3 toilets in 1 bathroom?

a toilet in the middle of the penthouse?

no, they're not horror movie titles

but a ranking of the worst apartments in Japan

let's start with a very interesting video

so, since some time ago I did a video about the Jikkobukken

the houses that are hounted by ghosts

and you get like a very cheap apartment

today I decided to took around 20 apartments,

really gorgeous apartments here in Japan

that are...how can I say...original

because they have really interesting real estate choices...

but let's see them together!

let's start with the first apartment

so, the first one is not that small

it's almost 13 sqm and it's really cute

you enter and at your left you find the toilet

with a useful curtain, that separates the room

it's a really practical and nice idea

the second apartment is more for the cute girls,

because they can take the shower on the balcony

so, they will have a lot of male friends and also the neighbours will be happy

- really funny this idea of having a thub on the balcony

I don't recommend to use it in winter

it's a kind of Onsen...

ok, let's see the next apartment, its one of my favourite ones

I really hope to rent this one, since I transfer to Japan

It's a 30sqm apartment, it's not that difficult to calculate

then we have another 6 meters room

whatever, this apartment is really practical, because the W.C.

is in the middle of the apartment and you can enter from each room

the only thing is that you need to pass through the W.C. every time you want to go in a different room,

so, if you want to go in the living room, you need to pass through the W.C. ...

well, I'm in a really uncomfortable position right now... but like this I'm to low

maybe so, I need to buy something to the make videos

ah like this its better

let's go to the next apartment!

the next apartment is really cute!

and it's that cute, because there are three bath-thubs, one behind another

and above that the stairs leading to the second floor

lead to the washing machine

and who in the world invented that!?

I have also a third channel where I upload more random things (Katsu channel),

and please subscribe, on that channel I talk about things that are upsetting me!

I change position!

the next apartment is not that expensive

it's a little bit small, I can't read right now how many meters it has

but it's not that big

it cost 26.000 yen

like around 200€

it's located 15 minutes by walk from the station

the only thing is that you can't rent it, if you are sensitive to ghosts

the next one

is an apartment that I recommend to lazy people

or like to the ones that are super busy

so, while your sitting on the toilet, you can also do the laundry

isn't it practical? I say yes!

the next one is a really big apartment, around 80sqm

the main room is 44sqm big

and two rooms of 10sqm, so it's big

the particularity is the cat form

I don't know if it's real, it's so stange

but well, it's a funny idea!

the next apartment is also nice!

Ladies and Gentleman, this apartment is a bit small

but it's practical, because the toilet and kitchen are in the same room

so, if you have a urgent colitis attack, you can use the toilet, while you cook

ah maybe you can also wash the dishes, while you're on the toilet

and above of that the washing machine is under the sink

how nice!

well, the next one is a normal apartment

the only thing is that there is another house right in front

wow, the neighbours will be happy...

the next apartment is another nice and particular apartment

it's written--

it's like an artistic apartment

well, you just need to watch at the pictures^^

it cost like 180€

you can play music, without problems

so, I recommend it to all musicians!

and you can also have a pet! WOW

the next apartment is really indispensable

it's for the people that have a lot of friends,

but more "bathroom" friends

like you know the girls who go in three in the bathroom

I have the solution for you!

a bathroom with three toilets! genius!

and like in the middle of this room you can put a table

and you can play table games! how nice

I really recommend it, if you're three friends

or three sisters...

the next apartment is for the people that enjoy showing themselves

like while you're taking a shower

so, you bascally invite friends at home and in the middle of the living room

you will have the bathroom surrounded by windows

so, they can admire you from every corner

I don't understand the meaning, I really try to find an answer to these apartments, but I can't...whatever

let's go on!

the next one has also the bathroom in the middle of the room

I think it's a trend here in Japan to have the bathroom in the middle of the room!

if you don't have it, you're basically a loser!

and you will never conquist a bamboo chick

I'm trying my best to defuse these apartments, but yeah I can't...

really, I don't know how a japanese real estate can sell these apartments!

but maybe there are people that have particular wishes

the next apartment is very useful, because you have the toilet right in front of the entrance room

the next one is like the worst apartment, in my opinion

it's 7.5sqm

the thing is that when you open the door, you will see a really long aisle

and at the end you will have a toilet!

I don't know how to explain all this!

I imagine they share the shower^^

but like I will prefer to have also a shared bathroom, than this thing here!

next one...well the gas is behind the sink

usually you see the gas near the sink, but yeah this one is like this...

I don't know if it's comfortable

maybe this one is the most interesting one that I'm showing you

this apartment is not that small

around 40sqm

this one looks like a maze!

so, you basically enter from the door and you will have an aisle with a toilet

and also the bath-thub,

you exit again and there is the kitchen??

I can't even explain it to you

it's a maze!

I will like suffer from claustrophobia

imagine a ghost coming from every corner! no no

I will be afraid to live there, what about you?

this is the second-last apartment

this is for the people that want to live on top of a building...

and you will have like your own apartment on top

it's about 3sqm

well, I need to say that this apartment is at least funny...

I don't know where this apartment is, but I like the idea to live on top of another house

the last one is a normal apartment

it seems to be in a video game

on the rooftop you have Godzilla that is saying hi to you!

whatever... these where the most strange apartments of 2017

but in Japan there are a lot of "strange" things...

and her engagement to Prince Harry of England. After their royal engagement took place, she

later announced she was going to retire from acting and would dedicate herself to her royal

duties. More and more stories detailing her upcoming events and the proposed wedding have

been reported. One funny story about her and the Prince will surely have you laughing.

Over the Christmas holiday, Markle stayed in England to celebrate the holiday with Prince

Harry. She is American, has no family in England, and non-royals are prohibited from joining

family celebrations unless they are married to a royal. However, the royal family made

an exception for her.

Markle was photographed in pictures with Prince William, Duchess Kate, and her future father

and stepmother-in-law. What we did not know about, was the hysterical gift that she gave

to the Queen for Christmas. It was so funny that it had her in hysterics. Giving funny

gifts is a royal tradition as they do not provide each other ordinary extravagant gifts,

but instead – they give each other gag gifts and have fun and good laughs.

The Daily Mail reported,

"The first Christmas spent with a partner's family is always nerve-wracking, especially

for Meghan Markle, whose in-laws include the Queen herself. But Prince Harry's fiance

managed to get on his grandmother's good side with a very amusing gift during her first

Christmas at Sandringham. According to the Daily Star Online, Meghan, 36, bought Her

Majesty a singing toy hamster which, according to the paper, left the the monarch in 'hysterics'.

A source said: 'Meghan bought a little hamster that sings with a little rope for Her Majesty.'

a shower cap printed with the slogan 'Ain't life a b****'. Prince Charles' most cherished

gift is reportedly a white leather toilet seat given to him by Princess Anne, which

he found so comfy that it now travels with him on his overseas tours.

In comparison the Duchess of Cambridge opted for a sweet homemade gift for her first Christmas

with the Queen, gifting her a jar of chutney from her own grandmother's recipe. Apart

from a slight wobble when she curtsied to the Queen after the service, Meghan's first

public appearance with members of the royal family appeared to go without a hitch. Prince

Harry told the Today programme that her first royal family Christmas had been a resounding

success. When the fifth in line to the throne was quizzed by presenter Sarah Montague at

the end of guest editing the three-hour show he replied: 'It was fantastic, she really

enjoyed it.'

great scandal and resulted in their great Uncle's disowning by the royal family.

However, the times have changed since then. The attitude towards divorce has somewhat

changed. Especially since the Queen's now deceased sister Margaret was divorced twice.

And the Queen's children have been divorced numerous times. That indicates that Markle

is very accepted in the family, unlike other Americans and divorcees from the past.

First of all

we are here in the hidden hills

in california

where we built a slopestyle course

I didnt try it out yet

We will try out this jump first, never ridden it before

we had to take it apart because there was a hive

somehow put it back together

tryin it out with the bmx now

sometimes it`s the little things such as new gloves or new grips

and everything feels so much better

I have so much speed coming into the ramp

but I lose all the speed

because the ramp is bending in

it changed from a 10 tricks challenge

into a broken ramp challenge

this is the ramp I've been trying to ride all day

the (bad) condition

I`m not gonna let you down with just a double whip

for now, another 10 category

we are having a little activity for in between

I can eat quite a lot

so I thought for 10.000 subs

im gonna try to eat 10 cheeseburgers

if i won't make it

im gonna donate the rest to the homeless

but sorry I`m quite confident I`m gonna make it

My Favorite Places: Airlie Gardens: Day 29 of 30 - Duration: 1:22.

Hi, everyone! Melanie Cameron here at The Cameron Team, Coldwell Banker Sea Coast

Advantage. Day 29 of my favorite places here in the Wilmington area and this

morning, I am at Airlie Gardens. This is one of my favorite tourist attractions

here in the Wilmington area. If you haven't been to Airlie Gardens, and taken a

tour and learned all the history that abounds about this area, you really

should. It is amazing to learn all the stories in history that go on here.

Lots of activities throughout the year here at Airlie Gardens. They have summer

concert series. They have Enchanted Airlie at Christmastime where there are lights

throughout the entire place and Santa Claus is here.

They have displays throughout the year from different artists and such, but such

the grounds and stuff are absolutely beautiful right here along Airlie Road

and Oleander, and along Bradley Creek. It's a beautiful place. People have

parties here, have weddings here. You just have to come check it out.

I've heard that there's going to be a pretty cool art display coming in the

next few months here, over the summer, so we'll keep an eye on that and let you

know what's going on, but check it out if you haven't.
