Waching daily Jan 27 2018

Most of us know the difference between being respectful and rude, right?

Or maybe we just think we do.

Here's some advice from top etiquette experts to figure out how we can recognize etiquette

mistakes we may not even realize we're making.

Thank you notes

According to Jodi Smith of Mannersmith Etiquette Consulting, a verbal thank you simply is not

enough — you also need to send a note.

Etiquette expert Lisa Grotts added,

"Planning and giving parties is a lot of work.

Don't forget to say thank you when you leave an event, then call the next day and send

a thank-you note within 24 hours so the message is not lost."

Perhaps so many of us are hesitant to send thank you notes because we don't know how

to write them properly.

Event planner Sarah Kidder revealed,

"One of the typical etiquette challenges is not making a thank you note all about the

writer.

Sincere thank you notes do not have a lot of 'I' included."

Sympathy cards

One of the most uncomfortable tasks is writing a card to express condolences.

Kidder says it is best to approach this by taking yourself out of it, focusing on the

person you are writing to and perhaps putting yourself in their shoes.

She explained,

"As a personal example, when my mother passed away, some well meaning notes and letters

focused on how shocked the writer was, how sad, etc.

They were long notes, all about the writer.

Those were hard to read at that time, especially as a grieving young adult in shock."

Kidder also believes the most wise approach is to hold off with the uber-positivity in

the early days and weeks while the grief is still fresh.

She revealed,

"Stories of good times past often go over better after enough time has passed for those

grieving to hear and enjoy the mutual affection for the departed."

Guest duties

If you are going to a meal or event at someone's home, you need to plan ahead of time... or

risk being rude by waiting until the last minute to RSVP. Smith also discouraged people

from arriving empty handed at someone's home.

This means making sure to plan to leave the house early to pick up a bottle wine, a sweet

treat or even flowers.

Better yet, have something sent in advance!

Holding utensils

The dinner table is ripe with opportunities for social faux pas, especially when it comes

to our eating utensils.

The founder of the Etiquette Academy of New England explained,

"When using utensils, make sure you are holding them properly.

Fork and knife are held with handles inside the palm to start with, and then eat depending

on whether you are using them Continental or American style.

The soup spoon should always be held like a pencil."

"So for soup, the golden rule of etiquette is you always spoon soup away from you."

"Away from you."

Eating habits

When it comes to food, there are many opportunities to be rude, especially because so many of

us have specific dietary needs these days.

Grotts says this can cause a major conflict of etiquette, and explained,

"If you're a dinner guest, eat what is served unless you're allergic to that food.

If you don't care for something, pretend to eat by mixing the food on your plate.

If the host asks why you're not eating, just say that you're leaving room for dessert."

She also shared another tip on how not to offend the chef and likely have a tastier

meal,

"Don't use salt or pepper until you first take a bite of food.

It may already have the perfect amount of seasoning."

Dating

Going on a date provides lots of opportunities to make etiquette mistakes.

Diane Gottsman, who is the author of Modern Etiquette for a Better Life answered one of

the age-old dating questions that so many of us have — who should pay the check.

She said,

"The rule of who pays on a date is the person who extended the invitation, regardless of

gender or financial status."

Regarding whether men should hold the door for women, Gottsman has a modern take on this:

"Socially, a man has been taught to open the door for a woman.

Professionally, whoever gets to the door first should hold it, or walk through and hold it

for the other person."

Tipping

In America, most of us believe that it is standard to leave a tip of 15 to 20 percent

for good service, but the percentage really depends on where you eat, according to Devoreaux

Walton of The Poise Pursuit, who said,

"Tipping at a restaurant has increased for satisfactory service.

The old suggested tip was 15 percent of the bill.

The new tipping standard is 20 percent at a restaurant and 22 percent at a fine dining

restaurant with outstanding service."

But what if your service isn't what you expected it to be?

According to Gottsman, it's never okay to skip out on the tip.

She advised,

"If you aren't happy with the service, speak to the manager and leave a minimum of 10 percent."

Now there's a tip you can take to the bank.

HOW TO STOP A HAMSTER FROM BITING - Duration: 2:52.

hey guys it's me and today's video is going to be talking about how to stop

your hamster from biting so the first thing is you need to recognize why your

hamster has bitten you is your hamster new and have you tamed to them yet

unlike dogs and cats when you get your hamster you are going to tame them to

become use to human interaction so it is really common for your hamster to bite

you if they are new and they just haven't been tamed yet because they are

quite scared I do have a video on how to tame your hamster and I will leave that

linked somewhere on the screen and in the description bar does your hamster

only bite it when you put your hands in the cage if so this means your hamster

is cage territorial and you can solve this by upgrading the cage because most

of the time a hamster who is cage territorial has a quite of a small cage

did you just eat if so your hamster probably just confused you with a snack

hamsters have a really really good sense of smell but a really poor sense of

vision so if they do bite you because you've just eaten it's probably your

fault so to prevent that just try washing your hands before you handle

your hamster did you just wake your hamster up or did you scare them

hamsters are nocturnal / crepuscular so if you did wake them up they may be

grumpy if you have scared your hamster biting is your hamsters way of defending

themselves so to prevent scaring your hamster try talking quietly around your

hamster and have slow movements around your hamster so if your hamster still

bites after all of that continue with the taming process you can use gloves

such as mittens to get your hamster used to the feeling of being lifted up

because sometimes hamsters get really scared and they don't understand why

they're being picked up so wearing gloves can help you prevent getting

yourself bitten and it can help your hamster get used to the feeling of being

lifted up use treats as rewards if a hamster realizes that when it doesn't

bite you it gets a treat it most likely won't bite you once your hamster

realizes you aren't a threat they should stop biting

please remember that hamsters are prey animals

so they are naturally just really scared and can be really timid another tip to

prevent yourself from getting bitten is that when you go to let your hamster's

nephew or pet them try using the back of your hand or a knuckle this just

prevents them from being able to bite you too badly because your back of the

hand is really flat and smooth so there's nothing really to grab lastly

just be patient with your hamster sometimes it can take weeks or months to

tame your hamster just to get them to stop biting so yeah guys I hope this

video has helped anybody who has a biting hamster don't give up you can

eventually get your hamster to be a loveable fun hamster so yeah guys thank

you for watching bye

Pathwork Lectures | How To Read A Pathwork Lecture - Duration: 28:03.

So let's get right to it, then.

How to read a Pathwork lecture using a rhetorical approach.

I think it's important to understand first of all that rhetoric not

only means the art of persuasion;

it's also the art and science of

truth seeking. And

in rhetoric, every text or performance is

seen as an argument--not in a

conflict way that we tend to think about the word argument,

but really as a dialogue or a dialectic looking for truth.

So when we apply the principles and methods of a rhetorical approach,

we can really facilitate our understanding and grasp things

more quickly and also perhaps more deeply.

So why then apply this to Pathwork? Well,

the first reason is that

the Pathwork lectures are all set up and constructed in an argument format, and

that means that each lecture has a topic and a position,

which is known as a claim together. Or, in Pathwork terms, it's often called "the promise" of the lecture.

And this lecture material is very

conceptual, and it's based on core principles and understandings that come in and out of all the lectures.

And so this really makes the rhetorical approach

a very wise choice to help us really get at the

material. And it works. It does make the lecture material much more accessible.

So, what we will do here is we're going to use a foundational lecture to demonstrate, and for this I've chosen

Pathwork lecture #157, which is "Infinite Possibilities of Experience Hindered by Emotional Dependency."

And this is a lecture that's suitable to

those new to Pathwork as well as experienced Pathworkers, and this approach is also suitable for

those new to Pathwork as well as experienced Pathworkers.

And also, I will offer support and follow-up if you have questions and

need more explanation.

The basics here are that

argument theory or rhetoric

has a lot of elements to it, right?

Claim, supporting evidence, warrant, backing,

logos, pathos, ethos,

fact, definition, cause, value, policy, and

the good news is you don't have to know any of that to follow this approach! In fact, I've

condensed a lot of the basics of

rhetoric into five questions that we can use when approaching Pathwork lectures.

And so these five questions are:

1. What is the lecture's claim or promise?

And why does this topic or this particular topic of the lecture really matter?

And, secondly, (2)

what concepts or truths

form the foundation of this claim or promise and

make it possible? So what's underlying--what are the assumptions and beliefs and truths that

underlie the argument or the claim of this lecture?

Also, in question three (3), we need to figure out, well, what are the key terms and concepts

that are stated and/or defined? Sometimes

they're stated and not really defined and other times they are stated and defined.

And then we need to get more specific about what the lecture is saying about-- this is question four (4)--

about how we are staying stuck or ignorant or limited, however we want to take--

however we want to look at that.

And another way to ask that is, well,

why are we getting negative results? And of course the follow-up to that is how can we get unstuck? (5)

Right how can we be free?

And another, a Pathwork way of asking that same question is:

How do we replace vicious circles with benign circles?

Well for this particular lecture--

We're going to go through this process, and this process can be used for any lecture.

And it basically goes like this: that you print or write out the five questions (these five questions here) and

then, you know, have them next to you, and you want to answer these questions in

order by going through the lecture. And it's

completely fine to skip through lecture and find things.

It's--this is a

fundamental understanding about the rhetorical approach: is that

we're not reading for the story, right? This is an active form of reading, so

we're mostly kind of conditioned to read things as a story we start at the beginning, and we go away to the end,

but that's not the way to read when you're looking for truth, and when you're taking a

rhetorical approach.

You want to skip around in the beginning, right?

So you want to answer the questions in order, skip through the lecture as much as you need to, and

overall --and

most importantly-- be active in your reading. It's so easy to follow -- to fall into --

that conditioned pattern that we have when we read; we read somewhat passively because we are

We're reading as if it's a story, but this is a very different way of reading.

So, the next thing in this process is to first of all

meditate, contemplate on

the

answers to the first two questions, right, which would be: what's the lecture's claim and

what are the truths or concepts that form the foundation? And

(for question two) those in

argument theory are called warrants if anybody's familiar with that. So

contemplate and meditate on your answers to the first two questions,

and then next you want to study your answers to question 3, which is, you know: What are the key terms and concepts?

And you really at this point need to make sure that

you get what's being presented here; you understand these concepts. And if you don't, well

then you can look them up, and (or) review to make sure that you you are on top of that. And

next,

you want to review your answers to questions 4 and 5, which are how we're staying stuck, and how do we get unstuck?

And once you've done all of this, in this process, now

you're going to go and read the lecture from start to finish.

And, you know, taking notes as you go along because it'll be a very, very different experience for you

now that you have framed out the lecture's

argument. You understand all the terms,

you know what it's about generally, and so now when you read it

you will deeply absorb it. And

that's the whole point of this process-- is to get to that point

where you can read it, and

really, really take it in, and then be able to apply it, which is the seventh step of this process,

which now that you've read the lecture well, and on this level,

understand it,

what kind of intention or intentions can you set for yourself

around the material?

Okay, so before we go now and answer

those five questions,

let me just show you here this lecture. And I'm using the unedited version of the lecture. I always use the

unedited version, and

that's a personal preference. I find that sometimes the edited version

leaves some things out, and so I

go with the unedited.

So, this you'll see that this

copy of the lecture -- I've gone through and made all kinds of

commentary. In fact, it says I've made 50 comments.

It's probably fewer than that because I think they include page changes as comments in this program. In any case,

I've made a lot of commentary; here some of the

commentary

relates directly to the material, and in other points the commentary points to other lectures or

commentaries are also

perhaps an explanation of a key Pathwork concept, and

if you would like a copy of this annotated lecture,

I will make that available to you. So this is the way that that I've done it here, right?

I've got a number of things highlighted that answer these questions, the five questions, and

go into it even in a lot more detail than that, so I just wanted to show you that, and

now let's go to the

answering of the five questions for this particular lecture.

Okay so the first question:

What is the claim or promise, and why does this topic matter?

So, the place where you want to see if you can identify

the claim, and the claim again is the topic plus the position, and you can also think of it as the promise of

the lecture, and we want to use the title because usually the title contains

both of those things, the topic and position, within it, so let me just demonstrate that here the title is called

"Infinite Possibilites Hindered by Emotional Dependency."

Well, the claim if we just kind of move the words around a little bit, we can state the claim--

which is that our emotional dependency gets in the way of the infinite possibilities that exist.

And if we want to frame that in

promise terms,

that's usually going to be an if-then kind of statement: If we can clear our emotional

dependency, then we can manifest

these infinite possibilities. So claim and promise -- you can see that they're saying the same thing

there, just stated in different forms.

Now if we look at the lecture, will find that the claim of the lecture is

best stated right here in this in this line: "Only when you can lose on the ego level where you exert force

can you gain or win on the level of creation and power to form a good life."

So where did this claim come from? Well it comes from the end, and

that's generally where you want to go when you're trying to answer this first question--

What is the claim or promise?-- you want to go to the title first of all and see if you can sort it out

from there, and then go directly to the last couple of paragraphs.

Not the Q&A, not the questions and answers, but the last couple of paragraphs of the lecture.

90% of the time the claim is going to be stated very clearly in

that last part of the lecture, and

it's also stated in the promise format here. Also at the very end of the lecture in those last two or three paragraphs, and

the promise format here, is: "Whatever it is you find you need from others,

verbalize it concisely to yourself. This will bring you nearer to letting go.

You'll become free as you let free." You can see how it's

essentially saying the same thing. Once you understand all the concepts, you'll see that they these are equivalent statements

they're just put in different forms.

And now the the other part of question one is

extremely important: and why does this matter? Why does this topic matter? And

the reason I chose this particular lecture

to illustrate this process is that

this is a

foundational lecture, and this material really matters.

We are creating our own troubles and suffering, and

we need not do this, essentially.

So that's why this matters. We understand the claim and the promise.

At this point we now have the the lecture somewhat framed in very broad terms in

our minds, so we can go now to the next question, which

is what

concepts or truths--

let me scroll up a little bit--

What concepts are truths form the foundation of the claim or promise and make it possible?

So these are what are called warrants in

argument or rhetoric, and those are those

general statements of a belief or

truth

sometimes they're assumptions that really are

the bedrock of the argument as a whole. So in this particular case

we have a

number, I've chosen five here, five

essential concepts or truths that are stated in the lecture that the whole argument

relies upon. So first of all, creation is infinite in its possibilities.

Next, in the depths of our being we have the potential to realize these possibilities.

Nothing new ever comes into existence.

So with these statements you can see something already.

They're very general statements of truth or principle-- some people would say that they're assumptions,

so

how is that different from the claim? Well the claim or the promise is very specific; it's talking about how

these infinite possibilities relate to our emotional dependency.

And that's the difference between a claim or promise, and

the

more

broadly stated

truths or warrants of the argument.

But we need these truths to ground ourselves in these truths to really be able to grasp the more specific argument.

Also, everything already exists as a

potentiality that can be made manifest when "specific obstructions are eliminated."

That's also an essential concept or truth here for this argument.

Also, whatever possibility you can conceive of, you can realize.

And stated in another way: you cannot bring something to life if you cannot first conceive of it. So these five

warrants or truths or concepts,

general statements, they are the

the foundational conceptual material of the entire lecture so we really kind of need to make sure that we have

identified these and

are able to

to grasp them and open to them in order to

fully be able to receive the lecture in its entirety.

I also make a note here. There's a difference between

core Pathwork principles that show up in the lecture and

these underlying truths or warrants for the argument. For example, in this lecture it talks a lot about

pleasure. "Man cannot live without pleasure."

"To deny pleasure is to deny life," or

another

assumption here or principle that stated is: "If energy is used in its natural correct meaningful way it never

exhausts itself." Now, these are core Pathwork principles,

but they are not core concepts or truths for this particular argument.

So I just want to make that clear here, that there's -- there is -- a difference between those and they're both important.

But we're mostly wanting to focus

in this process, in our seven step process,

we want to focus on these these

these truths that are foundational to the argument or lecture being presented. So our next question is:

What key terms and concepts are stated and/or defined

again, like,

as we said before, sometimes things are stated

but they're not defined, and in this case we want to make sure that that we capture as many of these as

possible. These key terms and concepts

will sometimes be specific to a lecture, and other times they will be

concepts and terms that

come about

repeatedly through

many lectures.

So let's go through these.

Healthy unfoldment follows the creation of the healthy personality. That shows up in many lectures.

Defending yourself against negative possibilities is negative motivation.

This does not, this does not necessarily mean destructive

intent.

So, this is one of those those definitions that show up in this lecture

that we need to really make sure that we understand. Negative motivation is a lot different than destructive intent, so

being able to discern those is essential for us to be able to

be able to grasp and apply the material of the lecture.

Also negative motivation applies to all levels of your personality: mental, emotional, physical.

Fear of happiness is based on ignorance. That's a

key term and concept, a key concept that's

stated here in this lecture also. And that every human harbors an attitude of fear and weakness that induces a strong shame.

That's a very important concept for this lecture.

And in this next one, sort of bridging into question four, but hiding this part of us,

this attitude of fear and weakness, is

what compels us to sell out to betray ourselves to avoid disapproval and rejection.

And as we go into the next question

we'll get more deeply into that. Also in this lecture the concept of forcing current is

mentioned. It's not defined here and

it is in a lot of other lectures, but in this case it's just basically

forcing self-will, that's what forcing current is, and

particular to this lecture it talks about

how we use forcing current to make demands on others. And we can paraphrase that as:

"You must." You must do this; you must do that.

And also, this is hugely important in

this lecture and for Pathwork as a whole,

that self responsibility here is defined.

But it defined in a very broad and balanced way in that self-

responsibility includes being responsible for negative feelings, which we're very used to in the Pathwork, that (you know) we understand like okay

understand that I'm responsible for my negative feelings: finding them, feeling them, and so forth. However,

this lecture also rightly points out of course that

it's also our

self responsibility to -- self responsibility also includes our right and

possibility to create happiness.

So without that, without that balance, we will not really grasp the fullness of self responsibility and

will be somewhat obstructed in

in our work.

Okay, so question number 4:

How are we staying stuck or ignorant or limited? And again, these are general questions that can be applied to

every lecture, and that's why I'm using

different words here because they might

apply differently in different lectures. Another way to ask the same question is: why are we getting negative results? And in this particular lecture?

this particular lecture it states, well, we betray our real selves.

Whenever we hide or attempt to hide or wish to hide -- even from ourselves--

that part of us that-- where we're afraid and feel weak--

that's a betrayal, and so then we submit, placate, please. And

in the process we lose self-respect because our real self is is aware of this going on, and

so there's a part of us that distrusts ourselves, and we end up fearing ourselves and a vicious circle

gets created here.

And, so that's one of the ways that we stay stuck.

Also very specific to this lecture:

We stay stuck because we do not know or do not want to know that we are no longer helpless and dependent on our parents.

and

Furthermore we deny the intense pleasure of being, and

We look for fulfillment outside of ourselves.

So, I'm hoping you can see the value in

Separating things out like this, right? When we really look at what the lecture is telling us about

how we are staying stuck and we break it down this way it becomes

much more

connected to the overall

point of of the lecture or really helps us understand how this works. So let's look at

the last question, which is of course

obviously going to be the next one: well how do we get unstuck?

Again separating these two things out, that's why there are two separate questions.

It's very important. We need to understand first of all-- Well, how are we doing this?

Secondly we need to understand: how do we not do this? How can we do something different?

The lecture makes it very clear that we first of all need to understand how this all works, and

how and why we create emotional dependence, and

we also need to understand and accept that we're not dependent and helpless, and

this is where we now come back to

the promise. And the lectures work like-- this right they start off with

the claim in the title and then it develops that and

the promise-- they're all there, and then it gets restated at the end as it comes full-circle. So here at the end

the promise is telling us how to get unstuck right?

"Whatever it is you need from others,

verbalize it concisely to yourself." Really verbalize it; be clear on what it is, be able to state it, and

this will bring you nearer to letting go.

"You will become free as

you let free."

And also, really important in this lecture, we

free ourselves, we get unstuck

by giving ourselves permission to establish and

Utilize the source of all pleasure deep within us.

So

those are

The answers here-- or my set of answers for these five questions for this lecture.

Let's go back and look again at the process so we can see how this all fits together.

Okay, so these are those five, the five questions again. We've gone through them, and now the process is that we, you know,

we've had these five questions next to us as we go through the lecture, and

we then answer these questions in order.

It's important to do them in order because of the way that the the argument is constructed, and

it's also important, though, that we skip through the lecture at times to find what we need, and

then we're going to

go through and really contemplate on those answers to the first two questions, the ones about the the claim as well as the

warrant, right, what's

the specific thing that the lecture is about. And secondly, what are the general things,

general truths, that the

lecture is about? And then we want to look at our

answers to question 3, which is all about the concepts and principles that are

presented and sometimes defined. We need to make sure that we really understand those, and

we also want to take a look at these answers that we came up with for questions 4 and 4. Right?

How are we staying stuck or

limited, and how do we

become free; how do we replace vicious circles with benign circles.

And now once we've finished that process we can really read the lecture this time from start to finish.

And we're going to take notes because it's going to be different now because we have mapped out

the

lecture's full argument, and so now we're going to be able to receive it in a new way.

We'll get new and different and deeper insights

when we're able to approach the lecture from a place of knowing

instead of being somewhat, perhaps

confused or uncertain, or you know maybe resistant because it's so much material.

Breaking things down in this way will lessen our resistance to

going through the lecture and finding what we need to understand and what we need to do. So

the end of this process is of course

to now set an intention for ourselves around the material. How do we, how do we activate

this knowing? How do we activate

the truth; how do we activate our connection to our real self around this material?

I truly do hope that this process will serve you, and like I said, I'm very open to any questions you might have.

You can get in touch with me. I will also make

the

annotated version of lecture #157

available to all those who want it -- my annotated version--

and so thank you for watching this video and

I wish you all the best on your path. Please reach out if you have questions about this. Thank you so much.

BREAKING News Outside U.S. Capitol – He's Just Been ARRESTED!

Prison WON'T Be Fun For Him!

It's the end of Democrat debauchery in Washington, D.C. as the lunatic left has come out of the

woodwork to inflict revenge on the man they didn't want win the election.

Despite Donald Trump being in the White House for a full year now, withstanding every attempt

from the left to take him out, he's still their president.

Trump prevailed over all their attacks, yet they still haven't stopped trying.

Now, they are going to pay a price for it, especially one particularly seedy liberal

leader who has just been arrested in the act outside the U.S. Capitol.

It's not the first time that this particularly hateful Democrat has been arrested trying

to impose his plans.

It was only a couple months ago that he was caught outside the Trump Tower in New York

City and taken into custody.

However, this time, he's getting locked up on his second time around trying to take

Trump down prison isn't going to be fun for him.

One of the most vocal immigration reform advocates came out of his hiding hole since the last

time he was arrested, to double down on his depravity after Trump's travel ban went

into full effect.

From Daily Caller:

Democratic Rep. Luis Gutierrez of Illinois was one of the 200 protesters arrested on

the steps of the United States Capitol Wednesday afternoon.

The sitting member of Congress joined members of the Service Employee's International

Union (SEIU) as they stormed the steps of Congress to demanded action on DACA.

Both chambers currently are considering a bipartisan measure to replace the order that

allowed temporary protected status to illegal residents nationwide.

"Congress refuses to act, and it's killing us," one protester told The Daily Caller

News Foundation.

Union leaders on the ground declined a request for comment for the story.

If his name and angry face sound familiar, it's because this guy can't just seem

to do his job ethically and you probably remember him from September when he was placed in handcuffs.

Prissy Holly for Freedom Daily reported about what this liberal lunatic did outside Trump's

high-rise in Manhattan after Trump ended the Obama-era DACA program.

Liberals have been completely unhinged over President Trump daring to uphold the law,

where they continue to slander him as some sort of "bigoted Mexican-hating racist,"

despite the fact that our president is simply putting the interests of the American people

before illegals, criminals, and potential terrorists.

One of the most vocal opponents to President Trump's immigrant crackdown has been Democratic

Rep. Luis Gutierrez, who made headlines several months ago for inciting acts of terrorism

against President Trump, where he made a YouTube video encouraging illegals to "take to the

streets and fight" and start an all-out civil war against the President.

But calling for blood and violence in the streets wasn't quite enough for Gutierrez

who has just been caught in a career-ending scandal after it was discovered what he's

been secretly doing with taxpayer dollars for YEARS.

The DC Clothesline reports that this illegal-supporting Democrat has just been caught red-handed with

his grubby hands in the cookie jar and has been secretly funneling taxpayer money to

both his campaign and HIS FAMILY, making them rich!

Via DC Clothesline:

Gutierrez's wife has personally profited the most, pocketing more than $300K over the

last four election cycles!

The first time Soraida acted in an official capacity for the campaign, in 2010, she pulled

in over $44,000 and was the top recipient of cash from the Gutierrez campaign that year.

Soraida then pocketed over $93,000 in 2012, making her the biggest beneficiary of campaign

funds for the second election cycle in a row.

The committee disbursed $383,848 in 2012, so Soraida's payments constituted roughly

25 percent of all campaign expenditures.

Soraida was yet again the top beneficiary of cash from Gutierrez for Congress during

the 2014 election cycle, receiving $110,000.

Herman Andrew, a vendor, was the second highest-paid individual at $24,000.

Soraida has pocketed $65,000 during the 2016 election cycle to date.

She has been paid a total of $312,000 from the Gutierrez for Congress campaign committee

since 2010.

However, it doesn't stop with the $300K to Gutierrez's wife…

Gutierrez's daughters have also benefited from their father's campaign coffers, though

nowhere near as extravagantly as the candidate and his wife.

Of course, he has nothing to worry about.

The media won't report this because he's a Democrat.

As the liberal meltdown continues and their lunacy parade continues to get worse, it's

only making things better for Trump's re-election efforts in 2020.

So for that, thanks, Democrats for being out of control and letting everyone know you can't

be trusted.

There's only one reason why meltdowns of this magnitude persist and that's because

they feel exposed and vulnerable that their lies and scandals that are bad for America,

but good for them aren't being kept a secret any longer.

Trump should feel free to start planning his re-election parade.

What do you think about this?

SALTSTREAM 105: Deluxe, DEX, and Disappointment [Devstream Recap N Review] - Duration: 7:37.

Ahoy thar, Legion!

Tis the day o' the devstream so ya know I gotta Recap N' Review for ya!

ARTSTREAM!

From a news-focused perspective, any Art or sound or anything other than a normal Devstream

is usually a tip off we're in filler episode territory.

Folks who like the niche topic will love it...

but if you want actual information to see what's on the horizon...

well, let's just take a gander at what they had to say about Damage 2.5, as last devstream

got cut off early.

So!

Damage 2.5!

And I quote:

"If you're lookin' for commentary on that, this isn't the stream for it."

So that's always good to know.

Gonna have to lay the sarcasm on thick to get through this one with a smile!

Okay!

Turn your eyes on and your brain off, Legion!

We got ourselves an Artstream!

Right outta the gates they said not only are the delayed Unvaulting arriving

hah, unless they delay it AGAIN--

on February 6th.

But with so much needlessly locked away in there, only two events a year would take ages

to get to everything.

Fear not!

Baro is on the case!

To help sweeten the deal, as an example they said he might sell things like....

ODONATA PRIME!

You know, that one side mode the vast majority...

loves... so much.

Next they hyped up a "big announcement" that would go live later today....

and it's that TennoCon is a-comin'!

And truth be told, even though this has been an annual event the past two or three years,

I was awestruck by this 'big announcement'.

The countdown to buy tickets is live for July 7th, but if anything that's more of a countdown

to when Umbra better be released than the convention itself

or the player base is gonna give The Sacrifice a whole different type of meaning.

Octavia deluxe!

Deluxe skins are supposed to embody what the frame is all about, right?

What does a musical themed frame conjure up in the mind?

I know!

THAT!

That fits perfectly.

Just make it look like a mixture of Saryn and Khora, paint it with pure rust and oh,

right it's music based,

just jam some speakers in there, no one will notice.

It'll be fine.

Vauban's Deluxe faired a bit better, they seem to be going with a steam powered theme,

which itself is an homage to a steam train, so a certain trainframe content creator will hopefully get

a kick outta this one.

DEXcalibur!

I don't know if I got it on last year's Recaps but I did say this woulda been perfect combination but...

instead we got a scarf.

But, you got a starter frame and mascot for your game with by far the most skins available

for it.

So you'd want a lotta people to have access to this one.

You even have an event thanking your players for 5 years of your success... so as thanks

DE is gonna give us all: the skin.

Just the skin.

Not like the weapons where it comes with a slot and you can *use* it.

You gotta farm up Excal yourself if you actually wanna Use this thing.

So that's nice.

Might change before the event goes live in march, I really hope it does, but movin' right

along--

Volt still needs cloth physics, and I felt bad for Trinity!

Even though they admit it's been years since they were gonna, they quote 'need to find the time' end quote

Someone this one made it to air, but someone asked 'How does teh art team handle internal

disputes between creative differences in terms of design'

Oh I know this one!

They fire you!

Oh wait, PR Speak: I mean, uh, they all get along and don't ask about IgnusDei, nothing

happened!

I mean yes, his Deluxe skin of Ember was way better than this punk chicken mess DE released,

but uh--

--Hydroid Prime trailer!

Quote:

"We'll see.

Trying to squeeze it in.

It'll definitiely happen."

Sounds like a conversation at the end of a long night of drinking.

Just go slow, DE.

Don't force nothing, give it time to adjust.

On that topic, this massive sword and sheath was shown not too long ago, and folks wanted

to know if they could have it themselves.

DE is bein' cryptic as it ties into future storylines, but proverbially winked and nodded.

BUT they did say something that really distracted me.

To avoid spoilers, guy who has the weapon has one really stretched out arm.

DE said the weapon is gonna be two handed for us, but it is only one handed for him.

Their reasoning was:

He has a long arm.

I don't see how the length of yer arm necessitates only one hand, if anything you'd need MORE

support as it's further away from your body.

I'm sure there's gravity and tensile strength and muscle density involved but, fine.

We'll let it slide.

Even Reb said 'if you say so' on that one.

So uh, one limp noodle is stronger than Atlas, gotcha.

Khora's weapons include this sword thing that started out as a spear, and a Dart Gun which

has an alt fire that changes it's damage from toxin to fire, ice, and likely electricity.

Chroma Lovers out there are heavy breathing at that mechanic.

Or heavy fire breathing should I say.

Zephyr's Deluxe skin, oop, sorry,

Nesha's Deluxe skin was shown off and even started creation of it live on screen, to

really salt that poor bird's wounds.

Curiously the concept looks identical to Chroma's... but not touchin' that.

Corpus are gonna be even more appealing to kill now with new helmets and styles on the

way!

Very likely due to Venus' landscape feature which DE loves to avoid talkin' about for

some reason, but here's the three shown off.

Pretty ugly, in my opinion, but this one right here...

for some reason fills me with a gross incandescence.

Speakin' of light, they got a new light rendering tech under the hood as the original one stopped

getting support, so it's all in-house and brand new!

But worry not, this won't consume any more processing power and will in fact,

say it with me,

run FASTER than the previous one!

I wanna believe ya, I reaaaally do, but the Earth tileset rework and Plains might wanna

have a few words with ya.

Just sayin'!

Just sayin'.

Volt's prot skin shown off a few episodes ago might not be a deluxe skin after all!

It seems DE likes the idea of deluxe skins so much, not only is every frame getting one,

but two!

Now, I was pretty sure Umbra fell into this Proto category considering the sorta lore

behind it...

so I'm a bit curious if this is a sneak peak at Volt 'umbra' or how these all are gonna

get released.

But as for the tidbits:

DE wants to cash in on Operator TennoGen next, so those got a mesh and hair update

Tennogen itself will have another batch of ten items next week, and I think the final

ten the first week of February or so?

They didn't quite say.

The flying vehicle in Plains has better animations

the Clan Kingpin is closer to release, but was trimmed down in order to do so... so I dunno if I'm

gonna want the end result of THAT trade off but we'll find out soon enough

And there is a Plains event involving some new enemy that had difficulty walking around.

So something big, not the delayed Eidolons and not Lephantis Rehashis.

Maybe that weird eidolon with massive arms and tiny feet?

Spider corpus bots don't seem right, but we'll see in the coming weeks

So what did YOU think about this Devstream?

Lemme know in the comments below!

I was not impressed with the logic involved, but there was some good in there and maybe

you got more enjoyment outta it than I.

Certainly hope ya enjoyed this recap at least!

In completely unrelated news, Rant Roundup is already well underway and should release

next week...Friday?

Sound good?

Sounds good to me ^_^

Until then, thanks for watchin' Legion!

Take care!

Fake News, The Pope, & Our True Galactic Origins - Duration: 4:49.

Fake News, The Pope, & Our True Galactic Origins

by Gregg Prescott,

CNN is pushing story that Pope Francis wants a crackdown on FAKE NEWS (how ironic?).

Of course, you wont heard the Roman Catholic Church speaking a peep about the plethora

of bishops, priests, and other clergymen who are pedophiles.

Is this what the Pope fears now that the swamp is being drained?

FAKE NEWS = The Bible, with its final edition brought upon by Freemason King James, is full

of FAKE NEWS.

For example, there are 4 different blood types (A, B, AB, and O) and 2 different Rh values

(+ and -). Its IMPOSSIBLE to have so many blood types and Rh values from Adam and Eve,

so right off the bat, the bible starts out with a LIE.

Weve been told that the Library of Alexandria was burned down and that during the Spanish

Inquisition that most of the Mayan codices were destroyed but is it possible that they

have all been saved in secrecy by the Roman Catholic Church, thus protecting any other

story that might contradict the truth that we were NOT created from Adam and Eve that

many people were seeded here from various galactic races with some who do not follow

Jesus?

Religion and Government are married to one another.

Both are all about subservience, control, and conformity.

This is part of the mind control that keep us living in perpetual fear of breaking one

of their fictitious laws when in reality, there are only Universal Laws that we need

to abide by.

The biggest fear the cabal has is something Ive been saying all along: Once the

bottom of the pyramid unites (ALL of us), the rest will collapse.

In recent news, globalist George Soros spoke at a summit in Davos, Switzerland, re-emphasizing

the same talking points that Barrack Obama said in a recent interview with David Letterman,

basically saying how social media is taking away our autonomy, but neither were saying

a peep about that when #YesWeCan was the talk of Twitter.

Its obvious that Soros latest agenda is to get people off of social media in order

to avoid the upcoming chaos for the dark cabal, but this news is spreading like wildfire on

Twitter.

It got to the point where fearful Republicans were blaming Russian bots for the #ReleaseTheMemo

hashtag, which was even more perpetuated fake news that was continuously reported by the

mainstream media.

The Daily Beast reported, Despite claims the Kremlin is driving a campaign to disclose

an anti-FBI memo, a source says an early in-house analysis concludes the hashtag has been mostly

pushed by Americans.

Twitters internal analysis has thus far found that authentic American accounts, and

not Russian imposters or automated bots, are driving #ReleaseTheMemo.

There are no preliminary indications that the Twitter activity either driving the hashtag

or engaging with it is either predominantly Russian.

Fake News, The Pope, & Our True Galactic Origins

Please bear in mind that everything happening here on our planet is being reflected above.

The swamp is being drained both here on earth and in the galactics.

And while all of this is going on, its simply our consciousness experiencing it all

individually and as the collective.

The vibration of TRUTH falls under the vibration of LOVE.

As more truths are exposed, it raises the collectives vibration.

For some people, these truths may not be exactly what they want to hear but like Mahatma Gandhi

said, Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.

Were in the home stretch of awakening from this dream as the final grains of sand drain

from the cosmic hourglass.

As the truth vibration resonates, the love vibration becomes strong, thus expediting

the grains of sand through the cosmic hourglass.

It is my belief that no one knows exactly when the anticipated Event will be as

its most like changing every millisecond as each person awakens more and more to the

truth and love frequency.

Sending you all infinite LOVE & LIGHT,

Davos Trump Just Made His America First Message Loud and Clear t - Duration: 4:07.

Davos: Trump Just Made His America First Message Loud and Clear to the World

President Donald Trump told political and business leaders present at the World Economic

Forum in Davos, Switzerland, that America is open for business.

On Friday, Trump dawned his salesman hat, using his much-anticipated address to not

only tout the statistics of a burgeoning U.S. economy, but also call the rest of the world

to join him in his administrations quest to uplift the global economy.

Now is the perfect time to bring your business, your jobs and your investments to the United

States, Trump told the business and political leaders in attendance.

The president also took the time to explain the meaning behind the ideology of America

First, stating that his administrations desire to put its country first when approaching

foreign and domestic policy-making should be standard for every world leader looking

to improve their country.

As president of the United States, I will always put America first, just like the leaders

of other countries should put their countries first also, he told the forum, CNBC reported.

Trump also assured the leaders in attendance that America First is not an attempt

to ostracize the U.S. from the global market, rather a hope to use Americas strong economic

pull to aid the global sector.

America first does not mean America alone, Trump said, adding that a strong U.S. economy

would help other nations prosper.

When the United States grows, so does the world, he added.

Trump also took time to praise the performance of the U.S. economy under his administration,

stating that the stock market is smashing one record after another and has added more

than $7 trillion in new wealth since my election.

Consumer confidence, business confidence and manufacturing confidence are the highest

they have been in many decades, Trump added before revealing that African-American and

Hispanic-American unemployment rates are the lowest ever recorded in the U.S.

He continued his speech by stating that the resurgence of the strong and prosperous

U.S. economy has been aided by the passing of the GOP-backed tax reform designed to slash

corporate tax rates.

The American economy is by far the largest in the world and we have just enacted the

most significant tax cuts and reform in American history, he stated.

In December, Boeing, AT&T, Fifth Third Bank, Wells Fargo, Comcast and FedEx all announced

that employees would receive increased wages and benefits once the president signed the

bill into law.

And on Tuesday, Walt Disney Co. and J.P. Morgan Chase joined the growing list of companies

benefiting from the tax cut, announcing they will increase wages and bonuses for their

respective employees.

During the event, World Economic Forum executive chairman Klaus Schwab defended Trump and praised

his leadership abilities, The Western Journal reported.

Im aware that your leadership is open to misconceptions and biased interpretations,

Schwab told Trump.

The role of the United States and your personal leadership is absolutely essential,

he added.

For this reason, your message here has tremendous relevance.

Games That Angered Real Life Characters - Duration: 4:56.

Most people play video games to escape from their day-to-day lives.

But what happens when you notice that you're actually in one of the games you're playing?

It turns out, not everyone is happy about it.

Here's a look at some games that angered real life characters.

NCAA March Madness

Once upon a time, video games based on college athletics were big business.

And that didn't sit well with Ed O'Bannon, a member of the 1995 UCLA men's basketball

championship team, because college athletes weren't paid a dime for their unwilling participation.

So when O'Bannon noticed that his likeness was being used in NCAA March Madness more

than a decade after he left college, he filed suit against the NCAA and EA.

Eventually, EA and the NCAA agreed to settlements totaling $40 million, money which was divided

among tens of thousands of student athletes that were taken advantage of over the years.

And video games featuring college players?

Since the legal battle ended in 2014, nobody has even tried to make a new one.

Guitar Hero 5

The folks at Activision had been trying for years to get Kurt Cobain into the Guitar Hero

franchise, so when he finally debuted in Guitar Hero 5, it seemed like a win for everyone.

One problem, though: the deal they made with Cobain's widow Courtney Love only allowed

Cobain to be used for certain Nirvana tracks.

So when she discovered you could play as Cobain to sing other tunes in the game, she hit the

ceiling, calling the game "necrophilic" and "vile" in a twitter rant that made headlines.

Yikes!

Grand Theft Auto V

The smash hit video game Grand Theft Auto V featured a character named Lacey Jonas,

an actress hounded by the paparazzi.

"Lacy!

C'mon, give us a smile?"

"Stop with the pictures!"

That hit a little too close to home for Lindsay Lohan, who sued, additionally claiming that

a bikini-clad woman on the cover of the game was also based on her.

Unfortunately for Lohan, her lawsuit was thrown out for lacking merit.

Band Hero

Activision doubled down on their Guitar Hero mistakes when they put out Band Hero in 2009

and improperly allowed players to use avatars from the band No Doubt to pretty much do whatever

they wanted.

Gwen Stefani and the rest of the band sued, claiming the band agreed to be in the game

to perform their songs as they did in real life, not as a "virtual karaoke circus act."

Activision was forced to settle the suit out of court.

Some people just never learn!

Scribblenauts

Warner Bros. found out the hard way that memes work differently in the real world after they

were sued by the creators of Nyan Cat and Keyboard Cat over improper use of the characters

in the 2012 video game Scribblenauts.

They were fine with people online sharing and adapting their creations for fun, but

they weren't fine with a corporate behemoth using their characters to make money.

Warner Bros. eventually settled out of court, which just shows the true power of internet

cat memes.

Gears of War

You may not be familiar with former NFL player Lenwood Hamilton, but in 2017, he sued Epic

Games and Microsoft claiming that his look, mannerisms, and elocution were stolen for

a character named Augustus Cole in Gears of War.

Cole was actually voiced by actor Lester Speight, better known as Terry Tate, Office Linebacker.

"You know you need a cover sheet on your TPS reports, Richard!

That ain't new, baby!"

"Hey, Terry."

"Hey, Janet!"

"Mother---!!"

But Hamilton claimed that Speight stole the whole act from him when they worked together

as wrestlers in 1998, and now he wants his piece of the Gears of War pie.

The courts have yet to decide just how much of a case Hamilton has, but one way another,

we bet someone is in for a world of hurt.

"You wanna play games, Gene?

Well, game time is PAIN time, baby.

WHOO!"

Velvet Assassin

Violette Szabo was a British secret agent during World War II who was awarded the nation's

prestigious George Cross medal after she was captured and executed by the German army during

a daring mission behind enemy lines.

In 2009, the video game Velvet Assassin featured a fictionalized version of Szabo named Violette

Summer - who during the game's "morphine mode," fought enemies dressed only in a revealing

nightgown.

That might explain why Szabo's daughter Tania refused to let Replay Studios use her mother's

name in the game.

Because, seriously guys.

C'mon.

Mary-Kate and Ashley in Action!

In one of the darkest chapters in gaming history, Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen appeared in no

fewer than nine video games over a three year period between 1999 and 2002.

In 2003, though, the planned tenth game in the franchise, Mary-Kate and Ashley in Action!,

was abruptly cancelled, leading to a lawsuit from the famous twins over lost development

costs.

"How rude!"

Call of Duty: Black Ops II

Finally, one of the weirdest instances of a real person getting ticked off at a video

game came in 2012, when former Panamanian dictator Manuel Noriega sued Activision over

call of Duty: Black Ops II.

Noriega, who was in prison when he filed the lawsuit, claimed that the game's depiction

of him as a bad guy was defamation of character.

In a decision that surprised nobody, a judge dismissed the case immediately.

Nice try.

Jodhpur | The Blue City of India (Rajasthan Travel Vlog) - Duration: 20:45.

What's up? I'm Alex. I'm Marko,

and you're watching Vagabrothers.

And this is the Blue City of Rajasthan India, Jodhpur.

Good morning everybody. Welcome back to Jodhpur.

We are in the Blue City, also known as the Sun City,

and that's pretty easy to see why.

It's very hot very early,

but we have an awesome day of exploring in front of us, don't we?

We just woke up to a beautiful sunrise over the fort which dominates the city,

but we're staying here in this beautiful old haveli.

This actually used to be home to the accountant of the Maharaja,

and so we're going to go walk around the old town.

It's a labyrinth of blue -walled houses

that kind of creeps up to the edge of the fort, take a slow way to get there

and hopefully catch a nice sunset at the fort this afternoon.

Let's go

Now we're at the gates of the old city right next

to the clock tower where the central market is,

and Jodhpur has been a trading city for centuries.

It's right between Gujarat and Delhi, which was a trade route that exchanged opium,

copper, date-palms, and sandalwood as well,

which smells great if you've never smelt it.

It's a pretty incredible little place

There's tons of vendors, tons of stuff to look at and potentially buy.

So we're going to go ahead into the market and see if we can find anything fun. Anything good? All good?

One of my favorite things about marketplaces anywhere in the world

is just watching the vendors kind of set up their stalls

and scream out, yell out what they're selling, trying to get customers.

But here in India, it takes like a whole new level.

It's really awesome to be here early and experience this.

It's a very, very unique moment,

and it's something that happens here all the time.

These guys here making fresh garlands.

Garland's are basically like lays that they make for religious ceremonies in the Hindu religion.

And it smells really good.

And it's kind of that combination of fresh flowers and fruits and spices

with dirty water and open sewers that kind of make India

have that smell of amazing and disgusting at the same time.

Something as simple as taking a walk down the street

is a total assault on all of your senses.

But it's fascinating and after a while,

you just kind of get used to it.

Here's to India.

See what I mean?

So we have found this beautiful little chai wallah

in this painted little courtyard off one of these side streets.

Like we said earlier,

Jodhpur is the Blue City.

Lots of the buildings are painted this nice kind of like off- blue.

That's to keep the buildings cool,

which you can definitely feel in here.

Even though it's hot outside,

they have this tarp over us and the blue paints,

and it just feels nice and chill.

You've got to be constantly alert in India because

there're people on bikes; there're donkeys; there're camels.

There's pretty much everything imaginable coming at you at all time.

But it's nice to kind of peel off the main street, have a chai, and

start our morning a little bit slower.

It's very funny like in most European cities,

our first thing is to find a nice coffee shop,

and you might use the internet to do that.

In India, it's all about finding a chai wallah,

And there's no way these guys are listed online.

You just have to go and find a cool spot, sit yourself down, and order chai.

So one of the things as a traveler here in India that you will notice right off the bat,

and you've probably seen a lot in the vlogs already,

is the symbol of the swastika.

And it's kind of a crazy story because in the West we

instantaneously associate the swastika with Nazism,

but it's actually a Hindu symbol, and it signifies peace.

The Nazis actually took that symbol and inverted it,

and it's crazy how

a symbol that means peace could be so perverted

and switched to mean something so much more dark.

But just want to let you guys know that if you see that symbol here in India,

it has nothing to do with Nazism,

and it's a symbol for peace.

It's also interesting that the Nazis used the word Aryan to describe what they found to be the purest

form of white race,

but in reality the Aryans were an empire that....

one of the first major empires here in India..

and help laid the foundations of a lot of Hinduism,

everything from the caste system

to some of the most sacred texts in Hinduism.

They all come from the period of the Aryans,

about a couple thousand years ago.

It turns out that different days of the week are dedicated to different gods.

Today is Tuesday. Today's Hahnemann's day.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, is for Ganesh.

It's kind of like in English; we have Sunday and Monday for the sun and the moon.

Thursday for Thor.

Friday for priests and all these other old ancient Norse gods

that still stick around the language.

But here in India, they actually practice it.

Every day a different god.

All right. Well, now we are officially lost back here,

but it's so cool, and that's one of the best parts about traveling,

especially in this part of the world is like just going into the residential areas and

getting lost in the little alleyways, seeing how people live

and saying hello to the locals.

Last time I was here,

I came here during Diwali, the Festival of Lights,

and the whole place was illuminated with little candles people put out.

I remember walking through at dusk and just seeing this beautiful orange

glow illuminating the evening sunset reflection off the walls,

and it's just magical.

And coming back here is equally nice.

So we're just wandering through the old town,

basically right along the edge of the fort at the top of the hill,

and it's super cool.

It's much like a European medieval city with all these really narrow winding streets.

But it's really cool to see look into everyone's windows and just see people doing the daily errands.

There's one guy over there reading a newspaper peeling potatoes;

another guy here ironing clothes,

and it's just so cool when you walk through these streets.

You just get to look straight into people's windows and get a glimpse into everyday life.

I think we've found my favorite Hindu god....

It's the god of sex.

Don't want to be disrespectful, but it kind of looks like a glory hole.

And I'm not really sure what you're supposed to put inside those holes.

But it's funny because modern Indian society is relatively conservative with respect to sex.

But back in the day the Kama Sutra and such

was much more liberated, much more open.

So, we'll see.

All right so we've ducked in off the streets to some sanctuary.

We've popped into Ronnie Male Haveli, and it's a 400 year old building.

There's a restaurant and a hotel here.

This building is a haveli just like the hotel that we're staying in.

I've come to realize that these are probably the best

deals for mid-range travelers.

For under $50 a night, you're getting a really nice luxury experience.

It's not quite a palace which are also available,

but these are just beautiful buildings.

This one's all red stone

and it's a great way to get a comfortable place to stay and also get an insight into history.

So it's a pretty simple meal.

We're just getting some paneer little almost like cheese fritters.

We've got veg pakora, paneer pakora, and we have a little roti style thing called paratha.

So we're just kind of having a little bit of snack, getting out of the heat.

It's 12:45 right now,

so it's probably the hottest it's going to be all day,

but it's nice and cool in this little alcove.

We're just all feeling a little bit sleepy at the height of the heat during the day.

In this place we've got the fans on.

We're kind of underground here, so it's nice and cool.

And we're just recharging, literally recharging our batteries

for our phones and recharging our human batteries.

This is basically a reservoir at the top of the mountain.

In India they call them a tank,

which collects monsoon water for drinking, bathing, and everyday use.

What's really cool here in Jodhpur

is that all the streets have these little side canals coming off of them

and I think all that water comes from here originally.

It just kind of goes down the side of the street no matter where you're walking.

By the time it gets to the bottom, it's pretty nasty.

People definitely dump their trash and their sewage into that.

The water has a blue tint, matches the city.

We're at the gates of Mehrangarh,

and this is the fortress and palace where for 500 years

the Maharajahs of Marwar ruled this area,

and that name actually means in the Land of Death,

and this is called Citadel of the Sun.

That's probably related.

The Land of Death, the Sun. It is so hot here.

Really, I can't put it into words.

When you're walking around, you just are constantly getting rid of

all the water that you put into your body.

So we're going to keep climbing, keep putting more water into our bodies,

and eventually make it to the top of the Citadel up there to show you guys

the view from the top of the fort.

You ready? Yeah, let's go.

Behind us are these red handprints on the wall,

and this is from a tradition that dates back to when

newly widowed wives, like if someone would die in battle,

the wives would dip their hands per million and then paint it on the wall before

jumping on the husband's funeral pyre.

It happens across India, but here in Rajasthan

it's something that was really much associated with battle,

and that's why the Rajasthanis have a reputation for bravery.

So right now we are in the Phool Mahal,

which means the Palace of Flowers.

It was built in the 18th century.

The ceiling is covered in gold filigree,

one of the nicest rooms in the entire palace.

So interesting fact about this fort.

It's home to a couple thousand black tights,

which are thought to be the most abundant bird of prey on earth,

but they're protected here

and they're actually fed by the employees of the palace,

and they have been for hundreds of years.

The guy who feeds them, his father did it,

his grandfather did it,

and if you take a look up, it's pretty incredible.

This fort was once home to one of India's greatest rulers of all time, Akbar.

Akbar was the grandson of Babur who

was the first mughal to invade India from Afghanistan.

He was related to the royal family of Jodhpur.

When he was staying here,

the house astrologers read his fortune

and said that he was destined to be a great king,

and it turned out to be true.

So there actually are still house astrologers here,

and we're going to go get our fortunes read

and see what the palm says about our future.

Because there is just a sense of the sun inside us.

So we find that all second fences are people around us

as moving stars in the sky,

as a galaxy system in the same way.

So we give energy.

Overall good news.

He told me that I am bound for success,

that I should avoid swimming in the ocean on full moons because it's dangerous.

My lucky number is three.

I should be wearing green and light, light yellow.

And that I'm destined to do a lot of publication and writing in the next couple years,

but I shouldn't start new projects in July.

It's almost sunset. We've left the fort,

and we are in pursuit of what looks to be

the perfect place to film the sunset and get our VR shot of Jodhpur.

We found it from the top of the fortress.

It's supposed to be outside the fortress walls on a little hillside

But to get there we were trying to triangulate the position using photos and Google Maps.

And as Celine just said,

the X on a map never ever shows the position of a treasure. Re-do.

It's like Indiana Jones, right?

It's exactly like Indiana Jones. It never ends well.

We've just hopped off the rickshaws,

and I have found a group of the best dressed dudes in Rajasthan.

Check it out.

Are you a band? music?

Oh cool. Can I take your photo?

We're hustling right now.

Trying to make it out to this viewpoint to get the VR shot for sunset.

The fort is just up there.

We found an epic spot for the sunset.

It's also a temple, so shoes off, if you're wondering.

Check out the view.

All right. Well we made it to Sunset Point.

This is the spot we've been trying to get to all day.

It's been a serious challenge.

Google Maps does not work here, but apart from that,

it's been a total adventure and such a fun day here in Jodhpur.

Honestly, what a great day.

We've seen three awesome cities.

Tomorrow we go to Pushkar for the Camel Festival.

So stay tuned for that.

If you like this video give it a thumbs- up,

and subscribe to Vagabrothers and turn on notifications,

if you have not already.

And in the meantime remember stay curious,

keep exploring, and we'll see you guys on the road.

Peace. Namaste.

Top 5 mejores variedades de marihuana del banco Pyramid Seeds - Duration: 10:58.

- Hi welcome again to UndergrowTv... I know you were waiting for it... This time we're bringing a new Top5

- of my favourite strains by Pyramid Seeds.

- We'll start with number 5... This is a strain all of you know... We've showed it a lot of times and it's a really

- worthy strain. It's the result of crossing AK47 with Bublegum... Yes that's Wembley, by Pyramid. Really

- interesting to grow indoor and it's going to give you great results. This resin will be really apreciated for extractions...

- These are delicious, and it's also a 80% indica predominant so it's really relaxing.

- We must remark that predominant effect comes from AK47, but flavour comes directly from Bublegum

- with this tropical fruity aspect that make us think in blublegums. Really nice production, almost gr/w

- for this suculent strain. If you're growing it outdoor, in this zone, you should harvest it in September,

- but in Latin America, it should be in March... Not too long blooms and fruits are really worthy because as

- in weight as in quality, you'll get what you want. Pyramid talks about a 23% of thc so if you get that,

- that's a triumph. Now let's check our number 4... It's Galaxy, a cross from 2 strains like Northern Lights

- and Afghan plant. Then we've obtained really interesting videos... We'll taste it today because i've tasted a lot of #1.

- We're already smoking... Delicious Galaxy. Flavour is one of its main virtues, but we must know that

- results are maybe the most importants of the bank so you'll get a pretty big production

- even indoor or outdoor... Perfect strain for your atutocultivation... A strong and easyt to grow strain

- with really fast growth and bloom... It's longer than in Wembley but

- it's also a really nice strain and one of the best about results. Sweety flavour with it's ancestors touches,

- and if it's a mediterranian harvest, you'll have it early close to september... If you're in

- in Latin America, you'll cut it close to April. This strain could overcome gr/w

- with weights over gr/w in a metter you can even obtain 600gr or more if you're working

- a mother plant in bloom... A plant with a nice prune, produces more. Those kind of details optimize results...

- If you want to watch a video about details to optimize results, check Life Plant section. Galaxy is

- pretty tall plant, but not the tallest... Like Wembley, that could reach 1.60 outdoor... And Northern Light x Afghan

- Galaxy as you know, doesn't reach 1.30. Resin production is almost the same.... 23% in Wembley, but a 21'7%

- for Galaxy, also a really nice production. Delicious dense strain... No doubts! Galaxy is one of the best options.

- Let's see number 3... Kryptonite. Another delicious strain by Pyramid... One of the fastest satives of the world.

- We're talking about a strain with an 80% sative predominance... Tall plant but its peculiarity... Really compact

- flowers... Well feeded, hard and compact spears.

- It's a nice producer arriving to gr/w... Not bad for one of the fastest sative of the world... Interesting to people who

- didn't work satives because of that. You can harvest it in 55-60 days... Almost like an indica.

- It's taller than the previous strains... It's sative, but you cut it almost like an indica.

- It's really fast if we compare it with the rest of satives. We can obtain the maximum fruit of this sative in September

- in Europe, but in Latin America, you'll get a nice harvest from middle of March. Kryptonite in our top5

- by Pyramid Seeds... Because it deserves it. With a 17% of thc, this sative's effect is really euphoryzing,

- but don't forget they crossed it with their most narcotic strains so it's balanced. Our number 2, a clasic,

- Tutankhamon by Pyramid Seeds. This strain comes back to a top... I couldn't avoid our number 1 too... It must be there.

- Tutankhamon is an Ak47 selection. Its flavour detaches a lot

- because it's a really well ellaborated fresh fruity flavour with a really long effect. Tutankhamon is one of my favourites...

- It's a really interesting strain... Look Bombo.

- You're gonna love it like Bombo loves his candy... It's a short time really productive plant with 60% sative, 40%

- indica with unmeasureable thc levels... Almost 23% of thc level, and you can also

- taste it if you grow it well... We did it with Advance Nutrients complete line. It could be ready in 60 days indoor,

- and if it's oudoor, September in Europe and March in Latin America, where it's really extended.

- Greetings for all latin public... Thanks for your support... And now the number1, my favourite... Lennon by Pyramid.

- A really psycho active strain with 80% sative effect so we'll get

- a really euphoryzing weed to smoke during day. It's difficult to grow and we must cut nitrogen in liquid fertilizers...

- And we need to detach the ground... Choose one without added nitrogen to avoid problems... Even with its

- automatic version, another complex bloom plant. If you're an expert grower you'll get maximum results... Lime and incense

- flavour with really strong effect. This strain is obtained by Pyramid from crossing Jack Herer, a beloved strain by all

- growers, and Haze, a tremendous strain... Clasic as you know. If you want to know more about where those strain

- come you only have to chech our genetics section, where we talk about it. This strain is pretty peculiar...

- It doesn't absorv nitrogen well, because it could glean and you wont get compact flowers... Looking like a Dr. Greenspoon.

- If you don't want it, be careful with nitrogen. Another detail... Ph level is a little bit upper than normal, and it

- would be confortable with values close to 6.5 and 6.8, so you must variate your normal patterns. It's a really tall plant

- even indoor it could reach from 90 cm to 2m. You can get high thc levels... 21%

- of a really strong effect so that's interesting to grow it. Be patient because indoor, it could take 80 days to harvest.

- Well friends... I hope you enjoyed this Top5. We understand all of you have its own opinion, so we want to see your own

- top5's in the comments of this video but it must be different than mine so... I say good bye and good smoking people!
