Waching daily Apr 25 2018

So we already know that the employees over at DICE have been teasing Battlefield 2018's

trailer quite heavily over the last few days, therefore we can assume that the trailer is

most likely around the corner.

Unfortunately we don't have a specific date so we always run the risk of seeing the trailer

completely unprepared.

DICE has a history of releasing some of the most epic trailers for the Battlefield franchise.

They always know how to pick the perfect song for probably some of the best cinematography

I've ever seen, especially when it comes to a game trailer.

Battlefield 1 was no exception.

Now there are a ton of reasons why you should be excited for the trailer, the fact that

we still don't exactly know what to expect is one of the biggest reasons.

Right now we've seen rumors that the next Battlefield game will be set in WWII but unfortunately

we haven't received a single piece of concrete evidence stating that this is true, so when

DICE does eventually reveal Battlefield 2018, it could be anything.

Right now the most requested settings are WWII, the Cold War and modern warfare.

So when the trailer is released, it could be any of those settings or maybe even something

else no one expected.

So no matter who you are or what setting you're looking forward to, this is a great reason

to be excited because you never know what DICE may reveal.

It could be exactly what you've been looking for.

Despite the setting, I still believe Battlefield 2018 will be an awesome game.

Especially if they take players feedback and implement numerous features we've been wanting

since Battlefield 4.

The trailer should also give us hints to map locations, vehicles available, certain weapons

a player can use and the factions we'll most likely see for the upcoming title.

Even though it might be a very select few, it will be enough for players to come up with

their own conclusions.

On top of that if players pay attention to the guns being used, we could potentially

see whether DICE will be implementing weapon attachments.

This is probably one of the most requested features players have been asking for since

the release of Battlefield 1.

Being able to customize your weapon to the point where it feels personal is one of the

biggest reasons why past Battlefield games did so well.

It adds progression to a weapon because now you have to use it in order to unlock attachments

for that select weapon.

The biggest problem with weapon variants is the lack of customization and personalization.

Chances are there's going to be a good number of players using that exact same gun because

nothing can be changed on it.

Whereas if you were allowed to customize your load out, not every weapon will make use of

the same attachments, increasing the diversity of the game.

That's a lot to take from just a single glimpse of a weapon in a trailer but at the

same time it might be very difficult to tell.

Finally we know Andrew Wilson has stated that Battlefield 2018 is visually stunning and

deeply immersive.

Thanks to the frostbite engine, the developers over at DICE have always managed to create

breath-taking games.

Battlefield 1 is almost 2 years old, so considering that the developers have had almost 2 years

since Battlefield 1 was released, there's bound to be an increase in quality, visual

fidelity, animations, etc, etc.

All these things that can make a game feel more realistic because it's closer to real

life.

The reason why you should be excited for this is because the first time we'll be seeing

this increase in quality will be Battlefield 2018's trailer.

So from there we can get a rough estimate on how beautiful the game truly is.

Anyway let me know in the comments below if you're excited for Battlefield 2018's

trailer.

Is there any additional reasons you feel are good enough to be excited for?

Let me know but for now I hope you enjoyed this video, smash that like button if you

did and hopefully I'll see you in the next one.

Why Did Desiigner FALL OFF? (On Then Gone) - Duration: 9:19.

Hey guys, CDTVProductions here, and welcome to another episode of On then Gone, where

we look at rappers that have fallen off.

Today we will be looking at Desiigner, talking about his rise, his fall, answering why this

happened and in the end asking if he can make a comeback.

Now people say it is debatable that Desiigner has fallen off, but I personally think he

has, and I'm gonna explain why in this video.

So, this is CDTVProductions, you can follow me on Instagram under that name, and today

we will be looking at the rise and the fall of Desiigner.

The Come Up:

I think Desiigner's rise could be referred to as meteoric.

We all know what he came up from, it was of course the song Panda, released on December

15th, 2015.

This song was obviously gonna be a hit, it was so understandable.

It had thought provoking lyrics.

And was made by a guy who has no problem staying still and looking normal.

A deadly recipe for a banger right there.

And obviously it worked, as the song went 5 times platinum and was sampled by Kanye

West on The Life Of Pablo.

It also of course landed him a spot on Kanye's GOOD Music label, so things were looking insanely

promising for Desiigner.

He basically managed to blow up off of a single song.

So obviously, just a couple months later, he announced his album would be titled Life

Of Desiigner, clearly planning to drop it during his peak.

But we'll talk about that later.

His accolades increased further when in June 2016, Desiigner was revealed as one of the

ten XXL Freshmen of that year, and to this date has the most viewed 2016 Freshman freestyle,

sitting at 12 million views.

In the same month he made the Freshman list, he released his mixtape titled New English,

which had a good enough commercial performance, but didn't receive much in the way of critical

acclaim.

He would then have another successful single release in July of 2016 with Tiimmy Turner.

Whilst this wasn't the phenomenon that Panda was, it still peaked at number 34 on the Billboard

charts and has went platinum.

So in the span of less than a year, Desiigner has achieved 2 platinum singles, joined a

major label and worked with Kanye.

Surprisingly even with all this in his favour, the decline would start pretty fast after

that.

The Fall Down:

2016 was a great year for the twitchy man, but 2017 held nowhere near the same success.

For almost 7 months after Tiimmy Turner, Desiigner released nothing.

Then in February of 2017, he would come out with song named Outlet, but clearly the considerable

hype surrounding his name had cooled off, because this song did not hit the Billboard

100.

And this would be a theme for Desiigner, because every single other track he dropped in 2017,

those being Holy Ghost, Thank God I Got It, Up and Liife didn't even chart anywhere.

Not in the US, UK, Australia, France, Canada, basically nowhere.

Hell, I didn't even know he dropped songs called Thank God I Got It and Up, and I slightly

enjoy Desiigner's music to an extent.

The biggest thing he did in 2017 was feature on a song called Mic Drop Remix, which to

his credit did go gold, but as for solo success, there really wasn't much to be seen for

Desiigner in this year.

So, I know what you're thinking.

What about 2018?

Well so far this year, Desiigner is pretty much nowhere to be found.

He has not dropped a solo song this year so far, and his only notable feature was on the

Diplo song Suicidal, where ironically the phrase "I Fall Off" was mentioned numerous

times.

Desiigner has went from being played on radio stations worldwide, to basically being a non

factor.

I don't know about you guys, but I'd call that a fall off.

What Happened?:

So why did this happen?

I think one of the main reasons is that Desiigner didn't really capitalise on his success

fast enough.

You remember the album I mentioned earlier, Life Of Desiigner, which was announced in

June 2016?

It still has not dropped.

If he managed to drop that a few months after making the Freshman cover, it could've been

huge, as Desiigner's name was still quite hot at that point.

Now to his credit, he did drop the New English mixtape in July, a month after the Freshman

list, but I think dropping that mixtape instead of a full fledged album didn't help.

Because New English honestly wasn't that great, and I was kinda excited for it.

But it mostly just sounded unfinished, there was nothing as catchy as Panda on there, and

some of them were basically just snippets of songs.

Now obviously, albums take time to make, and maybe Desiigner is a perfectionist, so this

fall off isn't necessarily his fault.

Perhaps he just blew up too fast and wasn't able to get an album that he was happy with

ready in time to drop it at his peak.

It seems like Desiigner had all the necessary tools to succeed business wise, but as of

now, he just hasn't utilised those tools.

So I guess the last question we have to answer is, will he ever make a comeback?

The Comeback?:

Now here's where things start looking decent for Desiigner, because honestly, I feel like

he does have a chance for a comeback, he just needs to handle it correctly.

One wrong move at this point, and people might completely lose interest in him.

If he drops his album, that shit better be close to flawless, because it's dropping

almost 2 years after it's announced date.

Now Desiigner has stated that he will be dropping 2 albums in 2018, those most likely being

Life Of Desiigner and New English 2, so there is the possibility of his comeback happening

this year.

So who knows, maybe his album contains a song that will be as big as Panda, maybe it's

disappointing, maybe it's incredible.

I personally think Desiigner has decent odds

of making a comeback, we just need to wait and see

where

he goes from here.

DEFEND EUROPE: magyarok a francia végeken - Duration: 6:44.

On 21th of April, appr. 100 young patriots from all across Europe gathered at the borders between France and Italy

to defend what their governments did not want to. After we packed all the stuff onto the cars the full "borders"

we went to the Col de l'Échelle in straight convoy to build the fence, what the Italian and French governments were unable to do.

We wanted to prove, if a group of young people can act if they can, then it is a must for their governments.

[Kárpátia - Határvadász / Kárpátia: "Border Guards"

After we brought the every stuff on our back to close the borders symbolicly to the pass through kilometers of uphill,

we had to hurry because we didn't have that much time until the arrival of the helicopters.

It was challenging to build the fence in the 1-2 meter deep snow, but when the helicopters arrived, the border has been built in the pass Échelle.

Then we heard the roar of rotors...

This is our second day, and it seems we will have some company in the mountains.

Because the antifa called No Tav organized a gathering, so it seems they want climb the pass to prevent the border control.

So come with us and let's see what happens.

After the long night-watches, we brought back the whole equipment, as the first part of the mission was a 100% success.

Of course the Sunday was more exciting than packing, as the Hope not Hate and the No Tav blocked the road between France and Italy,

and on another pass, they brought appr. 100 illegals to France!

The mission was a complete success. The French authorities announced they will increase border security

thankful to our action,

and the people who live there were very glad.

Just imagine, that a car stopped near to us, and a man in green jacket got out, and started to look for something in his backpack.

We thought he is antifa and he will grab a gas-spray or smthg like this

Then he wanted to gave us a bottle of wine because he was very grateful.

These are kind of feelings which can not be described.

You are there, drove 15-16 hours, you don't really sleep, you are up in the mountains in the cold...

This is an inner call you have to stand your ground in the pass,

furthermore for us Hungarians, it's a kind of ethnocultural continuity to be on the "ends"

and when just a simple recognition comes like a local French come to you to say thank you,

this can be really touching and these things keep you on the path and helps you to never stop.

And as on the walls of Vienna or at the walls of Buda, if the European youth is together,

we can bring through our case.

However for only for 1-2 days, but we could experience what does it mean to serve on the borders.

Now I would like to say thank you to the Hungarian Border Guards, that every day they are defending us.

And I wish them further strength as they really do a tough job!

The action itself as every Defend Europe mission is delivered from public sources.

If you are able to and if you would like to, you can help the French GI to get their borders more secured on the link below.

But what I would really like, is if all member of our generation would get active because Europe will not save itself!

Only we are the ones who are able to defend it as you could see on the last weekend! Sziasztok!

Top 5 Wednesday - Favorite Fandom Items [CC] - Duration: 10:20.

[eerie synth music plays]

Greetings from the upside-down!

Hello everybody, it's Anna. Welcome back to my booktube channel! And it is Top 5

Wednesday! "Da da da daaaa!" Yeah, there's... there's no dance that

goes with that, but there is a Goodreads group, which will be linked down below if

you are new to Top 5 Wednesday and you would like to learn more about that.

So this week's topic is our favorite fandom items. These did not need to be related

to books in any way, and if we know nothing from the internet... if we know

nothing else from the internet we know that the monetization of fandoms is both

a blessing and a curse: a blessing in that it allows us to make all this great

stuff for things that we love, and a curse in that sometimes it just becomes

this really weird, depressing, money-making machine that I feel weird

about participating in... but gosh, I love it so much sometimes! So without further

ado, my top 5-- but really more because I'm cheating!-- favorite fandom items. So first

off is this Incredible Hulk mug. I got this as a housewarming gift from one of

my best friends in college. He gave it to me when I moved into my own place when

we lived across the street from each other and spent a lot of time hanging

out at each other's apartments playing video games. I have a soft spot in my

heart for the Incredible Hulk. My camp name when I was a kid and went to summer

camp was Incredible Hulk because though I am but little, I am fierce-- especially

as far as dodgeball is concerned. I have my morning tea out of this mug almost

every day. I think of him [my friend] when I do it, and it just makes me really happy because

it's functional and also something that I really like. Okay, next up, I want to

show some enamel pins because I have been collecting pins since I was quite

literally four years old. Enamel pins have since skyrocketed in popularity,

especially with the advent of things like Instagram and Kickstarter and

things that just make like small, tiny, shiny objects so available. I love them

so much! So I'm going to go ahead and list off some of my favorite enamel pins,

hopefully along with the artist link down below,

so that you can find them and their work is credited. Okay, so this first pin is from

Emily Cheeseman's armory collection. Try and get you to see this lute... and it is

made from her armory collection, which is basically a bunch of different classes

from D&D and things like that. The next one is this pin of Wendy from Don't

Starve. My siblings and I all have these. I got them from the Klei Entertainment

store. And it is based off of a survival crafting video games that we have

collectively logged many hours playing.

The next pin is of this little sleeping chibi Ysera that I got from an artist

called Tsepish. I am a supporter of hers over on patreon, and this was the pin

that she made exclusively for patrons that actually convinced me to join her

patreon group. And Ysera's from world of warcraft. Another world of warcraft

pin, this time from [artist] Frenone, is the Sylvanas queen pin. This is another thing

that she made specifically for her patrons, but both she and Tsepish have

online stores that are available to you, whether or not you support them on

patreon, so I will link those. And then last is this little pixel Black Panther

pin that I got at Emerald City Comicon. This was a con exclusive, as you can see

in the back here: Emerald City comic-con exclusive. That's the only thing that was a con

exclusive that I allowed myself to get, otherwise you get to trapped in the

contest of what's exclusive, what's not, blah blah blah... and I don't really like

that. That's something that I don't really care for when it comes to

collecting. But they were super nice about it; everyone was really civil to

each other; there was no like fighting over who got what. Okay, next up we are

going to go through some Funkos. I'm actually going to limit myself to the

most recent little figurine type things that I've purchased since I have a lot

and I will be making a video about my Funko collection later on. So we'll start

off with these little domez guys. So these are not made by Funko. They're

made by a different company, but they're basically like these little figurines.

I have three of them from "over the garden wall." I have a Wirt, a Greg, and another

Greg. Funny story about these: so when I was actually opening them in the store,

[muttering that my camera needs to focus]

a lot of times the stores will have one on display, and

then they have a policy that if you open up the product in their store but you

like the display one better, you can trade it out, which is really nice, you

know, because these are like mystery collectibles: you don't know which one

you're gonna get in the box. So I opened three Gregs in a row! They had like a

deal where you would buy three and one of those would be free.

I opened three Gregs in a row; there were two more unopened in the box, so the guy

was like, okay, like whatever, do what you want, open up the others ...

and they *all* turned out to be Gregs! I opened five Gregs in a row!

So I kept two of them, and then I held on to this little Wirt, who was the display, but

I just thought that that was funny and something that if you were a collector

I'm sure you can relate to. And then the others are so new I haven't even gotten

them out of the box. And these are the Winnie the Pooh Dorbz. These are actually

Funkos. Watch while I adjust... there's the Pooh one, the Piglet-- there

you go-- and the Tigger. There currently is an Eeyore out-- I have him ordered and

almost ready to be delivered, but that will complete the set of those. And the

Winnie the Pooh characters are some of my favorite characters from Disney and

like animation generally. I'm a huge fan of animation. So I was really really

excited that I'm able to get the complete... whoo, it's

raining outside randomly, it's raining! But I was really excited I was able to

get the complete set of all of those. Next up we're gonna do a few fandom

shirts. I had to limit myself to five on these since about half of my t-shirts

are fandom related, and then the other half are from various bands and/or

coffee shops that I like. So first off is this shirt which is from the "All-hail"

"welcome to night Vale" tour. It has the glow cloud raining down the corpse of a

dead bird. And I got that when I went to see them here in Seattle. Next up is my

Steven Universe shirt, which was a Christmas gift from Sean a couple years

back. I'm wearing it very thin, but it's one of my favorite shirts to wear every

day, and also at conventions is kind of a low-key cosplay. Next is the "You Died!"

shirt from Cuphead, which has a little Cuphead and Mugman souls floating up to

the sky. That is a run and gun style video game, and it's really freaking hard, so I

thought that the "You Died!" shirt was going to be just perfect because I died

in that game a lot. Here's another one that I have worn almost to death, which

is my Hearthstone cupcakes shirt. This is from the card game, the online card game

called Hearthstone, which is my favorite game. I play this almost every day, and it

is from one of their original iconic card backs within the game. And then this

next one I definitely did not intentionally pull off the rack, but

since it kind of fits into the theme I'm gonna show it to you anyway, and this is

the "famous pawthors" shirt that I have from tee turtle. It's basically a bunch

of famous authors as cats like Charles Kittens, William Shakespaw, George R R Meowton,

and other assorted ones, and I believe that I got that shirt from tee

turtle. Again, I will link the websites down below if possible, if those shirts

are still available, and if I know where they came from. Okay, and then the last

fandom item that is super special to me is actually something that I don't have

with me, but it was a potions book that my sister and I made

out of construction paper and like our own imaginations when we first started

reading the Harry Potter series. And I remember we did this right around the

time in the Chamber of Secrets when Harry, Ron, and Hermione start brewing the

Polyjuice potion together to transform themselves and disguise themselves etc.

And we were super fascinated by that, and we thought what if we could make a book

where we could include all of our own potions, and we had things like, you know,

when you're a kid, you make that little tornado in a bottle thing, and like

weird mixtures that we made mixing together like shampoos, like we

were making perfume potions or something like that. I don't even remember half of

what went into there, but I do remember the tornado in a bottle potion making it

into there. And it had like our little kid handwriting and like a red

construction paper cover ,and we treasured that book. It was a feature of

all of our like play dress-up and imagine that we're going to Hogwarts

games, and yeah, that just brought me a lot of joy as a kid, and even now

thinking about it makes me happy. Okay, so that is going to wrap up this

week's Top 5 Wednesday. Comment down below and let me know about some of your

favorite treasured fandom items: maybe we have some of the same fandoms in common.

I'd love to chat about that because fan girls love to squee!!! Let's squee together

in the comments!!! That maybe sounded a little wrong, so I'm gonna go ahead and

wrap it up. Thank you all so much for watching, and I'll see you in the next

one! Bye!

What If We Nuked Venus? - Duration: 5:16.

Venus, the second planet closest to the sun; our warm, moonless neighbour.

Nukes…the angry mans most impressive, yet most dangerous weapon.

What would happen if we introduced the two…just cause?

Hello and welcome back to Life's Biggest Questions, the channel that likes to discuss

science, philosophy, history and politics… but also sometimes likes to take weird flights

of fancy based on strange thoughts that pass our even stranger brains.

I am your host Rebecca Felgate and today I am asking What if we Nuked Venus?

Before we get into this list, I want to ask you guys to hit that thumbs up button and

also to leave us comment telling us whether you are for or against nuking venus….

What even is my life.

Okay, so firstly, let's just discuss how much of a costly nightmare even planning to

nuke Venus would be.

When Nasa last considered sending a space fleet to Venus, the estimated cost was 3 to

4 billion dollars, and that is for an unmanned adventure.

Assuming we were set on nuking Venus, we would either have to find a way to send a nuclear

warhead without a crew, or we would have to send humans in the spacecraft to drop the

bomb.

That would be a huge additional cost, plus an astronaut would have to face the health

risks of space travel and dedicate around 6 months of their life to fly there and back…that

is, of course, if they make it there and back in one piece.

Ultimately, the cost and risk for zero scientific endeavour would cause public outrage, and

it is unlikely such a mission would ever get off the ground.

Buuuut if it did….

Let's say whatever vessel we send, man or unmanned reaches hot hot venus?

Well, how exactly would we go about nuking her?

Any Earth Vessel we send to the second rock from the sun, it had better be able to stand

the heat – Venus is 864 degrees farenheit, or 462 degrees celcius, meaning lead would

melt on the surface, which rules out a surface burst for a bomb drop.

Would a nuclear bomb even detonate?

It is likely that the explosion would be different to what we would see on earth as the atmosphere

is very different to earths – it is 96% Carbon Dioxide, and the air pressure is 92%

thicker than on earth.

While a nuclear weapon, be it a hydrogen bomb or an atomic bomb, would cause some damage

to Venus, it really wouldn't be of any grand scale….plus, so far as we are aware anyway,

there aren't any people to kill or buildings to destroy.

When earth was hit by the asteroid that we presume caused the ice age, it is predicted

the rock smash would be equivalent to a 240,000 megaton nuke… and our rock is still here,

albeit with a different species and a different climate.

The biggest nuke we have on earth is 100 Megatons, so even if we did get it all the way to venus….

The damage would likely be temporary…and again, for what purpose?

For a few bad lads to give themselves a pat on the back and bump fists at how they nuked

venus?

But wait Rebecca….

What if we send all our nukes and really gave venus a good seeing to?

Hiiii mean….sure…it would be expensive and futile and, all things considered, one

of the dumbest decisions in history… but lets just go with it….

We have around 14 thousand, 175 nuclear warheads on earth.

That could bop a few craters in our neighbour, but still not totally destroy her.

Yaaah… but okay, Rebecca, what if we could Nuke venus and totally destroy here forever

and ever IDST….well…we would be fundamental idiots who deserve obliteration… but beyond

that, other than creating a planets worth of space rocks next-door, ready to bump into

us, not much else would happen other than Venus would no longer exist and that would…you

know…kind of be a cosmic tragedy.

The number of planets in our solar system would decrease by one… and maybe people

would be more keen on adding Pluto to the line up, now that there is more space for

him.

Or not, maybe they'll try and nuke him too.

Other than the moon, Venus is the brightest natural object in our sky… if we destroyed

her, we obviously wouldn't be able to see her anymore.

Beyond that, Venus was named after the Greek goddess of love.

If we destroyed her namesake, maybe that would have some kind of sad symbolism….I for one

would have no love for humans if they started randomly blowing up planets.

The only good thing that could come from nuking Venus heavily enough to try and rid the universe

of her presence would be we probably would have exhausted our nuclear supply by doing

so, meaning there would be no threat of the nuclear apocalypse on Earth.

Sucks to be Venus though.

Maybe, just maybe, if there is alternative life out there, or even a god or some kind

of overlord… humans destruction of another planet might be enough for someone to stage

an intervention…and to be honest, it is about time.

Fun fact to end this silly romp of a video…did you know that Venus spins the opposite way

to earth?

Yeah!

There the sun rises in the west and sets in the east.

So there, don't say these videos don't teach you anything!

That is all I have ladies and gents… thanks for tuning in to this episode of Life's

Biggest Questions…tell me what you think would happen if we nuked venus in the comments

section down below.

Also don't forget to leave a thumbs up and stay subscribed for more big answers.

I am your host Rebecca Felgate…I will catch you in the next video, but for now….

Stay curious, stay alert and never ever stop questioning.

How Your Hands Can Heal You

By: Janet Bray Attwood

Stephen Co is a senior disciple and personal student of Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui, the founder

of Pranic Healing. Today, Master Co oversees all the Pranic Healing practitioners and instructors

in the United States. Master Co and his wife, Daphne, started the

first Pranic Healing center outside of the Philippines, the American Institute of Asian

Studies, in Chino, California, to promote and teach Pranic Healing in the United States.

He is an internationally renowned lecturer, trainer and practitioner of Pranic Healing,

who has taught the art of healing and human energy studies to thousands of students in

the United States. His introductory lectures are thought provoking, often compelling individuals

who are not health practitioners to embark on learning Pranic Healing techniques to improve

their lives. His students include hundreds of physicians, nurses, dentists, acupuncturists,

chiropractors, social workers, psychologists and alternative healthcare practitioners.

Over the past ten years Master Co has introduced Pranic Healing into the medical community

through his students who have offered classes at medical teaching centers, while he himself

has taught Pranic Healing at numerous hospitals, including Kaiser Permanente and Cedars-Sinai

Medical Center in Los Angeles, and Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. His prowess

as a healer and teacher has garnered him appearances on Hard Copy, local radio and television

shows in Los Angeles, and now, the cover of Healthy Wealthy nWise.

His unique expertise comes from his experience as an engineer, successful businessman, lecturer,

healer and parent, as well as through his practice of Arhatic Yoga and martial arts.

While Master Co and Janet will do a brief rundown of what Pranic Healing is as they

chat, if youre unfamiliar with the concept, you might want to read the following overview

before going to the interview.

If you already know the basics, just skip ahead to the interview portion of the article.

What is Pranic Healing? Pranic Healing is a highly developed and tested

system of energy medicine that utilizes prana to balance, harmonize and transform the bodys

energy processes. Prana is a Sanskrit word that means life-force. This invisible

bio-energy or vital energy keeps the body alive and maintains a state of good health.

In acupuncture, the Chinese refer to this subtle energy as Chi. It is also called

Ruah or the Breath of Life in the Old Testament.

Pranic Healing is a simple yet powerful and effective system of no-touch energy healing

originated and developed by Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui. It is based on the fundamental principle

that the body is a self-repairing living entity that possesses the innate ability to

heal itself. Pranic Healing works on the principle that increasing the life force or vital energy

of the affected part of the physical body accelerates the healing process.

Pranic Healing is applied on the bio-electromagnetic field known as the aura, or energy body, which

is a mold or blueprint that surrounds and interpenetrates the physical body. This energy

body absorbs life energy and distributes it throughout the physical body, to the muscles,

organs, glands, etc. The reason Pranic Healing works on the energy body is that physical

ailments first appear as energetic disruptions in the aura before manifesting as problems

in the physical body.

What is the Aura (or The Invisible Energy Body)?

Scientific evidence provides tangible proof of the existence of the energy body and its

relation to the health and well being of the physical body. This has been termed as the

bioplasmic body from the word bio, meaning life, and plasma, the fourth

state of matter after solids, liquids and gases.

Scientific experiments conducted by the eminent Russian scientist, Semyon Kirilian, using

ultra sensitive photographic processes showed a colorful, radiant energy field surrounding

the physical bodies of humans, animals and plants. This energy field, or aura, interpenetrates

the visible physical body, extending about 4 to 5 inches from the skins surface. Experiments

in Kirilian photography have also revealed that diseased energies appear first in the

energy body before manifesting as a physical ailment.

With that background, lets talk to Master Co and see what attracted him to Pranic Healing.

Janet Attwood: Master Co, who has been the most influential person in your life the

one who has most shaped your outlook on health, wealth, and spirituality?

Stephen Co: My most important teacher has been my Master, Choa Kok Sui who is the founding

father of what is now called Pranic Healing. He changed my outlook on basically every area

of my life?on healing, on how to become healthier and stronger, on how to learn these techniques

to be able to help other people. He also made me realize that spiritual wealth has to be

balanced by material wealth?that together they allow us to earn more, make more, and

more importantly, to share more. Life is really nothing more than learning to balance these

two things so we may be happier, healthier, and at the same time, wealthier both spiritually

and materially.

Janet Attwood: So how did your meet your Master and what were you doing before you met him?

Stephen Co: In college I studied engineering, and just like any other kid, had no direction

in life. I had difficulty focusing and had a lot of problems in life I was trying

a lot of different things and nothing was really working well.

I did finally get married though.

At one point my wife Daphne fell about 14 feet and broke her hipbone. The doctors said

it would take three and a half months before she could start to learn how to walk again.

In a desperate attempt to help her out I began to look for a way to make the whole thing

go faster. A friend directed me to this teacher, a Chinese Master named Choa Kok Sui. I took

the classes he offered and started doing the healing I learned on my wife every day. In

one month and one week she was running!

Janet Attwood: Wow! 1 month and 1 week?!?

Stephen Co: 1 month and 1 week!

Janet Attwood: That is AMAZING!

Stephen Co: I have studied with my Master now for the last 15 years. And it is through

that study and practice that everything changed for me.

Janet Attwood: No wonder, with an experience like that, you had to realize this was it

for you.

Stephen Co: You know at first I was very skeptical and not open-minded at all. You see as a kid

I was brought up as a Catholic and later on I converted to become a Southern Baptist.

When I started Pranic Healing I was an engineer and a strict Southern Baptist at the same

time. You can imagine how conflicted my mind was dealing with energies and all these types

of things

But when Daphne was running after a little over a month I just couldnt continue

to deny it.

Janet Attwood: Thats for sure.

Stephen Co: And Ive since learned how to be a Pranic Healer trained as an engineer,

and a Southern Baptist all at the same time.

Janet Attwood: So when you first met Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui did you know that you were going

to spend the next 15 years studying under him?

Stephen Co: I knew he was amazing and that I was really interested in him and thats

all I cared about. I didnt realize how much I would get into this, but I knew he

was a very special person. He has profoundly influenced every area of my life, but I had

no clue back then.

Ive now realized what Ive learned from my Master is what I want everyone to learn,

and thats why I do what I do.

Janet Attwood: Youre the head of Pranic Healing for the United States, right?

Stephen Co: Yes.

Janet Attwood: Did he give you any indication when you first met of what you would be doing?

Stephen Co: He never told me specifically what to do. He just said go the United States

and spread the teachings. And I just went and ran with it. And from there, as people

got better and my serving transformed he basically told me OK, youre in charge of the matter

in the United States.

Janet Attwood: So it was about 15 years ago when you came over as a Pranic Healer and

there was no Pranic Healing in the US at that time right?

Stephen Co: There was no Pranic Healing at all. I came over here and there were people

all over the place who were Reiki Masters, Shamans, energy healers, who practiced all

sorts of healing modalities, and I talked to these people and theyd never heard of

it.

I could understand why, because Pranic Healing as it is today was only given to the world

in 1987, so when we came in, in 1988, no one knew about it. I started having classes and

all of these professionals and practitioners of other modalities came and learned Pranic

Healing. They have realized it really compliments what they do.

Janet Attwood: So do people mix Pranic Healing with other modalities?

Stephen Co: Well it compliments other modalities and can be used by traditional medical professionals.

I dont like to use the term mixed so much as it really fills in the gaps

of what theyre missing.

Janet Attwood: I want to talk about the work youre doing with health professionals and

traditional medicine because thats just so fascinating, but first lets cover what

are the main benefits people achieve through Pranic Healing.

Stephen Co: The first thing they learn is how to control their energy. By clearing their

energy field and the energy channels in their body they are more easily able to get out

of their ruts, to flush out their fears, flush out their negative thoughts, and their negative

emotions.

Pranic Healing is like taking a huge powerful shower that washes the dirty negative stuff

out. From there the person can truly exercise their will and intentions to change their

life.

Janet Attwood: Can anyone learn how to do it?

Stephen Co: Oh Yeah! If someone like me who was so skeptical can be who I am today everyone

has a chance.

Janet Attwood: Tell me about some of the work youve done with ADD (Attention Deficit

Disorder) patients.

Stephen Co: What we do is we go through the different exercises and techniques and engage

them as we change their energy fields. Patients are then actually able to focus throughout

the class. We teach them the techniques to use on themselves and they get results.

I have a niece who couldnt focus one a single page of math homework by herself. I

worked with her and taught her mom how to use the techniques on her every night and

within just a few months she was able to finish 10 pages of math by herself.

You see people dont realize that their outer environment is a direct reflection of

their internal energy environment.

We change the internal energy environment. A lot of people try to change the effects,

but they need to be going to the cause. In Pranic Healing thats what we do we

change the cause.

Everything that happens in your life gets started as energy, including your finances,

your relationships, your physical health, your spirituality. Everything is started in

the invisible energy world before it is manifested.

Janet Attwood: Can you explain a little more how energy affects everything and how we can

work with it?

Stephen Co: Sure. This energy is what is called prana, life force, or Chi,

in different cultures. Now this prana or life force is the basis for all existence.

As we breathe in and out we have energy centers in our bodies that affect us spiritually,

emotionally, physically, and even financially.

Different areas of our lives where we have more good or clean energy tend

to be more successful, and areas where our energy is more chaotic or dirty, or

where theres not much energy to begin with, we have a tendency to fail.

So what we try to do with Pranic Healing is change the energy body through cleansing and

meditation. We find that as were clearer were able to approach life better.

Thats generally what I would say to someone who has not had much background in energy

work.

Janet Attwood: You know where I see this most clearly is in the lives of very enlightened

saints. It seems they dont have to go out and seek for anything. It just comes to them.

Theres a saying in India, Means collect around Satwa. Satwa is purity. Would you

agree that, this is simply the same thing?

Stephen Co: Yes, and in addition I would say whatever we have in our energy system is what

we attract into our lives so if you dont clean out your energy body, if you dont

put in the good energy you want, then you attract what you DONT want. A lot of people

dont realize that if they dont control their thoughts, their words, and their emotions,

whatever is in their energy field is what they will attract in their life.

Janet Attwood: Can you give us an example of that?

Stephen Co: Yes, people who are always negative tend to attract bad luck. People who are more

positive have the tendency to attract more good things in their life.

Janet Attwood: So how would negative jabbing or making fun of other people have an effect

on their environment?

Stephen Co: Theres always cause and effect. Anything we say, think, or do, will always

have an effect on either other people or ourselves.

So in Pranic Healing we always try to be very careful with our words. We dont joke around

about being broke, we dont joke around about people failing in their lives, because

even in just joking about those things you set up an energy pattern. After a while the

pattern can fill out and the joke will manifest.

Janet Attwood: So youre saying with Pranic Healing, you are able to transform peoples

energetic bodies so their energy patterns change and shift?

Stephen Co: Thats the idea and more than anything, we teach people how to do this

themselves.

Thats a very important thing.

As people learn to do Pranic Healing for themselves they can do it for their loved ones and friends

and it becomes a trickle down effect.

Janet Attwood: When you look at a person can you actually see their energetic body? What

do you see when youre healing them?

Stephen Co: No Janet, a person is taught how to assess their own energy field and that

of another person by the use of their hands. You start by learning how to feel the life

force between your hands, and once your hands become sensitized you can use them to check

your own life force and energy, and that of other people.

Janet Attwood: I see. So what was your most significant case of healing someone? What

was the most difficult case that you ever had to handle?

Stephen Co: There are two that come to mind. One of them was complete blindness in one

eye. The person was actually the daughter of a major TV producer in Hollywood and she

came in for healing. I didnt really expect to do anything. I told her wed never worked

with anything like this before and wed just give it our best shot. 45 minutes later

she could see.

Janet Attwood: Wow! How long had she been blind?

Stephen Co: It had been 4 years and her blindness was the result of a blood clot.

Janet Attwood: And after a 45 minute session she was cured?!?

Stephen Co: Yes, she could see its AMAZING, this work.

The other one was my friends mother. She had a heart block. At 73 years old, she had

a 72% survival rate if she were to go through surgery, but they told her she had to have

the surgery or she would very probably die. We did 4 sessions. I forgot about it, but

my wife called me saying when they went in and did an angiogram they found there were

no more blocks.

You know I just want to emphasize as often as it happens it still surprises me that someone

like me who didnt know anything about energy when I started could do these things.

This is accessible to EVERYBODY.

Janet Attwood: Now youve also taught traditional doctors. Can you talk a little about the hospitals

that are using Pranic Healing?

Stephen Co: Ive taught in Kaiser Permanente hospital here in LA, Ive taught in Cedars-Sinai

Medical Center in Beverly Hills, and Ive worked with many individual doctors.

Whats important is that we approach the doctors and teach them in a way they understand

and makes sense to them. When I approached Dr. Eric Robins and asked him to co-author

a book on Pranic Healing with me he was happy to do it. Hes been using this work very

successfully in his life also.

Janet Attwood: Whats the name of your book?

Stephen Co: Its called Your Hands Can Heal You: Pranic Healing Energy Remedies to Boost

Vitality and Speed Recovery from Common Health Problems, by myself and Dr. Eric Robins.

Janet Attwood: Fantastic. So Master Co what would you say are the three main things that

you know now you wish you had known earlier in life?

Stephen Co: The first would be to give to others what I want in my life to share

with others, what I want for myself.

The second would be to learn to forgive, because as we forgive we are able to live we are

able to have inner peace.

The third would be to learn how to control thought, words, and emotions, so we can have

full, happy, prosperous, and healthy lives.

Janet Attwood: If you could give our readers one piece of advice on how to move toward

more balanced abundance in their lives what would it be?

Stephen Co: Repeated wholesome actions manifest virtues.

As we keep this in our minds all the time, and before we do something we always watch

our thoughts and our words, we see how it affects our actions. If we do the right thing

as often as possible it becomes a virtue that guides our lives, for the rest of our lives.

Really learn how to regulate your thoughts and emotions to be able to do everything you

want to do. Always be wholesome and uplifting to other people, and when others make mistakes

learn how to forgive them. And Ive also found as we focus our goals, simultaneously

it is easier to attain balance in every area of our lives.

Janet Attwood: Whats the single most important piece of advice youd like to leave our

readers with that we havent already discussed?

Stephen Co: Learn to give and share thats really the biggest thing there is.

I just want people to realize the power to heal is within them, all they have to do is

learn to use it.

Janet Attwood: Wonderful! And how can people find out more about your classes in Pranic

Healing?

Stephen Co: They can go to the website www.YourHandsCanHealYou.com or call 1-888-9-HEALYOU.

Janet Attwood: Thank you so much Master Co, its been a pleasure.

Stephen Co: Thank you Janet.

GnuS#2 - Modern cello guitar techniques (sub eng) - Duration: 7:10.

If you're a "borderline" cellist like me, watch this video!

I'll explain some interesting tricks to turn your cello into an electric guitar!

Hi, I'm Stefano (GnuS cello)!

In this video series I'll explain how to apply new techniques on your cello having a lot of fun.

The first trick I'll show you

will help you to create a lightly "distorted" sound

The first thing to do is to get close to the bridge

Once you've done it,

you must use a very wide vibrato.

Don't try to create a "delicate" sound, as when you play a lyric phrase!

Find an exaggerated and very wide vibrato!

Now you must add non-constant pressure.

These three techniques put together

will help you to obtain a distorted sound,

very similar to the sound of an electric guitar.

If you apply this technique to double stops,

especially if you use a perfect fifth interval,

which is the most used by rhythm guitars

and for rock accompaniment,

your cello will be even more credible as a guitar.

The second technique I'll explain

is how to obtain a pure rock rhythmic pattern,

based on perfect fifth double stops,

thanks to the "palm muting" technique.

We clearly can't use this technique as guitarists do, on our cello,

so we must help ourselves with the left hand.

How can we obtain a mute sound with our left hand?

Just varying the pressure. Listen to an example:

So, basically I play the notes pressing the two strings

and when I want to obtain a mute sound

I don't "press" the strings, but I "stop" them,

leaving my fingers in the same position of the double stop.

With some exercise,

it will be very easy to obtain very powerful and convincing accompaniments.

It's up to you to decide which notes you want to mute and which not.

My third advice is to obtain a very stable and powerful rhythmic pattern on your cello,

clearly distinguishing "kick" and "snare".

You can create this "tum-cha" rhythmic pattern

deciding which chords you want to use.

Now I'll show it on a very simple chord: the A chord.

So, the first note will be:

your first finger on the third string (G), play an A note.

Then you find the perfect fifth on the second string (D string): first finger barre A-E;

and finally you'll put your second finger on the first string (A string), playing a C note.

So, you'll obtain A-E-C: A minor chord.

Now you must alternate low notes, which will play the "kick" role,

and the high double stop E-C, to obtain the "snare" sound

Listen:

This kind of rhythmic pattern can be obtained on all kinds of chords:

minor as well as major.

In this way you'll be able to play all kinds of songs,

all kinds of covers,

all kinds of accompaniments,

just deciding how to organize the structure you want to create.

So, if you don't have a distorsion pedal and you want to obtain new, peculiar sounds on your cello,

let's recap:

1. A lightly distorted sound, similar to a feedback;

2. Palm muting

...muting strings with your left hand;

3. And finally the "kick and snare" effect, alternating low and high notes

...in this way:

In time you'll get used to handle all this stuff,

and you won't have any trouble in creating all kinds of accompaniment.

You'll have so much fun!

Minnesota Voters Alliance v. Mansky [SCOTUSbrief] - Duration: 4:17.

Andy Cilek, in 2010, went to vote in Minnesota wearing a tea party t-shirt.

He was twice stopped by a poll worker from voting, and on the third try he was finally

allowed to vote but his name and address was taken down for potential prosecution.

He filed a First Amendment lawsuit against Joe Mansky and other government officials

in Minnesota alleging that Minnesota's broad ban on all political apparel at the polling

place violates the First Amendment.

The law at issue in this case is Minnesota Section 211 B.11 which prohibits voters from

wearing any political badge, button, or other insignia at the polling place.

Minnesota promulgated an election day policy that says political includes groups with recognizable

political views such as the Tea Party, MoveOn.org, and so on.

If a poll worker thinks that someone is voting while wearing political apparel, then that

person writes down the name and address of that voter for potential prosecution.

Minnesota thinks of a violation of this law as a petty misdemeanor which can be enforced

by fines of up to $5,000.

So the government can restrict speech that is not protected by the First Amendment.

For example, things like true threats, obscenity, the Court has not given First Amendment protections

to.

But, in other arenas if the government wants to restrict speech that is protected by the

First Amendment, it needs to show why its regulations are justified, and why those First

Amendment restrictions are justified.

The best argument for Minnesota Voters Alliance was just that this law is so broad that it

is unconstitutional under the First Amendment.

A law is overbroad if it covers substantially more speech than is necessary to further the

government's interest.

The Supreme Court has said that the First Amendment recognizes that free speech is so

important that we don't want the government to pass an overbroad law that stifles the

rights of people to express themselves in fear that they might be prosecuted under a

certain law.

In essence, this law creates a political speech-free zone at the polling place, and political

speech-free zones are inconsistent with the free speech clause of the First Amendment.

The best argument for Minnesota is that Burson v. Freeman, which actually upheld a 100-foot

buffer zone on active campaigning,

might also extend to a law preventing passive wearing of any political speech at

the polling place.

Minnesota relies on the polling place as a nonpublic forum in arguing that it's reasonable

to ban all political messages at the polling place.

A public forum is a forum that has traditionally been used for expressive activity, for example,

a public sidewalk is a public forum.

There's also a nonpublic forum, in which the government opens up its property for only

a limited purpose.

The government argues that because the polling place is a nonpublic forum, any restrictions

on speech need be reasonable and viewpoint-neutral.

The potential impact of this case is quite large.

Nine other states have similar laws to Minnesota, so ruling in this case could affect laws in

ten different states.

And it would affect not just voters wearing Tea Party t-shirts, but it would also affect

voters who want to wear shirts that say, ACLU, NAACP, or even #MeToo at polling places in

their state.
