Yes, we often come together and discuss,

what and how is functioning in the world of finance.

Everyone has got his own unique experience.

Therefore, we often produce ideas, that seem to be novel.

Since we had put emphasis on Trade Funding,

we were thinking about the automation of the process:

the process of enquiry, funding, delivery, invoicing.

When we had understood the idea of distributed registry

we had decided that we would build the system based on it.

And yes, the whole team is unmatched.

Everyone of us is representing a different field:

finance, banking, marketing, analysis, interpersonal communications

Everything we do, we do like nobody else.

We fully understand, that the system of relations between the buyer, investor, delivering party, seller

which exist today is not.. is..is.. really too complicated and absolutely not perfect.

There is a great opportunity today

to create an environment for cooperation of these parties

on the basis of blockchain and make everything, I mean, Everything monumentally simplier

Everyone wins:

the buyer instantly gets a loan and knows where it comes from,

investor credits fast and knows whom,

the seller and logistics specialist receive payments instantly

after the conditions of delivery are met.

This system is devoted to success!

It will expand itself and grow in value.

It will pay back and change the world.

It makes sense to invest in it!

The commissions generated by the system will be shared between token-holders

according to a smart contract.

Well, .. we are not better than anybody or anything:

we differ.

Our task is to create a system and provide an access to every interested stakeholder.

We plan to manage it at the stage of creation and debugging.

After that it will be technically self-regulated.

That will be cool!

There is no simple explanation of the Handelion.

Let us say that this is an ecosystem where investors fund deals between buyers and sellers.

But there are more participants of the ecosystem:

Besides investors, buyers, sellers there are accompanying services like

logistics services

The system fulfills combined functions of an intermediary and lawyer,

but makes it very fast – automatically- and almost for free.

Today the system is expensive, because there are many intermediaries.

Some logistics services are not being sold directly to clients.

International multi-currency transfer is expensive and long

Banks are checking and re-checking everything.

It takes time

That is why we decided to create a system,

that would provide to participants

more transparency upon entrance and more peer2peer interactions.

Yes it will be much easier, when most of market participants will communicate directly.

The processes we are performing manually today,

these processes will become automated in an open system.

in a moment when money-lenders,

sellers

buyers

logisticians

risk analysts and other parties get connected to the system

For example,

You are an investor.

How will you earn

in the Handelion environment?

this is possible

in the same way as today:

you can earn in our trade funding system.

The deal prospectus with the description of risk/yield

is being forwarded to you.

you will decide and you will invest for the period of 2-3 months.

and get a guaranteed repayment of the loan with an accrued percent.

You will act the same in Handelion,

but with more scale, speed, hence more efficient.

You will interact with the system without any intermediaries.

Automatically.

You will invest not only fiat money, but also crypto-currencies.

The system will have its own currency,

its own digital contract,

that will enable lightning flow of funds upon approval of the fact of deal.

I can give you an another example:

as investor you will save money on transactions.

You can join several digital contracts, you can deposit, keep and withdraw means from the system.

And here is the final flourish for you:

you can automatically invest in digital contracts

according to your own risk/yield priorities.

For instance, if you are importing from China to Germany,

to receive co-funding today

you would provide us with a bunch of documents

We would analyze risks and make a conclusion about risks and yield

and we would define the amount of co-finance.

We would require a prepayment

we would add investors funds and only after that

we would buy goods from the seller.

We would deliver it and you would be able to buy it out

in a required moment in a directed warehouse.

In Handelion you will share information with the system.

The system will analyze you and provide you with a credit-score.

You will get access to investors,

suppliers of logistics services,

sellers of goods approved by the system.

You will select the best combination of services of trustworthy suppliers

and approve the contract.

Everything will happen flash-like.

Furthermore, you will have instant access to the information

about the process of production and delivery of your purchase!

And nobody will own the system.

Because that is not just the system.

It is an ecosystem that corresponds to the idea of the internet of things.

Our team of lawyers, financiers, programmers

and system analysts will support and develop the ecosystem

and get commission from the participants of the ecosystem.

It will be a distributed network,

the environment, where business will have a vast economy of scale

and equal opportunities.

We will use the system by ourselves when it starts to work.

We believe that we will succeed

because of the team we have, entrepreneurial experience,

ambitious and valuable idea,

access to necessary technologies

and a talent to conduct negotiations.

The value of the idea is obvious.

80% of international trade is backed with credits

and there are facts,

that keep small and medium companies below the line of access to finance and international markets

That is why we know

that our idea and future ecosystem is more than feasible.

Accessibility

and opportunities of blockchain technology and smart-contracts are just mind-boggling!

Besides,

technical development of the platform will be carried out by specialists with a proven successful track record.

They had deployed several systems for us and our clients under our project management.

They have created not just a couple of online-stores,

but complex systems with multi-level algorithms

that were managing physical objects,

enterprise-level solutions.

They have become both associates and partners,

being ready to launch a new paradigm of interaction

of buyers-investors-delivering parties and sellers.

The art of communication, ability to negotiate

will serve us in cooperation with governing authorities of different countries

to reach the overall acceptance of the system as soon as possible.

Development and promotion of the project take a lot of resource.

That is why we are turning to the society

with an offer to support us in creation of a new trading world

without intermediaries and limits.

The Avengers — Defining an Act - Duration: 14:44.

Hi, I'm Michael.

This is Lessons from the Screenplay.

A couple months ago, while promoting his new Netflix show, Mindhunter,

director David Fincher made a comment about the limitations of the Marvel superhero films,

and the potential of new platforms like Netflix.

"Look, there's a very large talent pool of people who

don't feel there's much for them in terms of sustenance working for Marvel.

And I think that if we can make a playground for them

that is thoughtful, adult, interesting, complex, challenging…

there's a chance at something that isn't lassoed and hogtied by three acts."

This last part of his comment has stuck with me.

I've been thinking about it a lot.

In fact, it's become a kind of obsession.

It's led me to revisit screenwriting books,

re-read some Shakespeare,

and re-watch every movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

All in search of an answer to a question:

What is the most useful way for a writer to think about act structure?

I want to bring you along on the journey I took to find the answer in two videos…

starting by figuring out what an act even is.

So today I want to use "The Avengers,"

a well-known and well-structured film,

to explain the details of conventional three-act structure.

...To explore its history, as well as its classical alternative, five-act structure.

And share a new way I've decided to think about the acts in a story.

Let's take a look at "The Avengers."

The idea of a formal three-act structure for a screenplay

was popularized in Hollywood by Syd Field,

when he described it in his 1979 book, "Screenplay."

According to him, it looks likes this.

Three acts, two plot points.

Act One should make up the first twenty-five percent of a script,

providing all the set up for the story.

So let's see if this is true for "The Avengers."

In the film, the first half of Act One shows Loki's arrival and reveals his evil plan.

The second half of Act One is all about S.H.I.E.L.D.

recruiting our heroes to join the fight against Loki…

"Security breach!"

…and raising concerns about bringing them together, thus setting up the story.

At the end of Act One comes the First Plot Point,

during which the protagonist makes a difficult choice and enters a new world.

Because there are so many characters in "The Avengers,"

this moment plays a bit differently than in most scripts.

Iron Man commits off-screen, and Thor joins up later.

Nonetheless, this is where we see Captain America and Bruce Banner

commit to helping S.H.I.E.L.D.

The Helicarrier lifts them up into Act Two,

exactly 25% of the way through the film's run time.

As a side note, act breaks are often—but not always—accompanied by a change in location.

The middle 50% of a script forms the second act,

where the protagonist struggles to achieve their new goal.

Since 1979, this section has somewhat evolved.

It's now common to include a midpoint—

a big turn that comes exactly half way through the screenplay.

This midpoint splits the second act into two halves,

often referred to as "2A" and "2B."

In "The Avengers," the first half of Act Two is all about our heroes

trying to stop Loki's plan while struggling to trust each other.

At the midpoint—almost exactly half-way through the film—

our heroes learn that S.H.I.E.L.D. has been keeping secrets from them.

During this apex of tension, Loki's men attack,

and the momentum of the story swings in a new direction.

The second half of Act Two is about our heroes failing to stop Loki,

taking losses and ending up scattered.

This leads to the Second Plot Point.

A moment of crisis, which forces the protagonist to make another big choice.

Our heroes realize what's at stake, put aside their differences,

and come up with a plan to stop Loki once and for all.

They gear up and fly off into Act Three.

In Act Three, the protagonist knows what they need to do,

but must overcome their weaknesses to do so.

In learning to work together and by defeating Loki,

our heroes become The Avengers.

The rest of Act Three is about resolution and tying up loose ends.

This is the three-act model that has formed the foundation

of what we consider "proper" screenplay structure for almost forty years.

So what's the problem with this "paradigm" three-act structure?

Well, it's a bit vague when it comes to the second act.

Acts one and three have specific functions that are understood intuitively:

set-up the story and resolve the story.

But Act Two, the bulk of the narrative, is pretty bare.

And even with the midpoint, there are only three turning points put forth in this model.

A lot happens in "The Avengers"—this doesn't really seem to cover it all.

So what are the alternatives to three-act structure?

The most commonly discussed model, famously found in Shakespearean plays,

is the five-act structure.

In 1863, German novelist Gustav Freytag published his book "Technique of the Drama,"

and introduced "Freytag's Pyramid."

He had analyzed classic Elizabethan drama,

and declared there were five stages in every tragedy.

Let's go through these five stages and see how they align perfectly with "The Avengers."

The first stage, Exposition,

is all about setting up the world, the conflicts already in place,

and the protagonist.

As we've already discussed, this is the first 25% of "The Avengers,"

where we learn about Loki's plan and meet our heroes as they are pulled into the drama.

During the second stage, Complications,

tension mounts and momentum builds as the intricacies of the drama are established.

Now assembled, our heroes go to work tracking Loki.

They find him, confront him, and capture him.

Along the way, Iron Man and Thor make their entrances,

and we see the beginnings of conflict between our heroes.

They are not good at playing nice with each other.

The third stage is The Climax.

This may seem like a strange name,

because we usually refer to the final showdown in a story as the climax.

But I feel this conveys the appropriate amount of weight this section should have.

Freytag wrote of this middle stage:

"The development of conflict reaches its high point,

the Hero stands at the crossroads, leading to victory or defeat, crashing or soaring."

In "The Avengers," this third stage begins once Loki is on board the ship.

The conflict between our heroes that was hinted at in the second stage reaches its highest point.

Everything we've seen so far has been building to this...

and at this very moment, the antagonists attack.

(explosion)

This section ends in defeat.

The fourth stage, Falling Action, is all about reversals,

as the protagonists reacts to the consequences of the climax.

Our heroes, now having tasted defeat,

are no longer bickering about their differences.

They reverse their behavior,

and commit to working together to destroy their common enemy.

By the end of this stage, they become The Avengers,

conveyed in a single, now-iconic shot.

Finally, in the fifth stage, Catastrophe,

the conflict is resolved, either through the downfall of the hero if it's a tragedy,

or through victory and change.

In "The Avengers," this stage begins immediately following the iconic shot, as Loki commands:

Loki: "Send the rest."

Our heroes have changed for the better and become a team,

but now they're about to be truly tested.

The Avengers fight and sacrifice and win the day.

And get schawarma.

These are the five stages of Freytag's Pyramid,

which form the basis of a classical five-act structure.

So what are the major differences between a five-act structure and a three-act structure?

As it turns out, if we take Freytag's Pyramid

and place it on top of Syd Field's three-act paradigm, it fits quite nicely.

As John York writes in his book, "Into the Woods: A Five-Act Journey Into Story"…

"It's important to underline that a five-act structure

isn't really different to a three-act structure,

merely a detailed refinement of it…

Simply put, five acts are generated by inserting two further act breaks

in the second act of the traditional 'Hollywood' paradigm.

The first and last acts remain identical in both forms."

So using a classic five-act structure satisfies the demands of the three-act paradigm,

while also providing a more detailed take on the middle section of a story.

But if we compare these two structures as we just applied them to "The Avengers,"

we see that they don't fit exactly as John Yorke described.

The fourth stage where The Avengers reunite

doesn't occur during the "paradigm's" second act, but rather the third.

So why doesn't it line up perfectly with how the screenwriting book said?

Did we put the act breaks in the wrong spot?

Well, maybe.

But more importantly,

does any of this really matter?

Here we arrive at the heart of my obsession,

where I was left pondering how to define an act.

Perhaps the most common criticism of the three-act structure

is that it leads to formulaic stories.

The argument goes:

"won't all movies be the same if they follow this three-act paradigm?"

I think this misses the point of what makes a story good or bad.

To use an analogy, almost all popular songs use a verse-chorus structure…

But we don't love our favorite pop songs just because they're structured

"verse, chorus, verse, chorus, chorus."

We love them because of the content within the verses and chorus,

what is put into the structure.

The same goes for screenwriting.

Knowledge of act structure helps you organize your story,

but it's not a shortcut to quality.

And when a writer has something random happen on a certain page because a book told them to,

instead of it being an organic result of the story events,

that is the misuse of structure that leads to frustrating, formulaic movies.

So can we come up with a definition for an act that is more useful

during the actual writing process?

One that isn't based on placement in a story, but rather function?

Film Crit Hulk, a film critic who writes in all caps and as if he were the Hulk,

released a blog post several years ago railing against three act structure.

In it, he offers a definition:

"THE END OF AN ACT IS A POINT IN THE STORY WHERE A CHARACTER(S) MAKES A CHOICE AND CAN

NO LONGER 'GO BACK.'"

I like that this definition is character-centric,

focusing on a specific action that affects the momentum and direction of a story.

Another similar but more detailed definition is by John Yorke:

"...acts are bound by dramatic desire,

with a turning point spinning the character off

in pursuit of a new goal...

A course of action, defined by one single desire,

will be completed, whether successfully or not."

I think this is a really useful definition,

again because it is based on what is actually happening in your story—

the desire of the protagonist.

But the definition that has helped me the most came from combining the two,

and taking John Yorke's advice when he wrote...

"Sometimes it's easier to think of the structure in question-and-answer form."

So now, I think of an act as the dramatic question it introduces to the story,

persisting until the question is answered

and the protagonist has made a choice that sends them in a new direction.

This was what I was looking for when I began my investigation into act structure.

When you describe an act with a question, it becomes actionable.

It is the writer's job to design a series of events that will answer this question,

force the protagonist to make a choice,

and send them in a new direction.

So now, for the fourth and final act of this video,

let's define the Acts of "The Avengers" using questions and answers.

Act One begins as Loki appears and reveals his evil plan.

The dramatic question posed is:

Will Nick Fury be able to recruit our heroes to help stop Loki?

This is answered when they say yes...

even though we don't see them all commit on-screen.

Captain America and Bruce Banner choose to start searching for Loki,

which brings us to...

Act Two: Can they track Loki down and catch him?

Answer: Yes, but it feels like it was too easy.

Despite disagreement amongst the team about what should be done with Loki,

they choose to bring him back to S.H.I.E.L.D.

Act Three: Now that our heroes are finally united,

will they be able to get along and trust each other?

No.

Distrust leads to failure, and Loki escapes.

Realizing their errors, they finally choose to work together.

Act Four: Will our heroes unite to become The Avengers?

Yep.

By the end of act four they choose to face Loki's impossibly large army together,

in a coordinated effort.

Act Five: Will The Avengers be able to stop Loki's army from destroying New York City?

Yes, through a concerted effort that shows

that this new team is greater than the sum of its parts.

Having grown, the characters choose to go their separate ways,

knowing they will have each others' backs when the time comes.

You can analyze a film and apply any structure if you try hard enough.

Whether it's three-act structure, eight-sequence breakdown, or the Blake Snyder beat sheet,

it's just an intellectual exercise unless it helps you improve your writing.

In the end, all screenwriting books are essentially talking about the same thing,

it's just about finding what clicks with you and makes you a better writer.

But what about that David Fincher quote?

Are Marvel films really "lassoed and hogtied" by three-acts?

What is an example of a film that doesn't follow the "paradigm" structure?

And what happens when we zoom in closer to dissect the anatomy of an act?

I'll examine all of this in my next video,

next week.

I recently used this question and answer method of identifying acts

in a blog post I wrote about The Last Jedi.

Friends had been asking for my thoughts on the movie,

so I decided to write them up and post them to my website.

Bug Attack Predator TK-3 Combo Pack Unboxing - Duration: 4:56.

On this episode of Scott vs. Box. I open up bug attack combo predator TK 3

Ain't got time to bleed bug juice

Scott Vs. Box (Singing)

(explosion)

This is

bug attack combo predator TK 3

top of the line when you're going after bugs

accept no substitutes unless it's the substitute bug attack which is great because it's

Just good. It says bug attack right there, so we got a blaster

We got bugs-

blasts the bugs as they tumble- bugs act as moving targets

what?

darts fire up to 55 feet

and contains two predators

Dart blasters and then two bugs and twelve darts gives me plenty of shots of trying to hit these pesky old bugs

easy action primer push the darts all the way in

Pressure-sensitive trigger rotating barrel tactical grip. Yeah, where did I get this cool tape and then

Ocular goggles for my eyes. Where do I get that?

Where's that go?

all right- So let's get these out of here-made by Zuru inc

I like that name

Zulu inc.

yes, I think I once met a gypsy named Zuru Inc and they told me my fortune

He said Scott vs. Box. I said yes, they said some day

Yes,

you'll open up a toy called the bug attack and say yes

And I said it'll be made by a company named Zuru Inc, and I go what it was isn't that your name

And they'll go yes, we started up a toy line

And we'd really like the shout out if you could cause gypsy life is hard. I mean oh

Ok gypsy. I'll remember this day. I'll remember it and not create it in my mind as though it happened for the first time

They said we don't believe you we hear what you're talking about and you don't remember, and I don't!

I remember nothing

Then I get this out of here, and we got some bugs- got some bugs.

Ew, Oh! Gross. Oh, they feel gross.

Why they feel gross.

Ah they stick on stuff- they're gross

Gross bugs, I know I'm being a bugist

but you know what- it's my choice

It's my choice. I think bugs are gross okay-

Ah, they're hanging off the thing! Yeeoo!

Yeeeooo!

Gross bugs

This bug's is gross

Okay, so let's get our darts here, and let's see

How we load these things up- get off the thing!

you creepy, bug

Oh I lost a dart! Thanks a lot, bug

Jerk, alright, so I get my darts back. Okay?

Hey, stop, it stop it.

Okay. Ah goo gross

Why you gotta be so gross bug?

So it's got the X shots

holds three darts all in all- okay

So I did every time I accidentally touch these bugs. They freak me out, man

I can't handle it man, and it's gross man

and so there's no extra dart storage, so I'm left with a

few extra darts here

but the backup, but that's fine because

Gross bugs yuck

so I guess you could just put them on walls or whatever you want in there

That's a good target rather than the cardboard cut-out targets that are normally involved, so let's see here. Let's

Stand them up here

hello

I'm a bug and I shant be messed with, alright?

(fires) ooh, oh! It's stuck to it!

(laughter)

Oh all right, how's this work- all right

Wait do I have to put it in the top every time?

this thing was pretty cool

And then that happened so it only shoots a dart from the top one so I guess

I dunno, that's weird, right

Hey

Oh whoa, it bounced off the wall came back landed on this bug and stuck to it

(grossed out laughter)

ohh

these bugs they're creepers. I tell you

creepers creepers creepers jeepers jeepers, so we got the

Blue and yellow bug over there, and then this one

uh he's amassing many darts this red one. I don't care for you

I don't care for the cut of your jib bug. I attacked you, but you've already been attacked by other darts

pretty fun uh

Creepy bugs you can creep out at your sister, whoo

Oh the darts went everywhere! this has been insane

I just wish that you didn't have to put the dart in the top one every time

That's my only flaw

that and these bugs are creepers bug attack

bug attack

bug attack

The Office - Michael Leaves Steve Carell's character Michel Scott is every

corporate guy's dream boss.

The guy goes over his head to make everyone happy and boost employee's moral, often at

the expense of making a complete fool out of himself and pissing off his superiors.

After six years of being everyone's favorite boss, Steve Carell decided to leave the show.

Safe to say this was a heartrending off set and on set goodbye.

Michael tells everyone that he's leaving tomorrow when in reality he planned to leave that night.

Jim discovers the plan and confronts him.

This was the last scene Steve filmed on the show and left both actors in genuine tears.

You're The Worst - Twenty-Two Some would argue that comedy isn't truly enjoyable

until its mixed with a healthy dose of drama.

And that's what makes You're the Worst so good.

Well, that and dealing with serious issues like depression, narcissism and PTSD in a

sharp, funny manner and looking into relationships from a fresh, realistic angle.

In episode 'Twenty-Two'' we take a peek into veteran Edgar's everyday life and how he struggles

with PTSD and suicidal thoughts.

We see him fight with a VA officer about his medication, which he says aren't working.

He eventually meets a fellow veteran who tells him about coping mechanisms for PTSD.

Friends - Leaving The Apartment Empty After hanging out with them for 10 years in

apartment 20, watching how they strengthen their bond, learn from their mistakes and

develop beautiful relationships, it was time to say goodbye to Friends.

Our pain was fairly eased up by a one-hour finale and Rachel and Ross's long waited happy

ending, but seeing them move on with their lives and move away from each other was enough

to make us reach for the tissues.

In the final scene, they all leave their keys and take a one last look at the apartment

where they shared so many amazing memories.

How I Met Your Mother - Marshal's Dad Dies How I Met Your Mother protagonists had their

fair share of heartaches, but things got a dramatic turn when Marshal losses his father

in season 6.

Marshal hears the bad news from Lilly in the most unexpected moment: the moment he just

found out he was to be a father himself.

Overwhelmed with pain and confusion, he hugs Lilly and tells her he wasn't ready for this.

Actor Jason Segel wasn't told about the plot twist, so the reaction was as genuine as it

could be and the scene was entirely improvised.

This was a gut-punching moment in an otherwise funny series.

The Last Man On Earth - Falling Slowly For a guy who was destined to be ''the last

man on earth'', Phil Miller had it pretty good eventually; he found love, he found a

group of friends who were immune to the plague just like him, who generally speaking, tolerate

him.

When Phil is reunited with his brother Mike, his life seems complete, but his happiness

is short lived by the news Mike has the plague.

Mike decides not to put Erica's baby in danger of contracting the plague and leaves.

They have plenty of 'goodbye'' moments that make us misty-eyed, but watching the two of

them sing the Once Song over and over again was incredibly touching.

Scrubs - Doctor Cox breaks down If we're talking'' heartbreaking'', let's

not forget the time Dr Cox loses 3 patients due to a wrong diagnosis and goes into a major

meltdown.

Cox missed the signs of rabies in the first patient, and since she was an organ donor,

her organs end up killing two other patients.

As tragic as it all sounds, watching the otherwise sarcastic and unattached Dr Cox leaving the

hospital in the final scene of the episode, overwhelmed with guilt and despair and determined

not to operate again, is what gets us every time.

Family Guy - The Life Of Brian After 10 seasons of surreal wacky comedy,

Seth MacFarlane decides to give the Griffins a reality check by killing Brian and the result

was no short of tear jerking.

Brian gets hit by a car during a game of street hokey.

He's transported to the hospital, but the doctor says he's not gonna make it.

He then proceeds in saying goodbye to everyone in private and tells them how much they mean

to him before taking his last breath.

The griffins are devastated, but luckily they only go without him for a month when Stewie

goes back in time to save his best friend.

Mash - Henry Blake's death Lieutenant Colonel Henry Blake was not really

army material, but he did the best he could in a seemingly impossible job, often dealing

with supply shortages, cranky doctors and, of course, death . He kept the 4077'th at

97% survival rate and earned the love and respect of his peers.

Radar O'Reilly announcing Henry's Blake death is arguably one of the most iconic scenes

in the history of television.

The

scene is as shocking as it is groundbreaking because it made MASH the first TV show that

had a major character die.

The Fresh Prince of Bel Air Wills Dad Leaves Again

For a show as usually fun and light-hearted as The Fresh Prince was, it sure could pack

a punch when it came to the more emotional scenes.

The episode that takes the cake, in our opinion, involves Wills deadbeat father returning

after a 14 year absence.

The Banks, especially Uncle Phil, see through Lous lies, but Will doesnt.

Desperate to reconcile with his father, one final betrayal stabs Will, and the audience,

especially deep.

But when Will breaks down before hugging his Uncle Phil, we all realized that this sitcom

could give us more than just laughs.

Futurama-Jurassic Bark Futurama is not only a sharp, hilarious show,

but the world it embodies is both rich in details and visually stunning.

But the sad truth is, Fry unintentionally leaves his loved ones behind when he ends

up frozen.

When Fry tries to clone his old dog, Seymour, who has been fossilized, he discovers that

Seymour lived for 12 more years after he got frozen, so he decides that he lived a full

life and there's no point in cloning him.

What comes next is the most heartbreaking montage imaginable, with the cute little doggie

waiting for fry at the pizza place where he told him to wait, as the years go by and everything

changes around him, until he finally rests his head and closes his eye.

Who else was crushed by that sight?

What do you think?

Did we leave out any scenes that made you bawl like a baby?

Teleprompter Review - Parrot Teleprompter - Duration: 5:40.

In this video, video #3, in my video series on teleprompters, I'm going

to show you my current favorite teleprompter, the teeny-tiny Parrot

Teleprompter. Hi, my name is Sue Ferreira, creator of Wisdom To Wealth Mastery ,where

I show you how to take all the wisdom you have up here in your head, brain dump

it, organize it and then take your wisdom to the world, using video, because

you know, that video is your most powerful tool you have to be seen and

heard. Quite frankly, if I can do this in my 70s, in a couple of years from

scratch, you can do this too, so subscribe to my channel and then,

click the bell icon alongside, to receive a message every time a new video of mine

is posted. Back to this lovely Parrot Teleprompter. It's so small, it's light,

it's packable, it's portable, it's resilient and as I said, it's so cute! When I first

looked at it, I wondered if I would be able to read the script as easily as I

can on this larger teleprompter behind, because the script is on a smartphone,

but to my delight, it's as simple to read the script, on this little teleprompter,

as it is on my larger one. Let's now look at how this teleprompter works. At

the moment, it works primarily with a DSLR camera or a Mirrorless camera, as I

have here - my Lumix GH3 - but you know, I'm pretty sure it could adapt quite

easily to work with my Logitech webcam, which I'm using right now. With a little

fiddling and creativity, I reckon you could also adapt it to work with two

iPhones, one running the app and one behind here, as the recording camera. Now,

the Parrot Teleprompter has very few moving parts. It comes with two

protective parts on it. It has this little cover at the front and I'm just

going to flip off the cover now and hey presto,

there is the mirror, the beamsplitter mirror, which I talked about with this

teleprompter in my previous video. The the front cover here this piece is

really to protect the mirror, which is a good idea! Then the back here is

the place, where the camera goes and it comes with a very

resilient cover, which you can slide off and then it leaves you with a large hole.

Okay, so you've got the mirror here and you've got this large hole at the back,

where the camera fits, but it doesn't fit exactly right. Why doesn't it fit exactly?

Because every camera has a different size lens diameter and the neat thing

about the Parrot Teleprompter is it comes with a whole range of different

adapters, so you can adapt any size lens to this teleprompter. My Lumix has a 52

millimeter lens on it right now, so I pick up the 52 millimeter adapter, out of

all those different adapters and gently I screw it on to the front of the lens.

Very simple! What these adapters do is adapts any size lens to this gap at

the back here for the teleprompter. Now all I do - I took the cover out and

in the same way, I slide in my camera - TaDa!

Now the camera is fixed to the teleprompter. It's so light, it doesn't

need a counterbalance, like my one at the back here does and I am ready to go.

What do we do next? Well, we pick up our smart phone and we

already have loaded the text up onto this smart phone and that's something

I'll show you later. To make it easier to demonstrate this, I have just put my

Lumix GH3 onto a tripod, which you would do anyway, and if I roll it around

you will see now, that if I pull down here on the bottom, I can slot in my

smart phone, which for me happens to be an iPhone. It will take any size

phone and the cool thing about the app, which I will show you later is that with

different sized phones, these days, there's always a risk if you stretch the

text from one side to the other with a larger phone, your text will be scrolling

outside of the screen, but the app allows you to bring the text in, within the

limits of this mirror, so then all you have to do is load up the app, click the

Go button and you are off to the races. with your teleprompter. I've turned on

the app and you can see here, the text it's mirrored here and then on the

mirror itself, you can see that it's the correct way around. For controlling

it, well, you can actually control it with your finger, stopping and starting it

with your finger, but it also comes with a nice remote. I can just click on

and off, I can click, I can speed it up, I can slow it down and I can stop it. You

can change the speed at which the text scrolls, you can change the size, you can

stop and start it. What more could you want? You know for me, for the price and

portability, I don't reckon you can beat the Parrot Teleprompter and the link to

it is below in the description box. If you like this video, please hit the "Like"

so you can check out all my videos about teleprompters and other pieces of video

equipment, and receive a notification when my videos are posted. Thanks for
