Bryan Caraway's Next Fight: Retirement Plan - Duration: 7:43.
Hey, what's up? Kris Krohn here. -Bryan Caraway. And guys, today we're talking about Bryan Caraway's
next fight. You know what he does in the ring. He's on the up-and-up. But do
you know what he's doing outside of the Ring?
Hey there friend, Kris Krohn here. Many of you know me for the near billion
dollars-worth and real estate investments that i've done. The game that
I play in single-family how I've helped thousands of investors. Make hundreds of
millions of dollars. And today, I've got a chance to introduce you now to my good
friend Bryan Caraway who you know in the UFC world is crushing it. He's on the up
and up, he's on the rise. He has trained world champions and now he's going for
the title himself. So Bryan, dude. So excited to connect with you. -Super pumped
man. Super pumped to be here. -So, I mean obviously dude, UFC. You have got it going
on. But most of the world does not know that you have a second passion.
-Absolutely, man. And that's a real estate man. I love real estate. It's got an
amazing track history and I love just... Yeah, you know, I love numbers and you
know, there's an awesome formula to it and you see success, you see a lot of
great people. You see in yourself killing it. So, I'm attacking that now.
That's the next thing. You know outside a finding that I want to attack and go
after and and become a world champion in real estate. -So, check that out. World
champion in the ring, world champion in real estate outside the ring. You know, I
think every UFC fighters got to have a plan for at some point. You know, I mean
you're going to fight as long and as hard as you can and then probably at the
right moment, it's time to sail into the sunset. Maybe as a coach or something
else. But it's important I think for any pro athlete to have a game plan. So for
you, that's real estate investing. When did that start? -Um, you know, it kind of
happened just by happenstance. You don't have a sponsorship that was just
sponsoring me for some fighting. And United started kind of asking questions
like, "What do you do? What do you would you get into?" And it happened to be real
estate stuff. So, I noticed that a lot of sponsors I hit whether their company was
a t-shirt company or or a supplement company, they all seemed it almost start
with some sort of real estate. So I said, "Man, I got to get into this." And my good
buddy, Ryan Booth. He's killing it and real estate up in Washington State and I
asked him, "Hey man, you know I want to take this. I don't want to just take your
money and put your logo on whatever. I want to learn some stuff. You know, how do
I get into this?" And he helped me you know, buy my first house, do so a couple
flips and kind of taught me some of the ropes and helped me use some of his
tools. And he's the one that really got my feet wet into it and you know, ever
since that, man, it's just spending back of my mind. I've been focused on fighting
and now, you know, I'm getting a higher level success. I said, "Okay, I got
some more time on my hands now. Let's just start taking this money and
moving into some real estate." -So, check it out. I mean obviously, a win a
fight, you get a big check. You get some big winnings and a lot of pro
athletes, they don't really know what to do with that money. You're doing
something really smart. You're actually getting yourself set up for the long
game and the short run. There's a couple of things that Brian and I share in
common. We're both from the lovely state of Washington. -Yeah. -And we both want to
be doctors when we were in college. And then we found 2 totally different
callings. I went the year I went the road of real estate now wanting to get a
little bit into fighting. Brian went fighting, getting into real estate. We're
meeting here in the middle and this is kind of a cool way for us to come and
play together. So, um... You know, obviously, you've got some huge aspirations in the
ring. Let's just talk about that for a second. What is really the end goal
in the ring? Where are you at and where are you really trying to get to? -You know,
obviously, the end goal is to be the world champ man. I want to put a stamp on
that. You know, be solidifying the history books and you know, I want my
name remembered forever. And you know, I'm getting there man. I'm climbing, I've been
consistently in the top 10 for the last 5 years in the world. I was number
3. I suffered a shoulder injury that kind of put me out for 2 years. So, it's
kind of rough for this sport because you... You kind of you know 2 step forward, 1
step back because there's a lot of injuries. Crazy happens in fighting. But
no man, is just keeps moving forward and I'm pumped. And you know, I'm stoked
to be able to start making some money to be able to put that into real estate, you
know? And just parlay that, you know, getting ready for the next chapter in my
life. My dad always told me, you know, "Never jump from one tree branch unless
you have another tree branch to jump to because you go splat if you don't." So...
-I think that's good advice. Well and you've done a great job kicking off a
great real estate portfolio. And at this point where you're out both in your
career and outside of the ring, it's... You're actually getting to see this
thing rise and rise and rise and grow and grow and grow. So, it's... I mean, it's
super exciting times for you. What's it like balancing both of those knowing
that you're going for the world championship and also doing the same
thing in real estate? -You know, it's... It keeps me... Keeps me focused on stuff. You
know, they say, "Idols hands are the devil's
tools." So, it's always great to, you know, be doing something you know.
Obviously, you can't... I can't fight all the time. You know, injuries happen and
you know, for a lot of fighters, they get hurt and they get really depressed
because you can't train. You know, everything they know is training, doing
these things. And they get depressed and you know, that could just end up becoming
the cloud. And it even happen to me before. Now that I have this real estate,
if I have any injuries or I maybe have a great win and I have some
time off or maybe the UFC puts me on the back burner because they're doing some
shuffling on some certain fights. They want me to match up and find a certain
guy but maybe he's injured. -Yeah. -Now, I have all this time to really start
attacking real estate. -Well, so Krohn and Caraway. We are teaming up together to go
into this game of real estate. You know, on my side, I've got a team of 200
experts. We go into the best markets around the country and we're slaying it
with incredible ROIs. You know, on thousands of properties. And we're taking
that to a whole new level as well. I'm super excited because you can be in the
ring and this tag team actually ends up working really well. Bryan, for any of
your fans that are out that are saying, "Man. Bryan, I would love to partner with
you in real estate. Is that now a possibility for them?" -Huge, man. And you
know, thanks to you for giving me all these tools and you know, making that
available. I'm super pumped. That's the thing I think a lot of people in
athletics, they miss. They don't... They don't, you know, parlay their sports and
defining relationships. And I realize, you know, that's the most important thing in
life to you to make more money is building relationships, reaching out to
people who can mentor you. You know? You know, even... I realized even give you a
bunch of your money to someone to gain a little bit of knowledge is greater
than the money that you're giving out. You know? It's money well-spent. You're
investing in yourself and I'm just blessed that through my platform with
MMA, I was able to connect with you and we... You know, we're vibing really well and
I think we're going to do huge things. And for people who want to connect, you know,
hit me up on all my social media platforms. It's just @Briyancaraway at my
Twitter. My Instagram, I have a Facebook fan page. Any of those things. Connect up. You
know, I'll try to answer stuff and if not, this guy right here, he knows all the
answers for sure. So... -You also have a link in the description below. So, if you want
to actually team up with Bryan and myself in the game of real estate and
you want to learn how to win at a world championship level, that's something that
we're doing. We're making real estate easily accessible and available to our
partners. We're helping I'm crushing on deals in the nation's
hottest markets, out-of-state where they're doing 20 plus percent ROIs.
And you know, that's at a fighting weight in the game of real estate kind of like
what you're doing there in the ring. And so these things are coming together in a
really beautiful way. So Bryan, listen. Super excited to play with you. Super
excited for for seeing you get 2 championships.
In real estate and in the ring. And congratulations. Looking forward to
working with you and the tremendous success together. Listen guys, thank
you so much for watching today. If you're not a subscriber, take care of that right

What to Wear Backpacking and Hiking in the Winter || REI - Duration: 2:54.
hi my name's Liv personally I love hiking in the wintertime and it isn't
too fun if you're freezing your buns off the whole time so today we're going to
talk about fine-tuning your layering systems so that you can get the optimal
amount of comfort while you're out on the trail all right so our first layer
we've got our base layer this layer here is generally either going to be merino
wool or synthetic material try to avoid cotton base layers at all costs it's not
going to be able to wick moisture away and insulate as well as either merino
wool or a synthetic layer we'll be able to hear purpose of this is to trap and a
nice thin layer of heat next to you keep your warm as well as wick any excess
moisture away our second layer is going to be your mid layer some folks prefer
just one long big parka as their mid layer to keep them nice and warm
personally I like to break my mid layer into two pieces so I've got a lighter
weight fleece that I'll wear as I'm hiking going down the trail working up a
heat and then once I stopped to take a break or set up camp that's when I'll
throw on my warmer mid layer my down jacket over the fleece jacket and then
lastly we've got your outer layer or your shell the shell usually gets broken
out when you're trying to keep off wind or if the weather happens to turn a
little inclement in some rain or snow hits it's going to help keep you dry and
again keep that brisk breeze off alright now that we've figured out how to stay
warm up top we're gonna talk about some other ways to keep yourself warm out on
the trail in the winter first evaluate your socks try to avoid cotton socks at
all costs we're gonna look for something that's either merino wool like these
ones here or perhaps something synthetic I know it's cold out and you might feel
tempted to put on a nice thick burly pair of socks but if you pair those
really thick socks with your already snug fitting boots you could risk losing
circulation your feet and therefore being cold
so sometimes lighter is better make sure that your socks fit well with your shoes
you've got room to wiggle your toes and if your feet are still cold consider
some toe warmers after that we've got gloves make sure that your hands are
staying warm so you can go with some nice thick gloves or perhaps some
mittens I do prefer mittens because they keep my fingers together and therefore
my hands are staying warmer but under those mittens I like to have at least
some thin like these guys merino wool gloves they're basically the base layers
for my hand and that way I can take a mitten off
take a picture grab a snack from my pack and not run the risk of my fingers
getting cold last but not least protect your noggin make sure that you've got a
beanie that's going to keep your head in your ears warm
perhaps one that's wind proof and I also like to throw on a neck gaiter it's a
nice little kind of circular scarf that wicks well and keeps a little bit of
heat in and that way if I happen to get particularly cold I can pull it up over
my mouth and nose and hit the trail all right this is what I like and what I
prefer if you guys have any other questions want to learn some more check
out our other videos and I'll see you on the trail

MORNING ROUTINE 2019 | Healthy & Productive - Duration: 5:55.
Help me translate this video into YOUR language! Leave [your name] here to credit yourself ( ̄▽ ̄)ノ
Hey guys! What's up?
Welcome to my new morning routine
So I'd usually wake up at around 6 am
and then I'd make my bed absentmindedly
before going to the bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth so I can start the day fresh
Yes, I brush my teeth before breakfast because
many bacteria accumulated in our mouths when we go to sleep
so we gotta wash them before we eat anything
Anyway, the facial wash that I'm using is this Senka perfect whip facial wash
Afterwards, I'd change into my training pants and t-shirt
tie my hair up, and begin with my workout routine
First I'd start with the warm-ups
then I'd do the HIIT workout which I learned from blogilates
you can find the printable sheet in her website which I'll link in the description box below
I'm supposed to do 3 sets of this but I only do 1 set because I still want to do more workouts afterwards
As you can see here, I'm really bad at pushups
But I've actually improved a lot since last year
I used to not be able to do a single push up
but now I can do more than one even though my posture is still poor
Anyway, after doing the HIIT workout
I'd prepare my yoga mat and do 200 crunches to get my stomach fit and strong
Then I'd proceed with some arm workout
The dumbbell I'm using here is 3 kilos each
And finally I'd finish off by doing some sumo squats and pulses
Don't forget to do some cool downs after you finish working out!
As I wait for my body to cool down,
I'd go to the kitchen to eat some breakfast
I'd usually have a bowl of plain oatmeal
Like I said in my previous morning routine
I don't like to put anything in my oatmeal because I have some boring taste buds
and I like eating plain tasteless food like this one
After breakfast, I'd go back to my room
tidy up my yoga mat, and head to the bathroom to take a shower
I don't wash my hair everyday
but on days when I do wash it
I use this Shiseido aqua intensive hair care shampoo and conditioner
I recently got my hair permed, hence why it's not as wild and curly as it used to be
and this shampoo and conditioner is great for permed hair like mine
I've already done my skincare routine in my mom's bathroom
so I'm heading straight to my makeup and haircare routine
My face looks so overexposed here
but the light is not actually that bright in real life, it's just the camera
For my makeup, I'm using Faceshop's dual concealer to cover my undereye circles
because I don't wanna look like a panda
then I use a compact powder, also by Faceshop to mattify my face
As for the eyeshadow, I'm using NYX natural eyeshadow palette
I'd usually tap my brush lightly on the eyeshadow three times before applying it to my lids
I love using eyeshadows even though I can barely see the color since I use it so lightly
Anyway, for my lips, I'm using this peach perfect lipstick by L'oreal
To condition my hair, I'm using this cuticle serum by Ellips
It makes my hair soft and shiny
After that I'd go blowdry and style my hair
Of course I'd style the fringe first
because I won't be able to function properly if my fringe looks messy
Hair done!
For the final touch,
I like to use these 2 bunny hair clips to keep some rebellious strands of hair out of my face
Tada~
You can't forget about the perfume!
The one I'm wearing is this Cabotine Rose perfume,
which smells like roses in the winter~
no just kidding I don't know what this smells like
but it does smell nice and that's all that matters
I also wear my watch which is actually my mom's
but she gave it to me because I didn't have any watch of my own and I begged her for one, so yeah
By the way, my workplace doesn't have any dresscode so I'd always dress like this everytime I go to work
I'd just wear an anime t-shirt, long-sleeved shirt and a pair of jeans
It feels like going to college all over again
No scratch that. I actually looked more stylish when I was in college
Aaanyway, after I'm done getting ready I'd go prepare my lunchbox to bring to work with me
I'd usually just bring rice with some leftover meals which I store in the fridge
I'd just heat it up for a few minutes and they'll be as good as new
I'd normally leave home at around 9:30
so while I wait for the time to past,
I'd sometimes practice my clarinet for a bit
I'm still a complete beginner and I can't play any songs yet
so I'd usually just practice the scale and some fingering
If I'm not feeling like playing the clarinet, I'd just read a book to past the time
So that was my updated morning routine, I hope you guys enjoyed watching it
What do you guys usually do for your morning routine?
Leave your answers in the comments below, I'd really love to read them all!
Anyway, thank you guys for watching, don't forget to leave a like and subscribe
I'll see you guys on my next video! Have a nice day everyone! Bye-bye!

Advice from an Incubator, How to Deter Slack Attack, and Andela Earns Bank | Subscription60 - Duration: 2:36.
Good morning Monday Movers.
Ben here, covering for Abby as she travels across the border to scope out the hardest

In the meantime, I will take on the sixty second challenge.
So, here's your latest delivery of the recurring revenue resources and headlines.
Let's kick off your week.
If you are not already on the list, head to Subscription60.com to enter your email - and
we'll have you covered each day with episodes, extended information, and resource access
straight to your inbox.
In resources Managing Director of Salesforce Incubator
Mike Kreaden stops by the Incubator podcast to shed light on what he looks for when choosing
a company to incubate, and setting yourself apart in a crowded market of technical visions.
Ever feel attacked by how many Slacks you rake in on a given day?
Wired has some solid tips on making this team collaboration platform a productivity booster,
not just a gif sender.
In headlines Apple announces it'll offer iTunes movies
and shows, plus Apple AirPlay 2, to Samsung smart TVs - this is an industry first, which
gets us curious about strategy here amid Apple offsetting slowing iPhone growth.
Zendesk has owned the help desk market for a long time running, but companies like HubSpot,
Salesforce, and now Kustomer have started converging customer relationship management
across help desk, marketing, and sales.
But we wonder, will consolidation prove beneficial to the end user experience?
Andela raises $100 million in Series D funding, valuing the company between six and seven
