we're going to move beyond and you are going to release yourself from the inner

in order to do this in order to really move beyond you have to be totally done

with this game you have to be 100% sure that you want to move beyond did you

want to release yourself but you really want to set yourself free

to try to keep your body relaxed people reason and make sure you are here with

me in this moment

each and every one of you who will join me can move beyond

but you really have to be done with it and you are otherwise you won't be here

so let's make a jump I want you to jump into this struggle to feel it to really

be present in it because when we deny that we have to struggle when we deny

that is there we cannot move beyond

I want you to really feel really tap into this trouble lower your cards

you're not going to lose yourself in it don't be afraid to cut stuff

so feel into your struggles how does this look like how does this feel what

do you see and what do you remember when did it start it and why kept it going on

these are all the answers you can give because you are the one who stopped it

you are the one who kept on with it and now you're on the one who's going to

stop it so now you discovered your whole struggle you already knew what it was

you already knew that you got really irritated by it but what you didn't knew

that's all the new clarity about it you just received from this moment in time

you step out of this game you step out of this struggle

you just run off the edge of a mountain and you just keep falling the struggle

is on top of the mountain you leave it down you just keep falling from the

mountain and you take all your energies with you all of you every part of you

and nothing is left behind

the inner struggle is not come coming down because this their home this is the

place where they are on top of that mountain the only way for you moves to

get back to the struggle to get back to really play in the game again you have

to climb that mountain you barefoot you have to climb up there you have to deal

with yourself and you really have to get in touch with it yourself

just keep going you just keep falling until you find the ground a place where

you feel comfortable you make it your new home your new place of existing this

is a process who who will be continuing the upcoming days weeks and maybe months

to really release yourself from your whole inner life burdens and start up a

new life the only thing for you to do from now on is to keep your energies out

of the game every time you feel this inner struggle coming up your breathe

back your energies take everything with you and you jump off the mountain again

Actually strange enough but my parents didn't have any dream around me

And even I didn't had any dream as such but I think I was a dreamer

You have to do that in the evening n all ..

When I used to go out of the house , as a kid , I remember , I used to play cricket

I used to leave from home by 5.30 am ,

Not only morning practice , I used to play a match also

And then I used to wash my clothes there and let them dry and again in the evening I used to practice

Woahhh ! He never learnt to be a slave or time or anything

In the trailer I saw , you are having the ice candy and you are showing your tongue .

I still remember , Oh God , there used to be a competition between us

We asked each other to guess what tongue colour would the other person have and which flavor he/she must have had

So tell me , which things you used to wait for outside the school

Which things used to fascinate you as a kid ?

While I used to play cricket , definitely I was crazy for Gola Sharbat ( Flavoured sharbat with Ice candy )

Kaala Khatta (black colored specific flavor which is salty n sweet in taste) costed 50 paise back then

Gola Sharbat – dipping the candy inside

And that coldness or numbness we used to feel atleast for an hour

And it was so funny , one couldn't even speak

Then I loved eating tamarind

Then I also loved chikki a lot

During school days I used to buy chikki on credit

From my place it was a straight road to my school

And there was a shop in the middle .

I used to take 4 chikkis from there

keep in my pocket with those tiny hands

And I used to ask the shopkeeper " Is it Ok if I pay you tomorrow ?"

And he knew I used to pass by regularly so he used to say " Yes that's fine "

The currency note which has no smell of my sweat is not mine

I used to spend only

I was that kind of a poorly rich person in a group of people that

If there are 4 people

who might have Rs.200 in their pockets each but if we ate something on the table

and bill amount was Rs. 37 only ,

And if I had a single Rs. 50 note , I would take it out from my pocket and pay !

I never thought about how I would go home or what would I do tomorrow .

It never bothered me

And you have also driven a Carvan in Swades (Hindi) Film

Actually , Shahrukh drove it and I was just sitting besides him

It was very funny I feel

So during that journey , you know that song of you which is very famous

We were working together almost after 13 years

North Korea, Japan held secret meeting in Vietnam last month, didn't inform U.S.: WP - Duration: 1:55.

Apparently, senior officials from North Korea and Japan met last month in Vietnam... and

didn't tell the United States.

That's what the Washington Post is reporting, and it says the Trump administration was irritated

that it wasn't informed.

Japan wants North Korea to return its citizens that were kidnapped decades ago, which is

what they most likely talked about.

It's being reported that North Korea and Japan held secret talks in Vietnam last month,...

WITHOUT informing the United States.

The Washington Post reports the talks were held in July between the head of Japan's Cabinet

Intelligence and Research Office, Shigeru Kitamura,... and Kim Song-hye, the North's

senior official in charge of reunification.

The report says senior U.S. officials expressed irritation Tokyo did not provide information

about the meeting.

But it added Japanese officials believe they cannot solely rely on the U.S. to solve the

issue of Japanese nationals abducted by the North in the 1970s and 80s.

The issue has been a stumbling block in Pyongyang and Tokyo improving their relations... and

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has continuously called on the U.S. to try and resolve it.

Meanwhile, a Japanese tourist who was detained in North Korea was sent home on Tuesday.

Tomoyuki Sugimoto,... who is said to be a video journalist, arrived in Tokyo on Tuesday

after flying in from China.

He was reportedly detained in early August for filming a military facility in Nampo,...

a city located some 50 kilometers southwest of Pyongyang.

Japan's foreign ministry plans to question him on why and how he was detained, what he

had to go through before being released... and what North Korea's intentions are.

Sources say Sugimoto could have been released after such a short period of time because

his alleged crime was relatively minor.

Heavy rain continues, leaving casualties and damage nationwide - Duration: 1:22.

Yesterday, South Korea got absolutely drenched by heavy downpours across the country.

And the forecast says we're in for more today and on Thursday.

There have already been homes flooded and one person has died.

Yoon Jung-min has this report.

South Korea will see heavy rainfall and cloudy skies until Thursday, with more damage expected

due to flooding.

The Korea Meteorological Administration says more than 150 millimeters of rain is forecast

in Seoul and a maximum of 250 millimeters is forecast for Gyeonggi-do Province.

Southern parts of the country will see around 80 millimeters of rainfall, while Jeju Island

will have some 50 millimeters.

According to the weather agency, the country will see more torrential rain and showers

until Thursday.

The safety ministry said that Tuesday's downpour and the accompanying thunderstorm and strong

winds caused one death and two injuries in Seoul.

More than 760 cases of flooding were reported in Seoul, Daejeon and Gyeonggi-do Province

and 41 households were evacuated nationwide.

Several roads were blocked due to floods, and landslide advisories were issued in the

country's mountainous areas.

Residents are advised to brace for possible damage as more rain is expected this week.

S. Korea's foreign, unification ministers say President Moon should visit North.. - Duration: 0:36.

Mike Pompeo may not be going to Pyongyang, but top South Korean officials think President

Moon Jae-in should go there for his scheduled summit next month with Kim Jong-un.

In a parliamentary hearing Wednesday, Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-hwa said the South Korean

government needs to prepare for and go ahead with the summit so it can contribute to denuclearization.

She said Pompeo's trip was canceled because there haven't been any notable developments

on that front.

And Unification Minister Cho Myung-gyon said it's crucial that President Moon go to Pyongyang...

because his meeting with the North Korean leader could lead to a breakthrough.

Chinese military plane entered S. Korea's air defense zone Wednesday - Duration: 0:44.

A Chinese military plane entered South Korea's air defense identification zone Wednesday

for about four hours, prompting the South Korean military to scramble its own jets.

Seoul's Joint Chiefs of Staff confirmed this afternoon that the Chinese plane entered the

air defense zone at around seven thirty a.m.... from the southeast.

It flew across the Korean Strait,... headed to the peninsula's northeastern side,... and

then repeated the entry and exit.

It finally left the zone at around 11:50.

The South Korean Air Force dispatched fighter jets to warn the plane,... track it and watch

it... until it left.

This is the fifth time this year that a Chinese military plane has entered the nation's air

defense ID zone despite Seoul's strong protests.

U.S. defense chief hints at resuming military exercises with South Korea - Duration: 2:31.

The South Korea-U.S. joint military exercises had been a major source of animosity with

North Korea over the years.

So one of the most substantial outcomes from the Trump-Kim summit in June was the suspension

of these drills, which acted to immediately lower tensions.

But the caveat had always been that if North Korea were ever to renege on its promises

of denuclearization, the drills could be brought back at any time.

It seems the U.S. is now reminding the North that it holds that card.

Our Cha Sang-mi has this report.

U.S. Secretary of Defense James Mattis says,... while no decisions have been made about joint

military exercises with South Korea for next year,... the U.S. military also has no plans

to suspend them.

Speaking during a news conference at the Pentagon on Tuesday,... Mattis said the suspension

of the drills this past summer was a good-faith gesture to North Korea,... but it was not

open-ended.

"We have no plans at this time to suspend any more exercises.

We will work very closely, as I said, with the Secretary of State, and what he needs

done we will certainly do to reinforce that effort.

But at this time there is no discussion about further suspensions."

The comments come at a delicate time for negotiations between Washington and Pyongyang,... after

President Trump scrapped a meeting between top officials from both countries.

At their summit in Singapore in June,...

President Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un agreed in broad terms to work toward

the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.

However,... North Korea has given no indication that it's willing to give up its nuclear weapons

unilaterally,... as the Trump administration has demanded.

Mattis also defended the Trump administration's approach to North Korea during the press conference,

saying the U.S. "knew very clearly" that it was going to be "a long and challenging effort."

The traditional U.S. calendar for major military exercises does not pick up until next spring,...

which gives diplomats and military planners time.

The calendar hits a high point every spring with the Foal Eagle and Max Thunder drills,...

which take months to plan.

South Korea's foreign ministry said on Wednesday, that it understands Mattis' comments as an

extension of Washington's previous agreement with Seoul to suspend the joint-exercises,

and that no new agreement has been made.

Seoul added that it will continue to work closely with the U.S. with unwavering commitment

toward the denuclearization of the Korean peninsula.
