about and touching on the topic on "what to do when you have a big occasion, a
bank holiday or Memorial Day like it is today and how not to blow your macros"
but before we get into that video if you've just arrived on the macro lean

videos. But let's get into this topic because over in the US, are cousins in
the US are celebrating Memorial Day today, and here in the UK we have the
Spring Bank Holiday Monday, and a lot of the time on days like this there's
barbecues, there's family get-together there's, parties and macros and calories
go way out of the window. so people ask me "how do I get around it? what do I do
on days where I have a big party or a big weekend get-together, and I know I'm
going to be drinking & consuming lots of alcohol, lots of calorific food. Is there
a way to damage control???" And my approach to this, my basic premise of getting
around these holidays is keeping it low calorie the day before, and low calorie
the day after. So you can enjoy yourself! still you don't wanna go crazy where you consume
10,000 calories! But if you keep the day before the "big day"
low calorie or even just fast for 24 hours, and the day after
low calorie or fast for 24 hours. That big day is not going to touch the sides,
unless you're stupid and you consume about 15-20 thousand calories. That's my
way to do it, and how you do that is by intermittent fasting. I would fast the
day before a massive cheat day, pig out day or whatever and I'd fast the day after....
by the end of the week the net calories are gonna be around the same and
no damage is done, that's how to damage control. So you don't want to like track
your macros or track your calories on a day where you want to celebrate and have fun
and kick back okay! We're human beings, we want to have fun, we want to have a good
time and we don't to be too OCD all the time. You also don't want to put yourself like two,
three, four steps back from the progress you've already made. So if you're
enjoying yourself today have fun, eat what you want, don't track, have a few
drinks, get loose and whatever. but my advice for events like
this is always have a day before which is low calorie or even better fast for 24
hours, intermittent fasting is amazing! enjoy the day like today, have some
drinks, have the barbecue, have the food that you want and don't track your macros.
have fun with the family and friends and then the day after it's a fast for 24 hours
or keep it low-calorie. By the end of the week everything balances out and you

As Nike is the middle of a scandal surrounding bullying and harassment of its female employees
and the departure of several executives as a result, one of its most prominent endorsers
has a special pair of sneakers that send a pro-female message.
Tonight, Kyrie Irving's teammate Jayson Tatum laced up a new colorway of the Nike Kyrie
4 for Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals.
The aqua and orange colorway is impossible to miss, but it's the details that really
create intrigue for this pair.
Along the sides are phrases such as "Power is Female" and "We Are a New Generation,"
along with a basketball-inspired female logo on the heel.
This isn't the first time that Irving has used his sneakers as a showing of solidarity.
In his own words, the "Tiffany" Kyrie 3 was "women empowered."
As of now, it's not clear whether or not the "Power Is Female" Kyrie 4 will release, but
there is a Light Aqua/Neo Turquoise pair on the calendar for June 15.

so we're just gonna do that garden bed with it.

mains water, and the rainwater
because that's not plumbed into the shed, so.
- So you just wanna have a pump on that that just pumps out?

I had to book him like a month in advance to even come out,
so we did this one and Glenunga

He literally lives up the road.

- So we'll dig all that out.

- And so, this wall will be Caulfield with,

- So the water can pass through it.
Just takes the pressure off the back of the wall.
- Yep, and do you put any ag pipe in these walls?
Is it you're concerned about the drainage for this?
- Yeah, absolutely on the back there.

- [Clint] That's a pretty average way of doing it.
It's very interesting what they've done there.

It's probably not terrible, but it's not great either.
- [Clint] Well, it's probably unnecessary.

There's a sump down there we can use.
We got a few that are in this sort of capacity
at the moment.
I've decided I'm not quoting any more work for a few months
because we got too much going on now.
But we also have enough for the next three or four months
booked up anyway.
From the first phone call, I just say, look,
how big is the job?
- Yep.
- When are you likely to want it done?
- Yep.
- And if we can help, great.
If not, then I'll point 'em in the direction
of someone that can.
- It's funny, when I did that job at Medindie,
I remember the conversation vividly with the owner.
He was like, "no is the most powerful word
"you'll ever start to use,
"and once you start saying no,
"it opens up the door for so many more things."
- Yep.
- And I was like, yeah whatever.
And then I started saying, oh, look, we can't help you
with that, but here's someone that can,
and then they'd call you the next time they need--
- But you're not coming back anyway, so.
- That's right.
And then they've experienced something else,
and they're like, oh, okay, cool.
Maybe you are worth waiting for.
- Yeah, and there's a...
- You are worth paying a little bit more for.
And there's trust, 'cause you've openly said,
- Yeah. - Go somewhere else.
- Yeah, like I want you to get your job done.
- Yeah. - I can't help you,
these guys can, so. - Yep.
- I'm not just here to make the money, I'm here to,
yeah. - And that's what I try
and get across to everyone, anyway.
This customer's really cool. - Yeah.
- He suggested a few things, and we've gone back and forth.
He goes, "oh, well, what do you think?"
And he's cool.

- And we've ended up helping him out
a fair bit on other things.
So, all these eight downpipes were going to a sump
that the plumber didn't drill the hole in.
- Yeah, you told me about that.
- So, it was all going that way.
So we've had to, that's what all these trenches are for.
We were gonna rejig the whole lot.
Then we have obviously found
that there was no hole in the sump,
so we've just bypassed that just out to the street, and
we had to replace their pressure reducer
and their ball valve,
and stuff in their house is fully corroded, and--
- Is this where you're having issues with pressure?
- No. - No, different house?
- We've had two, but that's okay.
I've sorted them out.
- So there was subsurface out here, or garden, just garden?
- There was subsurface all through, this was turf
originally, anyway. - Yeah, right, yep.
- He wanted it replaced
'cause he wasn't sure of the subsurface.
- Big job, yeah.
- We sorta had a wave of small ones
and now we've got a wave of bigger ones.
We're really good at walls.
I think this one and the other one we've got at Glenunga,
I think, combined, maybe have a thousand,
or just under, blocks.
- So who's this Adbri stuff?
- Yeah, so that's Adbri.
This is Adbri Versawall here,
and then Versasmooth out the front.
- When I used to sell blocks,
the only block was really the hearthstone grand
that Boral used to make.
- Which is a similar look to that.
- Yeah, a bit more--
- But this a far superior product.
- Yeah, okay, that's interesting.
- Their moulds between Boral and Adbri,
Adbri's are better quality. - Yep.
- So you don't actually pay much more
for the Adbri anymore, - Yeah, you wouldn't be able.
- Because competition is just...
- Yeah, you wouldn't be able to it.
They wouldn't sell it. - But, the Adbri product
is much better.
- Is this the sump that it was going into?
- Yeah.
So what had happened was, everything was coming down
and then flowing into that sump.
- And then nothing? - But because it was pushing

- So we've had to cap that off, obviously, and just..
- What, there was nothing going out to the road?
- Yeah, it was, but was was sorta, it's weird.
What was happening was it just rushing so hard,

- It was just going into there and couldn't get back.
So it was just (whistles) up,
and it wasn't even going there.

- It just shows,
when you use unlicensed trades.
I mean, stormwater's such an flexible,
everyone does stormwater.
Yeah, we do stormwater.
- And we've had that discussion, and,
we just wanna do it better.
This one's obviously just play around with it.

- Well, you don't know what's underground,
and I guarantee there's no photos and no plans.
- So, obviously we had to replace all that as well
on the side of the house, but that was just--

we'll see how it goes this afternoon.

'cause that's obviously a little bit high, but.

2 dead in plane crash near Petaluma airport - Duration: 1:41.Two people in a single-engine plane died Sunday afternoon when the aircraft crashed into the roadway near Petaluma Municipal Airport, authorities said
The crash was reported about 4:05 p.m. on East Washington Street, a busy four-lane road that runs past the airport and the Rooster Run Golf Club, said Battalion Chief Mike Weihman with the Rancho Adobe Fire District
No other injuries were reported. Advertisement "It's actually pretty fortunate that no one was impacted by the plane," he said
The Federal Aviation Administration will investigate what caused the Van's RV-6 plane to crash 1,000 yards east of the airport, said Allen Kenitzer, a spokesman for the agency
