Waching daily Apr 28 2017

hi guys welcome back to my channel so

today I'm creating this eye look using

the makeup geek eyeshadows and also some

shadows from the first Carli bybel

palette with BH Cosmetics so first off

I'm going to prep the lid with Mac

select cover up in nw20 and then I'm

just going to blend it in with my Beauty

Blender and then to set it I'm going to

use the Kiko invisible powder and I'm

going to use a lot of powder just to

prevent any fallout so if there is any

fallout it can just be dusted away as I

already have my base on. for a transition

shade I'm using this gorgeous taupe

color from the first Carli bybel palette

and I'm going to use my blank canvas E25

just to blend into the crease and onto

my lower lash line as well

using the shape bitten by makeup geek

and my blank canvas e27 brush I'm

going to create a new crease so I'm just

going to create this by keeping my eye

open all the time and looking down into

a mirror so I can see that I'm putting

it above my natural crease line and I'm

making it a nice little dome shape as

well because I want this to be quite a

rounded shaped

eye look and then I'm going to blend it in

using my brain canvas E32 brush and

I'm just going to blend it in as much as

possible and then using the shade

americano by makeup geek I'm gonna use

this color to intensify the new crease

that I've made and then blend it into

the Bitten shade with my E32 brush

and to cut the crease I'm going to use a

small flat brush and my select cover-up and

I'm going to drag the concealer

downward so that it gives a nice precise

line so take your time with this step so

that you're always keeping the shape and

just keep dragging that concealer down

and blending it in and just using your

brush to sort of pack it on

also so I'm just going to set the

concealer with powder and I'm going to

use the invisible powder by Kiko again

and I'm just going to make sure that

it's not going to move and then I'm

going to go back in and intensify the

crease using the americano shade by

makeup geek

so I'm just bringing all the colors down

on my lower lash line in the same order

so I'm going to use the bitten shade

and then the americano shade and blend

these nicely in together. I'm going

to mix in some of the ingot duraline

into this gold shade from the first

Carli bybel palette and I'm going to

pack this onto my lid. so now it's liner

time and I'm just using the hyper sharp

liner in black by Maybelline as it has a

really thin tip and it'll give a really

nice small sharp line so I'm taking this

very slowly and I'm just mapping

it out

and then I'm going to slowly build the

line as I go along

so I kind of went with the flow here I

didn't really have a major plan for what

I was going to do with the liner so I'm sort of

going back and forth and perfecting the

shape as I go but I actually quite like

how it turned out it's very

sixties that kind of twiggy look so yeah

so I keep going along and making a nice

line and then going back in and

perfecting it

so I'm blending with the corrupt black

shadow by makeup geek and I'm going to

smudge out the outer corner

so for lashes i'm using the Ardell mega

volume wispy lashes because they are

super fluffy and I'm just waiting for

the glue to become tacky and then I'm

just popping them on and then smoking

out my lower lash line and then I'm

going to use the mac upward lash

mascara in black just to mesh my own

lashes with my falsies and that is it

I hope you liked it and if you did

please like share and comments and

please subscribe for more weekly videos

and i will see you next time xx

Binge Eating *Being a Foodaholic* what i think makes me binge on refined carbs - Duration: 8:45.

welcome to fat over 40 my name is miles

and I am a foodaholic

now if you're new to the channel please

subscribe there's a new film every

single Friday and if you like what you

hear then please give us a thumbs up but

more importantly comment down below let

me know if you are a food holiday now

this is all about binge eating let's not

get this confused with like emotional

eating and that's not what I'm going to

cover today it is all about binging I've

had a few binges recently there was this

sort of two-week Christmas binge there

with the Easter Egg beans and then there

was lot Sunday which I'm referring to as

the loaf of bread and butter gate yeah

wife I mean out for a lovely family

lunch I've made wise choices with my

selections of foods with the exception

and treating myself to the scoops of ice

cream for dessert and they in lies the

problem I think here the refined sugars

that were in the ice cream on the way

home we were discussing what we're going

to have to tin with a harness had some

soup well but sooth could have bread

surely and so we popped along to the

Little Shop and I picked up this and

family loaf more like frozen bread

I believe the house I dress up says the

kitchen got the bread knife al Carter

and hopefully are not making you all

feel really hungry because maybe move

your ivory I can't got a big corner of

bread spread lots of butter on it

gobbled it all up and then broke out the

crunchy peanut butter I was having bread

with butter and peanut butter on top and

yet learn the whole I get the whole love

to myself but while student free so she

didn't know any of it I basically just

an fill my belly now I will I will tell

it Gemma who I work with

about break game on Monday and she was

like look Mars is so funny like it's

just a loaf of bread like who would get

over it

I proposed he's right but and that's

just how we give mind works for you

either won't last you you know all of

these sort of things and you build them

up to be bigger than they are and that

is like a loaf of bread but it was like

an example of binging and I think for me

the trigger was the sugars that work in

the ice cream yeah I think that I'm a

food addict I think I am addicted to

sugar so I had the sugar in the ice

cream and it just made me sort of crave

more you know my diet isn't lonely we've

lots of sugar on a regular basis and I

think that that sort of exaggerated

things when what I do have she is

certainly in the last couple of weeks on

YouTube loads of my YouTube friends

reported that you know they've fallen

off the wagon they've had sort of issues

of binge eating and stuff in their faces

and I thought I bought today you know I

would share a sort of my experience now

you know I think I think that I'm

addicted to sugars and just like you

know someone made addicted to drugs or

it's to alcohol

you know you abstain completely and that

keeps you dry it keeps you on the wagon

and I would say I need to treat sugar

very similarly I need to be very very

very careful when I do have sugar

because it triggers for me and that sort

of warm desire to kick out more sugars

but you know open your cup is what in

there what can we so for me cheat days

are no no cheat meals or a no no I know

a lot of you out there will have cheat

meals and cheat days if you're one of

those annoying people who can like pick

up a cigarette smoke a cigarette and

then never touch another cigarette for

months then yeah good on you you

obviously haven't got it

el-tee but for me I am an addict right

so I'm going to try and abstain from

cheat days and from cheat meals as much

as I possibly can right I will be having

ice cream again don't worry about that I

just have to like in my head understand

that I just need to make sure that you

know I don't I don't make it too much my

habit is what I'm sourcing yeah so there

we go something going live with my name

is Mark and I'm definitely a sugar or

solid now have you seen the biggest ever

lot better but I've probably got another

week to ten days with the rehab tube for

a back to full fitness but I have still

been smashing the gym I went today and I

did a muscle workout I'm leaving with

that workout now it's three minutes rest

for 90 seconds and then smash that out

ten times it took me about 45 minutes to

do but it's a lot of fun you might not

The Blacklist - The Courage to Walk Away (Episode Highlight) - Duration: 2:14.

You risked your life

for our family,

and he shot you for it.

[ Agnes fusses] He shot you.

I can never make that right, but I can protect you.

I can keep you safe.

But that would mean that I'd have to take you into custody.

You are safe.

You are loved.

[ Mouths words ] You are wise.

Where'd did you hear those words?

I...I know those words.

Yes, deary, you know them

because I said them to you many times a day

when you were a baby.

That can't be true.

Regular affirmations build a child's self-confidence.

You're proof of that.

It's no surprise you don't remember

with all you've been through.

You and I were very close once.

You know me as Katya.

I was your nanny.

I don't believe you.

Your mother hired me to care for you.

I promised her that I would defend you with my life.

The reason I'm telling you this now is so that

you'll listen to me when I beg you -- walk away.

I gave the authorities enough to put him away forever.

But you and your team

must disavow any knowledge of the task force.

So you served Reddington up on a silver platter to the FBI.

You did that for me.

Not you, Elizabeth.

I've already failed you.

I did it for Agnes.

I can protect my own daughter just fine, thank you.

Like you did today?

What if I was one of Raymond's enemies

that would do anything to get at him?

Please, do what your mother never had the courage to do

until it was too late.

Walk away from Raymond.

Niño en alquiler | Caso Cerrado | Telemundo - Duration: 21:49.

We're back and ready to welcome our next case

with this quote from Lebanese author Khalil Gibran.

"Hell is in an empty heart."

That's where hell is.

Bring out the litigants.

I rented one, tried it out, but it didn't work out.

So the logical thing to do is return it.

It's not that we don't want her, we just can't take her.

She signed, so she has to pay.

Good afternoon and welcome.

Good afternoon.

Andrea, you're suing Jennifer and Jhonny.

Yes, ma'am.

Who are they, why are you suing them,

and what do you demand to resolve this case?

I'll explain.

I'm suing them so I can return the child

I rented from them.

Also, I want them to return the $15,000 I gave them

as a security deposit.

You rented a living child?

Yes, ma'am.

A flesh and blood baby?

Yes.

Their daughter?

Biological, yes.

You rented her like you'd rent a car?

More or less. Like a lease.

Explain all this.

I get that it's confusing.

Nothing confusing about it.

Depraved, maybe. Perverse.

But not confusing.

I'll explain.

I'm Colombian.

My childhood was difficult.

My father was killed by FARC,

and my mother abandoned me when that happened.

I was just four.

From then on, up until the age of 16,

I lived in five different homes.

I was adopted when I turned 14.

My adoptive father was very loving,

but he had other intentions.

Eventually, he rapes me.

I believe I grew up with that bitterness

because if my mother hadn't abandoned me,

I wouldn't have gone through everything that I did.

Foster homes, the rape.

I met someone I've been with for three years now.

Despite us being stable,

I'm still terrified of being a mother,

of having a family.

Because of my past.

He's very loving.

He wants a family, he wants children.

I suggested we rent a girl.

With this option,

we'd have her for a predetermined amount of time.

You look at it as you being a foster parent,

giving it a try.

Was there an option to adopt in this contract?

No, ma'am.

-Do you have the contract? -Yes.

Let's see it.

So what were the terms? Can you explain them?

Of course.

Go ahead.

Return to your podium.

Thanks.

It was a two-year contract.

I paid $450 per month

plus 4% interest.

$10,000 in total.

Plus, a security deposit.

-$15,000. -That you gave them.

Right.

That's what I demand be returned.

But you're trying to break the contract before it expires.

I have my reasons. I'll explain.

I explained that I was getting the child private insurance

for whatever medical needs she'd have in those two years.

She told me not to worry about it

because they had a medical certificate

stating the child was completely healthy.

She is.

I don't believe it.

It's been 17 months, and the baby keeps getting sick.

So she's getting sick very often.

I'll explain.

I took her to the hospital

and she was diagnosed with bronchitis,

which manifested itself as asthma.

I've spent months in the hospital.

This is chronic.

So maternity isn't for you.

It's not for me.

You proved with this child that you're not cut out to be a mom.

No.

Not at all.

So you want to break the contract

with seven months remaining on it.

Right.

You don't want to pay the other seven months.

And you want the $15,000 deposit returned,

after which you'll return the child.

That's right.

That's what you want.

That's what I'm demanding.

In addition to the $450 per month,

I was paying $110 for private insurance.

That was your choice.

The contract didn't call for it.

I understand.

You did that voluntarily for your own reasons.

Okay.

And you two are this child's parents.

Yes.

You decided to rent her out.

Yes.

That's incredible.

How could God give children to people who'd rent them out?

Let me explain.

We're former gang members who've been through a lot.

When I got pregnant, I chose not to have an abortion.

But when we had her, we couldn't raise her

where we were,

given all the shootouts and enemies we had.

Why didn't you think of that before you got pregnant?

It wasn't planned, but like I said, when I got pregnant,

I kept it.

Poor thing.

-I didn't want to abort. -Poor thing.

The thing is, we used that deposit money

to make some important payments.

To the gang, I imagine.

It's a tough situation.

But at the time, that was the best option for our daughter.

Respectfully, I'd like to show you

the kind of life I've lived.

I was shot here.

Come closer so I can see.

Okay.

That's why we did what we did.

I didn't want my daughter to suffer

because of the danger we were in.

What do all those tattoos represent?

My friends and cousins who've died.

Even my mother.

She was killed too?

Yes.

I'm also to blame for her uncle being shot and killed

because they were trying to shoot me.

Those were my reasons.

It was the best thing for my daughter.

So as gang members living awful lives,

you decided to get pregnant,

and instead of having an abortion

so that soul could return to heaven

to then be reborn to good, loving people in a nice home,

you chose to carry that baby to term

because you think abortion is wrong.

People have their priorities all wrong.

They brought a child into a world of danger.

Of shootouts and murders.

They then decide the best thing is to rent out the baby.

What do you two do now?

That was before.

Now, with the money she gave us for the deposit,

my husband and I signed a contract with YouTube.

He's an amazing husband now.

You can't teach an old dog new tricks.

We're not talking to you.

He's completely turned his life around.

He's got a video on YouTube with over 8 million views.

I'm not going to say anything.

You can see it for yourself.

People have nothing better to do than watch YouTube.

We had to buy the equipment, the cameras and all that.

We're on the road, on tour.

We can't take a child.

So you sing and curse in these songs, right?

We're in Texas and Arizona...

No.

Then why is there a parental advisory here?

Because I talk about the life I've lived.

What we've been through.

Mr. Las Vegas.

Put the image onscreen.

This is what people watch on YouTube.

People love him, ma'am.

Okay, if things are going so well, and you're reformed,

and everything's so great,

why don't you take your daughter

and give her the love and affection...?

That's what we want.

In seven months, we'll have our own house.

We'll have someone to watch the baby.

But we've got a contract with YouTube.

So you can't take the child.

You want her to stay with the renter

until you're ready to take the baby.

Until the contract is up.

We can't do anything now.

It's your daughter. I don't want her.

What I don't get is how any of these people aren't in jail.

If it were me, they'd all be there.

The renter, the parents...

All of you ought to be in jail.

One other thing.

He gave her a certificate from the doctor.

She got sick with her.

Kids get sick!

Exactly!

They can be healthy and then get sick just like that.

How can you two have a child?

Who has witnesses?

I have one.

Bring out the plaintiff's witness.

Oh, ma'am.

Shut up!

You shut up!

Stop playing the good mother.

I guess you've never gotten sick 'cause you're so perfect.

These people aren't thinking in terms of

what this contract is about.

This is a child we're talking about

and they're concerned about other things!

What's your name, sir?

Edgar.

And who are you?

Care to explain?

Of course.

I support her unconditionally.

Why? Why do you support nonsense?

I don't see it like that, ma'am.

She made that decision because...

Sir, what do you do?

I'm a businessman.

I was a lawyer in my country.

You don't say?

I adore her and regardless of the consequences,

I supported her, just like she's supported me.

I've seen her grow after everything she's been through,

and I made my choice.

I'm 100% with her, and that's why we made the decision.

Do you feel special because she's pretty

and you, not so much?

No, ma'am. Not at all.

-Momma's boy. -Shut up! What do you know?

Good thing you can't practice law here.

The institutions that gave you a law degree

ought to be ashamed of themselves

because you don't deserve one!

You know this is illegal. You know it!

Have anything else to say?

No, ma'am.

Great.

Bring out the next witness.

Good afternoon. Your name?

Jerry Ramos.

You're here supporting the defendants.

That's right.

Well?

I've known them since I was little.

We all grew up together.

I was in their gang.

Oh, another gang member. Lovely!

Shut up!

Your only friends are gang members.

We can take this outside.

Nobody else would've rented you a kid.

Please shut your mouth.

I gave them the money so they could leave the gang.

They paid back the $9,000,

which was part of the money she'd given them.

See, ma'am? They used my money for that.

Did you think they weren't going to?

That's why they don't...

We used it to change our lives.

We decided to let them leave for that amount of money

so they could have their singing career

and have their daughter in the future.

Why not have her in the future?

Why have her before they should have?

I don't get it.

These gangbangers talk like they're entrepreneurs.

I paid for them to get out of the gang.

This isn't a business!

What?

They would've killed us. He helped us.

This is my baby when she was little.

I cry every night.

Don't talk to me.

Is the baby here?

Yes, ma'am.

Do I have your permission to meet her?

Great.

Let's bring out Angel Leal and Marcela Gomez, social worker.

Plus, Det. Peñate too.

Poor thing.

Hi!

Hi, Alexa. How are you?

Hi, Alexa.

You're so pretty.

What a pretty girl.

Where's Mommy?

Hi, Alexa.

When was the last time you saw her?

She and I used to get along.

We'd talk and she'd send pictures.

Not anymore?

No, because she says she gets sick a lot.

icate...

What certificate?

She was in great health when she was born.

I had a great pregnancy.

I would nurse her, and everything was fine.

All the drugs you did while pregnant.

Drugs?

How can my baby have asthma?

How'd she get bronchitis?

They must be smoking in front of her.

People get sick, ma'am. I get that.

Wow.

I want the best for my baby.

I can tell.

How can this happen?

Outrageous.

This is a form of human trafficking.

That's right.

This is so against the law.

In fact, there's a Convention on the Rights of the Child,

a human rights treaty for children.

You've violated that child's human rights.

How could she grow up with this witch,

who doesn't care about anything?

The contract states she's her responsibility.

The sale of a child under any circumstance

or the use of a child for pornography

or any kind of sexual activity is illegal.

The sale of a child is clearly illegal,

and both the US and Mexico signed this treaty.

Though it hasn't totally been ratified in the US,

the section dealing with the selling of a child

has been ratified.

What's this child's future look like?

She will have to endure a process.

Unfortunately, neither side is stable enough,

neither psychologically nor financially,

to raise a child given the lives they've led

and still lead.

The plaintiff obviously has mental issues.

Sorry, but you're very unstable.

Why, ma'am?

Sorry, but you're not well.

And her husband is worse.

In my opinion.

A guy who was a lawyer in Colombia

who's fine with illegal contracts

and supports his crazy wife unconditionally.

Both sides are completely unfit to raise that child.

Totally.

Everybody be quiet.

Can you believe how ignorant people are?

These people are talking like we're the idiots

and they did the best they could.

We're the stupid ones for not understanding

all the good they did.

Before, they were very, very, very bad,

and now they're less bad.

All at the expense of a child.

They're so stubborn that they come here

to talk about a contract that's illegal.

What do they think I'm going to do?

That's right.

That I'll conspire with their absurd, inhumane mentality?

You're all idiots!

What about the money...?

Imbeciles!

What about the money?

What about the money, she says.

Unbelievable.

Ma'am, they could've put the child up for adoption,

but then they couldn't make money off her,

which is what they wanted.

Perhaps when the contract with her expired

they could find someone else.

It's a business.

They're exploiting the child.

It isn't.

Don't tell me it isn't.

You were just preparing yourselves to be parents.

Abortion is justifiable, people.

To bring a child into this world to be sold, swapped,

prostituted, and mistreated, what kind of life is that?

There's probable cause here to arrest everyone,

and that's what I want.

For everyone to go straight to jail

because they have the nerve to ask why

and say it's unfair!

I'll let you at home respond to yourselves.

Get them all out of here.

It's final. Case closed.

You're all going to jail.

Be kind, be careful, get educated,

give respect to get respect,

and may God help us.

See you next time. Thanks.
