PA stops Virginians Right to Carry in PA! - The Legal Brief - Duration: 5:35.

Welcome back to The Legal Brief, the show where we CRUSH the various legal myths and

misinformation surrounding various areas of the gun world.

I'm your host Adam Kraut and today we're talking about how Pennsylvania's Attorney General

may have stepped out of line and barred

Virginians from carrying in PA.

Earlier last week, Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro held a press conference where

he announced that his office had taken a year long review of all the agreements between

Pennsylvania and other states with regards to reciprocity for carrying concealed firearms.

Prior to this review, Pennsylvania recognized 28 other state's licenses as being valid in

Pennsylvania.

The number has been bumped up to 29 but with one staggering loss.

Virginia.

As of May 16, 2018, Virginians will not longer be able to carry a concealed firearm here

in Pennsylvania under their Virginia license.

According to the Attorney General, the only way to do so would be pursuant to a non-resident

Pennsylvania License to Carry Firearms.

The good news is that Pennsylvania law does allow for a Sheriff to issue a non resident

permit to people.

However, that person must have a license or permit issued by their state of residence.

That means people from states like New York and New Jersey are unlikely candidates to

obtain one.

The Attorney General dealt another blow to individuals who are not Pennsylvanians by

declaring that the state will not recognize ANY non resident permit issued by another

state.

So those of you with the ever popular Utah or Florida non-resident permit...you're SOL.

In other words, if you wish to lawfully carry concealed in Pennsylvania, you must have a

permit or license issued by your state of residence AND be over 21 years of age.

And that requires Pennsylvania recognize your state's permit or license.

Currently, Pennsylvania recognizes licenses from the majority of states and will continue

to do so.

That list can be found at the link in the description.

Here, In Pennsylvania, there are two ways in which reciprocity is established.

The first way allows the Attorney General to recognize another state's license as valid

and is predicated on the condition that the other state recognizes Pennsylvania License

to Carry Firearms and that the laws governing firearms in that state are sufficiently similar

to Pennsylvania's.

States like Arkansas, Colorado and Montana are examples of this.

The second is by written agreement.

Previously, Pennsylvania had a written agreement with Virginia.

It would seem, based on the statutory language, that the Attorney General may have exceeded

his authority by nixing that agreement.

The law gives the AG "the power and duty to enter into reciprocity agreements with other

states."

It also authorizes the AG "to negotiate reciprocity agreements and grant recognition of a license

or permit to carry a firearm issued by another state."

However, the statute is silent on the ability of the AG to rescind any agreement.

The law further requires the AG to report to the General Assembly on an annual basis

concerning the agreements that were consummated pursuant to the law.

In other words, it would appear that the General Assembly retained the power to terminate any

agreements based on the reports since the statute did not specifically authorize the

AG to rescind an agreement.

Regardless of the legal argument, Virginians will no longer be able to carry in PA as of

May 16th without a PA non resident LTCF.

This kind of nonsense is exactly why we need national reciprocity.

I urge you all to pick up the phone and call your Senators to demand they pass legislation

that will allow individuals to cross state lines without fear of prosecution for exercising

their right to self defense.

The Attorney General's assault on firearms rights here in Pennsylvania is not the only

problem we as Pennsylvanians face.

The Legislature is currently hearing a number of bills in committee that are potentially

detrimental to our rights.

politicians know that we're not going to accept ANY new gun laws here in PA.

Will China Cause US-EU Breakup? - Duration: 6:29.

On this episode of China Uncensored,

as trade disputes between China and the US continue,

China looks for more friends.

Welcome back to China Uncensored.

I'm Chris Chappell.

As China and the US edge closer to a full-on trade war,

the Chinese Communist Party is looking to turn

America's allies against it.

And at the top of that list is the European Union.

The EU and the US are China's biggest trading partners.

Many Western countries,

like France and Germany,

have complained about the Chinese Communist Party's

unfair trade practices.

For example, stealing technology and manipulating

Chinese currency to keep exports cheap.

But now trade relations are getting worse.

A few weeks ago President Donald Trump

threatened to impose tariffs

on a total of $150 billion dollars worth of Chinese exports.

It's in response to the Chinese regime's unfair industrial subsidies

and the theft of American intellectual property.

According to the Intellectual Property Commission,

theft of intellectual property costs the US economy

$600 billion dollars a year.

And—surprise, surprise—

China is the biggest culprit.

And that's only the direct impact of IP theft.

If you factor in the long-term impact

of lost future revenue from innovation and jobs,

the loss could be as much as $5 trillion a year,

according to one expert.

Of course, the Chinese Communist Party

doesn't think they're doing anything wrong

by stealing intellectual property.

I mean, the Party literally wrote intellectual property theft

into their latest five-year economic plan.

They're just upset that the chickens

are finally coming home to roost.

So they're retaliating by threatening to implement

their own tariffs on US goods.

And now the Party is upping the ante.

They're trying to drive a wedge between the US and Europe.

China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on the European Union

to "stand up together" against American protectionism

"and uphold the rules-based multilateral order."

I'm sorry, but Chinese Communist Party

wants to "uphold the rules-based multilateral order"?

That's coming from the same regime

that's been accused of violating World Trade Organization rules

41 times in the past 17 years.

And that for years forced foreign companies to share

their technology and profits with local Chinese partners

as a condition of doing business.

And that buys up key assets like seaports in smaller nations,

and then uses economic leverage

to interfere with that country's politics.

So I think what the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs

actually meant was,

"Could we all please just uphold the status quo?"

Anyway, last week, Beijing's top trade official,

Fu Ziying, went on a diplomatic charm offensive in Europe.

His goal: to convince long-time US allies

to side with China if there's a trade war with the US.

According to a senior European diplomat

who didn't want to be identified,

the message was that the EU

must "stand together against US protectionism

in favor of free trade."

And another diplomat said that the Chinese official

used "subliminal threats" about bad things

that could happen to foreign companies.

Subliminal threats, huh?

Like how you might want to break down your trade barriers

before Joey over here breaks them for you.

He's gonna increase the size of your trade deficit

if you know what I'm saying.

No wonder those European diplomats

wanted to remain anonymous.

See, this potential trade war with the US

is putting the Chinese Communist Party in a tough spot.

To survive a trade war with the US,

they have to make sure Europe keeps its markets open.

That's according to Yukon Huang,

an expert on China's economy at the Carnegie Endowment for Peace.

But all the attention the Chinese Communist Party

is lavishing on the EU

means that although they talk tough,

Trump's tariff offensive is setting them edge.

China's move "smacks of desperation

because China knows that the EU

is not going to confront its biggest ally"—

which is the United States.

And then, just to drive the point home,

a few days after trade representative

Fu Ziying's European tour wrapped up,

27 out of 28 European Union ambassadors to China

co-signed a report criticizing Xi Jinping's flagship

One Belt One Road Initiative.

One Belt One Road is the trillion dollar infrastructure plan

that builds trade corridors linking China with the rest of the world,

including Europe.

But many denounce the scheme as a way for China

to gain the upper hand in trade and to meddle in other countries.

And EU leaders seem to agree.

The European ambassadors say One Belt One Road

is designed to restrict free trade

and favor Chinese companies.

One German newspaper got hold of the EU ambassadors' signed report.

It supposedly says One Belt One Road

"runs counter to the EU agenda for liberalizing trade

and pushes the balance of power

in favor of subsidized Chinese companies."

Hmmmm.

That makes it a bit harder for the Chinese regime

to claim the high ground of defending free trade.

A senior European diplomat told Reuters the EU

was "not in the business of taking sides" in a trade war,

and that its goal is "to get the multilateral process back on track."

In other words,

get China and the US to work together

and with other countries,

to resolve their dispute through the World Trade Organization.

Ultimately it looks like the EU agrees with the US

that the Chinese regime is not playing by the rules,

but they don't really like how the US is dealing with it.

FINALLY, another LEGO City Hospital set! - Duration: 1:01.

FINALLY.

We're getting another LEGO City Hospital set!

These pictures, albeit small,

were revealed by the Polish LEGO retailer zklockow.

They do a LEGO City Hospital every six years -

I regretfully missed the last,

and the 2006 one is iconic to some.

But it's safe to say this is the best of the three.

They didn't compromise its size and detail

due to an overtly larged helicopter

like they did with the last,

and this one even has a light brick!

Gosh, I wish these photos were bigger.

That new hair piece from the Outdoor Adventures

appears in blonde here,

and there's a new mould for a cast on an arm.

Now, I am a little disappointed how cramped the inside seems to be,

but there's still some cool stuff inside.

Oh, and I'm hoping this set is no more than 80 dollars...

but watch it be 100 bucks.

Ugh.

kpop incidents part 1 [pl/eng] - Duration: 14:57.

Hello guys, welcome back to my yt channel, and today I've got 17 most controversial incidents in kpop!

You gave me so much examples, so I'll do my best to make two episodes about it.

Or even more.

There is so much to talk about, but I dont want to get ya bored, guys.

So let's start!

First incident was because of Wanna One.

Boys had very nasty situation

Because before the broadcast they were playing with camera, and they thought that it was turned off but it wasn't.

They were swearing, complaining, one of them said that he was pooping at morning.

They were cursing a lot and it was really inappropriate .

Unfortunately video is no longer available so I can't show you.

But they treated her wrong, actually they brushed her off.

Didn't give a shit

One of them released his phone number.

And Lin asked Sorento to not coming to their dorm.

When I was searching some videos about them in net

I found a lot of when they are pushed, smashed, squeezed by fans.

We need to know that they are working so hard, cuz they debuted recently.

There is a lot of work ahead of them and that's why they are a bit tired.

Characters of second incident I don't have to introduce

Because I'm talking about band, that debuted recently - Honey Popcorn.

Girls are well known in Japan, because they have got kinda controversial workplace...

Because they are AV actresses.

Yua said, "Currently, I'm promoting as an AV actress in Japan. I'm very serious about that job, too." She continued, "But I want to focus on Honey Popcorn's promotions for now. I understand there are people who find it difficult to support us. I want to think preciously of the ones who do give us support and it'll make me happy if they continue to give us more support."

Fifth incident is about Tiffany from SNSD.

And no, it's not about kicking off Jessica from band.

One day she used Snapchat's filter and emoji on Insta caption

with Japan flag.

It wouldn't be that bad if it wasn't South Korea Independence Day.

Fans was outraged because it's affront for Koreans.

Their history means a lot for them.

And every affront like this one is abusive.

Snapchat post expired, as caption under Instagram post.

But at least Tiffany got it in the neck.

6th issue is about king of kpop - GD.

There is a lot of issues that we can talk about and probably that's what I will do.

But now I'm talking about the way that he released his new album Kwon Jiyong.

It's not typical way to do that, because he released his album at 4GB pen-drive

GD said that it must be something that every fan can use for a long time.

In Korean Charts Sale was excluded

because pendrive is not an CD.

As I said sale was excluded so he didn't win a lot of charts.

Just recently his album is known as an album so sale is included.

At number 7 we've got seven members of Block B.

Because their issue is about their behavior in Thailand.

That was kinda long time ago, in 2012 if I'm right.

But we all remember person because of his bad deeds, not those good.

Let's skip their behavior in there, because interview was called infantile.

Jihoon was clapping by his foot and hands.

What was inappropriate.

But I think that the worst behavior was that

Zico said something wrong about flood victims in Thailand.

He said that they brought money

and they will give it

to victims to save them.

After a question: "How much do you have?"

Zico said 7000 won, in price gives us $ 6

We don't know if it was for real or if it was a joke

But every Block B member burst into laugh, what was incongruous too

and add fuel to the fire.

I'll not talk a lot about 8th issue, because you just need to read about it

But I think that kpoper with lot of years in kpop will know what I'm talking about.

And I'm talking about Seungri's every sex scandal.

There was a lot of them.

Because girls to backbite him all time long, talking about that he is taking them into hotels.

I was talking about it in 2nd or 3rd episode.

But the most popular sex scandal was that he was sleeping in a hotel with Japanese.

After sex, he [exploded] on her, didn't grab her a towel

That's why we call it towel-case of Seungri.

I'm out of words, Seungri is a womenizer and thats all.

9th incident is about blackface by Mamamoo.

Girls was trying to be Bruno Mars!

If only they do that...

Our 10th issue is about dark past of Monsta X members.

I've got something about Kihyun.

Everything started with Twitter post that to backbite him

This guy was outraged, because someone who was smoking, drinking a lot and attacked a girl

Now he is popular, he will earn a lot of money and people listen to his music.

He is so bad, people can't listen to him, cuz they will be bad too!

Someone threaded this guy to remove a post

And this guy, said that he has nothing to loose

and he will be talking like that as long as people will realize that he is bad.

So if we are talking about dark past of band members...

You called this a criminal case

Maybe its kinda right, because

NCT member - Taeyong did internet fraud.

showing a very bad vocabulary

He offended a girl

Which made me laugh even It shouldn't

But he said

"Because of her body i see 13 people, not 10."

Its obvious i think that he was under fire.

He apologized so honestly, fest guilty. I will say it again. That's his past.

12th issue is about Baekhyun from EXO.

Because he was accused that he makes a jokes about depressed people.

After he said: "A lot of people say they're depressed. If I may express my thoughts, I don't know why people get depressed or have insomnia to be honest.

And he added: I'm not criticizing it. I know you can't force yourself to only think good thoughts, but there are good people around you. You have friends, and you have me and the members.

But our today's episode won Jae from DAY6.

He said as a MC from ASC

that you should take your girlfriend to thee mcdonald on first date, no to expensive restaurant

Because if she will leave you, you wouldn't loose money.

14th incident is about wrong accusation

Daesung from BIGBANG was charged with an accident

unfortunately with lethal people.

Daesung called for police and ambulance.

A lot of things in this case was explained but fans for long time wanted him to apologize.

15th issue is about dredging up from Mesozoic.

And I'm talking about drug case with Park Bom.

Because of that

was no longer as a 2NE1 member.

There is an app Beat Evo

Where you can be menager of YG bands

And there still we've got 2NE1 but without Bommie.

Bommie wasn't promoting with 2NE1.

And just recently she added a video, showing herself on the internet.

One before last issue is that kfans started to burn every poster, postcard and pics of Irene from RV

because she said that she rode a book for feminists.

And las issue is that Onew was accused of molesting some girl in club.

He was very drunk, touched her on her leg.

I found an article - where, with who, when and what he was doing

supposedly, some of his drunken friends was trying to embrace him.

Rest of SHINee was as drunk as he was.

I'll not talk about it.

As souls, we make agreements before we incarnate into our physical bodies.

These agreements contain, among many other things, the lessons our higher self chooses

to experience for this particular lifetime.

Through these lessons, our higher self knows that we can return our alignment closer and

closer to from which we are all created, Source/God energy.

Through the duality of this dimension here on earth, our goal is to harmonize and unite

the fractal aspects of our Self back into One.

While up in the higher dimensions of love these lessons may seem extremely beneficial

to our soul, down here on Earth the experience is often painful, enduring, and in some cases

too much to bear.

However, as the saying goes, we are never given more than we can handle.

One of the ways we can shift our perception away from pain is to understand that the rewards

for completing our lessons with honors includes released pain or trauma, but also the bestowing

of gifts for a job well done.

Yes, we do indeed receive graduation gifts or what�s also called cosmic inheritance.

And often times, receiving these gifts will shift your life into a timeline with more

love, joy, and abundance.

These are natural states of being that we have forgotten are our divine birth right.

But, in order to remember this, we must first do the work and learn the lesson well.

Understanding our life lessons and what they are is a key component to the ascension process

because as we begin uniting our fractal soul, we increase our frequency through unity and

peace within.

Our lessons, can present themselves in similar physical realities of others but have completely

different paths of healing.

I will discuss this further in the video below and why doing what has been successful for

others may never get you the same desired results.

It�s important to go within and truly know who you are so that you may complete your

lessons with honors.

Otherwise, you will only end up repeating the lesson over and over until you learn it

fully.

There are no short cuts or skipping levels.

There are certain contracts that can be broken, but your lessons cannot be changed or avoided.

But first and foremost, I want to know...

How is your circadian rhythm? (day and night cycle) Are you alert in the mornings?

What is a morning(?) (swedish chuckle) Because I haven't slept tonight

So this is more late in the day almost.

K: Or maybe this is a dream? Maybe you are sleeping at home and came late to the show.

A: That's true, I didn't think of that

VICTOR: I went to bed at 1 o'clock tonight and I went to your stream first thinking

'I wonder if she is streaming tonight or if she has went to bed in time to come to the radio'

And there you were at 1 o'clock, fully immersed.

'Ok she is not going to go to bed in atleast 2 hours because people were talking and stuff, it's nothing you can just drop'

'She is not going to sleep' And you haven't!

A: Nope. So I was going to sleep

So I stopped streaming around 3-4 o'clock

Which is a little bit earlier than I usually do on saturdays I thought: 'Ok I'm going to sleep 2-3 hours and

be a little more awake than I usual am around this time'

And then I saw that Ninja, who is a very popular Fortnite streamer

He had a special tournament and it was so much fun to watch it

KODJO: Yeah, I saw that he was trending on twitter

ANNIE: That he was training?

KRISTINA & KODJO: No, trending!

A: Ah yes, so he has some... I don't really know what happened, but it's some sort of tournament where

people can compete with him

and if they succeed in killing him in this game, Fortnite

they would get 2500 dollars

K: But, if we take it from the basics. What is twitch?

A: Ok.

That is a very hard question to answer really because

it is hard to explain to people that are not already invested in it...

But I'll try-

K: Then I'll ask this, what is not twitch?

A: I'll try to take it from the beginning

Twitch, I would say, is used primarly for "livestreaming" games.

(JOKINGLY) K: What is "livestreaming"?

A: No, but really that is a good question

So what is livestreaming?

Livestreaming is when you play videos in real-time, online...

in my case I also have a webcam so people can also see me

I have my game, it can be whatever game I'd like, for me it's mostly World Of Warcraft

So I have my game up, so people can see it, then I have my webcam. People can hear and see me

Then I have a chat

Anyone can use it

Read. Participate

You can write in it

And I see it, live, while I'm playing

KODJO: 'Isn't that annoying?' KRISTINA: Multitasking on a high level!

A: Yes imagine YouTube but...

comments comes afterhand on youtube but imagine that you write a comment on youtube and then the person you are watching can answer to what you are writing.

K: But, what I'm thinking of is When I'm in a game

And maybe sometimes my wife calls me in the middle of a game (?)

A: That you can get distracted? K: Yeah

A: But imagine this: you are all the way immersed in your game

K: All the way, ok I'm there

A: And you manage to, for example if it is a shooter game

You manage to kill someone, then your entire chat will go crazy

And that gives you more energy

and it makes you have even more fun

Because I know that if people watch me doing stuff I'll do it much worse than if I would just do it alone

A: Yeah. That can affect it sometimes

V: How was it in the beginning? Because it must have been hard...

I tried streaming and I think it's hard to be entertaining while I'm just...

I have to much ego I think, I just want to play the game

How did you learn to evaluate and manage it all?

A: That has varied a lot, it's something I have learnt with time

I've found what fits me

Because it's different for different people

Some people use comedy and entertainment a lot

And then there are some who focus more on the gameplay

Where you don't get as much chat reading, [etc]...

So it varies, you have to find what suits you best...

KRISTINA: But how big is twitch in sweden?

It feels like it has come here pretty recently

A: Twitch is...

When you think about how few swedes there are in comparison with the rest of the world...

We are actually well represented on twitch

and online in general aswell, I mean

everyone at home that has played online games have most likely meet swedes

When I play(ed) World Of Warcraft I met swedes all the time

and when you think about few we are, it's pretty fascinating

and you can feel the same thing on twitch so it's not a question of how big it is in sweden

I think it's more that "gaming"

Is not that mainstream Not right now atleast

So that is what makes many people not know what it is

That there is so much games being done

Are there other places to stream to when you are playing?

A: There are other platforms, but they are not as big

K: And how did you discover this?

A: Ehm, it was from friends and then..

I played World Of Warcraft before I streamed

And there were some tournaments I wanted to watch that happened to be on twitch.

That's how I discovered part of it

And then I've learnt most of it myself after I started streaming

K: But when did that happen and why?

A: I had just taken a break from my studies

KODJO: Me too! I still have a spot though

A: Yeah me too!

four years later!

So I took a break from my studies, I took a Master's in computers

and did three out of five years

I took my hiatus, didn't really know what to do

I had interests in games and such

and some asked me: 'Why not try streaming?'

I tried it out, thought it was so much fun

it was a hobby, didn't earn anything

VICTOR: How was things in the beginning?

A: How it felt? V: Yeah everything! What did you do, what did you say...

"Ok now I'm starting... Live!"

What happened afterwards?

A: I was really shy

So I remember that sometimes I just stared at myself for ten minutes, thinking

'I don't know about this...'

KRISTINA: How did people find you? How do you get popular?

A: It's complicated

In the beginning it was friends in my groups

So I played World Of Warcraft and we had groups where we raided as it's called in the game

KODJO: And that is what for those that don't know?

ANNIE: To raid is when you go together with a group of friends and

I'm trying to use common words but it's hard

KODJO: Isn't it that there is a place, a so called "instance", right?

A: Right

So you are like five, ten, 20, 15 people... I don't really know the limit

You go together and try to defeat this boss or place together like a group

A: Exactly

K: And not have a Leroy Jenkins with you

A: No, preferably not!

You know your stuff!

K: So that was what you used to do and record it

A: Exactly, so because I was streaming, people knew about it and that is how I got my first (regular) viewers you could say

And that way I entered the World Of Warcraft community

Started to get aquinted with other, bigger streamers

which also helped me with "hosts", which is when you send your viewers to other streamers

Things like that would make my name...

be mentioned

So people started to wonder, who is this?

What does she do? Is she good at this or what?

So that's how it started

And now later it has just slowly and steady grown...

V: What happened when you started getting viewers that weren't friends?

What happened then? Did you feel more pressured to talk more or...

How did it progress from there?

A: I feel like, even if my community grew

I felt like it was still like a bunch of friends in a way

So we still had a "close-knit" community

People cared about each other

I had zero-tolerance with "bad" chat

I wanted to have people that are positive, kind to each other

What I wanted to see, what made me the happiest was to see people find friends and do fun stuff

I mean, one of the most special things I've seen is

two member of the community that got to know each other, about 4 years ago, who are now engaged

KRISTINA: What! Amazing!

So they met thanks to my community. Those are the kinds of things I feel are extra special!

VICTOR: It really is!

KRISTINA: This may be a stupid question but can you compare this community to the subscription system youtube has?

That you commit that everytime you start the twitch (stream)

A: Exactly

On twitch it's called "following", so people that follow you

You follow the person and then you can see when the person goes live etc

However there is also a subscription section aswell

And...

People can subscribe by paying 5 dollars per month

And with that you get some extra perks

KRISTRINA: Like what?

A: I think the most popular perk most subscribe for

is emotes, or emojis

Each channel has their own personal emojis. So I can create my own emojis

I have for example a theme of a drawn little red-haired girl...

That is supposed to represent me

So I have a "Hello" emote which is a picture of me waving, people that join the channel can use that to say hi

I also have a "rage" emote

If I get angry at the game or something people can use that, but yeah, many different emotes

And you can use these in my channel and every other channel on twitch

KODJO: When did you make the transition from having this as something fun to do into something you now live off, because that is what you do now isn't it?

A: Yeah I do

I think I started to earn money

After about half a year, when I had become more popular

I had gotten many connections with other bigger streamers and basically became friends with them

That made people want to support me

And then I decided to allow people to donate, which is something I didn't do in the beginning...

I didn't want to stream to earn money Because it felt wrong...

But when people wanted to support me in that way

I decided to try it out and see how it goes

In the beginning it was mostly small change

To buy random things, fixing a better setup

Better microphone...

Better computer and things like that

Then after about one and a half year

That was when I could say that I could live off of this

K: Yeah you came in on a helicopter so I'd said you are doing well(!)

K: You don't only stream games do you?

A: No, you can stream other things aswell

I usually stream games but if I for example go to an event

Like dreamhack, which is an event in sweden...

If I go to an event like that I could stream "IRL"

A: 'As you usually call it' K: And what does that mean?

A: And that is almost like vlogging, but live

You have the camera in front of you and show what you do

You can eat food

Meet people and just say hi

Whatever you like

V: That is pretty new though right? Because in the beginning twitch was all about games only

A: Yeah, I think "IRL" came out maybe just a few years ago

It didn't exist before

KRISTINA: Do you always use english?

A: Yes I do

KRISTINA: That came natural to you I guess

A: Yeah it did. It works for me because

I grew up in sweden, however, since I was 10 years old I went to an english school

So I'm very used to speaking english

I have many friends that didn't even know swedish when I grew up

So english is very easy for me

KRISTINA: I understand. You said that you where up all night

Which I understand is a habit

But do you decide

Ok, these are my working hours, I'm going to sit down and get started?

A: No not really...

With time it has slowly but steady gotten later and later in the day

In the beginning I streamed to two past midnight

'Oh this is very late'

And then it became three past midnight, four, five

I don't even know what the latest time I've done is

I've done 24 hour streams also

KRISTINA: Oh my god!

KODJO: But when do you have off time, or when do you work?

A: If we talk about schedules

I say to people that I stream six days a week

And I start around seven and eight pm

And I have no "end-time" but I stream for as long as I want to or can manage to

And that could be 3 am or sometimes 6 in the morning

K: When do you have holiday then? Do you ever go:

'Hey guys I'm going to Bali for 6 weeks see you all!'

A: I mean I can take a holiday whenever I want to but..

I don't want to!

It's...

First and foremost I think it is so much fun! So much that I don't want to go on holiday

I mean I travel a lot

Because there are a lot of events I want to visit

for example I'm going to the USA, next week...

No next month!

And I'm going to be there for one month...

No... For a week

K: Are you alright?!

A: It's startin to show that I haven't slept right?

A: Ok. So I'm leaving in a month and staying for a week

K: What are you doing there for a week?

A: So it's an event, gaming convention, called "Dreamhack Austin" in Texas

A: So I'm going to be there and meet other streamers, fans, people...

VICTOR: But when did you get affiliated, I mean it's a affiliation type of thing with twitch right?

It is not everyone that streams that get access to those kinds of events, is it?

Or I mean get invited to them

A: So this event is open to everyone

However as a streamer you can get invited to stream there

So that benefit exist

But anyone can enter the convention itself

V: But when did you reach that kind of famedom to get twitch clothes...

I mean you are essentially twitch now, you can be using twitch or you can BE twitch

Almost like how PewDiePie is Youtube

You can be on youtube but you can also be a youtuber

A: Benefits and such?

V: Yeah, just generally when did you become...

When did you notice that now twitch actually want to see more of me?

A: That was probably... So I became twitch partner...

I started streaming the summer of 2014 and became partner in december

VICTOR: Fast you were! KRISTINA: That went quickly!

A: It went pretty quick actually

Yes it went well for me, thankfully

It was so much fun, exciting and new for me aswell

Because I didn't really know what it meant to become a partner

I remember that I wasn't even prepared to have my own emojis for example

Many of todays streamers that manage to become partners already have emotes prepared

'I'm going to use this emote!'

But for me it was more like

'I have emojis now what should I do?

Which emojis do we want to use?'

It was very much new to me

So I became partner back then and...

For every event I went to I felt how I was more and more important

And with important I mean that I received...

I got to stream on-site and didn't have to struggle as much

Before that I had tried to stream at different events but it was always hard to get a spot there

But it became easier to get a spot

A: Easier to get access to stuff... V: 'You got a name tag on the table'

Most are probably between 18-25 I would say

It's hard to talk about statistics really but I would guess that age

But I've seen people that are younger than that and even older

Then when it comes to countries...

Sweden and USA are the two countries that are the most represented

K: How many people usually watch a stream?

A: So...

K: Or how many follow?

A: I have 129 thousand followers on twitch right now

KODJO: Holy shitcakes!

A: On twitch that is.

I don't have as large numbers but...

Around 20 thousand followers on twitter

KRISTINA: That is not a little

A: Oh it is? K: Yes it is!

V: How many usually watch per run?

A: That's hard to say because...

On youtube you can see how many have clicked on a video...

On twitch it's a bit different because there you can see how many are watching right now

V: Right

A: So it's how many live viewers you have that is the really the real measure for viewers

For live viewers I usually have around 300 to 1000 viewers

So it matters depending on what I'm doing, what game I'm playing, etc

V: Because when I did my research on streaming, I checked stuff like what exists, what people do...

What I noted, something that I thought was specific for you that made me wanna talk to you and see who you were and such

Your community was so different from everyone else's

First it had a good mood

Which is something you don't often see

And secondly you had...

You were drinking a little and it was cozy...

You knew peoples names, recognised people

Maybe many others do that aswell but still

It felt much more friendly, I've seen some places where people are in the chat and completely ignore the stream you know

It didn't feel the same way...

It had another kind of feeling

A: Yes I would say that ever since I started streaming I've focused the most on "community"

And with "community" comes knowing names, getting to know people

Many of them I've actually met at different events

Many have also met each other

So it hangs around friendship...

And sometimes even more than that

One case especially that I have from 3-4 years ago

A boy and a girl that met through my community

And they are now engaged

KODJO: Really? Have you told them to give you their first-born or something?

A: I will be the godmother!

KRISTINA: We have received huge amounts of questions and I just have to take one of them

Do you have a quick guide on how to stream yourself as a hobby gamer? It's lagging and the stream looks bad

A: It can be because of wrong settings

It could be your internet

It could be different factors

I would first check on your upload

First make sure you have atleast 10Mbit/s in upload

Because it's very important to have good internet because else it doesn't work

Secondly I would say that you can look at quick guides on youtube

That show how to setup your settings to make it work on your computer

And after that you'll have to feel your way around

It's something I also had to do in the beginning, change settings back and forth to find what fits best.

So it can be hard but first I would check your internet, make sure you have enough upload

KODJO: Emil has gotten in touch

A: So... We have memes on our channel

Or jokes for people that don't know what memes are

K: Or what a joke is(!)

A: Each day is my birthday

A: Yes, it has come to that

KRISTINA: How did that... Where does it come from?

A: Ok, so about 3 years ago...

This has been a thing for a long time now

So if it was true I would probably be a thousand years old now

I had a mod in my channel that could change my title while I was streaming

And he used to change it into:

'It's my birtday today'

'Say happy birthday to me!'

And there I was playing

And suddenly someone donates

'OMG. Happy birthday! I hope you can buy yourself a nice birthday gift with this'

What! No it's not my birthday!

What made you think it's my birthday today?

'But it says so in your title?'

So that's how it started... People donated money...

I felt bad about it...

People thought it was funny that I felt bad about it

KODJO: You bought stuff with the money...

A: But yeah, now it has just gotten out of hand somehow

That happens, but...

It happens in general everywhere on the internet, not only twitch

what you can do as a streamer or just as someone on the internet

Is to ignore and ban

I would say

You shouldn't listen when people say bad things

And just focus on what is good, the positive stuff

K: Don't feed the trolls

A: Exactly

K: But how does your free time look? Do you have any? Do you go to the cinema?

Can you go out and eat dinner with friends?

Do you sit in the park somedays and just sun bathe?

A: I usually don't go out that much.

I can if I want to

But...

I like to stream

I like to play games

So I feel happy with what I do

And the fact that I travel a lot makes me, most of the time, feel tired and...

I don't want to be outside that much

That's how I feel

A: Right now i would say that Ninja is the biggest...

When I take into consideration how mature and hard he works I think that

He is the one I've looked up to the most

Was just about to walk out the door but just realized I forgot to

charge my Fat Shark battery so we're getting that charged up right now and

we'll be on our way, going to a different buddy's house.

Has got about five acres in his backyard. Excited to go do that and I'm going to see how far I want to

test out the range on the transmitter and drone and see how far it can fly

before I lose signal. And other things I'll be working on too, but...

we'll see how it goes.

Good time, a lot of wind. The little drone was struggling at times but if I kept it

close to the house I was able to get some flights and didn't really work on

much today besides just having fun and flying.

I need to get a little bit more disciplined and start practicing, and get some repetition down.

But every time I get out there, I just... It's too much fun just flying around.

Plus nobody wants to practice!

I had some good flights under the trampoline, some good crashes

But all in all, a pretty good day!
