ANNOUNCER: THIS PROGRAM HAS BEEN MADE POSSIBLE BY

THE FRIENDS AND PARTNERS OF JOYCE MEYER MINISTRIES.

[MUSIC]

JOYCE: I GOT ABOUT TEN DIFFERENT NAMES OF GOD THAT I

WANT TO TEACH ON THIS WEEKEND, MY PURPOSE BEING THAT A NAME

TELLS YOU SOMETHING ABOUT A PERSON.

SO WE FIND THERE'S LITERALLY HUNDREDS OF NAMES OF GOD WHICH

ARE BASICALLY WAYS THAT HE'S REFERRED TO IN THE BIBLE, BUT

MANY OF THEM ARE CAPITALIZED AS IF THEY'RE ACTUALLY A NAME

FOR HIM.

LIKE ONE OF THE ONES WE'RE GONNA TALK ABOUT TODAY IS

JEHOVAH ELYON THE LORD MOST HIGH, AND

THAT'S ALL CAPITALIZED WHEN YOU SEE IT.

SO IT'S NOT JUST A STATEMENT BUT IT'S SAYING THAT GOD IS ABOVE

EVERYTHING ELSE AND SO WHEN WE REALLY STUDY THESE NAMES AND WE

LOOK AT THEM, WE BEGIN TO KNOW GOD IN A DEEPER AND A MORE

INTIMATE WAY.

AND THE POINT THAT I WANTED TO MAKE IS THAT ANYBODY WHO REALLY

KNOWS GOD COULD NOT POSSIBLY NOT WANT TO HAVE A RELATIONSHIP

WITH HIM.

AND THEN WE ALSO HAVE A CATEGORY OF PEOPLE THAT DO HAVE

A SEMI SORT OF KIND OF RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD

AND WHAT I MEAN BY THAT IS THEY MAY HAVE A RELIGIOUS

RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD WHERE THEY DO BELIEVE IN GOD.

THEY MAY HAVE EVEN SAID, "YES, I BELIEVE THAT CHRIST DIED FOR

ME," COULD EVEN BE SOMEONE THAT BECAUSE THEY BELIEVE IN CHRIST

WILL GO TO HEAVEN.

BUT THEY DON'T REALLY KNOW GOD AND SO MAYBE THEY PREFER A LOT

OF OTHER THINGS RATHER THAN SPENDING TIME WITH GOD BECAUSE

THEY DON'T REALLY KNOW HOW WONDERFUL AND AMAZING

THAT HE IS.

I SPENT A LOT OF YEARS AS A CHRISTIAN BUT I ONLY LET GOD

INTO THE SUNDAY MORNING PART OF MY LIFE, NOT INTO THE REST

OF MY LIFE.

AND I TELL YA, GOD IS JUST REALLY FUN TO HANG WITH ONCE YOU

REALLY BEGIN TO LEARN HOW TO DO LIFE WITH GOD.

SO I NOT ONLY WANT PEOPLE TO RECEIVE CHRIST, BUT I WANT

PEOPLE WHO ALREADY KNOW HIM TO KNOW HIM BETTER SO THEY CAN

REALLY ENJOY A RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD.

I WANT EVERYBODY TO BE COMFORTABLE HANGING OUT

WITH GOD.

AND SO THESE NAMES, YOU START WITH YAHWEH WHICH BECAME JEHOVAH

AND THEN YOU HAVE JEHOVAH DASH AND A LOT OF OTHER NAMES OF GOD

AND EACH ONE OF THOSE TALK ABOUT A FACET OF HIS CHARACTER OR THEY

DESCRIBE SOMETHING THAT GOD DOES.

SO TODAY WE WANT TO TALK ABOUT JEHOVAH ELYON WHICH MEANS THE

MOST HIGH GOD, THE POSSESSOR OF HEAVEN AND EARTH WHO GIVES ALL

OF OUR ENEMIES INTO OUR HANDS.

SOMEBODY SAY, "AMEN."

AUDIENCE: AMEN.

JOYCE: GENESIS 14:14 RIGHT OVER IN THE VERY BEGINNING OF

THE BIBLE AND ACTUALLY ABRAHAM GAVE GOD THIS NAME AT A CERTAIN

PLACE IN HIS LIFE WHEN SOMETHING VERY SPECIFIC HAD HAPPENED

TO HIM.

VERSE 14, "WHEN ABRAM HEARD THAT [HIS NEPHEW] HAD BEEN CAPTURED,

HE ARMED AND (LED FORTH) THE 318 TRAINED SERVANTS

THAT WERE BORN IN HIS OWN HOUSE AND PURSUED

THE ENEMY AS FAR AS DAN," WHICH WAS A PLACE.

NOW RIGHT AWAY I THINK IT'S INTERESTING TO NOTE THAT ABRAM

WENT AFTER AN ARMY WITH 318 MEN.

I KNOW QUITE WELL THAT THE ENEMY HE WAS GOING AFTER HAD MORE

PEOPLE THAN 318.

THEY WERE PROBABLY WELL ARMED AND WELL ORGANIZED.

AND THE THING THAT I'VE DISCOVERED IN RESTUDYING THESE

NAMES OF GOD IS PEOPLE WHO REALLY, REALLY KNOW WHO GOD IS,

THEY'RE NOT COWARDS.

WHEN WE REALLY KNOW WHO GOD IS, IT STRIPS THE FEAR RIGHT OUT OF

OUR LIVES AND WE BEGIN TO COME UP AGAINST OUR ENEMIES AND TAKE

ACTION AND WE DON'T MESS AROUND WITH IT.

WE'RE AGGRESSIVE, WE'RE NOT PASSIVE.

AND I EVEN REALIZED THIS MORNING EVEN LIKE IN OUR OWN NATION AND

I DON'T KNOW WHAT KIND OF ISSUES YOU HAVE HERE, PROBABLY SOME

SIMILAR TO WHAT WE HAVE BUT IN AMERICA, IT WAS A COUNTRY

FOUNDED ON THE WORD OF GOD FOR THE PURPOSE OF SPIRITUAL FREEDOM

AND AS LONG AS GOD WAS NUMBER ONE, EVERYTHING WAS GOING

SO MARVELOUSLY WELL IT WAS ASTONISHING.

AND ONE OF THE THINGS THAT WE HAD GOING FOR US IS WE WERE

STRONG AGAINST OUR ENEMIES.

YOU JUST KIND OF DIDN'T MESS WITH AMERICA.

AND THAT'S ALL CHANGED NOW AND IT'S BECAUSE MORE AND MORE GOD'S

BEEN TAKEN OUT OF THINGS AND GOD IS NOT BEING HONORED,

AND THERE'S A REAL MOVE THERE AND POSSIBLY HERE ALSO.

IT'S PRETTY MUCH GOING ON ALL OVER THE WORLD.

ALL THESE PEOPLE TRYING TO GET RID OF GOD WHICH IS THE MOST

RIDICULOUS THING I'VE EVER HEARD OF.

GOD STARTED THIS.

HE OWNS IT ALL.

IT ALL BELONGS TO HIM AND YOU JUST CAN'T THROW HIM OUT.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: BUT IT SEEMS LIKE NOW THE MORE GOD IS WITHDRAWN FROM

THINGS, THE LESS BOLD WE ARE, THE LESS BRAVE WE ARE, THE MORE

WE PUT UP WITH STUFF, THE SMALLER WE'RE LETTING

OUR ARMIES BECOME.

AND SO I THINK THERE'S A REAL CONNECTION, NOT ONLY FOR NATIONS

BUT FOR US AS INDIVIDUALS.

GOD HAS NOT GIVEN YOU A SPIRIT OF FEAR BUT OF POWER, AND LOVE,

AND A SOUND MIND.

AMEN?

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: AND WE ARE NOT CREATED BY GOD TO BE COWARDS AND COWER

UNDER EVERYTHING.

EVEN AS FAR AS WHAT I SAID EARLIER ABOUT HOW MANY OF YOU

REALLY HAVE AN ISSUE WITH BEING A PEOPLE PLEASER, THAT'S EVEN

BASED IN FEAR.

WE DON'T WANT PEOPLE TO BE UPSET WITH US.

WE DON'T WANT THEM TO BE UNHAPPY WITH US.

WE WANT EVERYBODY TO LIKE US.

AND SOMETIMES WE JUST NEED TO BE BOLDER AND SAY, "I WOULD RATHER

HAVE GOD'S FAVOR THAN YOURS, AND I'M GONNA DO WHAT GOD WANTS ME

TO DO AND WHAT I BELIEVE HE'S TELLING ME TO DO BECAUSE I WOULD

RATHER HAVE A GOOD REPUTATION IN HEAVEN AND A BAD REPUTATION

HERE IF THAT'S WHAT I GOTTA HAVE."

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: SO HE WENT AFTER THEM WITH 318 TRAINED HOUSEHOLD

SERVANTS.

VERSE 15, "AND HE DIVIDED HIS FORCES AGAINST THEM BY NIGHT, HE

AND HIS SERVANTS, AND ATTACKED AND ROUTED THEM, AND PURSUED

THEM AS FAR AS HOBAH, WHICH IS NORTH OF DAMASCUS.

AND HE BROUGHT BACK ALL THE GOODS AND ALSO BROUGHT BACK HIS

KINSMAN LOT AND HIS POSSESSIONS, AND THE WOMEN, AND THE PEOPLE."

SO VERY SIMPLY ABRAHAM TOOK BACK WHAT THE ENEMY HAD STOLEN.

DID YOU HEAR ME?

WHEN WE KNOW WHO OUR GOD IS, WE CAN TAKE BACK WHAT THE ENEMY HAS

STOLEN, ALL RIGHT?

VERSE 17, "AFTER HIS [ABRAM'S]

RETURN FROM THE DEFEAT AND SLAYING OF--"

YEAH, THAT PLACE.

I'M SORRY BUT I JUST DON'T DO ALL THESE NAMES WELL, YOU KNOW?

SOMETIMES I HAVE TO GET PEOPLE TO WRITE THEM OUT PHONETICALLY

ON PAPER FOR ME.

AREN'T YOU GLAD THAT I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN'T DO

ALL THIS STUFF?

THAT YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY ONE?

"AND THE KINGS WHO WERE WITH HIM, AND THE KING OF SODOM WENT

OUT TO MEET HIM AT THE VALLEY OF SHAVEH, THAT IS,

THE KING'S VALLEY.

AND MELCHIZEDEK THE KING OF SALEM

[LATER CALLED JERUSALEM]

BROUGHT OUT BREAD AND WINE [FOR HIS NOURISHMENT]; AND HE WAS

THE PRIEST OF GOD MOST HIGH."

NOW WATCH VERSE 19, "AND HE BLESSED HIM AND SAID, BLESSED

(FAVORED WITH BLESSINGS, MADE BLISSFUL, JOYFUL) BE ABRAM BY

GOD MOST HIGH, POSSESSOR AND MAKER OF HEAVEN AND EARTH."

SO THEREFORE WE SEE GOD BEING CALLED JEHOVAH ELYON, THE GOD

MOST HIGH, THE POSSESSOR OF HEAVEN AND EARTH WHO IF WE

FOLLOW HIM WILL ENABLE US TO TAKE BACK EVERYTHING THAT THE

ENEMY HAS STOLEN FROM US.

SOMEBODY GIVE A GOOD SHOUT.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: SOMETIMES DO YOU FEEL LIKE YOU'RE OUTNUMBERED IN LIFE,

LIKE EVERYTHING'S TOO MUCH FOR YOU?

THINK ABOUT GOING AFTER AN ARMY WITH 318 PEOPLE AND YOU'RE ABOUT

TO SEE SOMETHING HERE IN JUDGES WITH GIDEON THAT IS EQUALLY

AMAZING.

JUDGES CHAPTER 6, VERSE 1, "BUT THE ISRAELITES

DID EVIL IN THE SIGHT OF THE LORD, AND THE LORD

GAVE THEM INTO THE HAND OF MIDIAN FOR SEVEN YEARS."

SO ISRAEL WAS NOT DOING WHAT GOD ASKED THEM TO DO AND TO BE

HONEST, ANYTIME THAT WE DON'T DO WHAT GOD ASKS US TO DO, WE ONLY

HURT OURSELVES.

WE ACTUALLY OPEN A DOOR FOR THE ENEMY IN OUR LIVES.

SUBMIT YOURSELF TO GOD, RESIST THE DEVIL AND HE WILL FLEE.

YOU CAN'T JUST RESIST THE DEVIL.

YOU NEED TO SUBMIT YOURSELF TO GOD AND IN DOING THAT, WE

ACTUALLY AUTOMATICALLY RESIST THE ENEMY.

NOW NONE OF US ARE PERFECT AND THANK GOD FOR JESUS WHEN WE'RE

NOT, BUT THERE'S A DIFFERENCE IN MAKING MISTAKES AND DOING THINGS

WRONG WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE KNOWLEDGE.

IT'S ANOTHER WHOLE LEVEL WHEN YOU HAVE KNOWLEDGE, AND YOU DO

KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING, AND YOU DO KNOW THAT IT'S WRONG, AND YOU

JUST KEEP DOING IT THINKING THAT YOU'RE GONNA GET BY WITH IT.

THEN OUT OF HIS GREAT LOVE AND MERCY, GOD HAS TO DEAL WITH US

BECAUSE IF HE DIDN'T, HE WOULDN'T REALLY LOVE US.

ANY PARENT WHO WOULD LET THEIR CHILD GO RUN OUT IN THE STREET

AND KILL THEMSELVES AND NOT CORRECT THEM CERTAINLY

WOULDN'T LOVE THEM.

AND SO GOD CHASTISES THOSE WHOM HE LOVES.

THOSE WHOM HE DELIGHTS IN, HE CHASTISES.

AND REVELATIONS SAYS THAT THOSE WHO HE DEARLY AND TENDERLY

LOVES, HE TELLS THEM THEIR FAULTS.

WELL, I REMEMBER THINKING ONE TIME, "GOD, MAYBE YOU'RE LOVING

ME A LITTLE TOO MUCH 'CAUSE I JUST FEEL LIKE ABOUT

20 TIMES A DAY I'M SEEING SOMETHING ELSE

WRONG WITH ME.

SO THEY GOT THEMSELVES IN TROUBLE.

THEY LIVED IN BONDAGE FOR A GOOD NUMBER OF YEARS, BUT GOD ALWAYS

HAS SOMEBODY PREPARED THAT HE WANTS TO WORK THROUGH TO BRING

DELIVERANCE TO HIS PEOPLE.

OBVIOUSLY HE BRINGS DELIVERANCE TO US THROUGH JESUS, BUT HE ALSO

SENDS PEOPLE TO HELP US.

HE SENDS PEOPLE TO TRY TO SHOCK US OUT OF OUR NONSENSE AND OUR

STUPIDITY AND GET US OFF OF THAT BROAD PATH AND BACK ON TO

THE NARROW PATH.

GOD USED SOME PEOPLE LIKE THAT IN MY LIFE AND I HOPE AND PRAY

THAT HE CAN USE ME LIKE THAT IN SOME OF YOUR LIVES EVEN TODAY.

SO GOD FOUND A MAN NAMED GIDEON AND HE SAID TO HIM IN VERSE 12,

"AND THE ANGEL OF THE LORD APPEARED TO HIM,"

HIM BEING GIDEON, "AND SAID TO HIM THE LORD IS WITH

YOU, YOU MIGHTY MAN OF [FEARLESS] COURAGE."

NOW YOU'RE GONNA BE INTERESTED TO SEE THAT GOD SAW GIDEON

TOTALLY DIFFERENT THAN GIDEON SAW HIMSELF WHICH IS USUALLY

THE CASE.

IF ANY ONE OF US COULD SEE HOW GOD SEES US AND SEES WHAT WE'RE

REALLY CAPABLE OF--SEE, MOST OF YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU'RE

CAPABLE OF.

YOU PROBABLY DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS RIDICULOUS FOR ME TO

BE DOING WHAT I'M DOING BECAUSE IN ALL TRUTH AND HONESTY, I

DON'T HAVE THE ABILITY TO DO IT.

I DON'T HAVE THE EDUCATION DO IT.

I DON'T HAVE THE INTELLIGENCE TO DO IT AND YET WHEN YOU CLOTHE

YOURSELF WITH GOD-- [AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: OR I SHOULD SAY WHEN GOD CLOTHES YOU WITH HIMSELF,

IT'S NOT SOMETHING WE DO, HE DOES IT.

SO GOD SEES SO MUCH MORE POTENTIAL IN YOU THAN WHAT

YOU SEE.

YOU'RE SO MUCH MORE AMAZING THAN WHAT YOU THINK YOU ARE.

AND SATAN WOULD LOVE YOU JUST TO SIT AROUND AND THINK ABOUT WHAT

YOU'RE NOT, AND WHAT YOU DON'T, AND WHAT YOU CAN'T, AND WHAT YOU

HAVEN'T, AND HAVE YOU COMPARE YOURSELF WITH EVERYBODY ELSE

OUT THERE.

BUT GOD WANTS YOU TO SEE YOURSELF THE WAY HE SEES YOU AND

LEARN TO BELIEVE WHAT HIS WORD SAYS ABOUT YOU.

"THE LORD IS WITH YOU, YOU MIGHTY MAN OF [FEARLESS]

COURAGE.

AND GIDEON SAID, O SIR, IF THE LORD IS WITH US, THEN WHY IS

ALL THIS BEFALLEN US?

AND WHERE ARE ALL YOUR WONDROUS WORKS OF WHICH OUR FATHERS TOLD

US ABOUT, SAYING, DID NOT THE LORD BRING US UP OUT OF EGYPT?

BUT NOW THE LORD HAS FORSAKEN US AND GIVEN US INTO THE HAND OF

MIDIAN."

NOW WHAT A PATHETIC RESPONSE.

AND I LIKE TO EVEN KIND OF DO IT LIKE THIS 'CAUSE I THINK AT THAT

POINT, HE WAS JUST A LITTLE BIT WIMPY.

I THINK IT PROBABLY SOUNDED LIKE "O SIR, I'M NOT A MIGHTY MAN

OF COURAGE.

YOU'VE GOT THE WRONG MAN. WHO ME?"

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: "YOU WANT ME TO WHAT?"

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: "OH, NO SIR, THAT'S WAY TOO MUCH FOR ME.

YOU GOT THE WRONG PERSON."

COME ON.

COME ON.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: "WELL, THEN, GOD, IF YOU'RE REALLY WITH US THEN WHY

ARE WE HAVING ALL THESE PROBLEMS AND WHY AREN'T YOU DOING

MIRACLES?" COME ON.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: WELL, MAINLY BECAUSE GOD DOESN'T WANT TO HAVE TO COME

AND DELIVER US FROM EVERYTHING WITHOUT US DOING ANYTHING.

HE'D LIKE US TO STAND UP AGAINST A FEW THINGS AND SAY, "IF GOD BE

FOR ME, WHO CAN BE AGAINST ME?

IF GOD IS ON MY SIDE, WHOM SHALL I FEAR?"

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: YOU KNOW WE CAN'T JUST SIT AROUND SOMEWHERE AND SAY,

"GOD, WE NEED A MIRACLE.

GIVE US A MIRACLE."

YOU KNOW, I HAVE A MESSAGE THAT I TEACH CALLED ROLL AWAY THE

STONE AND I LOVE THAT MESSAGE BECAUSE I NOTICED ABOUT

4, 5 YEARS AGO THAT WHEN JESUS WENT

TO THE TOMB OF LAZARUS WHO HAD ALREADY BEEN DEAD SO LONG, HE

WAS STINKING, ALREADY KNOWING THAT HE WAS GONNA RAISE HIM FROM

THE DEAD, HE WALKED UP TO THAT TOMB BUT HE SAID TO THE PEOPLE,

"ROLL AWAY THE STONE."

NOW IF HE WAS GETTING READY TO RAISE A DEAD MAN, WHY DID HE

NEED PEOPLE TO ROLL AWAY THE STONE?

BECAUSE GOD WANTS US TO DO WHAT WE CAN DO AND THEN HE WILL

ALWAYS DO WHAT WE CAN'T DO.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: SOME OF YOU NEED TO ROLL AWAY SOME STONES IN YOUR

LIFE AND WHEN YOU DO YOU WILL SEE THE RESURRECTION POWER OF

CHRIST DOING THE PART YOU CAN'T.

YOU SAY, "WELL, WHAT WOULD THOSE STONES BE?"

WELL, YOU MIGHT TRY FORGIVING ALL THE PEOPLE YOU'RE MAD AT.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: "WELL, THAT'S TOO HARD.

I JUST NEED GOD TO GET RID OF MY ENEMIES."

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: NO, WE ARE SOLDIERS IN THE ARMY OF GOD, ANOINTED BY THE

HOLY GHOST, FULL OF HIS POWER AND IT'S TIME FOR US TO STAND UP

AND ACT LIKE IT AND NOT JUST IN CHURCH WHEN WE'VE GOT

A CHEERLEADER ON THE PLATFORM GETTING US ALL EXCITED.

YOU NEED TO DO THIS IN YOUR HOME.

WHEN YOU GET UP IN THE MORNING AND THE DEVIL SAYS, "YOU'RE NO

GOOD AND YOU'RE GONNA HAVE A LOUSY DAY," YOU NEED TO SAY,

"YOU ARE A LIAR, I AM A CHILD OF GOD.

HE LIVES IN ME AND THIS IS GONNA BE THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE."

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: SO AFTER THAT DISCOURSE BY GIDEON,

GOD DIDN'T GIVE UP.

"THE LORD TURNED TO HIM," IN VERSE 14, "AND SAID, GO IN THIS

YOUR MIGHT, AND YOU SHALL SAVE ISRAEL FROM THE HAND OF MIDIAN.

HAVE I NOT SENT YOU?

AND GIDEON SAID TO HIM, OH LORD, HOW CAN I DELIVER ISRAEL?

BEHOLD, MY CLAN IS THE POOREST IN MANASSEH, AND I AM THE LEAST

IN MY FATHER'S HOUSE."

ISN'T THIS SAD?

HE'S JUST NOT GIVING UP.

"AND THE LORD SAID TO HIM, SURELY I WILL BE WITH YOU, AND

YOU SHALL SMITE THE MIDIANITES AS ONE MAN."

AND SO THEN GIDEON SAID, "WELL, IF THIS IS REALLY YOU THEN GIVE

ME A SIGN."

AND SO GOD DID.

HE ENDED UP GIVE HIM A SIGN AND SO WE TALK ABOUT THE FLEECES OF

GIDEON AND YES, SOMETIMES GOD WILL GIVE US CONFIRMATION BUT I

LOVE THE SCRIPTURE THAT SAYS, "BLESSED ARE THOSE WHO BELIEVE

AND HAVE NOT SEEN."

GOD WANTS US TO KNOW HIM WELL ENOUGH TO NOT HAVE TO NEED PROOF

THAT HE'S THERE.

DID YOU HEAR ME?

GOD WANTS US TO KNOW HIM WELL ENOUGH TO NOT HAVE TO HAVE A

BUNCH OF SIGNS, OUTWARD THINGS HAPPENING.

IF YOU HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING FROM GOD IN 5 YEARS, THEN JUST

KEEP DOING WHAT THE LAST THING WAS YOU HEARD.

AND WHEN GOD WANTS TO SAY SOMETHING, YOU DON'T NEED TO

WORRY, HE KNOWS HOW TO MAKE HIMSELF KNOWN.

AMEN?

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: AND I KNOW IT'S HARD, YOU KNOW, BECAUSE GOD IS

INVISIBLE AND HE CAN'T BE SEEN.

YOU KNOW WE NEED HIM TO DO STUFF.

WE WANT HIM TO DO STUFF BUT IT'S LIKE I SAID LAST NIGHT, I THINK

SOMETIMES WE'RE LOOKING FOR THESE GREAT, BIG THINGS AND WE

DON'T SEE THEM HAPPENING AND WE REALLY NEED TO LOOK FOR THE

LITTLE THINGS IN OUR LIFE THAT REALLY WOULD BUILD OUR FAITH TO

SUCH A DEGREE THAT NOBODY WOULD EVER BE ABLE TO CONVINCE US THAT

GOD'S NOT GONNA DO THE BIG THINGS AT THE RIGHT TIME.

EVERY ONE OF YOU, LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING, I BELIEVE THAT

GOD SHOWS OUT IN EVERY ONE OF OUR LIVES EVERY DAY IF WE WOULD

JUST LEARN TO RECOGNIZE HIM AND SEE HIM.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: AMEN?

AND SO WE NEED TO STOP LOOKING AT WHAT WE DON'T HAVE AND LOOK

AT WHO WE DO HAVE.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: I WANT TO SAY THAT AGAIN, STOP LOOKING AT WHAT YOU

DON'T HAVE AND LOOK AT WHO YOU DO HAVE.

JUDGES 6:34, "BUT THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD CLOTHED GIDEON WITH

HIMSELF AND TOOK POSSESSION OF HIM, AND HE BLEW A TRUMPET,

AND [THE CLAN OF] ABIEZER WAS GATHERED TO HIM."

SO GOD SENT GIDEON TO DO SOMETHING THAT WAS IMPOSSIBLE

BUT IT BECAME POSSIBLE WHEN THE GOD MOST HIGH, THE POSSESSOR OF

HEAVEN AND EARTH CLOTHED GIDEON WITH HIMSELF.

LET ME TELL YA SOMETHING, MANY TIMES BEFORE I COME OUT HERE I

JUST ASK GOD TO THROW HIS MANTLE AROUND ME AND ENABLE ME TO COME

OUT AND DO WHAT HE WANTS ME TO DO.

AND IF WE LEARN TO TRUST GOD MORE, IT IS AMAZING WHAT YOU CAN

DO THAT YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW THAT YOU CAN DO JUST BECAUSE GOD IS

WITH YOU.

AND I THOUGHT ABOUT GIDEON, THAT WAS SO EXCITING.

"OH, GOD CLOTHED GIDEON WITH HIMSELF."

AND I THINK WOW.

BUT THEN I HAD ANOTHER THOUGHT, BUT HE LIVES IN US.

I'D RATHER HAVE HIM IN THAN ON.

COME ON.

I SAID I'D RATHER HAVE HIM IN THAN ON.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: HE CAME UPON THE OLD TESTAMENT PROPHETS

BUT WE'VE GOT HIM IN.

HE'S NOT GOING AND COMING.

HE'S HERE TO STAY.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: HE IS JEHOVAH ELYON.

I LOVE THE SCRIPTURE IN 1 SAMUEL 14:6,

IT DOESN'T MATTER TO GOD IF HE'S SAVED BY MANY OR BY FEW.

DOES NOT MATTER TO GOD IF HE'S SAVED BY MANY OR BY FEW.

LET ME TELL YA A LITTLE STORY THAT HELPS GET THIS POINT

ACROSS.

BACK IN THE VERY EARLY DAYS OF OUR MINISTRY WHEN I WAS HAVING

LITTLE MEETINGS ALL AROUND ST. LOUIS,

TOTALLY DEPENDENT ON GOD.

BY THEN DAVE HAD QUIT HIS FULL-TIME JOB AND SO WE,

YOU KNOW, GOD HAD TO SHOW UP, YOU KNOW?

NOT ONLY DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR THE EXPENSES OF THE MINISTRY BUT

OUR WHOLE SALARY THAT WE NEEDED CAME OUT OF THAT.

AND SO WE HAD--WE HAD THESE MEETINGS AND, YOU KNOW, YOU GET

TO THE POINT WHERE YOU CAN USUALLY COUNT ON A CERTAIN

AMOUNT FROM EACH MEETING AND YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR EXPENSES ARE.

AND IF YOU'RE NOT CAREFUL YOU CAN GET YOUR MIND TOO MUCH ON

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE THERE AND THE MEETING AND YOU START

DEPENDING ON ALL THESE THINGS YOU CAN SEE RATHER THAN THE GOD

THAT YOU CAN'T SEE.

AMEN?

AND SO WE HAD A SNOWSTORM ONE MORNING WHEN I WENT TO DO

THE MORNING MEETING.

I THINK IT WAS A THURSDAY MORNING AND SO WE ONLY HAD MAYBE

10, 12 PEOPLE THERE.

AND BOY, THE WHOLE TIME I'M TRYING TO PREACH, I'M ALREADY

HAVING TO FIGHT OFF WORRY ABOUT WHAT ARE WE GONNA DO?

WHAT ARE WE GONNA DO? WHAT ARE WE GONNA DO?

AND I HEARD THAT SCRIPTURE IN MY HEART AND TO BE HONEST, I DON'T

EVEN REALLY KNOW THAT I KNEW THAT IT WAS IN THERE AT THAT

TIME BUT I JUST HEARD THAT.

DOESN'T MATTER TO ME HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE HERE.

I CAN SAVE YA EITHER WAY.

WELL, IT JUST SO HAPPENED THAT DAY THAT THERE WAS A WEALTHY

WOMAN THERE WHOSE HUSBAND WAS A FAMOUS GUY IN THE SPORTS

INDUSTRY, AND SHE DIDN'T COME ALL THE TIME BUT SHE WAS THERE

THAT DAY.

AND SHE PUT IN ONE CHECK THAT WAS GENEROUS ENOUGH THAT IT MORE

THAN MADE UP FOR ALL THE PEOPLE WHO WEREN'T THERE AND THE

OFFERING THAT DAY WAS BIGGER THAN IT WOULD HAVE BEEN IF WE

WOULD HAVE HAD A HUNDRED PEOPLE THERE.

IT DOESN'T MATTER TO GOD IF HE'S SAVED BY MANY OR BY FEW AS LONG

AS WE HAVE OUR EYES ON GOD.

SO, JUST THINK ABOUT YOURSELF RIGHT NOW FOR A MINUTE 'CAUSE I

CAN TELL YOU STORIES ABOUT ME, BUT THINK ABOUT YOURSELF

FOR A MINUTE.

IN WHAT AREA OF YOUR LIFE ARE YOU CONCERNED AND WORRIED?

WHAT AREAS OF YOUR LIFE DO YOU HAVE FEAR?

IS IT ABOUT THE PAST?

IS IT ABOUT THE FUTURE?

IS IT ABOUT YOUR JOB, YOUR HOUSING, YOUR RETIREMENT,

YOUR CHILDREN?

WHAT IS IT?

AND YOU LOOK AT YOURSELF AND YOU THINK, "I DON'T HAVE WHAT IT

TAKES."

WELL, NOW YOU'RE IN GOOD SHAPE FOR A MIRACLE.

NOW YOU'RE IN GOOD SHAPE FOR A MIRACLE.

FIRST, YOU KNOW THAT YOU CAN'T DO IT, THEN YOU KNOW THAT GOD

CAN DO IT AND THAT'S MY POINT HERE TODAY.

WHO IS GOD?

HE IS JEHOVAH ELYON, THE GOD MOST HIGH, THE POSSESSOR OF

HEAVEN AND EARTH.

AMEN.

EL SHADDAI, ALMIGHTY GOD, THAT'S THE NEXT NAME WE WANT TO

TALK ABOUT.

HE HAS ALL MIGHT, HE HAS ALL POWER.

NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GOD.

YOU DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM THAT'S SO SMALL THAT GOD'S NOT

INTERESTED, AND YOU DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM THAT'S SO BIG THAT GOD

CAN'T FIX IT.

NOTHING'S TOO BIG.

AND THE GOOD NEWS IS NOT ONLY IS GOD POWERFUL, BUT HIS POWER IS

AVAILABLE TO US.

YOU SEE, I SAT IN CHURCH FOR YEARS AND I HEARD ABOUT THAT GOD

WAS POWERFUL, BUT NOBODY EVER TOLD ME THAT HE WANTED TO SHARE

THAT POWER WITH ME, THAT HE SAID IN LUKE 10:19, "BEHOLD, I GIVE

YOU POWER.

I GIVE YOU POWER TO TREAD ON SERPENTS AND SCORPIONS, AND I

GIVE YOU POWER OVER ALL THE POWER THAT THE ENEMY POSSESSES

AND NOTHING SHALL BY ANY MEANS HARM YOU."

AND YOU SAY, "WELL, WAIT A MINUTE, THINGS HAVE HARMED ME."

BUT NOTHING CAN DO YOU ANY PERMANENT, ETERNAL DAMAGE

IF YOU KEEP YOUR EYES ON GOD.

SATAN MAY COME AGAINST US ONE WAY, BUT HE WILL HAVE TO

FLEE BEFORE US MANY WAYS.

JOYCE: WELL, IF WE WANT TO HAVE A CHRISTIANITY THAT WE CAN

REALLY ENJOY, THAT REALLY WORKS FOR US, WE NEED TO KNOW

WHO GOD IS.

I THINK A LOT OF TIMES WE DON'T STUDY GOD'S CHARACTER ENOUGH

AND THAT'S VERY, VERY IMPORTANT IN OUR LIVES.

WHO IS GOD?

WHAT CAN I EXPECT OUT OF HIM?

IT'S THE ONLY TRUE WAY TO EXPERIENCE VICTORY IN OUR LIVES

AND SO, I'VE DONE A SERIES OF TEACHINGS SIMPLY CALLED,

"WHO IS GOD?" AND THEY'RE ABOUT THE CHARACTER

OF GOD, WHO GOD IS, WHAT WE KNOW THAT WE CAN EXPECT GOD TO DO

ALL THE TIME.

FOR EXAMPLE, THE BIBLE SAYS THAT HE NEVER CHANGES.

NO MATTER HOW MUCH SOCIETY CHANGES, GOD IS ALWAYS THE SAME.

WE KNOW THAT HE'S ALWAYS WITH US.

HE'S OMNIPRESENT.

WE DON'T HAVE TO LOOK FOR HIM.

HE'S WITH US ALL THE TIME, AND MANY OTHER WONDERFUL THINGS.

GET TO REALLY KNOW GOD.

DON'T JUST WANT TO KNOW WHAT HE CAN DO FOR YOU, KNOW HIM.

THANK YOU FOR BEING WITH US TODAY AND GOD BLESS YOU.

GINGER: BRAD, HAND OF HOPE'S PROJECT GIRL FOCUSES ON BEING

ABLE TO GUIDE, RESTORE, AND LOVE WOMEN AND GIRLS ALL AROUND

THE WORLD, AND YOUR ROLE HERE IN AFRICA IS HUGE.

IT'S OBVIOUSLY AN AREA, WHICH PRETTY MUCH THE WHOLE WORLD IS

NOW, THAT MANY WOMEN AND GIRLS ARE IN DIFFICULT CIRCUMSTANCES.

BRAD: YEAH, THAT'S SO TRUE.

SO MANY OF OUR WOMEN HERE IN AFRICA ARE EXTREMELY VULNERABLE

AND OFTEN SEEN AS SOMETIMES LESSER THAN MEN.

WE HAVE A LOT OF WOMEN IN OUR COMMUNITIES AROUND HERE THAT

EXPOSED TO THINGS LIKE RAPE.

SOUTH AFRICA, FOR EXAMPLE, YOU'RE MORE LIKELY TO BE RAPED

THAN TO GRADUATE FROM HIGH SCHOOL.

GINGER: OH, MY GOODNESS.

BRAD: THERE'S ABOUT A 40% CHANCE BEING A WOMAN

IN SOUTH AFRICA THAT YOU WILL BE RAPED.

GINGER: AND THIS IS SUCH A PASSION FOR JOYCE BECAUSE

SHE'S BEEN THERE.

YOU KNOW, SHE'S EXPERIENCED THAT TYPE OF HEARTACHE, AND SHE

REALLY HAS THAT DESIRE TO MAKE SURE THAT ALL, ALL PEOPLE BUT

ALL WOMEN AND GIRLS KNOW THAT THERE IS HEALING FROM

A SITUATION LIKE THAT.

SO, BEING ABLE TO HAVE SOME OF THE INITIATIVES THAT WE HAVE,

THE CLASSROOMS OF HOPE, THE FEEDING PROGRAMS,

THE WATER INITIATIVES, AND ESPECIALLY

HUMAN TRAFFIC RESCUE ARE REALLY MAKING A DIFFERENCE

IN THEIR LIVES.

BRAD: ABSOLUTELY.

I MEAN, WE'RE SEEING A LOT OF GIRLS NOW THAT USED TO BE

VULNERABLE TO SOME OF THOSE ELEMENTS THAT ARE COMPLETELY

REMOVED FROM THAT AND ARE NOW PLACED IN ENVIRONMENTS OF HOPE,

SAFE SPACES WHERE THEY DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THOSE KINDS

OF THINGS.

WE'RE SEEING WOMEN THAT WERE SENT AWAY ALL DAY TO COLLECT

WATER THAT HAVE BEEN DEPRIVED FROM EDUCATION JUST TO GO

EVERY DAY AND COLLECT WATER.

WE'RE NOW ABLE TO, THROUGH OUR PROGRAMS, 'CAUSE WE PROVIDE

CLEAN WATER, WE'RE ABLE TO REMOVE THAT BURDEN FROM

THE CHILD AND SEE THAT CHILD GET INTO SCHOOL.

AND THAT AT THAT-- GINGER: HOW EXCITING THAT?

BRAD: IT'S AMAZING.

GINGER: SERIOUSLY.

BRAD: AND THEN TO BE ABLE TO PROVIDE FOOD AT THAT SCHOOL AND

TO TELL THAT CHILD THAT THEY'RE NOT A SECOND-RATE CITIZEN,

BUT THEY'RE A CHILD OF GOD, MADE IN THE IMAGE OF GOD,

IS PRETTY SPECIAL.

Natasha Lyonne Stayed at the Hotel Where Michael Jackson Dangled His Baby - Duration: 3:00.

-This is very exciting. You went on a global press tour

to promote this season of the show.

-Yeah, well, you know, Berlin, but, yes, global.

-Okay. It's over ocean at least.

-Yeah. -You were in Berlin.

I heard this was very exciting for you.

You stayed in the hotel

where Michael Jackson famously dangled his child.

-Dangled the baby. Baby Blanket.

-Yeah, baby Blanket. -You guys know Blanket, right?

I mean, one of the great -- one of the top 10 baby names.

-Yeah. -You're a dad, so...

-Yeah, I was so upset that Blanket was taken.

-I can only imagine. [ Laughter ]

-Yeah. -I mean, as soon as

we got there, you know, it's me,

the great Danielle Brooks, who plays Taystee.

-She's fantastic. -I mean, one of the greats.

The wonderful Jackie Cruz.

And so, we were there.

And I was the quirky of the bunch, you know?

And so, right away, as soon as we got there,

I said, "Let me see this balcony."

[ Laughter ]

-You asked the hotel staff? -Because they're very good

at being, like, polite, reasonable human beings.

So it gives me the space I need

to just, right away, move in with that,

which I did. -I imagine the hotel has chosen

not to promote this as a thing.

-And I don't know why. I don't know why.

[ Laughter ]

I got to be totally honest,

I actually have no idea what the name of the hotel is.

I only know that it was the baby Blanket hotel.

[ Laughter ]

And if I had to get back, I would just, you know,

Google that, I guess.

Oh, wonderful hotel. Such wonderful people.

[ Laughter ]

-Did you ever get to the balcony?

-Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah, big-time, big-time.

[ Laughter ]

We dangled so many things off the balcony.

The whole -- The whole junket,

I couldn't focus 'cause I was just, like,

"Why aren't we doing the whole thing on the balcony?"

-Yeah. [ Laughter ]

And, yes. -I'm so glad

you're bringing attention back to that historic moment.

-Yeah. It's actually -- It's messed up.

Because, you know, he passed away.

But his ghost still haunts those halls.

-Really? -Yes, it does.

-Oh, that's good to know. -Yeah, yeah.

Big fan of the show. Of "Orange is the New Black."

-Oh, got you. Not this one.

-On Netflix, yes. -Oh, so, in the haunting,

he gives you -- -He loves Netflix, Michael, yes.

-So, Michael Jackson's ghost

takes time out to compliment your work.

-Oh, he's such a great guy. You know?

[ Laughter ]

You know he has a great -- He has those little loafers

and the white socks, which I love, and I do.

-That's interesting, 'cause I never know, as a ghost,

do you still have your old clothes?

-Oh, yeah. You have your kind of hero life outfit,

but you would maybe a suit like this when you become a ghost.

-Yeah, yeah. -And so, for him, it's that.

And we talked about that, 'cause we have that in common.

-Now, he didn't die there.

Why'd he end up back at that hotel?

[ Laughter ]

-Now that's the kind of quantum science I don't get mixed up in.

-I apologize. -I don't go there.

-Yeah, no. Shame on me for asking.

-Yes, yes.

Weirdest US State Borders Explained - Duration: 4:48.

America!

Land of the free and home of the brave

And also some pretty weird borders

Why do the Gulf Coast States look like this?

Why do Louisiana and Florida steal coastline that looks like it should belong to Mississippi

and Alabama?

Well

Under Spain, Florida's panhandle reached as far west as the Mississippi river.

But, since the US and Spain were having a conflict over the Western borders of Louisiana,

and the US wanted to control both banks of the Mississippi river, in 1810 they invaded

Spanish Florida and annexed the land west of the Pearl River to Louisiana.

Later, during the war of 1812, the US annexed the land west of the Perdido river and made

it part of the Mississippi territory.

Then in 1816, the territory was split vertically roughly in half into Mississippi and Alabama.

Why is the upper peninsula a part of Michigan?

Why not Wisconsin, or it's own state?

Well, in 1835 there was a dispute between Ohio and Michigan over a strip of land on

Lake Erie

The Toledo Strip

Why?

Well, the Northwest Ordinance declared that a state could be created from the Northwest

Territory with all land north of a straight east-west line from the southern point of

Lake Michigan

That state being, Michigan

Now, based on that, the Toledo strip should definitely be part of Michigan

But the maps used at the time showed Lake Michigan as being further north than it actually

is

But then, why didn't Ohio just give up the land after the truth was revealed?

Well, the Toledo Strip was rich agriculturally, multiple canals were going to be built there,

and it included the mouth of the Maumee river

As such, Ohio didn't want to lose Toledo to Michigan

And, since Ohio was a state, while Michigan was not, Ohio had a lot more political representation

As such, Ohio was given the Toledo strip, while as a consolation, Michigan was given

the Upper Peninsula

Why does Oklahoma have that skinny Panhandle?

Why isn't it just part of Texas?

Well, it was a part of Texas

Until in 1845 when Texas tried to join the Union

And it wanted to maintain slavery

But, due to the Missouri compromise, new territories could only permit slavery if they were south

of 36 degrees 30

So Texas gave up claims to territories north of that line, some of which is now the Oklahoma

panhandle

But then why isn't the Oklahoma panhandle just part of Kansas?

Well

The originally proposed southern border of Kansas was 36 degrees 30, which would have

made the Oklahoma panhandle part of Kansas

But Congress instead set the border at the 37th parallel

Why?

Well, look at Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, and North Dakota

They all have 3 degrees of height

See, Congress wanted states to have similar sizes to each other, which can be seen in

the previous example, as well as in Colorado Wyoming and Montana all having 4 degrees of

height, and all of these states being the same width

Okay, but if Congress wanted states to be similar sizes to one another, then how come

Texas and California are so huge?

Well

Almost immediately after California was taken from Mexico, gold was discovered there

And so the population exploded

Because of this, California tried to make itself a state

But it still needed approval from Congress to do so

So why didn't Congress split California into smaller states?

Because of how far away California was from other heavily populated areas of the US

See, California could have just declared independence from the US, and the US would not have been

able to take it back

"She is practically further removed from us than England.

We cannot reach her by railroad, nor by unbroken steam navigation.

We can send no army over the prairie, mountain and the desert."

So, since California could do basically whatever they wanted, they made their state stretch

as far south as the port of San Diego, and far enough west to include all the Sierra

Nevada gold fields

But what about Texas?

Well, Texas was an independent country before becoming a state

And it joined the Union at a time when many Americans supported the idea of Manifest Destiny,

that America should control all of North America

So America didn't want to force Texas to split into smaller states out of fear that that

might make them refuse to be annexed

Why does this strip of land even belong to Idaho?

Wouldn't it make more sense to be part of Washington?

Well, it was part of Washington

But when gold was discovered in the region, settlers came from different parts of the

country

Due to cultural and political differences between these settlers and the people on the

Pacific coast, they split the state roughly at the 117th meridian west

But then, why isn't part of Montana just a part of Idaho?

Well, it used to be

But due to the mountains, there was little to no interaction between the people in these

two regions

So Idaho's border with Montana was set at the peaks of the Bitterroot mountains

Why does Wyoming take what looks like it should be the Northeast corner of Utah?

Well, there are a few reasons

First, this region was cut off from Utah by the Uinta mountains, while it was easily accessible

from Wyoming

Second, this region was full of coal fields, waterways, and many roadways such as the Oregon

Trail passed through it

And many members of Congress were worried that Mormons would have too much influence

if this region were in Utah

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers - S03E28 - Episode Review - Duration: 7:46.

Welcome to Ranger Reviews, a webseries where we look at episodes of the tv show, Power

Rangers and then discuss it!

Today, we're exploring the hundred and fortieth episode of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers as

well as the twenty eighth episode of Season 3, titled "A Chimp in Charge".

We begin this episode at Angel Grove High where Ms. Applebee is giving everyone the

last assignment of the year.

Everyone and their partners are going to give presentations on any language that they chose.

Bulk then asks if they can choose English, and Ms. Applebee says that she's going to

accept that, and Bulk says they'll get an A for talking, and Ms. Applebee lets them

know that they can't just ramble for ten minutes.

Class dismissed.

At the Youth Center, Aisha asks Billy and Tommy what they're doing their project on,

and Billy explains that they're going to look at hieroglyphics and how they translate

in modern society, and Aisha says "those pictures in pyramids that tell stories?"

Girl, it's a lot deeper than that, but all right then.

Tommy asks what she's doing with Kat, but then Kat walks in a chimpanzee named Kelly,

and she explains that her aunt is here visiting from Australia, and she's a guest lecturer

at the university, and she's working on teaching chimps sign language.

Also, uh, Kat, you can't just bring an animal into a food establishment.

They're going to teach Kelly some things, and Kat says that even if they can't, it's

going to be fun anyways?

Girl, then you fail.

Rita is watching this, and after she compares the monkey to Goldar and laughs, Zedd comes

up screaming about how they can use to their advantage.

They're going to turn the chimp against the Rangers with some minor alterations, evidently.

Stone is at the juice bar, and Bulk and Skull lean into the scene, and he explains that

there's been a theft at the cafe, and they need to investigate it.

Apparently, bananas have been stolen, and Ernie explains how they need to find them

for his special smoothies?

Bulk and Skull find the Ranger teens outside, and Bulk compares Tommy to the monkey.

Then, Kat gives the chimp a banana because it points at Aisha's ice cream.

So, Bulk suspects that the thief is the obvious monkey, and he asks who they know who likes

bananas, and Skull suggests his cousin Femur who lives in New Jersey?

What the hell?

Zedd sees the Ranger teens walking through the park with Kelly, and he tells Finster

they need something to turn that monkey into a monster.

The Tengas appear in front of them, and Kat tells the chimp to hide, and Kelly just does?

What kind of unrealistic occurrence?

Whatever, Ninja Ranger Power Now!

The Rangers fight off the Tengas, and then Finster shows up, firing a laser at Kelly,

who runs away, but luckily Kat stops him before he disappears.

This causes the Tengas for no reason, and the teens say they have to get Kelly to a

safe place if Rita and Zedd want it.

At Aisha's house, Bulk and Skull are standing in a bush with a banana.

Okay?

Inside, Aisha and Kat are studying sign language for themselves, and they say that they're

hungry, and they ask the chimp if she wants to join along, and the Chimp kind of shakes

her head, so they say "guess not", and then Kat just kisses a monkey on the lips

like a god damn pervert.

Then, they just leave the chimp alone???

Is that a thing you can do?

Kelly gets bored, I guess, getting up, and then she just opens the door of the house

somehow, leaving.

Aisha should never be allowed to have pets because this is twice now that animals in

her care have gotten away from her.

Bulk and Skull run after the monkey with the banana as bait, and they lure Kelly in, picking

up the adorable chimp.

Then, Kat comes into the room with bananas, and Aisha comes in too with food for them,

and they start panicking that Kelly is gone.

I mean, maybe you shouldn't have left the chimp alone then?

Now, it's time for some classic Power Rangers racism.

Bulk and Skull are in the park, trying to get Kelly to show them where the bananas are,

and they let her run away.

She runs to a rastafarian man at a fruit stand, and he says that if Kelly wants to work with

him, she has to wear the right clothes.

Then, he literally puts mop and clothes on the chimp to make it a rastafarian monkey?

What the hell is happening?

Bulk and Skull also agree that this means that this guy is the one who stole the fruit.

Zedd is pissed that Finster failed, so he turns Kelly into the Sinister Simian.

Well, she's *a* Sinister Simian, according to Zedd.

Then she runs away, attacking people in the playground.

Kat and Aisha get beeped by Zordon, asking them to come to the Command Center.

All six are there, watching the viewing globe, seeing that Kelly was turned into a monster.

Also, this is the first time we've seen Rocky and Adam I think.

I don't know where the hell they've been.

Bill suggests that if he can get a fur sample, they can turn her back by reverse engineering

how they turned her into a monster.

Also, Billy talks for like three hours about what he's going to do by getting the fur

from her with metal tongs used to get hot dogs out of boiling water.

Kelly freaks out, hitting him, so the other Rangers try to stop her from moving, and Billy

gets the fur after Aisha tells Kat to tell Billy the get the fur now, even though they're

the same distance away.

Billy teleports out to get to his lab to test the fur.

He teleports out while Zedd and Rita laugh at how much the Rangers suck.

In Billy's lab, Billy talks to Zordon about how he's close to finding a solution, but

he needs to figure out how to administer the antidote.

The Rangers are also losing to Kelly, and now she doesn't even recognize their voices,

so Zedd says "make my monkey grow", forcing her giant before Tommy tells a random extra

to not be afraid and to go straight home.

Thanks a lot, Tommy.

Don't know what we'd do without her.

Billy shows up with the antidote in a projectile that he says they have to fire at Kelly from

the Shogunzords, and Aisha asks if it worked at the lab, and of course, Billy hasn't

tested it because when has he ever?

Whatever, they call out the Shogunzords.

Then, Billy says he has to hit her in the exact, right spot, near the heart where memories

are kept.

Billy, I don't think that's sound logic, but okay.

Then, Kelly is just straight up beating the others super easily.

Then, Kat tells Tommy they need to distract Kelly, and the White Shogunzord waves at her?

Causing her to stop running around, I guess?

Then, Billy fires the antidote via a finger laser, hitting Kelly, causing her to return

to her original form.

The Ranger teens run over, scooping her up.

Zedd and Rita are screaming at each other on the moon about how Rita failed once again

because that's their whole thing now.

At the Youth Center, everyone is hanging out with the monkey, and they talk about how great

their report was off screen.

Cool.

Bulk and Skull come in with the rastafarian man, saying that he's the banana thief,

and Ernie says that they were just put away in the freezer by mistake by a new stock boy.

The rastafarian then says they'll be hearing from his attorney.

Then, Kelly runs over, hugging Bulk, and Kat says that Bulk at least has one friend?

Jesus, Kat, you've been here for like a day.

Over the credits, we see a bunch of monkey bloopers.

This episode was weird because there's never any real Japanese footage.

Seriously, everything is recycled.

We never see the Sinister Simian in any Japanese footage, and even the entire Zord battle is

American footage.

Why?

Well, in Japan, they used a different set of Zords to handle the monster.

Why didn't they just use another monster instead of doing yet another damn Kat episode?

Who knows.

Other than that, this episode is… fine, besides the abhorrent racism.

It could've been better, but again, Season 3 has shown us that the writers are down to

do original storylines and film more things to get a better idea across than just be a

slave to the Japanese footage.

It really makes you wonder what Season 1 would have been like had they put this much effort

into the show, but I understand that was a big financial risk for them.

Next time, we begin a three parter that's insanely weird, but until then, may the power

protect you!

Save the date - Deutsche Börse IT Open Day on 27 Sep 2018 - Duration: 1:17.

Typically, our IT Open Day, which has already run for ten years, has two targets:

One, giving you an overview about what Deutsche Börse Group will do in the next year

in the trading, clearing and risk management area.

And two, giving you access to our experts

who really build our platforms, design our market models or our risk systems.

At this year's Open Day, we also have one additional ingredient and that will be a

panel discussion in the afternoon.

The panel discussion in the afternoon of this year's IT Open Day

is about artificial intelligence and its use in the financial community.

We'll discuss its applications in the risk management area,

for example, having a look at unusual positions,

or the development of trading strategies and back testing in the trading world.

And of course, we'll also have a spotlight on the human aspect:

so what is changing for people working in the industry by the introduction of artificial intelligence

and the impact on their daily work.

Should I Get Certifications To Help with My Career Change? - Duration: 1:52.

Cari, I think you answered your own question here.

Thoughts on obtaining entry-level certifications to help change careers and enter into a mid-level

salary range.

Yes, and yes I do think that.

Carrie, if you did not get to see the whole Career Changer webinar or the live event that

I did, you can watch it this weekend starting, I think, around noon my time Friday all the

way till Sunday night.

I highly recommend education if you are making a career change.

The other thing too for career changers, and I'm not going to go into all the 12 steps

that I go through in the two-hour session, but the great thing is you're an experienced

person.

So when you are going to make a change and our competing against ...

By the way, I have a video coming out.

It's shot already but it's how to win the job interview when you change careers and

how to nail it no matter what you're doing.

I go through all this, but in the webinar, the reply that you're going to get to see

this weekend, I do recommend that, and I do recommend that if there are appropriate certifications

that you get them if you can.

Because, trust me, I would love to take somebody who's got years of experience and understands

how to be a great employee and brings leadership qualities, organizational qualities, good

customer service qualities, whatever it is you're making that change to, and has a running

start with certifications or whatever it is that you can get your hands on credentials-wise.

Yes, do it.

TLC旅遊生活-瘋台灣全明星 鮑伯嚐美食Feeding Bob Blumer - Duration: 47:51.

I've always wanted to travel with the chef

and I heard my friend bought bloomers in town if anyone knows food it's

definitely over he's normally the world renowned hosted numerous cooking shows

but he's also a six-time Guinness world record holder for amazing cooking skills

one for picking up rice with chopsticks Bob loves his challenges and has even

taken on Taiwan five times

so Bob I don't know where you are but you finally met your match you versus me

but in Taiwan Jin's

Oh

one night calls there's only one place Bob could be since it's where everyone

else is too I have a sneaking suspicion that I'm

gonna find Bob at the night market

it's hard not to get distracted by all the food and I sniff my way to find my

foodie friend there's definitely something stinky in

there

all right everybody I finally found him I knew he was going to be here at the

night market I've been to Taiwan four times but I'm always working I'm almost

always here in Taipei so I thought I would just I'd come here check things

out spend a bit of time looking around town and then go out into the

countryside because I have never ever get out into the countryside well that's

where I come in because I know all the perfect places to

take you and I also know that I'm a tour guide I would be your tour guide but not

only a tour guide that's too simple I'm also gonna be your competition like

competition markets are a must-see for any visitor if me sad night market is

one of the best choices for a foodie like Bob it is literally so laughter

stall after stall of Tao is most delicious offerings and arguably some of

the best food in the world the only problem is deciding what to eat first

this is a huge fried dumpling and inside of it you have the eggs you have oysters

you have shrimp careful it's really hot and it's like

there's the juice that's gonna come out of it inside Carol Carol balls oh this

is a yo is it thank you yes and each one has a yoga and oh my gosh this always

come follow us they've got one two three four five six seven eight

is this worth the wait lines are maybe waited in saline that someone was not as

hungry as we are my fingers as well okay this is really hot

you want a perfect combination does he get so rich the pork is kind of salty

and then they get food and that tire roots are having it having Chris penis

on the outside now I fully understand whether such a big line now may not be

able to name any of the things he's eating but he isn't afraid to try

anything I throw at him chicken hearts mystery meat on a stick more meat on

sticks funny buzzy green and white fruit jelly too easy of beans perhaps it's

time to make Bob work for his

kid stuff it's time to take Bob to catch his dinner and true talent and style and

that's what brings us Bob versus Janet show an endorphin

fishing was once a southern town pastime but has now spread throughout the island

it's fun and simply delicious and then we had a little friendly throwdown but I

was playground stuff Bob this is the real deal of this

when I first heard something I thought of my previous experience in Louisiana

shrimping where I went on a shrimping boat I never imagined a warehouse with

plastic chairs and three swimming pools

kind of bounced up and down and that means it's okay just just being

attracted by your bait then you don't want to pull it up wrenches you don't

think you'll pull the baby out of its claws right out of its causing that out

of it now why am I telling you all this you're my competition I see me doing

that's right though and then just letting you do it okay so it's a matter

of company fishing cut through this babies at a time tissue what do you

think

it's not as easy as it looks okay so happy minutes so let's say ten minutes

my friend you are going down you might excel in competitive cooking but surely

you're no expert in strip fishing this your main trimming culture here is

actually surprisingly very very popular it's just really interesting

I got one

yeah currents or get it too

okay how much you know what I'm going to do with you I

am going to slather you in oil I'm going to put

lavish coals you've ever come close to and I mean a grim you until you're just

the perfect

specimen of a grilled shrimp do you know what I'm gonna do

and I'm gonna let you go

I feel like maybe I should try the

thank you I'm gonna do my victory lap

you know what it's like

so here you get you get a lot of that same experience you take the shrimp that

you've just caught and moments later you're grilling it but the beauty of it

is how convenient it is you know someone's already sent your barbecue out

for you they've given you all these ingredients you know a beautiful thing

about these shrimp is that they seasoned themselves and they put themselves to

you just leave when you're long enough they'll jump in this all they'll jump in

the pepper and they'll jump right onto the grill here we go

to drink

okay so I have to admit this looks amazing

perhaps I shouldn't be so hard on Bob if you're going to reward me with empty a

stick cookie

it's a bottle of cognac

one bean salad Shambo

you really don't need many ingredients probably I got it yeah I won't get drunk

off that it is a nice subtle flavor and

seriously I'm never eating shrimp again without Bob around two cookies but I'm

sorry I think we may have ordered a lead to be too much food fried steamed and

boiled you can order shrimp any way you like and believe you me I like them all

it's just so hard to resist all the dishes you can get from the kitchen even

if you don't catch them up yourself we ate it and catch much tonight but we

will certainly be hitting the road

you

from night market lines to shrimping lines record-holding super chef Bob

bloomer has gladly accepted every challenge I laid out for him so far time

to shake things up a little as we head down the coast to wallet so I don't

normally make it a habit of driving along the freeway and then kind of

getting on the car climbing up some rocks and then standing next to a cliff

but this is Bob's fifth time to Taiwan and he's never been to the East Coast

this is my favorite part of the island now you can see why I thought Taiwan was

just a big city no but look at this coastline it's crazy we had this whole

area as we go down U is just gonna get more and more beautiful and then the

culture is so vibrant here and you're gonna love it really there's so much

food I'm so excited okay so let's go this

seems to feel at home around every kind of cuisine but let's see how he does as

we visit an Amy's family and introduce Bob

we're heading to the Matta I'm the wetlands where this Aboriginal tribe

estates environmentally friendly by gathering resources that are close to

home and using traditional cooking

America to shame that means it is so consumer Mahalo to tell some people you

don't because I'm trying to think if we can give you a name here I think I need

a more local name than his name I want to know exactly what it means

no no you just have to go around in the hole Ami's tribe saying hi my name is

Gunnar

when we asked fossa to give me a name it was really interesting to watch him

ponder it and and then when he decided to name me after his 90 year old

grandfather who was still very strong and by the way had 10 wives I was so

honored in fact I'm so honored that I think I'm gonna adopt that name for the

rest of my visit here in Taiwan some new clothes and a new drinking ritual I

think Bob so this is what they call here

and it's the way they fish so it's layers and layers of a nice bamboo right

and then they'll have some twigs and then some leaves on top and basically

they're recreating a friendly environment for fish so this is the

exact traditional method that they've used guessing for hundreds of years

right no I see so you trap it yeah

Wow nothing some niggas swam through my tote okay nothing right toes right next

to my foot

what he doesn't know is that this time he's going to have to make his own

public where to time to blow our balls mine

the campfire but I believe we're gonna start with making the bowls first okay

because the rocks are cooking the rocks are cooking yeah are we having rocks for

lunch this is what's gonna be going inside our bowls so we actually gonna

make the bowls first or else we have nothing to put the rocks in the runs on

is what we're gonna use to cook with and it does become Oh so we're cooking with

the rock we're not actually eating the wrong gonna eat the right okay this is

what we're making it could I mean very cute

oh the balls referring to this okay this is largely feed on that leaf beetle that

me yeah I love the fact that you can take a leaf pull it off a tree and then

turn it into a functional ball with a simple skewer it just makes you realize

how we rely on modern conveniences so much that we've almost lost our ability

to create simple things that don't take very much you know the solutions to many

of our day-to-day problems are right under our nose it's gonna make me become

much more resourceful now that I've seen this all happened in front of my eyes

Bob's mind is blown but he hasn't even seen the best part of this culinary

magic yet

that's incredible you know if you told me about this I would not have believed

you I did think okay look the water's boiling

new touch this is totally genius I had no idea that the water would just bubble

up like a cauldron it was amazing in that the fish and the

entire soup cooked in less than five minutes

it's amazing it's very delicate you get a bit of the fish you get a bit of the

the greens and you definitely taste the ginger - yeah ginger is nice not

coincidentally those are the only three ingredients other than some water

sometimes you actually don't need to be too fancy just simple ingredient normal

fresh and you've got a really delicious killer it doesn't get better than this

Thank You Jen you might be a genius in a modern kitchen but it looks like she's

learned a thing or two today and now we get to feast on the fruits of our labor

we fill our bellies again before we continue south to our next destination

Bob Bluebird is taking town by storm so we continue to eat our way down

which now brings us to title where we'll be visiting the Domitian village and the

room chi tribe during the annual lupines harvest festival this festival

celebrates a successful trip and it's kind of like getting your uncle to tell

people were trying to share the holiday with their families the third sports

middle booty-shaking basically a ceremony we're giving our thanks to the

ancestors and now we have Vito enough have you ever had beetle nut here in

which they make here thanks for us to let them to let us into their village so

okay so just chew chew chew chew and don't swallow no it's just a millage you

don't fall behind my back with when I first tasted the beetle that the first

thing that happened was I got all these this sort of explosion of flavors in my

mouth and then I started to feel a little bit alive it was kind of like a

shot of espresso I'm also kind of waking up yeah you're gonna watch they didn't

have to chase it down with

everybody's spaces I knew that they honestly couldn't believe that I did the

bullseye that was that was the grocery the most gratifying part at all it

wasn't like they were just happy they were shocked

for me the most striking part about this whole festival is the number of

generations that it spans they have the elders with their beautiful wind beaten

faces and the big creases in their faces when they smile but they're just so

beautiful and then it goes down several generations all the way to these little

kids who are still a bit too young to understand what's happening but are

definitely having a good time and you can see that the festival really

galvanized it's the entire community

sir smooth moves here young man will shoulder straight

here's harsh

so we said to a group a chef's kitchen thing or two about local cuisine what is

this guess it looks like the heart of any house right the moment that we open

that smoking oven and saw those amazing slabs of pork belly just hanging there

dripping glorious beads of fat it was just incredible and tasting that was

that was the best bacon I've ever had in my life this is what you normally want

right that's fat to be barbecues ooh it just envelops every bite that you take

right you lick every single finger nature just like our hunter they just

take a sword and knife they can survive whole week we're gonna make a survivor

out of Bob today competition in the work

that's whatever you harvest you have punky have millions you have corn and Y

board you're all weapons together leaves and you put in a fire

yeah

ladies and gentlemen who will be the next master of a chef looks like it will

be a tough loss for the judges will it be Bob with this decades of experience

in creating delicious cuisine or really Beach in with their decades of

experience in eating and the winner is I take this one oh the feel is more heavy

kick you know it's a delicacy it's delicate beautiful flowers so there's

the garden right whatever you need the kitchen is yours

surprise me I'm going to continue because I'm a very sore loser until miss

win besides that I have made the best Oh camera wraps all right

so these are ginger flowers yeah they almost look like orchids so this is

ginger root yeah this is great that's gonna be really young mm-hmm

sweet ginger bond this is all why vegetable the elder would go out to the

backyard and look around and whereas all I saw we're we're weeds and leaves

hanging from the trees chewing oh we can use this and we can use this and this

has great flavor and it's like a completely different palette than I'm

accustomed to so there's definitely a lot I could learn here after our last

couple experiences with Bob's fan stay cookie I'm looking forward to

seeing what he comes up with this time

be careful be careful all right we're gonna put the eggplant in right away

otherwise this image too much heat that's gonna burn

well I'm going to add a little bit of water it's it's gonna steam now

the challenge of all

we need any more greens I could just take apart so beautiful a flower

I need this leaf right in the inside the leaf that you can eat sticky rice and

pumpkin it's really nice and some of that pork that was rendered and it's

sort of all over the rice I get the oil it's like a smell of bacon in the

morning and that's what it tastes like

breezy fingers already sign of a great meal too

all we need is some there it is right right to wash down all this oily

deliciousness de lui we'll be right back

you

taipei is full of modern international cuisine choices these days but we're

heading back for some authentic traditional Taiwanese or mean that

dishes this is actually an older part of town so it's really interesting you'll

see all these old restaurants that have done nothing but the same dish for like

20-30 years like multiple generations yeah you actually watch the food be

prepared right in front of your very eyes like right on on the sidewalk

this is open kitchen tamina yeah

fencing in is actually these tip in this old picture it's it's almost like you

know when you carrying it oh gosh you're so right oh so they would walk on the

streets yeah then think yes I see Tommy that's the name of

I think this is just a little appetizer politics yep

so I would suggest starting from the soup yes so that you

can taste this stuff it's a very delicate

I actually tasted the noodle

this is just this is Christian my palate

starting you're gonna have to loosen up your pants after this true

these punches we got a little distracted by the smells in the street but our real

goal is actually what was once small and is now expanded to a four or rather a

three walled restaurant literally next door at the restaurant that I wanted to

take you to everything you'll find here is all Taiwanese dishes you get the

seafood obviously you know we love our seafood here and

bottarga the italians call for targets rest

Omega SNI 1 Jeremy OMB to

and this is this is the distraction you find out a lot of weddings what else and

I would like to try a little bit

on the sidewalk we've got all the dishes out here so you know exactly

this is perfect for people who can't read Chinese because normally I open the

menus all in Chinese later but this open kitchen open appetite waiting for water

essentially home-cooked meals prepared and served right on your open table now

open your mouth and thanks

Bon Appetit or here would say title I don't I don't mean start movement start

moving okay so try this is the Taiwanese caviar what do you think Asian lover

with the radish hmm it adds different textures as well yeah breaking freshness

too because this is really it's it's really dense and it's really intense to

visit mm-hmm this is sticky rice with crab

I love the family-style presentation especially when there's only two people

at the table because then you can eat as much as an entire family would eat okay

we're gonna wash it down with a very fun drink it's just a soda

that marble inside is what keeps the carbonation from leaving obviously you

take it and you marble right there it's fantastic it's genius

hmm worst of all the whole packaging amazing

and I love the fact that the pushing in I love the fact that you've got this

little marble sort of bouncing around like that it's got a bit of sweetness

and that's nice when you taste the spiciness so at all everything works

together and that's the other thing you know you go from one bite to the next to

the next and you feel like you're turning the entire country on this one

small tabletop on our glutinous I mean glorious footie adventure around Taiwan

I take Bob bloomer down to Tainan se which proudly boasts of

and which some even claim to be the food capital of Taiwan ba is about to be

informed at what could possibly be his biggest townies challenge to date he

doesn't know yet but we're heading to a temple and he's going to need to say a

prayer for what he's going to be asked to do next

party sorry

gorgeous the city is so colorful and these are that sacrifices to me these

are the offerings already right this is not a particularly large temple or a God

you know a year old is to experience what we call the fund of now like I said

this whole street is gonna be completely different scenes money it's gonna be

you're gonna feel like you're in a different place is this whether you put

the tables all the tables are the chairs you're gonna have dancers you're gonna

have tons of tables just round tables and the best part of the bundle is of

course the food that's where you come in where I come in

I want to show you the kitchen and let's see if you can prepare a dish for us if

I can prepare dish yeah are you ready you up for the challenge sounds like a

great challenge to me I love this guy Bob wants to eat and cook like a local

so that's exactly what he's going to get it makes just open kitchen with dusting

a few tables and lots of platters to fill no glorified kitchen here but first

he has to decide what to cook so I take him to a local market to find some fresh

local ingredients

okay we're getting right now your mission is 280 people 28 tables of

hungry guests tonight you need to make 28 platters so I'm

responsible for one course

famous for sugar cane oysters milk fish mangoes and pomelos is any foodies dream

every stall at the market is right culinary possibility and hominy that a

milk fish here face so if I could come up with some way to take this fish if

the land spin on it yeah this is the belly that I was Hannah and this ratio

all the collagen all the fat to stability so that's the money that's the

best part of the fish we would like to give you under free if

you'd like to try it that's nice

it seems that father's blown away despite of all this color that's

probably because of the lack of fruits and veggies in Canada Bobby I'm kidding

I'm kidding look at these mangoes Wow well smell it

you can compare your green man like a green mango SAP that is a really unusual

flavor look you know back home we have one maybe two different mango browse at

best I think this is currently in season right now this gives me I wouldn't know

that there's a perfect manga yeah okay this is this big one here boom or demon

one that's got more about honey flavor to it also beautiful all three of these

are amazing hmm so I mean this is just a sampling

you know would be really cool this is this is a very California cuisine kind

of dish so I could do melt fish okay and then create bad

of mango salsa and put it on top of big gorgeous presentation okay I would say I

need about 200 mangoes okay button open them body up 200 are you kidding me with

my mangoes square delayed it's time to get back to our temporary kitchen and

start seeing some bomb new learn magic with six Guinness World Records to his

name this feast should be a cakewalk for him it is a perfect world I'm here in

Taiwan one very large basketball they're the ones that put together this entire

banquet so normally they have to prepare all these dishes for 200 so how many

different producers are they doing tonight those are ten they're doing ten

dishes 28 is 280 platters yeah well we only have 348 I don't feel so bad myself

peeling and chopping Tomatoes can be so much work I've got my head down and I'm

slicing and dicing I look up I see this big truck arrived and it just unfolds

like this flower unfolding and it's a karaoke truck I've never seen anything

like that in my life and then all of a sudden this pen shows up there's a guy

walking a ladder around as he's connecting all the piping that supports

the tent I mean you know and I looked at it again I look up and then there's 280

people sitting here I mean this thing just unfolded out of nowhere

all this fresh come in and coriander I think the biggest challenge was trying

to take the local flavors and reconfigure them and present them with a

bit of a California twist knowing all the time that not everybody was gonna

get it as evidenced by some of the tables it didn't quite get it and then

others that totally ate it all up

we're gonna beautiful skinnies

on the same time not even breaking it

is a beautiful place

I love the fact that we're celebrating a local God and what I tried to do was I

tried to take the ingredients that are special to this region handed to us by

the gods I took those ingredients reconfigure them and then offer them to

the people of Yemen and back to the gods and that that was such a pleasure was so

special for me

bawls has been actually amazing he has basically said yes to every challenge I

put in front of it including cooking a banquet for 283 80 people and it's

massive on the street banquet with music and

dancers and heat and rain by the way

after Taiwanese caviar night market delights they will fit forever as

Taiwanese home-cooked meals shrimp lambaste

don't come to fish traditional I buy it seems that all rumors still has a few

tricks of history now it's payback time I mean Janet's been such an amazing host

that I wanted to do something really special for her so I told her to invite

a few friends and bring them down here but didn't tell me anything else

this is gonna be a little bit of a hybrid between all the flavors that you

introduced me to and all the experiences that you introduced me to and I'm

creating my own meal as my thank you to you for everything that you picked up

some inspiration from our hosts around Taiwan and now I'm going to profit

deliciously

so this cocktail was inspired by the millet wine that we had the fermented

Jason with that have originals in the village yeah been planning this since

our very first night on the road Jenna and I went swimming that night and

at the end of the meals it was like all this shrimp shrapnel all these shells

that were curried in the garlic and the lemon grass and the black pepper that

they've been cooked with and Janet actually said to herself she said you

know I should save these and I said yeah bag them up and take them home and I'll

teach you how to make something with them then I thought oh Abdul troupis so

I said to her assistant to her house it was stole it from the freezer and then I

made this shrimp this I added a lot of things but all of the seasoning the

essence of the flavor just came from the ingredients that the shrimp had

originally been cooked with and then it was really fun too

to take me out the shrimp and put it in the middle of the ball on a little mound

of mashed potatoes and use those little fishing lines that I used at the night

market you know and the little kids saw so all at all between the flavors and

the bisque the presentation with the shrimp and the line and stuff and

definitely the dish I was louder so I have to let everybody know we weren't

sure pink you won

what keeping this shrimp it is a little bit of mashed potato

you have been planning this for a while you even got the looks and everything

my pasta question was inspired by three different parts of the trip first of all

there was the beetle nut leaf plate that I learned to make from the Aboriginal

tribe secondly the pasta that I used was gifted to me by the mayor of Cannon and

it's an edamame pasta lastly the mullet roe that I had tasted

in the restaurant at lunch which is just sliced and served with a radish mullet

is you know it's it's a dried fish roe yeah that's what this is and in Italy

they loved to make pasta with so this is venom that leaves from the

means of today yes what I went to visit the Aboriginal tribe and they showed me

how to make this fish soup taking hot rocks and putting it in water and what I

saw the water bubble up and boil and turn my very eyes I'm so blown away and

then you know Janet's been talking about cheese cheese cheese it's all she talks

about in the bag

this is what she scores drive around the band Janet's been telling me how much

she loves that's the one thing that I cannot get info on and so I've created

blue cheese fondue dessert course and it's being heated you can see that the

cheese is still bubbling out hold on one second because I have some things that

this is my bowl do you know the most touching thing about this is yes

delicious and I love the presentation and then the detailing behind all the

dishes you know yeah I know you've been paying attention what really really

means a lot to me is that you really listen to everything that I said about

what highlights

know where I'll take you don't party tonight

really now say Enterprise night we're gonna split your work and you're gonna

have to dance off all these

oh my god I so needed that dance-off because man we've eaten so many calories

I thought you might even absolutely pleasure to have Bob here and to show

you all my favorites around the island

every single challenge I put in front of it all right

you know I'm coming back I like it next time I come back good

challenge accepted

until done

Dr. Crane Scares Falcone | Batman Begins (2005) - Duration: 3:19.

Dr. Crane, thanks for coming.

Not at all. He cut his wrists?

Probably looking for the insanity plea. But if anything should happen...

Of course, better safe than sorry.

Yeah, Dr. Crane, I can't take it anymore. It's all too much.

The walls are closing in. Blah, blah, blah.

A couple of days of this food, it'll be true.

- What do you want? - I wanna know...

...how you're gonna convince me to keep my mouth shut.

About what? You don't know anything.

I know you don't want the cops to take a closer look at the drugs they seized.

And I know about your experiments with the inmates of your nut house.

See, I don't go into business with a guy without finding out his dirty secrets.

And those goons you used.

I own the muscle in this town.

Now, I've been bringing your stuff in for months...

...so whatever he's planning, it's big, and I want in.

Well, I already know what he'll say.

That we should kill you.

Even he can't get me in here. Not in my town.

Would you like to see my mask?

I use it in my experiments.

Now, I'm probably not very frightening to a guy like you.

But these crazies, they can't stand it.

So when did the nut take over the nut house?

They scream and they cry...

...much as you're doing now.

Well, he's not faking. Not that one.

I'll talk to the judge and see if I can get him moved...

...to the secure wing at Arkham. I can't treat him here.

Storm's coming.

The scum is getting jumpy because you stood up to Falcone.

It's a start. Your partner was at the docks with Falcone.

Well, he moonlights as a low-level enforcer.

They were splitting the shipment in two. Only half went to the dealers.

Why? What about the other half?

- Flass knows. - He won't talk.

He'll talk to me.

Commissioner Loeb set up a massive task force to catch you.

- He thinks you're dangerous. - What do you think?

I think you're trying to help.

But I've been wrong before.
