ok, cos you sound like there's somthing wrong with your throat?

- Singing. Doing a song. - You don't sound like Kermit the Frog. You don't.

And you can't sing.

Really Kermit the Frog sounds more like this: HELLO, EVERYONE I'M DARREN

AND I'M IN RYAN'S VIDEO COS I'M TRYING TO STEAL HIS FOLLOWERS. I ONLY HAVE 40 ON TWITTER.

- 43. - Yeah but how many of those 43 are pornstars, spambots or you on another account?

I don't know.

Hey everyone I hope you enjoyed my first collab.

I really enjoyed it but I don't think I need to do another.

- Can I do some filming? - No, mate, it's ok. I can do it myself.

Like, comment, subscribe, click my face and don't forget you know it

and I know it I am the real McCoy....'s

Where to go in Osaka? Nagai Park and Nagai Botanical Garden! | Japan #27 - Duration: 11:23.

- We're the only non-locals here. - Yeah.

Whoa, it smells so good here. I'm hungry.

- Tell you what, just go over and ask for one stick. I'm okay to eat it. - No way.

- F***ing cheapskate. - F***!

Hi guys, so today is another brand new day here in Japan.

Second day here in Osaka and today, right now, we are here at the Nagai Station.

And why are we here? Because we're heading to this place called the Nasai...

- Nasai? Nasai. - Nagai.

Nagai Botanical Garden.

- You have to pay about 500 Yen, am I right? - Around there, whatever.

No, you can't just say whatever, you must tell them the actual price.

You'll tell, you'll show...

You...

You're supposed to pay 500 Yen if you come here alone, I mean, if you come here without any pass.

So we came via the subway and now we're here at the Nagai Botanical Garden which you have to pay 500 Yen.

If you're here without the pass, which is this one. So...

Please make sure to get the pass and without further ado, let's go and check out the botanical garden!

- So crazy, right? Drinking beer in the middle of the day. - It's part of their culture.

Open a can of beer for morning picnic and have a few drinks.

And I realized that Japanese really love to go out and play games.

Even though PlayStation is like, made by them.

But they still can go out and play the physical sports and stuff.

- Very good. - Very good, very healthy.

Look at this.

Nagai Botanical Garden.

Still a lot of people having picnics here.

Whoa, this is another beautiful tree.

This is already... The color is slightly different.

The color is dark pink. Hot pink.

Hot pink.

Whoa, they are really awesome people.

Really awesome you know? In Singapore, you'll never find this sort of thing.

So right now we're heading towards the botanical garden and as you can see, this place.

The Nagai Park. I think this is called the Nagai Park if I'm not wrong.

The park right outside the Nagai Station here in Osaka. And yeah, a lot of people are having picnics.

Having picnics here for the cherry season. And...

Cherry season? The cherry blossom season.

- Always saying cherry. - I kept saying cherry! It's as if I'm craving for cherries.

They also brought their own speakers and stuff. Trying to play everything, enjoy everything. Very, very good.

They are having picnics for all ages. No matter young or old, everyone is having fun.

And do you know there's this event here in the museum today?

This one, this one. The museum we are gonna go later.

- The event hasn't started yet. - Started already! It's on the 16th, okay I'm sorry. Just pretend I never said it.

Yanmar Stadium Nagai.

So where is the botanical garden?

Museum of Natural History...

There are students here.

Look, so it's here.

So this is the one.

And apparently, there's a group of students here.

I'm trying to draw their attention. So that they get f*** by their teacher.

Whoa, she's amazing, look at the granny.

- She's at least a hundred years old and still walking. - No, she's not.

- Yes, she is. - She's not 100 years old. - She's at least a 100.

This place is really... Sunday! Today it's Sunday you know? Sunday. Family day and you look at the front, the park. A lot of people.

Let's check it out!

They are having so much fun!

So cool.

And I saw an Indian kid here, I don't know why is an Indian kid here.

This kind of thing, you can never get to see in Singapore.

Kids these days, all the iPads, all the iPhones and whatever. - Yes, yes.

- No one plays at the park anymore. - Yeah. - Very little do.

Checking out the park life on a Sunday afternoon.

So as you can see, other than the kids having their fun.

The adults, they will just do the picnic stuff, whatever.

Very, very nice atmosphere.

Where you'll never get to see in Singapore. Never.

Because Singapore, for all the seasons in a year, it's always 30 degrees Celsius.

So yes, right now we're here. Right outside the botanical garden.

I think this is it, is it? No, no, this is the museum f***er!

I think we walked past... F***man we walked past the garden.

Damn, we're idiots.

- We walk right past it, quick quick. - You spent too much time looking at kids.

Is it wrong to look at cute kids?

- Whoa, the racket is a little huge. - The shuttlecock too.

It's a little too big!

It's just for fun, so that they can play the game longer.

You will see these... stalls and stuff.

For you to buy food and stuff.

Apparently, they are having barbecues!

What the hell... Very good, very good.

- It's here. - Yeah, that's the one, no that's the museum. It's further up.

Let's head over.

- We're the only non-locals here. - Yeah.

Whoa, it smells so good here. I'm hungry.

- Tell you what, just go over and ask for one stick. I'm okay to eat it. - No way.

- Hey, we came at the right time. - It's full of people. (人山人海) - People mountain people see. (Direct translation of 人山人海)

See? See? Point more.

Okay, I think we are here, I think we are here.

- F*** man! - Huh?

- Botanic garden and the freaking museum is the same place. - Damn it!

- Let's go, let's go. - Where's our magical pass?

- Magical pass! - Oh yeah... eh?

You always "eh?".

I'm used to it.

- You keep losing things. - Where's my map?

You see? It's either you lost the pass or you lost the map.

Why are you always like that?

Just wait here, give me one minute.

Always like that.

Nothing, right?

Nothing.

- Let's go. - Finding a needle in the haystack.

Thank you.

So, right now we just got ourselves the tickets. That is just printed papers with stamps.

And I just lost my f*** map. Nevermind, let's go.

Luckily we have internet. We can just use the internet and see.

Oh hey, we can take the train now!

- There are technically more people outside eating barbecue than people inside here seeing flowers. - Of course! This one is paid. It's 500 Yen!

- Do you need to pay for the train? - I saw the... Nah I think it's free.

- You need to pay. - Really? - Here.

- Road train. - Show her the wonder-pass ticket.

- I'm not sure if this can be used. - Show it to her.

Probably, probably can't be used.

- You always made me ask. - F***er, you made me do these too.

- Can you use this? - No, you can't. - Oh, okay.

- 300 right? - 300. - Alright then. - Okay.

- For two right? Is it this one? - The 600 one.

- Two right? Two. - Yeah. - Two person.

- This? - Just ask her. - This one? - Two. - Ah, two tickets. Yeah.

- How long is the ride? - 15 minutes. - Okay.

- Wait, huh? - The black one.

- Where are you from? - Singapore!

- Have a seat. - Thank you so much. - Wherever you want to. - Okay!

So let's choose a seat. Let's choose the back.

Thank you!

Whoa, her English is good!

- The girl just now. - Yeah. - Film her more you idiot. - Film her? Alright. - I'm kidding, take the money first! Thank you.

That's it for the Nagai Botanical Garden.

It's a pretty big garden, but if you're running out of time if you're rushing for time...

- You can do the same like us, take the road train and... - Road train? It's a tram.

It's called the road train! They called it the Road Train!

- Road train it is... - So yeah, the road train. Then you can do the tour around the park in 15 minutes.

If you have a lot of time to spare and want to do things slowly, want to check out the plants and trees slowly...

Then I suggest you save that 300 Yen per person...

Do the tour yourself. It's really cool, very fun.

So right now we're heading to this place called Osaka Museum of Natural History.

So right now we're gonna go in and check out the awesome museum in Osaka!

Let's go!

Whoa, this place is freaking nice you know?

Then this guy, I think he drank alcohol.

No, can you not say that? He just wants to chill.

Can't he just drink alcohol and chill? I didn't say it's a bad thing.

He drank alcohol, I also drank alcohol...

But not now...

Rival parties at odds over timing, specifics of Constitutional amendment - Duration: 3:32.

Grueling talks have been underway at the National Assembly to draw up a proposal for revising

the Constitution.

In the second of our 3-part series,... our Kim Min-ji takes a look at where rival parties

stand on the issue.

A special parliamentary committee on Constitutional amendment has been in the works since early

last year -- but there's been more tit for tat between rival parties than progress.

The ruling Democratic Party of Korea is firm on its stance to hold a referendum in tandem

with local elections in June.

The party has vowed to craft a proposal by the end of this month,... which it will use

as a basis for negotiations with the opposition.

Park Ju-min -- a ruling party lawmaker and part of the special parliamentary committee

-- says enough talks have been held on the issue,... and there's no problem holding the

vote in June.

"We've already figured out the disputed areas and each of the parties' stances on the matter.

A deal needs to be made no later than mid-March to have it ready for a public vote by June.

Now the question is, will we hold talks on the amendment, even without an agreement on

power structure,... or without that part, will the opposition not engage in talks at

all?

Also, holding the vote in tandem with local elections reduces the cost burden.

But if the opposition is eager to hold the referendum on a different date, there should

be no problem carrying out two revisions -- it's one way we could handle the dispute."

Pressure was renewed after President Moon Jae-in's New Year's press conference.

He warned that the government will prepare a proposal of its own -- should rival parties

fail to reach a compromise.

"There's a big divide on how to amend the power structure.

If no agreement is reached there, we could revise that section at a later date."

But, the main opposition Liberty Korea Party says *that is out of the question.

It claims the topic resurfaced in the first place because of the power abuse scandal last

year -- as people acknowledged that the president holds too much authority.

Opposition lawmaker Ahn Sang-soo, also a member of the committee,... says another issue is

that the government has more urgent tasks to deal with.

"People have to think wisely as the local election is about selecting someone that will

take care of people's livelihoods over the next few years.

We have the Olympics coming up.

North Korea's provocations are a lingering threat.

We have domestic problems, including crises over cryptocurrencies, the minimum wage hike

and the real estate bubble.

The young administration needs to take care of these issues first.

We're not saying we won't hold a referendum.

It's the first amendment in 30 years, and a charter we may uphold for the next century.

We can't rush it."

Of the National Assembly's 297 lawmakers -- 198 need to vote in favor for the revision to

pass.

The Liberty Korea Party holds 118 seats -- enough to block any deal that it deems unfavorable.

Although smaller in representation,... three other parties in the committee have all recognized

the need for an amendment, but differ slightly regarding the specifics.
