Air Jordan 12 XII "Taxi" OG 1996: history of the sneakers, interesting facts, review - Duration: 7:15.Hello. Here is Jordan 12 "Taxi" '96
and it is about them that will be discussed. And also in this video, I prepared something interesting.
I think 12's fans will like it. But first things first.
So, the 12's in the "Taxi" colorway were the first 12's Jordans, which were released in November '96.
Michael Jordan wore them in games of the 96-97 regular NBA championship season, which ended
the next fifth championship of Chicago "Bulls". Nickname "Taxi" got its colorway thanks to the painting of the carbon plate,
which reminds, actually, checkered taxi. The model was reissued in 2008 and 2013.
Comparison of these sneakers with each other, I will show in one of the following videos.
In addition, there were low versions of this color, which appeared in 2004 and 2011.
When the 12's Jordans first appeared on store shelves in November '96, their price was $135.
A total of 5 original colors were released: these are "Taxi", "Cherry", "Obsidian", "Playoffs" and "Flu Game".
As I said earlier, "Taxi", which is now in front of you, was the very first colorway of the 12's Jordans of 1996.
The remaining four colors appeared already in the 1997.
The designer of the model was Tinker Hatfield, as before, starting with the third number model.
The inspiration for the creation of the 12s was the Japanese flag of the Rising Sun with the sun rays depicted on it. It is a symbol of the naval forces of Japan.
The stitched lines on the sides of the sneakers just embody these rays of the sun.
By the way, the image of these sun rays even caused scandal and picketing in some countries.
This is about 12's colorway of the 2009 "Rising Sun".
In one of the videos I just talked about it.
I want to note that the Japanese flag was not the only component of the design.
Also not least inspiration was women's shoes of the 19th century.
This is clearly visible on the back of the sneaker, resembling a female heel.
Asymmetrical leather sinkers were made in the form of snake skin,
which look very impressive and are the hallmark of the model.
The traditional number "23", which is depicted behind and in front of the sole,
the company decided to capture and on the tongue, while slightly modifying it with the word "Two" and the number "3".
Thus, like the style of Michael himself, the design of the sneaker combined bold and bright elegance.
In addition, the Japanese theme is not the first time used in the design of Jordans.
Previously, this was observed in nines.
I can not mention the quality of materials.
Sneakers are made of super soft leather of the highest quality.
Even nowadays, it's just incredible. There are no words to describe how amazing it is.
We now turn to technology.
The 12's model is equipped with a Zoom Air unit, which was first used in the Jordan line.
The herringbone pattern which responsible for the traction is, frankly, gorgeous in these sneakers.
Even many modern models can envy such a traction.
Sometimes there is a feeling that during sudden braking you will fly farther, and the sole will remain in place.
I, of course, speak precisely about the court covering, and more precisely, about the clean court covering.
I do not even know what they added to this rubber. In retros not that good.
Also noteworthy is the massive carbon fiber, which has become larger and smoother than in the previous 11's model.
The technology and design of the 12's Jordan made them one of the most wearable or, easier to say,
"unbroken" sneaker line.
You can not ignore the advertising campaign of this model. I think that is well known to many
Fascinating 12's advertising called "Frozen moment"
with its attractive music and no less exciting video.
Even today she looks at one go.
It feels like time has slowed down for a moment.
It is so beautiful that it will give odds even to modern advertising videos.
An interesting fact is that before the official release these sneakers were slightly different from those that went on sale.
I'm talking about ready-made sneakers, not sketches for them. Actually, this was not the first time.
Before the official release, any model in the design may correct or remove something,
as, for example, was at one time with 11 or 10 Jordans.
True, the 10's slightly changed after their official release.
This is a common practice and the 12's are no exception.
The changes were minor, but still were. This can be seen in the early and rather rare 12's commercial.
He came out much earlier than the official release of the model, even before Michael started playing in them in the regular season.
Here are these rare shots.
As you can see, in the sneakers there are no metal inserts with holes for the laces.
The Jumpman logo and the inscription "Two 3" on the tongue are also missing.
Apparently, it was the so-called sample of the 12's.
But the shots are just awesome.
I would like to focus on one more thing.
Occasionally bumping into such information that the 12 Jordans are the first sneakers of Jordan Brand that separated from Nike,
becoming its sub-brand or subsidiary.
Maybe someone I'll grieve, but this opinion is wrong
only for the simple reason that Jordan Brand separated from Nike only in the fall of '97.
While the first 12s, namely "Taxi", appeared in November 1996.
Even then, Jordan Brand was already a fairly independent company.
The first Jordan from Jordan Brand are exactly the 13's.
This is for clarification.
Well, that's all for today. If interested, subscribe to the channel and to the next videos.
Thanks to all.
Bye!

A Basic (Yet Powerful) Technical SEO Audit for Beginners - Duration: 8:13.Technical SEO audits are very important.
But for a beginner to SEO, they can be extremely daunting.
So in this video, I'm going to break down a super basic, yet powerful SEO audit that
you can use to find some seriously weird technical SEO issues on your website.
Stay tuned.
[music]
What's up SEOs?
Sam Oh here with Ahrefs, the SEO tool that helps you grow your search traffic, research
your competitors and dominate your niche.
Now, a few weeks ago, I posted a question on our YouTube community board asking our
subscribers to submit their website if they wanted us to feature it in this video.
So I dug through a bunch of your submissions and congratulations to S Krag of centralparktutors.com
and Jim Miller of xs-stock.co.uk.
I found a bunch of technical SEO issues with your websites.
Don't worry guys... you're not alone.
A lot of popular websites, even in the marketing niche, have some seriously weird technical
SEO issues.
And the only tool that you need to find and fix these errors is Google.
Now, before we dive into the tutorial, I want to give a huge shoutout to Glen Allsop
from detailed.com, who shared a bunch of these tips with us.
So make sure to check out his site... seriously solid stuff.
Alright, so let's break down example site #1 that we're analyzing.
Central Park Tutors is a group of teachers and parents who provide private tutoring services
in NYC.
According to Ahrefs Site Explorer, the website gets around 500 organic search visitors per
month and Google has indexed around 400 pages.
So the first thing I'm going to do is type in their domain in the browser.
And you can see that they're using the unsecure, non-www version of the website.
And of course, we should check for the www version too.
And it looks like the redirect is good.
So I'll check the HTTPs version now.
And it looks like this one loads without a redirect.
And I'll check the secure www version, which then redirects to the secure URL without
the www.
So the first thing you're going to want to do is to create the proper redirects and choose
one version.
So I would recommend consolidating to the https domain version, which will be applied to every
individual page on your website in addition to the homepage.
Now let's get to our search queries.
First, we'll enter in "site:centralparktutors.com", which will look for all indexed pages on this
domain and then we'll add "inurl:www", which will look for any indexed pages that contain
www within the URL.
And everything looks good here.
Now, I'll modify this query a bit and change this last part to "-inurl:https", which will
look for unsecure versions of the pages that are indexed.
And there are around 164 results here.
So I'll click on this one and indeed, it does not redirect to the secure version.
In fact, this page looks a little bit strange, because it has a random link to a Money Coach,
some kind of Swiss website, and a Winnipeg driving school.
That doesn't really make much sense to me, so I'm led to believe that your site has been hacked.
Alright, let's go back to our search query, and remove the minus sign to look for secure
URLs that are in Google's index.
And testing this URL, there is no redirect either and a bunch of interesting links here too.
Now, if you find that your website is having similar issues, then I highly recommend fixing
these before continuing on with this tutorial.
So I'll switch gears here and analyze another one of our subscribers' websites called xs-stock.co.uk.
Now, this is a family-run business based in Scotland selling discount items.
They have an e-commerce store as well as a massive 25,000-square foot retail warehouse.
And according to Ahrefs Site Explorer, the website gets around 11,000 organic search
visitors per month and Google UK has indexed around 6,700 pages.
I've already tested all redirect versions and all seem good as well as the other queries
we had done before.
So this time, I'll start off with just the "site:xs-stock.co.uk" query.
Now from here, I'll just kind of skim through the results to look for potential issues.
And I actually don't even need to scroll down because there's one thing that I notice immediately.
Most of the pages actually have "XS-Stock.com" in their title, when the website actually
uses the .co.uk TLD.
Now, while this particular issue is more for branding, it creates incongruence between
the title and domain, which may affect click-through rates.
In other times, you'll see templates that have just gone completely wrong.
So I'll modify our query and add "intitle:xs-stock.com".
And you'll see hundreds of pages where the title tags need to be updated to reflect the
correct domain.
Now the thing with technical SEO is that as you discover one problem, you'll start to
discover others.
So if we go to xs-stock.com, you'll see that they've redirected the homepage to their ".co.uk"
domain. Great!
But let's see if any pages from their .com version are still indexed.
So I'll enter in "site:xs-stock.com", and you'll see over one hundred results.
Clicking through, you'll notice that they haven't redirected all pages yet since this
URL still loads.
Let's go back to the original Google SERP and, as we start to scroll down, you'll start
seeing some other technical issues that are worth investigating like empty meta descriptions,
truncated title tags, some pagination issues, and likely faceted navigation issues too.
For example, we could take the "page" parameter and change our query a bit by adding "inurl:page".
And you'll see about one hundred pages that are indexed here.
And there's another URL parameter called "sort," which they probably wouldn't want indexed
here either.
And the list, I'm sure, will go on, particularly since it's an e-commerce website where it's
really easy to make technical SEO mistakes.
Now, if you're using WordPress, then you can search for a whole bunch of common footprints
like "site:yourdomain.com", then add "inurl: tag", or "author", or "page", which will help find
pages that you may want to noindex.
Or you can look for weird ones like this:
site:domain.com inurl:welcome-to-wordpress OR inurl:hello-world
which will show you if a site still has the default pages from the initial WordPress install.
You could also do something like site:domain.com "lorem ipsum," to find any pages that are
indexed by Google that are still using dummy text.
To be sure, look at the meta description to see if the whole dummy text is being used
on the page.
One last tip I want to share with you is for the privacy of your assets, employees, and clients.
And that's to do a site search for your domain and then to add "filetype:pdf" or whatever file
extension you want to search.
Now the PDFs here on Ahrefs aren't that exciting, but through my research, I've found organizations
that are uploading employee salaries, home addresses, and other personal details that
are worth deleting.
As you can see, you don't need any fancy tools to run a basic SEO audit.
So I encourage you to do this not just for your own site, but if you're an agency, you
can use these queries to find prospects for new business.
Now, the downside to using Google alone is that they don't always recrawl these so-called
"meaningless" pages frequently and the results can be quite messy.
Now a few good things about using tools like Ahrefs Site Audit is that:
#1. You can get fresh data since you would run the crawl on demand.
And #2. Our tool automatically searches for over 100 common technical SEO issues, that you
can't quite find using Google alone like 301 redirects or 404 broken pages, unless you want
to click through to each page.
So from our Site Audit, you can see that we found 276 300-series redirects and 30 404 pages.
#3. You can automatically monitor the technical SEO health of your website through scheduled
weekly crawls.
And #4. You can use Data Explorer to create your own custom queries to find issues that wouldn't
apply to every site.
For example, if I wanted to look for pages that include "XS-Stock.com" in their title
tag, then I could run a custom query to look for internal HTML pages that return a 200
response code with titles that contain "XS-Stock.com".
From here, I could export all of the URLs and have someone else update the affected
pages or send it to a developer to fix the template.
So while you might want to go and build links or create content, make sure that your website's
rankings aren't hindered by basic technical SEO mistakes because they're super important
and quite easy to fix for the most part.
Now, if you enjoyed this video, make sure to like, share, and subscribe.
And if you want to see more technical SEO videos, then let us know in the comments.
So keep grinding away, don't ignore your technical SEO, and I'll see you in the next tutorial.

12 Rabi Ul Awal Bayan By Pir Raza Saqib Mustafai Rabīʿ al-Awwal (ربيع الأوّل) is the third month in the Islamic calendar. During this month, many Muslims celebrate Mawlid - the birthday of the Islamic prophet, Muhammad. Although the exact date is unknown,[1][2] Sunni Muslims believe the date of birth of Muhammad to have been on the twelfth of this month, whereas Shi'a Muslims believe him to have been born on the dawn of the seventeenth day. The Prophet himself never celebrated the mawlid, instead encouraged Muslims to fast on Mondays of every week due to his birthday being "on a Monday". The name Rabī' al-awwal means the first [month] or beginning of spring, referring to its position in the pre-Islamic Arabian calendar. 12 Rabi Ul Awal Bayan By Pir Raza Saqib Mustafai The word "Rabi" means "spring" and Al-awwal means "the first" in Arabic language, so "Rabi' al-awwal" means "The first spring" in Arabic language. The names seems to have to do with the celebration events in the month as "spring" is the end to winter (symbol of sadness) and consequently the start of happiness. The Arabic calendar being lunar calendar, the month is naturally rotating over years and Rabī' al-awwal can be in spring or any other season every now and then, so the meaning can not be related to the actual season.[3] 12 Rabi Ul Awal Bayan By Pir Raza Saqib Mustafai Although historians and scholars disagree on the exact date of Muhammad's birth,[4] it is commonly celebrated on 12th or 17th of Rabi' al-awwal. The celebration of the Mawlid is done differently depending on the country. In some areas celebrations begin as early as the first of the month and can continue till the end of the month. Muslims generally put coloured lights on roads, streets, and their homes and put green flags as well to celebrate. In many countries a procession is also conducted on 12th or 17th of Rabi' al-awwal night and day. On these occasions sweets and drinks are also distributed widely from home to home and to the general public. In some areas Muslims also exchange gifts. It is the month of blessings. 12 Rabi Ul Awal Bayan By Pir Raza Saqib Mustafai Channel Link https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCcudzsYK8CSZNVw06s9BDEQ?view_as=subscriber. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QLQ96... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xqvnA... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9zWq3... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qbgCQ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RU_Sk... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NHrjw... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NBONp... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1GTrM... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XQ2tq... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qSKLs... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ccmU2... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B6ql0... 12 Rabi Ul Awal Bayan By Pir Raza Saqib Mustafai

The Try Guys Try Not To Laugh Challenge - Duration: 13:44.- Welcome back to another episode of,
- Try Guys Game Time!
- Today, we are doing the try not to laugh challenge!
- And there are three rounds.
- We're gonna watch some videos.
- Dad jokes, head to head.
- We are going to have a lightning round
where we try to make each other laugh.
- Whoever laughs the least throughout this video,
is the least friendly of us.
- Boo!
(chuckling)
- You might be the worst one, historically, right?
You're a giggler.
- Worst, best?
I would say you're the worst
because you have not joy in your life.
- I feel like Eugene would be good at this.
- Yeah, Eugene will be fine.
(upbeat music)
- Are you already losing?
(laughing) - Yeah!
- Oh my God.
- Oh, that is very funny.
Also, that hog took off.
- That's good. - Wow.
Didn't laugh but recognized that it was funny.
- Got some smiles out of me.
- Also impressive.
(laughing) - Just the idea
of not laughing is so funny.
Okay.
(exhaling)
It's because, - That was the first video.
- That was literally three seconds in, Zach.
And he made a funny noise.
- [Teacher] Okay, who likes Fortnite?
- [Children] Me!
- [Boy] We like Fortnite, we like Fortnite.
- No.
I don't care about you, children.
Unless one of you, yeah not funny.
- They're doing the fornite thing.
- That a fornite thing? - Yeah.
- Really?
I just thought it was a loser thing.
- That was awful, those kids are real huh?
That's the children these days.
- I don't think I found it funny because I just
found it scary.
- Oh no come on now.
- Dumb dog.
- He's never gonna catch it, is he?
Oh oh.
(laughter)
- He's so bad!
He's so little, and he can't.
- Oh a taco.
(laughter)
the taco got you?
- The taco got me.
- When I finally got down here to the house to look
and see what happened, the door was standing wide open
it looked like he was packing up for a yard sale,
he was lying, throwing his hands, he did pull a gun
on me one time.
- You laughed and it made me laugh.
- Who steals a cheese grater?
He's got the works, lysol,
he stole an empty bottle of spray
- I love this one.
(laughter)
Certain things appeal to my sense of humor
and listen when someone with just the best type of accent
is just going of, my type of content.
- What was he even saying?
- He was saying that someone had an empty lysol bottle
and why should someone steal an empty bottle?
- I think that's funnier to us than other people
because me and Ned have a relationship with people
like that in our lives.
- We both grew up in the south.
- I know who that guy is.
I know that guy.
- He's really fucking up that bucket.
Oh no.
(chainsaw)
- Why'd they blur it?
- Why'd they blur it?
Well I just was scared.
- That was not funny.
- Was that an infomercial that someone kind of chopped up?
- It was like someones Tim and Eric reel.
- I appreciate it, like I think I was smiling mentally.
I was like ha, but not laugh out loud moment.
- It was trying too hard for me.
I'm a simple man of simple pleasures.
- I thought the one funny thing was when he was
picture and picture by himself, but it wasn't funny enough
to override how scared I was.
- Yeah I was mostly just scared.
- Oh this is gonna be funny, whatever this is,
I can tell it's hilarious.
- Don't slip and fall I swear to god.
- Oh god.
(laughter)
- Just breathe, just breathe.
(laughter)
- I lost it at the end, I just remembered it.
My brain for some reason played it back.
- Nothing I ever make will be as funny as that.
- That's my favorite, I loved that.
That was so cute.
- Oh my goodness is it pooping.
(yelling)
(deep breathing)
- Pretty close on that last one.
- Pretty close.
- You know what the problem with that is,
I watch so many nature documentaries, I know where
all that footage is from.
- I liked the ones where they don't know they're funny
more than the ones where people are trying to be funny.
And that almost got me, because that cat just face planted.
- It reminds me of that cat that jumps off the bed
into the wall.
(laughter)
- Yeah!
Fuck yeah, give us another one!
- What is happening?
- What if he was on a tramp?
- A tramp?
- Poline.
A trampoline.
- But why was he going like that.
He never went back, he only.
- He must have a better stronger left leg.
- Oh that's next level thinking.
- See again a cute animal.
- I am sold!
- Oh he's sold.
- Wow this is making me so jazzed.
- Alright that was very cute.
- Very good.
- Not funny but I would send that to Becky
and be like I miss you.
- Ariel would love it.
- I miss you.
- That made me sad.
- Why did it make you sad?
- I'm glad he was sold, but it such a small glass cage
and he was rubbing it.
It wasn't even well round, it was just one continues
shot of him scratching at the wall.
Poor dog.
- He's gonna prank his dad and he's in the garbage.
- Oh no.
(laughter)
- I can tell that was a fake video,
the way the edit happened, but that was funny.
- Oh my god.
Is that kid okay?
That's not funny that's scary.
Is that child okay?
Was that fake?
- I didn't even care I was like no that's good comedy.
- That was really great.
- Some people like funny things where people get hurt.
That aint me.
I do like a good hit in the nuts.
- Yeah because that's recoverable.
- You're fine, you're fine afterwards.
Unless it's real bad.
- [Zach] Round one complete.
- We're not doing great.
Fortunately we're not paired for round two.
- Thank goodness.
- I did better than I thought I was going to do.
Because I didn't laugh at all of them.
Now we're gonna move on to a joke off.
- Dad joke off?
Oh I'm not gonna laugh at any of these.
Who am I against?
- Try guys game time!
- So in this we will be reading jokes
that we haven't seen before, to one another
and trying not to laugh.
- These are jokes that were written by our find patrons
over at patreon.
Become a triceratops today and you too can make your content
our content.
- Thank you.
- We've entered your section.
- You are paired in the dad joke section with
an actual father.
- Do dads laugh at dad jokes?
- Oh yeah.
- Or do they just tell them?
- Nah.
- So you're at a disadvantage here.
- Yeah, yeah.
- What is a dentist's favorite time a day?
Tooth thirty.
- Why can't you trust tree's?
Cause they seem kind of shady.
- This is torture, this is the worst.
- What do you call cheese that,
(laughs)
What do you call cheese that's not yours?
- I don't know Keith, what do you call it?
- Nacho cheese.
- It's clever.
- Why do cows have hooves instead of feet?
Because they lactose.
- What's E.T short for?
He only got little legs.
(laughs)
- I like that.
- Why was the kind only a foot tall?
Cause he was a ruler.
(laughter)
(clapping)
- Why was the grape sun bathing?
No raisin really.
(laughter)
- What do we want?
Low flying airplane noises.
When do we want them?
Noooowwwwww.
(laughter)
- What kind of clothes cowboy's wear when they go out?
Ranch dressing.
(laughing)
- What did the janitor say when he came out of the closet?
(laughing)
Supplies!
- Have you ever smelt moth balls?
(laughing)
how do you get their little legs apart?
Can we discount points for the dad look
towards every camera.
- Congratulations.
- Congratulations, I thought we did great.
- We did so good.
- We did so well.
We barely cracked a smile.
- I forgot we were doing a try not to laugh challenge.
I just had a great time.
- [Eugene] I don't know what happened
but I think we did better than Zach and Keith.
- We rarely laughed at the full joke.
We laughed before the joke even got finished.
Which that has to count for something.
It's the final round of Try Guys game time!
And we're going to make each other laugh.
Each one of us has one chance to make the other three laugh.
I'm going first.
Last night, Becky made me detox my arm pits.
(laughing)
and that detox involved me putting a clay mask
onto my armpits, drying them with a blow dryer,
washing them off and then applying a sensitive
vagina oil to my armpits.
As a result, today I smell terrible.
(laughing)
- What's a sensitive vagina oil?
- It was called lady sweet.
- Try guys game time!
- You guys wanna hear a secret?
(fart noises)
(laughing)
- I was so impressed at your lung capacity.
- That was much longer than I thought.
(clapping)
- It took me a long time but I came around.
- I did smile. - I did smile.
- Yeah I didn't laugh but I smiled.
Try guys game time musical chairs!
Is he too low in the frame?
- Gentleman welcome.
I don't have any jokes to say,
I don't have anything to do.
I would just like to give you each
a little kiss on the neck.
- Oh god no, no.
- Just a little kiss on the neck.
Thank you.
Okay thank you.
I'm just gonna give you a little kiss on the neck
if that's okay.
- I don't.
It's too sensual.
- That was more for me than for them.
(laughing)
- Next person.
- Wait let me actually think, don't, stop it.
(laughing)
Stop it, I'm trying to think of something clever to do.
(fart noise)
(laughing)
(clapping)
- Standing ovation!
- Did you just fart?
- Wow!
(fart noises)
- I didn't mean to do it, I didn't mean to fart.
Oh now I'm embarrassed.
- You didn't mean to fart?
- No!
- See like I knew farts were funny but like
you just showed us that farts were funny.
- I thought it was brilliant, right?
- Wow what a journey.
- Can we end this video, I'm done.
- Let's look at the scores.
Whoa, congratulations.
- Wow I didn't see that one coming.
- This has been the try not to laugh edition of
Try guys game time!

How To Start A YouTube Career - Duration: 10:31.if you've ever wondered how a guy like Nate has made a career out of YouTube.
Literally just some thing on the internet. -I made it up. -He made it up. He invented
YouTube. -No. I'm a YouTube producer and I didn't even... I mean, it's kind of made
my own position here. -Well, I don't want you to answer it now. I'm going to answer it
after the little... -We're going to show you how to start a YouTube career. -And it
starts with really cool music and weird imagery. Here it is.
(Scott singing the intro music) It's good stuff. -Alright. So, I really love my career. I really love
where I'm at right now. I've had this company for 8 and a half years and
it's evolved in transition to really now I'm where I want it to be. We did web
design, we did different types of video production and SEO that all were good
services. But I'm making YouTube videos, loving it, I'm making a good living. I'm
really enjoying the work. And so, like how did I get to this place is maybe what I
want to answer. But I don't know if you want to become a YouTube producer? You
just want to make a career on YouTube. So, I've got some points here on things that
I think you can do pretty well. -This not only is w for win. That you'll be a winner.
But it's also 3 ways. -Yeah, we have... We have 3 ways that will help you make
a career out of YouTube. So, the first way is... YouTube actually has a partner
program. And we've talked about this in other videos but let's... Why is
this key? Why is this important because YouTube pays you more than half of the
money that they make. That's awesome. -That's the ad stuff we're talking about,
right? -Yeah, YouTube makes money through ads. You know, the commercials that you
see before unless you're paying for YouTube red. But then that some YouTube
is making money because they're you're paying them or I'm paying them. -Subscriptions.
-I don't see ads by the way because I pay the 10 or 12 bucks a month. -Oh. -To YouTube
and some people wonder, "Hey, well if... If everyone subscribes to YouTube, it's not
YouTube's Red anymore, its YouTube premium. -YouTube premium. -So if everyone
subscribes to YouTube's premium, well then I won't get paid for ads... -That is
correct. -You'll actually be paid a higher dollar amount because you get more money
from YouTube premium than you do from YouTube ads. Pretty cool. -Oh, that's nice.
-So, anyway. And that was a little tangent that is worth millions of dollars to you.
The YouTube Partner Program. So how you make money in the YouTube Partner
Program as you just got to create good content? You put you create good content,
you put it on YouTube, YouTube will take care of this for you. They put ads in
front of your videos or in the middle of your videos or alongside of your videos
and you get paid 55 percent of all the money that YouTube
brings in for that. -So, just imagine if CBS did something like this, right? As an
example, right? So, they're basically... CBS is YouTube. And the Big Bang Theory
is you, right? So Big Bang Theory is content that someone has produced
and because it's the number one show on TV, it gets the most viewers. And CBS, they
charged advertisers more money to have their commercials on that show. But can
you imagine if CBS gave the producers of Big Bang Theory 55% of their ad
revenue? I mean, YouTube truly is unique in that regard. I mean that's... That's
pretty cool that you can make it the best content that you can and the more
people that you have watching it, you're going to be making more and more and more
money. Which I think is pretty pretty sweet. But there's other ways to make
money obviously. -Yeah. So, that's... That's 1 of 3 ways. The second. The second way
is you can start a business. You can use YouTube to promote your business. -Oh, a
business that's not YouTube? -Yeah. -But you use YouTube to market and promote. -Now, this...
You know, if you're going to set that aside like, "Oh, well that's that business stuff,
that's not entrepreneur stuff." No this that I make I make 6 figures on
YouTube from the ad revenue but I make a heck of a lot more in my business
because I'm using YouTube to promote my business. And I've got... I've got a client
that that channel makes six figures in ad revenue,
it makes multiple six figures per month in leads from YouTube. So, the channel
gets enough views, that views go to the website, that website fills out their
information becomes leagues over 4 thousand leads a month over a couple
hundred thousand dollars per month in sales. -So that's a pretty good career
based on YouTube. -You know, don't discount using YouTube to promote your
business. And we're not making commercials. We make, we make helpful
videos that are 10 minutes long on average. And then at the end, "Hey, if you
enjoyed the content of this video, I'm actually putting on a course where I go
into this for 3 hours." You know. Or I'm putting on an event. Or "Hey, I've got a
free book that you can come download." So, there's a little sales pitch at the
end but that's once the content is stopped, there's a clear ending and
people can leave if they want to because they've got what they came for
but if they want more information in it and it works to the tune of lots of
money. -To the tune. We love Tunes. -The third way that you can make a living on
YouTube, make it your career is how I've done it. So, I've made myself this kind of
created this position where people hire me to film their YouTube videos, to
produce them and help them become influencers on YouTube. So, whether that's
you do editing for YouTube, I mean you could make yourself a career in YouTube
as an editor or you could you know... -Or in your case, with all the equipment you're
basically the production house that will produce those videos for these people.
Yeah. That's good stuff. -Alright. So, now that you know what the 3 R. I want
to give you a little detail on each one. So, the detail I want to give you about
Adsense revenue is just to set some realistic expectations. Just because
somebody appears to be really successful on YouTube doesn't mean that they're
making a living. I remember reading a story of this musician who had a YouTube
channel. She had 500,000 subscribers. She performed on the stage at VidCon. You're
familiar with VidCon? -I've heard of it. -Okay, VidCon is a big thing in LA where
it's just a huge celebration of YouTubers and all their fans. It's just a
big huge convention. Kind of like comicon but for YouTube, okay? So, she was
performing on the main stage of VidCon. She had screaming fans there that were
just like, "Oh, I Love you." You know. And then she got off the stage and her first thought was,
"How am I going to put food in my fridge? My fridge is empty right now." Because you could
not afford to buy food. -So she hadn't translate. Learned how to translate all
that popularity. -So, I just I tell you that story to this... Yeah, you can make money in
Adsense and this is real. I'm making a living on YouTube but I just wanted to
put in a little perspective. Okay, so now when I talk about business and
entrepreneurship. You know, idea number 2, use YouTube to promote your
business. If you're not a business owner yet or you're not an entrepreneur, I've
got some books that I want to recommend that I love I recommend all the time.
I've recommended for years that will help. That I've listened to hundreds of
books on business and entrepreneurship and personal
development and I'm going to narrow it down to these 4 or 5. Cashflow
Quadrant, Cashflow Quadrant by Robert Kiyosaki. Look it up. It will teach you
the difference of being a business owner and self-employed. E-myth
revisited. E stands for entrepreneur and you will learn how to systematize your
business. And the 4-hour workweek. It's an amazing book. It'll teach you about the
importance of outsourcing that I talk about a lot of it will teach about
leverage, about how to get as much work done in 4 hours is you normally do in
40 hours. So, I highly recommend I guess those 3 books is all the
recommendations I have for you. -That's pretty good. -Okay. So, I'm going to give
you a big tip for number 3 which is how do you... How to make a career in
YouTube. -Right. -You could actually come and work for me. -Hey, oh I'm looking for
another videographer. So, this is only going to apply if you're local. If you're
in Utah and you are watching this amazing... -Or willing to relocate. -Yeah. -Well
some people might be at their own expense. -Apply first before you move here.
Please apply first. -Yes. -I am looking for someone either... I'm looking for 2 types
Either somebody who maybe wants to do like an internship type of apprenticeship
type thing where they want to learn the ropes but they're willing to work for
kind of crumbs or somebody that is seasoned and experienced and for that
type of person, I'm really looking for somebody that's really skilled at
photography more than videography. Meaning that they know how to really
create a beautiful beautiful picture. They really know how to handle a DSLR
camera and they know all about lighting and setting the stage. And anyway,
somebody that's... -I've got a friend I can connect it to. -Fantastic. So refer that
person to me or if that's you, find a way to reach out to me. I'm going to make it
difficult for you because they don't want millions of people to apply. But I'm
just being honest here. -They could leave comments in the section of this video.
I probably want them soon. -But I want to hire you too. Come and work with
me as a videographer becuase I've got a lot of work and I need your help. If you've
watched this far in the video, I will do it. Send an email to me nate@betheherostudios.com.
But you have to put the word peanut butter in all caps in the
subject line. That way I will know where you came from
and I'm going to I get too much email that I don't read all of it anyway. And my team
sorts through all of it. But if you put peanut butter and all caps in the
subject line then I'll know that you're serious and that you have the ability to
work for me as a video expert. -Or at least initial interest, right? I mean... -So...
If you write peanut butter in all caps in this in the subject line,
it is not a binding contract for employment. -So, we've just finished fliming
20 episodes, This was... We're done. We finished 20 episodes and how many
hours? -We got to find first. -We started it a roughly 9. 9... Almost 9. 4 and a half hours.
4 hours. -Good job. -Not bad. -So, how do you do it. -That's a wrap and we'll talk
to you tomorrow. -Be sure to subscribe like and share on all that stuff.

LA FINE DI YOUTUBE? ARTICOLO 13. #SaveYourInternet - Duration: 4:19.Hi guys, I'm Steve
I apologize
I apologize guys, pls enable english subtitles
I never speak italian here
Please share this video on all your social media
This video is about Article 13
Article 13 is a law. Not yet approved
It's all about the copyright problem on the internet in EU
The only ones that might be safe are Switzerland and UK
But we are not sure yet
if this law gets approved this problem won't just affect YouTube
This is HUGE. It will affect all social media
YouTube might block or delete millions videos. New videos and old ones too
This will affect: Facebook, Reddit, Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter
What's Article 13 about?
They want to blame the single platform for every future copyright claim
It will be 100% YouTube's fault
because now the uploader is responsible for any copyright problem
and the actual copyright system is managed by the algorithm
there's a bot that manages that
it's an automatic thing now
the algorithm manages the single copyright claim. And we are responsible
if article 13 gets approved YouTube will be 100% responsible for every possible copyright problem
And YouTube cannot afford that. They can't!
People upload 400 hours every single minute
guys, 400 hours every 60 seconds! everyday!
the article will affect also the old videos
I have a music channel for example. Fortunately I don't make many covers
I would lose my best videos
millions channel will disappear
We still don't know exactly but this is what will happen
just in europe
we won't have Youtube anymore here
bye youtube. maybe will just have vlogs
music will eclipse
guys, copyright is not only on music or videos
example: if you are live on FB and you are wearing a famous T-shirt with the logo on it
that t-shirt will cause a copyright infrigement
that video will be blocked or deleted
ok, I don't want to make it longer than this
Just, please guys. Make a video, share this on your socials
sign the petition. I put the link here below
million people already signed that. We need more
I hope you'll do the same
let's do something together!
it's not too late
article 13 is not approved yet, so they can change a few parts
just to have a smaller impact on the internet community
because It will be devastating
let's make them understand that they are making a huge mistake
I got nothing personal against copyright
but this is way too much
and it will harm the entire EU economy
How about the economic recovery? It will never heal
many people will lose their job
I am not talking about me, because I teach music. I make videos for passion
I am talking for everyone. That's just not fair. It doesn't make sense to me
If you are still watching, well, Thank you so much!
See you soon in a music related video
Thanks again and #SaveYourInternet

Sochi's Military Meetings: Vladimir Putin on Defence Industry Diversification - Duration: 5:55.Good afternoon, colleagues.
Today we will be discussing the diversification of our defence industry.
In my annual Address to the Federal Assembly in 2016, I directed the defence industry to boost the production of high-tech civilian and dual-purpose goods. Their share in defence companies' output must increase to 17 percent by 2020, 30 percent by 2025 and 50 percent by 2030.
The attainment of these goals will give our defence companies confidence in their immediate and more remote future and will allow them to work to full capacity, without unnecessary idling, and hence to maintain their financial stability after the period of peak investment in army and navy rearmament , when the size of the state defence orders will go down for objective reasons.
Diversification will strengthen the economic stability of the defence industry as a whole and our critical infrastructure sectors amid cyber threats and other challenges, fluctuating currency and the like.
In other words, diversification will help minimise the effect of factors that can have a negative effect on the implementation of the majority of investment programmes by our infrastructure monopolies and state corporations.
It should be said that some large companies have ramped up their civilian output and will reach their 2020 targets already this year. Rostec expects the share of civilian goods in its total output to reach 29 percent, and the figure for the defence industry as a whole has been estimated at 20.7 percent.
Let me put it bluntly: the system has not yet gathered momentum, and the measures we have taken appear insufficient to reach the 2025 and 2030 targets.
What I consider necessary to do in priority order?
First: at a meeting in Ufa, held on January 24 of this year, I gave a number of instructions on the formation of a regulatory framework that allows defense enterprises to diversify production. This work must be completed before the end of this year.
At the same time, special attention should be paid to legislation, which will allow to determine the nomenclature and the size of the share of civilian products subject to purchase by natural monopolies, state corporations, and federal authorities.
As we agreed, they should be the key consumers of such products at the initial stage of the program. Without this order, it is unlikely that something will move from a dead center.
Second, you need to create a system that allows you to manage the process of diversification. She, unfortunately, no. The point is that at least for a three-year period with a breakdown by years, it will be necessary to know how much and what kind of civil products each OPK enterprise will produce and what markets it plans to supply.
At first glance, this is an administrative approach, but, apparently, it is impossible to do otherwise, because, once again, I want to emphasize, in general, work is going slowly.
Third: based on the calculations made, it is necessary to determine the volumes and the "line" of the necessary state support for each project, including subsidies for compensation of interest rates on loans and funds for R & D.
Fourth: I have already noted that the diversification process should be organically linked with the implementation of national projects or development programs. The participation of the defense industry in such projects is an important tool for stimulating demand, increasing the production and marketing of civilian products of these enterprises.
In this regard, I consider it appropriate to correlate the plans of defense enterprises for the production of such products with the investment programs of natural monopolies and state corporations, as well as with the procurement plans of federal executive bodies involved in national projects. This is a technical, but not an easy job. It must be done necessarily.
Today I would like to hear your opinion on this: how and when will such work be deployed?
One last thing: given the importance of the diversification program, the dynamics of this process should be constantly monitored. I would like to hear your suggestions on how to do this most effectively.
In conclusion, I would like to stress once again that the diversification of the defense-industrial complex is one of the key, strategic national tasks. We must understand this, we have spoken about it many times.
Time will pass, the state defense order will be reduced - what will you do? The successful development of the industry and the entire Russian economy and, most importantly, ensuring our country's defense and security in the long term directly depends on its successful solution.
Because these facilities, even if they are not used for the production of defense products, still we will need them, it is undesirable - at least undesirable - to reduce.
Let's get down to the reports.

[ENG] Listen to LuHan (Interviewed by Lao Gao) Bonus Scene - Duration: 8:36.Bonus Scene: About new songs, tour, future
Gao: Let's talk about the new song
Lu: Your topic jumps really fast, from work directly to new song
Gao: The newly released song "The Moment"
you involved in the lyrics writing, why would you have this idea to get involved
Lu: Initially I draft the note in my phone,
not particularly for this demo, i had the idea before, write about the daily lives,
like one morning, or stay up late lives
Gao: Some feelings
Lu: Yes some sensation, and write it down casually. I wrote this for a new song.
basically, the framework of the song, a rough idea...
I want to have a song to express this kind of feelings, thus I wrote down into lyrics with those meaning
Gao: So when you first write the lyrics have you thought about how the demo will be like
Lu: No, but i think i will find a suitable demo,
because i didn't mean to write it for releasing a new song right away
Gao: Which means the demo of "the moment" just so happens that made you decide to put what you've written in.
Lu: I think that is suitable.
Gao: Why did you choose to run the 2nd tour that time?
Lu: It's because of the record company...
Gao: It's time for concert!
Lu: Right, the time was really arrived.
Since we don't have much time before and the company always asked when would hold.
Gao: Because the 2nd album was released.
Lu: Yes, after releasing all the company always asked what time.
But our schedule was extremely busy and had no chance.
Then I said... I said right? I said " how about during summer break or in the 2nd half of year?"
Gao: Yah, we discussed last year.
Lu: Yes, last year. And they said " Good, dealt!" Gao: Very happy.
Lu: So that everyone can see me in the concert.
Gao: We've really scheduled much time on music.
Lu: I arranged one month for the concert.
Gao: This year we almost worked for music.
Lu: Yes, most were related to music, like street dance... all were about music.
And I am very glad to participate in HBDC and get closer to KINJAZ which is one of the top dance crew in the world.
And make me get interest in dancing again afterwards.
Gao: Love them so much.
Lu: Right, I hope to dance with them everyday,
self-breakthrough, and cooperate with them in the album.
Gao: Will you work with KINJAZ in the future?
Lu: I hope so
Gao: Hopefully we have the opportunity.
Lu: I wish we have. Gao: That's good.
And for the concert, we arranged one month.
As in the 1st tour, there were only...
Gao: 14 songs.
Lu:14 songs in the 1st tour, and cover songs were included that I didn't have enough songs that time.
After 1 year, it was not thought that I had more then 20 songs.
24 songs right?
Gao: All were included this turn.
Lu: 24 songs, all in, so...
Gao: Which means you haven't stopped in 2 hours.
Lu: First time, when they talked about the 2nd tour,
they showed me the song list that songs they thought should be included and I was could physically handle.
After having a glance at, I said "I should have one month to train at least".
First of all, I was stressed suddenly when I saw the list,
because there were so many songs.
Furthermore, more than half of them needed dancing and singing.
Most importantly, more than half of dances were not choreographed.
I hadn't danced before which meant I had to learn before I started practicing.
Therefore, I scheduled much time for it.
In addition, the skills to breath when I was dancing and singing, how to adjust between song and song, I should suit for that.
So I trained singing and dancing everyday.
Gao: Because you have not been that status for a long while.
Lu: Yes, haven't been that so long. After the 1st day training, I felt devastated.
I broke down after the 1st day.
After learning two dances, on the first three days, I can't remember anything on the 2nd day.
On the 3rd day, I cannot remember either.
But on the 4th, 5th day, started from that, I retrieved my status before slowly.
Gao: Started to have confidence.
Lu: Right, all came back.
Gao: Good job!
We hold concert in stadium this time, and that were 4 stations, was that pressure big?
Lu: Big! That might be, because I had that experience before, but...
Gao: You had never experienced alone
Lu: Right, it's hard to do by one person.
And the time was long, I had to make that in more than two hours by myself, the stress was really huge.
I mainly concerned about my physical strength and... mistakes.
These were my major concerns, I didn't worried about others very much.
Gao: Do you remember that we held a first mini concert in 2015? "Football Gang".
Comparing to running three stadium concerts now, do you think the difference of two state is big?
Lu: Yes, it's very big.
Gao: Right? You think you are more confident to face the audience or...
Lu: Actually my state is never changed,
but as you said, my confidence, physical strength and skill might be...
Gao: more enhanced
Lu: Yah, I think I can "seckill" that in 2015 now.
Really! Seckill!
Gao: How about the first tour?
Lu: Maybe I was improved due to the 1st tour or others,
the 2nd tour was not so tired.
Actually, it was also exhausted but not like the 1st tour.
Gao: However, the 2nd tour was longer and need more effort than the 1st in fact.
Lu: Yes. I don't know why. Maybe I was self-evoluted.
Gao: I think you chilled out.
Lu: Mr. Li from the record company said that holding concert was useful to strengthen skills on singing and stage performance.
Therefore, I think the 1st tour helped me.
Gao: More relaxed.
The scale of our concerts were bigger and bigger,
the 1st tour was in indoor arena and the 2nd was in outdoor stadium,
have you predicted your development after returning to China was like this?
For example the scale was larger?
Lu: No
Gao: Haven't thought about this?
Lu: We noted that we were able to make that and did well afterwards.
Gao: I think we should really appreciate our record company about that.
Lu: Thanks Rock Forward! It's thank-you section you see.
Gao: We were cowardly during the 1st tour. Lu: Yes, especially.
Gao: Then they were all staunch and thought that was not a problem to you!
Lu: I thought I was lied that time.
Lu: I said "how could that be!"
Gao: However, we were full of confidence when we saw fans on the scene
Lu: Yes. Holding concerts is meaningful.
Gao: What's your regret of this tour?
Lu: Regret?
No.
I think that's good.
Maybe I should hold more stations.
It was a bit pity that maybe I was too excited that made...
Gao: Small mistakes
Lu: Small mistakes, forgot the lyrics.
Gao: Is there any plan at work could be announced so far? Or what's your coming goal as a singer?
Lu: New album will be released after the tour.
I still want to try more different things in the coming album.
Gao: You are collecting demo right?
Lu: Yes, demo are producing. And I want to try other types of music.
I would like to put effort on dancing and make the stage performance better as well.
