N. Korean leader Kim Jong-un to receive guard of honor from S. Korea's armed forces - Duration: 2:16.

So with Kim Jong-un to become the first North Korean leader to cross the border line into

South Korea tomorrow...

Seoul has said that the South Korean armed forces will give Mr. Kim a guard of honor,...

as he crosses the demarcation line between the two Koreas.

Our Park Ji-won tells us more.

South Korea's defense ministry announced Wednesday evening that North Korean leader Kim Jong-un

will be presented with a guard of honor from the three branches of South Korea's military,...

when he crosses the border to the South Korean side of Panmumjom.

However, the confined space at Panmumjom means that a full three-hundred-member guard of

honor is impossible,... so the size of the guard of honor will be reduced to about one

hundred-fifty members.

The defense ministry says that forming the guard of honor means to show the South Korean

government's support for regaining mutual trust and reconciliation between the two Koreas,

promoting peace on the Korean peninsula, and also hoping for the success of the third inter-Korean

summit.

When former South Korean Presidents Kim Dae-jung and Roh Moo-hyun each arrived in Pyongyang

for previous inter-Korean summit talks, in 2000 and 2007 respectively,... North Korean

soldiers formed a guard of honor and saluted the former presidents.

Meanwhile, as the summit approaches,...

Foal Eagle,... the joint military drill between South Korea and the U.S.,... which kicked

off on the first day of this month,... will most likely be completed on Thursday.

A military official told Arirang News Thursday morning that the decision whether or not to

end the exercise will be decided at a meeting this morning between the South Korean Chair

of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Jeong Kyeong-doo and his U.S. counterpart General

Vincent Brooks.

The final result will be released to the media later, at six p.m. this afternoon,... yet

reports say that it is highly likely that they will finish the exercise today, after

evaluating the exercise's achievements.

And reports claim the computer-simulated Key Resolve exercise will also be temporarily

halted on the day of the summit.

>> A PRIVATELY RUN PRISON TRANSPORT COMPANY IS GETTING

SUED AFTER ONE MAN SAYS HE WAS SHACKLED IN THE BACK OF THIS VAN

FOR 18 DAYS COVERED IN FILTH AND HUMAN FECAL MATTER.

THIS ALL STARTED WHEN THE ALLEGED VICTIM WAS IN WEST

VIRGINIA, HE HAD MOVED TO WINCHESTER, AND WHILE HE

WAS AT A GAS STATION POLICE STOPPED HIM BECAUSE THEY

BELIEVED THAT HIS VEHICLE WAS STOLEN.

THEY SAID HIS VEHICLE WAS REPORTED STOLEN IN HOUSTON,

AND THEY FILED CHARGES AGAINST THEM.

AT THAT POINT THIS TRANSPORT VEHICLE CAME AND PICKED THEM UP

AND HE WAS SHACKLED IN THE BACK OF HIS VAN.

LATER THE REPORT TURNED OUT TO BE FALSE AND CHARGES WERE

DISMISSED.

WHEN YOU READ ABOUT THE ACCUSATIONS AGAINST THIS

TRANSPORT COMPANY THEY ARE PRETTY TORTUROUS.

LET ME GIVE YOU SOME EXAMPLES.

ALSO THE VAN WAS OVERCROWDED.

THIS WAS A FOR-PROFIT BUSINESS,

IT WAS NOT RUN BY THE

GOVERNMENT IN ANY WAY.

AS A RESULT THEY WANT TO DO WHAT?

MAXIMIZE THEIR PROFITS.

THE WAY THEY DO IT IS BY CRAMMING AS MANY PEOPLE AS

POSSIBLE IN THE BACK OF THESE VANS.

>>IT REMINDED ME OF SLAVE TRANSPORT.

>>IT IS DISGUSTING.

THEY WANT TO AGAIN MAXIMIZE PROFITS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE AND

THEY ALSO DON'T WANT ANYONE TO TAKE ANY RISKS BECAUSE THE

CLOWNS RUNNING THIS OPERATION AND WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY ARE

NOT ACTUALLY TRAINED SO THEY DON'T WANT TO OPEN THE VAN TO

ALLOW THESE PRISONERS TO USE THE RESTROOM.

IT GETS WORSE.

THINK ABOUT IT, HE IS SITTING THERE SHACKLED IN THE BACK OF A

CARGO VAN WITH VOMIT, AND HE'S ALSO BEING DENIED PROPER

MEDICAL ATTENTION FOR HIS CONDITION.

>>IF YOU WENT TO WHERE HE WAS ARRESTED TO WHERE HE HAD TO

GO TO COURT IT WOULD TAKE YOU 20 HOURS.

INSTEAD IT TOOK NEARLY 20 DAYS.

THEY WERE GOING LIKE THIS TO PICK UP ALL THE OTHER GUYS.

YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW IF THE GUY IS GUILTY.

YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE SPEEDY JUSTICE, DON'T CARE.

THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OR

ANYTHING.

THEY HAVE TO MAKE MONEY.

NOW LET'S TALK ABOUT PEOPLE WHO COULD DIE.

THEY HAVE THEM SHACKLED UP 12 HOURS AT A TIME.

NO CIRCULATION IN THEIR LEGS.

HAVE A VERY CLOSE FAMILY FRIEND WHO DIED FROM A BLOOD CLOT WHO

WAS SITTING ON A PLANE TOO LONG COMING FROM AN

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT.

BY THE WAY IF YOU ARE ON PLANES, WALK AROUND.

BUT IF YOU ARE SHACKLED IN THE BACK OF A VAN, 12 HOURS AT A

TIME YOU DON'T HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY.

BUT YOU SAY THAT COULD BE READ BUT IT DOES HAPPEN.

IF YOU DON'T HAVE YOUR MEDICATION ñ HOW MANY PEOPLE

NEED MEDICATION?

A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE DIFFERENT CONDITIONS.

THEY TAKE YOU ON AN 18 DAY HE'LL READ THROUGH THE COUNTRY TO MAKE

AN EXTRA BUCK, PEOPLE WILL DIE.

AND IN FACT THEY HAVE.

AT LEAST FIVE PEOPLE HAVE DIED FROM ALLEGED MEDICAL NEGLECT.

WE ARE LITERALLY KILLING PEOPLE TO MAXIMIZE PROFIT.

THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A CORE GOVERNMENT JOB.

THE GOVERNMENT GETS TO IMPRISON PEOPLE.

IF WE TURN THE PRISON SYSTEM INTO FOR-PROFIT, WHICH WE

DID, WHAT WILL THEY DO?

THEY WILL CREATE MORE PRISONERS.

THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CITIZENS, THEY DO NOT CARE

ABOUT YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.

EVEN IF THEY WERE GUILTY, THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE.

WE HANDED THE CONSTITUTION OFF TO GUYS THAT WANTED TO MAKE

A BUCK.

>>THE THING THAT DRIVES ME CRAZY IS HOW INCREDIBLY EASY IT IS TO

DISTRACT AMERICANS WITH NON-ISSUES, NON-THREATS.

PEOPLE WHO ARE POOR THAN THEM, WHO ARE STRUGGLING IMMIGRANTS ñ

THOSE OF THE PEOPLE THAT AMERICANS ñ

ALL THE FOCUS IS ON THOSE ISSUES.

WHEN IN REALITY WHAT WE SHOULD BE FOCUSING ON IS THE

CORPORATIONS, PEOPLE IN POSITIONS OF POWER WHO CAN

VICTIMIZE ANYONE OF US.

THIS GUY WAS INNOCENT, HE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG.

AND HE ENDED UP IN THE BACK OF THIS TORTUROUS VAN FOR 18 DAYS

STRAIGHT AND HE COULD'VE LOST HIS LIFE.

THE REASON WHY I'M SAYING THAT IS BECAUSE I KNOW WE HAVE THIS

ISSUE IN AMERICA WHERE WE THINK OF PRISONERS OR PEOPLE IN

CUSTODY AS THROWAWAYS OF SOCIETY.

BUT THIS CAN HAPPEN TO ANYONE.

>> WE HAVE LOST TOUCH WITH HUMANITY.

EVEN IF WE ARE GUILTY.

WE DIDN'T DO THIS TO THE CHARLESTON SHOOTER, WE GOT HIM

BURGER KING.

WE CAN DEHUMANIZE PEOPLE EXIST.

FOR STEALING A CAR?

YOU HAVE A GUY SITTING DEFECATION IN VOMIT

FOR ALL THAT TIME?

SO THE GUY HAS HYPERTENSION AND HIS BLOOD

PRESSURE SKYROCKETED.

SO WHEN HE TOLD OFFICERS WHAT THEY SAY?

SHUT UP OR WE ARE GOING TO TASE YOU.

INSTEAD OF HELPING THE GUY WHO MIGHT DIE FROM HYPERTENSION.

ONE MORE THING, THE CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER OF THIS

COMPANY WHEN ASKED ABOUT THESE SITUATIONS SAID WHY DON'T YOU

LET THEM GO TO THE BATHROOM?

HE SAID, " UNLESS IT IS LEIGH FORD

DEATH WE CAN'T OPEN A CAGE ON THE VEHICLE, WE DON'T KNOW IF

THEY ARE SETTING US UP FOR SOMETHING."

>>YOU ARE UNTRAINED AND YOU ARE NOT RIGHT FOR THIS JOB.

YOU SHOULD NOT BE DOING THIS JOB.

IF YOU HAVE THAT MUCH FEAR YOU SHOULD FIND WORK DOING

SOMETHING ELSE.

THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT EXIST.

IT SHOULD NOT HAVE A FOR-PROFIT MODEL.

Step by step Kofta Recipe | Learn how to make soft & tasty meatballs recipe | Mutton Meatball - Duration: 4:04.

Today's recipe on Sara cooks for you is mutton Koftas. Many people are not very

confident about making Kofta because they think it's very difficult, but I believe

without testing it's hard to learn. For this, please note down the ingredients we

need about 500 grams of minced meat you can use mutton or beef and about

three handfuls of fried gram when you place it side-by-side make sure the

fried gram is half of the keema, two tablespoons of grated fresh coconut, half

a tomato, half an onion, two green chilies and six to seven cloves of

garlic, 1 teaspoon chili powder, half a teaspoon Dhania/Coriander powder, 1/4 teaspoon

turmeric and 1/8 teaspoon garam masala. We are going to grind all of these

together and I'm going to add in some coriander leaves

and salt to taste. Let's grind all of these together with

just a little bit of water, the paste is ready I am going to form Koftas/Meatballs out of

it. Make sure they are of equal size, you can wet your hands while making it and

then make it it gets easier to form the Koftas.

I'm going to do the same with the rest of the mixture, the koftas are formed. Now

take a pan and add about half a cup of water and I'm going to slowly drop in

all the Koftas that I have made. I have added all of them, now I'm going to allow

them to cook for some time. When we use this method the koftas hold their shape

and they cook faster, you don't need to deep-fry them you can just cook them

this way and then we'll just shallow fry it. You can see the waters dried up and

if we you are making a gravy out of these koftas you can save the rest of the

water to add it to the gravy. The water is all dried up, since I'm already using a

kadai, I'm going to just add in some oil say about two tablespoons of oil and I'm

going to shallow fry them.

You can see it's not so difficult it's really easy to make these Koftas and

there's not much of oil in it. I have not deep-fried them, so I've just boiled them

in water and I'm just shallow frying it with just about two tablespoons of oil.

The koftas are ready! They are really tasty and with very less amount of oil.

I'm going to transfer them to a serving plate and the yummy koftas are ready. You

can eat them as they are or you can use it in a gravy. Thank you for watching my

Networking for introverts seems dreary and painful.

That makes sense because networking actually involves talking to people both directly and

indirectly.

Fortunately, there are some strategies that will make introverts networking seamless.

Rethinking the challenge

First of all, it is possible for introverts to create good network of professional and

important people.

Introverts are highly capable in making connection through their thoughts, creative ideas, and

focus.

One thing that should be noted is that introverts may take longer for doing this job because

they need longer breaks for recharging themselves.

Be selective

There are some good criteria to make your introversion networking work.

First of all, it is the relevance which actually means relation between what you are doing

and they are doing.

The next thing is face-to-face component.

However, it is should be added that the person should be happy to see the introverts.

The introverts also demand people who are excited to discuss the matter.

Lastly, that networking partner must be available at convenient times.

Planning ahead

Introverts will be overwhelmed in any big events where crowds gather.

Overwhelmed, the introverts usually end up meeting old friends instead of making new

network.

This should not happen if you plan it first.

You should know what they are going to discuss and who are going to discuss it.

You also need to reach the key speakers or people involved in the event, allowing you

to test the water before the real deal.

4.

Don't fake it

Some people think that faking your introversion is good idea because it lets you talk to others.

However, you shouldn't.

Instead, meet one or two people to talk to, have quality chats with them, getting their

card names, and go back to your hotel room.

That way, this enables you to get acquaintance without draining yourself.
