Not in this life!

It is not right what you are doing Şafak!

Mom please! Don't do this! Don't!

You said that you were going to come with an important guest

This is your important guest?!

Yes mother! Today she is our guest but...

...tomorrow she is going to be your daughter in law

Then you shouldn't have bothered coming here

-Because I won't... -Enough!

We made our decision...

...and nothing is going to change that

We just wanted to gain your consent

so we can build a happy family altogether

Don't act like this Ms. Leman

You see how she was moved by this...

Stay out of it Alev!

So you made your decision

Of course

Who am I to judge your decision!

You spurned your mother for a woman like this!

Shame on you Şafak!

What are you talking about? We are here aren't we?

Just let us kiss your hand and finish this enmity

For my sake, your son's!

I am a mother!

What mother would approve their son to...

...get married with a widowed woman?

No way!

We hoped to gain your consent!

so nice of you to bring all of them

They are soon to be my family!

We want this to happen nicely

by gaining your consent!

Stop saying that!

I didn't raise to father someone else's child!

You won't get my approval!

Mom! Please don't do this!

For my sake!

Not a chance!

I'm not giving you my blessing

Is it me...

...or them?

Come on honey

Look what you have done! Jülide!

Jülide!

Jülide please!

-Could you please wait a sec? -Şafak please let go my arm

Please...

This won't work without your mother's approval

You are completely right and I know it is not easy

We've been through this already

We are going to marry no matter what happens

We will make it happen!

Şafak...

We need your mother's blessing

I will make her to understand you will see

Just let me do it

Don't cry mommy!

Emirhan...

...sometimes grown ups don't know how to show their love

no one will harm your mother from this moment on!

Because I am here now!

I promise!

Mom!

Mommy!

Jülide?

Don't give up on me please

Stay with me!

I need you to give me power

How are we going to become a family if you walk out on me?

This is you aunt Macide, just arriving at the mansion

Is that so? from where?

8 of the Biggest Lessons We've Learned Building Product Teams || Crema - Duration: 13:13.

Intro Music

Welcome back guys.

My name is George Brooks and I'm one of the founders here at Crema.

We are a digital product agency.

We're working with companies all over the country and world to build product teams.

We design, develop, and help product manage solutions from ideation all the way through to

growth.

Today what we're going to talk about is lessons that we've learned growing product teams here at

Crema and with our clients.

So there are a number of things that we've done accidentally right and some things that we

probably haven't done really well or that we've learned don't work as well.

And so I want you guys to avoid those pitfalls.

And so we're going to give you a few tips and tricks to figure out how to build your product

teams or work with people that are building product teams.

Stay tuned for sure all the way to the end because there is one piece of advice that I wish we would

have known sooner.

And that's one of the biggest reasons that I think a lot of product teams fail.

So stay tuned all the way through.

First off let's just put it in your head now,

You are in the business of people.

You just happen to be building apps.

We try to over, you know, amplify technology in the world that we live in either because we're

just assuming it's going to replace our jobs or we think it's gonna make our life easier and in some

ways some of those things might be true.

But really what we want to be focused in on is technology doesn't happen without people.

And so you really have to be focused on your teams.

So that's why we want to focus in and why we do focus into product teams.

So first off don't get too stuck on the technology.

Think about your people. You're in the business of people.

One of the first things that we're seeing is that across the industry as a whole there's a big

emphasis on diversity.

Diversity can be a lot of different things but for us it really

first and foremost comes down to cross discipline teams. Working with people that are in different

roles under one single unit or one vision of the product that they're working to build.

There is the diversity of cross discipline teams, but there's also the diversity of backgrounds and

perspectives and even cultural diversity as you're building out your product teams.

Avoid having a team that everyone looks the same.

Having males and females and having different color skin on your teams and having different

backgrounds even different ethnicities and languages really add to the value of people

bringing different perspectives into what is gonna make the product great.

Because you might have somebody that says. "That's a really great idea. If everyone is this and

this."

But as soon as you introduce some diversity into the group you start looking at things through a

different angle and can really see things that maybe you wouldn't have been able to see on your

own if anybody looked the same.

Keep teams small and keep sprints small. Companies have grown massively in the last few years.

Startups or especially technology companies are just taking off and they're really starting to

build massive teams.

But the companies that we're seeing be most successful including crema here is when they

create focused teams that stay small.

So for us, most of our teams are no more than three to five people and usually it's more than

five person mark.

That doesn't mean that those all five people are 100 percent dedicated to one project.

You might have them floating between jobs but the reality is that you keep that team small so that

you don't get this large kind of "group think."

Instead you can make decisions, you can move quickly, and you don't have to get this cross buy

in that can that can really weigh down the velocity of your project.

And then keeping sprints small.

So instead of casting a vision for a roadmap for what you want to do over the next six months, a

year, two years, three years, that's fine if you want to project what you think it might be.

Focus more on what you're going to have to do in the next week or two so keep your team small and

keep your sprint small.

Culture.

I think one other factor when you're building your product teams and especially when you start to

have diverse views is that you really have to be careful to make sure that their culture stays

healthy as you create each new team.

You may find that your first team, kind of the founding team or the the champion team inside your

organization is tight knit because you're all bought into the vision.

But as you start to build new teams and each of the many components are focused areas for your

your solution or of your business, it's easy to let that slip and just think, "Well you know, all

I need is to represent the different roles and culture will probably come because everybody's

gonna act like we did."

And it's just not true.

So you have to train people how to really be sure that they work well together. That comes with

diverse backgrounds and perspectives so that innately bring some tension.

So one of the things that we look for and we talk a lot about is a term we call "Humble Confidence."

And so we really suggest that if you're looking to build your teams, look for teams that can stay

confident that they know how to build the best solutions and that they have great ideas, but

they're humble enough to know that they can take input from other people and that the team can get

better over time.

If you have that one person that's not fitting or is causing strain in the team do something about

it quickly.

So that may mean you just have a conversation. They may not even realize they're acting like

that.

So address that concern.

We have had situations and that's one of our lessons learned in the past where we had someone

on the team that wasn't a perfect fit.

It's not that they were not great at their job, they were very intelligent people, but they

weren't a good cultural fit to know how to work well with this diverse team. And what it ended up

doing is ended up dragging the team down and just created this weight, this oppression.

But it wasn't until that person was removed or was recognized as this being a problem and improved

and as soon as that happened it was amazing to see the weight that was lifted off the product team

and how much faster they moved and how much more efficient they became and how much better of a

product they created.

So this is something that maybe it doesn't have to be a rule but just something we found to be

helpful. Maybe consider changing up your teams every once in a while.

I think that over a period of time people get kind of stagnant.

I don't want to say bored, but they can get kind of tunnel visioned into really being comfortable

with the people they're around and the idea that they're working on.

So we don't have a process that's like fixed in place yet, but we have found that when our teams

were forced to change up for some reason whether that was because, you know, somebody left the

organization or a new team member came on or we had a capacity issue so we had to shuffle people

around for the most part, we actually found that there was more gain out of that change than there

was loss.

I think people are really scared that when you're going to change up the team there won't be this

knowledge background of what they've all been doing for the last year and six month or two years

whatever that is and that it's going to take them too much time and costs to get brought up to

speed.

What we actually found is it brought fresh perspective.

You start to see things that maybe you didn't see before because everybody was just kind of on the

same wavelength and things were happening in the same way over and over and over again.

Consider some type of rotation or some type of change out of resources that are working on one

particular problem or if you can bring something somebody new into the kind of mix up the kind of

daily grind of it so that you don't get stuck and not realize that you need to keep innovating you

need to keep keep pivoting or kind of refining the direction that you're going in your product your

solution or on your teams.

And then one of the last things I'll say is look at ways to give your team members and these cross

discipline roles a way to be better at their craft outside of this particular project.

So that may mean sending them to a conference or it might mean giving them time to continue to

train. Or for us at Crema, what we do is we have craft teams and then we have product teams or

project teams. And what that basically means is that on our project team you are working with

people that oftentimes are not the same role as you.

Because again, that diverse team is moving the product forward.

But what you lose is maybe the context of, "How are other people designing with Sketch today or

with Invision or Studio?"

"How are other people writing javascript right now?"

What are best practices in my trade or my craft as we call it.

What we do here at Crema ( and actually I think is something that kind of organically happened,

the teams just started to do it and now we're kind of naming it and seeing the value in doing it

more) is giving our craft teams or the trade teams a space and a time to meet and grow and be better

together.

So for us that looks like we have Dev Chats that happens I think every two weeks. Designer Chats.

You have the product strategists have Strat Chats.

We have Product Management Improvement. (Their name is a little bit longer because product

managers like that long terms for things. That's where product management meetup).

Give space for the people that don't maybe day to day get to spend time together. Give them space

where they can go off and actually meet with other people that do the same thing they do and they can

learn and grow and get better at that craft together.

It's a way to make sure that your product team again doesn't become stagnant in the way that they

do things today.

So I said that I would give you the one kind of biggest lesson learned for us.

All these things that I've shared so far have been things that we've kind of either accidentally fell

into or we did it wrong in some way and so it was we realized that people had been stuck on the same

project for too long and while they were doing good work they just you could tell they were just

feeling a little stale.

So we had to kind of constantly ask like "How can we get them out and help them to do better?"

And I think that kind of leads to the One Point of Failure.

The single single point of failure in any team meaning "Siloed." Anybody that's completely siloed

kills a product team.

This naturally can happen because of personality.

It's just that a person might be a little bit more reserved or introverted I guess is one way to say

it.

And so they pull back away from maybe being collaborative with the rest the team. It's not a

bad thing, but what it leads to is that this person starts making decisions on their own.

They start maybe running in a different direction and they miss alignment with the vision or the

purpose of the project or the solution or the company.

And so I think one of the big things is keep your eyes open.

Do the lean kind of methodology of watching for inefficiencies and look for anyone that might

start to become "siloed."

Someone who's just not getting up from their desk very often or someone who's not engaging in the

meeting.

See what you can do to pull information out of that person, to invite them into the collaboration

of the team. Look for ways to do silent activities.

So whether that's when you do brainstorming instead of having it being a vocal challenge of

who speaks the most and so the loudest voice always wins.

Instead to exercises where you put sticky notes up on the wall, and think about how you can vote.

And so they give him a voice by allowing them to write things down and then everybody votes rather

than "who did the best pitch for an idea vocally."

If you have the budget and the capacity to do this on your teams, think about how you can pair up

programmers. Pair programming has been the thing that's been around for a long time, which is to

say you both sit down and look at the same set of code.

One person writes, one other person kind of like reviews and asks questions about why are they

writing the code that way, and then you switch places.

The final result of the code is a better quality product.

Even though you think, "Well that's going to double up on time", it actually creates more

efficiencies so that people aren't spinning their wheels.

They're not getting stuck and they can move forward faster.

Traditionally it was with programming but there's no reason to say it couldn't actually work with

other roles as well.

Same thing with product management and strategy.

So they oftentimes are going, "Well how are we going to run this next meeting?" Or, "How are we

going to put together this plan or this roadmap for this particular project so we can communicate

it with the stakeholders, so that we can communicate it with our bosses and then that we

can share with the team?"

I think that by nature of having two minds thinking about how that might be done really keeps

people from getting siloed into

"there's only one person has all the knowledge".

And that's what you want to avoid if somebody got hit by a bus, God forbid, on one of your projects,

that not all the knowledge would be lost and left with that one person.

You may not have that luxury.

It may be that your team is so early and so small that you don't have enough bodies to do that.

But I think as quickly as possible looking for those single points of failure, those single

points that if something were to go wrong it would all fall back into that one person and that

bottleneck, remove that. Start getting cross discipline collaboration so that you get a better

result.

That's the number one thing I would say is remove "silos", look for ways that you can collaborate

with other people, and I think you're product teams are definitely going to be better for it.

So these are just a few tips and tricks, a few lessons learned from a company that builds product

teams. We have several product teams here inside of Crema.

We've been doing this for the last 10 years, building product teams, and we're helping our

clients build their own product teams.

And so if you're thinking about building a cross disciplined, small product team that can move fast

and build great solutions,

maybe these are few tips and tricks for you.

BMW iDrive versions (CIC, NBT, Evo, Business, Professional) - Duration: 2:22.

Hey, what's up?

Today we are in BMW and I'm going to share with you some tips so you better know which

navigation system you have in your BMW.

So the thing is that BMW is making all the navigation systems with very similar user

interface.

And each generation of the navigation system is available in two version.

With the small (narrow) screen and with the wide screen.

And to complicate this even more each of this navigation system versions is using different

set of maps.

So if you are looking for maps update for your BMW you'll have a really hard time to

find the correct ones if you don't want to go to your dealership so they do it for you.

But luckily you can check the codename that you navigation database is using.

To do that go to the navigation, the press OPTION, scroll all the way down to the end

of the list.

You have the Navigation Version over here.

And you will see that you have currently installed maps for a certain region like the East and

Central Europe over here, you have the database date,

and you have the name like here we have the MOTION.

Each iDrive generation with its version is using a different codename so the MOTION is

only for the CIC Business navigation.

If you have PREMIUM, you have the CIC professional with the wide screen.

If you have MOVE, you have NBT Business with small screen.

If you have NEXT, you have NBT Professional with the wide screen.

If you have ROUTE, you have EVO Business with the small screen.

And if you have EVO, you have the EVO Professional with the wide screen.

Ofcourse there are new versions of the iDrive system like the MGU which was presented few

months ago.

And we have the old CCC navigation with is using the DVD disk for database storage.

In the description below this video I'll share the full list of the codenames that you can

follow to check which navigation you have in your car.

Give me thumbs up if this is helpful.

And check my other tutorials about BMW and other brands.

See you soon.

What is Cloud Computing? - Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure #2 - Duration: 1:21.

The cloud is on everybody's lips these days.

What exactly does that mean?

Turns out there's a simple clear definition.

The US National Institute of Standards and Technology created it,

although, there is nothing US specific about it.

Here it is, cloud computing as a way of using I.T.

that has these five equally important traits.

First, you get computing resources on-demand and self-service.

All you have to do is use a simple interface and you get the processing power,

storage, and network you need,

with no need for human intervention.

Second, you access these resources over the net from anywhere you want.

Third, the provider of those resources has

a big pool of them and allocates them to customers out of that pool.

That allows the provider to get economies of scale by

buying in bulk and pass the savings on to the customers.

Customers don't have to know or care about

the exact physical location of those resources.

Fourth, the resources are elastic.

If you need more resources you can get more, rapidly.

If you need less, you can scale back.

And last, the customers pay only for what they use or reserve as they go.

If they stop using resources, they stop paying.

That's it. That's the definition of cloud.

Top 10 Dirty Cheap Games (2019 Edition) - Duration: 5:38.

Let's be honest – gaming can be a very expensive hobby.

And if you're on a tight budget, you can many times find yourself in a hard spot, considering

whether to eat or play games.

Life can be much more simple with videos like this!

Here are THE TOP 10 DIRTY CHEAP GAMES (2019 EDITION) The list of great games, which you

can buy without the pain.

Fallout 4 Now with all the drama surrounding Fallout

76, maybe people would finally stop complaining about Fallout 4 and start to appreciate it.

Yeah we know, it might not be the best Fallout, but it's a very solid post-apocalyptic action/RPG

game with a solid amount of mods to be found all over the Internet adding new quests, locations

and skimpy clothing, obviously, which add hours upon hours to your gameplay.

So yeah, if you spend your nights fantasizing about a big nuclear blast destroying all of

the earth, and how your life would look afterwards, just give it a go.

Dark Souls III You might hear you friends saying "Oh dude,

this game is soo tough", I cannot beat this, I cannot beat this!", then you got

too afraid to try it, thinking you don't have the skills to beat it or it would be

pure pain.

In reality though it's not that hard, all you gotta do is PAY ATTENTION and use some

tactics when fighting mobs, it's not Diablo for god's sake!

And when you finally GIT GUD and discover what Dark Souls has to offer, you'll definitely

want to beat the rest of the franchise, and then all the possible soulslike games.

HITMAN - THE COMPLETE FIRST SEASON

Are you a fan of stalking and killing people?

You don't have to say it out loud.

If you haven't played the second season of Hitman yet, it's a perfect time to play

the first one – the gameplay is pretty much the same and right now the game is waaay cheaper.

Plus, if you decide to buy Hitman 2 later, the refreshed versions of last season's

levels will be added to your game for free.

The game offers lots of stealth options and exploration of really really large and varied

levels.

Hollow Knight So many free updates yet still full of bugs.

But seriously, it's one of the best indie games ever created.

From the art style to the mechanics and the world design.

Oh and the soundtrack, don't even get us started on the soundtrack!

And then the game takes a healthy amount of time to be finished -which is always good.

We know, some of the platforming parts can be frustrating sometimes and make you wanna

stab a random person with your controller but c'mon – man up – you can beat this

game – it's hella worth it!

Dishonored 2

Another stealth game on the list.

But if you only want, you can play it as a usual action game, unleash all the hell and

bathe in the blood of your enemies.

But it's only up to you.

If you're a sucker for great level design, you will LOVE this game, with so many ways

to approach the missions and explore the expansive maps.

Plus, one of the latest updates got rid of Denuvo and the game's working better than

ever now.

Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain

Snake is a pretty badass character – you gotta admit it!

And if you haven't tried the latest entry in the Metal Gear franchise – now's your

time!

Meet the iconic characters and get lost in the story which, we got to admit, is pretty

complicated – but if you like that – you'll be satisfied.

The game features large, open areas to explore and is rather focused on stealth but if you

want to approach the enemies in a more open combat -nobody is stopping you from doing

so.

And then, there's Quiet…

For The King For the King – the indie, turn-based strategy

RPG with rouguelike mechanics (with co-op).

The game was in early access for some time but got out with new content, mechanics and

modes and is now more fun than ever before.

If you happen to have some friends, ask them to join in to make the game even more exciting.

And oh boy, it's cheap as dirt right now.

Spintires

The game definitely lives up to the premise – you will see them tires spin in mud so

many times, and your vehicle will get stuck over and over again.

And you will shout, you will curse, you will want to uninstall the game, you will make

promises to never play it again but then you will finally manage to deliver those logs

and it feels SOOO GOOD Mortal Kombat XL

With new Mortal Kombat coming out in April, it's a perfect time for a quick reminder

of all the moves and combos.

There's enough time to practice and when the game drops, you'll be ready to show

your friends how it's done.

Aside of that, it's a perfect game for family events to play with your cousins and uncles

to break their little sculls and ribs.

Good times!

Don't Starve Together

The last game on our list.

And the title pretty much says it all!

Collect stones and sticks and basically try not to starve in a very unfriendly environment.

With Don't Starve Together you can play with your friends, build a shelter together

(which will probably be destroyed in no time, unless you tweak some of the difficulty options)

and collect meat and stuff to cook lovely meals.

The game has so many hidden mechanics, it'll make you spend hours reading wiki and thinking

over new strategies to put into action with your next gameplay.

There you have it!

Our proposition of 10 dirty cheap games!

Of course there's plenty more of them for you to be found, now that you know where to

look!

Happy hunting and see you next time!

Exercise Counts More If It's Hard - Duration: 2:46.

- [Narrator] We all wanna be healthy,

but it seems like every diet

and fitness regimen just boils your life down

to confusing, overly-scientific numbers.

- Heart rate?

Body mass?

I'm a human being, not a spreadsheet.

- [Narrator] Introducing Heartbrake,

the world's first fitness app

that factors your emotional life into your diet.

- Normally my morning jog burns 150 calories,

but today I didn't want to go running so burn 500.

- [Narrator] Heartbrake's emoji select screen

takes your inner turmoil and translates it

into the calories you deserve to have burned.

- I was super bummed

when I found out my childhood friend's girlfriend's dog

might have cancer.

So now, each of these curls counts

for about a Big Mac's worth of calories.

Thanks, Heartbrake!

- [Narrator] Heartbrake also knows

which calories shouldn't count because come on.

- My boss sent me a weird email.

- [Narrator] Just input that info on the app,

and it will calculate what feels like the gentler amount

of calories.

- Whoa, only three calories for a whole bag of Chompsky's.

Sounds good to me.

- 30 minutes of yoga is great for my body and my schedule,

and Heartbrake will double my time workout

whenever I'm holding in a fart.

(breathing)

Which is always.

(farting)

Dammit.

Uh.

- [Narrator] Don't worry.

Doing yoga when you're embarrassed actually quadruples

your time.

- Two hours of yoga in 30 minutes.

(laughing)

I like that.

(farting)

- [Narrator] The app has everything you need

to give us a full picture of your health and lifestyle.

From night owls to early birds, we've got you covered.

Use our voice recognition software

to cajole and wheedle the app down

when it gives you an unsatisfactory calorie total.

- All right.

I know I only did 13 jumping jacks,

but honestly, dealing with Jen and Sara's breakup

is taking up all my emotional bandwidth.

I just started my period,

and my shower's water pressure is suddenly like meh

so frankly, it's amazing I even showed up here at all.

(dinging)

- [Narrator] Life's ups and downs shouldn't count

for nothing so why not download the app

that literally won't open on your phone

from November 1 through February 15.

- Looks like this pie is going to have to go unlogged.

Thanks, Heartbrake.

Mmm.

- [Narrator] From the makers of Screw-It!,

the day planner for flakes and losers.

How Shopify Dropshipping Paid For My $8500 Vacation | Maldives Vlog - Duration: 12:28.

you're doing it wrong

what's poppin people it's your boy the beast of Ecom back with another video

drop nothing but you already know and right now I'm in a beautiful country of

Maldives and I'm gonna show you this fantastic view that I'm looking at right

now in just one second in my last video I mentioned that I was doing some

traveling and if you were interested in me doing a vlog so this is what this

video is gonna be a little bit of a vlog kind of video when nevertheless still

dropping that real knowledge so let me show you this fantastic view that I'm

looking at right now so as you can see you come out here it's a bit of a cloudy

day today however the Maldives is absolutely

beautiful you can see here private infinity pool which is pretty cool and

you can see that this is the the deck and yeah these are all those water villa

over there and yeah it looks like the tides going out there and in there you

can see some well you probably can't there's crazy amount of fish in there

we've seen sharks I've seen stingrays I've seen all sorts of weird and

wonderful things so I paid for this trip exclusively with the money that I make

online that's what I do i make money online via ecommerce Shopify dropshipping

and all of that good stuff if you don't follow my channel then I've

got nothing but value do I check out my last videos or to drop some value in

this video to show you guys how you guys can achieve this as well cuz not so

recently I was working a nine-to-five job now I did of course hate a

nine-to-five job and you know being able to travel to places like this was

nothing for a dream and of course even if I wanted to it would take tons of

months to save up and of course I'd have to ask for time off which of course I

didn't have to do for this so let's head back inside and show you the rest of the

place so heading back in here you can see the view again infinity pool and

other Hut's over there and here this is pretty cool I'll show you the bathroom

there is the bathroom if you don't know you can see here are

these doors which pretty cool hopefully I don't drop my camera but basically you

can take a bath me show you that there you can take a bath while looking out

from the sunset looking at all the fishes sharks etc and all of that jazz

so fantastic now one thing I was saying about the Maldives is you do have to get

one of these water villas I think it is kind of like a bucket list thing if you

do come to the Modi's however there is one massive thing that I absolutely hate

about these waters so when it comes to nighttime but Chris Rock Ward said the

tide comes in which means that it gets very very loud at night and you can

basically hear waves all through the night now the first few nights is pretty

cool it sounds kind of you know exotic or whatever you want to call it but then

after 2 or 3 nights it's like god damn stop with the waves it's gonna keep me

up all night so a little tip if you are gonna get one of these water videos be

prepared for the sound come prepared and of course I think bring earplugs so make

sure you bring earplugs if you are on one of these waters

so time to drop some value on how you guys can achieve this okay cuz this is

ultimately what this video is about I wanna help you guys out there with some

knowledge to help you guys travel exactly how I do

okay so let's order a buggy and let's head down to the beach bar let's take a

walk on the beach and drop some value to have you guys out

can I have a beach buggy for the beach bar is that okay yeah please

okay fantastic thank you much

B Stevie Kong feast of econ piece of econ yeah beasts of B yeah of econ

so if you want to be successful one thing you need to do of course is get

rid of all sorts of negativity in your life and in business now whether it is

you know negative friends or business partners that are no longer share your

vision whatever it may be you just need to get rid of sort of negativity however

with that being said it's always gonna be negativity in your life and on your

path to success if you're flat broke you're gonna have negative people and

make a million you're still gonna get negative people so it doesn't really

matter what you use need to ignore all negativity even to this day I still get

negative comments on my videos and you know I don't even mind them whatsoever I

enjoy reading some of these negative comments some of the comments I've seen

is if you make so much money why are you wearing a cheap Adidas tracksuit these

people will never be successful because they're too worried about other people's

opinions you know once they get money they had to do something with it to

impress other people just because I've made X amount of money I don't have to

wear Gucci in my videos or I don't have to dress a certain way me wearing Gucci

is not going to help my videos it's not going to improve my videos it's

certainly not going to help you guys which is pretty much all I care about

and you know it's certainly me wearing Gucci is certainly not gonna help you

make any more money not here to impress you I'm here to help you so if you're

not worried about other people's opinions okay and don't let them dictate

what you should do with your money okay you know once you get money now one

thing I will say about buying things is it's important to reward yourself when

you are on a path to success it's important to buy yourself something now

I personally I mean you should buy yourself something even if you are a

given person or you want to give something to someone else the case

important that you reward yourself now it has to be a physical thing okay so

I'm not talking about a holiday or you know something like that it has to be a

physical product now you know I personally bought a watch I put it on

them right now and my goal was to set out to make 100k I want to smash through

that I purchased myself a watch now you could do the same it

doesn't have to a watcher care of course it could be

anything else we're gonna give you the reason why you need to do is some why

it's so important to reward yourself when you hit your goals now the reason

why I say purchase these things is because things are not always gonna go

your way you know things are going to go left and these little things that you

purchase whether it be you know it doesn't have to be a watch it could be a

pair of trainers that you've always wanted a new hat that you've all read

wanted a pair of glasses a you know it could be a watch it could be a car it

could be absolutely anything a house but it's important that you purchase it okay

when you hit your goal these things are gonna become a reminder of your success

now every time I look at my watch you know when things are not going right or

when things are not going best the plan I know that I can achieve absolutely

anything I want okay as long as I put in hard work and determination now of

course the trinket is gonna be linked to hitting a goal which is lower wire like

I've mentioned every time I look at my watch I know that I can achieve

absolutely anything and if I was to go flat broke tomorrow and lose absolutely

everything but my watch that would be my determination to get back on my feet

because I've been there I've done it and pretty much got the trophy for it as

well so of course the bigger the goals bigger the achievements the bigger the

rewards they can be and again you can do this once you can do this over and over

again it's entirely up to you but it's important that you reward yourself when

you hit those goals because they go up gonna be your top determination to keep

going when things are starting to go left so don't worry about the opinions

of other people and of course reward yourself when you hit those goals

no no there's a new youtuber popping up every single week okay talking about

drop shipping or they'll be a youtuber talking about general stores are dead or

you have to be doing a one product store now unless things are not going to work

look listen everything works okay absolutely everything works however not

everything will work for you it's your goal to find out what works for you now

I give away strategies you know not just one strategy all sorts of different

strategies because not everything will work for you you know things that work

for me may not work for you and things that work for you may not work for me

and that's very important okay if you want to be successful you have to find

your way and like I said there's many different youtubers on YouTube putting

out content putting out information however if you want to be successful you

need to be able to just focus on two or three different people that you like the

content learning from and follow those guys because if not what happens is you

develop analysis paralysis too much information

follow them way too many people someone's telling you general stores are

dead someone's telling you drop shipping stores are dead someone's telling you

one product stores are the way to go look absolutely everything works okay it

all works damn it is hot as hell shit and if you want to be successful you

don't want to just carbon copy used these two or three different people that

you're gonna be following as guidelines that is what they need to be they need

to be guidelines and support because if you want to be successful you will be

successful in your own right you won't be someone else's carbon copy you will

develop your own style so that is he I hope you got some value from this video
