longer videos for a month so the whole month of December it will just be the

caregiver cheer and we'll be doing other things just not this the same as what we

have been doing for the last forever well since it started basically um it's

the cleanse the cleanse the cleanse that's what I've been told to do so for

all of you this is yeah how it's going to be done for another month but today

is our last day and I just wanted to say thank you to the conscious cleaning for

coming on yesterday because she was super fabulous and we're gonna do some

more stuff with the darkside of long-term services and supports with

that so not that will be different than the caregiver cheer obviously we want to

keep positivity positive and the dark side on the dark side

duality don't need to be together in our videos so I have some really cool news

so today we are gonna do it different we're not going to do our reading by

Neale Donald Walsch and we're also not going to do deep programming because

this is a special day when we first started doing the videos or the blogs

and blogs I covered a bit about how well I'm a caregiver so I'm constantly giving

care and it hasn't always been easy though

any time sweet all the blue cheese delight and connect to those

always trying to help people on they didn't always want to be helped

so I had decided that from now on I wasn't gonna force my help on people so

you have to have walk with me not have me pull you it's too much energy and I'm

an even energy exchange right so something in has been weighing heavily

on my heart as of recently with well somebody I really care about and have

really been trying to help but again you have to want the help in order for me to

be able to help and you know we all have our own ways that we can give care and

some of us just don't always match up in the way that we want to receive that

care and how we're able to give that care so anyway this led me it was just a

reminder you know like recently Nia how far I personally have come to be able to

see the signs and understand but then also on the other hand duality because I

have my cells open to receiving new different better more rayet that we

talked about the sails are open and

we're asking for what we need now right and earthy dose are arriving with gifts

of abundance yes and some with the simplicity or the clarity that I have

been told that you know will lead to answers and knowledge and wisdom and

better discernment that I am going on in the month of December oh yes I'm not

okay my kids will be full of protein I'm not doing extra sorry not gonna happen

but already so I did some research on her gift and I thought you all would

like to understand what they meant because I just was like wow this is

crazy when I started putting it all together you know I'm all into chakra

patreon I do meditations focused on the stuff chakras sound healing to go along

with the snake that never sheds the memoir but so forth

Regulatory Agencies Keep Letting Deadly Food Products On The Market - Duration: 8:40.

Over the last few weeks, we have seen multiple different food recalls here in the United

States.

We've got romaine lettuce, ground turkey, ground beef, cake mixes, whatever it is, we

seem to be going through a massive amount of food recalls for containing Salmonella,

E. coli, and other harmful bacteria and diseases.

Joining me now to talk about some of these recalls is Scott Hardy from topclassactions.com.

Scott, we're in the time of year right now where getting together with lots of people,

eating lots and lots of food, is kind of what's going to be happening for the next month or

so right now.

What an awful time to have so much of our food, the food supply contaminated with things

like Salmonella and E. coli.

Especially we just came off Thanksgiving a week ago.

This, this is really bad for American consumers, isn't it?

Yes, it is.

And it's, it's funny, as I'm sure you've seen on Facebook the running joke of, oh my gosh,

now I can't even eat romaine lettuce, but at least my cake won't give me E. coli, so

I'm just going to have to stick to a pie and sweet treats this Christmas vacation and Hanukkah

rather than risk eating anything that's meat related.

You know, we've, we've had romaine lettuce that's come out.

We had Jenny-O ground turkey that says that could have E. coli And Salmonella.

We had beef that says that it could have E. Coli, Salmonella.

You know, these meat processing facilities are having major issues in trying to, you

know, give us a product that, that we could actually eat safely.

And it is quite scary that we're seeing these recalls at least once a week right now.

And it's nice that the FDA is on top of things and finding these problems and getting it

recalled.

But you have to wonder, especially when we're seeing these massive recalls of hundreds of

thousands of pounds of meat products is how many more out there that haven't been recalled

yet.

And what exactly is causing this contamination?

Why aren't the meat packers and meat processors actually tracking it down so that this holiday

season, we don't have to worry about getting stuck in the bathroom from Salmonella or worse

having to go to the hospital and having major problems because it can land you in the hospital.

Right, and so far I believe one woman out in California has actually died as a result

of this contaminated meat.

And here's the thing, I actually learned this not long before you and I sat down here.

The industry, the meat industry specifically when you're talking about the ground turkey

and the ground beef, they have saved $12 million dollars because this administration that we

have in power today rolled back some of the safety regulations so that companies could

save $12 million.

So they didn't have to test all the food.

They didn't have to properly wash equipment.

So saving $12 million is what has helped to put us in this situation today.

People need to understand one simple fact about the US government and that is, regulations

save lives.

When we cut those regulations, we the people do not benefit one bit from it.

We haven't saved money on our meat since they cut these regulations like they told us it

would.

They haven't created new jobs from cutting these regulations.

The only thing that's changed is that we have deadlier food and corporations.

The meat packing corporations have an additional $12 million in the bank right now.

Right, and it's, as you mentioned, a woman's already died because of this contamination.

And $12 million might go ahead and give a penny or two to a stock price for these corporations

and help the top executives, but they don't help the average consumer who's actually consuming

these products and even if they're following instructions could still get sick.

So it's really disheartening and sad that the Almighty dollar is causing these companies

My gosh, clean your equipment more often and we might not see these kinds of recalls and

Right, and you know, corporations are so happy to save that $12 million, but how much of

a hit are they going to take now that people are afraid to buy ground turkey and rightfully

so.

Afraid to buy ground beef and rightfully so.

I mean afraid to buy romaine lettuce or cake mixes from Duncan Hines, I believe it was

that had them a recalled.

They're going to lose so much more money than they saved just because they wanted to take

the shortcuts and that's what we always see with these corporations.

They want to take whatever shortcut they can because it's going to save them money in the

immediate future, in the immediate future, but over the long run, which corporations

don't even seem to look at anymore, this is going to cost them so much more in both litigation

and lost sales because people have lost faith in their products.

Yeah, and when you're looking at these lawsuits that are being filed, and I know there's another

beef recall which just happened today, don't even have the data in front of me yet, I just

saw it right before we went live and we're seeing more and more of these recalls for

us.

You mentioned everything from the Duncan Hines cake mix from months ago to the romaine lettuce

now to the ground turkey and ground beef when the government should be adding additional

regulations, not cutting them.

These are things that the corporations may say it's going to cause price increases, but

as you stated, the Trump administration has gone ahead and cut back on regulation for

the meat industry.

It may have cost this woman in her life.

It only saved $12 million and for a billion dollar company, $12 million is a drop in the

bucket, but a person's life is worth much more than that.

And frankly for me, I want my family to be safe, so add more regulations to make sure

that the meat and the products that me and my family are consuming is safe.

Double check it, triple check it, make sure that that equipment has to be cleaned, do

what you have to do to keep us safe.

That's what we require and depend on the government to do.

Don't start rolling back these controls which can make us sick.

Right, and a lot of people, you know, they could get Salmonella or they could get E.

coli, they're going to have a very bad couple of days, but they're going to walk away just

fine.

This is not, you know, a massive death sentence or hospital stay for the average person out

there.

But if you take a child, an elderly citizen or anyone with a weakened immune system of

any kind and suddenly you're looking at a life threatening condition because you decided

to have a taco night or because you decided to have burgers.

That shouldn't be a death sentence for anyone in this country and unfortunately I'm afraid

that's where we are today with the lack of proper regulations with these industries.

Yeah, it's sad and I'm hoping that we can see that the administration will stop cutting

these rules which are hurting their constituents.

They're hurting people out there and start leaning on these corporations to take better

care and make sure and enforce it because while they're cutting these regulations, while

they're laying off employees, that should be doing more tests because I know that the

FDA is actually understaffed for enforcement of these regulations.

We need to be taking care of the American people and making sure that what they're eating,

what they're consuming is safe.

4 I mean in theory they could and I've seen this fake rumor going around the

Kevin Feige did a secret deal for Wolverine or what the x-men to appear in

venues for even if that did happen it wouldn't get leaked it really wouldn't

just trust me it wouldn't so what is the secret wars the secret Wars was a

cuz Chris Evans has come out and says you want to get off the train before you

pushed so he's like yeah then they retracted

his tweet saying no I didn't mean I was dying I didn't mean that I would have

said that anyway but we know Chris Evans once I am to you he wants to do

different work he's doing Broadway always doing Broadway during the

infinity war premiere that's why never went to it but Joe Russo says this Chris

you know how I guess Ironman could do this as well obviously

Infiniti goner isn't actually stronger than Stormbreaker even though the

counteracted it I mean now retconning a lot of things they've said because maybe

some people are getting close to the actual plot for Avengers 4 personally I

still think Chris Evans is done in the Marvel Cinematic Universe but like I

said the same with Tony Stark we could have like and Gideon produced like a

hologram version of Iron Man if I'm endeavour to die and there could be a

hologram version of Captain America Captain America could be pushed back to

like Peggy Carter's time I guess you could say so I don't believe this this

is just kind of retcon him because everyone expecting Captain America did

die I don't believe any of the directors because the directors role is to kind of

promote the movie whilst not given anything away about the subsequent

replot so I don't believe that Chris Evans isn't done in the MCU he's done

for now maybe he could return in the next Avengers movie which I don't think

will least be for three to four years because nothing is scheduled but then

again they could drop a random like Secret Wars iners we know we're getting

the Eternals movie which is coming up shortly in a couple of years with

gardens the galaxy vol 3 I mean they also said that the the kind of storyline

with in Garland's galaxy during the reshoot never changes due to James Gunn

Today we are going to discuss: Will my hip become narrow again after the hourglass hip procedures.

In this channel, we will discuss everything you need to know

for you to get the hourglass shape you've always wanted.

The hourglass hip procedure is one of my signature procedures that I have developed to enhance

the aesthetic appearance of women who desire to look more feminine but have narrow hips and a big waist.

By using this surgery, I can widen your hips and make your waist smaller.

Many women who want to undergo this procedure ask me whether their hips will become narrow again

after the surgery.

The answer to this question depends on how well and carefully the fat has been removed,

processed, and grafted into your hips.

In my practice, I make sure that the steps of the procedure have been properly implemented,

so that the risk of getting narrow hips again after the surgery is drastically cut down.

I perform the procedure in three critical steps.

The first step involves liposuction on the fat donor areas to extract the excess fat.

In the second step, I spin the fat in a centrifuge to purify the fat.

And in the last step, I carefully inject the fat in the hips.

When I perform the surgery, you can be rest assured that the risk of your hips becoming narrow

will be considerably decreased.

Despite the fact that the procedure is performed carefully, the risk of your hips becoming narrow again

cannot be entirely ruled out.

Carelessness on your part may make your hips narrow after the surgery.

To enjoy your hourglass figure on a permanent basis, you must maintain a stable weight.

Keep in mind that your body fat is injected into your hips.

Once the fat is injected and vascularized, it will behave in the same way as the fat

What this means is that if you experience significant weight loss after I inject the fat into your hips,

the fat may shrink and liquefy.

Your body will absorb the fat in such a condition.

As a result, your hips may become narrow again.

My advice for all of my hourglass surgery patients is that you must keep your weight stable

after the procedure.

Doing so will help prolong the life of the achieved results.

Also, be careful during the recovery period.

If you end up applying pressure to the hips in the first few weeks following the surgery,

the fat cells will die, which will result in narrow hips once more.

hey PC world fans Adam here to hijack Android confidential from Mike Symon and

tell you that Google's new Knight site isn't that special

let me explain so first off I do want to say the knight site is awesome and under

the writing circumstances it can take great photos the promise of long

exposure computational photography is something that should definitely be

available in phones so I'm not arguing that it shouldn't be there I'm just here

to tell you that it's not that special so the first reason is that it's not new

the idea of long exposure photography has been around a while in smartphones

but the idea of long exposure computational photography which nitesite

is is also not new earlier this year I covered that feature in huawei's p20 pro

and last cam standing and we'll be covering it even further in while ways

mate 20 pro in an upcoming episode of last cam standing but I can already hear

a lot of you saying oh sure it's not the first but it's the best and that brings

me to point two is that it's not always the best in the testing I've done so far

I would say sometimes I prefer the night mode on the huawei phones as opposed to

night side on the pixel phones there are certain circumstances where wall waste

shot retains highlights better and not to mention that the Google photos are

definitely noisier so if you really start to zoom in on some of these photos

they really break down and nitesite shots don't end up looking natural to me

and there's one reason why nitesite photos sometimes don't look like they're

taken at night they go almost look like they were taken a day time which is not

the case I think in some circumstances it goes too far and kind of loses the

context I want a better version of a dark photo not a daylight version of a

dark photo if that makes sense which brings me to my last point which is that

it should really only be used under certain situations I tend to think of it

as a last-ditch effort like there are times where you just wouldn't get a shot

unless you turned to night mode but does that mean you should use it in the

daytime or that you should use it when shooting people or that when you you

should use it when shooting moving objects no because it's not necessarily

gonna be a better photo do you really a

expect yourself to be at a bar with a bunch of friends and say hold on let me

switch to night mode which is a separate mode and takes time to go into and then

also say now hold your pose for about five seconds you know so that we don't

get a blurry photo it's just not realistic maybe we'll get to a point

where it's not a separate mode and it's just a choice that the auto HDR makes

within the normal mode but we're not there yet so it's something like I said

that I think you should just rely on in extreme situations but of course I want

to hear what you think and I will be doing further testing in the next
