Hi. Today I will show you how to make gift basket out of diapers.

Detailed list of all needed items is in the description of this video.

Roll up the diaper...

...and secure it in the middle by using rubber band.

Do the same with other diapers.

Put a flannel diaper inside a basket. It should stick out a few centimeters outside the basket.

Put a rubber band on the basket.

Now, attach the diapers around the basket.

Cover entire sides of the basket.

Add another rubber band.

Wrap the handle of basket by using a diaper.

Add another diaper...

...and secure them by using rubber band.

Add another diapers.

Cover entire handle.

Now, attach a strip of ribbon to the basket to hide the rubber bands.

Hide the handle connections and rubber bands by using strips of ribbon.

Glue a few ribbon bows to the handle.

Inside the basket put the flannel diapers,..

...baby bottle,..

...baby hat...

...and plush toys.

And it's done.

This basket will be a nice gift for a newborn baby.

Inside it you can put children's cosmetics, toys or other small gifts.

What are you actually drinking? Is it just water?

But then what is it when it is colored?

-Well, it's water, and then, when it's whiskey,

they put food coloring in it.

I mean, I have drank so much --

I literally looked up water toxicity.

[ Laughter ]

Which is -- It's not funny.

No, it's -- it's actually a thing,

and I'm also a hypochondriac. -Oh, right.

-So, I was sure that this was going to happen to me.

-If you're a hypochondriac, the minute you Google anything,

someone online has written that it's a big deal.

-That it's a big deal, yeah. -Yeah, it's very problematic.

Every time something's wrong with me,

my wife's like, "Have you Googled it?"

I'm like, "I think it's not as bad

as what Google's gonna tell me." [ Laughter ]

-And never look at the pictures, either.

-You're like, "That's what could happen?"

What's it like being at a functional pig farm?

It seems pretty intense.

where I walk through the fan,

and it's not that they're blowing fan --

stuff in for the pigs. They're blowing fumes out.

And the director had a thing with fans,

and that's one of the pieces of imagery he uses.

So I walk in front of it.

If you capture it, it's the most genuine

look of disgust I've ever... [ Laughter ]

...been able to generate,

and, like, something actually flew out,

which I'm pretty sure was poop. -Yeah.

[ Laughter ]

-Yeah, it's a genuine -- And it's the ugliest face

that I've ever managed to capture on film.

-Oh, that's really exciting. So, we can go back and look --

-You can go back, and it's -- I won't even try

'cause it's so -- -Yeah.

-It's a hideous face. But it's so genuine.

[ Laughter ]

I couldn't -- I couldn't wash the smell out of my hair,

like, and out of my nostrils.

I won't keep going. It's really --

-I feel like as you're -- -I still smell like it.

-Years from now, you're gonna have a director

who's gonna come to you between takes and goes,

"Amy, I need you to go back to the pig farm."

-And I'm gonna be like, "No." [ Laughter ]

No.

But I mean, everyone -- everyone there was awesome.

And, you know -- -Yeah.

No, I mean, it's incredible.

-I'm a pork eater, so... -Yeah, no, exactly.

I'm very happy that people are doing that, yeah.

-I had to confront my carnivore ways.

-We were talking backstage. Your daughter's 8 years old.

-She is, yeah. -Taking ballet classes?

-She takes a lot of classes, but I was a dancer,

and so I sort of talked her into taking ballet.

-Are you a dance mom?

Are you are giving off that energy?

-I want to be a dance mom so bad.

-You do? Interesting. -I would love it.

She won't perform. That was the deal.

-Oh, when you -- That seems to be

one of the things you are shooting for in dance class.

-Yeah. -Yeah.

[ Laughter ] -Yeah.

-So, does she just sort of, like, watch the teacher,

and then she's like, "Okay"?

-No, she learns it, and she's really into learning things.

-Oh, that's good. -But she's not into performing.

So we made a deal that she would not

have to do "The Nutcracker" or recitals.

-I understand. That's not a bad deal.

-It's not, but it would be really fun to

you know, be the mom fighting to the front with my camera.

[ Laughter ]

My iPhone. Brushing her hair really tight.

-I like that that's something you aspire to.

Yeah. That's -- [ Laughter ]

-I do. I want all those things.

-See, I can't tell with my son.

'Cause I feel like he does have that performer gene,

and part of it just fills me with dread.

I'm like, "Oh, no.

You need validation from strangers."

"Oh, that happened to your dad, and it's a weird thing."

-Aww! [ Laughter ]

I don't know. She's very good at everything,

but she just doesn't want to be looked at.

like why it's been so long since my last upload?

so let's start from the beginning

and let go back a few hours

Long time since my last video

Too long to be honest

There are a lot of reasons for that

maybe excuses for that

And the first reason is that I wanted to invest more time and learn more about my camera

I wanted to learn how to make better shots

And also I wanted to learn better post production, when it comes to video edit, montage etc.

And the second reason is the fact that I'm leaving to go on Erasmus

Something that I never expected

To go abroad is really challenging, especially for someone who hasn't tried it before

So I wanted to spent some more personal time, more time with my family, with my friends

Generally I wanted to feel fine with everything I leave behind

And good morning

It's Thursday

(Greek cringe joke) Here is my friend Loukia

Who will escort me to this big trip

-sadly-

And...We just came to the airport, gave the luggages

Now we got to wait a lil bit, and then get to the airplane

And apparently in 2 hours we will arrive to Munich

And from there we will take the bus to Nuremberg

and it was so cold

it's -10 degrees

now we have to find our luggages

We bought some chocolates, some Milka

So after all we have to wait here, 1 more hour

for the bus

and then, we have about 2 hours trip

Generally the city looks really....

They only thing you can clearly see is the white from the snow,

and the sky has a strange fog, not really blue

now we wait for that bus to come

So sometimes I will have to speak English now

because they don't know what we say

We came at the centre

And there is a river in the city, that I didn't know about

So we take a walk around to learn more and more about the city

I think i'm already more than 12 hours awake, cause last night I couldn't sleep

I'm also hungry, we'd like to eat something out

and we are going to wait for some more guys to come, they are also from Erasmus

so.. we wait to meet them

until now the centre looks cute

For some reason, all the houses look really tidy

I hope I can show you in some B rolls

I didn't use to like it so much

But after eating Jeolpyeon tteokbokki, I grew to like it a lot.

We actually make tteokbokki with jeolpyeon in my house.

And.. my favorite ingredient sausage!

You should definitely add sausages in it.

Let's cut the sausages~

Sausages are really good.

I really have to visit Germany once.

I didn't eat cheese at all before,

Hi and welcome to Shape It Up where each week I provide new videos on workouts, fitness

tips and nutrition.

Go ahead and hit that subscribe button and then you'll know when the next Shape It Up

video is out.

What constitutes as a cheat day?

Depending on who you ask, you may get different answers.

My idea of a cheat day is that there's a day where you are just eating until you feel like

you're going to vomit or eating like you're eating on Thanksgiving Day.

We tend to stuff ourselves so much that you physically cannot move.

It's a lot of food in one day.

Another way is to see how much food you can ingest in 24 hours.

Some people define cheat days as just a day where you are indulging in foods that you

are not allowed to eat.

That could also be a cheat day.

It doesn't mean that you're overeating you are just indulging in foods that you normally

don't eat throughout the week.

So what do I think about cheat days?

I really don't think they're a good idea and here's why.

When you decide to do a cheat day, all of a sudden you are in restriction mode so that

means you cannot eat certain foods throughout the week and then on this magical one day

you get to eat whatever you want.

It may work for a little bit, but long term, it is not going to work for you because you're

going to find that...say your cheat day is on Friday but you have a wedding to go to

on Saturday.

What do you do?

Do you switch the day or do you extend it from Friday to Saturday?

If you just would allow yourself to eat smaller portion sizes of the foods that you want throughout

the week, I think you're better off and mentally prepared for a lifetime of keeping the weight

off or keeping your physique the way you want it to be.

I also think having cheat days, especially if you're doing the cheat day version number

one where you're eating a ton of food and seeing how much food you can ingest in one

day, that's going to lead to binging and very disorganized eating patterns.

It's not a good path to go down and there's a lot of guilt afterwards.

After you've done your cheat day or during your cheat day, you might be on Cloud 9 because

you're eating all these foods that you're not allowed to eat and then when the day is

over you realize how much damage you've done and then the guilt kicks in.

So I really don't think cheat days are a good idea physically and mentally.

If you are in this for the long haul and you want to have lasting permanent weight loss,

you have to ditch the mentality of all-or-nothing or starvation mode and restriction.

You really need everything in moderation and just watch your portion sizes.

S. Korean man abducted in Libya by unidentified armed group - Duration: 1:32.

For almost a month now, a South Korean man, along with 3 coworkers from the Philippines

have been abducted and held captive by an unknown armed group in Libya.

In a video uploaded today by a media outlet in that country,... the victims appear to

be healthy They asked to be rescued.

For details we turn to our Park Hee-jun.

A South Korean citizen has been held captive for almost a month by an unidentified group

in Libya.

Seoul's Ministry of Foreign Affairs revealed Wednesday... that 1 South Korean and 3 Filipinos,

who were working on a water supply project in western Libya,,... were raided and abducted

by an unidentified armed group on July 6th.

The abduction was reported by the authority overseeing the project.

A video clip appearing to show the four men... was posted on Facebook Wednesday morning by

218News, a major Libyan television channel.

They say they are from South Korea and the Philippines,... and, surrounded by men with

guns, they're pleading for help.

According to an official at the ministry,... it's not yet known who the kidnappers are

or what their motive is,... but the clip is likely a sign that the group wants to negotiate

terms for the abductees' release.

And they are expecting the group to make contact very soon.

The foreign ministry says the South Korean government has been doing its best to ensure

the Korean man's safety since it became aware of the situation last month.

It also made it clear that it will not negotiate directly with the group,... but handle the

situation in close cooperation with the Libyan government.

U.S. supports 2016 decision to shut down Kaesong Industrial Complex: VOA - Duration: 2:21.

Pyongyang wants to resume inter-Korean economic projects and have sanctions alleviated.

Washington stressed that it supports the 2016 decision to shut down the inter-Korean factory

park in Kaesong.

Seoul wants to re-open the complex as soon as possible... but emphasized it should work

within the framework of the international measures.

Oh Jung-hee gets us up to speed with the developments.

Amid growing calls from North Korea to revive a couple of stalled inter-Korean economic

projects,... Washington has made its stance clear -- that the two Koreas' economic cooperation

should not get ahead of Pyongyang's denuclearization.

The U.S. State Department told Voice of America on Tuesday... that it supports the 2016 decision

to shut down the inter-Korean Kaesong Industrial Complex.

Washington reiterated... that the decision was made because of North Korea's growing

threats and disregard of international sanctions.

The message implies that as long as North Korea holds onto its nuclear and missile programs,...

it cannot expect economic aid or access to the international market.

Less than a day earlier, Pyongyang had urged Seoul... to work on resuming operations at

the Kaesong Complex... and South Korean tours to the North's Mount Kumgang.

Because these projects bring North Korea hard currency,... restarting them goes directly

against the international sanctions.

Seoul's been firm about working with the international community on those issues... but, on Wednesday,

it too expressed hope the projects could resume soon.

"We think the Kaesong Industrial Complex should be reopened as soon as possible but we're

cooperating with the international community to solve the North Korea nuclear issue.

So it's important to proceed within the framework of international sanctions."

Meanwhile, officials from the South Korean firm that used to run the tours, Hyundai Asan,

will go to Mount Kumgang this week.

The trip is to pay tribute to the firm's late former chairman, Chung Mong-hun, recognized

by the North as a figure who stood at the forefront of inter-Korean economic cooperation.

Hyundai Asan spearheaded both the Kaesong Industrial Complex and the Mount Kumgang tours.

So eyes are on whether the Hyundai officials and the North will talk about resuming them.

How to make Reverse Single Crochet (Crab Stitch) - Duration: 2:58.

Hello, I'm Regina Stein from Ateliê MariaRê and today we'll learn how to make a finishing crochet

stitch called reverse single crochet.

This stitch was used to make the hat's finish of this cute octopus.

This is the reverse single crochet.

It's this stitch, made here in the last row and it's a finishing stitch.

In this sample, we'll use Pingouin Bella's thread and a 2.5mm-long needle, but you can use the

thread that you prefer with the needle size indicated in its label. We'll need a base,

it's a finishing stitch. This is a sample of 24 stitches by 5 rows.

So, when reaching the end of the row, we'll make a row of single crochets to the back,

that's why the name reverse single crochet. We'll make a chain to mark the first stitch's height,

we'll insert the needle in this first space here

and pull the thread like we were making a single crochet.

Then, we'll pick up the thread again and pass it through both handles.

Let's insert the needle in the next space, pull the thread

and pass the thread through both handles. Again, we'll insert the needle in the next space,

pull the thread and pass it through both handles.

Let's keep going like this, then, until the end of the row. We've reached the end of the row,

we'll make the last stitch. We'll insert the needle in the space, pull the thread, pass the thread

through both handles like it was a single crochet. Our thread is already cut, just pull it.

And it's done the finishing of this piece made with the reverse single crochet.
