Waching daily Jan 28 2018

What's up guys, it's your boy Parker Smith back at it again with another video today

Just like I promised and the house for a video roll the clip. It's just so big

By the why there will be a 24 overnight challenge in here so stay tuned for that

We're doing to do a 24 overnight challenge and my mom's closet

It sounds weird

But if you check my video out from a while ago called

24 overnight challenge in my closet my mom basically has a huge closet, and that's that's why we're gonna be doing it in there

So here's the closet as you can see your closet is about the size of a room. It's crazy

We're not going to need to make room obviously

But you're gonna have to clean up a little bit

That was some fast clean because my version of cleaning is just pushing things to the side also

Here's some advice if you want to have your own big closet

And you want to like keep your boots standing up put pool noodles

And the boot stay standing up I think this sleeping area should be somewhere right here

Yeah, I'm just gonna like getting out a little plan

The pillow there my blankets here, I got two of them

Just in case it gets cold, and this is pretty much gonna be my bed

I put the pillow under the clothes, so just in case it's a little bit too light, darkness

That food should last me but

until the challenge starts which is a

Couple minutes, let's go and grab our entertainment stuff

Alright guys this show just like overnight challenge in the closet gonna be harder than the last one

We have a Nintendo switch eraser for the white board

and a book

the reason that's gonna be harder is because last time I had like a computer and iPad I

Think a fidget spinner and a lot of other stuff, but this time. I just don't have that stuff

I have like one electronic which

doesn't have YouTube on it

Then I have a whiteboard and a book so this is gonna be a real challenge unlike last time

The overnight challenge has officially begun, so I'm just gonna start to do a couple of things. You know just get myself ready and

Ready!

Drew a picture that says like and subscribe make sure to do so

I'm getting tired so I think I'm gonna to bed

Um whenever I wake up whether it be middle of the night in the morning. I'll see you guys then

Hi guys that was a crazy one just woke up eat my beakfast - [MEME] beakfast

It's pretty good. I

Can't leave in here till 10 a.m.. That's what time I consider like

Morning is over. And I know you're saying 24 overnight 24 hour overnight

Yeah, everyone does that it's not 24 hours, it's an overnight challenge most of them fail and aren't real

It'll be 10 o'clock and 3 - 2 - OPEN DOOR

Happy New Year's

No, but really though all right it was the pop-tarts

Right there

these two untouched

Did a little bit whiteboard stuff - like and subscribe

Nintendo Switch, didn't even touch this book. That's it for the video if you guys enjoyed

leave a like and subscribe if this video can get

15 likes yeah crazy

I will do another one in my closet another small cost and this video gets 20 likes - [CELEBRATION]

I'll do it in it can a house. That's under construction. Anyway with that being said PING-POUNG-PEACE!!!

An Introduction to Roller Coasters - Duration: 6:14.

Roller coasters can be found around the globe,

providing their riders with thrills and memories to enjoy.

Our love of roller coaster stems from our thirst for adrenaline, the desire to travel

at high speeds in an apparently uncontrollable manor.

Once the ride starts, there's no going back.

Your heart begins to race, adrenaline fills your body, and you begin to enjoy the fantastic

experience.

On face value, roller coasters can seem like simple machines designed for a specific purpose.

But taking a closer look, there's much more to these theme park attractions than what

you'd initially think.

Therefore, in this video we'll take an indepth look into the world of roller coasters, and

learn more about their types, styles and ride experiences.

In principal, roller coasters consist of two main components: the track, and the train.

The track remains static during the ride, while the train navigates the track, speeding

through the twists and turns.

As the train flies through the roller coasters layout, it remains stuck to the track.

Each train uses multiple sets of wheels, which surround the tracks rails, to do this.

These wheels can be found below, above, and to the side of the rail, keeping the train

stuck to the track at all times.

For a roller coaster to be classified as a roller coaster, it requires these two simple

track and train components, and must operate under the effect of gravity.

With many rides, the trains are pulled up to a great height, before being released down

a sudden drop.

At this point, the cars in which riders are seated are under the effect of gravity.

This means that even though the trains themselves aren't powered, they gain speed from plummeting

towards the ground.

Once the first drop is over, riders often climb to a great height once again, and therefore

lose speed.

This balancing act of energy is what provides the thrills on many of the world's roller

coasters.

There are, of course, exceptions to this.

Some roller coasters use launches to propel rides to huge speeds, giving the trains enough

energy to navigate the track.

While other roller coasters are powered, through the use motors embedded within the trains,

allowing them to climb hills during the ride.

Once the trains, and riders, have gained significant energy, they are released and undergo a mixture

of twists, turns and inversions.

The track is shaped in specific ways to produce certain sensations on the bodies of riders.

For example, a vertical loop produces force on riders as they navigate the shaped track,

causing them to be pushed into the trains seat.

Other elements, such as the camelback, produce a weightless sensation as the trains climb

over the crest of a large hill.

Different roller coasters utalise a mixture of track shapes to provide unique and tailored

experiences.

By applying this logic, theme parks can design roller coasters for specific target markets.

For example, a roller coaster with sharp turns and sudden drops has been designed for the

thrill seekers, people looking their next big adrenaline rush.

While a ride featuring gradial descents and casual curves has been designed for families

and children, a target audience seeking a more tame attraction.

Often the size and scale of the roller coaster is a telltale sign of its target audience.

Family rides are generally smaller, and slower, than their thrilling counterparts.

Not only can the shape of the track change the ride experience, but so to can the material

used to construct the attraction.

Roller coasters can be built using either wood, steel, or a mixture of the two.

Older roller coasters were often constructed from wood, in which a timber frame was made

to support the ride's track.

However, newer roller coasters often utilise a steel track, allowing for riders to navigate

a mixture of more complicated elements.

Generally, wooden coasters offer a more chaotic and volatile ride experience, while steel

rides often feel more controlled throughout the journey.

Besides the clear distinction between wooden and steel track, different roller coasters

feature track that has been designed from a unique combination of shapes.

Roller coasters are in fact manufactured by a whole range of companies, each of which

utilise their own production methods.

As a result, the producer of the attraction can also drastically affect the ride experience.

During the construction of a new roller coaster, a Theme Park will purchase an attraction from

a specific amusement ride manufacturer.

Each manufacturer can offer a unique selection of rides, fit for the purposes of the park.

Different producers also design their trains in an original way by altering the cars seating

arrangement.

For example, some rides utilise trains which seat riders below the track, like Nemesis

at Alton Towers; while others seat riders above the track, as seen on Maverick, at Cedar

Point.

These differences can be found between amusement ride companies, making it easier to distinguish

a specific type of roller coaster, as well as its manufacturer.

With every roller coaster, no matter the manufacturer, material, or design; safety is top priority.

Amusement park attractions feature highly advanced computer systems, capable of motoring

the entire ride in real time.

On top of this, roller coasters are inspected and tested daily.

These high standards have made roller coasters, and theme parks in general, one of the safest

and most popular forms of recreational activities.

JH: Is it Christmas? SG: Who cares, it's another workday

JH: (Pointing at Suga) Another person who is emotionless

RM: We went on a vacation to Gyeongju on Christmas day

RM: We slept at a resort and I cried

RM: Telling (my parents) that Santa grandpa won't come to Gyeongju

<They share opinions before they go on the stage> SG: You shouldn't be on the front JH: Yes, everyone

<They share opinions before they go on the stage> SG: You should back up a bit RM: Yes, back up a bit and I think we should do something

RM: Something like, make a groove

RM: Because if you just stand there, you will be exposed (to the screen) just like that

RM: Because (the camera) was shooting like this

SG: At least during the main stage, we should back up a bit

JH: So back up in general, at "la la la" part

SG: At "la la la", adjust it from the center

V: Let's do "Bangtan Bangtan BangBangtan" via wifi

SG: Far from there... where is it V: Okay, everyone!

SG: Okay, wifi, wifi JH: Bluetooth, bluetooth!

V: Bluetooth! Bluetooth!

SG: Bangtan Bangtan~ BTS: BangBangtan!

JH: What an advanced era... We can use wifi and bluetooth

V: I'll be back~

<RM checks his costume for the last time>

<The MIC DROP stage begins with their appearance>

RM: Aish...

RM: I should have shown this...

RM: I was only thinking of "bang!" and then I coudn't show this...

<RM is sad because he couldn't untie his necktie> RM: You know this...

RM: I changed it several times thinking "How should I take it off, how should I wear it"

RM: I should have shown up while untie the necktie

RM: I'm sorry, T-shirt

RM: Ah...

RM: I don't know, I did my best

RM: Ah...

SG: Yes this was my first debut on Gayo Daejeon! Wa~~~

J: Wow, Suga debuted, everyone

SG: I almost puked because I ate too much before I went up on the stage

J: It's good news to hear that you eat a lot

RM: I almost died because of the costume change

JH: Ah, you worked hard

J: You looked cool at that timing, "du du dung"

JH: Good job, good job

SG: It's like running the thrust stage back and forth, I'm sensitive right now, I ate too much

RM: It was fun today, I heard that many came to support us

JH: Today's Christmas RM: Yes

JM: Everyone, Merry Christmas!

BTS: Merry Christmas!

JH: Have a happy Christmas day!

SHOULD SUPERHERO MOVIES BE NOMINATED FOR OSCARS? - Duration: 4:43.

So with the Oscar nominations coming out recently there was a lot of talk about Logan getting

nominated for best adapted screenplay and Wonder Woman getting totally shut out of the

awards.

And it brought up a conversation that's been happening for a while, should superhero

movies get nominated for oscars?

And no I'm not talking sound design or visual effects or any of the technical categories,

cuz visual effects at least is generally filled with the big blockbusters.

I mean the higher up awards like actor, director and best picture.

Sure this has happened a few times before, with superhero movies and just big blockbusters,

but in general they're kind of locked out of the higher up awards.

From the Dark Knight to Deadpool to this year with these two, nothing.

And now that the best picture category can have up to 10 slots, people are thinking that

these are just left out because of the fact that they're big superhero movies.

Now I think Logan getting a screenplay nom is a step in the right direction for these

films, cuz that's actually a pretty big category.

And I think it's a sign of things potentially changing a little.

The important thing to keep in mind with these is in my opinion not if it's a prestigious

Oscar movie or a superhero movie but just if it's one of the best films of the year.

It's pretty simple, but the problem is now that that gets very subjective.

So yeah, this is the my opinion part of the video, but I'm gonna talk about Wonder Woman.

Again.

My take on Wonder Woman is that it's a very fun superhero movie, it's got two charismatic

leads, and the thing that sets it apart is that it's a big progressive step for women

in movies, both in front of and behind the camera.

That's great for the industry, but as a movie, it's just pretty good.

Again, you don't have to agree with me, but I don't think it's any better than

Guardians 2 or really most of the MCU movies that come out.

If it wasn't a big cultural moment and we're just looking at it as a movie, I think it's

totally on the level of these.

And if you compare Wonder Woman to movies like The Revenant, or Spotlight, or any number

of movies that are usually at the Oscars, not in terms of genre or anything, simply

in terms of quality, subjectively it's not even close.

So really I think it comes down to, yes, superhero movies should be eligible to get big Oscars,

they just have to be THAT good, and they have to reach a certain level above fun.

It can be really fun, but it should also have something more, it should really have something

to say and have more complicated themes and just be very well made.

Is The Avengers one of my favorite movies of all time, yeah, should it have been nominated

for best picture, I don't think so.

Is it the best made movie of 2012, does it have the deepest characters and layers of

subtext, no.

It's my favorite and it's super fun, but I don't think it's worthy of Best Picture.

And the same would go for Wonder Woman and even Deadpool.

They're very fun, but I don't think they're excellent films on that level.

I think that should be reserved for stuff that is just very well made on almost every

level, and I'd argue something like Logantotally is.

So yeah, including genre films when they deserve it I think is a step in the right direction,

and that appears to be happening with Mad Max Fury Road and even this year with a horror

film like Get Out.

If it's at that Best Picture level of quality, then who cares what genre it's in, recognize

it!

Same goes for actor, and also this is a slight complaint against the Oscars having favorites.

I get this isn't how the Oscars work, but sometimes it feels kind of like they've

already planned to nominate an actor or actress before the film's come out.

I'm sure Meryl Streep and Daniel Day Lewis are wonderful in those movies, I haven't

seen them yet, but I feel it kind of just seems like an obligatory pick.

Hugh Jackman gave us an amazing, layered and career defining performance, and I think it

absolutley would've stacked up to the others in that category.

And that's not even mentioning people like James Mangold and Patrick Stewart.

Some people might say, oh if Logan can't get nominated for best picture, no superhero

movie can.

But I don't think that's the mentality.

I think this is slowly opening up the door for superhero movies, if they are in fact

very well made, to be considered for the bigger prizes.

And then again do the Oscars really matter that much?

There have been so many snubs and mess ups over the years, so if you're starting to

take the Oscars too seriously, just remember that the Boss Baby has more oscar nominations

than the Shining, and Suicide Squad has more Oscar wins than The Shawshank Redemption.

So those were my thoughts on superhero movies and the Oscars.

What did you think of this?

Let me know all of your thoughts down below in the comments.

TOP 5 WINTER BOOTS - RIVER ISLAND, BIANCO, VAGABOND I KAJA-MARIE - Duration: 5:18.

Hi everyone, and welcome back to my YouTube channel!

Today I thought I'd share with you my top five winter boots

These are the boots I've used the absolute most this winter

and these are also the ones that are going to be my go-tos the rest of the winter

And just the ones that have been used the most and

The most practical this winter

It's been winter for real here in Oslo

From Christmas, it's been a lot of snow

and there still is a lot of snow

And it's probably gonna stay a while, and there will probably snow in March-April as well

So, it's important to have good winter boots

So I've picked out five pairs that I'm gonna share with you

Four of them are accutally black

That almost never happens, but I wear a lot of colors on everything else

So that might be the reason that my winter boots is black this year

I really like colors, but

That's what it is this season

So, I think we should start

But before I start, give this video a thumbs up if you like it

And comment below which pair of winter boots is your favorite this season

Let's see

The first pair I want to share with you is these

You have probably seen a lot of these before if you've been watching my videos for a while

But it's these from River Island

Which is black patent I bought them in Stockholm in the beginning of December

They are black patent, with a croco pattern and a golden heel

They are super cool and so comfortable to wear

These are not the best if there is a lot of snow

But if it's like today, with no snow on the streets, then it works

And they are super easy to take on and off, and the ankle is a little bit higher

Which is good, so these are definitely one of my top 5

They work with flared jeans, bootut jeans

Cropped jeans, skirts and almost everything

And then, I guess it's no surprise

That these are in this video

These are my sock boots from Vagabond

Which I've had in my closet since October I think

They are without a doubt my number one this season

I didn't plan that these was to become my most worn

But I think I use them 3-4 times a week

They are super easy to wear and the work with everything

They are pointy, comfortable to walk in and they are so nice around the ankle

And they work so nice with cropped jeans

I've talked about them a thousand times, so I don't know how much to say about them

But I think I need to throw them away after this season

But they are great and the best shoes I have

in my wardrobe this season

Then we have a pair of over the knee boots

Now the sun is shining in, so if it gets a little brighter...

Over the knee boots from

They are from Eurosko, I can't remember the brand

The Edit I think

They are flat

So they are very practical outside now

And they are pretty high, they go above the knee

Which I like, I struggle to find pairs that go over the kne

And not just to the knee

But these go above the knee

And you can tie them in the back here and they fit really well

And they are so comfy

So these

Are also a huge favorite

Really nice with skirts and dresses an so on

That makes it easier to not wear jeans everyday during winter

Also really nice with skinny jeans of course

And they'll keep you a little extra warm

And then we have the only pair that is not black

They don't work that well when it's a lot of snow, but it's these

These silver boots from Bianco, I feel that these are super cool this season

They are slightly higher then the others

So they are not as easy to wear outside now

But as soon as the snow goes, and before the snow came I used them a lot

And they are pointy

And they are a little high on the ankle

You might need a little longer jeans, not cropped with these ones becuse then you'll get a gap

Which is cool when spring arrives, but not when it's cold outside

These are really nice to have in my wardrobe this season

Then to the last pair, which probably isn't shocking

But it's these, because we need to add the practical ones

When you live in Norway you need a pair of practical shoes

Which you can go for a walk in and wear on the days when

it's a lot of snow and it's totally caos

Then these are

perfect! They are from Bianco

I have talked about them before in my videos, so you might have seen them already

They are warm inside and they have a good sole

And super easy to take on and off

So I definitely recommend these

I am, as I've said before, not a practical shoe girl

I almost always use unpractical shoes

But this year I've gotten myself a pair of practical shoes

And that feels good when the weather is what it is

I'll probably wear these a lot more in the weeks ahead

And hopefully some spring shoes will enter my closet soon as well
