So if you're a former President, or Diplomat, looking for
a compound to hide away from in the world,
here's your opportunity.
Yeah.
(upbeat dance music)
We are going to one of the safest homes in America.
In John's Creek, Georgia, and it's a safe-house.
Modeled after the Acropolis of Athens--
Oh!
And it's 36,000 square feet, but it's got it's own
15,000 square foot bunker, a bank vault, ballistic doors,
impenetrable walls, and hidden passageways.
Oh my god.
It's currently priced at 14.7 million, though it went
to auction with a starting bid of 3.9 million.
Wow!
My god.
Wow.
So this is gonna be interesting.
This is really intense, like I gotta say just.
Right off the bat.
There's like all that greenery but then
it looks like it's even coming on top of the building.
I don't know if there's, do you see what I'm talking about?
Oh, yeah.
I wonder what's going on there.
It has a security system, strategically armored
and fortified environment.
Acronym is S.A.F.E.
Mm, wonder how they landed on that.
You can choose your own adventure here.
Yeah.
It's unfinished You can...
So you can just do you, lots of plywood.
Spend, what 14 mil?
And then just keep on spending.
(both laugh)
(Betsy squeals)
Okay, so that will be cool it seems like when
it's done (chuckles).
Have you ever seen an unfinished spiral staircase?
Rare opportunity, folks.
(both giggle)
Form and function, love it.
Oh my gosh Yeah it's a no from me.
Ah! This is too serious.
That's a straight up bunker.
It's scary!
I feel like claustrophobic already.
If that's the future... Stock up on condensed milk.
Just take me.
(Betsy laughs)
Take me now, like I'm not trying to spend a lot of time
in that building.
Oh, but it does look like there's a fireplace opportunity.
(Betsy laughing)
So, I'm in! (laughs)
A fireplace?
Yeah what do you even put in a bunker?
Do you decorate a bunker?
Fixer-Bunker! (laughs)
(laughing) Oh my god!
Chip and Jo's new show.
We figured it out.
Oh my god.
It's a secret passageway into year 3000.
It's kind of eerie 'cause there's all there is
at the end of the tunnel just like a light.
It's a concealed conversation tunnel.
What does that mean?
It's where you whisper all your secrets.
(both laugh)
I don't know.
I just like do that down at the bar, I mean. (laughs)
I mean for-- (laughs)
I'm not telling you any more secrets,
you might whisper them to the wrong person.
You could go whisper them in here though.
Mm. And then this random
Greek Revival-Style architecture.
Yeah.
With some wild columns.
Those look like acanthus columns they've got a lot going on.
Whoa. (chuckling)
Acanthus, I don't know if those are acanthus, but acanthus
columns typically have like leaves or some floral action.
Oh, gotcha.
And ionic and dorian, one of them is flat and plain
and one of them has little scrolls, and I can't remember
which one's which. Gotcha,
oh god, I can't remember. And I don't want to
lead all two of our viewers, hey mom!
Hi, mom. Astray by telling them
the wrong ones.
They made security windows look pretty!
In comparison to what else we've seen here.
I know, that's true.
This is, now we're at least getting to some nice detailing.
Yeah you probably need to, like have an ID to get
in this house.
Yeah, it feels like it.
But this pool has potential.
Yeah, it definitely a nice I mean when you look at it
from there.
Mhm.
It really looks like a grand Italian estate.
Yeah. It is so serious!
Ooh a car vault.
(laughing) In case you have 87 cars.
Mhm, so 5,000 square feet.
Massive!
Massive!
Think of all the concrete!
It would be great to be a concrete pourer to get this job,
you know?
Someone won out on this one, and left us
with unfinished business.
(Katherine giggles)
The bunker is bonkers.
(both laugh)
That is my thought.
This is a concrete hard pass.
Yes!

How to Make a Tote Bag with a Zipper - Duration: 10:54.
Hey guys, it's Clara from Online Fabric Store. Today I'm gonna make a tote bag with a recess zipper
This one is made to fit a Mahjong set, but you can make it any size you want. So let's get started
The materials you'll need are: 1 yard of the outer fabric, I'm using home decor fabric
1 yard of the lining fabric, I'm using muslin, 1 yard of Pellon fusible fleece interfacing,
1 yard of Pellon decor bond fusible stabilizer,
A zipper that's at least as wide as the bag, a ruler, thread, 3 yards of 1 inch webbing,
scissors, a fabric marker, pins, an iron, and a sewing machine with a zipper foot
Cut two rectangles from the outer fabric
They should be the width you want the bag plus one inch by the height plus two and a half inches
My bag will be twenty-two inches wide and 11 inches high
So I'm cutting pieces that are 23 by 13 and 1/2 inches
You can use many different fabrics for the outer fabric like canvas denim nylon, quilting cotton or decor fabric, which is what I'm using
If you plan on washing your bag pre-wash the fabric before starting
Cut 2 inch squares from the bottom corners
This will create the gussets so the size of the squares will determine the depth of the bottom of the bag
This bag will have four inch gussets
If you want a different size, divide the depth you want the bag in half and cut out squares that are that size
Keep in mind this will also change the height of the bag
Cut out two pieces of the lining fabric that are the same width as the outer fabric and two inches shorter
My pieces are 23 by 11 and a half inches
Cut out two inch squares from the bottom corners
Use a lightweight fabric for the lining like broadcloth or quilting cotton
Cut two pieces from the lining fabric that are 2 and 1/2 inches high and the same width as the other pieces
These upper lining pieces will be visible above the zipper so you can use the outer fabric if you prefer
I'm adding a pocket to the interior that size to fit Mahjong cards but this is optional
The pocket will be 5 by 7 inches
Add 1 inch to the width and the height is double the pocket height plus 1 inch,
So I'm cutting a piece that's 11 by 8 inches
Cut out pieces from the fusible stabilizer for the outer fabric and upper lining that are 1/2 an inch smaller in all directions
For me that's 22 and 1/2 by 13 inches for the outer pieces and 22 and 1/2 by 2 inches for the upper lining
Also cut out a piece that's the size of the finished pocket which is 5 by 7 inches
From the fleece interfacing cut pieces that are 1/2 an inch smaller than the lower lining pieces
The stabilizer makes the bag stiffer so it will hold its shape and the fleece interfacing makes the lining more cushioned
Both are optional or you can use one kind for both the outer fabric and lining
Center the stabilizer on the back of an outer piece with the adhesive side down
Press each section for about 10 seconds at a time without sliding the iron. Flip it over and iron the front
Repeat for the other outer piece and the upper lining pieces
Fuse the stabilizer to the pocket piece half an inch in from one of the ends
Do the same thing with the fleece interfacing for the lower lining pieces
Cut two pieces of webbing to the length you want
Mine are 50 inches long which will create a drop of 11 inches from the top of the bag to the peak of the handles
Find the center of the outer fabric measure out 3 and 1/2 inches on both sides and mark the fabric with the disappearing ink marker, chalk, or pins
This will allow seven inches between the webbing
You may want to adjust this for different sized bags
Mark, one and a half inches from the top which is where the stitching will stop
Pin the webbing so the inner edges are on the line
Starting from the bottom sew the webbing 1/8 of an inch in from the edge
Backstitch at the beginning and end of all stitching on the bag
I'm using a slightly longer stitch length of three point five millimeters for all my top stitching
Stop when you get to the one-and-a-half inch mark and pivot, sew across back and forth for extra strength
Pivot again and sew down the other side
Do the same thing for the other end of the webbing
Repeat to attach the other handle to the second outer piece
You can also use straps made out of the fabric you're using if you prefer
Fold the pocket in half with the stabilizer facing out. Sew around the sides on the edge of the stabilizer
Leave a gap of a couple inches at the bottom
Clip the corners and turn it right-side out
Center the pocket three inches down from the top of one of the lower lining pieces and pin
Sew close to the edges around the sides and bottom
Put the zipper foot on your sewing machine
Open the zipper slightly and sew back and forth above the teeth to hold the top together
Place the zipper facing up on the top edge of one of the lower lining pieces
The upper end of the zipper should be aligned with the side
Place one of the upper lining pieces on the top facing down
The edges of both lining pieces and the zipper should be aligned
Sew down the edge
I prefer to adjust as I sew but you can pin if you want
When you get to the zipper pull, lift the foot, move the pull, and continue sewing
Open the lining fold it back and top stitch
Make sure to pull back the piece on the bottom so it doesn't get out of place as you sew
Put the zipper face up on the other lower lining piece and place the upper lining piece on top facing down
Sew with all the edges lined up like before
Open and top stitch again
Fold all the layers back except for one of the upper lining pieces
Line up the edge with an outer piece with right sides facing and sew
You can switch back to your regular pressing foot
I'm using a quarter inch seam allowance here, but half an inch is also fine
Repeat for the other upper lining and outer pieces
Arrange the layers so the outer pieces are facing each other on one side and the lining pieces are on the other side
Line up the bottom edges of the outer pieces and sew with the half inch seam allowance
Sew the bottoms of the lining pieces together to
Make sure to open the zipper at this point or before sewing the bottoms
Next sew the side with the top end of the zipper
Fold the zipper in half with the edges pointing down towards the lining side
Match up the seams and pin
Sew all the way down the side with a half inch seam allowance
Arrange and pin the other side in the same way
This time stop just before getting to the teeth of the zipper
Start sewing on the other side then leave a gap of about six inches and continue sewing the rest of the side of the lining
Open one of the corners and match up the seams to form the gusset
Sew across with a half inch seam allowance
Repeat for the other corner and the lining corners. You can cut off the extra zipper at any time
And now the moment of truth. Turn the bag right side out through the opening in the lining
Poke out the gusset corners of the outer fabric
Fold in the edges of the opening and the lining and sew
You can hand stitch with an invisible stitch if you want, but since it's the lining, the machine stitching won't be very noticeable
Tuck the lining into the bag. Fold at the seam where the outer and lining fabrics meet
Top stitch all the way around
Zip it up and the tote bag is done
Make a tote bag for yourself or as a gift. I made these for my Mahjong loving aunts
You can also add interior and exterior zippers or more pockets to put your needs. Thanks for watching this OFS project

I've been Miss Errand girl all day but anywho y'all let's go ahead and kill this workout
alright guys so here in the gym I don't even know this but my upper body
still is like kind of sore but today's upper body day and I've had like
what four days away from doing any upper body workout so I'm gonna do something
with my upper body I'm not entertaining this right now
so less than one minute left on this elliptical. I've burned 123 calories I'm
so hungry! I need food like actual food in my
system all right guys like I said your girl is
hungry one of the girls that work in the gym... she was eating y'all
I was like come on. I'm over here starving I just want to ask her for just
a little piece of chicken but I was like nah let's not do that.
Just a quick little Lazy Keto Grocery Haul!
So, let's go ahead and get into this part
So your girl bought some
Coke Zero I needed this in my life I missed it so

grams of fat zero carbs and six grams of protein
Next is the Buffalo style hot wings from Tyson love these bad boys so friggin

need something quick fast and in a hurry this is what I love to indulge in I
purchased two bags of broccoli cuts um you know because we over here trying to
get our hashtag health going on over here

I am feeling a little sick
scratch that I am sick so I bought some Nyquil and also some Ricola sugar-free lemon mint throat drops
Here's my Sugar-Free Powerade Zero this is in the
flavor Mixed Berry. This is my favorite flavor from them you know what I've only
tried this one and the fruit punch I'm over here acting like I'm an expert but I
really do like this flavor y'all they were only 80 cents and I really wanted
to get more y'all but there are some people working over there in that area
and I don't want to be like you know judge whatever so only got three next
item that I purchased was the No Sugar Added Sweet Gherkins listen y'all I have
to be careful with these things because I will literally eat the entire jar and
maybe this one as well they're so good like oh my gosh like why are they so
good I don't know I also purchased the multicolored cauliflower blend like does
it matter about the color does it taste any different I don't even know but
we'll find out and just in case y'all are interested in the nutrition facts

fajita chicken strips and nutrition facts is 110 calories 4 grams of fat 1
gram of carbs 0 grams of fiber 1 gram of sugar and 17 grams of protein next thing
I purchased was some raspberries I love berries period y'all and yes I have
fruit on the keto diet that's not gonna change I love me some fruit it's
not like I'm eating a ginormous I'm out of fruit but a little bit here and there
there's nothing wrong with having fruit. I also purchased some pecans because I
plan on putting these pecans in either maybe my keto muffins or some keto cookies
I don't know. Or, you know what I may just dig my hand in the
bag and eat some pecans who knows what's gonna happen and to end this
maybe what little lazy keto grocery haul I did purchase two bags of my pasta zero noodles
In case you don't know, here are the nutrition facts zero grams of fat
four grams of carbs three grams of fiber and one gram of protein if you are maybe
like a vegan or vegetarian on the keto diet I will link in the description box
for my favorite vegan keto friendly meal and it includes these bad boys oh my
gosh all I still eat this to this day so good I almost forgot to tell you all
that I did purchase this cookie scoop and the only reason why I got this is
because I was watching I think maybe one of the live videos from Keto Connect
and Megha said that we should get one and that's what I did
okay y'all so it is 2:30 and I haven't eaten like actual food yet so I'm about
to start cooking but I'm about to have some of these no sugar added sweet gherkins
um I wish this thing will stop moving sir please stop because I am
gonna eat you whether you want me to or not thank you alright you guys so one of
my favorite first meal of the day I'm having two eggs two sausage patties two
pieces of bacon strips and I whole avocado that I cut up and I put some
salt on top of my avocado about to eat all of this
okay you also we are going to
Walmart um so I guess that's what us Mississippi people do we hang out at Walmart
My mom is so cold. We both got here sick as can be we don't
even need to be out here you really don't but we just getting a
couple of items out of Walmart then we going back home I realized I guess I
really don't want to get well because I don't have anything protecting my neck see
how prepared my mother is
She's like I'm not even here for this weather right now alright you guys so
here shopping at Walmart I guess I'll show y'all a few of the items that I have
gotten so far I haven't gotten anything much but here are my beef hot dogs then
I got two avocados and I also got some NyQuil. I had to get some more
NyQuil because...whew! I am clumsy this could just be me being crazy but then
again I don't feel like that's true but I have the berry flavored NyQuil
and I just feel like it's not doing anything so I'm just gonna use the
regular NyQuil the last time that I got sick I bought the berry flavor NyQuil
and I just felt like it didn't do anything so I went and got NyQuil
like the regular kind and this time I accidentally bought the berry kind and
now I just really feel like it doesn't do anything for me I just need the
original og NyQuil that's what I need in my life so that's why I'm
getting it and yeah hopefully I'll be happy and knocked out tonight just made
it home I found this recipe for a cauliflower soup online and so I'm gonna
try to basically copy it but try to add and take away a few other things so I'm
bringing a whole new meaning to lazy keto because I just don't feel like
cooking bacon because um I just don't so I think I'm going to use my Gardein Beefless Ground
instead of bacon for my cauliflower soup this meal is of course
going to be dairy-free and keto friendly so let me go ahead and get started
cooking my food I'm also going to link the recipe down in the description box
because I think it's pretty cool and it doesn't seem like it's gonna take too
long either so yayyy! I know this doesn't look like freakin amazing but y'all all
I put in this was bone brothm cauliflower rice, my vegan butter, broccoli, and eggs
and honey this is delicious I'm shocked right now like I am shocked at myself
y'all I've already started eating but I forgot to let y'all know that I did add
in my Beefless Ground from Gardein like I said I just did not feel like
cooking any bacon or anything to that nature so yeah I'm very happy at this
meal y'all like wow in order to make this like a vegetarian keto friendly meal
Maybe, just don't have the beef broth just add
maybe just like vegetable broth or whatever like I said I'm gonna link the
recipe down in the description box, but y'all you gotta try it. I plan on trying it
the way the actual recipe say but y'all I like this though mmm look at me
something so simple yet so good

Spam Museum - Austin, Minnesota - Duration: 6:11.
I hope this video doesn't get flagged for spam
*laughing*
I did NOT know you were going to say that...
that's sooo cheesy..
* Super Adventure Family intro music plays*
On our drive back from Minnesota,
we stopped by the SPAM Museum
It was SPAM-my
I mean it was filled with SPAM, but...
It was actually really cool
like going into it...
I kind of was like expecting
like, this really kind of hokey....
half of things are broken...
and weird you know
but you go in it's like super polished
it looks really nice
and there's just stacks of SPAM cans all over the place
and lots of little exhibits with videos
and things that you could like interact with
Yeah it was really cool, there was a spam rocket
there was all these little like
these four huge towers that were all made of SPAM
but it also had little
sections that had collectible items
that I guess that they've had over the years
there was like a watch and like a pocket knife and a car and
SPAM chapstick and a little bear with a SPAM shirt on!
And all this really fun stuff
They have one area where you could like pack a SPAM can
and you go through the little stations
and stuff like that
see how fast you can do it
yeah it would like time you
And we even raced!
it was cool it wasn't real SPAM
was like a little bean bag thing yeah
and they were even walking around giving out samples,
I don't remember what the sample was that they gave us
but it was pretty good
They had a section where it was SPAM around the world
and it was how all of the
different countries packaged spam
and what they use it for like what recipes
are common there so they have like one from Japan it was like sushi
I think they call it something specific but I'm sorry I don't know it
and they had like from Guam and Brit....
Britian
brit... brittish
Great Britian
*laughing*
*Mario dying music playing*
*more laughing*
We're real classy at the SPAM museum
They had a motorcycle there, what did it run on?
It ran on...
like
bacon? or something?
it said like..
it said like bio diesel
like bacon grease like biodiesel
yeah... or something like that
we'll have to look at the pictures...
it was really cool!
I was like why is there.. is there like a SPAM motorcycle????
There was a huge sign next to it that said what it did
yeah
I think my favorite part was on the
ceiling throughout all the whole place
it was... it looked like a train track like
a little miniature train track but instead of a train it was
SPAM
CANS and CANS of SPAM
and they're all going around
all the different rooms of the place
That was really cool
I guess it was like every kind they've ever made
* upbeat music playing*
They had a lot of interesting stuff at the gift shop
it was probably one of the coolest gift shops I've seen in awhile
They had a hockey jersey that I kinda wanted to get...
It was a hockey jersey that said SPAM on it
I didn't get it cuz I'm not like a super SPAM fan...
I can justify spending the money on it
yeah but I did get this shirt
which is pretty cool
and we got a bunch of stuff for my dad
because when I was growing up my dad loved SPAM
he still likes SPAM so we got him a few things
but they had like so much stuff!
I mean if you like went like
it was insane I think that is a spam windshield scraper
yeah and I got spam chapstick
they had SPAM magnets
They had SPAM post card
um well we got Elliott a little SPAM
it's like a little car that shaped like a can of SPAM yeah
shaped like a SPAM.. spam can and then they had like little SPAM teddy bears
and things like that
So by far surpassed our expectations and
if you're ever in Iowa you should go check it out yeah definitely stop by
Well worth the visit
Ohhh hooo
are we done?
yeah we're done!

No importa un regalo grande.
It doesn't matter if it is a big gift or a small gift..
El regalo mas grande que yo me llevo.
She said the biggest gift that she is getting at a personal level.
estoy muy satisfecha. To be very satisfied.
del progreso que hemos tenido. The progress that we've had.
cada vez que yo he venido a recoger mis ninos...every time I come to get my kids.

The majority of you say hola and talk to her in Spanish. You say goodbye, hasta luego.
Adios, todo eso (inaudible) personal me llena de motivacion para seguir adelante...
It fills her with motivation to continue forward.
Y deber como dice la communidad Latina.
And to work with the Latin community.
no solamente hablo un idioma. Uno o mas idiomas.
Como ustedes que hablan dos, tres idiomas.
Speak more than one language and that's the most marvelous thing that can happen.
Oh my gosh, I have never seen moms like Sonya, come in here and really start to lead activities.
To show what they can do for us.
They are teaching us.
And as she said in her little speech before, it is not just a language.
We are also learning so much about the culture, and what they have been through before.
And what they are learning from us. And the difficulties so that we can better support their kids.
Because when we don't understand what's going on, for these students,
then we can't help them.
We can't educate them well.
There's academics and then there's understanding where our kids are coming from.
Hablo un poco de Espanol y Ingles y un poco de Romanian.
This is incredibly important because we know that students benefit when their school
and their family have that bond together.
And when students see that happening, you see a light come on in their eyes.
So, you know, we had a lot of kids here tonight. And you know, just knowing
that their mom was teaching their teachers, they would walk around school, looking forward to class.
Is it almost Wednesday? You know my mom is going to be teaching.
And then seeing the teachers as students, you know, knowing that we're
struggling. We're working on putting language together. It takes
a safe place to be able to practice and that's what we gave the teachers and
we were so happy to see so many sign up. But it was so wonderful for the parents to see
not only do they belong here, but they're valued.
So, in terms of building the community, the relationships.
When you think about family engagement. At Dogwood, we really think about
what is our role in that and how do we reach out first?
So, to I think that vulnerability that we are learners too, and we need you to teach us
has been tremendous. Um, and that has opened up the trust and the relationships.
Um, and again I think because the Dogwood community is very tightly knit,
they'll talk to their friends and neighbors and I think it has really supported our
efforts in family engagement and just community building.
It's about 60 percent hispanic students in our school. yeah.
Abre el libro. Eschuca, no corra.
Ven acca.
Claro que si. Of course. Por supuesto. Of course.
There's only about six or seven moms this time.
We're going to try to get more and more moms to come and participate.
So now, we're gonna see, I think, some of these moms who've felt successful here
bridging into other programs and becoming more involved in our school. That's huge. That's huge for us.
Probably number one.
Number two, I think our teachers feel a little bit more empowered to pick up the phone and make a quick phone call.
Now, are they gonna stumble? Sure. 8 weeks, one hour a week? That's not enough to make them fluent.
But they're gonna make an effort. And they're just gonna help make that bridge to our parents,
which they couldn't do previously.
And as a community, we're just growing stronger and understanding more about each other.

Hello, I'm Asko and welcome to "Sweatpants garage"
This time we continue test fitting that brake booster
have to see if it really fits.
My welding machine is at my brothers so I can't weld that rod
at least we need to remove those bolts from the firewall
and see if that booster will fit in it's place
anyway, let's get to work
I took the hood off as it was bit in away
it had no support to keep it open
other end of the gas spring has removed from there
dunno why... it should be there
so I took the hood off to get more room to work with
I also put that power steering return line back
originally it was routed from the top
I moved it to go from the bottom and it went just ok
It doesn't hit anything so it can be there
now we have plenty of room to that brake booster
these bolts should be removed and see if the booster will fit
think I had to take a slice from there also
and when Santa didn't bring me a new angle grinder
even when I had wished it so i had to go buy one
got this new ryobis brushless one
so we test that also how it works
haven't used yet. I just unboxed it and added a battery to it
I refurfished this booster yesterday or was it yesterday
it turned out quite ok. You can see few scratches
but it's fine for me
at least it's better now than it was earlier
but lets do some cutting and see if this fits
it fits like a glove
its steady and doesn't hit anything
had to take piece from there
dunno if it has any structural effects
prolly body is now even more flexible than it already is
scratched the booster when fitted it
next we have to figure that incoming pressure side pipe of the power steering
it had a spiral section and prolly I have to bend that a bit
I start to do that next and if it goes ok I will wash this section of the engine
and prolly I take that brake bomb off also
that pipe went there really easily I just opened that coil section a bit
there it is now
then we take that booster off I think I have to spray some paint to it
then we start to wash this
Oh that brake bomb had to be taken off
so we get this pipe away also
placed some saw dust on the floor as there were some oil residue on the floor
I have figured that it's good and cheap
it will absorb all the residue oil
I just leave it there and sweep the floor after some time
but this cleaned up pretty well
this section was full off oil and other depree
ok we will end here
now we have properly test fitterd that booster
and engine bay is bit more cleaner
at least you don't mess your hands imidiately
and we are still at 68.80€ if we don't calculate that engine cleaner
we can add like 2€ from it so we are at 70.80€
but anyway as I said on the previous episode we start to make shorter episodes
so this was it and we'll se on the next time
and prolly we continue to make that rod to that booster
think I'll try to get that engine running also
atleast I will put cooler and coolant in
but anyway bye for now!

Why do you like to hurt the weak?
Are you happy of sharing your loneliness?
Are we guilty of what happens to you?
Your sadness destroys you slowly...
