Sadly, smartphones are not made to last forever. They can last a for a long period of time,

but exactly how long really depends on when you consider your phone �dead.� Some people

consider their phone dead when the phone will won�t turn on anymore. Some other people

consider its life to be over when it takes forever to open a new app, or when they simply

can�t update to newer software.On average, most people keep their smartphones for 2-3

years before selling or buying new phones, and there�s a pretty good reason why.

Like everything smartphone relatet we beggining this with well know Apple vs Android battle.

According to Apple, new iPhones should last a minimum of 3 years. On the other hand, Android

phones seem to be designed to last at least 2 years, but with so many makers of Android

devices, that number can different. Can your phone last longer than 2-3 years?

Yes, apsolutly! It all depends on how well you take care of it� and whether or not

you have patience. While you can prevent physical damage to your phone, over time the performance

will still slow down. Most of the time the answer is: updates. And

the other answer can be old hardware. When new OS are released and apps are updated,

older devices begin to struggle. Most updates are designed to increase and improve performance,

but somethimes it does the opposite. Some updates are designed to take advantage of

the newer, faster technology in the latest phones. Unfortunately, this will slow down

the older phones. I mention in the begginig that Apple say that

their phones should last 3 years� but their warranty says otherwise. While in most cases

iPhones will last 3 years, legally speaking Apple won�t stand behind them for that long.

So if you phone stop working after one year, keep watching this video because you may find

some solution.Dependng on the condition on your phone, you can still sell it on second

hand marked and make decent amount of cash. When it works, but runs slow: sell your phone.

On the other hand, if your phone is dead and won�t turn on anymore, you can still make

some cash! Try selling it on sites like eBay. Many people will purchase old smartphones

and use them for parts. Just make sure you specify what�s wrong with the phone and

don�t mislead any potential buyers! And when no one else wants to buy your phone,

just recycle it.If your phone is really old and you can�t find anyone that wants to

purchase it from you, it�s time to think about recycling it. Electronic devices should

be not thrown away, but there are many places such as Best Buy stores, that will recycle

them for you!

Hey Dan here and in this video we're looking at

why passion pays if you are in

why not only will you have the more fulfilled

probably happier and probably less stressful

life. If you follow your passions, but you're

gonna get paid you're gonna get the big bucks and

I wanna break this down for you. If you don't

know already, I do a lot of work coaching with

freelancers and entrepreneurs and this is

something I cover a lot and have a ton of

experience and it is an Absolute game changer,

when you change your mindset to realize not only

will you be happier, following your passion but

you're probably gonna make more money in the long

run. That's a pretty awesome mindset to take on

is it not so let's explore that in this video so

something I hear a lot from people is this

internal debate they're having about whether to

follow their passion and be happy or get a job

where they can make money and have a good income

in my

Periods the people who really have a passion,

they wanna be following if they are izzard

who settle for a job. They're really not that

into they end up with neither they don't really

end up making a ton of money in this job. They're

not that into that doesn't make sense we've

learned in society that taking a job you don't

like and struggling should financially reward you

does that really make a lot of sense, though,

let's think about basic economics when something

is good people spend money on it when something

is bad people generally don't like it we're

spending money on it. So as Has someone who is

doing a job that you don't really want to do.

What are the odds that in the long run. I'm not

talking about the first few months for few years

where you can fake it, but over 10 20 years, what

are the odds that you're gonna be good at that

job that you don't really like doing

probably, not very high right on the other hand,

what if you were to pursue that passion, if you

were to maybe start your own business become a

freelancer or pursue the arts and you I really

loved it and you're obsessed over it like

everyday you're, freaking working on it and

getting better at pouring your heart and soul

into it and you have no stress because even if

you got smoked by a bus that day, you would die

happy. Knowing you were doing what you were meant

to be doing and each and everyday. You kept

working on this thing and he became better and

better and it wasn't thinking it wasn't stress it

was just what you love doing and what you were

already naturally good at

Wonder what would happen over a couple of years.

Maybe not the first six months of the first year

when most people quit but couple of years, five

years maybe even if you kept pursuing this thing,

that you love doing and have a passion for and

we're just always driven to do wonder what would

happen over a decade or so of applying yourself

think you become good. Maybe the kind of good

that people pay an incredibly large amount of

money for yeah Quite possibly quite possibly, but

I'm being crazy here, I know I know it probably

like just logically, it makes more sent to get a

job with a Bank that you don't like doing,

surrounded by people who are driven by things

that don't drive you like status, significant

material possessions and it totally makes sense

to go work with them doing something you don't

really like that much in an environment of

ethics. You don't really agree with Instead of

that whole passion thing that you really love

doing it would be internally driven by him. Would

just absolutely be enthralled with probably. I'm

speaking crazy here, because honestly, if, if you

didn't make more money pursuing crappy jobs that

steal your energy and your soul and for some

people, let's be very clear here for a lot of

type caesar, not crappy jobs. I'm speaking to

an in depth piece for other people, these are

there good jobs and if they had to sit at home

and paint all day, they would want to jump off

the bridge right But for you, these are crappy

jobs. Why would they actually end up paying you

better in the very long run. Maybe in the short

run. Like of course right, you finished

University or you're in your mid twenties. Let's

say, which probably especially if you're in your

if you haven't even finished University, yet but

you're starting out where you gonna get paid more

pursuing your artistic Dream, starting your own

business in the first year or going and working

for a huge Corporation you're, probably gonna

earn more A Corporation absolutely right so year.

One vs year one you're going to earn more money

with some kind of a nine to five job. Most of the

time. Your two year three. What kind of raises

are you getting at that job where you get in an

increase of maybe five percent of year 10 percent

a year. I mean that's a pretty good raise from my

understanding I don't really know a lot about

jobs, but from what I'm told that 10 percent a

year raise will be pretty awesome. How does that

work in the long run when I started as a free

lunch right are my first year was relatively

rough. I maybe made I'd honestly Look there I'd

be totally guessing now, but I may be made like

20000 dollars or something maybe a bit more than

that in the first year and it was a bit of a

struggle to say the least. I started out charging

16 dollars an hour if I was at a normal job. I

probably be earning 30 dollars an hour

consistently like 40 hours a week and I was

earning 16 with my first client, like four hours

a week, not exactly lucrative. I wasn't exactly

driving down the main boulevard in my you know

mercedes convert

Impressing the ladies but year 21 year end.

I was bordering on a hundred dollars an hour and

by about eighteen months in depending on the

client in the arrangement and all that I was

charging between a hundred and 25 and a hundred

and 50 dollars an hour for my work. Now I was

gonna say I'm not good at math but I'm actually

really good at math is good. I'm not good at math

but that's, like an increase of what 700 percent

raise that's a pretty Could raise over an

eighteen month period. I would say and this is

now that was maybe a bit I don't know. I don't

wanna say everyone will have the same kind of

growth right part of what helped me, as I had a

bit of business experience already and it was a

good copywriter really good at what I was doing.

I think, but that's not uncommon to see those

kind of leaf when I look around all my

entrepreneurial friends it's kind of the same

thing, like the first year or two is a bit rough

you're, not always bringing in the mad bucks

you're, a little stress not because it's a

different stress and When you work a job, you

don't like I remember this feeling as I could

dread stress, I go gotta go into the office again

at the Chris guy that asshole. I sit beside he's

got it's like a dread and it's kind of coming

from your soul. Like I don't wanna do this when

you work for yourself the stress is more like oh

this is awesome I'm Super excited. How I'm gonna

eat today crap. I don't know how I'm gonna afford

food today, but I'm Super excited and this is fun

and I'm gonna find a solution. Instead of a

different stress right and personally, I would

prefer that other stress, but I have the first

couple of years have some of that stress, but

then And you've change and the money starts to

come in and the money doesn't come in like it

does on a corporate gig where it's five percent.

10 percent raise a year, whatever it can

massively accelerate. I mean I've seen friends go

from 20000, a year to a hundred thousand a year.

I wouldn't Bank on that. I'm not throwing that

out of some case study of what's gonna happen to

you, but the increases are huge and because you

work for yourself you're doing your own thing

you're in charge of your own destiny, with it and

you can find ways to really scale and grow and

you're always the one in charge of your income

Same thing I imagine happens selling your own art

and that sort of thing is probably really hard in

the first couple of years, but at some point you

hit scale and I don't mean scale like some tech.

Startup, but scale where enough people know about

you and your confident enough and you're good

enough. Like your quality is getting better and

better and then suddenly things can really blow

up in a second. I wanna share a bet that I would

take 10 times out of 10 before I do be sure to

watch to the end of this video. I'm gonna share a

gonna share that at the end but here's that I

would take 10 times out of 10. I would bet that

if you take an or

up and over a 10 year period, one is going like a

corporate kind of gig and the other is really

doing their own thing fooling no doubt no lack of

commitment back and forth. I don't know what they

should do, but pulling that over 10 year Rated

the person doing their own thing is going to come

out better, financially. There. Gonna be less

stress that will be spending less money and

probably have a lower cost of living. But even

all that aside, I would venture that they may end

up making a lot more money as well doing their

own thing the odd exception is side of someone

happens to be like a genius stock trader or

something but that's not really our thing you

know the high emotion, financial investing not so

much for us idealists So if that's true why,

don't more people go that route. Well, there's a

few reason, one I'm gonna say. Society I'm gonna

be that guy blaming them and blaming society it's

not some weird conspiracy but most people are uh,

as types and most people are like ugh jay types

where they want to have structure and they want

consistency and stability and generally, that is

what our society looks like and what were raised

in so we get raise Just being told, like this, is

what you want. You know, steady job steady.

Paycheck don't take a risk also, most people

don't know that many successful artists or

entrepreneurs when I grew up I didn't know any at

least that I knew of maybe my parents had some.

They were like hiding in the closet, but I had no

model of what it would like to be a successful

entrepreneur or an artist or something that just

didn't exist and there's a few reasons for that.

One is, it's not a high percentage of the

population cuz most people don't go for it, but

the second thing is Is that usually those people

are gonna stick with each other like if I'm a

successful painter I'm not like all man, I should

go hangout with those Bank tellers and tell them

all about my awesome life traveling the world. I

bet those Bank tellers have great stories. They

can share with me that will be a fun Friday night

alright the last reason I would say in this test

segway into training. I wanna talk about here is

that most people don't have the support they

don't know they're on the right track where they

don't even know what is possible so they kind of

get an in clean like I'd like to work for myself,

a bit maybe I'll try this It out and then they

get into a few months, they don't really know

what to do and they're not really sure they're on

track because there's no one in their life,

telling them like yeah you're doing. The right

thing. It takes awhile keep going so they end up

kind of giving up quitting. They talk to a family

member who has no clue about pursuing a passion

and they say well, if it's tough maybe you should

quit and go and take a job where do whatever

right and that leads me to this training. I wanna

particularly around freelance scenes that could

be writing design, creating websites. Anything

like that or like marketing consultant and things

like that, as well as coaching, which could be

life coaching, it could be business coaching. It

could be some kind of very interesting coaching,

like how to be healthier, have more energy or

something that you have a lot of expertise in

that you could connect with other people and help

them in that area of their life check That out

kind of on the fence or you've started working

for yourself, this is a big one. If you started

working for yourself and then kind of lost your

momentum. Maybe you even gave up temporarily and

went back to a job or something then the second

How I HACKED The YouTube Algorithm To Get Views And Subscribers - Duration: 7:40.

presence and today we're gonna be talking about how you can hack the

YouTube algorithm just like me but if you're not already subscribed go ahead

and click the subscribe button there's a new video every single Sunday showing

you how you can grow on YouTube so two months ago I uploaded a video on how you

could remove the watermark for free in the Kinemaster video editing app and that

has become my most popular video ever and it's gotten over 16,000 views at the

time of this recording and it's definitely on track to keep getting

thousands of views every single day in the two months that this video has been

uploaded I've gained more subscribers on the channel than I have in the previous

12 months before it was uploaded today I'm going to talk about exactly how I

got that video to trigger the algorithm to help me grow my channel and how you

can do the exact same thing with a video on your channel so first thing we're

gonna be talking about is watch time now if you don't know what watch time

already is it's a crucial part of the YouTube algorithm that you have to get

people to actually watch your videos you can't just get them to click and you get

a view you have to get them to stay and watch and accumulate minutes on your

videos so it's better to make longer videos make videos that are gonna keep

people watching for a long time because if you can do that then you're gonna get

lots of watch time so with watch time playing a key important role in the

YouTube algorithm it's no surprise that my video that has the most views on my

channel has the second most amount of watch time and that's only behind

another video that's 48 minutes long the videos that got the most views is only 5

minutes long and it gets watched about 40% of the time which is really good

compared to other people's watch time so if you can get people to watch for an

average of around let's say 2 minutes on your video or even higher if you can get

high that's great - then you should be able

to grow a lot more so make sure you're keeping people engaged on your videos so

they watch longer and you get more watch time so now let's talk about SEO so SEO

stands for search engine optimization and this video is perfect for SEO it has

ten tag search terms that are number one in ranking in search so for instance you

take just one of those ten tags and you search for it you're always going to

find that video at the top of searches and 90% of this videos traffic is

actually from search so it's a big key role in giving me views for that single

video besides those 10 tags that are ranking number one the rest of the tags

are actually ranking number two which is another key thing that all my tags are

ranking one or two to help me get lots and lots of views on that video so

here's some key ways that I made this video optimized with SEO first I made

the title tag and description match each other if you look in the title tagging

description of that video you'll see that it has Kinemaster and how to

remove a watermark and free and 2018 things like that they all reoccur

multiple times in those titles tags and description that help it rank initially

plus I've made the Kinemaster editing tutorial a weekly series now on the

channel that comes out every single Wednesday so I've been making a large

playlists that connect all these videos together and together this series gains

a lot of views and together because of this I'm getting lots of subscribers

that are subscribing just to watch those Kinemaster videos and also that watch

time we talked about earlier that's very important in ranking and search because

that's mostly how it's sorted by relevancy and how much watch time a

video has and with my video ranking on all these search terms it's gonna get

lots of views bringing more people that are gonna check out the video and

possibly subscribe and speaking of subscribers let's talk about them now so

you remember earlier in the video how I mentioned all those subscribers that

have gotten in the past two months well half of those subscribers I've

gained have actually came straight from that individual videos

watch page that means people who were watching that video click subscribe

while watching that video and this video itself probably even brought in more

subscribers because lots of people will actually click on the channel first and

go to the channel to subscribe or they may check out a couple more videos first

before they subscribe but for the most part that that single video has been my

anchor to get these subscribers so far and if you're one of those subscribers

that came from that video thanks for sticking around and watching all the

videos on the channel and finally one other thing I wanted to talk about is

the thumbnail if you look at this thumbnail I've got the keyword in the

thumbnails to the Kinemaster remove watermark it's right there in the

thumbnail and it's very bold it can be seen on mobile devices and on everything

from laptops to TVs so you want to make a thumbnail that has big bold letters that

stay exactly what you want to do don't clutter it up as much I kind of actually

clutter this one up I'm surprised it actually did so well because I

considered it a a verge thumbnail not a top to your thumbnail but not a

below-average that I can sometimes make not only did it have those big bold

letters it has my face on it which I put in every single one of my videos which

makes all the videos connect to each other where people watch one video and

they say oh hey he's in this video too because his pictures in the Thunderer

I'm gonna click on that one and watch that one and that connects them to help

them watch more videos but also with a face in your videos in your thumbnails

people are gonna see that there's a human behind this that they're gonna be

able to connect easier and make them want to click your videos more more

thumbnails get clicked because there's people in them then the thumbnails that

don't have people in it and also it's very clear on what I want to do it has

the actual watermark in the thumbnail xed out that's exactly what people are

looking for they've seen that watermark and they've wanted to go figure out how

to remove that so they go to youtube and see that watermark X dot my thumbnail

they're gonna want to click on that thumbnail and

just some of the tips I have to hack this thing we call it the algorithm you

Hi. Today I will show you how to wrap the candies for Halloween gift.

Detailed list of all needed items is in the description of this video.

Cut 5 pieces out of organza. Each about 20cm x 30cm.

Place them one on top of the other. The most of organza should be on the center.

Put candies on organza.

Cut about 40cm of green organza and both green ribbons.

Move the ends of organza up to make a sack.

Tie it...

...and make a bow.

Cut off an excess of ribbons.

And it's done.

I made this sack as a gift for Halloween, but you can make similar one for many various occasions.

Instead of organza you can use other fabric. For example a tulle or satin.

the newspapers? It depends on the newspaper to be honest there are some

terrible newspapers and there's some pretty good ones but generally I think you need

to take everything you read with a little pinch of salt otherwise yeah you

can very easily get misled and it doesn't pay to believe everything you

read in newspapers ("that was beautiful!"). What makes a good student in your opinion very simple

somebody who works hard it's that simple in university as in school it's a dead

simple thing you work hard no stress you pass you don't work stress you fail so

good students work hard that's it that's all they have to do and it's not

clever it's dead simple. What did you study? Well in my time you you just

went through the curriculum of all sorts of things you never concentrated on any

one thing like they do today I mean you had Maths English History Geography

whatever but you just got 45 minutes of each never..in my time there was never

any direction into one particular subject. How can a teacher make lessons

for children more interesting? Find a way to engage the children and connect with

things that the children might already be familiar with in order to kind of

associate the thing that the topic that they're being introduced to to something

the children have maybe already experienced I can't think of an example

of what that would be but children obviously have limited

experience they've some of them have been stung by by wasps so if you're

teaching them about..I don't know where I'm going with this.. if it's about something

bad then you could use the sting of a wasp somehow..I don't...What are the main

environmental problems that you have in your country in England we have a

certain amount of pollution with plastic waste that ends up in the sea. I dunno if you

saw the series blue planet by David Attenborough that pictured that. We also have

problems with the exhaust from cars producing nitric oxide and so on

pollution in the air. Yeah we do! Do you think computers will one day replace

teachers in the classroom? No not at all the teachers I remember even now here at

Cambridge are those with a personality those that can lighten up a lecture with

a bit of humor that can make a face they can wave their arms about.. that you

relate to them they're the good teachers and they're the ones that help learning

computers can't do that! How were your teachers when you were growing up? Well I remember

one guy a guy called Archie and he was.. specifically because he was like that

some others were really lousy and I'm sure they were lovely people

I'm sure they loved their mothers but they were lousy teachers. Haha.. Children... a teacher

could best help a child by using things they are already familiar with and with

fun with play as well children children love to play so if you can turn

something into a game and you can transform a topic or a subject into a

game they're more likely to play you know all all children puppies like to

play young young mammals of any of any description they love playing so if you

want to help if you want to help just mess about turn it into a game. What was

your favorite subject?

I suppose handicraft as they called it woodwork. I was in woodwork for a

while and then they they decided after a certain period we're going to shut that

down and you're going over to metalwork they were the two subjects you could join

whichever one you want but I liked wood, I liked working with wood but metalwork

I just didn't enjoy it really, I didn't enjoy it

so there you go even native speakers who have been talking English all of their

life they struggle when they don't have the right tips and the right strategies

I DIDN'T WANNA MAKE HIM ANGRY.

SO, IN ADDITION TO TRYING TO DO EVERYTHING I COULD TO NOT MAKE

HIM ANGRY, IF HE WAS ANGRY, THEN I WOULD GO INTO THIS OVERDRIVE

MODE OF TRYING TO DO WHATEVER I COULD DO TO GET HIM TO BE

HAPPY AGAIN.

SO, I CARRIED THAT, SADLY, INTO MY ADULT LIFE AND STILL PROBABLY

IS ONE OF THE THINGS THAT I WILL HAVE TO STAND AGAINST UNTIL

JESUS GETS ME OUTTA HERE.

IT'S NOT THAT I DON'T HAVE VICTORY IN THAT AREA, 'CAUSE NOW

I RECOGNIZE IT.

AND YOU KNOW, VICTORY DOES NOT ALWAYS MEAN THAT YOU NEVER

EXPERIENCE ANYTHING.

IT MEANS THAT YOU RECOGNIZE IT, AND YOU CAN STAND AGAINST IT,

THERE'S SOMETHING MUCH DEEPER THAN THAT.

BUT THIS WHOLE THING WITH THE MIND AND HAVING OUR MIND

RENEWED, TO BE HONEST, GINGER, IT'S JUST GONNA TAKE TIME.

WELL, WHY?

BECAUSE THAT'S A WEAK AREA IN THEIR LIFE.

WELL, WE CAN ALSO HAVE WEAK AREAS EMOTIONALLY AND MENTALLY

THAT, BECAUSE YOU HAD A LOT OF PROBLEMS IN YOUR LIFE IN THAT

AREA AT ONE POINT, IT MAY ALWAYS BE AN AREA WHERE YOU'LL NEED TO

LEAN ON GOD MORE THAN YOU MIGHT NEED TO IN SOME OTHER AREAS.

RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD AND TRUSTING GOD IS NOT SOMETHING

THAT CAN JUST BE PRAYED ON YOU OR TRANSPLANTED INTO YOU.

WE LEARN TO TRUST GOD THROUGH HAVING EXPERIENCE WITH GOD, AND

GOING THROUGH THINGS, AND SEEING GOD'S MERCY AND DELIVERANCE

IN OUR LIFE.

AND EVERY TIME THAT HAPPENS, IT'S A TEENY BIT EASIER THE NEXT

TIME TO TRUST GOD.

AND THE MORE WE TRUST GOD, THE LESS ROOM THERE WILL BE FOR

DOUBTS IN OUR LIFE.

SATAN ATTACKS, AND THERE WILL BE TIMES WHEN HE WILL JUST ATTACK,

AND ATTACK, AND ATTACK.

AND ACTUALLY, THERE'S A SCRIPTURE IN DANIEL

IN THE AMPLIFIED BIBLE THAT SAYS THAT HE SEEKS

TO WEAR OUT THE SAINTS.

YOU KNOW, I LIKE EVERY HAIR IN PLACE OR WHATEVER.

I'M A LITTLE OVERBOARD.

I GET A LITTLE FREAKED OUT IF THAT'S NOT RIGHT."

BUT THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO HAVE SERIOUS PROBLEMS IN THAT AREA.

AND ON THIS PROGRAM, IT SAID THAT THEY HAVE UNRELENTING

THOUGHTS THAT DRIVE THEM TO KEEP TAKING THE SAME ACTION

OVER AND OVER.

THEY HAVE TO WASH THEIR HANDS HUNDREDS OF TIMES A DAY.

THEY, YOU KNOW--DIFFERENT THINGS THAT THEY DO BECAUSE THEIR

THOUGHTS KEEP TELLING THEM, "YOU HAVE TO DO THIS, YOU HAVE TO DO

SO, THEY TELL A PERSON WITH SEVERE OCD, WHO IS CONTROLLED BY

THEIR UNRELENTING THOUGHTS, THEY TEACH THEM THAT IF THEY CAN

CONTROL THEIR BEHAVIOR, THEY WILL THEN BE ABLE TO CONTROL

THEIR THOUGHTS.

BUT GOD'S WORD TEACHES THE EXACT OPPOSITE, THAT IF YOU DON'T

LEARN TO CONTROL YOUR THOUGHTS, YOU WILL NEVER LEARN HOW TO

CONTROL YOUR BEHAVIOR.
