Waching daily Jul 27 2018

Gabrielle Dennis originally from Cincinnati Ohio

by way of D.C.

living in Los Angeles enjoying the life right now.

Right now we're doing a little shoot.

Do you recognize. Do you recognize.

This look. How will I know. How will you know?

You will know because you will tune in on BET.

That's where all the action goes down. The Magic.

My boy Woody McClain does his thing

and I hope you guys tune in.

We put a lot of heart soul in this

and we want you to enjoy it just as much as we enjoyed making it.

I'm a BET OG. Okay. I'm an original gangster.

Original playa from the Himalayas.

Yeah like I take it way back to teen summit

I've got a nice long history with BET

And now with the Bobby Brown story

it's like take my little baby steps

and I feel like I'm I'm a part of this family

that has embraced me and has rooted for me.

Has encouraged me to get to where I am now.

So it's it's great. I mean BET is like family to me.

So basic for me mean to prepare for Whitney

Houston. That involves a lot of prayer.

First and foremost luckily for me

there was a lot of footage

to watch by way of interview's music

videos behind the scenes touring.

But to watch her.

Like on youtube on my computer screen and still get goosebumps.

It was just like whoa. She's straight up magical.

There was some fun parts in researching her

and there was definitely some emotional

like heavy draining parts like playing her

was definitely an emotional rollercoaster.

She's so special to me now

and it's going from like a fan of her art

and her gifts and her talent to just a fan of her

as a person you know and understanding her more.

I mostly like earlier stages of her career

like where she was just trying stuff

and Whitney was very comfortable.

I feel like we have that a lot in common like Whitney

with with curly fun hair. I love her in like color.

She's obviously beautiful in gowns

but I feel like my favorite Whitney

is just Whitney being chill.

I feel like comfort is more important to me now than ever

before I think because when I play characters

it's all hair makeup heels tight clothes.

You know looking you know to the nines

and the like when I'm off I just want to be off.

Hey what's up everybody it's your girl

You're WASTING YOUR TIME Every Time You Do THIS - Duration: 4:56.

Heya playa, if you want to learn how to be as productive as possible without wasting

a minute of time ever, I'm gonna share a few things that people tend to waste their time

on how and how you can avoid doing it and no, I don't mean so productive that you can

spin two fidget spinners at once, I mean something much more, so stay tuned.

For those of you that are new here, my name is Josh and every single Monday through Friday

I make videos sharing tips, ideas and stories teaching you how to be your best self now

all week long we've been talking about building positive habits and not wasting time so I

want you to know this first point.

Wasted time is worrying time.

When you spend a lot of your time worrying about something, it's not productive.

Now what I don't mean is taking the necessary time to make the right decision what I personally

mean is worrying about something.

Thinking about it over and over, never really looking up more information or consulting

with anyone or really just verbalizing the process to yourself, just sitting there stewing

in your own thoughts.

This sometimes plays out in what's called the paradox of choice.

Think about sitting in front of a restaurant menu with hundreds of items on it.

Sure, you have tons of choices you don't know which one is the right one to pick.

And because of that, you end up sitting there thinking over every single item on the menu.

Making everyone wait to eat their food and just sit there hungry saying just pick something,

anything will do but you know that that's not the case.

For a lot of people, that worrying time always plays out in key parts of their day.

And if you add up all those parts, it's a lot of wasted time.

Time you could have spent making a decision, seeing what the results were and adapting

to it.

For example, have you ever spent a tremendous amount of time thinking about whether or not

you should walk up to someone and say hi?

All that time deliberating whether or not you should do it ends up being wasted time

because if you don't do anything you just sat there thinking about something that never

happened.

But I don't think the answer here is to be impulsive.

Sometimes when people are impulsive, they can come off rude or brash, or just insensitive

to others.

So you want to spend a good amount of time thinking about what you should do.

If it starts falling into worrying time, that's when you know hey, I'm not making the most

use of my day.

Another key component to never wasting your time is to plan out your day.

Have you ever done this before?

After you've finished a big task you pick up your phone and you just start kinda scrolling

and looking at things and before you know it, an hour of your time is just gone.

We've all been in situations like that before where these little devices suck up our time

and we don't know how it happened.

A big reason for that is because the apps that we use are designed with this infinite

scroll mentality, the whole purpose is to just keep showing us things so we stay on

them.

That's why it's so crucial to plan out your day.

Having an organized structure as to what you're doing that day is gonna keep you from that

infinite scroll.

Keep you from getting sucked into the void and just wasting your time.

For some people, the way that they are the most productive is that after they've done

a big task, they need a bit of decompression time to take their mind off the last thing

they did.

Once they have that, they can then eventually jump into the next thing kind of following

this wavy pattern.

While for other people, they tend to function in a way where they get these high bursts

of energy.

They like to do a bunch of things back to back and kind of just get it all done at once

and then relax afterwards so, the important thing to ask here is, which type of person

are you?

Depending on the type of person you are, that's going to help you set up the most optimal

schedule.

Do you need those little breaks in between or do you want to just power through all at

once.

Another thing I want to stress though is that taking time to recharge is not wasted time.

Think about when you're working out at the gym, if you were to work out five days in

a row, you have no time in between for your muscles to kind of heal and repair themselves

so you end up doing a disservice to yourself because you're trying to be over productive.

Not the most productive if your wheels are constantly turning, sometimes you need to

be able to step back and look at what you're doing and to ask yourself, "Is this the best

way to spend my time?".

Most often you'll find times where hey, it's not.

Doing that can actually save you time in the long run because instead of dedicating yourself

to the same process over and over when it isn't the most efficient, you're really looking

for ways to optimize it.

Ways to make it better and ways to make it easier for yourself.

Another thing I wanted to point out is that focusing only on yourself is the only mentality

you should have to be the most productive, but I don't think that's the case.

I think incorporating other people's ideas, thoughts, and feelings and experiences into

your own life is going to help you make better decisions.

It's important to remember that life isn't only about you.

You're not succeeding on your own, you're working with other people, you're collaborating

with them.

You're learning with them so take time to appreciate others, take time to spend with

others and don't take people for granted.

But now I want to know, what do you think.

Do you feel like you waste a lot of your time?

What are some of the time wasters that you wanna kind of kick to the curb?

Leave your comments down below and we'll talk about it.

Otherwise thank you so much for watching, if you enjoyed this video hit the thumbs up

button and make sure to check out the playlist over there on the side where I kind of wrap

up everything I've covered this entire week about habits, those videos are going to be

super helpful for you if you want to drop bad habits and pick up good ones so, on that

note guys.

I'll catch you next week.

As always, love and peace.

Michael Strahan On Athletic Training | BREAKING BIG | PBS - Duration: 1:48.

- [Carlos] So, was anyone in the family

a good football player?

Were you the first person to really--

- Nah, I'm the first one. My dad was bad.

If you talk to him, he's going to tell you something different, so--

(both laugh)

But my mom was a track star.

My mom was a basketball star.

My mom coached my brother Victor and I in basketball

in Germany, and we would win the championship.

My mom was a really, really good athlete.

And my dad was a boxer, so it was kind of a good blend.

- [Carlos] Do you think she was more important

in your athletic development than he was?

- [Michael] I think everybody had an influence

in different ways.

My brothers motivated me

by calling me Bob when I was thirteen.

- Which he was all excited about

'cause he was getting to play with his brothers

and their friends and, he was tagging along,

and his brother's friends say,

you know why we call you Bob?

And he was just thinking it'd be like some cool nickname,

and they said, it's because your booty's on your back.

You can get your wallet by reaching over your back

'cause ya booty's so big!

- (Carlos laughs) I like--

- (laughs) Yeah, well, I didn't like that

at thirteen. I was crying, man!

- And his dad said, start working out

if you're so unhappy and if you stick with it

and you have discipline and drive,

then I'll let you come to the gym with me.

- We go to the gym and we write down

how much we lifted, these reps, this weight.

He'd wake ya up at five in the morning, four thirty,

let's go running, every morning.

And we'd hit that trail.

And as I got older and stronger, I would finish

and be waiting at the car for him

for ten minutes or so, fifteen minutes.

And I look back now and I think that helped me

years later in football.

That gave me a work ethic that I still have to this day

and I'll never lose, and it gave me

a great relationship with my dad.

Why Moon Seems to Be Red? - Blood Moon - Duration: 0:55.

Hello technology lover

Today we explain something

You know the Moon will be looking red.

So have you ever think why it's happening?

Lets look them

Red moon occurs during a lunar eclipse

During a lunar exlipse, the Moon passes behind the Earth's shadow.

Earth's atmosphere will scatter away the blue/green light and let the red light go straight through.

This red light passing through the Earth's atmosphere does reach the Moon, and shines on it

This is why the Moon seems red sometimes.

Thank you for watching.

Top 10 Scary Paris Urban Legends - Duration: 13:59.

Top 10 Scary Paris Urban Legends.

Hello and welcome back to the Most Amazing Channel on the internet.

I am your host, Rebecca Felgate and today we are talking about the Top 10 Scary Paris

Urban Legends.

Ah oui.

I would like to go back, I was just 19 the last time I went, so I would be keen to go

again…although I have to admit, a few of these urban legends are pretty terrifying…maybe

there are few places I would

stay away from!

10 - The Legend of the Barber and the Pastry Cook

Forget the Demon Barber of Fleet Street!

Meet The Demon Barber of Rue de La Marmousets.

Long before Sweeney Todd was slaying the people of Victorian London, a barber and a pastry

seller had a little understanding.

The barber would slit the throats of some of his customers, often students of Notre

Dame.

He then allegedly sent the flesh in a hatch to the cellar of his neighbour, a popular

pastry chef who made pies for high flying Parisians, including King Charles the 6th.

One day, a German student called Alaric visited the barber and was to be the unscrupulous

duos next victim.

Alaric brought his dog along with him and the canine sensed something was amiss and

barked non stop until people came to investigate what was going on.

When the police arrived, they searched the barbers and found out about the whole affair.

They found the cellar and the tools used to skin the corpses and cut up their flesh.

The barber and the pastry chef confessed and were burned alive in a cage for their crimes.

9 - The Ghost of Jim Morrison Jim Morrison of the Doors is a famous member

of the 27 Club.

He was a rock and roll star and frontman of the American Band The Doors.

There is much to be said about Jim, his life and his legacy… but he is perhaps best summarized

as sex drugs and rock n roll personified.

In the last few months of his life, he moved to Paris, where he seemed to find some semblance

of peace.

Sadly, on July 3rd 1971, he was found dead in the bathtub of his and his wife Pamela

Courson's apartment.

He was buried in Pere Lachaise Cemetery, a popular tourist attraction.

Also buried there are Oscar Wilde and Edith Piaf.

Anyway, back in 1997, American Rock Historian, Brett Mesiner went to visit Jim Morrison Grave

and he took this picture.

Oh… look….it's Jim Morrisons ghost.

The picture was evaluated and declared legit.

Morrison is in one of his classic poses.

It gets weirder, Mesiner was plagued by bad luck since visiting the cemetery.

8 - The Man In The Black Coat I love a fun time ghost, and the Man in Black

seems to be just that….he's bringing good times to those that dare take up his offer.

In 1925, Jean Romier reported a strange evening that began at the Jardin Du Luxembourg.

He said that a polite man in a black coat asked if he wanted to come to a chamber concert

at his home.

Totally all about the fun times, Romier decided, you know what, why not, and he went for it.

He enjoyed an evening of music and poetry, albeit slightly haunting.

After he left, he realised he had left his zippo lighter in the apartment and popped

back to get it.

When he returned to the apartment on the Rue de Vaugirard, a neighbour heard the knocking

and informed him the apartment had been unoccupied since its previous tenant, a musician, passed

away 20 years ago.

The legend of the man in the black coat has been going strong for nearly 100 years.

While others have reported seeing the man in the Jardin, few have accepted the offer

of a private chamber orchestra.

7 - The Street of the Fishing Cat There is a very, very narrow road in Paris

now called Rue Du Chat Qui Peche, Street of the fishing cat.

This alley was built in 1540 and used to be called the Street of ovens.

It leads straight down to the River Seine.

The legend goes that in the 16th Century, an Alchemist lived along this street along

with his jet black cat.

The cat, it seems, was a very gifted fisher, who was able to catch fish out of the Siene

with one swipe of his paw.

The cat was often spotted prowling by the river looking for fish.

Local students took a disliking to the cat, deciding they thought it was evil.

For this reason, three students decided to murder the cat and throw its body in the Seine.

Weirdly, once the cat disappeared, so did the Alchemist it belonged to.

Some years later, a man that looked a lot like him was regularly spotted walking along

the Seine looking like a ghostly traveller.

Others reported spotting a phantom cat, still pawing at the water hoping to catch a fish.

6 - Forest of Rambouillet Ah, the French Forest of Rambouillet is home

to a classic urban legend, the one about the boyfriend dying while the girl is in the car….it

is told in some variation across the world.

This variation says that a couple were driving through the forest in the 1960s in search

of a spot to park up and make out.

Once they find a spot, they hook up.

The guy gets out of the car to go for a pee.

When he doesn't come back within five or so minutes, the girl gets nervous and starts

looking around for him.

Getting out of the car, she sees a scary looking man in the shadows and what she thinks is

the glimmer of a knife.

She gets in the car and tries to drive away to look for her boyfriend….

She hears some muffled sounds …some squeaking and tapping….but she drives off….when

she looks in her rearview mirror, she sees her boyfriend hanging from a tree.

The tapping was his feet on the roof of the car…as she drove off…she pulled the plinth

out from under him and ensured his death.

Brutal.

5-The Catacombs of Paris Put it this way, we could do a whole Top 10

on the Legends of the Parisian Catacombs.

Under the city of Paris, lay the remains of more than 6 million people spread over 200

miles of intricate tunnels.

Only a very very small section is open to the public, which has set imaginations WILD.

Apparently the creepy underground body tunnels were built to deal with the cities problem

of overflowing cemeteries.

You know – I think about this a lot.

As populations increase, more and more people die.

If they aren't cremated, their bones are left in the ground.

How long til the ground is full?

Are we going to start using bodies as building material?!

Anyway, because of the mystery and morbid nature of the catacombs, many many rumours

have cropped up as to what is happening down there!

Sine say they're home to Albino Aligators, others say they are the home of a number of

serial killers, the meeting place for masonic cults, a spooky gathering spot for Satanists…some

even say that they housed the Nazis during the second world war.

Speaking of Nazis, have a listen to this Urban Legend from the Pont Marie Bridge at number

4 World War Two era Europe was filled with treachery,

sacrifice and heartbreak.

There were spies everywhere.

Legend has it that during the French occupation, a Parisian woman was married to a resistance

fighter but was having an affair with a Nazi officer who she was using for information

to feed back to the resistance.

Now I don't know if you know Paris in the winter, but it is COLD.

Cold!

One night, the woman was meeting her husband on the Pont Marie Bridge, but he never showed.

She waited and waited for him but he never came.

She froze to death and died on the bridge.

Her Phantom is said to still haunt the bridge to this day – people have reported seeing

an apparition of a sobbing woman.

When they go to console her, she disappears.

3 - The Bodies of the River Seine The River Seine is one of the most famous

and romantic bodies of water in the world.

Endlessly romanticised in paintings and literature, the river is synonymous with the city of love.

That being said, the river is jaaaanky.

The water has flowed through the city for over a thousand years, and has seen its fair

share of sewage, so much so that some people refer to it as an open sewer.

That isn't the only thing scary about the Seine though…locals will tell you it is

filled with bodies…and this is one urban legend that unfortunately is pretty true.

Not only is the Seine a popular suicide spot, it is a popular body dumping spot for murderers.

In 2008, Supermodel Katoucha Nian's body was pulled out of the water after she fell

into the river, drunk.

In 1961 The Parisian Police carried out a massacre on the pro national Liberation Front

– killing between 40 -200 people and dumping their bodies in the river.

The mass murder was covered up, but the bodies of the dead Algerians still remain, lost in

the water.

2 - The Red Man of Tuileries Palace Different Variations of this Urban Legend

suggest the Red man spotted outside Tuileries palace in Paris was a local butcher, whereas

other say he was a henchman of 16th Queen Catherine de Medici.

Both legends agree his named was Jean and that the Queen had him killed because this

man held way too many of the crowns secrets.

A while after his death, a man was spotted in blood red attire wandering the gardens.

One man who spoke to his ghost, Neuville, reported Jean swore vengeance in the Queen

and the crown.

Aristocrats of the palace thought the he was a sign of bad luck to come – indeed Marie

Antoinette supposedly saw him shortly before meeting the guillotine.

Napoleon, however, quite liked the fellow and would talk to him about war strategy.

Those visiting the old palace today occasionally spot the man in red.

Oh dear.

1 - The Phantom of the Opera Not only is it in my Top 5 Musicals of all

time, Phantom of the Opera is actually based on a real urban legend.

Andrew Lloyd Webbers musical is based on the novel by Gaston Leroux, but in turn, Leroux

based his novel on real life reports of strange goings on at the Opera Garnier.

The famous Opera house, now home of the National Opera, was built in 1875 and reportedly is

reportedly haunted by a ghost, ghoul or Phantom.

In 1896, one of the theatres grand chandelier's did indeed break and kill someone, like in

the novel and musical.

Strange reports of other worldly goings on still exist to this day, and it was said for

a long time the theatre was built on some kind of watery underground lair, like the

Phantoms.

In actuality this is kind of true, the opera house is built on a water tank.

Who knows what is happening down there in the watery depths.

So guys, that was the Top 10 Scary Paris Urban Legends!

Let me know which you found the scariest!

Man, even those these were spooky, I still really want to go back to the city of love!

Have some Macarons and a really good coffee….get to the Pompidou art museum…ahhh.

Where would you most like to travel to.

Before I go I just want to read a few comments from one of my most recent videos, the top

10 scariest Tsunamis caught on camera – this is what you had to say.

Jordan 96 HD said: This's so sad...

Tsunamis can cause absolute devastation and heartbreak - as seen in this video.

God bless the people who lost their lives or their property.?

Tori V said: #2 the guy wasn't stunned with fear, he accepted the fact that there was

no way he could out run the waves so he stood there in the face of nature and took the impact.?.

Annabel Blossom said: I remember how I found this channel: a few years ago I searched up

stuff to say to Siri: and it was Rebecca doing it, still remember that, so good so good XD?

– Yas…you still here keith?

Thanks so much for tuning in – like and share!

My Scars: a personal story about what language meant to me - Duration: 4:39.

At the end of the last animation, I asked you to share your own stories of uneven understanding.

Share you did, more than I could've imagined.

We built one of the web's largest collections of asymmetric intelligibility

stories right there in the comments!

You also called me out.

Could I maybe share something personal about my journey into language?

That's something patrons have asked for, too.

Since we have a bit of downtime, today's a good day to do that.

In my life, there hasn't just been one thing that connected me to language.

It's been a bunch of small moments, little experiences.

Some of these end up in my videos, so I guess keep watching to get the full story.

But if I'm sharing personal experiences, it might have to be this one.

It's not what I expected today, but there are events... struggles... things in my earlier

life I wouldn't be here without.

These are my scars.

Literal scars at the time.

It's so superficial, but, as a kid, I was kind of shy.

It's something I slowly grew out of thanks to a happy family, team sports, great friends.

Until I ran into that life wall called adolescence.

That means different things to different teens.

I got some of the normal awkwardness and acne, but on top of that I began to get serious

scabs and rashes and worse all over my face, my hands, my neck...

I tried to cover it up or at least play it off.

I couldn't always find ways to cope.

I'd make it through a school day and I'd rush to be alone: study or draw or ride my bike

off on my own.

On tough days, I remember sitting behind bus benches instead of waiting up front like a

normal person just so my latest scars weren't out there for everyone to see.

Why am I telling you this?

Because it mattered.

I was uncomfortable and struggling to find worth in my own skin, and that made it tough

to connect superficially.

I had to look past my skin and lean on ways I knew to connect on a deeper level.

I did this with language.

It helped me relate to people, people with their own scars, people who, past and present,

opened up and shared stories of languages and cultures with me.

They gave me riches more meaningful than if I'd never had this struggle.

Eventually, it took years, but eventually I got a diagnosis: my skin was sensitive

to fragrances.

Laundry, deodorant, cologne, shampoo, hair products, washing dishes,

they were all leaving scars.

I made changes and the scars healed.

That's what they do.

I remember the day my mom helped me take off my sheets and wash everything in

fragrance-free detergent.

I got to leave it behind, usually for my skin and definitely for my mind.

Clocks tick, scars fade.

I get to make up for lost time.

For the most part I've moved on, which is one reason why these videos take a while.

Yes, animation is a thing that takes time.

I've learned how true that is.

But there's more to my story.

In an effort to be a productive part of our future world and pay for those handbaskets

of food, I've been on my own years-long journey to be a better programmer.

Maybe a bit later in life than I expected, but while you've been watching, I've been

putting in the work: taking classes, getting certified, coding projects.

This balancing act doesn't pay well, but in many other ways it's been rewarding.

It even shapes the videos you watch.

Now, the part of my journey that would become NativLang is another story, one I shared with

patrons, but I'm compelled to keep coming back partly because of those earlier days

when language distracted me from my scars.

Well, I've talked about where I've been.

What about you?

What has language meant to you?

Was there a little moment or a meaningful experience?

I offer patrons much gratitude for all your support, and thank you for sticking around

and subscribing for language.

LISTEN TO YOUR SOUL explained by Hans Wilhelm - Duration: 8:47.

Hi, I'm Hans Wilhelm.

Today I invite you to explore with me why it is so important that we listen to our soul.

Throughout the day our soul is giving us messages to lead a more positive life.

Let us briefly remind ourselves why most of us are here in this very short earthly life.

It is our unique opportunity to undo our karma and purify our soul in the fastest possible

way.

Karma are all our unloving sensations, emotions, thoughts, words and actions eventually coming

back to us.

In the spiritual realms development and purification of our soul can be very slow and painful because

we do not have the physical body that can buffer some karmic blows.

And furthermore, we are only surrounded by like-minded other souls.

Like attracts like.

But here on Earth we do have a physical body as a buffer and we are exposed to many different

people and points of views that can challenge and teach us more intensely.

Therefore, it is a tremendous gift to be here right now.

Whenever we create karma it gets stored in our soul, in our body and most importantly

in the corresponding repository planets.

Eventually this karma will return back to us.

It can be in form of difficult situations, challenging people, illnesses or even blows

of fate.

But before they fully manifest in our lives, the repository planets are sending us warning

impulses via our soul to clear up these karmic burdens before they hit us in full measure.

And these messages come via our soul and then through our nervous system which is the link

between our soul and our body.

We often notice these sensations as queasy feelings in our solar plexus.

Initially we usually can't tell if this is a warning, fear, shame, guilt or whatever

that comes up in us.

But it does make us restless and uncomfortable.

We don't want to feel it or face it.

It can be a strong emotional charge or sometimes a subtle charge that we commonly dismiss as

the feeling of boredom or anxiety.

So, instead of looking at the messages that our soul is sending us and that are coming

up in us right now, we try to avoid them.

Instead we are now searching for a stimulant that is stronger than our soul's message

and that can override and ignore these uncomfortable feelings.

For instance, we might be running to the refrigerator or do some other forms of escape and distractions.

That can even be drugs, alcohol or sex.

But one of the most popular and fastest way is losing ourselves in the internet, - our

cell phone, television, binge watching, or video games.

We know that with just a click or two we can be in a totally different world and reality

- and we no longer feel this uncomfortable feeling of warning in us.

If our messy emotional state is too unpleasant we want extremely gripping experiences to

excite us more and to totally numb our emotions.

Here on the internet, our cell phones, and TVs we can find an avalanche of these absorbing

and distracting stimulants, may it be in sensational news flashes, movies, sport or computer games.

And what is it that most likely gets our immediate and full attention?

Anything that appeals to our base instincts: Violence, greed, power and sex!

They are the key-ingredients of the most watched TV series, top grossing movies, computer games

and even news channels.

Do we really believe that consuming violence, brutality, murder, torture, deceit, porn,

and similar stuff for a couple of hours a day has zero effect on us?

Let's think about this!

If that would be true, all companies who advertise their products on TV or internet would waste

their money.

But instead they spent billions of dollars because they know for sure they can affect

us and influence our behavior with their visual images.

There is a huge industry purposely feeding us with false and extreme negativity to bring

us into a lower frequency and dependency.

We so easily forget that our brain has trouble distinguishing real from imaginary.

Our intellect might know that this is just a movie.

But our brain, our subconscious, our body accepts it as real.

The same stress responses are kicking in here.

They are producing cortisol and adrenalin and pushing blood around the body.

The same chemistry is produced by our glands and hormones regardless of whether the danger

is real or on a computer screen.

All these dissonances or disharmonies affect the consciousness of our cells and organs

and in particular our nervous system, which is the connecting network to our soul.

It causes tension in the delicate, vital nerves through which and along the spirit power - the life force - flows to keep our body healthy and youthful.

Have we ever considered that anything we experience repeatedly is stored in our organism and naturally,

also in our soul particles?

Science has proven that every experience is permanently recorded.

Every person suffering from hyperthymesia - which is total memory recall - can attest

to the validity of this statement.

We can never "unsee" any image that we have seen.

We have to take full responsibility for whatever we freely choose to consume.

We all know that if we keep feeding our body trash food it will over time cause serious

health problems.

The very same applies to anything that we feed to our soul.

Any visual diet of movies, games and shows that are not life-enriching can harm our soul

and in the end change who we are and who we are becoming.

Can we grasp that by willfully choosing experiences that glorify things like violence, greed,

power and porn, we are lowering our own vibration?

After all, everything is vibration in life.

It immediately lowers our immune system and can open us up to all kinds of diseases.

Test have shown that people who watched - for instance - a documentary about Mother Theresa

had a noticeable increase of t-cells.

Whereas those who watched a movie with violence had a serious deduction.

Furthermore, the lowering of our vibration can be a portal or an invitation for negative

energies.

They can then inject us with Trojan thoughts of similar vibration.

These are thoughts that we think are ours.

But they are not.

And with these Trojan thoughts they can then manipulate us for their own dark purposes.

And then, of course, there is the danger that we quickly become desensitized and numb to

a certain level of violence, brutality or stimulus and we will crave for stronger and

even stronger experiences to reach the same high.

Let me be clear, there is nothing wrong with watching movies, shows, games or sports.

I recommend them even in my various videos.

They can be very life and soul-enriching experiences.

What truly matters are our intentions; Why are we watching them.

Are our intentions just the desire to escape from that annoying feeling and message from

our soul that we often dismiss as "boredom" or anxiety?

Our soul has a very important message for us!

Next time we feel bored or anxious, let's not run away from the feeling.

Instead we sit down, close our eyes and explore what this feeling could mean to us.

What does it remind us of?

Anything from our childhood?

We question our thoughts.

What false belief may be the cause?

Is there anything what we are trying to avoid?

Let us be with that feeling totally and let it tell us what our soul wants us to know.

We may be in for some great surprises.

If you are interested to see what happened to me when I learned to listen to my soul's

message you may enjoy my TED talk on boredom.

The messages from our soul might be subtle - but they are powerful gifts that should

never be ignored.

Thank you for joining me.

The Okay So Booksically (Tipsy) Tag - Duration: 16:26.

hi hello my name is Oly Bliss and this is my channel #Bookdraw and for those

you don't know I enjoy looking at queer fiction today I am doing something

entirely different but not because I'm doing a tag but I'm doing a tipsy tag

which is one of those tags where you feel like is it slaying I should really

be putting on you my channel and is it something that's actually I shouldn't be

doing at all that's probably something I shouldn't be doing at all but back in

February and we're now in July I said or I was I was tagged into it and like my

partner she says just because people ask you to do things you shouldn't do them

cuz it's something that I'm working on but and if you know what I mean it's

July so I've taken my own sweet damn time to do this tag right now I've been in a

situation where I've gone out unheard of he drinks I'm alone in my hotel room

through work I had a wonderful evening I went out to see some performances in

Newcastle for curious festival which is a queer festival some spectacular

performances too and I add details below I talked about supposed to be talking

about Tag yeah and afterwards I had a few drinks and the whole point of this tag I

believe is that you are supposed to do this tag when you're hit see and I have

waited for that kind of moment where yeah you're tipsy enough to have a go

but an about tipsy enough to actually hold a camera and be arsed

because I have spoken to Shawn in the past and via

messaging and stuff saying I'm okay I've had like a drink

he's like why aren't you doing the tag because too drunk but now I'm at that

kind of level where it's about right where I can just be like okay

lets to the tag I've been trying to I was trying to because I had taken the

picture on on this phone about the questions and wish I haven't even looked

at me I'm gonna read through the questions and do the okay

booksically tag the tipsy version and share with you my uncensored opinions

about the okay let's just do this so there are there are no questions okay so

tell us about your user blog channel name and your real name so my real name

is Oly Blss there is a story behind that though so I spell it Oly basically

because I had a massive crush on my CDT teacher as he did he is craft designing

technology and the guy who was leading that class was an Italian not Stallion

Italian guy called I should say should i but basically so he was my teacher and

he was the first person he basically spelled my name

O-L-Y and i'm aware that he was like me dyslexic and i was just like oh that's

kind of cool and basically why was massively into him because it was very

attractive he had dark hair but he was very approachable and very friendly and

at that time I was very unusual because I was very kind of young and awkward and

he also played piano and he was just at a high school cuz he went outside around

the corner and he would smoke fags and as a kid seeing a teacher do that I

never went and smoked with him but I was kind of like at that age not smoking

school it's totally ridiculous to do end up killing yourself as kids but yeah he

was very attractive that features of olive skin dark eyelashes but

anyway that whole illusion has completely gone because couple years

later I'd left gone to college came back I was probably about a foot taller than

him and the moment was gone of course I had I have literally

outgrown him physically and mentally and emotionally and everything else but for

some reason from the age of 15 and I am in my 30s now I am still spelling my

name that way Oly and so that's my name and also

easier on the characters so there we go open instagram and search and chat about

the first three images I don't think I can do okay look okay so I've got I've

got like I've got Twitter but instead I can't do Instagram because that's in

this phone and if I did that out that won't work

I will look at some images which were in here instead several consuming images

there's a picture of a tires a car that is not what anyone is interested in that

isn't advert people that is very disappointing with all social media like

how they've embraced that if literally takes a tweeted a picture of an

overturned toilet which there's fucking mayhem at Hebden Bridge today this is

get this shit box away from the houses no joke like that is that is

actually what it says as proof I got even making that up

oh and there's the picture of Juno Dawson who is a wonderful human being and

a massive general advocate for all things LGBT and then third person is

someone- Brian Thomas who has a new profile picture which is that to even

remember like signing up to him so there you go I hope that was interesting for

you? mmm okay open YouTube and talk about

first three videos I can't even do any of this? Bare with Bare with another advert

of cadbury inventor and it's got a black woman who's about to eat a slice an

underrated Vine compilation because I still love Vines I know they're gone

but I literally I can't help myself at all and then mojo the top ten scenes

sorry the top 10 worst scenes in parody movies oh and it's got an image of I

forget her name but she's the woman from Hunger Games who were Effie Effie it is Effie

isn't it? what something like Effie I love mojo it gives me all the juicy

gossip okay so the next question your favorite song to listen to while reading

writing and how many plays it has got I am massively like a mood listener in

turn and a mood reader but right now I don't know why because I used to really

enjoy it but like been really listening to Ariana One Last Time I don't know why

but I am loving that right now and I've only recently actually yeah he sat down

and listened to the lyrics properly? because it's pretty messed up she like

literally wants to sleep with whatever guy and she knows that like she's with

he's with whoever he's with and she just wants to get in there and she knows that

even if he is in her heart that she just wants that one last night and before I

because like she's so like high-pitched and you don't even hear what she's

saying it's just like I love this I love listening to this

and now I'm like oh that's actually quite problematic by still it's it's

worth of boogie and it's lovely in terms of Ariana Grande and what she represents

for Manchester I suppose but she's just she's she's really good fun she can sing

she can sing so good so there we go okay favourite book on your shelf at at

the moment I have no shelf I have a low shelf I'm in a hotel but in my bag right

now I have got Simon Savage book related to night wood which we're going to be

doing for quite quite early watch out for that I'm also listening right now to

Sarah Walters pay guests with the Lauren's um

aka Whitey and Crock and pair of them we

had this whole like goal situation for the days where we were gonna be on

target and none of us are living up to those targets right now I'm enjoying

what I'm listening to you so far so yeah I'm sure they're my favorites right now

favorite bookish thing you love using as a as a probe in your pictures and videos

a prog what favorite bookish thing you love using as a prop in your pictures

and videos like I was not supposed to be prop okay so like in my normal videos

where I'm at home I'm on my little seat and I've got a

slug behind me which has got a little fairy lights and I'm basically enjoy

having that because provides lighting in the back and the slug has a little bee

of Manchester and and it's also queer because it's long and disproportionately

sized so it's not like one equal size or round but I think the slug will be

changed into a new slug but it's just called slug okay number

seven three books that you are dying to reread but you probably never will

reread so yes this is on my mind just because like had previously watched a

video with Todd the Librarian he was amazing

and I'd very much enjoy being in the state with him and just hanging out with

him he's a very cool dude but he is gonna be doing Northern Lights which I

haven't actually read but I have watched the movie and I know this is like a

thing that people are angry at me for doing but I cuz I was on holiday I just

picked up my little sister's look for the second one the despite us so I'll

know it's the Subtle Knife isn't it so I I started reading the stuff and the

Subtle Knife and I hadn't actually read the first book and I was of course very

confused while they're in a different place in world and I've never so far got

around to reading that first book and will I ever I don't know people don't

seem overly first by the book of dust to be fair and and I'm just wondering will

I actually got around to it because there are so many other more interesting

things to probably be reading that harsh but dying to rereads other I like I

really enjoyed actually the tales of Narnia I guess I'm just on a kind of

fantasy plane right now but and because some of those latest stories were lovely

and they had quite like nostalgic kind of messaging when you're a certain stage

in life and then you're no longer able to enter Narnia and I feel like maybe

the doors of Narnia are closed to me but I would have loved or I would love to go

back and hang out with them all taking in the last book when it's all kind of

closing down and but there were some just lovely messages in that too in

terms about growing up going on I don't

know but eight amazing bookish finds this can be books bookish things or

bookish moments um

fines can I just pass I don't feel like I've chatted on anyway bookish things

all the things do you know what it is is like going into a charity shop and just

in being able to have like a nice little scout and then you see that book which

you've kind of been like I really wanted actually this is like with the

grasshopper jungle because like it's one of those books which I'm like and I knew

that book existed and it's one of those books which I've heard a lot of really

positive things and I was really exciting to be able to like get it and

get it for cheap that's always like a little reward so I think like yeah like

charity shopping and finding those hidden books are always cool okay so hot

hottest authors and author crushes that guy who did Gaupa I forget what his

name is what it was his name I I will add it below he's fine like he's in you

know how he's fine in black and white but then I've also seen some color

images of him and was just like oh so the lighting whatever was doing it a lot

maybe it's just cause he's beardy actually that Benjamin I want to say

Mars or Miller? He's very beardy an interesting-looking and I saw him doing

a talk Bradford Literature Festival and he's

quite fun too I'm sure there are others I just I can't

think of them all quite no quite nice quite quite right now um

yeah no I'm not I'm not massive on the bookish brushes and I think him I'm just

more probably drawn to the beards anyway anyway I hope this was a good enough tipsy tag

okay if it feels like I'm like not very clear in any way right now I

just want to say hi to Shawn and hi to everybody else who was part of the

mirror-Muriel Spark's comforters reads it was massively fun to do it all with you

but also a big shout out to Shawn I finally got on and did it so I hope it's

been a worthwhile wait all right bye

Losing My Mind - The Dummy Experiment 3 - Duration: 21:19.

Hi everybody, I'm Amanda the G and welcome back to the shittiest game ever. This is a Dummy Experiment again, I don't know why

It's not really playing a lot of music right now

Why are you not?

Are you not working?

Come on this thing is plugged in

There goes, okay now it's playing music we're back into it. This is the Dummy Experiment

It's a shitty game that I am shitty at. It's not a shitty game

I'm just shitty at it, but I'm going to try damn hard. Oh shit shit

I'm gonna try damn hard to not suck balls at this and I'm going to suck balls at this

anyway, I am going to try my damnedest to get to a checkpoint

if you have not watched me play this game before

Just a warning. It's terrible

The controls are god-awful

You lose your head a lot

the narrator's a dick and

I have come to the point in this game before where I can see the checkpoint

But I've never been able to reach the checkpoint.

The first time I tried playing without a joystick and I was just playing

with WASD and it was fucking shit tard tastic

It was god-awful

And they very much suggest that you use a joystick, but guess what the joystick still sucks balls

It doesn't really help, they say it helps but it doesn't it does not help

running is not helpful

so you point in a direction that you're gonna go and then

Okay

So in the direction that you pointed you have to then pull back in the other direction

and I'm just talking over the narrator because he's, he's stupid and he really doesn't like give you anything.

It really doesn't matter

So basically the story if you have not seen the past

I don't know how long of me playing this or you haven't seen anyone else play it is

basically, you are a dummy, you have become sentient

and you must escape this lab and bad shit happens in the lab and

there is the extent of your knowledge

and it's horrible and

And it gives you things like that like have you ever tried to leave the fucking game

have you ever tried being a nice person?!

Because I don't think you've ever tried that because you're a fucktard!

Okay, so you point in the direction you want to go and then it constantly keeps going further in that direction

So you have to constantly be pulling back in the exact opposite one

To pull yourself back from falling and I just went the wrong direction. That's why I just lost my head there

So my head has gone off a lot

And now I know why narrators are fucktards actually

I don't all I know is that you're a fucktard

You're a fucktard and you make this even harder and I don't understand why this game is so difficult

Like why couldn't you make it at least somewhat manageable?

But no like the joystick doesn't even work. You can't even just like hold it in it like

You can't hold the joystick and any - damn it if you move the joystick in a direction

You have to hold it in the opposite one

But you can't even like hold it all the way because then it'll go too far and then you'll be going the other direction

shut your damn fool ass mouth bitch.

I'm a winner too. I= just not in the traditional sense

Okay, I'm a winner in that I'm still alive

My character may not be but it keeps respawning

So I guess it's alive and its beat the odds to get this far. Okay. Ah

We are almost to Link

Link is my friend. He's my buddy.

We must go say hello to him.

For right now. Yes. I really just want to get to the checkpoint

That's like my only goal

my only goal in this entire game is to get to that sh- first checkpoint

It's never even been to finish it. It's been to get to the first fucking checkpoint

because it's so hard

I don't even care like they tell you oh use a joystick. It's easier. It's not any easier than WASD

It's not any easier than WASD although they claim that WASD is near impossible to actually do it.

So I got a joystick

Specifically for this game, I got a USB joystick

I didn't have a USB joystick before and I got a USB controller specifically for this game

Not saying I haven't used it to play other things

But I got it mainly just like the initial purchase was just to play

this piece-of-shit game and cl- and see if I could actually do it

You know what practice this whole game is. Ah

This whole game is supposed to be damn it,

there's no practice in this game, there's no practice mode. There's no tutorial

There might have been a tutorial. I probably skepped it, skipped it. I think I skipped it

I think there was a tutorial at one point that I skipped

Okay, okay. Okay. Okay. Okay come this way. Oh

That was close

Okay, okay, okay

Okay, okay little man

You got this little dude, you got this. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay this way this way. Oh, no, damn it

Yeah, oh shit too far

Okay. Okay. Nope too far. Come on little dude. Come on little blue, dude

Go blue, dude

Go

you are gonna join the Blue Man Group if you can get out of here and they're gonna love you and you are going to

be the best person ever in the Blue Man Group

And you won't even have to paint yourself. How about that?

And everybody would be like wow the Blue Man Group got

so much fucking better when this blue dummy dude joined them

go fucking blue, dude, and

Then you'll have groupies

everywhere and

And it'll be wonderful

wouldn't that be nice?

have groupies follow you around, you got roadies carrying all your shit

Damnit

But no, you don't want to get to the checkpoint you don't want to be in a band

That's really not a band that nobody really cares about anymore

because it's not the early 90s, but who gives a shit?

I think they're still going right?

Blue Man Group's still going, isn't that, aren't they?

I don't know, that's a question for the internet

so internet like I'm asking you now is

is, is the Blue Man Group still a thing, do people like

go and see the Blue Man Group?

I don't know exactly how I got on the topic of talking about the Blue Man Group, but that's

not really helping me play this game.

I was gonna say it's helping me, but it's really not because I can't get out of that room

Okay. Okay. It's all right. It's all right little dude

We're just gonna keep you

Somewhat near normal that's, that's my goal. We're gonna keep you somewhat to normal

Have you ever tried not being a jackass? I'm gonna try and stop using so many jerky movements on, oh

on the controller cause I've been doing a lot of like flicking stuff and it's really not working

Neither was that

Damnit

Damnit

well, you know what? You're a loser for talking about it

I'm a winner cause I decapitated myself onto a table, my head stayed on the table

That makes me a winner

Regardless of what you think a winner is I'm a winner.

ah, SHIT

I don't know if I will ever get to a checkpoint in this game

I honestly had to stop playing it for a long time because it's just

so frustrating

and then he starts talking about gravity and it's like

Just shut up

and it tells you like this whole thing in the same rate. It's like literally shut up

It literally does not work in the real world. It only works in a vacuum

Science will tell you that it literally only works in a vacuum

Shut up, like gravity will literally only fall exactly perfectly between like a book and a pebble in a vacuum

Damnit, we got too close to Link. We were too excited to see our friend

But like hello and welcome to physics 101

It's it's there's there's wind issues and and other real-world things get in the way and

aerodynamics gets in the way. So it like literally it's just in in in a vacuum

But whatever drop some science on you if you're gonna be a dick about everything

Okay

Okay. Okay. We got this. We got this

No problem. We're not dying. We're not failing miserably

Okay, come on. Come on. It's just a checkpoint. It's just a checkpoint

It's something that would be absolutely fucking wonderful to get to!

Because otherwise what am I doing playing this game?

I'm trying to provide content and what content is it for me to just keep doing the same

FUCKING THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN and failing so much. Oh shit. I'm going the wrong way. It was over before it started

It was over before it started

Okay

Okay. Okay. I'm gonna sit up maybe if I sit up

Mm-hmm

Maybe if I sit up straight it won't work

It totally is I am literally walking right now. It is a part of walking just because your commentary is delayed

doesn't mean I have to listen to it.

Hi friend I decapitated myself on you

That's how you know we're true friends. That's who the true friends are

The true friends are the ones you would go and decapitate yourself on

Literally don't listen to me

I have no idea what the hell I'm talking about and I just spit all over my hands. That was gross

That was super gross

damnit!

Stop talking about gravity. Nobody wants to hear you

You're fucking wrong. Nobody wants to hear you.

If you're gonna talk about it at least drop the real science you bitch

It's not a theory- UUGGGHHH

see that kind of shit makes me mad because

science calls shit theories, but that doesn't mean there's not like

800 billion pounds of evidence on them

It just can't be 100%

Like there is absolutely no doubt proven or something like theories are basically like it's pretty much facts

okay, and it's

There's a lot of research. Don't tell me that gravity doesn't exist. Oh god. Oh god

I lost me in that whole thing and I couldn't control me when I was gone.

Okay? Okay. No, no this way

UUUUGGGHHHH

And I know there's jumping in this game by the way, there's totally jumping in this game

um

I have not had to use that yet. I think that's after you get to the first checkpoint

Because there is more game after that first checkpoint. I just

can't ever get there

I just can't get there

yep

dammit!

I'm trying so hard. I am trying so hard

I've completely entered try hard mode and it's not even helping

This game is fucking impossible. And I'm sure there are speedruns of this game

And I'm sure people are capable of beating this game

and fucking good for them cause I'm not one of them people

No shit

well, you were wrong

Plenty of people fall down, okay

babies fall down

drunk people fall down

people with cerebellar issues fall down

people with apraxia sometimes fall down

people with

Parkinson's will fall down

old people who lose their balance will fall down

People who are trying tricks on things will fall down.

Stop judging people you jackass

people fall, it fucking happens you're talking about

gravity, and then you're like so surprised that people also succumb to gravity

Don't be a dick!

Oh my god, oh my god. Oh my god

Oh my god. I just want to get to the checkpoint and I don't want to listen to you anymore!

I DON'T WANNA HEAR WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY ANYMORE

SHUT YOUR FOOL ASS MOUTH, BITCH

(frustrated groaning)

Okay, okay, ah

This game is so hard

DAMNIT

Okay, I cannot keep doing this to myself

I need to get to a checkpoint, okay? Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Oh my god. So close

So close that time. Okay. Okay. You've got this, you've got this

we take a deep breath

damnit!

We take a deep breath and you keep repeating the same thing

And I know you have more of a script than that and I don't know why we've heard this gravity spiel like eight times

already today

But I know you have more that you can say

So I'm just gonna talk over every time you start talking about gravity because you're a dipshit and I know you have more words

You have more jackass words.

So use your other jackass words. I know you sang to me one time. That was kind of nice

I would like it. If you would sing to me again. I think it sang to me though because I wasn't playing

And that's why it started singing but I do remember that happening

oh come on

I don't remember what it's sang to me, but I do remember that it sang

oh come on come on, no, no, no, no correct it yourself, NO

Okay. Okay? Okay, okay

Dammit

Come on come on girl. Come on

come on

Come on, little blue dude

Come on, damn it

Damn it

Okay, okay, okay, come on damn it

Come on dude

Oh my god

AAHHHHHH

What's really sad is there is a counter up in this game that I am totally very purposely covering with my face

Like I am very purposely

Putting my face where it is

Because there's a counter of how long I've been playing this for

and y'all don't need to see

how long that actually is to never make it to a checkpoint

Because it is legit embarrassing like legit embarrassing

It's over 70 minutes right now

And I have not played this game on my free time at all, I've only ever recorded it

so that gives you an idea

of three videos in how long Amanda has recorded this game for

And how long she's attempted it for and how much she still sucks at it

now granted, it has been a prolonged period of time

since I played this the last time

Because I got so mad at it I couldn't fathom coming back to it

And I actually didn't think I was going to I thought about just letting this thing

hang its little head up for all eternity and

go fuck itself and basically never play again.

And then I thought you know what? It's been a while

And I have a bit more of a clear head now

I'm a bit happier in general than I was for the last time, see that's new words

And I thought maybe if I take a deep breath

Maybe being in a good mood and then playing this game

will make this

better, it will make it so I can actually play it but I don't think that's actually the way this game works

I think it's designed to just be a dick

Yes, exactly a falling piece of sadness. See that's a new one

See it has new words. It has new words, I don't think I've heard before and yes

I am a falling piece of sadness. You are taking my happiness away and you are making it sadness

You are making me hate playing this game

And I still can't get to your goddamn checkpoint

No matter what I do

I cannot get to your checkpoint and I really want to, I really want to get to your checkpoint

yes

Damn it

So close

I just want your checkpoint, that's all, that's all

Damn it. I just want to be able to say

that I didn't suck entirely at this game and I got good enough

to get to a checkpoint, and I know that that may not be something that I can ever actually say

I might just say that this game was so fucking irritating that I threw it the fuck away

And by that I mean since its digital, deleted it

Damnit

And then we're just gonna keep talking about gravity like literally

No one cares dude. No one cares

okay, I can do this.

Yeah, because they keep playing your damn game

And this is a really stupid game to play

And it was really, it was in the Getting Over It thing

with Bennet Foddy, when like when that craze came out that's

when this game came out, when everybody was all about like games

hurting them and

just destroying them into little bitty

broken down frustrated pieces, and you decided to make a game that did that

With bullshit controls that never actually get any better and just make you hate

your life

That's it. Okay, okay

Okay. I am getting too damn frustrated at this game. I can't I can't I can't I cannot beat this game

It's not gonna happen. I cannot get to a checkpoint. Oh

Thank you for the motivation. Now that I've stopped. Anyway, that's it for this game

Probably ever, unless people really want me to come back to this

I very highly doubt that I will ever play this game ever again

I am so frustrated with it, and I need to go back to my happy mood and just have a good day again

So that's it for this video

Michael Strahan Starting A Television Career | BREAKING BIG | PBS - Duration: 1:20.

- When I left football, I did not cry

at my press conference.

I was happy.

Fifteen years, I'm done!

No more getting beat up.

No more stress of this.

- [Constance] He went out the way most athletes dream of.

Winning a super bowl.

He retires a couple weeks later.

He goes out on top.

- That moment after the Superbowl,

when he became the face of that story,

was really a great opportunity to leverage his familiarity

with american audiences across the television spectrum.

- [Carlos] So why did you turn on to television?

- It just happened!

I remember the first thing I was invited to do

was the local Fox station here in New York said,

Michael would you like to go

to the Sports Illustrated swimsuit party?

I mean, come on, of course I'll go!

I'm there for like forty-five minutes just like,

oh, this is great!

They hand me a microphone and they go, we need you

to interview the ladies.

Oh, it was the worst interviews ever.

I think they only talked to me out of sympathy.

I was so bad, but it ended up being one of

the scariest things I've ever done, but also liberating.
