I can't believe something good finally came from that soon first and the last

time I think still gives me the creeps we should destroy it let's do that but

see if you can figure out how to get it back on this ring first might be nice to

have something like that instead of carrying around a bag all the time I can

a thing or two about a lot of things well as long as what he knows keeps my

new suit whether it be a slight modification or a massive modification

or like previous times in previous seasons so Wilbury finally get the flash

ring this season well hopefully so it's been rumored that during the flash

season 5 Barry Allen the flash will be getting a slight modification but I'm

hoping it's actually just gonna be the flash ring so we've got new speedster

coming to the show from the future called Nora Allen who is rooming Li

actually called rewind who is a version of the flash

she's Barry Allen's daughter yes irises doors as well

she's from 30 years in the future so she's a futuristic character really so

it makes sense if she already had the flash ring during an episode this year

people were talking about it I was talking about it you know the episode

with the Speed Force symbols where you've seen she had a gold ring on I

mean you couldn't really get a closer look at it but could that possibly be

the flash ring but you know realistically it's just reaching and

theorizing because it's just a gold ring but after all she's not in this timeline

she's from 30 years in the future so where else would she be hiding her suit

so she would have to have the flash ring with her or something like that or else

she wouldn't be able to kind of get in and out of his suit and it would just

look a bit odd if she didn't so we last seen the flash ring in season 1 the

flash when it Harrison wells a barred thorn well really is the Evod Wells not

not really Harrison wells because that's completely different character so the

reverse-flash had the ring you know in the episode where he was going up

against the flash the green arrow and obviously the og firestorm so Barry

wants his own flash ring Cisco's tried endless times to work it out you know

for instance that the episode I just mentioned the rogue air when Ivar uses

it jumps out it looks sick so obviously in the comics Barry Allen and Wally West

and also bart allen had the flash ring endless time but where is it now

so Barry wants the ring badly he gave it to Cisco who gave it to Harry who said I

know a thing or two about micro technology kind of funny if you relate

it to the kind of the admin and wast movie how he can shrink his whole body

dance kind of similar to the atom suit I mean if they can do it well if obviously

Ray Palmer can do it if he can see his suit up and down why can't they get a

suit inside ring the logical reasoning would be it'll be too expensive because

obviously these shows have a quite low budget when it comes to money so this

one scene would take quite a while but realistically if they're gonna be comic

accurate it's gonna have to happen at some point

so Harrison wells from earth-2 obviously knows how to do it but seeing as the

enlightenment he's lost his intelligence he currently wouldn't know how to do it

so if he is to ever get the flash Ling Cisco will have to learn how to use

micro technology properly I guess you'd say or Barry Allen's daughter Nora Allen

will have to explain it or the reverse flash will have to explain it to him

myself which is pretty interesting so that's the only upgrade I really want to

see on the suit this year I guess you could say you've given the golden boots

and you can make his suit a bit brighter but nothing else really needs done we

need that for a flash ring it will make the show complete it is kind of

comic-book accurate but without the ring it'll just look badass if you get us if

we get a scene of the flash popping out of the flash ring it was so cool his

suit jumping out the flash ring and it does happen in the comics quite quite a

bit so guys let me know in the comment box down below do you think he's gonna

get the flash ring ever do you think he's gonna get this season has Nora

Allen already got it because in the picture that will be in a thumbnail you

see the ring that is the flash ring or at least I hope it is but anyway guys

EFT tapping for the fear of heights - Duration: 3:25.

Hello Everyone, I'm Joe Pantaleo founder of Tapping For Freedom.

In this video, we're going to tap on fear of heights.

It can be really scary for someone who's afraid of heights.

Stepping out onto a balcony can stop them in there tracks.

Even the thought of it can elevate their heart rate, make them feel dizzy, start sweating

and even give them anxiety.

Take a moment and think of the feelings you get when you think of the fear of heights.

It could be physical or emotional.

. Give it a number on a scale from 0 - 10, 0 being the lowest and 10 being the highest

in intensity.

Now, focus on this feeling you get as we start tapping.

Let's take a deep breath

Now start tapping on the Karate chop point and repeat after me.

"Even though I have this fear of heights, I deeply and completely accept myself"

I'm afraid of heights

This fear of heights

Just thinking about it scares me

my stomach is in Knots

my head starts to feel lite

It takes over my body and I cant control it

This terrifying fear of heights

It makes me so anxious

Now Take a deep breath.

How do you feel?

Check the intensity again on the 0 - 10 scale and write that number down?

let's do another round of tapping

Even though I still have this fear of heights, I deeply and completely accept myself"

I still have this fear of heights

It stops me dead in my tracks

I hate the feeling of not having control

I want to let this fear go

I accept what happened in the past

And I won't let it continue to control me

I'm letting go of this fear

and I feel calm and relaxed now

Take a deep breath

Check in with yourself after each round.

Did you feel a shift?

Did anything else come up?

What I mean by this is as you go through the tapping sequence you may notice thoughts randomly

popping up in your head.

Don't dismiss these thoughts.

They may not seem relevant to the current issue you're tapping on, but they actually

have some effect on it because you thought of it.

So write the issues down on a piece of paper and do some tapping rounds later on.

After each round Check the intensity level on the scale from 0 -10. and write the number

down.

So now continue the tapping process until you get the relief you're looking for.

REMEMBER consistency is key!
