What we are going to do

today is to try to set up

a Dovrefjell Backpacker Classic II Shelter

We will see how it is after I have erected it.

It is a stand alone

shelter that doesn't need any trees

to tie it to so I will use this if

I hike above the treeline where a hammock is a hassle.

This is the shelter and

this is the sticks.

The shelter is light

but the sticks are heavy. Didn't cost me an arm,

I bought it at Magasinet

magasinet.no

With freight it was under NOK 500,- but I think it is golden.

We need to find the hole on the side.

There we have gotten

the longest stick

so now there are two small sticks left.

We have to put the small sticks in place.

Hello guys, I'm Sandy from Jakarta

first of all I would like to say thank you to Malaysia Dance Scene

for arranging the time and allowed me to collaborate with Dalila

for me Dalila is a great dancer

she was able to capture every single thing in my mind

for me

this piece means a lot me

because

as we know nowadays there are so many younger generations do something which...

I didn't mean to say what they did are useless

but I would want to say

sometimes

they should re-think what they need to do

sometimes they like to say "they don't have the time", "they don't have the energy",

and then

if i can quote, there are a lot people out there aren't young anymore

for those who are still young

just do it

don't say "you can't do this",

"you don't want to do it",

"you don't have the opportunity"

no, if you say that,

you are not appreciating your youth

if you try to imagine yourself in "our" shoe

in fact I'm referring to myself actually

that I'm old now

but I still want to contribute more,

to create more, and still want to contribute more to the society

I hope I can keep on giving my best to the dance society

and I believe there will be more great students to be found the dance scene in Malaysia

and also some other dance societies, not only in Jakarta

but also those in other countries

and I hope that you keep on doing the good stuff!

and in this piece I am the youth

and so is just a message to all youth that

even though you are slightly different,

even though you are feeling down

always remember that

the older ones, the older generation are there to help you

and even though they are there

they are just there to guide you

and mostly just to remind you do not waste your youth

and waste it on depressing things

do not waste it on negative things

be kind towards each other

love each other

and just spread positivity

I'm very thankful for Malaysia Dance Scene

and to William especially

for giving me this opportunity to work with Sandy

who is all the way from Indonesia

and the minute I saw him

and i knew that we are from different backgrounds

I just have the feeling that we are from different backgrounds

but somehow it was just a simple motive

just a simple purpose of trying to create

something that we were both feel connected to

and despite his age

which I wont disclose right now

cause i know is sensitive

but... he is still going strong

and that's a pure example of how we as youth

should feel

we should always have that hunger

we should always aim for more

always trying to achieve more

if someone like him can be so hungry at his age

we as the youth should be double the hunger

They get their own little clothes! Oh really?

We all get our own clothes. Kids get some too

Once you get to the locker room you're supposed to take off all your clothes

and leave everything in the locker

and bring your soap and shampoo and whatever you need to take a shower with

with you and then you go into the sauna area

where you take a shower

and then you can sit in a number of tubs with hot water

once you're done relaxing you can go out in the common area

and get a snack and meet up with your family and

just relax

some people even take a nap on the floor

so after we ate lunch, my sister in law and I went back to the women's

sauna and we soaked for a little while

and then we got our bodies scrubbed down by

these korean ladies

and they basically take a really scrubby

rough wash cloth which I'm not sure if they used a new one

for me or not

because it looked like it was kinda used

and then they scrub your body so that all of your dead skin sloughs off

and it's kinda gross

and then afterwards they gave us an oil massage

and I think the cost of that was about 50,000 Korean Won per person.

I did feel kind of uncomfortable

but afterwards I felt really clean? I guess?

my sister in law said that she felt that it wasn't

wasn't as good as the body scrubs that she's gotten in LA because

she said that she felt it was kind of rushed here

but it was my first time doing this, so

I don't really have anything to compare it to

If you guys come to Korea, and you have a chance to experience a Korean spa

and you feel comfortable getting naked in front of strangers

I definitely recommend checking out

one of these spas

as you can see, people come here with their whole family

and they'll just spend the day here and

go to the sauna, and play games, and relax

and eat

it was kind of expensive. I think the total cost for

everything for all of us was about 200,000 Korean Won or about $200 USD

and so it was fun to experience this one time but I

don't think that I will come back again on my own.

I'm not really a big sauna or onsen type of person

and my husband felt that the men's area was very dirty so

he wanted to get out of there as soon as he could

but there are other places like this and I'm sure

that there are newer ones that are a little cleaner

and it's a really fun and unique thing to experience if you have a chance to do it in Korea
