İbrahim Üzülmez: İlk galibiyeti almak istiyoruz ÇAYKUR RİZESPOR HABERLERİ  | 29

08.2018 11:36 | 50 dakika önce Çaykur Rizespor Teknik Direktörü İbrahim Üzülmez, Antalyaspor maçının kolay bir maç olmayacağını belirterek, "Oyuncularımı bu maça en iyi şekilde hazırlayıp motive ederek ilk galibiyetimizi almak istiyoruz" dedi

Spor Toto Süper Lig'in 4. haftasında Antalyaspor'a konuk olacak Çaykur Rizespor'da hazırlıklar sürüyor

İbrahim Üzülmez'in ortaya koyduğu karakter, mücadele takıma yansımış durumda. Oyuncularımızda Antalyaspor deplasmanında kendilerine yakışır bir futbol ortaya koyacaklardır, inşallah ilk galibiyet alarak yolumuza emin adımlarla devam edeceğiz" diyerek açıklamasını noktaladı

PARTNEROynaya oynaya denize girdi Çaykur Rizespor'da yeni hedef Mustafa Pektemek İbrahim Üzülmez: Oynadığımız futbol takdir topluyor

Seungyeon is warming up!

She seems to be about to exercise

Now I am..

I am going to learn how to do dance sports

So before learning that I wanted to warm up..

It's been a while since I last exercised

So I was exercising.

Q. Why did you want to learn the ballroom dance? It's a… different kind of dancing.

From the ones I have learned

Unlike broadcast dance, waacking or street dance, it's just so different

That I was curious

And I had always wanted to learn it for many reasons.

Also, my father has a friend

Whose daughter is doing sports dance

So he told me a lot about it

And encouraged me to do it once

So now I got the opportunity to do it today.

Q. What kind of exercise do you do often these days? These days I am into.. arm.. or upper body exercises

So I am going to do it now

One day, I just began to mind my arms

I guess it's because it's summer season.

I did not learn this from anyone,

I just found some video clips on SNS

And did it myself

If you don't have dumbbells like these

There are water bottles at home, 500 ml?

You could use two of them as well.

You should lower your shoulders

If you do it with your shoulders lifted, these.. trapezius muscles..?

So lower them like this

And then lift them like.. this.

Like as if you pull them up

Actually I don't know what it is good for.

But it just feels right for my arms.

Q. Does exercise help you dance?

Oh~ Of course

The muscles you use are very different

But dancing needs a lot of muscular strength

So it is more effective to do it rather than not to do it

And makes you better at it

And it makes you look prettier when dancing~

It feels good too

You know?

Today..

I don't have any strength today

[Exercising briefly because she has no strength] (According to the standard of our leader)

[After such a 'brief' exercise..] (for only one and half an hour)

# Yangjae-dong 'S' Studio

Oh my

These shoes are also very different

And they are very light..

Today.. I am more..

Nervous than I thought~

There are so many types of dance sports.

So I wonder what they are going to teach me..

I want to ask what kind of dance suits me the best

(The teachers are) very charismatic,

(timid timid)

We are going to learn a dance called 'Cha cha cha'

#The_teachers_for_today_to_teach_dancesport!

There is a type called 'Cha cha cha' among Latin American dances

It's a rhythmical dance in 4/4 time.

Five steps are taken in four beats

Then let's learn it step by step!

Right, left, right, left, right, left..

[It feels as like.. learning to walk again…?]

[One two one two]

The end of your toe shouldn't be off the floor

And the heels of your feet should come up and down naturally

Did you learn how to do it before?

#_Super_Positive_thinking_Teachers..

Let's just leap on to learn the basic steps

Sidestep with your right foot~

Move your left foot to right~

Then step with your right foot!

One more time

[Learning to do the basic steps little by little!] (basic skills are the most important!)

The steps you learned now are called 'Basic movement'

(claps claps)

Let's do it with the music on.

Cha~ Cha~ Cha~

Cha~ Cha~ Cha~

(claps claps)

When you check, don't keep much distance between your thighs

You should put them together as closely as possible..

More than this, right like this~

And your front foot.. there is a thing called ' Toe Turned Out' in Latin position 'toe turned out:': Moving the hind part of your stepping foot to inside

The end of your feet should always be turned out a little

And one more thing!

When you gather your feet, one should be stretched

And the other leg should be bent

Now let's learn the choreography

Slowly

(learning the choreography like an absorbing sponge) [Seungyeon began learning the choreography]

(Small movements are put together to make the choreography) [Movements with lots of details]

If this part is lifted, we don't know what to do about it so

Press it.

You could make deeper waves

You are good at it

Oh! Lethal move~ That's right!

One more time! Lethal move~

(With the power of lethal move…) [Little by little, we can see the form of Cha cha cha~]

(The student is enjoying it~ the teachers are enjoying it~) [She is learning by keeping in step with teachers!]

I am relatively quick in memorizing the choreography

But it's hard to show the details

You are doing great now

For a beginner, you are doing really well

It's more detailed than I thought.

[Concentrating] The shape of your arms, direction, and partnership..

[Concentrating] These are all regularized

[Concentrating] So there are a lot of things to keep

Dance sports as the name suggests

Are the combination of dance and sports..

(The teachers are watching BLACK DRESS music video)

(Embarrassed)

#_Teachers_surprised_at_Seungyeon's_different_sides

You are twelve years younger than me..

We are in our thirties!

Were you born in the year of rats?

(Sorry teacher.. T-T) [In the middle of practice, there were some unintentional accidents..]

My foot gets stamped..

Players sometimes hit noses with elbows and break nose bones too.

You could hurt cheekbones too

There have been many unexpected injuries

This is me

(Teachers showing charisma)

(About each other's field) [learning about each other little by little]

# Practice begins again

No but..

You have been here only for a short time

And you have improved so much

(The timing with the partner is important in every movement..) [Dance sport has so many things to keep with the partner]

(Teachers are working on the details in choreography)

(Each step as if walking for the first time)

(Glides glides)

That's it~ (Glides glides)

(With the miraculous teacher..) [You are looking at.. endless practices where A hundred feels like one, and a thousand feels like a hundred..]

(2 hours fly by) [Practice time is almost over!]

(Oh.. mistake..)

One more time~

Maybe the manager makes you nervous

<<Concentrating>> Left Foot! Right Foot!

<<Concentrating>> Cha cha cha

*Seungyeon's practice video

Very good~

Is it because it's almost over? Lol

Wow I was really focused

Yes you were! You were so good now

Thank you for your hard work!

Ah! I should end it like this

Do you want to learn the ending movement?

Wow~

Wow~ Try it!

Me?

(Ending movement full of splendor and dignity)

Thank you for everything~

Great job!

It was… awesome!

Exhausted

(Our leader.. it must have been tough..)

It was so much fun..Oops Sock lol

It was so much fun

And this is the dance of passion really..

(The teachers) never get tired.. did you see them?

Like.. Whoa!

I think they are dancing even now.

Are you dancing again?

(When do their passion and strength end..) [After lesson, the teachers get to their exercise]

So cool

They are so cool! What should I do?

(So into the charm of sports dance~) [She couldn't leave the room for a while..]

Crostoli / Minciunele / Prăjiței / Fundițe Crocante (English Subtitles) - Duration: 6:40.

Hi everyone, welcome to my channel!

Today we're going to make Crostoli, a delicious dessert

but also a nostalgic one for me because it reminds of my childhood.

Crostoli are these crunchy ribbon pastries

originating from Italy, typically covered in powder sugar.

They resemble a lot with 'minciunele'

or depending on where you live you may know them under a different name.

Let's begin!

In a large bowl, add the eggs which must be room temperature,

A little sugar and some vanilla bean paste or extract.

Beat the eggs using a whisk for one to two minutes,

then add the sour cream, a little milk and whisk everything together to incorporate.

Then add a tablespoon of an alcoholic beverage.

I used vodka, but you can use any type of alcohol you've got on hand.

Traditionally, crostoli are made using grappa, a type of brandy.

Don't worry, you're not going to feel the alcohol at all,

it's role is to simply give the dough that crunchy texture.

Add a sprinkle of salt and sift in the flour.

Start mixing everything with your hands until it all comes together and the dough forms.

Then transfer the dough to the working bench

and knead it for a few minutes until it becomes smooth and no longer sticks to the bench.

The dough is ready! Wrap it up in some cling wrap and

leave it to rest at room temperature for

20 to 30 minutes.

When we're ready to roll out the dough,

we need to start heating the oil in a large deep saucepan on medium low heat.

Fill up the saucepan up to a third.

Meanwhile, cut about a third of the entire dough.

Keep the rest wrapped up.

This dough is going to make quite a large quantity of crostoli.

So if you like, you can freeze the remaining dough and

whenever you're craving crostoli you'll always have it on hand.

Sprinkle a generous amount of flour on the working bench

and roll out that third of dough using a rolling pin.

Roll the dough until you a get layer no thicker than a sheet of paper.

So approximately 1-2mm.

It's extremely important that the dough is as thin as possible.

Next, cut the dough into rectangles about 2-3cm wide.

As for the length, I'm going to experiment with different sizes.

You can make them any size you like

so that eventually to create different shapes also.

At this stage, if you have children you can spend some wonderful family time making the ribbons together.

Trace a line or two in the middle of each rectangle

depending on the length of the rectangle and the shape you want to create.

I did both.

Next, from each triangle create a ribbon like so.

In the mean time the oil has become nice and hot and we are ready to fry the crostoli.

Typically, the perfect frying climate is at 180°C,

but you don't necessarily need a thermometer.

Simply test the oil at first with just one ribbon.

At first they will dive straight to the bottom of the saucepan

and then they will immediately rise back to the top and puff up.

Fry the crostoli for about 30 seconds on each side,

until they become golden in colour.

Most importantly, always keep the heat under control

so that the oil doesn't become too hot

and the crostoli don't burn too quickly.

Don't forget to keep a safe distance and work with care.

The oil is really hot.

At this stage it's best not to involve children in this process.

When ready, place the crostoli on a paper towel

to absorb as much oil as possible.

Here are some of the crostoli I've obtained.

They're very light and mega crunchy!

However, they're not sufficiently sweet and that's because the dough itself does not contain a lot of sugar.

Which is why right at the end before serving

sprinkle them with some powder sugar.

Give this recipe a try

I can guarantee you they won't last long

so I definetely recommend using all of the dough right from the start!

In addition to everything else, making crostoli are a wonderful way to spend some beautiful time with family.

The list of all the ingredients used in this recipe

can be found in the description box underneath this video.

Thank you so much for joining me in this recipe

and hope to see you again in the next recipe!

Bye bye!

Glasgow Necropolis at Night | Gorbals Vampire & Ghosts - Duration: 8:20.

Hey guys! So, we have just wandered to the Glasgow Necropolis. It is around 3am.

Hi guys! Thank you so much for tuning in to Tales from Amy's Crypt. Today

I wanted to talk to you about my visit to the very haunted Glasgow Necropolis

in Scotland. I'm super excited to tell you a little bit about the Glasgow Necropolis,

which is considered to be one of the most haunted places in Glasgow.

I've also got some really cool footage from my visit to the Glasgow Necropolis

at night. I was crazy enough to go for a walk through the very spooky cemetery

at 3 a.m, so stay tuned to see a little bit of that. The Glasgow Necropolis,

sprawled across a prominent hill overlooking the city, was established

back in 1832 but since then has grown to hold over 50,000 bodies. There's some

awesome monuments - there's actually over 3000 of those on the hill. Those are

absolutely breathtaking, particularly the ones that sit right on top of the hill.

One of the creepiest legends that surrounds the Glasgow Necropolis is that

of a vampire. Now, this vampire is commonly known as the Gorbals Vampire

and has been described as a beast that is seven foot tall and has sharp iron teeth.

At the peak of this story circulation back in 1954 the Gorbals Vampire was

actually blamed for the deaths of two young local children. One night, this

spared a horde of hundreds of school-aged children to descend upon the

Glasgow Necropolis in the search of the Gorbals vampire.

And these kids meant business - they came armed with knives, they had stakes

and some of them even brought their dogs along.

Although the police clued on to what was happening and broke up this

gang and then after that the sale of horror comics that had made their way

over from the u.s. to Scotland was banned for sale to minors. So, what do you

think? Did the Gorbals Vampire exist? or did these kids just have really

overactive imaginations? Vampires aside, many people believe that there are

ghosts that roam the 37 acre area of this cemetery. Well, no one is really sure

of who the Glasgow Necropolis ghosts actually are. There are a few that make

quite frequent appearances, such as a woman in white who is often seen gliding

through the tombstones very late at night.

There is also rumored to be statues adorning graves that move their facial

features on their own accord. But then there are also disembodied voices and

whispers reported all throughout the cemetery. I did get the chance to explore

the Glasgow Necropolis at night. I found it really peaceful and beautifully

still. So let's take a look at some footage...

Hey guys - so we have just wandered into the Glasgow Necropolis.

It's about 3 a.m. This place is really still and eerie - kind of beautiful at this

hour. During the day, quite a lot of people come through here but it's just nice

to have it to yourself. We're going to go towards the top and maybe try and reach

out to see if we can make contact. Also just have a look around.

So we're at the top of the

hill of the Necropolis.

And it's a bit windy, but it's in another sense it's really still and it's really

beautiful above all the silhouettes of the tombstones and

monuments here against the night sky. Alright guys we're at the top of Glasgow

Necropolis. Since it's quite windy up here, we're kind of taking refuge in

this little doorway shelter of this big mausoleum. Yeah I'm gonna try a spirit box.

I don't exactly know who I'm reaching out to but we will see if we can get any spirits to say hello.

My name is Amy. Are there any spirits around that want to communicate?

Are you buried here at the Necropolis?

Can you tell me your name? Are you from Glasgow? What are you doing here?

How is it that you died?

How long have you been here?

Are you happy here at the moment?

What is your name? Alright, I might give that one a rest and maybe try a

different area of the cemetery.

Can you turn the torch on?

Oh the view behind you looks good?

On camera, yeah.

Alright, let's keep going down and explore a bit more.

This view! It's awesome this side, the view of the city.

Alright we are further down the hill now at the Glasgow Necropolis. We are gonna try another

spirit box down here and see if we get any different results

That's weird. Yeah, so weird.

The spirit box died. I guess that concludes our time in the

Glasgow Necropolis. I'm heaps glad that we came here at

night cause there is no one here. - Not a living soul in sight.

That's pretty lame.

Thank you all so much for watching I hope that you enjoyed this video. If

you did please remember to like comment any thoughts that you may have on this

haunted place in Glasgow and please subscribe - That way I can keep taking you

to more of these creepy locations all around the world. If you're looking for a

bit more reading on the Glasgow Necropolis, head to AmysCrypt.com I will

post a blog there and remember until next time stay spooky!

Gunpla lottery. Here is what i got. - Duration: 4:26.

Everyone Hello again Thank you very much for always watching the video

This time I got a Gundam Lottery, so I'd like to go to see it soon Will Gundam be hit?

Yes, that was the first time I was losing my first time I went by myself, but at this time it was still in a state that almost still remained

It is the second time

It is a feeling that everyone is witnessing quite a lot by watching Twitter or whatever, but why not?

Here I decided to go back home without going to the third time

Third time my daughter got pulled it, but now

This is it

I wish I had a daughter from the beginning I wish it was this f prize, but there are five types from f 1 to f 5

There were 4 stocks each, so there are 20 pieces in all, so it will be fine

I wonder if I will come inside but even more than the rubber key holder at all

I guess it's better for myself than mugs or small dishes

I tried drawing by myself for the fourth time

The fourth one was also a core fighter - it is G3 color

It looks like it's not clear type it's normal G3 color

I came here and it is a good feeling for the core fighter twice in a row.

Next is the last, Well I guess Gundam is here

Yes, I did it 5 times, but the last time was a rubber strap again

Although I tried doing the most lottery for the first time this time, Gundam did not hit

Everyone did a Gundam Lottery, did you do it, Gundam, get directions Also this time it was useless

I am glad that you can comment on this gunpla lottery

Maybe there is also popularity so it seems pretty popular, I think that I would like to take my daughter with me at that time

Finally I would like to partake with Arky's information and deliver it

What I am making now is Buster Sword, is not it

I printed 2D data made with illustrator on a printer and put it on a cardboard box

I made it to confirm that it is size feeling and how much balance it is actually made to have on the main body

It's a next movie of Alkay but I'm doing my best now and I'm making it so I'm happy if I can wait for a bit more

This time it will be so far, but how was it

Let's meet again in the next video

Half Double Elongated Crochet Stitch - Duration: 9:03.

Hello, I'm Regina Stein from Ateliê MariaRê and in this class we'll learn how to make

a crochet's stitch called half double elongated stitch.

This stitch is a variation of the half double crochet,

it's a longer half double crochet, with the height of one more chain

than the normal half double crochet.

To make our sample, we'll use the Bella's thread, from Pingouin,

with a 2.5mm-long needle, but you can use your preferred thread

with the size of the needle that's indicated on its label.

For our sample, we'll make an amount of chains at the base that we want,

plus three to mark the first stitch's height.

So, we'll make 24 chains plus three, totalizing 27 chains.

So, let's make 27 chains.

We'll leave the first chain looser,

we'll adjust it at the end,

so it won't form that initial tip that usually appears in crochet's works.

But this looser chain here is part of

the 27 chains that we need, it's the first of them.

So, we'll make 26 more.

Now, let's start making the half double elongated stitch.

We'll make a loop in the needle

and we'll count four chains from the needle. So, one, two, three, four.

Let's insert the needle in the fourth chain

and let's pull the thread.

We've three handles in the needle, if we were to make a traditional half double crochet,

we would get the thread and we would pass it through the three handles,

in this case, we'll pass the thread just through the first handle

and we still have three handles in the needle,

we'll grab the thread again and pass through the three.

Notice that we've got a half double crochet with one more chain,

this is the difference from the traditional half double crochet.

So, again,

a loop,

let's insert the needle in the next chain, pull the thread.

We've three handles,

let's pull the thread again and pass it through the first handle,

we still have the three handles in the needle.

Let's grab the thread once more and pass it through the three.

Once more, a loop,

let's insert the needle in the next chain,

pull the thread. We've three handles, let's pull the thread through the first handle,

we still have three handles, let's pull the thread through the three.

Once more, a loop,

let's insert the needle in the next chain, pull the thread. We've three handles,

a loop, we've passed the thread through the first handle,

a loop, we've passed the thread through the three.

Let's keep going on like this until the end of the row.

We've reached the end of the chains, let's make the last stitch here on this initial chain

that got more open. So, a loop, let's insert the needle insert it,

pull the thread, we've three handles. A loop, we've passed it through the first handle,

a loop, we've passed through the three handles. Now, we'll grab this smaller thread

and we'll pull it to adjust the first stitch.

Thus, our corner looks perfect. Let's make the next row.

We'll make three chains

and we'll turn our work around.

A loop, let's insert the needle in the next space, in the next stitch, pull the thread.

We've three handles, a loop, let's pass the thread through the first handle,

a loop, let's pass through the three handles. And the first stitch

of the second row is done. Once more, a loop, let's insert the needle in the stitch,

pull the thread, we've three handles. A loop, we've passed the thread through the first handle,

a loop, we've passed the thread through the three handles.

Once more, a loop, we insert the needle, we pull the thread.

We've three handles,

a loop, we've passed the thread through the first handle,

a loop, we've passed the thread through the three handles.

And let's keep going on like this until the end of the row.

We've reached the end of our row, let's make the last stitch. A loop,

let's insert the needle

in a chain with those initial chains that we've made to mark the stitch's height,

so here,

let's pull the thread,

we've three handles.

A loop,

we pull the first handle, a loop,

we pass it through the three. Let's make the next row,

three chains to make the stitch's height, let's turn our work around.

A loop,

we insert the needle in the next space, we pull the thread, we've three handles.

A loop,

let's pass the thread through the first handle,

a loop, let's pass through the three handles.

Once more, a loop, we insert the thread, the needle, in the next stitch,

we pull the thread. A loop, we pull the thread through the first handle,

a loop, we pull the thread through the three handles.

Let's continue like this until the end of this row and for how many rows we want,

our sample will have 10 rows.

We've reached the end of the tenth row, let's make the last stitch.

A loop, let's insert the needle

in one of those chains that we've made in the start to mark the stitch's height,

let's pull the thread, we've three handles.

A loop,

let's pull the thread

through the first handle,

a loop, let's pull the thread through the three handles.

Our thread is already cut, let's finish the stitch.

Just pass the thread through this handle

and pull it.

Now, we'll pass this thread's tip through a darning needle,

let's hide it at the work's back.

Here it is, let's pass this thread at some stitches' back.

Carefully, so it won't pull the work, and let's go back.

The thread is fastened, we can cut it.

Our half double elongated stitch sample is done.
