Good afternoon.
Temperatures will be a couple notches higher than yesterday with more clouds and even light

The norovirus infection is also known as the "winter vomiting bug"... and like the name

To avoid catching the norovirus, cook raw food and shellfish thoroughly... and wash
your hands often.
With that, let's take a look at the international weather for viewers around the world.
While many regions in South Korea will have higher temperatures than Monday, with rain
in some upper regions, North Korea will have a mix of snow and rain with single digit highs.
As for major cities in Asia,.. it's rainy season in Bali, scattered thunderstorms with
rain will continue on the island.
Meanwhile, Melbourne's heatwave returns, temperatures today will rise to 29 with before hitting
34 on Wednesday.
Heading to North America, some of major cities in the U.S., including New York, Washington
DC and LA, will be under sunny skies.
As for South America, Sao Paulo will be covered with clouds, while Rio de Janeiro will be
rainy.

How to make a Christmas wreath bundt cake / Wreath cake - Duration: 5:02.
Hey guys this is Veronica from behindthecake.com and in today's video
I'm going to show you how to decorate a bundt cake and I'm using some pinecones
made out of fondant and also some berries and I am gonna to be showing you how
to make the leaves for the wreath and let's get started.
On a clean bowl I'm gonna add the sugar, the water and the flavoring and I'm
gonna stir them together until I get the glaze that I'm gonna be pouring on top of the bundt.
You can play with the water just to get the right consistency, and it needs to flow
but it doesn't have to be so liquid that is not gonna stay in place on top of the bundt.
Use a baking sheet and a cooling rack to place a bunt and from
here we're going to start adding the glaze. The glaze is going to be dripping to the sides
and the fun thing is that you're not gonna get a lot of mess since you have
that baking sheet underneath and the cooling rack, well all the glaze is gonna go to thru it.
So this is perfect for no mess.
For the leaves I used two shades of green.
With this cutter I just cut a bunch of leaves and put
them to dry for about 30 minutes and then I'm gonna use it on the cake.
I just love the red color on these berries and I am rolling a rope of red fondant.
And I'm gonna start cutting little pieces. Try to make them the same size so you get the
same size on the berries. Now that I cut them out I'm just gonna roll them up and
put them to dry for about 15 minutes.
Time for the pine cones, were gonna be using brown fondant. Created a cone
then roll out some brown fondant and we're gonna start cutting the circles.
Just make sure that it is a little bit thick this fondant.
Cut out the circles and with a ball tool we're gonna shape them as a tear drop
and put them on the side.
Start putting some piping gel using a brush and add them to the cone, just play
with the position so you get a pine cone that you actually like.
On these bigger ones I had to really push the fondant into the cone because I was
having a hard time making them to stick. I want my pine cones to look like they
have snow on them so I used some cornstarch but also you can use powdered
sugar and just sprinkle it on top of them and tha should do it.
The leaves have been drying for about 30 minutes and I'm gonna start adding
them to the bundt with the help of piping gel. Just add the piping gel on the back of
the leaves and start placing them on top of the bundt. Right here I'm just playing
with the position and also be conscious about the shade of the green that's
gonna make a difference in your bundt. As you can see I'm adding some leaves with
the light green and some other ones with a darker green. I just play around with
the colors, there is actually no right or wrong on how you place them but just have fun.
As you can see I already finished and now it's time to place the berries.
I just love the red it's so bright.
Place the pine cones using some toothpicks,
that will help you to secure them into the bundt cake.
finish adding the rest of the details I'm adding here more berries and I use
also some brown shades not only the red, and they look beautiful.

We're seeing that now as footage and pictures of the People's House have emerged showing
Melania's vision come to life, complete with certain details that conservatives are
loving and have longed to see.
The first couple are doing things their own way and not making any apologies for it, no
matter who it offends, knowing what the country needs now and making it great again.
Liberals have hijacked the holiday season for too long with their political correctness
and now that's all coming to an end.
The real reason for the season has been absent for the last eight years and now that's
all about to change in a big way that will surely make every liberal snowflake in the
country melt.
Unlike her predecessor, Michelle Obama, Melania sees decorating the White House for the privilege
that it is, and it's clear she put a lot of thought into her plans.
She even was hands-on in the effort, personally tying the bows on several of her "signature
wreaths" that now hang in each window.
She wanted to be a part of it in every way and was, clearly appreciating the opportunity
while also bringing back the reason for the season with several touches she added.
Melania brought the "white" back into the White House this season, as a color scheme,
not a racial theme as racist liberals who have been offended by the Christmas carol,
"White Christmas," will surely be livid about.
The pure, beaming beauty of her theme is a sight to be seen and even delighted children
who were as impressed by seeing the first lady as they were about her decor.

as three ballerinas danced to "The Nutcracker Suite," in a room filled with faux fur trees
glistening with snow.
However, perhaps the most important part of Melania's entire decor plan was the presence
of a nativity scene that was less important in the previous administration.
"The first lady's office confirmed to The Hill that the White House will display
a Nativity scene honoring the birth of Jesus Christ," according to The Hill.
Although the nativity has been a part of every administration, including Obama's, for the
last 50 years, it seemed to be less of a focus during his administration than it does now
during Trump's.
It's also of note that Trump brought back the greeting "Merry Christmas" as a replacement
for "Happy Holidays" since Jesus is the reason for the season and the holiday it celebrating
His birth.
In keeping with another time-honored tradition, Melania helped design a magnificent gingerbread
replica of the White House, which was notably different than Michelle's in with one big
detail.
"When it comes to the official White House gingerbread house, Melania Trump's team
had one rule — GO BIG OR GO HOME!"
TMZ reported.
"Melania's director of communications Stephanie Grisham claims the edible version
of 1600 Pennsylvania used 300 POUNDS of dough!

It's funny how two pastries can represent each first lady perfectly — Melania's

Eight bodies found in Northern Japan from suspected North Korean fishing boat - Duration: 2:30.
A gruesome discovery in Japan.
Eight badly decomposed bodies have been found in a boat that washed ashore in northern Japan
last Friday.
Their belongings suggest they were from North Korea.
This comes only a few days after the body of another man believed to be from North Korea
was found on a Japanese island.
Won Jung-hwan has more.
The Japanese coast guard on Monday reported that they had discovered eight bodies, believed
to be North Koreans, in the fishing vessel that was washed ashore in northern Japan last
Friday.
The boat was first discovered on Friday by a Japanese resident in Akita Prefecture, facing
the East Sea.
Officials searched the vessel Sunday and Monday and found the eight bodies, several of which
were "skeletonized," indicating a long period had passed before it washed ashore.
Although the remains were so severely decomposed that it is hard to determine their gender
or nationality, Hangul characters found on their cigarette packs and life jackets...
suggest they came from North Korea.
The gruesome discovery follows a series of incidents along Japan's coast, including the
finding of a North Korean man's body and wooden boat parts on Sado Island, off the coast of
Japan's northwestern prefecture of Niigata on Saturday.
And on Thursday night, a boat with eight North Korean men was taken into Japanese custody
in Yurihonjo, Akita Prefecture.
Those men said they wish to return to North Korea.
The fishing grounds of the East Sea are rich with squid and crab, and North Korean fishing
boats often sail south of the Northern Limit Line to fish illegally in the area.
But, the grisly findings could also be evidence of desperate defectors trying a new route
to freedom after Kim Jong-un has clamped down on those fleeing the regime this year.
North Koreans typically escape the brutal regime by traveling through China.
An estimated 1-thousand people flee Kim Jong-un's regime each year, typically travelling through
China.
Last July, the family of an elite scientist fled the North in a fishing boat, and earlier
this month, a North Korean soldier's defection to the South through the Joint Security Area
at Panmunjeom recently made international headlines.
This year, the number of North Korean defectors successfully escaping the regime fell by nearly
13-percent.

You can add anchor points and between these two anchor points
here. And then you can move that anchor point to correct it. So we will do it here. To add an anchor point,

hold it and select the add Anchor Point tool from here and

South Korea and Russia nuclear envoys meet, but differences on North Korea remain - Duration: 2:28.
The top nuclear envoys of South Korea and Russia got together on Monday to talk North
Korea-- and ways to rein in the regime's nuclear activities.
The two saw eye-to-eye on the importance of deeper discussions on the matter, but differed
on how to tackle the problem.
Kwon Jang-ho has the details.
It was the first meeting between the current South Korean and Russian nuclear envoys, and
the meeting began in a cordial manner, with Seoul's Lee Do-hoon calling Russia a key partner
in handling the North Korea nuclear situation.
(Korean) "With the North Korea missile and nuclear
issue becoming more serious, having this South Korea-Russia meeting, I believe, has been
very timely."
Moscow's Igor Morgulov agreed on the importance of the issue, and said he looks forward to
fruitful discussions.
(Russian) "We are ready to cooperate with South Korea
to peacefully resolve the region's collective issues.
We look forward to our ministries keeping in close communication in the future."
Seoul's foreign ministry also said afterwards that the two envoys pledged to make efforts
to restrain North Korea's nuclear activities, and work together to bring Pyongyang to the
negotiation table.
However the Russian envoy was perhaps more revealing, earlier on Monday.
At a regional conference in Seoul, the deputy foreign minister remarked that that using
sanctions and pressure to get North Korea back to the negotiation table will not work,
and that it is the ordinary North Korean people who suffer the most.
This is in stark contrast to the stance taken by South Korea, the U.S. and Japan, who have
pushed for strong sanctions and pressure to draw the regime to talks.
Even China has put more pressure on Pyongyang in recent months, and have expressed they
will fully implement UN sanctions... although Beijing's foreign minister Wang Yi did* remark
that tensions will not subside unless the key players make concessions.
Wang added that the prolonged 70-day lull in North Korea's missile and nuclear activities
could be a basis for reopening the six-party talks.
In the meantime, Lee will travel to the U.S. on Tuesday to meet with his U.S. counterpart,
Joseph Yun, for their third exchange in as many months.
South Korea's vice unification minister, Chun Hae-sung, is also currently in the U.S.
Chun is meeting with Yun and other Washington officials to brief them on the current administration's
North Korea policy, as well as to exchange ideas.

Korea's business sentiment index sluggish throughout 2017 - Duration: 1:47.
Korea's business sentiment ticked up in November on the back of strong exports and a thaw in
South Korea-China relations.
But the outlook for December appears relatively dim, according to the Bank of Korea and the
Korea Economic Research Institute.
Kim Hyesung has the details.
Korea's overall business sentiment hit 80 in November,... inching up from the previous
month.
According to the Bank of Korea Tuesday, the manufacturing Business Survey Index (BSI)
went up two points thanks to strong exports.
In particular, the BSI for the automobile sector jumped six points, hitting 76, on expectations
of stronger sales in China.
Non-manufacturing BSI also went up by three points on longer business days for November
compared to October with the nation's extra-long Chuseok harvest holiday, and a thaw in South
Korea-China relations.
But the central bank said the manufacturing BSI outlook for December edged down two points
due to growing concerns over the strengthening Korean won.
Another business survey on Korea's top 600 companies conducted by the Korea Economic
Research Institute also showed a gloomy business outlook.
The think tank said its business survey index for December marked 96-point-five.
It's the first time since the Asian financial crisis that the index has remained below 100
throughout the entire year.
The average BSI for this year came to 93-point-five, the lowest since the global financial crisis
in 2008.
The think tank said business sentiment has been eroded by structural problems like household
debt and external uncertainties, including trade disputes with the U.S., a possible U.S.
rate hike, and the North Korea threat.
